"Isolated, but I mean, you know, I think nobody dies from it. I just don't get it. And I don't see in the new video where the man gravy. All these people died from the job. You know what I'm saying is just wait. You don't think that there's actually you don't think people are actually dying from it? Come on, now. I'm not saying that. But, you know, I believe Number is certainly in place. It's a whole lot going on. Wait. Don't scare the death that we're going to get the Koven nine here. Here's the deal, sir. I looked there is there is there is a definite discussion about dying with or of Those are very important words. But I had dinner. I had dinner here a couple weeks ago with a couple who had Koven not currently have a currently but That Ross is all paranoid. They had it. They had it early on, and he was hospitalized. And I would argue that there and thank you for the call, sir. They're relatively healthy people. But he was he was in the hospital for a few days, and it's because for some people it when it hits man it hits That being said it wondering is somebody died of or with the cove? It is a fair question. And it's you know, in North Carolina, we haven't I can't think of the last day where we've had All the all the reporting that is used for the dashboard numbers. Visible. There's so much information that's not out there. And when people even the lieutenant governor when he asked for it. He just doesn't get it. One lawmaker and ask for it. They don't get it. We're reporters asked for it, They don't get it. We haven't had a full day of reporting on the part of all of the hospital systems in awhile and less and less a reporting now. And they're not the reports that they get or not Unilateral. So we only know the numbers that are being cobble together because the very same woman who would stand off stage pretend like she had been wearing a mask all day. So she could come on stage and take it off and then hold a press conference demanding that you wear it all day. Is the person who is behind the scenes, putting these numbers together, and maybe her numbers are 100% accurate. Maybe they're not. Slide the idea that she doesn't have to explain herself for anything when we're seeing stuff like that. No, no, no, no, no, no. Not you squandered. And to some extent your boss has squandered marching with the protesters every ounce of benefit of the doubt that I have left. And this right here, which again Go look at the pictures to write their peak calendars radio host on western North Carolina. Hey, put together the Syriza pictures. I re tweeted his tweet right there. And you can see the whole sequence of events. I'm done. Just dun Dun Dun Dun Dun. In fact, we have Lieutenant governor coming up in 805 so we'll see if he's done. I feel like since he filed a lawsuit on Monday. He's probably done But we'll see Hang on. Finally, some good news. The US economy added 2.5.

"You just talk about that path and what you did previously and and how we got here today. Sir Super excited to share this with your listeners. They spend such a devout part of shaping the crypto ecosystem so. It's exciting to ship fan. But I began really as an experiential learner and in order for me to understand things I have to do them. There are auditory learners their visual learners in Connecticut. And I happened to be the last one so I really in order to understand how this world works at a throw myself into situations to understand them and one of the things that couldn't grasp was how the world works and I taking courses etc and always had something in the back of my head that I learned it. Was You know? Follow the money in history will teach you and so the best way to follow the money was to put yourself really in the middle of the largest flows in the world which was the foreign exchange markets and going onto a trading floor. And really witnessing what that was I read a book. Called Liar's poker in it changed my life so I mean that's that's the best way for me to understand how this world works is seeing really what people are identifying as news and what they're trading on and what swings. We're seeing in reaction and how they affect anybody else. So I got my start. On the Hong Kong trading floor at Morgan Stanley covering the onshore Asian currencies understanding that after the Asian financial crisis these countries had restrictions and limitations put on them to safeguard against potential attacks from others. So it was a very unique situation where my counterparts in. New York barely knew the difference between Malaysia System in Thailand system and yet I was super aware of those niche differences that opens and closes distinct their equities markets the the ability of having like an omnibus account versus having to do individual trades. There's another world out. There is really telling to why these economies are developing in certain way so I found it super fascinating and just enjoyed that case and the understanding a real pulse on how the world works but the world was changing so I during Dun Dun Dun during my time I witnessed it one of the jobs that I had was extremely manual. Had to move between a