"Good the bad and the science the show the breaks down the signs of television and movies with a comedian and a scientist. Today we're discussing. Dr pimple popper so i'll ask about acne boils and yeah pimples. Hi everyone. I'm your host ethan edinburgh and i've got to wonderful guest joining me today. My first guest is a comedian actress. Writer and host of the beauty. Podcast natch butte. Welcome to joe. jackie johnson. Hi how's it going. Good the bad and the science. Which one am i am i the bad. You're the good the bad but it's cool. It's like the michael jackson. Bad like a cab means good. No i thank you for being here. Your podcast is unbelievable. Obviously everyone should listen to it if they don't and this is really exciting. You've actually had our our second. Guess which. I'm about to introduce on your podcast. So you guys kind of go back. We go back to about a year ago and it's very exciting. Wow okay that is very cool. And before we get to her. I wanted to ask you. This is my first time watching. Dr pimple popper okay. And and from what i know about you. I just kind of assumed that you had seen this before. Am i right about that. I had witnessed a lot of her youtube over an early adapter would say to to popper but the show was a whole other world and i cannot wait to discuss it great. Okay do. I have a lot of questions. And i was blown away by it. I was scared going into it. I almost like. This is one of the things i was like. I don't know if. I even want to watch this. But i know that i have to for the podcast but it turned out i frigging loved it and i was like cringing and enjoying it at the same time as a really unique experience. This i agree. It's a feel good show. It's a totally feel good. Show end the star dr. Sandra lee is mind-blowing. She's incredible i loved her. Oh she's she's so pretty and fun and sweet and soothing has such a great bedside manner as funny i yeah no wonder. She's a star. She's a total star. Speaking of which we got another star of the program. I think i should introduce her. She's our second guess. She's a clinical researcher. A published author and board certified dermatologists with over forty years of experience. Welcome to the show. Dr loretta seraglio bank. Thank you and i got to tell you. i'm very similar jackie. I had actually seen so much you too because so many of my teenage patients would be watching it in the waiting room. I call them in and they'd say watch this with me but i watched the episode now. A pimple popper. And i think she is so calm and so talented and i think that it's just going to give so much hope to so many people i'm in love with the whole then. Yeah yeah me too. And and i'll be totally honest with you guys totally transparent. I cried a little bit during this episode. i'm not i got teary eyed. I've i've was again just blown away that she's able to like really like one eighty shift these people's lives. Yes what signer you ethan. I'm assuming a very sensitive sign. I don't know i don't know if it's sensitive but i'm a taurus. Taurus sorry well we can get into zodiac signs another episode of on topic. Here we'll try. We'll try our best and before we we go right into this episode. I was visiting. Your website Dr loretta and i quickly started freaking out. Because it seems like there's a lot of ways in which the world is destroying my skin. So i wanted to ask you about that. I like what do you think is the number one skin killer. Can i guess take it on the show. I'm not not an expert. While got well dr rattus tan and i would like to think enemy number one is the son. Am i right. Okay very interesting. Is it just exposure to external stuff. So jackie every dermatologist. At least in america we would love your answer. Your dermatologist would love it because what we see is that skin it gets exposed to the sun it ages and you know i look at a ninety year olds buttocks and they look like their third but now we sort of realize hey pollution you know right by pollution probably causes laurie spots more wrinkled deeper creases. I mean there's studies showing it so we got a lot of harsh environmental stuff going on positions worse indoors than outdoors so I sort of you know. Only it's it's very interesting. Because i'm a real believer in masks race kovin and i've gotta tell you although some people who are acne prone or getting some acne under their mass all the people who are coming in to see me for other issues when they take off their masks. Their skin is looking better than ever. Because it's been so covered from all those environmental aggressors. So ethan hope that was a good answer but it's really like a lot of things it's it's pollution. It's it's all the irritants that we women tend to overdo and on her face when an excellent answer. You don't have to worry about that. I'm absolute schmuck so anything you say. I would just believe it but but i was concerned about one said which was that. The pollution is worse inside than outside. Can you elaborate on that. So you know. The thing is that they've been spurs. The world. health organization has decided that we have higher levels of indoor pollution than outdoor. some of. it depends on where you live..

"Why not but. I mean yeah. You can do that something but there's a time to do that to you wanna do that when they're kind of like that. I do it when i feel it. I know a big ones coming. You know it's under the skin and they can harrowing bursts it you know but obviously you don't wanna go crazy and inject a lot of areas even though it's a really low dose low potency. A higher dose can cause atrophy can cause like a little in in that. It's not usually permanent. Can last a long time so those are things that obviously you gotta balance an. Obviously you also have to have a dermatologist. Or somebody there that can do that for you. You can't just inject yourself right exactly. Yeah that's crazy i actually. This is probably so bad. And you're gonna tell me not to do this ever again. Because i know it thins out your skin but sometimes in a pinch if i have a hollywood thing coming up. I'm scared about getting injected. Because i you know i'm scared about stuff like that. But as soon as they use a little topical cortisone. That's okay you're okay. I think like nine one. I feel like sometimes and it's just because those are the rules. We don't want people to use it chronically but if you use it for a few days or one day no it's not gonna do anything to you but sometimes patients get really scared because they'll read the pharmacy instructions or the farmers will say do. This is dangerous to us. Long-term yeah it's if you use it months and months straight a high potency topical steroids but using a even if you're using a high potency one and you just use it for a few days. I've done that myself. You know so. That's good. That makes me feel better. Because i was nervous. It was like i. Should i tell her. She not tiller the late. You can definitely yes. Just make sure. You're not doing that in the magnifying mirror with dirty fingernails or which i know i no i try to do. I find especially with my skin. That less is more and the less. I touch it. No anything to eat. i really don't get facials. i don't do anything yet either. And actually do you notice to as you. I know. I noticed as i get older. I'm so much more gentle with my skin. I feel like the more dab dab ren fingers. Oh yeah very gentle or the makeup artist to sometimes some of the some of them are a little more rough. And i'm like you know you feel like now you're like so much more gentle owino little line you're listening to do world. It's so hard to hire.

