"Hello everybody, and thank you for tuning in to liberty report. With me today Daniel make atoms are co host Daniel good to see you. How are you this morning Dr Paul doing very well, we have a special program today special guests get into in just a minute, but we will be talking about immunities and viruses and things like that. But what we're really talking about is freedom. See I like to think that It's freedom of choice that would we can win our fight if we have freedom of choice but be looking like. Especially, thinking about what happened to is yesterday freedom of choices always being challenged by the powerful special interests, but we will keep plodding along because I don't think you know it it to us is sort of devastating but that type of censorship has been around for a long time maybe not exactly the same kind but censorship always silence your the people who challenge you. So we understand that and I, compare it to what I was doing. Thirty or forty years ago I always thought and I really believed as I'm talking to myself I told my wife was I just want to get this off my chest. So that was my therapy and I didn't know that this crazy stuff would happen in two or three four people who listen to it. But but anyway, we have a special doctor with us today and the name is well known especially if you look at route Rockwell's website in. Dr Joseph. McCulloch and he's been writing on. You know dietary things and fire mental things, and also the the whole fact of viruses and immunities. So I consider them real expert. But when I looked at his bio, it mentioned a a an organization that he belongs to and I've mentioned the organization many times on this program and it's called APS American Association of Physicians and Surgeons, which started in the forties and they were starting way back. Then today they would well. Discredited but as far as I'm concerned, they have been on the right track I have fought for our liberties and I'd like to think that we fight for freedom of choice rather than say you do our way. That's the opposition. If you if you follow what the government tells you if Ta, you'll be misled but I think what we want is freedom of choice and I think that's what Dr McCullough offers to Dr Makola Welcome to Liberty Report. Well thank you for having me and I did a great fan of yours for many decades now and a really deeply appreciate your pioneering advocacy.

"This is Jonathan with limitless mindset. And this is my deep dive book review of E. M. F. by Dr Joseph McCulloch in this book view. I'm going to explain how and why you're being royally fucked by ear. Resistible convenient invisible radiation. Excuse my French there so you are definitely going to want to check out this book review. Check out the article that is linked below. Wherever you are listening to this podcast in that article. I have links and references to all of the science that I'm going to discuss here. I link out to all of the preventative measures that you're going to want to consider and in this article. I've also got a lot of cool diagrams and graphics that visualize all of what. I'M GOING TO BE DISCUSSING HERE. So perhaps you've had some discussions and Debates ABOUT EMS WI FI and five G. With friends and family. This article with its visuals is going to give you some ammunition to bring to bear in those debates. So let's get into it. You've probably heard before that the ems from smartphones Wifi and blazing fast five G. Networks are dangerous to your health. You've also probably heard that this is just a crazy conspiracy theory. And that all this wireless radiation is fine. Em eft thoroughly breaks down the real science on this controversial issue. It's the latest title from Dr McCullough. Who is a titan in the health freedom movement which is what? I'm all about first of all I want to address the quote unquote skeptics. I so there might be some skeptics out there that are saying to them selves. Wait a minute Jonathan. Cell phones causing brain cancer. Hasn't this notion been thoroughly debunked along with Chem trails? The Flat Earth Movement I to Scientific Authority on these kinds of batters. I believe in science if it was really bad for us if there was really a problem with the F. send all the Wifi in the five G. If this stuff was really bad for us there would be credentialed scientists on the nightly news letting US know warning us. Well if you're a skeptic with those sorts of sentiments first of all I just like to thank you for even considering the arguments against ems and five G. too many people out there who think of themselves as skeptical in rational just mindlessly except what their television tells them to convince them to buy a product. And I WANNA make a couple of important points here first of all if you're a respect her of science you should definitely read this book because it's full of science. It's a very thorough documentation of the significant body of science that underlies the threat to our health. Second in last year an experienced scientists yourself evaluate contentious issues vaccines climate change etc. I with critical thinking about human nature and economic incentives and then look at the science. I'm actually going to repeat that because it's a real important point unless you're an experienced scientist yourself evaluate contentious issues. I with critical thinking about human nature and economic incentives. And then look at the science. Here's why science is corruptible. Scientists are more like politicians. Then they are like priests. You'RE GONNA to check out the podcast that I also did of the book. Rigor mortis where I explain this a bit more in depth and I do link to that podcast in the article and this is because of the perverse incentives that of the of the system that many of them have to operate in. You shouldn't place UNQUESTIONING FAITH IN SCIENTISTS. You can read scientific papers on pubmed but understand that. There is a huge massive nose to signal noise verse signal issue in science the federal funding of science to the tune of thirty billion dollars in the United States alone. Turn Science into a very political game. Unfortunately a lot of science is tantamount to a propaganda article published in Pravda. The Soviet Union's state run newspaper. You'll need to be very adroit. With science to differentiate between real science and propaganda masquerading as science. You'll need to read long boring studies and pick out potential heirs in their statistical analyses. And this all assumes that the scientists publishing paper aren't simply lying and fabricating. Their data thirdly industry funding of science is also problematic because corporations fund science to make money not for the public good. You may not be able to scrutinize all the myriad data and evidence supporting scientific claim but you are capable of asking Cabo Bono asking who benefits here if there are big. Greedy corporations funding science that will result in then millions or billions of dollars. You should be very suspicious of that science if there is science done by scientists who don't stand to gain much that's a lot more credible on almost any contentious science issue you can ask which side is going to profit. A vast fortune from winning this debate and which side seems to just be more consumed more more concerned with human wellbeing and then fourth final point here. A lot of naive people think if something is really bad for us then they would just tell us about it on the nightly news or naive people think that a simple google search or a wikipedia article will reveal the truth again. You have to think about the massive economic incentives. The mainstream media makes billions in advertising revenue from big telecom as do Google and the rest of big tech. Wikipedia is a little more independent but they enjoy a very privileged position with their articles appearing in the most authoritative position in Google searches. So we appear is not going to allow articles critical of big telecom to achieve prominence. If you're still skeptical of the danger of ems consider that quote. The most consistent voice of reason has come from the scientific community in two thousand fifteen one hundred and ninety. Umf scientists from thirty nine countries issued the International EMF scientists appeal to the United Nations calling for the WHO to adopt more protective exposure guidelines for non ionizing electromagnetic fields imas in the face of increasing exposure from many sources. And that's from page seventy nine of the book. Here's why smartphones are the new the new packs of cigarettes. The book begins with an apt comparison between smartphones and cigarettes crew. Although the tobacco industry managed to escape liability and major regulation for more than four decades. Eventually its stranglehold on. The American public came to an end. It's seems that the wireless industry has carefully studied the strategies. The tobacco companies used to deny the health risks associated with their products for more than fifty years. Sadly smoking and cell phones have more in common than their popularity. They also share the fact that they are each and enormous threat to individual and public health. The danger of cellphones doesn't come from the cell phones themselves but from their electromagnetic fields otherwise known as ems. These ems have demonstrable negative physiological effects. But very few people fully grasp this we have been lulled into a false sense of security by an that is going to great lengths to keep us in the dark just like in the early days of smoking and this. I found amazing the trillion fold. That's right trillion fold with t increase in ems crew. The truth is we are exposed to one billion more. Ems Now than we were just one hundred years ago in case you were wondering a billion billion is ten.