Bloomberg Terminal Reuters terminal and so no matter the automation that provided Skip that step and you just Kinda sat there. Frustrated blind like this is job security. They need me. I'm I'm the rotation of my My Body over here type this. There's something I can create mechanical. Do this for them but You just noticed that there were some frictions along the system. That really helped things back from going to the fully electronic funding we use the word electronic describing things this fast moving back then or now it's all digital so electronic trading was taking off the ability to put. Al Goes in the hands of your customer rather than facilitate a tea or time weighted average going through that on their own was something it was empowering your user or your customer really enjoyed being able to monitor and watch their activity. N- understood that they were getting the best price they weren't having a Middle Man. You know take things off based on how How they felt really And that that was something that we were seeing as a scaring factor on the sell side but an empowering factor when he thought about the market as a whole so I really pushed forward in dug into how electric trading and the fx platforms point be helping oftentimes told slowdown. This is ruining our enjoyable jobs as voice brokers to some extent so When I witnessed all that other Lucien I kept in the back of my head. Saying there's gotta be a better way. There's got to be faster way. I don't want any little girl to wake up and say today. I'm going to type on a Bloomberg terminal and rotate type on Reuters terminal and that's going to be why I went to school and why I continue to wake up every day. So the ability to automate that or make it moving away. Everyone can access. It was really exciting to me. So that's truthfully I think of it as I've been training for the Olympics. Those were the those were the early days that got me to say. I'm fired up about increasing the rates which we can offer institutional quality services down to the individual and streamline the whole process in itself. It boggles my mind. Three thousand people which is still small. That's the amount of sell side. Employees there are in exchange Three thousand people were dedicated to moving other people's money from one place another and ultimately that should come down further and further because moving money from you know pointed point being four axes. It's I don't know that the number of people actually changes is just the medium and the the forum through which these assets are changing hands is going to be different and it will continue to Also changed the Say there is like one person that is facilitating that trade for Hedge Fund. Then they're sixteen people dedicated to that one day. So you've got compliance. You've got your back office. You Bet your settlement team you. And if you can streamline those roles and provide alternatives for people we could have far more fulfilling in motivating experiences in life or for years and so I think there's a lot of those bottlenecks that our customers. They could be eliminated and really give people a sense environment. It's funny twenty. Fifteen was this era of blockchain. Not bitcoin right after crash and the pitch was basically about eliminating cost centers. That was the big thing that all the enterprise players got excited about an alone. Behold another entire market cycle passes in CRYPTO and. I think the reason that the public chains are so much faster aside from just the incumbents move slower by default is that twenty seventeen was all about. I can make a lot. More money with crypto. Right whether it's status you know trading whether it's market making whether it's you know creating an ICO and selling it and liquidating that is a much more compelling reason to adopt a new technology and finance than just we're gonNA limit costs right. It's like the vitamin versus painkiller. Headache get people addicted to like the the ICS drugs. There's a lot of bad things about that addiction. But you're starting to see some of the fruit born in kind of the next market cycle. Where did you come in full time to criticize? So I guess what were the exposure points that before you made the switch and what finally made you take the leap and enjoying ripple in Hong Kong. I'm twenty thirteen. Bitcoin was kind of something you bought on your p. a. just to watch is almost like a plant in your kind of like it's GonNa either grow or it's GonNa die. None of us really have too much skin in this worry about it and the other aspect of it was you were seeing in beginning to see a lot of activity taking place from these self-sided analysts in Hong Kong. One of them being Arner Hayes. It was a good buddy back when he's at Georgia And other people are taking notice so it was. It was triggering the minds of these trader types. Who Getting to see there's real value in what you mentioned the Arab the speculation The ability to to get behind this budding marketplace apply what we already knew from a larger perspective so I kind of had a cheat sheet in seeing the twelfth chapter of the book before the forward was written And so