"Little younger than yours. But lightweight you'll see like my debt. I know he. He's gonna laugh when he sees me. Go through the same thing. Like i was like. We'll just. It's going to be five years that i finished college. Oh i'm going to go to medical school. I'm gonna i'm gonna do fellowship. You know suggest little longer just a little longer. You know not really asked him directly. But so is really nice. But by the time that i was ready i was done. I was thirty four. He was done. So that's a funny. Terry talks about that too because we started a little later with the kids and so he's like. Is anyone going to be a doctor. How long do i have to hang on like what do you. Eddie your kids are they. How old are your kids. They are fifteen and sixteen so a sophomore and junior. Yes okay great junior because my oldest your seniors junior year hardest year on my gosh. Yeah so are. They interested in medicine either of them. My oldest my older one says he is. But i don't know and i don't want to push them like my dad inch me at all here you would say if you wanna be a garbage person. Just be best garb. Just be happy and do what you want. And i think he kind of just tried to show by example. Like like how you know what how. Wonderful his specialty. Was you know how we enjoyed it. I mean he was it's work. It's still work but you know he really enjoyed it. And i think we have really similar personality so it really kind of He never pushed me into an. I feel like people assume that but it really wasn't the case. I just don't think you can push. I mean i go the other way most likely most likely and i mean becoming a doctor is so difficult that i mean you can't pursell and someone has to have that kind of drive and determination to do it. I you know what though honestly will have to say. I didn't really think like okay in my life. This is what i wanted to be. This is. I want to be a doctor. It was more like. I don't know what i'm gonna do. I think i should stay in school for a little while. What else can i study. Yeah i think that that was the problem. I was like a serial school person or something. So but i think that's great. I mean the thing you worry about now with. The kids is that terrier was saying the other day he was like no one graduates in four years from college. I never heard of that back in my day. You graduated in four years four and then you either moved on to grad school or something. You were done right. There's changes i hear so many friends are saying you know. I don't even want my kids to go to college. You know they're gonna take these gap years and there's all this like sort of relaxation of that time or there's also all these schools now. Apparently that i'm new to the this tells me how old i am as well because like i'm like their schools vocational schools. That are more like right. You already know in high school that you want to be a nurse for example and then you're going through school that sort of puts you. I mean we had that to a small degree. But i feel like. It's just more heightened. Now i don't know it's all new to me. It really is. I mean they almost it said in a way. Because i feel like they need to know exactly what you're saying exactly what they wanna do not even just with the vocational schools. But as they're applying i mean. I don't know. I was a musical theater major so i was auditioning everywhere. So i don't really know the academic path that they took at that time but these kids they have to apply to a specific program. Was that always the case. Maybe i don't know 'cause. I don't think i knew at that. Point like i get a lot of people a lot of young people. Ask me for advice and there. Should i do like how do i. I want to become a dermatologist. Fifteen years old. And this is what i decided. I want to be and i. I really kind try to tell them. I don't think you should know at this point. Actually that life is a path. And i learned this really from my patients more than anyone. 'cause you just you know you make small talk with people and you find out how they got into the position that they're in now and you realize that life is so circuitous you know you're just you don't know where the paths gonna lead you and You discover along the way. Like if you told me fibers ago that i was gonna be dr improper. I mean no way no way in hell for sure you know what i mean it just it just happens so these things happen. Well i mean that's pretty fabulous but the you know with hollywood. It's always a lightning strike. Yes yes i mean. You've been in this. I you know. I feel like i need to sit down with the two of you and like just like grill you. I'm sure you any advice and things for me you know. I think you're doing just fine. I'm trying you're listening to other bros. World slimmer cloud is more.

Pm pacific standard time. We're gonna do that again. Sto crazy weekend really really fun. We went to the track. We went to down to delmar so or friends the bellows have racehorses and i haven't been the tracking like two years because last year it was closed and so i guess it was the year before and they invited us down and we went ended up going on friday. There's i won't tell you who i was with but if you look online there's photos and you could see who i invited from cast But we went down on friday tearing i alone and met the bellows and we stayed at The bearish which has been redone. Look nice and then we went out to dinner at poplar musgrove. Which is my favorite restaurant on there. It's delicious icy cold. Champagne and caviar and french fries and steak and was just really nice if they feel like tears working so much it was just nice to checkout. Go have a nice dinner even the car right. I mean there was a little traffic. It took us about two hours but even still it was just. It was nice. It was just nice being in the car and to what else and we regret dinner. We slept in. Oh my gosh. It was so heavenly. Slept in had a lovely like slow morning together. And i got dressed slowly. No rush it was just great and then we went over to the track and met up with the bellows and another couple ran into a whole bunch of people. We knew which is always so fun. What's nice about it like everyone's all dressed. People look pretty and lot ladies were hats and people are in dresses. And i i like when people want to get dressed. We got to see the horses up close and go down to the paddock and it was so so fun. Just a really terrific day. We ended up having lunch there and hanging out a lot longer than i thought we were going to. And just a beautiful day met so many nice people. I was really fun. And then on the way back we stopped and had dinner at noble. It's so not on the way back just so you know it's like taking left turn it albuquerque. It's nowhere on the way home. But that's where we wanted to go. And cocoa wanted to meet us for jenner so we went and met her at nobu and had a really fun dinner with her. It was just. It was great. It's like a nice weekend. I went for a run weather was nice. Everyone's kind of lazy and now this week. The twins are starting their senior year of high school. Can you believe that isn't that crazy. They went and they painted their parking spots if they allow me to. I'll post pictures of it. But they're they're so cute. I cannot believe they're starting senior year. I just can't believe it so exciting. A really hope. I'm getting worried with all of these closures and cancellations. I'm hoping that we're not going south and that you know they're senior year is going to be in person. I hope so. Because i really want that for them and for all of us my gosh like time time to rejoin i hope this delta variant comes in and goes quickly i hope everyone's getting vaccinated and all of that all right well so really fun shows today and tomorrow i'm going to do. Hip is hottest newest. But before i get there. Dr pimple popper is here today dr sanjay of so excited. She is so fabulous. If you've not seen dr pimple popper. I don't know what rock even under but my gosh it is crazy and fun. And she's adorable and so and that show watching people. Pop pimples is like oddly satisfying. I don't really know why it's kind of gross. But there you go and tomorrow on the show. Laura wasser my friend. Who's a very famous divorce attorney. She's going to be on the show so really really fun shows okay so before we bring dr leon. I wanted to do hypnotise newest. Because here's the thing. When i go to la a of times. I was co hosting daily pop. My brain is going. But i was hosting daily pop like what a week ago and what happens is i have to be up really early in the morning because you have to get in the car crazy early or you hit traffic. There's this window of time that if you go a little too early it takes like an hour and fifteen but if you go a little too late it can take you two and a half hours so you always try to get there a little bit early and what happens is i do my makeup in the car. I know that sounds crazy. But i can no problem eyelashes the whole thing. So if i'm running late. I don't mind doing that but it's your hair. That's the problem so my hair has to be completely blown out. Because i worry like if i'm in traffic and get there just on time we'll have time to like up my flat iron and redo it whatever so. I always like to have an option in the car. And i found this. This straightening iron. It's called the g. Hd on the plugged cordless styler. And this is what i love about it. You don't need to plug it in so you warm up you heat it up and then it's got a heat resisting carry case and it'll stay hot for twenty minutes. So what's cool about it is. I can do my hair fast. I can't even slap on a first layer of makeup. Whatever it is or if you're just in the car for like a long commute or even if you're going to a wedding and then there's a thirty minute break in between and you want to like region or outside it got a little full or frizzy you can have this flattening iron that you don't need to plug in and it's you can use it for twenty minutes. The only downside to it is it takes about two hours to charge but once you charge it now you've got twenty minutes of straightening which is great. So it's it's a little under three hundred dollars you can. I'll post a link to this beacon. Either go to the jd website. Or sephora i sought because rodney was using it. And i was like i need that. That is so good. I love that. Because sometimes when i do the hair really fast the car. It does start swelling on the way up to so anyway. I absolutely love love loved it. I think it's worth it especially if you travel I think it's terrific. So it's the hd unplugged cordless styler. Check it out. And don't forget. Sunday quickie five. Pm pm pacific standard. Time this sunday on my instagram live. Just go to add. Heather dubrow and don't forget to go to itunes and leave us a five-star review and say what you love about..