"You're asking yourself today show going to be about. Bpa and the answer is no. It's about an F. word the F. Word being ye math and it has with My good friend. A fellow bio hacker and as World Changing Guy Dr Joseph McCulloch. He started his career as an osteopathic physician in a conventional medicine about thirty years ago and then starting in the nineties when I was out there helping to build early cloud computing things He started out saying. Hey I'm in a blog and I'm going to start sharing information and runs one of the largest traffic health information resources on the Internet. And if you've not not ever seen it go to Makola DOT COM. It's a very famous website full of all kinds of useful information and you've probably seen them in. La Times CNN. And Dr Oz. Show in all sorts of other things Dr Cola as always welcome back to the show. Well thank you. It's great to be here and thank you for that kind intro. You know The my my tech background is I think. Why share such an affinity? Because I was first online. I think mid seventies in with us when we had to couplers. You know the modems were like twenty five k. Crazy and then we did actually took my first computer class in the late sixties and we had four Fortran cobol. We had a computer punch cards for one line of code so I am not a technical by any stretch of imagination and that is not why I wrote this book because I think we should be afraid of technology. I think we need to embrace it. Embrace it wisely the way we did last century and as attack you know that virtually no one connected to the Internet. The probably the most valuable his innovation history of mankind through a wireless signal. They did it through a wire in the in the twentieth century. But now it's like the rare instance where you're connecting through wired. So it's almost always wireless and that that really spurred my investigation of this in our initially have to get over this hump the this reluctance to accept that there could be some harm that you may have to change your behavior if you want to remain healthy and not suffer serious derangement to your precious mitochondria by excessive exposure to these frequency. So you know I put together. This book took me three years to write it. And it's actually the last book I'm gonNA write for a long long time. I'm going to switch to writing review articles instead It's just to this my new phase of life. I think your book is called M. F. and one of the reasons I wanted to have you on. There's a lot of alarmist to say we live in a blue light microwaved world and we're all GonNa die and I mean I hate to say that's true. The both of those statements are true. We are all going to die. And we live in a blue micro world however it's a really convenient awesome world with all sorts of ability to do things you could never dream of before And so I. I look at technologies a double edged sword and and this this idea that Oh we have to unplug everything in our lives always is not well founded but the idea also that Oh in that case. Let's just marinate ourselves in Wifi. All Willy. Nilly it's not borne out by science. Either we have this weird polarizing environment where you have to be you know one hundred percent end on whatever your causes or you're the devil and almost everything in life is it's not that binary it's a sliding switch and so. I use a cell phone. I'm grateful for myself own. It's completely changed my life and they put it on airplane mode when not using it and I turn off my wife. I actually most of the time and if I really needed I turn it on. And when I'm done with it I turn up. It's not that hard you'd have to know so you wrote a great book about about this and I wanted to go in today. I mean you've been on the podcast three or four times for on different topics because you're a broad spectrum expert here so did their broad spectrum. You know we're trained at all the disciplines. Which I it's my. I'm bias and prejudice but I think that's one of the best specialties. Because you get a little bit of everything in Your generalist I I love it. It's it's one of those things where you have to be able to do those things in order to really In order to really show up in the world and actually hack health versus just do just one thing or or one other thing. So I'm I'm pretty darn impressed with with the way you've been able to switch from chemical contamination in glyphosate and then Sarah let's talk about your voltage gated calcium channels in ourselves and something new. That's come about That I think we focus on for listeners is what is going on with Five G. because five days a new innovation intact. And can you walk people through what you've found when you're doing the research In your new book What's between this and you are old. Nine hundred megahertz mobile phones. And the stuff. We're using with radar or radio or TV. You're all the other things is. Why does it matter more now? Great Questions There's a lot of confusion and five G. A. And even people claim to be experts are confused on it because the actual danger and damage from the specific frequency which are shorter wavelengths And they they carry more information de radically decreased latency so four. G. L. T. E. Is like maybe a hundred milliseconds latency and perhaps ten megabytes per second whereas five G. when it's implemented properly probably seventy times faster maybe even up to a gigabyte per second with like a millisecond latency. So you'RE GONNA get a connection speeds but it doesn't you know so that's one of the benefits. The downside is it because of the shorter wavelength. Its ABILITY TO PENETRATE. Physical structures is limited so As a result of that you need more of these antennas and transmitters of literally an order of one or two magnitudes more antennas so the primary concern is that is not the actual frequency because the frequency is actually less dangerous than your nine hundred Megahertz cell phone. Which is probably the most dangerous frequency because of the resonance affecting its ability to actually resonate with your body's tissue at nine hundred is like very very dangerous and it gets so if you had a choice of running your Wifi rod or two point five Gigahertz or five you definitely want to run it a five because a higher frequency is extra safer biologically. So did you say five. G. IS BETTER THAN FIVE. Gigahertz five diggers. Okay yeah by Said. Five G. is safer frequency than four G. or three G. and it's much safer than the old cordless portable phone which you probably don't have any more if you don't you need to either reflect seriously on a neighbor relative. Don't care for and give that to them. So you know so why you should give your old mobile phone to someone. You don't like a portable portable phone fair point. Yeah let me expand on that. So because it doesn't penetrate physical structures much. You need more these antennas results. You have collectively more exposure to the radiation. So that's the danger. There's more of them and then this is the all Based on this ever increasing penetration of blanketing of the earth with these frequencies which didn't exist one hundred fifty years ago but we didn't have electric until eighteen ninety Emilee transferred commercially. It did exist as static electricity in the seventeen hundreds in south but really start to eighteen ninety