"We were supposed to have the debate. And so we just put it there, we'll bullcrap. You can't just go to the trump people and go. Hey, look. We'll give you whatever day you want next week or whatever the case might be and go then, but to have him on opposite each other. That gives the voter absolutely no. You know, you've got no insight into the two each guy right? And do we know who won the ratings war yet on that one. Is that out yet? We'll let you know what? Let's talk to our Polly side guy about it. Police I professor from you see David Nevin. So, David, have you seen that one of the ratings on the so the guests? They preliminary ratings. I have seen the ratings and I think Biden won by about a million viewers. Now. Is that going to Dr Trump Nuts? I think I would think it would drive. You know, I think it will be him coming out with, you know, a broadside on NBC. You know that? You know, the network has lost it. It doesn't have the pole anymore. You know, it wasn't about him. They just You know, they're they're branded him good enough. Yeah, they haven't been the same since the Apprentice went off. Exactly Exactly. That's that's their problem. You know, they just need to get back on air. Well, I guess they tried from your point of view. Did we hear anything new from either one of these guys? Because, like I told Rachel, really, I mean, I switched back and forth a couple of times to check it out. I wasn't hearing anything new. Did you hear anything, Tio? I don't think there was anything new. I think there were some questions put to trump that you don't often get to hear and you know, follow up that you know, kind of kept him on. Directed toward the topic a little bit more, but I don't think there was anything terribly new. I think the big story for last night really is, you know, it's in Trump's interest to make this a campaign of Trump versus Biden and so Being on stage by himself doesn't really fit the bill he really needs by. Mary needs a foil. Yeah, he's not gonna win this thing running against himself, right? Oh, yeah. So what do you How about the way that's Ah, Savannah Guthrie handle that last night. You think she was fair? I'm because a lot of people there are some one particularly in the trump camp. Is they like Bob Man? She was grilling him and it wasn't there. Well, you know, I think that she asked, you know, direct questions. And if that if that's your idea of unfair, you know, so be it. I think you know, I think she was engaged and You know the format, you know, allowed her. You know, some some room to kind of, you know, push. You know the debate when or the debates? You know, when the moderator lets loose with a question the moderators kind of out of control. Then for a few minutes as the topic meanders often did anything but what was asked. So you know, I think the format lent itself and you know, I think You can still do good things with the questions regardless of the topic. I don't know that I don't know that Trump was at his at his sharpest. Um, you know, in some of those questions, I think he kind of Kind of, you know, at some point is asking themselves. Why am I doing this event that you know why? Why did I agree to this in the first place? David, Do you think that Biden also needs the foil of Trump to look well, that Trump has ah, certain. Showmanship about him. That's a nice way to put it showmanship that he has on stage. And when you put by next to him, Biden all of a sudden gets not boring, but reasonable, right? Well, I think I think the contrast is, you know it's something that Biden works well with, you know that you know him versus Trump on stage. He can just be The other person and and, you know, I think that works well for him, But you know, I think what he was doing last night was preventing anyone from saying he's afraid to answer questions. He's afraid to be out there, you know. So when the when the debate plan fell apart, I don't think last night was really about The event itself in the questions and the answers. I think it was just about showing up and, you know, just literally being able to say I showed up for the questions regardless of what happened, and then I think once he did that It kind of. You know, it irked the trump camp, and so then they, you know, they put together their copycat event. But I mean, I think the bottom line is, you know, trumps best plan going forward is to try and get himself on the stage with Biden as much as possible. That's That's the only place you're going to rewrite the direction of this campaign. You know, That's the only place where you can, where you can build a moment that's really going to capture people's attention. I feel like the voters and correct me if I'm wrong, David are really polarized right now. So who are these events? Really four? Are you trying to speak to your base That's in some cases already voted for you with early voting, or you trying to reach that very, very tiny amount of voters. They're undecided. Well, you know, I think you're right that events like last night. You know, they really do. They kind of get in the way of trying to reach anybody but your base on DH. That's why I think the two of them on stage in a debate, you know? Give Trump and opportunity that in doing all these kind of solo events just isn't going to produce And you know, I think that You know, for the voter who really wanted to, you know, really wanted to be engaged. We made this, you know, Hardened, frustrating, You know, I mean, those two events that could have been back to back they could have been. You know, they could have been, you know, alternating nights or something like that, You know, I mean, God help him to accept is an undecided voter out there who wanted to see what Ryan's bed. We made it hard. That's that was my take. I mean, you're gonna watch you're going to watch the guy who you like made like, I know maybe a switch over for a minute. Just to see what Trumper Byner whatever side you're on, is doing. But for the most part going to see there and just like, Yep, that's my guy and I totally agree with everything you just said. Right? Didn't think approved anything right? And you know that's well and good in a campaign setting. If you're confident where you stand, and you don't need to shake things up, But that's that's what I say. Theo from the Trump campaign. The strategic perspective, you know, just just showing up isn't good enough. You just showing up is the Biden plan right now and and and it suits his position in the polls. Trump really needs the moment she needs to win these moments, and for that he needs Biden. You know, Obviously, the the flip side of that is he doesn't He doesn't want to make it appear like he's beholden to anybody doesn't want Biden folks be ableto set the terms of things, but you know, I don't I don't think that That's the best way forward of the best way to try and eke out the last few votes. Do you think that there is going to be a third debate? I know there's one scheduled for what is it now about? It's less than two weeks away. I know Well, you know, I think We've seen in the past, You know, debate fall apart, and then it happened with the first George Bush. He was dodging the debate sizing the debates. And then you know, his pollsters got to him and said We'd better do something. So all of a sudden, at the last minute debates were on the table. You know, I I could easily see another round of Here's the covert rules..