"The Maison with Kevin Nation. We all have things just to look at them bother us. I don't like watching that dr. Pimple popper, show on T because that's just gross to me off, like wise pictures of toenail and fingernail fungus. The other day, I was watching some video on YouTube before I can get to the video, I had to go through a commercial and was one of those commercials wouldn't let me fast-forward on and it was all about toenail fungus. I would guess I'm kind of freaked out by toenails and fingernails, they bother me. I don't know why they always have, but I don't want to see TV commercials. I don't want to see especially YouTube commercials for toenail fungus Fighters or anything like that because I don't want to have to look at those gross kinds of things. And of course, anytime there are toenail fungus commercials on TV, usually, during the Nightly News, when I'm eating my dinner, but I guess they're going after a certain audience in a certain demographic and that's when those people are watching, it still kind of bothers me a little bit. I wish there was a way we could opt out of certain commercials of certain types of things, because there are some things that others might find offensive that don't bother me. But yet these kind of commercials don't want to see him. Don't want to see, pictures, don't want to see video. Don't want to see anything. I just want them to go away.

"That. I do of i do. I mean that's part of being the whole key to it really is just I don't talk down to people. I definitely i'm coming in there as a friend like as a family member as a friend in you just talking to them real like i'm gonna tell them straight out and i get it. I think they understand that. I get it. But this isn't threatening your life. But i get that it's affecting your ability to interact in the world. And what can we do to make this better. And so those are all the things that we talk about. You know when. I just talked about like i'm talking to you like your friends. We are trying to figure this out together. Let me. I have some information. I have things that i think can help you in. Let's work together and see if we can't improve the situation here. Because i get it. A threat acting does not threaten your life but it definitely could threaten your motion. stability Especially when you're teenagers can affect the way that your personality develops how you interact with people how you interact with the world in such a vital like growing part of your life so I say that to the patient because they are not necessary. Get that necessarily. But like that's what i understand and i'm using that understanding to just know that we're working together here for this and that i'm on their side. I have back as much as i can. That's the cokie to it. Nuts whole key to being. I think at any specialty in medicine or even another world is to make sure that people know that you have to make sure you have a connection with aminat. You're doing this as a friend Because that's something that you're gonna trust not really where it comes. What where it comes from. Echoes for my dad really. He's a great matala. Just that's probably why. I have this kind of bedside manner as Everybody in the beginning. When i would meet them the all new my dad because he was primarily their And they would always start with. I know your father. And i love. Your father likes so okay. I got to make sure that you'd like meet. You certainly don't wanna get back to my dad. That i was not nice. He'll you know not as nice to you. So what's lovely as well is that i can really tell and we've only ever done this via the computer but i can really tell that if i came into your clinic that came into your practice. It would be exactly the same with me. It would be very relaxed. We'd be talking about the real housewives within five minutes and you can feel it would be because of you all stratospheric rise with dr pimple popper and everything like this. I'm sure people would have come to you. And said hey. Can we put your name on these products but actually you can really tell that the products have been made to have your back and your bathroom in the way that you have people's back in your clinic which is why like that. Yes yeah yes i mean. It's been really important to me in everything that i do to make sure that it comes from the heart like it's not fake. It's not like me selling something to i don't do that. Don't do that in my practice. I don't do that in. And i think a lot of my all the time they come to see me especially like cosmetic patients because that's also sensitive kind of area. They say i really love what you do. Because i can tell. I don't care about when it comes down to that kind of things. Generally about the money about up selling a product. I just want the best potential outcome for them. If it's something that i don't do like i will tell them to go somewhere somewhere else. You know. I'm just going to give them like one of the hardest questions to answer and i don't answer. It is when somebody has some cosmetic thing and they come to me they stay. Just look at me and tell me what you want to do. I would never. That's and that's a big. And i think a lot of doctors don't rachi realize that not necessarily know that maybe younger doctors to because to me. That's hardest question. I never 'cause i 'cause you know. How crushing would that be. If i said oh you use an i left or something and that is your favorite feature of your of your body you know like of your face ending that's crushing. You can't do that kind of thing. I more like. I don't. I don't like that i don't i mean i'd rather you tell me what you don't like about your skin. What you what specific things you may dislike. Let me tell you. If there's something that i can do or or something somebody can do to improve that in kind of explain it in that way true. I want some how to compensation the plastic surgeon this about ten years ago and i said something like oh i. I've often wondered whether i should get a nose job. And he said how old are you. I think at the time. Yeah thirty three. He said if you really wanted to have done it by now. That was the end of the conversation. Yeah yeah you have to be really sensitive with how you answer those questions when someone says what. Should i get my news done. Yeah yeah it. It's a technique. Certainly not attacked. It's just a way that you learn because you know you don't again it comes down to. I don't want somebody leaving my office feeling bad about themselves you know. This is an opportunity to uplift people in any minor way that you can. It really helps you know are just our mindset in the world so you want to be encouraging with people that can be tough to sometimes Because it's such a dermatologist. Much psych psychiatry. I don't really hear the news unless you talk to somebody specifically how it is with very close to the projected like lifting restrictions. But the there's a lot of caution wait right story. I think we're just a little bit ahead. I feel like bar saying now. You don't have to wear i can say you don't have to wear a mask and a lot of settings ready you can't you don't have to wear ready outdoors. Might be the same with you guys. "dr pimple" Discussed on The Emma Guns Show