than we had telegraphs radios in early twentieth century. Our exposures radically increased with rated frequencies and mobile services about the twenty first century. So that is the challenge. When have this cumulative exposure it's there there's some compelling evidence I review in the book. That's that cell. Phones are indeed without any question at least in my mind are the cigarettes of the twenty first century and they will be conclusively proven to be such within a few decades. The problem and this is the big problem. Is that most people here that do not believe it. There's a good reason it's not that they're foolish stupider ignorant. They have been very carefully deceived and manipulated by the incredibly powerful wireless industry which has ever as powerful as big Pharma and tobacco and and deploy the same surreptitious and sophisticated strategies to office skate the truth and deceived the public about this so that they can increase their profits is down to and I go into a few chapters assisted. Walk people through this because if you don't learn from history you're going to suffer needlessly it's crazy nut to learn what they done it all well documented and. I'm sure you can remember just as most everyone listening to this in the late nineties when you had four or five. Ceo's the biggest tobacco companies in the country all testifying before Congress in all lying through their teeth. The tobacco was not addictive and did not cause lung cancer and literally a few months later they. They settled for tens of billions of dollars. You know because the proof was conclusive. We're GONNA WE'RE GONNA have that same piff. Unie a you know it's going to be too long. It's GONNA be thirty forty fifty years from now when the but at this point out they're going to be testifying before Congress but they may be may be repeat the same scenario. It's a really interesting time because with the tobacco situation. I mean I'll I'll be the first to argue. That nicotine itself has some medical benefits apart from smoking. Smoking terrible for you slept disputing. That's totally right so it. It's it's not like we can't do something good even in that environment and we have this history of people saying Oh. I don't I don't unconsciously WANNA believe this to be true because it creates huge cognitive dissonance so I am going to a sort of unconsciously. Believe what I want to be true until I'm just overwhelmed by pressure to to change my thinking and so I I don't think there's people going I know it causes lung cancer but I'm GonNA sell it anyway. 'cause I'm like Mr Smithers and now good. No Delusional denial it. That's what it is and on the on the M. F. Front. I actually had a chance to ask four. Cto's of some of the largest tech companies in the world on stage on at a Peter Demand Event a while ago you know. Hey whose job is it to validate into safety on the stuff you know for for light exposure. What's up does to our brains and all that and and these guys looked at each other these are CTO's and they look. It's not our job like it wasn't in their job. Description wasn't in their corporate purvey in fact it's probably dangerous in their job description. So what I what I did though. Here afterwards was curiosity from a couple of them and we had a few follow ups and was like. Hey here's the information we know. But the world's biggest market opportunity right now is what if we had a wireless signal that transmitted data. That was biologically compatible with us. We'd have to rip out trillions of dollars of infrastructure and buy new stuff and the company makes that is going to be one of the wealth is companies on the planet. So it's not like we're going to. Just stop using wireless. We're just GONNA have to fix it. Do you believe that I haven't seen the evidence of that. I'm not suggesting it doesn't exist or will exist but these frequencies seem to be causing biological damaged by generate excessive oxidative stress. So I don't know if he can modulate the signal in some way so it doesn't do that. It's probably theoretically possible. I have not seen any research that suggests that but I don't believe it's not impossible. Just the Transmit done in the meantime the best and wisest strategy is to minimize your exposure to it and that just involves using a wired connection which is probably a ninety eight percent of my connection setup. I travel I live on the east coast of Florida and once every six weeks or so. I traveled down to the West Coast at a four hour. Drive someone drive me down and I need have Internet connection so what Brian Hoyer. Who is going to be on stage at bulletproof at our Speaker Panel March twenty seventh the new bulletproof or the new biohacking conference. Yeah the seventh one right. "Juice. But May I recommend to you as your juice? Amelia their green juice. Once you try it you don't go back as they say all right. Let's go to Dr Makola all right so two days ago. I Sat All afternoon absolutely just slack jawed at this Book Brand New Book. That just came out not only slack jawed but shocked at just chapter after chapter after chapter about everything from five. G. TO WI FI to cell phones. And obviously as you guys know. I've I've had podcasts in the past. I've interviewed Brian. Hoyer who came to my house and did a walk through of my house and and analyze the the IMF and the dirty electricity and all the different things that he could analyze with meters. In my home I also did a podcast with the guy who wrote the Non Tinfoil hat guide to emf Son Nick penalty which was also a good show but as far as the most comprehensive guide that I've ever come across when it comes to everything that you need to know about EMF's how to protect yourself and where they're hidden and how to understand and comprehend this new five G. Rollout. There's nothing nothing better than this brand new book. That just came out. It has a great title it's called. Em Eft E. M. F. I gotta ask my guests on today's show who came up with that title. Because it's it's absolutely fantastic and the author is someone you may be familiar with. He's he's a multi time. Repeat guest on this podcast. I'm going to link to all of his other appearances on this show as well as everything that that we talk about in. Today's show. If you go to Ben Greenfield finished dot com slash. Em eft as in Ben Greenfield fitness dot com slash e. m. f. d. Ben Green dot com slash E. M. F. D. His name is Dr Joseph McCulloch. He's a physician. He's in New York Times bestselling author. He's been voted by Huffington. Post is the ultimate wellness game-changer. He's been all over. Time magazine the L. A. Times CNN Fox News ABC Today. The doctor is show. He's got one of the most popular websites on the planet when it comes to natural medicine alternative medicine. Unfortunately a website that. I don't even know if we have time to get into the today. Show has been penalized by Google. Just just for for everything that it gets into the type of information that frankly big farm and beyond is not want you to hear but fortunately you've got him right here on the show and today we're going to delve into this topic. That's a hot topic right now. An incredibly important for you and your loved ones issue with ems. So Joe Welcome back to the show man. Well thanks for having me great to be again and you know whatever