And i literally i. I heard angels sing. I saw the most beautiful woman i've ever seen in my life loving. I love at first sight. Man and immediately stopped. Balu discussing thing that i was doing and i said oh my gosh how are even start talking and we immediately kinda hit it off and and then you know we At the end of the night that friend of mine that that football player he went over to try to get her number and she had come to me. This is before cell phones. That's all that's how long we've been together. He had a blackberry because he was like you know he thought he was who i was ready to. Write the number down my hand like a jackass and we're both trying to get your your nieces number and i just felt like such an idiot like two guys trying to get a number. I said you know man. Go ahead. And i knew in the back of my mind. I'm getting that number. You know what i mean. I'd get that number and You know he plugged into his blackberry. But i could tell she really wanted me to have never because we really connected man. And and i'll tell you another thing that i did something so stupid that night. You would wanna built for six weeks and made a really big deal out of it you know. But they were all hindsight's twenty twenty and it was a random match. I'm sure they tore the joint down. I'm sure the world champion prevailed and certainly didn't hurt totally blanchard at the shelby rick center. I think we're going to do something. pretty big. It is summer slam season right now so it just felt right to do it but before we jump into that match kurt. If you're okay. Can we about how we got there. Yes yes indeed. Let's do it all right. Let's do it so you're coming off one of your higher profile matches of your career. It's fully loaded that place sunday july twenty third here in two thousand and you wrestled the undertaker and lost in just under eight minutes. Getting in the ring with the man considered the leader of the locker room. Had to be a little nerve wracking. How was taken to put that match together with egg was great to work with. He was easy to get along with. You know you like them in your fear same time you just had this way about him that he was called calm and collected but if you stepped out of line he was going to do something yet he literally chucked me out on a plane wants when i was wrestling. Vince mcmahon. So you don't wanna mess with the undertaker but this match. It was an eight minute match more of an elevation match for me and enhancement match for him. Because i was an upcoming talent and it was a good win for undertaker for me. It was my first time going into a pay per view wrestling a main event wrestler. It wasn't the main event but it was the main event wrestlers so it helped me dramatically. The be paired up with him but it also helped him because he got a and to your point. You're working with the undertaker here for the like. You said main event wrestler. First time. how was he to work with that. First time was like come on kid. follow me. we're gonna do this type thing or well. He doesn't call. He calls everything up until the comeback and finish. Okay you know you just have to listen to them and trust them. And i dead. And every time i worked with undertaker. He has the same equation in every match he shines on. He works you arm You know he does The jump off the top rope. I forget it's called the They call old school. I think go. Yeah yeah and so. He works her arm and then when he's done shining he'll have you take his knee out. And you know it's usually ryan to the corner and with a high boot and mess. I'll move and own hurt his leg and i. My research actually watched a little bit of this episode and it was all about this conspiracy group coming out a raw. It moved on to the next episode of smackdown air. Thursday july twenty seventh. Yeah no absolutely you talk about kind of the cy soap opera crossover the entertainment part of wrestling. This put the and entertainment for sure here.