"And here he is author of stopped messing stereo, Michael seven. After many a summer guys distraught. Alice huckster of that book, very interesting. And here we are is America dying America living. It's certainly better than it was on there Hussein. There's no question. Anyone who argues? The economy's not better is an absolute lunatic in a more on. So Trump is saved the economy as we hope the businessmen. And of course, the collusion thing was made up while along as a result of the collusion between the Democrats and Mueller, and and the media, and I said there should be punishment for such collusion. But I have no power. It was up to me. There would be punishment for what the media did with the democrat party. We could prove collusion through the e mails that went back and forth. But with past that so now, you have all these left-wing fanatics who are so far to the left. Even Democrats are saying you're moving so far to the left. You're gonna lose the white male voters. They still haven't learned that the you know that white people are still the great majority of the population. If you turn on television with whites have been deported from America. If you see the movies being made in Hollywood, you would think that one out of three people are gate one out of three people are black one out of three people as a lesbian. One to three people as Mexican illegal. But about eighty five or eighty percent of the population is still Caucasian and since Trump's election at twenty sixteen there's been a call by the left for policies that directly attack whites. In fact, most of the candidates have attack white males, even though they're white males except for the white women. And so we have a diverse field of women and minorities, which is fine if they were American in their thinking, but they're not American in their thinking, they're the opposite of Americans and their thinking how could they appeal to working white men when they tack them every day. How can the Democrats hope to win when they take little account of white male and white female voters? How can they think there are enough women minorities that how many have been stopped by Obama to carry them to victory? They're wrong. And they're gonna make the same mistake that they did before again. So now, we have Bernie Sanders who was outright communist through and three always has been he extolled the Soviet Union. He he liked bread lines. The man is out. Right anti-american communist of the type you father and grandfather went to war to fight for a fight against excuse me. And here he is now running for the presidency, and then racist they that he hates. So now he comes up with a new one to get attention. He goes before Al Sharpton street thug, and he says felons should vote not ex-felons but in prison, they should vote. Can you believe this? There are many reasons why felons should not vote. They're separate from society to punish them. They're paying no tax. They're not contributing to society that wards of the state the costing us money. Why should why should they be able to vote and by the way by the same logic? I have said this before I'm on record saying, and I will say it again, I believe that anyone who receives public assistance of any kind should lose the right to vote. Yes. I would punish the poor. Yes. I would punish the unfortunate because they will always vote themselves benefits from my pocket. If I worked seven days a week or you work two or three jobs. Why should you support people who do not work at all? I say if you are receiving public assistance of any kind you temporary lose the right to vote, and I'll go a step further not for the sake of ratings. But for the sake of common sense that we will lose the nation as we already are sixty seventy percent on the road of loss. I would say the less you pay a minimum amount of federal tax. You do not vote in federal elections. And I don't mean one dollar you have to set a minimum amount of federal tax in order to be able to vote. Otherwise, again, you're only gonna vote yourself benefits from my pocket and income that you're not entitled to I believe that those of us who pay taxes should have the right to vote as to how our taxes are dispersed number one. And you could argue you could argue if you take this argument, logically, which I would not do because the logic doesn't home that the more taxes you pay. The more. You get the vote that that would be absurd. That'd be like saying Jeff Bezos should have, you know, twelve million votes, and you should have only one vote, and that's crazy. So I didn't say make it graduated. According to the amount you pay. I said something quite different. I said if you're on welfare no-vote that's about ovation to get yourself back into the workforce and pay taxes. But unless you hit a minimum threshold of paying taxes, you're always gonna vote yourself a raise you're always going to fall, communism and liars. Like Bernie Sanders, and the others who promise you stuff and nothing. So I say it has to be a minimum federal tax paid to vote. What is that minimum? It can be argued should it be five thousand dollars ten thousand dollars. What should it be? We'll have to talk about that at another time. But right now, I'm on record saying this. And maybe I'll start the argument going. I don't think it'll get anywhere. But let's try it again. If you are on welfare, you lose the right to vote until you return to the workforce, you must pay a minimum amount of federal tax in order to vote at all period to go to level of saying all felons in prison should be able to vote is ludicrous. First of all will never happen. Secondly. I don't think there's an argument for having felons in prison of owning the you you think felons in prison should vote. That's a big topic on America is very sick. We hired a doctor to fix the ailing patient. His name was Dr Trump. We thought he could save the country from the fatal illness of the Republic rats. The Democrats the Better Business Bureau and the other other spineless men and women without a country. Has Dr Trump saved us from this scourge. We keep hearing phrases such as deep state deep state deep state every intelligent radio listeners, deep state nodding that you are that the state. People in the media are the deep state. Don't join the stand that it's all a game. Everything is the -ception. It's all deep state deeps. What does that actually mean? Nothing makes you feel like, you know, who they are deep state. I looked up the art of war by sons so Chinese have been at this game. A long time they didn't come around seventeen seventy six and they use spies, and they should they're five kinds of spies local spies in which spies converted spies dome. Spies and surviving spies. That's how advanced their and spying, which is how they copied our entire industrial base. Outdid us. They spied on us. They copied us. They cheated us and Trump came along and said he would straighten that out as he done that yet. I know that Bill Clinton let them take whole factories from the midwest to China and rebuild in and build industries. We knew that we all screamed about it. Doc, Trump was supposed to reverse that. Well, he has to a certain extent. But one of the spy types is called a doomed spy DO MED doing certain things openly for purposes of the -ception and allowing our own spice to know of them. And report them to the enemy. She was doomed spy she was sent to get caught. Did you know that in other? She was sent to be caught by the secret service. But I just want to let you know that there's some of us who are not quite as dense. As our dear friends in the chop suey world may think and so here, we are spies cannot be usefully employed without a certain to it of that they suggested oh. I wonder what her next job will be whatever assignment will be. Some SU said raising a host of one hundred thousand men and marching them. Great distances entails, heavy loss on the people and a drain on the resources of the state. So he wasn't in. He was not in favor of sending armies into a nation to defeat them. No, he didn't want to face a hostile army in America or in the air on the sun. So so he did it other ways you spies? Look, how far they've gotten they've stolen our whole whole industries was stolen by the Chinese. Now this all began long before that it began with Bill Clinton. With a certain man who ran the DNC was the chairman of the NC still still lives in Manhattan does very well. I'm sure it's children grandchildren all live on Park Avenue. As a result of his genius. He was from the Bronx had a party media company. Oh, yeah. Little parking meter company, and from the parking meter company went into other areas of takeovers and mergers and acquisitions and before long, he had a company called arou- space and technology and their job was launching rockets for weather satellites, and such and for communications, well, most of their research was paid for by the US tax payer through DOD grants and whatnot. And morale got it for nothing down, and this parking meter gone off as I say gained all of this fortune as a result of taking over the row space technology, and then something happened the Chinese wanted his technology because they were launching rockets that were crashing on the launch pads. They're not good at launching rockets. Even though they were early on launching rockets with pyrotechnics attached, they couldn't launch a rocket and get it to stay in space. So what did they do? They went to old Uncle Sam. And they went to good men like those who worked for Bill Clinton like the man who owned the parking meter company who now own the rocket launch and company, and they lobbied the United States Senate to allow China China to share the technology of the row space technology, not for any military purposes. They said no it was to launch weather satellites, so the average Chinese person could know what the weather would be tomorrow. Wasn't for military reasons. That's what they told us. Of course. I objected anyone with the brain objected to it. And we'll commonsense objective to it. Anyone who knows the history of China knew that they were setting us up for fall. And they use it for the military, which they did. And soon they launched launched a number of very successful intercontinental ballistic missile carrying rockets like by the name of long Dong. I know it sounds funny. The long.