whenever I talk to you whether you're walking on the beach in your in your bare feet or whether you're you're talking on your your phone on Selfie stick. Sometimes I mean like you're you're you're you're pretty into this idea of not only treating human body is a battery but also being aware of what might what might affect the batteries charged in a very profound way and I'm curious why you actually decided to write entire book on Ems. Well it's great First of all the best book on this topic prior to this book I believe was nick. Knaw spoke with a guest. You mentioned earlier in the tin foil hat so you. He and Brian. Hoyer both reviewed this book but would catalyze me writing. It was a deep appreciation a few years ago of the importance of mitochondrial function and the and one of my early medical mentors. Dr Dietrich Clink Clink. Who's also been a longtime advocate of M. F. Safety Kind of catalyze is my serious investigation of there's no connected to and it's very clear that ms just causes massive mighty mighty contracts function. So I thought that it would be important to do that. to to put together the information away the public and understand and I've written about fourteen books but this is my last one well at least five or ten years because I've got a new strategy for great content. Okay I got to hear about this new strategy. You've always got something new. You're to the last time we talked. We pulled me in the Geo and put these blood flow restriction bans on me just blasted me with those seems. You've all you've always got something new up your sleeve but you know this idea of Monaco. Andro dysfunction is something that I've I've harped on over and over again on the show. You know if you have nutrition and a movement pattern set up the right way then it all comes down to light and and and and the planet earth and heat and cold and water and minerals and really is the Mitochondria the the core of your health and you. You realized that. Emf's are one of the primary ways are maddock. Andre get damaged and you know and not a lot of people are talking about that like you mentioned nick. Panel is one of the guys Bryant Heuer's and other but man Amanda. There's there's a huge need for this kind of information to get out there and before we delve into it. I I want to hear about this. This strategy or teasing us with for creating content well just to reinforce the concept that might have consciousness reviewing the study this morning showing in aging Sal December of this year that Really stressed the importance of multicultural. Numbers for improving senescent cells and senescent cells are really sort of the beginning of death of your body because acreage his massive inflammatory reaction. Ensue secrete inflammatory cytokines. Well especially as you age when you're young you. You can argue from from that amount of cellular Senescence just just because it's a protective biological mechanism. Yeah the older. You get the role of Senescence appears to be linked to host a chronic diseases. Yes indeed so let me tell you that my strategy for creating content was partially inspired by you because it's very unusual for someone chromebook. That's twelve hundred pages in his three thousand references as your new book. Boundless does and I. I was just really startled. Needed to hear that and I said well. It was totally different than the strategy. I was using so that was a factor and then we were both mindshare this earlier this year with Jj Virgin actually. And Dave asked who was there one of her private parties and so Dave was having this conversation I was in it and talking about Ryan holidays perennial cellar seller us. Yes I picked up. That book wants to write a book. I mean to me. It's just really negligent not to read that book. I because it really has some powerful pearls all all of his books by the way I mean I'd Ryan's one of the few authors. Where if he writes a book. I'll all by it without even reading any reviews or anything that good. His recent book stillness as the keys is amazing but you read this perennial cellar book. Yes I am the a lot of good information there but essentially is that if you WANNA create a book that's going to be read for decades not just a few weeks after you launch it. Then you have to put a lot of time effort into it is. Is that what you were doing? And he's got to go through a lot of grass because the first few dresser terrible. And that's what I did with. Cmf Book. I mean it took me three years to write it as about as long as you took you bows an does not twelve hundred pages. I rewrote the thing five or six times. I mean is just went through so many different routes. That's why I really like that product is. It really did follow out of Ryan's recommendations but I've gotten tired of the process after fourteen fourteen books and I've just dishonored with it so rather more books at decided right scientific reviews for journals. Has I used to do that? I've got like twenty or thirty publications already but I've unwritten one for twenty years so in the process of doing that I realized that virtually no one. At least I'm listening to on the Internet on podcast. I've never heard anyone opened the Komo and tell people listeners. How they can truly be citizen scientists in not believe what you are. I say and go and dig into the research and look it up for themselves now. Admittedly that takes time. But you know the tools how to do that. And that's what I that's what I'd like to share. Okay so so basically you have this this way that you're collecting scientific reviews because I I know the last time I interviewed you. You hinted at some different publications that you subscribe to a link to that show so people can go back and listen in but is it like a variant of that or what. Exactly the resources that you use them. Well it is that specifically but when I discussed it with you it was in Beta version and now they just launched its open to the public so anyone can and you can't beat the the subscription for its see. Its free but the one of the resent doing this kind of thing is. I've got access to an unbelievable science editor really one of the most brilliant and humbled biochemist and molecular biology people. That I know He. He is actually going to review the science for me and all these papers and I actually introduced him to you and you did podcast with them and I actually sent you an email that he he compiled that you elected. We're impressed with. He's he's quite the man title of Baron. Oh Dude Tyler's awesome. I mean not not only because he can run a marathon a deadly four hundred pounds and he's training for the For the Marathon Olympic trials. I think the last time I talked. Yeah he's a fifty but he's he's super smart last time I saw him. He was a Paleo F X in a suit cranking up muscle ups and one arm pull ups and talks to the podcast with the folks who are listed in. So Tyler's doing your scientific research now if you want. I can give you the link to the someone recorded. Those one arm pull ups in his suit in the gym. I can give you a link to. I was on like Instagram Jones. So the update. Here's the thing. Is this really the secret sauce? It's called R. S. fees. I assure you know what that is. But it's for those that don't stands for really simple syndication. And essentially it's an easy way to stay up to.