"He's very picky about why he knows a lot about these things and i think it has a lot to do it. This is my. This is my. This is why. I could probably think too much about this but i i figure has a lot to do with people having a very good sense of smell Because i think that has so much to do with being able to tech different tastes Different flavors and things and on my palate is not that sophisticated. So yes i. I am more basic and i i will accept things you know. An e. l. eight things even though they're not that good just because i'm hungry you know but he walked so that's just very interesting to me. Yeah i've often wondered whether people's taste buds can be more accu- or can be dialed up. Oh dial down like somebody. We've never had that before have we. That person's got quite weak tastes so they might not tax food. I'd be fascinated to this is why this came from. Actually when i was in medical school there was a kid in my class. Who was like head a veracious appetite here. Eat so much food to be amazing to watch him into the kind where you like. I want to eat. And i found out that he was in a car accident and he actually damaged a part of his brain that he didn't have any sense of smell. So you couldn't smell anything so then. I thought that he would have things with a lot of spice. Because i think that he also could taste but he could feel the spiciness like it would give him that feeling so that was how he was feeling like by that tasted good to him because it gave him a sensation which i found passing and i was really devastated because then i decided to do a little tests on him. Well i had like a regular tortilla chip and then a dorito chip. And i said i blindfolded him and i just take one in. Tell me if you know which is what he did now. And then i felt really bad so that was just telling me like he had no discerning he would eat whatever and he was always so hungry as opposed to my husband who has very good sense of smell and he's very picky eater and he's rarely able to detect different tastes and things you know so i just find that fascinating that it has so much to do a smell. Anyway we started. I'm fascinated by that too. We'll pick that up when we see each other. We'll have a little taste test. You as a better sense of smell. We'll bring up blindfolds and some mr scary. Yes okay. what's next number. Three of course is take extra care of my skin. I'm not really right. I'm not really. I don't have a lot of products. They'll have a lot of products on my on my counter. Because i get a lot of products to try and certainly in my skincare line trying different things i am not. I'm really pretty basic. In what i do because i am both dry and sensitive so i don't like to add new things because i'm afraid of the reaction that i might have and also that i know that i mean if something is so amazing it's really gonna stick around for a long time and then i can try you know. I don't like to be the first one out with a lot of different fancy thanks. Most of them don't work really. They don't do what they say that they're going to do. So so yeah. I just try to be nice to my skin. I thank my mom for my genetics. My jeans and i take are where my sunscreen and i put on a good moisturizer use retinol which is great. Know that's bets in my eslami. Skincare use salicylic acid to cleanse my face. But i really Things very basic. And then i put my mask on off to work so i just try to be as gentle to my skin really. I guess really appreciate it to know that you know it. that Really lucky to have the skin. That i haven't i just try to take his best care of it. I can't as everybody does. I think that's the thing that really took me by surprise. Actually for me in my job as a beauty writer. In that for years and years you'd be getting all these new products and hearing about all these new innovations in this technology in these ingredients. Actually the best results ever had with my skin is when i'm dialing it back and i just took get back to the very basic ingredients and by basically i mean i mean basic as basic basic has an just the fundamentals the cornerstones and actually when you look at the inquest of slam. That's exactly what you're getting. It's just it's not i. it's not nonsense. It's just like proven actives. The proven ingredients that are shown to work. Whether it's too calm whether it's to decongest order these things it's just the stuff that has the data that shows it works yes. Yeah and that's the thing that it and that's what it is it's causing dermatology really about me realizing through social media and through all this craziness that's happened to me which is amazing and humbling but also crazy that there are so many people out there that don't know what to use their skin and they have questions and they're asking me they're looking to me for answers so can i help them can actually create something that can that can change a person's skin for the better across the pond like on the other side of the world. That is so amazing that i have and i don't take that lightly. I took that responsibility very on that. That's a big deal. I never i. Don't wanna let down my patients In a way they're my patients in innocence. You know my specialty. You know i- putting out things there that we know work as dermatology we.

"To do. Is We actually have to like? Reopen the scar and re-cut the strength. Of Glue it back together? And I was. Nauseated and yeah, just her saying that, and did you watch any of that one or close? Your eyes are known to. Think I went P. That part. But I saw like really gross. How she like put the skin on her finger. And, that was like that's what I'm saying like she. I think even the even Naomi or whatever her name was. Yeah I don't even remember, do you? Even poser grow was like that was a little weird that she put the rings of my ear. I just remember her saying when Dr Lee started cutting, she could hear it. Oh, yeah. Heath hurt. Oh my God do you think Dr Lee would be ed? Geene if she didn't Ha-. Exactly that's what I'm saying. She's A. She's a PhD 'cause. If not, she'd be murdering people. Find some way to cut people, but anyway she cut up her ear gross. She like cut like sliced pieces of an off. It was stitched it back up. And then they stitched back ebbing at the end, it looked like she had normal ear lobes, composer and But, they had like the scar across them, but Barely you can barely see it and when it hill up later on it, you. Could you know it was fine? But that was her name was Noel by the way, no, Naomi. That was no wells shit, but I didn't really care about hers as much because I was like. This isn't even like a life threatening or like. That's why I didn't give a shit about her story line because these other people. That happened to them against their fucking. Will. You did this to yourself? Are Going to Dr Pimple Popper, wasting her beautiful resources. Yeah, I think she should have charged her double because she saying like hey fix my mistake. Yeah. Anyway That was that was the trashy. You have anything else you WANNA. Say about this absurd. I know. You wanted to get it over with. Nick watching. Surgery Things They like I would never be able to be in the medical field because just the I. don't even like handling raw meat really. You know so. No I feel nauseous now. All right so yeah, that was that was that then? So. We're going to get right into the Sarah says you got some. Boy Do all right, so we're going to. Go into. Sarah says hey guys. What's up? It's me. Saraji welcome to Sarah says. That lady! I think I've said that before a white girl, and I WANNA give shout out or not even a shout. I just WanNa like shout at my fellow white women also known as Karen's and Becky's. Some of you need to shut the fuck up, please. Can you please shut the fuck up, please? Just because you're a woman doesn't mean that you know anything about what is like to be. Systematically oppressed because of your skin color because you're a woman, and it's not based on, you know that's gender, not race and ethnicity. So maybe shut the fuck up when you don't know what you're talking about. If you want to tell somebody to do something practice what you preach, put your money where your mouth is. That is a direct quote from somebody who got to lay it on the Internet this weekend. don't say I'm not going to sit here and list all black people I'm friends with helped love whatever appreciate, and then proceed to list those people in all the ways you've helped black people. It's not a good look white ladies. This is going out to many white ladies also don't say all lives matter and don't say you don't see color because that's both just diminishing an entire struggle in the entire point of everything now only. Do you need to see color? You need to acknowledge the struggles of the colors of the people. You're seeing and realize that you'll never get it, so maybe you should shut the fuck up and just listen a little bit. Thank year. Also I'm tired of. Women who are? I don't know how to say this. Specifically there are people who are like. Oh! I guess I'll just have to say the specific example because I. Don't think that person listen to podcasts anyways, but like let's say you want to perform at a comedy club. Right and part of the way you get to perform