I kind of knew how the book would end in. It would only be a matter of. Did everyone knew that story. Conclusion when Up Story or did they WANNA milk it for a little while because a few of us weren't around in the eighties when markets were roaring. So I took that as an interesting thing but I really jumped in in the summer of two thousand seventeen. I was at Silicon Valley Bank catering. A lot of these texts that were beginning to use bitcoin. As a means of moving money between a places like vima non in wire those are some of the budding names that I was hearing about is like. I'm going to be on the upside of that. I want to be sitting here. Just asking them if they're hedging their effects when I could be helping them move this forward. So that's where I I saw I have linked for ripple and popped up. Asked exactly what I had in terms of my experience. Oftentimes you see something in you got. That's not really aligned. But I'm the one that knows that so I'm GonNa go for

"Hey everybody we are back and we're going to be talking about how to bring your desires into reality now. Some people out there. We'll sit there and say you know I have no idea how to bring my desire into the tangible reality. They don't know how to do that. We'll do it. You need to create goals and notice. I said create not set. Setting goals does nothing. We set goals at the end of the year to do resolutions. And then we never get done because we set them a year in advance and then we never said any other goals we just sat one year and in December twenty fifth roles. Wrong with me go she. It didn't do anything to do with ninety five days to finish it and that's the problem we have and so to kind of give you a my set of. I'm at when it comes to goal creation. I'm going to take it back to two thousand nine and back that win one of my favorite subjects in something that might invest in right now. CRYPTO currencies. Bitcoin going came out. I think it was January. Third actually was the day. I think it was two thousand nine. I do believe and Yeah Nakashi Komodo. We're GonNa Hills naval was came up with a peer to peer digital asset gold bitcoin and when I came out it wasn't worth Shit I heard about it and I wanted to buy some 'cause I'm I love computer stuff in that digital currency thing was just something that I was interested in at the time. I had no idea how to buy a new where you went to buy it. I don't think many people at the time really did no. I didn't know this it was cheap and I had a feeling it was actually going to do something or i. I don't know there was a sultan but I had no idea what I was doing. Back in two thousand nine. I was pretty much a loser. I didn't have a Have a bank account and have any of that stuff. So let's flash forward to me. Seventeen is finally Gruesome Britches and. I hope I got myself. I said you know what self decline is now. It what was I think it was like ten thousand when I when my dumb ass decided at get in you know. Ten thousand now was at a point zero zero one percent of penny what points and occurs about that. I actually did go to try to buy SOM- I had thirty dollars left and I was like I'm gonNA use this thirty dollars in. I'M GONNA buy thirty dollars worth of Bitcoin and I think at the time thirty dollars. Bitcoin would have been. I think it would have been it would have been less. Yeah it would have been probably about seventy. Bitcoin is what that would have been so instead of by the bitcoin doing the due diligence in the process to go get a bank account and do all that do the planning and go and actually get the bitcoin on. I didn't do that. I Paid the water. Bill would yet another bill that will show up later. Yeah so like a dumb ass. I paid the thirty dollars is to do my due diligence and buying bitcoin when it was nothing and I could be a billionaire right now but we have had pay that thirty dollar water bill. Yeah that was a good idea. So don't do that. If you have money in that water bill come back next week. Sure or next month. Sure it'll be sixty dollars instead of thirty but you know what that thirty would've turned into a million and sixty dollars would have been Jack Nelson. So you know it's all in perspective. I Guess Looking Back Hindsight is always twenty twenty and looking back. It's still a bit fuzzy right so anyway. That's my little bitcoin story. But it leads up to the whole point of planning and executing your plan and making your plan actionable. That's one of the big things that we just don't do people we don't we'll see amazing plans. We have great plans but then we either set them out too far and then we don't follow up or we just set them in. We don't availing so well do right now is I'm gonNA show you a really easy easy simple way to step out anytime plan. You can go from a year. You'll go nine months two years out. It doesn't matter that this way works for any type of plant now. I'm going to do a thirty day plan and the reason I'm going to do that is because I need to get you guys moving you guys. You guys are listening to this so that you can immediately go and get things done. So thirty days is perfect for that in fact anything over sixty