"You be using Air Pods or Bluetooth headphones and shielding your cell from ems. So much great information in this one such important information so if you know anybody in your life a family member or friend who can benefit from it. Please share the episode. We really appreciate it and without further ado here. We go with Dr Joseph McCulloch Doctor mccalla. Welcome back to the podcast so great to chat with the again. Well it's great to be here Jesse. Yeah we got a lot to get into. I loved your New Book On. Ems and I love the title. Em assist perfect. My sister's responsible for that one love it. I'm sure people are gonNA love it as well as we jump in here. I think it's important to talk about how you first became aware of ems. I know for you. This has been something on your radar for about twenty years. Some curious how did you initially come in contact with them? And what was your initial reaction. Well because I've got a website that seeks to educate the public about health issues. I became aware of this a long time ago about two decades ago as you mentioned and it was pretty clear if you if you're serving the literature that this is an issue so I knew about it. I accepted that they were an issue but reluctantly chose to accept it. Fully embrace it and act upon it in a way that would protect me specifically largely because I fell prey to the deceptive campaigns by the wireless industry essentially replicated the patterns of the tobacco industry. They absolutely do work. They seek to create doubt and confusion. Which is a primary strategy and they certainly did my mind than they effectively by spinning off of many other ostensibly credible research studies. That suggested. There wasn't an issue. Everyone knows how effective they were. They were lying through their teeth. It took that long and they still lied. But finally attorney generals were able to correct that in impose tens of billions of dollars in sanctions against them. And we're going to head towards a similar result with the wireless intrigued but it's going to probably take another twenty thirty forty years. I mean because the evidence is so clear and compelling once you objectively review it and before we get deep into the nitty gritty here. I think it's important. Were on the same page and to get there. Can you explain exactly what? Ems are sure mfs is an acronym is your electromagnetic fields and describes the entire range spectrum. I don't think any rational human being other than a dermatologist. Which hard to classifies rational most of the time would disagree with that and we've had relatively low exposures. I mean they're earth actually emits certain very low level. Emf's Shuman Resin Sake. Seventy eight hurts or so but this is very low level but the exposures that we're most concerned about our manmade ones which didn't really exist before the late eighteen eighties or so electrical fields radiofrequency feels these were not around the planet but they started becoming more prominent even though they were around for four years at the end of World War. One they were still pretty low and if you compare the levels of a typical major exposure we're concerned with which radio frequencies which is about two to five Gigahertz Gigahertz as a billion cycles per second those are the frequency that your microwave oven runs on and your cellphone. They're almost identical frequencies. The industry uses heat thermal damage as a measure of the safety. Because it's the same for microwave. So their thought is that if it's not heating your tissue like a microwave than can't possibly cause biological damage will go back to that later. There's this broad spectrum of ems the end of world will want certain level even though ems. Were around be as we're ROTHROCK FORTY YEARS? It was still relatively low out century later. Nineteen or twenty twenty. We are literally at a billion billion times higher exposure than we were a hundred years ago. That's ten to the fifteenth. So it's hard to imagine that an increase in that type of magnitude of exposure wouldn't have some biological impact so today for example getting into the different man media mass. There's four different types. One being radio frequencies than we got magnetic fields electric fields and dirty electricity. Well Yeah. Those are the primary mimic exposures note. Nature does create radio frequencies to I mean they exist in stars amid him. I think you'll see there are out there but the really really low exposures if you were to measure them they be. I mean it almost immeasurable by most commercial equipment so the issue is not only the frequency but the amount of intensity of exposure them out of power. That's being broadcast into your tissue right. We're going to be looking at the Manmade Weinstein how we can lessen or totally eliminate the impact on the human body. You talked about the SARS and you talked about the effect of this radiation causing heat on the tissue so first of all I just want to get into the FCC here. 'cause they're the ones that are creating these guidelines and the guidelines they're creating have to do with heating tissue so let's go a bit deeper into this and talk about SARS and in the measurement that we're using here and how that works will SARS is another acronym again stands for a specific absorption. I forget the IRS Stanford but essentially it's a term used to describe how much heat is generated when you're exposed to electronic device and it's not unreasonable because it is. I says microwave transmitter. So it will vibrate your tissues as certain frequency and create. He'd and he'd can clearly 'cause biologic damage and it can be an indirect indicator of the amount of danger. That's there but by no means a direct because we know now very clearly and there's literally hundreds if not thousands of studies have proved conclusively that is not the heating damage is what we call the non thermal effects and for the longest time it. We really confused me. No one really knew or understood. What the biologic mechanism was for these. Non Thermal Effects. We just knew. That's what causes damage. We knew it was heating was very very clear was not heating the tissue and if you go abide by these standards FCC I think just adopted him from another professional agency is like International Electrical Standards Agency that they took that from and they've got these models based on but even using this flawed model they use this model that is called Sam which was patterned after a six foot. Two or four military guy was weighed about two hundred thirty pounds sale very large head and it totally different characteristics than a child. They're measuring SAR based on that model. So it's flawed and they're not measure for children also it's slugged begin with but even using that model. It's still an indirect indication because it will give you an indication of the amount of power that's being generated by that devise. But you cannot you simply cannot use. Sars is indication of the safety of your phone because it isn't other than you maybe can compare models and will lower star rating. "We go with Dr Joseph McCulloch Doctor mccalla. So pretty this doubt this lack of scientific certainty and unlike tobacco which has very clear and strong suggestions that. There's something going on here. I mean just common sense. "All you'll can become highly damaging to the same neurons within a few minutes during pathological challenges. such as stroke broke. And so how is this possible. The answer lies in our old friend. PEROXY nitrate the reaction of nitric oxide with superoxide to form the much more powerful oxidant. Peroxy nitrite is a key element in resolving the contrasting roles of nitric oxide in physiology. Oh Gee and pathology. A number of pathological conditions are associated with a simultaneous generation of nitric oxide and superoxide nitric nitric oxide sources are restricted to the activity of the various nitric oxide synthesis whereas superoxide arises from multiple sources including including electronic from the Mitochondria and ADP oxidise Xanthi knocks. Today's and the uncoupling of nitric oxide synthesis. By the way I think that part of the paper the review needs to be updated. I'd like to add that side. Chrome pugh four fifty can reduce nitrite to nitric oxide aside and so can other enzymes in the body under high pox or acidic environment so there are situations where nitric oxide can be formed outside of the nitric oxide synthesis. Think that's important to point out so products like Berkeley Life. Professional whether providing nitrate that eventually gets converted to nitrate Ken up your nitric oxide levels. Okay the next part of the paper is a bit long but it's really the heart of the presentation. Jn Yes I meant that Pun so sit up take a few deep breaths and get some oxygen into your brain. It's that