And you could argue you could argue if you take this argument, logically, which I would not do because the logic doesn't hold that the more taxes, you pay the more you get the vote that that would be absurd. That'd be like saying Jeff Bezos should have, you know, twelve billion votes, and you should have only one vote, and that's crazy. So I didn't say make it graduated. According to the amount you pay. I said something quite different. I said if you're on welfare no-vote that's about a vacation to get yourself back into the workforce and pay taxes. But unless you hit a minimum threshold of paying taxes, you're always gonna vote yourself a raise you're always going to fall, communism and liars. Like Bernie Sanders, and the others promise, you stuff and nothing. So I say that has to be a minimum federal tax paid to vote. What is that minimum? It can be argued. Should it be five thousand dollars ten thousand dollars? What should it be? We'll have to talk about that at another time. But right now, I'm on record saying this. Maybe I'll start the argument going. I don't think it'll get anywhere. But let's try it again, if you are on welfare, you lose the right to vote until you return to the workforce, you must pay a minimum amount of federal tax in order to vote at all period to go to level of saying all felons in prison should be able to vote is ludicrous. First of all, it'll never happen. Secondly, I don't think there's an argument for having felons in prison of owning the do you think felons in prison should vote? That's a big topic is very sick. We hired a doctor to fix the patient. His name was Dr Trump. We thought he could save the country from the fatal illness of the Republic. You can it will help you in some ways. But that's an example. So anyway, getting back to the point of today born in the USA born in the USA telling me and try to not be a hater right now. Try to just take off your hate Electroncs try to remove the cap on top ahead with the electric buzzer that the minute certain code words, touch your brain you say, he's xenophobic racist. Take the hat off for minute. And try to use commonsense. Everyone listening to this show is the Senate of immigrant is that correct? Yes. Except perhaps the native Americans that we have to say at some point we have to say they were the native peoples. They were let's say for a hundred thousand years two thousand years, let's not go back. Millions of years. Let's go back to the people who are indigenous on this continent before the European settlers invaders arrived here. So everyone has immigrant somewhere in the past in this country listening to this show. Do you actually believe that all immigrants from all nations are equal? They may have equal rights once they become a citizen. That's a given our US political system. But do you think that they're all equal? You telling me all cultures produce the same types of people. Are you telling me that all cultures produce the same level of productivity in a person the same level of intelligence in a person, you'd be a fool if you said that are you telling me that these fourteen and fifteen year old girls coming over the border from Honduras with the baby carriage with two children in the next Madame Curie. Are you telling me that I would argue that your fool and that you're not as NFO your, orca phobia? Exact opposite, you fear and hate your own nation on your own people. So why is this happening? We hired a doctor to fix it. We screamed about it for eight years under Obama who wreck the nation. He took a wrecking ball to the country. We said, no, no, no borders. Language culture. Borders, language, culture. Close the borders close the border. So along comes Dr Trump, and he says, I got I got stethoscope and I'm looking at the engine I can fix that engine. I'm using Perot job on. But that's not what he said, more or less. He said he was the man to fix it. Now, you could argue that he tried his best. But that that may not be good enough for us because this is a life or death struggle. This is not a maybe I won this either he wins or we lose. It's that simple. It's that simple. You can blame. They learn Schumer and Feinstein Pelosi all you want. But you know, Truman said the buck stops here has got to be something that he could do to close that border yesterday. He could do it. He could have the US relative put concertina wire on the border as roughing harsh that sounds. He could he could force Mexico to build internment camps. On the other side of the border will pay for it just build him in two days. We'll we'll send you the prefabricated. Buildings you put them together because that's what your housing. None of them are coming into this country with shutting that sucker down with close down and no trucks coming through. No commerce is coming through no drugs coming through. I know that the movie industry would grind to a halt. I know that Wall Street would grind to a halt. If they stopped the shipment of cocaine. I get that. But they get close Wall Street down for forty eight seventy two hours till an alternate. Route was