Roach helps No. 21 Duke beat No. 13 Virginia for ACC title
"Number 21 duke won their 22nd ACC men's basketball tournament championship, defeating number 13 Virginia 59 49. Duke for Kyle Phillips, he had his eyes set on winning the tournament all season.