important. In nineteen ninety. The first paper suggesting testing that peroxy nitrate could be a biological oxidant were published before then most scientists did not believe that the body could produce something as toxic as PEROXY Roxie nitrite in fact some of the original ideals of nitric oxide and proxy nitrite came from the research into air pollution at the time. Much of the literature suggested that nitric oxide was simply a scavenger of superoxide and thus acting as an antioxidant however however Josef Beckmann and his group at the University of Alabama Birmingham showed proxy nitrate exists in Vibo and produces far more hydroxyl so radicals than the widely accepted Fenton reaction in addition peroxy nitrate produces nitrogen dioxide which can lead to the novel oxidation products that were previously only suspected to occur after exposure to cigarette smoke or to air pollution. So essentially if your body's producing Roxy Ni- I trade. It's as bad as if you were smoking or out. And the smog of a big city. It's just mind blows my mind. Minded proxy nitrate can generate the same toxins. That are in cigarette smoke. You know just let that sink. In for a moment separately neither superoxide nor nitric. Oxide is particularly toxic in Vivo. Because they're efficient means to minimize their accumulation superoxide is rapidly removed by high concentrations of scavenging enzymes called superoxide dismutase and their distinct ice. Oh enzymes located in the mighty cadre the site of Plaza Awesome an extra cellular compartments nitric. Oxide is rapidly removed by. It's free diffusion through tissues and into red blood cells where it is rapidly rapidly converted to nitrate by reaction with oxy hemoglobin. This limits the biological half of nitric oxide in Vivo to about a second where as concentrations of nitric oxide can preserve persist in vitro for an hour. So that's the paper saying in a nice scientific way All you in vitro studies that show nitric oxide existing for long periods of time urge or just plain wrong when both superoxide and nitric oxide are synthesized within a few cell diameters of each other. They will combine spontaneously heinous lead to form peroxy nitrite by diffusion limited reaction that means what that means chemicals every time nitric oxide and superoxide collide. They form peroxy nitrite. The incredible speed of proxy nitrate formation is an important part of its effect and no enzyme is required to format. That fact will be obvious to the biochemist listening to this. Because of the nature of diffused limited reaction actually the definition one of diffusion limited reactions and enzyme cannot possibly catalyze a reaction as fast as nitric oxide and superoxide reset react all by themselves in fact nitric. Oxide is the only known biological molecule that reacts faster with superoxide and has produced in high enough concentrations to out compete and dodging US levels of superoxide. dismutase so what that means under normal conditions if it's a choice between nitric oxide and forming with superoxide and making proxy nitrate or superoxide getting cleansed from the body by superoxide superoxide dismutase. The nitric oxide is going to win out every single time and make peroxy nitrite. That's huge so if you have lots nitric oxide being produced anywhere near the source of superoxide and sometimes that's happening in the same cell all the superoxide dismutase in the world's not how can stop the formation of Peroxy Nitrite consequently the kinetics and the thermodynamics of the reaction of superoxide with nitric talk side make the formation of proxy nitrate inevitable in Vivo. It's not a question of if you're making proxy nitrate but how much watch so. Let's look into that. This is what you would expect as the equation of nitric oxide plus superoxide to make proxy nitrite so as a example ten right hand. Gloves plus ten left-hand clubs equal ten pairs of gloves right. It should be that simple. However right we're dealing with biochemistry here? Nothing's ever simple however because all the biological reactions proxy night triggers downstream. Can you get this a tenfold increase in nitric oxide and superoxide gives a hundred fold and crease and peroxy nitrite. So when the immune system is activated nitric oxide and superoxide levels can increase by a thousand fold that gives rise to a million enfold increase in proxy nitrite. Not One hundred. Fold not a thousandfold not a hundred thousand fold a million fold increase and that's just bigger than us. It's a game changing biological shift. So is it any wonder why some of your patients are struggling. Cling is it any wonder they're inflamed. Is it any wonder they cannot handle anything anything that might cause even even the slightest bit of inflammation. I had a patient once who couldn't eat without having a massive inflammatory storm so now I understand what you're going through a whole lot more you know we've talked about and the'll nitric oxide but we really haven't gone over. What what the endothelium is and what it's doing so here is a diagram of a blood vessel in the middle those little peach peach colored things? Those are red blood cells. And then you'll see a layer the endothelium and then on either side either above or or below those bigger cells. Those are the smooth muscle cells. So the endothelium serves as a barrier and a sensing mechanism. And that's really enough enough to know for this This lecture this video that we're putting together. There's so much more that the feelings doing but that's its job it's to to create a barrier and to sense what's going on inside the blood vessel and to communicate that to the entire system we've talked about what nitric oxide is doing but what we really important to understand is how far are these. Chemicals can diffuse outside the source cell whether generated so what you see here is nitric. Oxide can diffuse. WHO's really freely throughout cells and it lets? It bounces something it's reacting with mostly a team so if it goes into the bloodstream. It's GonNa react react with the platelets there and react with whom hemoglobin and to form nitrate and that gives gives a half life of about one second so it can easily diffuse through several cell diameters no problem all right. Next let's look at superoxide and there you can see. superoxide doesn't travel so much and that's really due to the fact that there's so much superoxide dismutase around right there SURPRI dismutase inside the Mitochondria inside the cell and even outside in the extra cellular space. So there's lots of superoxide around to mop up super oxide however we just as we mentioned before if nitric oxide gets there before the superoxide there at the same time the superoxide will react with the nitric oxide to form proxy nitrite. And that's what we'll look at next peroxy nitrate. I try even though it gets form so incredibly quickly by the chemical reaction it can diffuse quite a bit. And that's because it react selectively. It isn't even though it's a radical and a strong oxidant. It doesn't just react with everything around it so it can bounce around from cell all to sell for a while before it finds a site that wants to react with and last. I think it's really important to have a look at the other other really well known radical the hydroxyl radical. And here. You can see how tiny its diffusion radiuses and that's simply because it is so so so very reactive that it doesn't travel anywhere. The ability of the hydroxyl radical travel is about the diameter of a small protein protein. And that's ten thousand times less than proximate travels so they're just radically different even though we call them free radicals and talk about oxidative the date of stress in this kind of general blanket terms. I think it's really really important to begin. Distinguishing the difference between these radicals and what they're doing. What their potential art they are? Not the same. You can't not treat them the same. They're radically different. Based on how quickly they're formed a and then how quickly quickly or how far they can diffuse be and then see what they're reacting with so hydroxyl radical just react with everything oxidises anything in its path. It's so reactive. They cannot travel at all. So the contrast between PEROXY nitrate and hydroxyl radical is dramatic the hydroxyl radical is formed by by a rather slow chemical process via the reaction of bears iron with hydrogen peroxide. But react so quickly with everything around it that it can only diffuse about the diameter of a small protein and contrast roxy nitrate is formed very very quickly each time superoxide and nitric oxide Clyde. However it reacts more slowly and more selectively throughout the cell that makes the biological and pathological implications of Brock's nitrate four far far more interesting