the scarred. They could close Hollywood down for three days. We don't need that filth produced for three. Just stop the productions for three days when you cut off the white fuel. So what are you really lose? By shutting the Boorda. Tell me what you mean. Commerce comes to a halt. What does that mean? We don't get the avocados that we need you wasn't that funny last week if Donald Trump Frederick from close to the border, you're of accardo's will cost more who came up with that one. Don't you love that one who were they appealing to the health conscious? People think the avocado is the new one. They're a vegetable. God in heaven. How dumb can they think the people are? I guess there's no bottom to it. I guess h l Mencken was rightly said known everyone broke underestimating the intelligence of the American people, and I know that the beach wail read that book the beach will read that message the beached whale knows the beached whale knows that no American went broke underestimating the intelligence of the American people. "Job. Shallow. Back with the Tom shillue show. Okay. The phones are lighting up at eight three three eight five two four eight six six. You got opinions on whether the president should be threatening or should follow through on his threat to close the border. John Stewart, Florida. I'm really against all these illegal aliens, we have to stop them. But I think he's lying about closing the borders because I think he's in bed with big business and big businesses definitely against that. Well, he's less in bed with big business. Then. Other Republicans of the past isn't he John? I mean, they they don't like big business. Never liked his his anti NAFTA stance. They never liked his. You know, his trade policies with tariffs and things like that. They loved this tax break with eighty four percent of the money went to the first one percent. Well that day get all his all his billionaire buddies. We're going to hate his tax thing before it was passed passed eighty four percent went to the one percent. Yeah. Well, it's true. The big business did love his his text. But the on the border issue. He has been he certainly been willing to anger. Big business and the chamber of commerce and everybody else because they they like the day for the big business prefers the Democrats stance on immigration. Well, I don't know about that. Well, we'll see you're right. You're right. They're more apt to want the illegally on you to come in because they cheaper. And if in the end. And and also if they get their citizenship, they'll most vote democratic so the Democrats, I think John I agree with you that I don't think if the president did shut down the border. I think we're in agreement that it wouldn't last more than a few days because people are going to start feeling the pain right away. And and and business would start saying, you know, you gotta you gotta do something about this. So I don't think it would last Long John, thanks for the call. Let's take Robert in Bethel, Vermont. How are you? Yeah. Should we shut it? Should he shut it down? Robert shut it down tonight. Listen to the price of an avocado should be two hundred sixty three dollars. Which would which would indicate the cost of of us letting you know in the immigrants. So we're worried about shut it down prove a point listen this. This is a. This is like social melanoma tumor that was discovered in nineteen eighty and now Dr Trump has to erotic the cancer because it's it's a situation where all the government all of our legislators, the Washington have ignored it for forty years. And now, it's on Trump shoulders. He he's the only guy that woke up and saw well, we'll charge two hundred and sixty nine dollars word avocado because that's all the healthcare the schooling so hospital care and everything else that we have to pay for for that avacado so shut down tonight. And all celebrate. And you know, what else Tom I think we should move to the statue of liberty to the border of Mexico and say, hey, come in. Let's let's talk. Try to stick across and barefoot. And then world supposed to be worried about our avacado in wacko moly. Yeah. Not a fan of the avocado. I don't think Robert and Beth over Mont. Thanks for the call. Roberts has shut it down tonight. He's ready to go John in queens. What do you think? Shut it down last year. I mean, we should be taking control of our border. Because what's going to happen is this is going to get so big? We will not be able to control it anymore. Shutting down the wrong part. That's what I'm wondering is that it is the is this the cutting off the nose to spite the face. No because we shut it down take control back of our border. Then regulate what we need that would only benefit this country. And you don't think that the I mean, the president's running on the strong economy if that border shuts down, and there's long lines of trucks, and then WalMart says we're not getting our goods, a, you know, th the market's gonna. It's going to take a huge dip. Well, do we do that? Are we going to be controlled by third world countries?.