at said comedy club is by going to said comedy club once a week every week on a certain night. And networking with the people who work there networking with other comedians watching the show making it known that you would like to perform there one day. Don't complain that you go all the time and never get up. If a you're not funny. And don't try to blame it on the fact that you are technically a minority. Because you are visually a blonde, blue, eyed white woman. Okay, so this is Mary specific I feel like people need to realize that if you are white passing or a white person. Let's say you are like Mediterranean, but you look very white. Let's say you're from Spain. You have blonde hair blue eyes. You are technically white in the eyes of the American law, so you can't say you are a fucking minority. In that. Does that make sense? nate does that make sense if you were listening to. You know what I was talking about what it make sense to you. Yes, all right so. These are just things that have been coming up time and time again. White women trying to be like Wilson's. I'm a woman. I like the struggle, and since I am I at and and. White Women Stop. Settled Down Tak- xanax drink chardonnay. And just listen to people. And that's Sarah says. I realize that I'm kind of being a hypocrite right now by telling White Women West. To. Roll with it. Services like I'm GONNA, have a heart attack. All right well, let's get in the trash bin before you. Know what we're watching next week shower, yeah! All Right I. Don't know why anyone needed to know. I'm gross to. We're all gross this quarantine, right? I am ready. Let's get like a hypothetical drummer obikwelu. Hypothetical Sense. What we the next dumb robe lease. Competition show Lord. It's a spinoff. Oh Lord Daisy of love Jesus. We just keep going to these VH1. chillers are hey. No, why would you you always say that? But no, we have to follow. The rules could be whatever we pick. We pick all right. We're going to be watching daisy of love next week, guys! Hope, you guys. Enjoy that one if you if you listen to the rock of loved one. That should be extra five. "Like spinal cord is kind of. Off to the side. But. The crazy thing is like it it. It it just kind of became part of her. Just to respond, and then like so if she removes it now, there's like the chance of like a dying. Or being RBM paralyzed for life so now. She's kind of like stuck with it, but Dr Lee. Being doctor was all I bought less skit. Use Some Dick So. So, she was like we can't take it out. The hot cops she's like we can't take it out, but we can make you look better, so she basically was because it was almost like a flapper. Her Skin was leaning over the. Crack was like like went cricket at the top, and then there was like a bump of skin like so. Dr Pimple. Popper was like grow Lescott Chula Book. which to me as a person with an insanely Talbot crack. Don't see why you would ever want a buck crabbie's prominent. Time Sarah was actually probably like. Some mind yeah like. My book literally, up between. The longest thing ever. But the crazy thing is is like Dr Lee was like Yo. You're kind of a miracle team yeah. Most of the time when this happens with kids, they have like pain or they can't walk, or they can't like function properly, and you were able to play like sports in high school. And you're you don't have pain and you're moving around. Yeah, yeah, so she's like a walking miracle. That's kind of that was. kind of cool coincidental for the show. Great for the show like you know, they're like Oh shit. We got like the one person world who doesn't have yeah. And so before they do the little surgery. She calls her parents to tell them like what's going on. Desert cry. Cryer over the phone, but he baits. She basically was like okay, so here are the risks. Here, and he was like well. We're going to support you and take care of you. Forever and always. Acute Dad Dad. Dad Stuff Yeah so supportive DADS on TV are the best dude. It's really heartwarming things because I didn't have one. Kid? WanNa bring it. Anyway so. Doctor, lied does her thing. Is. Is She only she was? But, is it General Annastasia so it's? Oh my God so she was awake the hotel which to be fair. To to relate that again to my situation when I have my Lapoma and had to get it removed. It was the same thing I was actually asked them I was like. Can you knock me out, please? Know that costs a Lotta money. Trust me you don't want to do it. Whatever you know you. You have to pay for that Shit. So I was like all right, so they just gave me a shot in the back. Like right next to it. Yeah, and honestly that was one of the worst part because I feel every. Deep like it was is relational. I told. Me like a weed Brownie. Forty five minutes. That should be an auction to be an alternative to. Guess I can't do that Shit. And then you know, she gets her butt crack all fixed up. Did you see any of the cutting or did you immediately? Yeah! I had to I I wanted to be fair to you guys so at toughed it out for us sincere and I watched majority of it, but I turn. You know it's just really hard, so it was so gross like I know. This poor girls, but So many times. Yeah, thank for not being confident with her, but really was eager. And then when she got it fix you even like moon the Cam way you know what's funny. When she she got it fixed, and she moved and the camera and she was like I never thought I would do that. You've been munising episode. All episode. she got that removes. She's happier now now she can go out and get lots of boyfriends and have lots of sexes anything like sexist. Like last seen of her, she was like out to dinner and dude put his arm around. Vic. Broke everywhere. In the well. All right. Literally Miss New Booty. Shit Hashtag Miss New Booty Taylor. Anyway next the next person was John. Side. Yeah yeah, like a basically a I. Don't know if his ally Poma so I think. It was also a Toma, but it was a huge thing on the side of his hip. That looked like a Even how like a point in the middle later, pink point on the middle, it really did look like a teddy They kept saying BOOB. They kept saying Boob and he would not let us forget. It looked like. has like. Even when he didn't say it, he would just like flopping around with his hand like it was a teddy. You know he even one point kind of circle does finger on the nipple part. Of Nipple. Jackie late. It Oh, my God! Oh, DUDE! I didn't even think about that. That's. All the time. I would do it all the time AFA yeah. He's like one of those white dude that lives in Hawaii to. He's insufferable. Literally like a thirteen year old living in hollow. Even when he, so, he went to the doctor, he went to Dr Lee. He even he joked about the. BOOB with her. He brought her down to his level, and she even made a joke about it, and she was like yeah looks like a Boob. And he said it a lot, too, and then finally in her interview. She's like so his sight boob, and he's talking about his boob and he's making jokes about his Boob, and you know what it does. Look like a boob. Very and she goes. Let's see if we can't get rid of this breast. Finally switched it up fucking finally. You say another word other than Boob. Yeah, you're doctor, lady. You're fucking Dr Sandra, Louis. Also he had an alcohol problem definitely. You could tell by looking at them, but he said it. Delegated forty five yet. I'm wearing a fake metal skull ring on my Middle Finger The beach every day and my hair's real I haven't come my Harrison and. Basically a high schooler, but I'm a grown man, and he's like and I haven't been to the doctor and hell along. Like nervous about doctors because I think too much which you know, normally I'm down for that normally. I understand now. Most people are like that and they just don't go to the doctor for so long, and they just let it go whatever, but he had a titty on his side like on his hip I. I would think that you would maybe make one appointment. Between make sure you're not dying. Yeah, I mean like. Was He just ready? Everyday like I. Have a tumor and this might be like. He just didn't ask weird. Like why white men move to Hawaii. White Man, a middle, aged white man in Hawaii. Qualify died today at least. In Paradise I guess that's true. Hawaii is pretty dope died.