days if you're GONNA plan out a year you're gonNA break it down with a sixty day intervals. Anyway because anything over sixty days will change Playing off anyway. So the best way to do it is sixty intervals. I'M GONNA do it thirty day for that where you get an idea of what it looks like how it works. It's real simple I'M NOT GONNA draw it out for you on here. If you WANNA see a copy of it I have a copy of my book. Go grab the book. It's awesome and learn also Stuff so that being said let's get right into this the first thing you WanNa do the well. Let's do it this way way. I like what I call this. I call this the escape and arrive method. Okay you're wanting to escape not knowing something and arrive where you know how to do something right. Real simple so. There's two things that you have to do. I you want the big picture all right. You want to do the big picture one like I said I was doing bitcoin. Okay I had no idea how by word by nothing but that was my global ideal. I wanted to buy bitcoin. So that's my desire. Okay that's your desire. That's my purpose. My purpose and my burning desire is to buy bitcoin so you right by Bitcoin all right that it put goal by Bitcoin. Then what you do to left you put escape to the right. Arrive Okay. Draw A LINE FROM ESCAPE TO ARRIVE. Simple enough not to difficult in a box underneath escape. Put No bitcoin. Then draw a line from that box to arrive. Docs and put Mickan. Then what you're going to do is you're GONNA WANNA walk out. Some people call chunking. I call it stepping out. We cut whatever you want. Basically what you do is you make milestones now now. How are you going to go from no Bitcoin to Bitcoin? Well the first milestone you're going to want to do is you're going to need to get a bank account you need one of those then the next. GonNa WanNa do is you'RE GONNA go. Go find an exchange where you can go trade your dollars for Bitcoin after you find that. Then you've got to figure out how to get an exchange account because it can be a little tricky right now at that Ed you're funds you learn how the market works the purchase. Your bitcoin. We'll off you have bitcoin. Your whole purpose is done now. Each one of those the bank account the final exchange. Those are called milestones. Now what you're GONNA do for the next goal desire that you have you need a bank account so go right below the global line that you just did and right milestone bank account. Okay Bank account. That's your goal. You need to get a bank account that what you need to get. A bank account rightly job you need. Id You just write down each single individual milestone. You need to get that bank account. Okay then underneath that. You have a new goal right. Thank count now. You need to get an exchange so Boston by exchange right easy enough. This is not hard. This is not rocket science. In fact I think rocket science use this to make the play out rockets. Majorly used something like this. I hope because it works. So then you'll just take him to go okay. Fine Exchange vote. Where do you go do that ad boom all right go to bitcoin? Exchanges whole shit tunnel opened up. By which one you want find how to make an account that can be a little Turkey too so the mouse them make the account the ad your bank account to that account. Okay that way you can transfer your phones back and forth and there you go. That is pretty much it. There isn't really any more to it. It's walks itself straight down the line and this right here. My friend this year will get your shit done ASEP. It will get done very very quickly. And the reason for that is because there are actionable. Everything you do here. You can actually move on and you can move on them now. All right there is no waiting. You can do it right now. There's no reason to wait okay. So whatever your goal is it doesn't matter what it is right it out. Use The escape. Arrive. It is the easiest way to do it or at least for me is the easiest way to do it. I'd if anyone has any other planet Any other way to gold creation by all means. Please hit me up telling me because I haven't found a better one this this is it right here. So it's really all I got for you on On Golden It really is really isn't really that much to it. Everybody gets freaked out and tripped out about it because it looks complicated than it. Just really isn't it's that goal and what it takes to get to that goal and then we'll taste that's it dun Dun Dun Dun Dun Dun so hey I hope you guys got something out of this Please grab the book. Grab Book if you haven't got yet give it a Holler man. It's it's five bucks ain't break the bank in fact it will make money if you follow. What's in here? It will make you money right. Y'All have gone into. We'll talk about that..

Though it's called outcomes over outputs it's one of our favorite topics in I absolutely devoured it me and one of the things I love about aesthetic which similar to all of this ends and responding theory is that it's a lot of substance in a tiny package or tidy package and that's definitely prioritizing the outcome over the output. Who would you did there? Okay instead of more of this goes here what he has to.