because it can have a more subtle and more specific action in and around the cell so one of those is reactions have discovered recently and it was interesting to hear Dr Joseph McCulloch bring up the same fact here? We're kind of on the same page. As far as nitric oxide excite goes and that is when you combine peroxy nitrite and carbon dioxide and there's plenty carbon dioxide in the cells rate had just part of the oxidative process within the Mitochondria. You get a curious molecule called the carbonate radical and it's particularly particularly damaging to DNA so peroxy nitrite forms another radical. That goes out and KLOPPERS. DNA is isn't that interesting. This two thousand one study from the Journal of Biological Chemistry shows that the carbonate radical is particularly good at oxidizing acquainting proteins in DNA. Man peroxy nitrate is the give that keeps on giving just crazy isn't it and have you noticed something something here. All these radicals are so much different from each other and they behave in so much different ways we need to stop thinking of them simply as oxidants partisan partisan vague term like oxidative stress. They each have unique personalities a hydroxyl radical does not behave anything superoxide superoxide behave nothing like nitric oxide and nothing can keep superoxide and nitric oxide apart from each other and proxy nitrate has its own own Bikila like it's exponential multiplying effect and its ability to generate a whole host of other oxidants including our new friend the carbonate radical which has its own idiosyncratically of gobbling up wanting in DNA. So back to the two thousand seven paper from physiological article reviews they say once Affleck's of nitric oxide and superoxide is produced simultaneously in close proximity. The generation of proxy nitrate is considerably enhanced proxy nitrite dependent. cyto-toxicity is then mediated by myriad of effects including Lipid PROC sedation protein attrition and oxidation DNA oxidative damage and activation of Matrix. Mattel proteinase is is and the inactivation of various enzymes. Mida conrail enzymes are particularly vulnerable to attacks by Peroxy nitrite it and this leads to reduced. "Out what is important important in your life. Thanks and a big shout out to all you lime. Ninjas out there and I met so many of you at Bob Miller's conference conference out in Denver. It was such a pleasure. Thank you for coming up in saying hello. We had awesome time. I got to share the stage with some really important and big name. People Dr Joseph McCulloch was there Dr Neil Nathan. We've interviewed Dr Nathan before Dr Stephanie Senator was there we've interviewed her also so they're awesome and emily and Bob and Beth who we've also interviewed so as all our friends it was awesome and we were there too and all our new friends so just an awesome time out if you have yet to have your genetics tested to see if there's anything lurking there in the background the the what we're learning with Bob. Miller's group is really truly amazing and I can't encourage. Did you enough to to get that done. The test is only two hundred bucks and depending on who you consult with it's anywhere from another one hundred fifty to two hundred fifty bucks to have a consultation done and it makes can make all the difference in the world really there can be some major genetic snips going on burying going all that are just really a roadblock to healing so. I recommend in once you got your antibiotics together. Once you get your herbals whatever you're doing that way to kill off the the bugs really have look at your genetics will go a long way to helping you that was not meant to be a Bob Miller commercial but it is. I believe minute wholeheartedly. There's no doubt about that okay and also we'd like to welcome all you knew listeners so welcome to lime Ninja radio you ruined. I really appreciate you tuning in and as you know lime. Disease is an international problem each week. We have listeners join you from all over the world world this past week we've had listeners tune in from Perth to Copenhagen and from Albuquerque to Arlington. Thanks Roy and tell us a little a little bit about a little bit a little bit about this week's guest Stephanie Silverberg if you can do better with your on Awesome Okay Stephanie Silverberg who got killed. Lee Sick about three years ago. Neurological symptoms progress to the point where she was bed bound for three months consultations with specialists didn't yield any results and it wasn't until she visited a functional medicine. Addison doctor that she was able to start to regain her health and begin her journey. She works as a marriage counselor in Ohio. Hey McKay. Why did you want to talk to Stephanie. Very simple reason we're putting together our lime lime roadmap journey roadmap with the three steps to reboot resolve and restore so so reboot things are going. Well you kind of need to get a handle on things and for most people with lime disease were struggling. Things aren't going well so sometimes as the rebooting is just a minor thing. Sometimes it's complete reset but get a handle things what your co infections might be whether you have mould mold worthy of oxalate issues with iron imbalances the genetic problems you need to know all that kind of stuff to move forward confidently through your journey so the next thing is resolved right. You gotta fix those things right and that's going to take plan A. Plan B. The main thing I want you to do is get that plan. B. Doesn't matter where phase you are. Get that plan B. and especially if you're in the last phase right the restore so you rebuilding. You're feeling good. Everything's cranking along say. I'm this lime stuff. You need to have a plan. B Back right there. What happens if you have a flare. What happens if you get sick and things get triggered off again without a plan B. You're gonNA feel really devastated. There's always have that plan. Be Ready can't emphasize that enough and then once you got your plan b you got your plan. You got your roadmap. Go honan information diet. It's time to get off the Internet. That's alright. Stop listening to lyman injury for a little while anyway at least don't binge listen right because it's so easy to do right years up to three. I am. Oh my God. It's three a m because you went down a rabbit hole of getting some information. Information is GONNA make better. Taking action will sleeping sleeping. Well eating right. Will all these things will get you better. Information is truly truly important when you're lost. You need to find your way. There's no doubt about it but once you have a direction you know what you WanNa do and you have a plan B. Stop do yourself a favor. Give your mind arrest. You can always come back. The Internet will always be there. Promise Thomas Rose laughing at me. I'm on a rant a rant and a role for me. The information will will still be there when you were not going anywhere. Even though recently we have been somewhere we've got two hundred almost two hundred fifty episodes. You can always come back and listen the interwebs or forever. They never forget get. Take the pressure off yourself. Once you have an idea what you WANNA do once you've researched it made that decision breathe leave and just take two steps forward like we've been in our basement fixing fixing pressure pump. When you have a well you need a pump and you need a pressure tank to make it work well our pressure tank failed so we fixed it right and then it broke so I struggled and and went downstairs I was GonNa fix my cup of coffee and I turned the water spigot. Nothing not even a Gurgle came out of it was so sad because when I went to bed everything was working again again and if you're living in the country and you have no water that means all kinds of fun things happen and don't happen showers brushing your teeth or the least of your problems uh-huh toilets don't flush when you don't have water and that's a problem so we had to go down to the creek carry water buckets back to the house to flush the toilet. That's right. We're getting graphic. We're here at key's. Brooke roars mortified right. What's what's my point in. All this plan b the point is is that we went back downstairs stairs and we fixed it. We fixed it again and then fixed it again and tomorrow morning. We may be fixing it again but we've made adjustments each. It's time each time the nation on the plumbing a little bit better right. We should be doing youtube videos on employing. It's quite an system now. Upgraded upgraded a little bit put in a sediment filter and we've got anyway. It's all good stuff. The point is it's a little bit of leg lime disease right. You'd not sometimes if this were easy. You wouldn't be listening to this right now. You'd be out doing your normal life and you wouldn't have any