"Because I get about thirteen calls a day. I hate it. The worst. I've I've got one the other day. It was my phone number who for for these things to be happening. So frequently they have to be working, right? A certain percentage of people have to be given credit card numbers over. There was one. There was one robocaller that was making like seven hundred thousand dollars a month. How scams it's mostly older folks that are so obvious. It's a scam. How do I know that I did not win the lottery, and I did not get a free cruise. Okay credit card. Everything is so generic they call it they call and in my my computer was down. I said which one they said your windows, computer. I said why have multiple which one the windows, computer? I don't know they're talking about. I just want access. So Greg's got the robocall problem. Yeah. And he wants to fix the robocall problem. Hi, greg. So so so we've done a lot about robocalls. So tell me tell me what what you've tried this far. I'll be seventy percent of the calls that I get on the landline or my cell phone. They're either telemarketers. Or the robo calls, and you know, sometimes there's no. There you start talking handed off to some operator and the way I used to deal with it was to crank up the music really loud and stick the tone. Kind of time consuming. Michigan to hold it there about a minute. Yeah. Good. I'm just wondering is there any way of taking revenge? Well, we wrote about Lenny on the website. Did you see that? Okay. And so basically what Lenny is it's an automated chat. But so the whole idea is that when you get a robocall instead of holding that phone up to the speaker of loud music instead of getting upset and yelling at them that you would use Lennie Lennie. I'll tell ya is a telemarketers nightmare because Lenny is an older guy who just likes to ramble and see now robocalls. They need to get in and out. They want to get you on the phone gets you to the next level. Get your credit card get you signed up and moved on. They don't want to waste time with anything other than that. So the idea is that you could use Lenny Lenny's, actually humorous now our very own Mike James he has taken upon himself to give us a little snippet of leading. Can we take this? This is Lenny pillows Jeffrey there. Sorry. I can barely hear you there. This is Jack kimbrel takeover CPI on behalf of the national police. The reason for the calls were sitting for sponsor Dr Trump's going to help her death benefit fund for the families of officers. Wills lobbying for tougher laws for the more solid criminals. If we were to send you a support envelope. Get the officers count on you to return a one time donation drive. This is. Okay. Thank you so much. Now, we have several levels of support. Go sponsor, it's for fifty the silver thirty five in the Bronx most popular it's only twenty five for you. Good. Yes. Yes. Okay. So you kind of get the gist, right? Greg. I mean. Yeah. So so what you're going to do is you're gonna you're you're going to like take this robocall? And then you're gonna instead of you answering the questions you're going to keep them on the line for like five minutes was this automated chat bot who basically listens for a a silence of the conversation before he response for the chat pot response. Okay. So do you want to try? Oh, yeah. Okay. All right. So here's what you do..