"Stress, stress stretch. Trunks Anyway, Hey, welcome to the trash. You are you here, but welcome back. I hope you guys had a nice little break I. Don't know if you guys take breaks when you play the music in the mid in the middle, but that's what that's four Wego P. and stuff. And now we're back and we're ready to talk about Dr Pimple Popper. Ready as I'll ever be, I guess yeah, so let's just get into it. The way. They broke the episode down. They had like three different cases. In one episode, we watched season one episode two. Seven. Okay, yeah, season, one episode seven and that one. There was three cases, and we're just GONNA start with the first one which was Taylor and Taylor had a butler. What you? She had a lump on her, but it was like writing the crack crack of good spirit about it. She was like yeah. I've had it since I was a little kid. It's kind like a lump on my butt in Lake. She's like seventy. Two seemed funny. Personally. She's going to be a comedian or something like she. She kind of was one of those people where it's like well, I haven't so I might as well just you know. She gave it a name. She named her, but. She named Lizzy Lizzy. She was told it was a light Poma yeah. That build up in your skin. Which I've actually had alive home. We'll see like Dr Pimple Popper was actually. I can relate to it. Allow watching it because I actually had a small I poem on my back. and. I thought I was dying I was like Oh shit, I have cancer all right. That's it whatever got around my album now and just like. I don't know if you know whenever I think I'm dying I'm like I have to write an album because people need to hear that it sells when you die. But, like yeah, they thought it was a life Homa, apparently her whole life. She had it since she was a baby. Yeah, she was born with it. I guess yeah well like. I don't think they knew if she was born with it or like. It appeared very early in life, yeah. But it was definitely a doctor was her name. Lee Dr Sandra. Dr Lee definitely thought it was weird that she had it as a kid because kids don't usually get life, homos I guess. Which I was like Oh that's. The first thing I noticed though, is that she? She wore leggings a lot. During the show, which I don't know if that was the producers told her to do that if that's what she does, normally, it just made it so prominent like you could see that lump. In her backs, I and I wonder if she just like. Maybe she should have just been a thug in Warren. Baggy Pants, you know. Like I think maybe a like. What if she wears jeans and rubs up against it and she's big. fucking rip off her body. Why do you say that oh? Okay, yeah, I mean, but then she also was wearing dresses out or address in one scene. It was like a little a-line dress. And you couldn't really see it so i. mean like that's true I i. mean dresses, leg or work a lot better but. You shouldn't be restricted to win dresses, so I mean that's the whole reason why Dr Lee's here. But Yeah she basically the Oh and they saw. They show that scene with her dad and. Like early on it, just kind of they wanted to get you with those cries gas. She was like talking about her dad. And then they interviewed him, and he was like you know the headed her whole life into just been so hard as you so resilient, and then he turned bright red like. MEDO, it was like one of those real cries to like. It wasn't one of those I'm on a TV show, and I'm crying like he literally like stepped away from camera for a second. Breaking down and shit, it was really hard, tells me I'll. there. That's the problem with like shows like this. They're not really that trashy. They're actually kind of feel like they. They pull out your emotions a lot you know, and then there's moments where like funny moments where the trash is. Deep Yeah absolutely. Because I, think at one point in the show I was like. Yeah exactly. Yeah! Doc Dr Sandra Lee is the nicest doctor. Definitely, because like the first thing she said when. She walked in. She was like Oh. You're so cute. How could there be anything wrong with you? You know like yeah. Yeah also think. She? She looks good for her age like she. I don't know how Dr Sandra. Lee is on the. Did you look it up. She's fifty years old fifty. Damn okay. You could tell she salad minimal work done, but she still looks good though she doesn't. It's not like Darcy level yet, but it's like. She'll. She'll get there I think she's A. She's responsible enough to stop at a certain. Tell how old Dr Sandra Lee by her hands. So, they started off. She's talking about the lump. You know how it affected her life. She never had a boyfriend and entire life because she's afraid of like the. Lump and sex and stuff, and so then she went to see the doctor. It's good to note that she did have it removed and it came back. Yeah, she did she did have it removes when she was sixteen. I believe correctly, and they came back. which is a fear anytime to get life home? Remove but like for her was it came back super quick, and then came back like big I guess yeah. And then, so she went to see Dr Lee and actually was super nice. Right off the bat. You know she was like Oh. You're so Sweden. All that stuff and immediately Dr. Lee is like I kinda compared house that show Dr 'cause like she. She told her everything about it and like how she had removed before doctor, he was like I think there's something else going on here. You know like like one of those cool TV doctors and then like. She had her do like an MRI or some shit. And Fuck in found out well, Blake Sh, should we go through her whole story? Because it kind of break it up, but like I say we just go through each. Okay, so yeah, so she doesn't MRI and they find out that apparently it's like. It's stuck in her fucking Shit. Like, it's a Poma stuck up against your spinal-cord. Yeah, it's called SPINAL DIS- racism. And it happens in the womb when your spinal cord doesn't.

"Usually err it later at night, like around ten or ten thirty years and has. Gross. It became the top rated program in its Timeslot, though between people of ages twenty five to fifty four. So that's telling. People are weird people just like I. Guess I could see if you if you not the type of person who squeamish how that would be very interesting to watch. cutting is so much cutting in. Anyway, go ahead, so Dr Pimple Popper has a pretty good rating on rotten tomatoes, surprisingly and it's got a seventy five percent on rotten tomatoes. Nice, which is pretty good for reality, shows of Kristen Baldwin of entertainment weekly, gave the pilot episode a B rating. Commenting pimple popper delivers the blast blast feel good warmth. He went from a makeover show as the patients offered tearful post procedural testimonials about how Dr Lee changed for the better and I agree with that. Yes! She's like really gross squeezing. I'm going to grow so many times I don't have a better word for it. But, at the end of the episode like there is that wholesomeness to your? She's these people have been living with these. Really horrible and embarrassing things, and then she she takes care of them into. So sweet and so nice. Yeah, I think that's a kind of sets it apart. It has like a feel good element to. "Rumor good shots. All right so. This week. We watched doctor pimple popper. I'm so mad. Don't know why I don't know why. The Fuck Sarah put that in the box i. didn't tell thanks yes. I find. This. But if you watch any of it to listen to this podcast, we'd come in like good good for you. Cheers and claps because like. That Shit. Watching that it's hard, it's hard. Event number one number two. If you watch that show. Something's wrong with you. But anyway for this week since we will ask Dr Pimple. Popper thought it'd be a cool quiz. To talk about. Some actual, some syndromes and other weird like medical disorders that people have. So the way that I wrote this quiz this week is. Basically if I wrote, is it real that's what the quizzes called? So I just I'm just going to say the name of the syndrome and just tell me if it's real or not i. If it's real. I'm going to give you a little bit information about it, and if it's not going to play out how stupid you are became. From Medical School. You? Okay. All right so. For the first question you're ready, you're ready for this all right, okay? Jerusalem, Syndrome is a real thing to refocus. True true sure. That's. Something! Elim Syndrome and Read a little snippet about it. Unless you've read comedian Marc Maron Memoir The Jerusalem Syndrome my life as a reluctant. Messiah you probably don't know much about the psychological disorder. It occurs when a visit to the Holy Land Triggers obsesses obsessive ideas I need to learn how to read about religion and even Messiah Nick. Delusions sure it can affect anyone. Regardless of region symptoms include compulsive cleaning in grooming, wearing white robes and sermonizing. WHAT THE FUCK! This is a real thing. AGHAST sufferers without a pre existing psychiatric conditions typically return to normal within five to seven days. Feel some shame about their behavior and recover completely. I don't even understand what that way. Like. because. Jerusalems in Israel. Israel was created out of