"Yeah. Scientists say that fast food could cause dementia and the damage. They say is irreversible Dun, Dun, Dun, Dun, Dun. This is from the sun in the UK experts say that unhealthy eating habits and lack of exercise, puts people at risk of significant decline in brain function, a team at Australian National University found people are consuming an extra six hundred fifty calories every day, compared with what we were eating fifty years ago, that's equivalent of a burger fries and a soft drink. But they say that they've proven a clear link between eating more and brain deterioration, professor nNcholas cheer Byan, who led the research published in frontiers in neuro into chronology says we found strong evidence that people's unhealthy eating habits and lack of exercise for sustained periods of time puts them at serious risk of developing type two diabetes and significant declines in brain functions such as dementia and brain shrinkage. He also found that brain health can decline much earlier in life than previously thought, however, he says this in large part to a society that promotes unhealthy lifestyle choices he says the damage. John is pretty much irreversible wants a person reaches midlife. So we urge everyone to eat healthy and get in shape as early as possible preferably in childhood, but certainly by early adulthood, says many people who have dementia and other signs of cognitive dysfunction, including shrinking brains have increased their risk throughout life by eating too much bad food and not exercising enough. So they

And then Lianne goes with Lianne with Stephanie the talk about how they love each other. But this is never ever going to be a problem with their relationship with brandy ever at all. So brand in Kerry are, is he said, whisper fighting for manicures ranches. Like I'm just like a bit upset and shocked about distresses thing. I'm like, oh my God. Jessica thing when it was brought up. I'm sure you could see my demeanor chain. Like to goes, I felt like you were making me look bad to Cam and make yourself look good. And sorry. Okay. Did you make that decision? Of course, but it was my decision to talk to her. And so I talked to her because I was defending myself and I'm sorry that it put you in about light k. so are we friends because we're fighting over fake balls. We're fighting over struggles. I mean, I like the pun, but like honestly, we can't be fighting over this. They said that we can't fight over stresses that was like really hurtful. I heard that you toll brandy that spiting overstressed ical stupid. This back you have. Did you find out about stresses of global pact spo-? Do you know who's traffic -als. It's like I know that the brain thinks cameras, judge Nerpa Cameron in judge in her anymore than she jets. Anybody else. The praying mantis pray, of course, but it's not to be offensive to other bugs. Okay. It's just. Separation of half and church. Now the difference is brandy does judge Cameron, which is true midstream as well. I think that it's true both ways. I think if they too, I'm pretty sure both rights as well. I think they're both correct. I have to say in their judgements, they're pretty good at. Yeah, exactly. So. Because they read each other too. Well, actually. Yeah. So. Basically, I have so much cutting back and forth here..

Dave Dombrowski did you use the word concern and? Build up you also said that it was because he throws, a. Slide, okay Said no we'll say is doing this. I, mean he volunteered it so obviously? There's, some concern. Is in his mind about this worried about this? Is a concern at most most so that's that's how to. Me Okay so I said, sale said it's shut. Up in. Sale I think there's a. Reason why I went to these guys, he has some level of concern it's his, head and once? It gets in your head and he pitches again he feels that again, he's right he might just miss start he'll? Pitcher won't be quite as effective he'll meet again and, they're, going to say you know. What maybe, we should get. Looked at and you always should go look at why don't we go down on the floor is there a. Doctor there who's got famous name Malik sale and everything but if, you're meat that's the trade off I'm signing? For that all day all due respect to him It is amazing how The switch is flipped at the end, of July seventy seven thirty. Three food through July after that he's twenty. Five and twenty nine. The flip went switch fourteen thirteen August under. Five hundred in September eleven in sixteen. In September and October I. Mean that's an issue so couldn't this be? Part of the, plan you know they they ratcheted embarrassed and it. Could rob I guess I I I think I do think do you want me? Just agree with you Discuss keep reading stats over. And over. You're, doing, pretty amazing stats we all. Know them you did we all know that Mark Levin and sixteen. In September, we always struggles down. The stretch you knew that. Yes you news eleven and sixteen. One of the best Thank you Maybe the. Best, pitcher indeed he might be. In baseball you listeners eleven sixteen, in September which is all. That. Matters now I'm pretty sure the, calendar has but I don't think. Sales thinking I think he's thinking my. Arm hurts my. Shoulder hurts what's? I think Then, thinking jeeze eleven sixteen but the. Question is is it hurt in the. Past and he's. Pitched through it Did you ask that question. Yes yeah it's. A good, question I don't know the answer to that because all. Veteran pitches, have some soreness. I think so I mean he seemed to call it, just a general pitching soreness but again. It's so weird the Guerrero hasn't worked with with the Red. Sox yet or I, guess he has right family no Hanley Ramirez did the work Oh just talking.