"We're back. Back to the blind and beyond radio show. This show case you turning in for the first time we were the bridge between the site of community and the blind community right now. I want to welcome Bill. Mccain from dancing dots. Bill McCain you there. Adele. Hey, bill. No, no, Michael. Hello. Hi, sheila. How are you? Hi, sheila. Yeah. Doctors fine. We're hearing up to head down your way actually was on becoming down to the AGI conference in Orlando, Florida. Oh, yeah. Starts up on the thirtieth of this month. Guy. We're also very happy to have my friend and manual chessy. He's a longtime user all of our products. He's finishing up music degree, and he's also has a minor in special education, and he's on the line with us. So I thought it'd be nice to talk to about his experiences in general just trying to get his degree as the flying guy. And also somebody who's using pretty much all the products you've ever had. So Laura Emmanuel how you doing tonight? Hey, how you doing guys? Good night. I doing Emmanuel nice to meet you. Doing great. Thank you, Robin. You're welcome. So tell us about your experience with dancing dots. And the different components of the software. Well, I'm a music major at UCF. I'll be graduating this may UCF. Yeah. Yeah. Tonight. Oh nice. Yeah. I'd say I use you know, everything that pretty much does offers pretty much to get through my daily life. I say in school and schoolwork. So basically anything to do with no Dacian on this. A software named line. Now works for the another software named good field, and you can use that to read music. And braille but also have you music and friends that you can share it with cited professors. And you know, I basically use it gets to do my schoolwork right charge for other professionals that I work with and basically every day you stations life great. 'cause obviously, I'm basically I'm a hundred percent blind. You know, what do you play about what instrument? Drum set. Right. A little bit of. Yeah. No. You know, I had taken a bunch on music, theory, classes, and my call his career career and. That's what I use lime and good field and everything dancing Dodds operates. Dude. Obviously get through this classes. That's very exciting for you. Yeah. Cool to have a guy like him. You know, he's doing what I did decades ago. And he's you know, he's doing it with tools that I only dreamed about at the time, you know, to be able. Example, like the Dr Trump were able to do his music theory homework independently prepare then just hit the print button. And the teacher gets the see music imprint. Whereas when I was in business school, I had to sit down with my readers who turned into writers and say, okay. The first note a second line, g I note, you know, really, very painstaking, you know, then just down and play it in type it in the print button. And he's done his homework. And it's probably a whole lot less time that it took you, isn't it Bill? Yeah. I'm gonna have to think it is. I remember when I when I was graduating from my senior year, I go to eight minutes arrangements for jazz band. Estimate. I took about eighty hours to dictate all the notes to have good friends who patiently wrote them down. Have you ever done any projects like that manual? I know you've done some stuff audio recording ever done any like charts for big band or anything like that. Yeah. One of their length is that I. Not too long ago was just theory one and Jesse theory to man, and obviously like one of the components are those classes to be able to write ahead as they know it in the world, which is basically the melody and a corporations to add so one of our assignments switch to do that and print it out and bring it to each class member on the correct class. And probably would have taken Dell probably back in the day to three weeks worth of work. Fine. Me probably a weekend, you know, which is a regular and coming out with the music and everything that computer time is next to nothing if you know what you're doing and it takes to run the software. But as soon as you get it, it's actually great. I mean. When the sky's the limit. That's wonderful. Very exciting for both for both of you one one for you Bill is the person that is the creator of this software and then for Emmanuel for being able to be successful in this school. So that is just wonderful. Yeah. It it. It makes it all worthwhile. You know, when I beat up with a guy like him and hear about his experiences and Emmanuel what what's the next step for? You know, you're gonna get your degree. What are you thinking? You're gonna do with all this good education. As you know, if any good, and I'm already involved in several different projects, he and Orlando and throughout town. I also. Do for adoption with some artists. I I do commercial phone Sandra federal radio stations on here. You know, but I'm still at school. I finish unfinished about my major and my minor my minors on special education and. You.

"Climate science and ultra running. Ultra we have Dr Trump aka Sean beard, and if you just joined us you've missed all elope. So you got a lot of catch up to do. Yeah. Ryan and go back. And so, hey, doc, Gary was just saying in the break that you played soccer. And you know before you got into running period you played soccer. And so I'm interested to know, maybe Gary you can help me with this too is soccer a good pre requisite for getting into distance running. Because you guys who are Gary is a professional soccer player. Former professional soccer player so many years ago, but still you did it so, but you guys run like, I don't know how many miles do you have to how many miles. Do you think run during the game? Depends on position certain positions will cover more ground than others. You might do the conversion docto if you get a midfield player who's really say active. Right. They might get towards fifteen kilometers fifteen kilometers. Does that did that have anything to do with helping you in your discovery that you really love this ultra running thing? No didn't help me. Discover that at all I do think it helped me in performance. And I do I do think that helps them performance. Visit didn't is because I I love you know, soccer is sprint rest sprint. Walk sprint. Jog sprint. Right. Right. Is not continuous low running. And when I was training, isn't it? Exactly what it is. What it is. I I looked at the track runners, and I just thought they were crazy, and that's just looking at people go and five ten mile, right? But when you get into your later years soccer isn't competitive any more. And you know, if that's my mindset, I can't just play for fun. And so I looked at other ways to to push myself, and the seemed to be one, but I think that a background of soccer, and I would see multi dimensional sport. So lacrosse other things like that works really well for for mountain trails. So again ultramarathons are often run on track or road, but their most commonly thought of a mountain trails. Okay. The power that you're that you develop in soccer is very useful for for pounding a short hills and agility, the leg agility for running over rocks and roots and on and on even terrain. Well, I have found seems to be a real benefit. There you go. We've discussed in the first segment was you about mechanics