response of World War Two. Jewish people a safe place to be, but in exchange they stoled outland from the Palestinians when everybody could just shared it, and then that started this war in Shit and I think a lot of people who visit Israel who are Jews from like the US. They start to feel like a sense of guilt in like you like. Oh, the hall because the Holocaust is like you know. Generational traumatizing. I'm making all of this up. I'm learning a lot. This is like. A. When they go it. If they have already like anxiety or depression or something that like makes them more empathetic or sensitive. Maybe they like to feel like I've been here and I've been wasting my whole life as a Jew and I need to be more. Jewish! Maybe, that's sounds like a good. It smart. Until I. Said Jewish. When they come back fucking. Started to be like. Oh wait, you know what I don't need to do all this. Yeah, that was a deep analysis. I'm. Like no other lately I need to go back to school. Okay, an excellent, a walking corpse syndrome. True. Yeah that one is true. let's see. bub-bubba! Neuro Psych. I can't read. It's a neuro. Psychiatric disorder enrich a person believes they are dead or missing soul, organs, blood, or certain body parts. Heard of this really yeah. That's not the real name for it is. Yeah. It is really walking. Corp Syndrome yeah. That's the thing about this. They have weird names all these things. I don't know if it's the same thing, but there was that one serial killer Richard Chase who he thought he was a vampire, because he thought he didn't have enough blood in his body. Thought he needed to drink other people's blood, yeah. Yeah. That's the same thing I'm sure there's some more medical scientific term for it, but I think that's the general term for it like crazy. Yes, so that's a real thing. Next Long Dick Syndrome. No that's false. False! Yes, sure, yeah, I thought it was true. I'm pretty sure I have that. Okay next Foreign Accent Syndrome Donna has. Oh! Yes, she fucking has i. Think that's I think that's just narcissism. False false. Incorrect it is. A real thing. Foreign Accent Syndrome. Try Not to scroll down too far. It causes people to develop before an accident. The disorder is caused by damage to a part of the brain associated with speed on Madonna. I didn't know maybe she just had like a stroke in like Lindsay Lohan to she started speaking with an accent recently. Oh, did she just thought they were narcissist? Turns out if you stroke is the most common cause of the condition, but yeah conditioning marinas real like you can. Write an excellent jumping Frenchmen of Maine. That's a syndrome. Thing. I mean that's the name of it, but like you me. Asphalt fall that's not real. No, it's true. Oh! I'm not that creative I couldn't come up with that. Agree. But, no, that's true thing. Apparently it's named after a group of French Canadian lumberjacks who worked in northern Maine in the eighteen seventies. It's also known as hyper. Hyper REC plex. Okay. These are fucking, Jesus Christ a hey. Reading Medical Words fucking gives me anxiety. It involves an extreme reaction to stimuli that causes uncontrollable jumps and startle induce falls. So. Uncontrollably jump. Can play heads crazy. Wow, I mean. That sounds kind of fun to have a friend that HA- like I wouldn't want it for myself for someone. It for any. But if I knew someone with it, it'd be kind of cool. That's bill. He just jumps Yeah can't put him in a place with the low hanging ceiling. It'd be great if you had that and you're also into raves in Shit, because then it would just kind of help out because he's just jumped or Moskowitz ooh. Or if you owned a inflatable jump jumping castle business. Next one big booty syndrome. Talk off. Is that what you have? Is that what you have any I mean probably how? You made that. That's not creative. You're sure yeah. Ram made it up, yeah. Next one is big. Syndrome I think that's I think it's a real thing. I.

Clear Skin Secrets With Dr. Pimple Popper

"Of you know Dr Pimple Popper from her her youtube channel like you mentioned Carleen got over five million subscribers on there and her instagram has three point five million followers like yeah. I think we should watch video right now Joel. Can you do it. It's okay is the task okay. I've loaded the page for her Youtube Channel. I've sorted the videos by most popular popular still images. I just shock okay so forty. Six million views is this most popular video. It's called dilated pore of winer. The top three are this big dilated pore of winer and so I looked up with that means in dilated pore winer winer is essentially a large solitary open commodore slash blackhead dead skin cells get trapped and help widen the poor and it plugs up the opening putting the expression of this plug squeezes out the mass rated white care and cells from the deeper portion of the poor so these look like pencil eraser size black heads yeah yeah. It looks like there's a spider. Living in there are no joke okay so it's a giant blackhead extracted an eighty five year old accompanied by daughter okay. I've I've clicked on it. I don't know if I can watch us. I don't know if I can watch this. I don't know if I can watch this okay. Oh my God air comes the needle own painful God mcchord. What's okay what what was. What part are needle going into it when eight sweater over the water? It's saving me this. Oh my God there's this this is just the Nina whatever it is just saline local anesthetic. This is one poor honestly feel sick day. Oh you really want to keep going. I've got the sweater over my eyes so I'm just listening watching watching it through the Kashmir. Oh she's about to pop. I can't at one thirty my God. She tried to loosen it up. What is this now to the tool. Is it like Tom Caesar's. I had to look away. You guys all night yet. It's breaking off in pieces of God but it's like dry. Hey it's not bloody visit dirt in God. I just saw came out holy off Hannah. There's the planet okay it's out. It's out winter skin me Carleen. Do you know what one poor God can. Warm came out of there. I'm Oh my God. Did she get along so Dr. Sandra lease rise to fame was really kind of accidental. Yeah she was just posting these kind of random videos on youtube extracting black heads extracting whitehead's Whitehead's and to very little fanfare and we can get the exact media outlet from her bed. I know it went for she went from like five thousand subscribers on Youtube to like eighty thousand subscribers on youtube within one week and then just like the floodgates opened with media requests. That's how TLC found her to get our show Joe. I don't think she had any intention of ever going on television. She's very serious dermatologists. Her father was a terminal yeah. She's got like insane surgical skill skill. She has her own line of skin care which makes all kinds of sense. It's called S. L. MD skin-care by Sandra Lee and the one thing that's really unique about her offering offering is that unlike Dr Dennis Gross Dr Murad Dr Brandt these lines that are at Sephora frankly quite an investment. Her Line is direct to consumer since since twenty seventeen but most recently at target these acne products range in price from twenty five to fifty US dollars so that's quite accessible so in today's as episode you're GonNa find out what really works to get rid of adult hormonal acne the do's and don'ts of extracting milia suspicious elements every single thing. I'm having to do with acne. We are going to do our best to get to in today's episode and I know that you've suffered from acne or soften. The past bombed when you realized realized you couldn't be entirely says so sad very very upset but you and I worked together on these questions and so I yeah like I'm getting all of my questions answered right girl yeah so let's get into it here. She is Dr Pimple Popper right here on breaking beauty podcast so your youtube channel has over a billion views is the rebe three and a half billion views. That's unbelievable crazy. Did you ever imagine action as a dermatologist that this could happen. No I mean if you were told me. The started about almost is five years ago. If you had told me that I would be known as Dr Pimple Popper and that I would have a show and have this reach. That's international cherish. What is what social media makes it I would have said you were insane. I mean that that sounds ridiculous. It's from pimple. Papa Man is what makes it ultimately. Lee Ridiculous you know and a lot of people do struggle with with acne and especially I think at a young age it it's hormonal and all that and have you paid attention. I mean you're more of a scientist for sure. But have you noticed this acne. Positively that's in the air and I pay attention to social media would you. What's your take on that. I think it's wonderful I mean I think that that's part of to what my television show and what I try to do. In My my social media I mean I just just just like last week. I had a big hit on my forehead. It's still still while there's one new one coming apple my gosh. I've been wearing a lot of make us a couple of days. I think that's part of it but but you know I show that I myself as a