and Senator things things that needs to be done. But we all learning so much as we do on every show so much has to take place upstairs in the mind, mentally and the psychology of oats running first and foremost most people will run the other way from an ultra event because that's just way way out of that comfort zone. How have you found that as the other way? Yeah. That's as long as they're running on happy. My point how how do you see the psychology of ultra Rana's oh chewing Durance athletes? Your table in a way, simply happen parts are progressive movement. That's why the entire progressive prioritize. Because the question of race and racism, gender, sexism and all sorts of immigration issues. Like all the issues the right wing is using working class country or in my experience best attended to class struggle. And I don't miss them. I feel as if I age era. Still a lot of two handed sort of older white men around would say it's all about class all about class divisive. And that was. I was bridge Jeter bridge between. Energies progressive, and I would say that I represent sort of bridge and the sense that we have to pay attention race racism, mentally, also pay attention, sexism, gender issues, all sorts of stuff, but their best when we're actually putting people in what we call struggle because it's when people say a common objective raises the right hire childcare the right to raise their kids to have the right to control their schedule like really basic fundamental issues in every. Workers come together around prominent matter and in those conversations when employer professionally investor attract I using race by gender by immigration. Where actually over because people are fighting common issues, and they're less ideological. And so when we say trouble to white workers are getting around race question or or maybe a bunch of. L workers any color or not quite getting around gender while childcare matter much the table, or why maternally matters the table, and frankly a lot easier to bridge those gaps and help people learn real solidarity and common enemy is when they're struggling around common issues and workers have issues and part of what I was taught. Organizer is our objective is to help people say, they're only they're only. Working class and there's in class, and that's so this country, but when you're talking fight, it's not a terror, which is why we need a lot more talking. Arkley from. That's kind of push me conversation. Reading your piece in the times. Moment for our viewers. What is should be learning from union organizer? That we have to learn build something different in this country that we've lost. First thing I wrote about three basic. So one building super which already participation really, hyper. Election. Everybody. We know that we can't just like fifty one percent. Fifty three percent that number hope election employer has a long period of time to campaign against Dr. Trump riding, everyday, racism sexism. "When you say high wage areas you it's more like you mean like high-wage countries. Right? That's right. So it means like imported cars, right? Forty, five percent of our, they calculate that the car has to be built in a high wage area so they can't build everything and Taiwan or who's Becca STAN or something. So. Yeah, like not like not like not like high wage areas like in your country, like, you know, like LA instead of Detroit, it's like high-wage countries, essentially Taiwan versus US. Right. So if Nike started making cars, that'd be fucked. Exactly. Yeah, for sure. Do they say which part of the forty five percent like is it the engine now? I have not really that that is probably extremely complicated how it's defined. I mean, these hires housands of pages I think is okay. Well agreement. One key change at the very end of the agreement is that all members cannot purposely manipulate the exchange rates of their currency specifically. They have to avoid devaluation to gain a competitive advantage in producing exports, and so that sounds boring because it is. But many experts believed that this change is aimed at establishing a precedent for whenever they make a trade deal with China whenever the US big trade deal with China because Trump has made claims that China devalue their currency purposely to make their exports more. Active and gain an unfair competitive advantage. So crab? Yeah. So Trump's now going to take this deal because now he's in alignment with Mexico and Canada. He's going to try to work with Europe and Japan, put the squeeze on China to see if he can strike a deal there because you know the trade war is ongoing and tariffs continue to rise constantly in that one. Yeah. I mean, now that we've got these juggernauts of the Konami Mexico and Canada while some China do China's like don't buy any US products and you'll be okay. Yeah. So what I'm getting out of this, we're cool with Canada again the time. Yes. I mean, essentially the steel and aluminum tariffs are still in place and Canada. And Mexico says, you know that those need to be hammered out before they officially, you know, let the ink dry on the on this new deal mean hockey season starting coincidence probably. Got thank God. Yeah, that's a good point. Maybe maybe this is just in time, so candidate can forget all this and move onto the NHL the National Hockey League. Right? So our internet comment for the day is from Clarkston on Facebook. He's taking the stance that a lot on the left Dr Trump is like an arsonist who starts a fire and then expects people to be grateful when he calls the fire department. So you're right. So like saying like, oh, you created this huge trade war for not much gain, really. And yeah, I mean, there's not many changes. Maybe this devaluing currency thing is like super important to his. Strategy long-term, but maybe not maybe just wanted credit for getting a trade deal done. I prefer that Trump is like that dirty bro who gives you Clemencia and then prescribes you amoxicillin. Oh, okay. All right. Well, okay. Interesting. Let's take it over to the soft corner. Baby the cooler. The Matz will mean rainy seven. Just quite an honored. The mother of Missouri teen is suing her son school in federal court claiming he was the target of age and sex discrimination. That sounds intense, but he does ready for this. You're ready to hear why this what's so soft about this that what you do, it's not her son did not make the boys varsity soccer team as a junior, and he's not allowed to play on the JV team anymore because he's old as fuck now. So she doesn't think that's fair. So she's suing the school for her son to be allowed to play on the JV team as a junior. Okay. That's pretty embarrassed. How the, how the fuck do you let your mom get away with that shit? Well, that's interesting. I mean, we could probably throw the kid in the softcore to the moms definitely in the soft corner. Oh, he's in. He's right there holding hands with her, you think so. I mean, like these moms. Some of these moms are very aggressive, so it doesn't matter mom. Do you know what's going to happen to me if you sued the school? Do you do fucking know what's going to happen to me? Mom did my mom. No, it was going to happen to me when she made me take swimming lessons at the community pool at fifteen..

Somebody said, ROY hundred Senate President Trump look like he was suffering from it because he looks like his face getting red like, he's, you know, he's got a colon that's ready to blow up. And I said, you know, I think that that is wrong. I think it's a, it's a threat to the president because if he hears you talking about that, then it'll be up in his head and he'll be worried about blown colon. I'm saying we talk about this once before I brought up earlier show. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. The whole thing is a little weird to me. What are you talking about? Why are you bring it up again? Moselle use me like this is general Shaw while you're bringing up again? Yes, right. I know, yeah. Why are you bringing up again pose l. good. If the president has a problem, he's got a physical malady. I'm sure he has good doctors on staff would say that. Yeah. I mean, that's the whole thing. Dr Trump. I mean, Dr Trump Mr. Trump has a doctor who you seen that letter that he wrote into guys way. He's quack quack it up, you know? And I mean that very serious sin. No, I'm not trying to joke the guy the quack up, which is a technical, but technical term for a doctor. That is not a good doctor. Clack is I didn't. I never heard a Clack up a quack up is basically when they do an investigation of the quack. A plaque up. Yeah. And I know it sounds like crack up, but that's what they call it. Do. "And my wife's fear has been that the mob is gonna come for me, right? Like the mob is come for other people. So my response, I went downstairs and she's like, I think there's going to be really bad. You know, I think there's going to be really bad for us. It's funny. Like I've been saying, things are going so well, I said, you know what wouldn't shock me. If we got invited to the Trump White House, my wife voted for Hillary Clinton. So it's like you'd go to the White House. Right? And I didn't vote for Trump. I voted for for Gary Johnson, but I'm not like I'm not an anti dr- Trump's right driving me crazy. We're having an argument about whether you have an obligation to go to the White House regardless. If the president is my argument is yes, the president wants to meet with you, or you get a chance to go some point, shake a hand you go. I've never met the president. I'd love to do it at some point regardless of party and she's like, no, I wouldn't go like I'm a, I'm a Hillary Clinton supporter. So we were having that discussion and I go downstairs. And so things have been going pretty well. And she's like, I think I think this is going to be really bad. And the truth matter is I almost got fired from my radio show of this and to thankfully the people who are in positions of power at the radio show. We're like, no, we're not gonna fire him over this like this is not. It's not a major thing. Then I, I've been saying that the first imminent boobs is a funny line to me because if I just say I'm a first amendment absolutist it goes over everybody's head right? Because it's such. It's such a cliche to say that really it's when you unpack it that it makes sense. So I thought, you know, it's like the great line from sling blade back in the day, like an, I'll probably get in trouble for this. But I think like the character said, I got an issue with midgets and teacups, right? Mazing combination like to things that don't really fit together. Like if you just said, I have an issue with midge. That's gonna we ride just haven't thing with antiques. It's the juxtaposition of two incongruous pairings. So to me, that kind of made it funny and interesting. And so and so when I said it, I'd sit it on CNN the day before, like I didn't think it was remotely controversial, but would she reacted I am a don't slow down. I'm gonna go full speed ahead and keep saying she wanted me to apologize. Like as a woman, I was like, we'll be sexist if I was talking differently to a woman. Right? That's my argument. I tried to talk the exact same guy girl everybody else, and the folks on CNN drop language that far renew your and the crazy thing was Hugh Hefner died a couple of nights. There's anybody who loves boobs at his right and a CNN was lionising. The guy they were talking about how much they love them, like, how can you ban me for basically saying in in three words, the entire philosophy of Hugh Hefner. Right? I mean, it was just the. The Pearl quantum was just saying on the part of these folks in the media and it was it was all lies again. I mean, these are people who were like Cathy Griffin was simulating oral sex on national television, New Year's Eve with members of the CNN crew, and they're and they're getting on your case for spelling they were. They were smoking weed live on the air most recent and and and Brooke Baldwin said like this, she has bigger balls than Don lemon. I'm fine if you want to outrage culture in general, drives me insane. But that was just such. When I mean there was no true to it at all it was. He was really upset. Okay. So what are your fixes for the biggest? So we're, we've been hearing critical throughout this show of everything that the sports media is doing. I totally agree with you that a little bit of diversity at ESPN would go a long way out, like every time I I'm at the gym and somebody turns on around the horn and say, go good, five people who agree with each other, and it's perfect..