dermatologist. Get sets and I think that's important to see because you know again. There's a pushback here because we're going to this end of everything being filtered and everybody looking showing their most amazing south and we are all we all do it some extent it starts to weigh on a lot of us in this people who take it very seriously you know they they take it very heavily so it's really nice to bring that back and say you know hey and that's the show does to you know people have these huge. You know one of the things I hear. People say more than anything else how why do these people why why this person wait so long. How could they have walked around with this or or we see people with really pretty common. Skin conditions like psoriasis that takes over your whole body you know or really bad acne so you shouldn't judge by the armor or that you are the skin that you were. I suppose yeah and it's important to show that because in makes us all at least hopefully it helps people feel better about themselves yeah now there is just an absolute slew of products at their for Acne from my own experience. I'm I'm beyond this now but when I was a teenager are the type of acne that I had was right on my chin mainly and sometimes in the crevices of my nose and it just get these giant. Whitehead's like one in her two of them and you know I definitely struggled with that and I found it was embarrassing and I tried to cover them up. They're just worse and for me. I I found that no matter what products I used the only thing that made it go away eventually was when I went on the birth control pill and when I grew out of it in my my hormones changed in your opinion. Are there things you can really do to get rid of acne when it's hormones well. Acne is pretty much. All all the main reason that exists is because of hormones I would say that it's two-part hormones and genetics genetics tied into hormones because he knows the type of skin that you're born with a type of skin that you've been passed down to you so genetics is more if you have really oily complexion if your parents have been more prone to acne. You're more likely going to to be have have acnes well. Hormones has everything to do with acne and that is why we get it primarily while we're teenagers because that's when the hormones are raging the most but also why women tend to get it more so than men throughout their life and it tends to be on a monthly cycle basis because because it's a change in our hormones and that's why medicines that adjust our hormones can help with acne. That's why sometimes people get pregnant pregnant. Their acne clears up more when you are on both birth control or also. There's another product called Al Dactyl or spiritual lockdown which is an aunt has an anti androgen affect. It's a pill that you can take to that also helps to sort of because all of us have testosterone on us is even females and so allow higher level that can certainly cause a more of a breakout actually especially in the Chin area and you're like the mandible distribution so that's why why we have medicines that actually specifically target and they do work well. We're I mean obviously there's so many medications out there and

"Other news. Funny story that I saw online about a woman attacking Burger King manager after she was denied French fries. What has happened in Miami? Florida. Of course. Of course, are we shocked? Never so initially this lady forty two years old went through the Burger King drive through asking for free fries. And then she went inside the restaurant and caused a distraction while the second suspect jumped over the counter, and then after hearing, the commotion the store manager came out of her office and notice the second suspect and the police said that the manager tried calling long forcement, but was stopped and the second suspect began to hit and kick the manager and then they left in a block us UV over French fries over somebody not getting first of all, why are you asking for free franchise? I don't understand.

"Many streaming services. Are we getting to that point? What? Prices to Netflix is increasing prices how by how much do, you know dollars depending on your plan? Okay. Eleven eleven dollar one. We'll go up to thirteen which is the most popular. Okay. Yeah. Netflix. Oh, my oh, I'm sorry. My daughter pays for that. Cheeses, my Hulu. We switch. But no all kidding aside. Lex are we getting to the point arguments for many streaming services already, and we're pretty new into this this this revolution streaming services. Aren't that old? And we're already I feel it's already getting too confusing for the consumer we. My producer Ted made a graphic and showed all the ones most of them that are currently available. There's a lot of them. You add them all up if you get all of them. It's like almost the price of a basic cable Bill really capable still so fricking expensive. But well, maybe that's maybe that's answers. You get your cable. Yeah. And maybe that's where they're headed the money. Yeah. Yeah. I don't I've said this a dozen times maybe sixteen times on the show, and I'm not I'm not kidding. When I go home, and colonists the same way. When I turn on the television. I can't tell you the last time I went to regular television first meeting. I don't turn on my cable for that. Yes. They might turn on apple TV. I turn I fire up the apple TV. And then I go to YouTube. I go to YouTube to see all the clips from like the view, you know. Because YouTube the algorithm knows what you like. So I went I'm not joking before I take a nap when I get home. I sit down I turn on my apple TV, and I go to YouTube, and it gives me the hottest clips, so Wendy Williams clips up there. So if I miss something today show clips on the view is joined Megan fighting today. You know what I mean, I can see that which they were yesterday. So I can't I'd never turn on regular TV. The last time I turn on the only time in the last few weeks. This is you think I'm joking about not the only time I've turned on regular TV and watch something when the networks wanted me to watch it was last Thursday for Dr pimple Popper. Oh, okay. Yeah. It's so true. I don't know if they're to do about this because most people now a lot of people are going to skipping all of that. And getting the streaming services or just watching the clips. Yup. Watching clips like I, you know, people use there's usually one person in your family that does have a full cable subscription in everybody uses that. But let me just ask. When was the last time you watched a full late night show and not just clips online. Oh, I can't remember before our our morning show a full of full what a full late night show. I'm just picking. No, no, no. I never watched those. No, no. I don't either. I like the view fully. I just watch clips like you said the highlights. Yeah. That's why I mean Conan O'Brien did this great profile in New York Times preparing for their relaunching his show. I think next week or something. And it was you know. It's interesting for people in the business. But also just for all of you listening. Just you you're the entertainment consumer he kind of was talking about the same thing. Steve Harvey was mentioning in twenty nineteen. What is a show? What do you guys want? You guys listening. Mytalkers. What does it mean? Now what what is show because you're not like Conan said nobody's watching his show when it airs. No, nobody especially not his target demographic. So what? So what what does that mean? How do you? How do you create stuff? And where do you put it to get the consumer and you make it exclusive to a YouTube channel or? Site. What that's where he's moving Lexa Lou. And Steve Harvey had to ask a question of when he found out the Kelly Clarkson was taking over its timeslot. Yeah. When we all did. Yeah. He's like, you know, should I be sad about this? Because I I shouldn't be because everybody's moving to digital. Anyway. I mean. Andy Sandberg was recently on Seth Meyers and made a joke that actually was pretty revealing he popped up in Seth segment called a closer. Look at eighty pops up and stuff like what are you doing here? December goes, oh, I just wanted to appear in the only portion of your show that people watch on YouTube. And the audience cracked up, but he's absolutely right. I watch a closer look that's my favorite segment from south. I watch it. Every will he doesn't do it every day. But I I'm telling you watch. And I gotta tell you for my own show. We are starting to have that conversation of Conan O'Brien's really kind of motivated us of like all of you listening to my talk. You guys go to work. You can't watch my show. So what does it mean now, and that's why when we moved to YouTube we got so excited because what is this mean like we have chance to kind of reinvent? What does it mean to have a daytime show is it really a daytime show or is it just to show? And what does that mean? Now in twenty nineteen like all of you listening Oprah was still around. And I'm not kidding. If Oprah was still around will we be watching her on television, still or would we be taking clips of Oprah clips? Yeah. It's true. Yeah. And what does it say about us?