problems lime disease. He's throws you curves again and again and again. That's why you need the plan but also you need to take care of yourself and your spirit in your heart and not it overwhelmed the start doubting what you're going to do. I had a plan for the pump. It was a great plan until it wasn't and something failed on it. That was completely -pletely unpredictable like the threatening came out of the pump itself was like how did that happen. Even is like actually I was. I was worried went down there and tried to fix something in the middle of the night. That's what it looked like. It goes all the tools gone too but that didn't happen anyway. Am I rambling just bid little. I missed you all so much. "E books and guides right now if you load the page, there'll be a button that says subscribe, and once you click that you get my e book, which is a full recipe pack, plus diet advice. It's the cellular healing diets that I teach people you'll get the top ten gut cleansers, which you're gonna love because we're about to talk about leaky gut here, and you'll get a shopping guide that'll show you where to buy all the fun stuff that you might go. I don't even know what that is. So here's where you can get it from so does free stuff there. Hey, look, if you're looking for like direct help if you're going doctor, and it's like. I know you gotta dinner on Tuesday. And when I called in. They said it sold out because it is now, but I really need to meet with you like I have a I have a problem, and I'm looking for someone like you top right hand corner of my website, ask Dr dot com is a button that says request a consult, it's free. I don't charge a dime for fifteen minutes of my time with you to say, let's let's figure this out. Okay. And if you do that, it doesn't mean you have to work with budgets means go through this look as a as a again, transparency of not gonna use the name just gonna tell you. What happened a someone calls in and says, hey, I heard your show. I listen to you stop. I've seen some of your seminars. And I got this problem in my house where there's possibly mold and this fifteen minute phone call with me just ended up being okay? Here's who you need to test it, go get these people to test it, and she was like, oh my God. Thank you so much. You're gonna save me so much money, etc. I've already spent a lot of money and. Wow. So I gave her some advice for absolutely free. And now, it's her responsibility to go do that. So sometimes it's all I do, you know? Jurors I've lost twenty pounds and need ten more. What can I do? I'll tell you what to do go. Do it. I don't need to get paid for that. What I do. How I invest in myself. He's I teach people how to invest in themselves. Okay. Do we have fees for coaching and for testing and things like that? Yes. But come on like we can work on that. I can help you with it. I guarantee you the test. We have never been run before. What do we run rerun? These guys inflammatory markers on bloodwork toxically markers on blood and urine nerve interference. And leaky gut testing. Why are we talking about these four because for you to be your doctor, you need to know that these are the four main problems, and technically inflammation is the result of those three foundations your toxic society your nerve interference. And your gut health tells us how inflamed you are. And inflammation tells us how sick you are the more inflamed. The more sick the less inflamed, the healthier. So if you want to heal you gotta stop medicating. Stop covering up stop hiding and stop ignoring the cause so step number one to becoming your doctor unlearn what you've learned health is. Okay. I don't have time to go back through that again. But hey, get the podcast. We watched the video go to the beginning segments. And learn what I mean by that number to know that what I just said to you is the cause. And it's not just me saying this, doctor, Dr Joseph McCulloch Sayer. Gee, there's tons of sights. Dr Chris, sir. All these guys, Dr Perwin mutter, you know, all these guys Dr Mark Hyman MD. They're all telling you when I'm telling you, which is you are causing your own sickness. You're supposed to heal yourself as doctors we are supposed to teach you how to do that. That's the Latin for doctors to teach. Please. Let me teach you. Okay. Come to my events. Come to my seminars. Hit up a request to consult. Okay. Toxicities a big deal. Let me just tell you this. Okay. I did it in the previous segment, but I didn't get enough time because you know, commercials rob me from time, which is okay. But here's the deal organic, non organic toxins, organic toxins are living mold lime pesticides parasites. So I did that last time to deny parasites they sound like pesticides. Don't they parasites viruses bacteria, anything that's like alive and trying to eat you up? And this this stuff does exist. Non-organic toxins are pesticides, herbicides and all of the eighty thousand chemicals again inside of us. The worst of the non organic toxins is pesticides herbicides, and then heavy metals aluminum by itself has been directly connected to Alzheimer's are snick is a big deal, and you might think I don't have arsenic poisoning. I don't have about stuff, but it leads to abdominal discomfort diarrhea major issues with digestion and a lot of people have digestive issues led is by far one of the most toxic most dangerous yet most under evaluated metals that most of us are dealing with lead can affect your nerve tissues, numbness, tingling memory loss kidney function, also things like brain function. And it has a lot to do with high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol, and heart disease. Technically, mercury another big big toxin that not many people are talking about. If you have a metalic filling or you have. Root canals. There's a high likelihood you may have mercury floating around in your blood. And what is mercury do? It kills your nerve tissues. Let me ask you something are your nerves important. They don't just make you feel things they tell your body what to do. So if you become neuro toxic, your brain is like older, and then your body says the same thing, so you're pressures go all over your, you know, your muscles get weak. You have a hard time keeping yourself balance. I'm reading the list of mercury symptoms, numbness tingling in your hands and feet rashes anxiety. Trouble speaking trouble, remembering what people told you memory problems, both short-term and long-term ringing in your ears. That's a big one for a lot of you. Why am I whispering? Because you can't hear me when your ears ringing. I should be loud ringing in your ears. Okay. Thallium even more dangerous. It's a neurological. Disruptor, it leads to loss of reflexes big deal guys. Like, you know, how like if somebody gets their finger real close. Your eyes starts blogging. That's an ocular reflex. You know, how like sometimes when food goes down the wrong pipe. Oh, it's a reflex. What have you lost that reflects? Okay. It also can cause things like convulsions muscle wasting headaches. It's a big deal for all of those who have headaches. Look, if you think you have genetic headaches, you probably have thallium poisoning. And that's why have FedEx all the time headaches comas dementias, numbness, tingling arrhythmia, almost always if you have an arrhythmia you'll more than likely test positive for thallium, and it goes on right tungsten uranium nickel. Gadolinium? What else is on this, list arsenic? We already talked about. So look look should it be worth. You testing yourself for the presence of pesticides herbicides, heavy metals, organic inorganic toxins. I'm going to say yes now, those of you who have looked into this know that sometimes these tests are expensive. Okay. The retail cost for a really really good, heavy metals tests can be three four five hundred dollars depending upon how you want to pay for insurance, cash, etc. You wanna get tested for like pesticides, herbicides fungicides. This kind of stuff. Do you know eight nine ten thirteen hundred. That's why if you come to one of my events or my seminars are you request to consult I can help you to get what's called professional, courtesy. I don't know if you guys noticed or not, but as a physician with several licenses even board certifications in the state of North Carolina. If I call Labcorp, or I call doctors data or a call all the different labs, and I say, hey, listen, listen, I I want to run tests on myself, and I'm a doctor. And I see the price is seven hundred for this test. Like, here's what I do guys. How much does it cost me because I'm a physician, and you know, what it's going to shock you. Sometimes the labs are like, oh, we'll let you do it for free. Seriously. Sometimes they'll say, oh, well, you know, the test is actually this. The difference is the prophet..

"It's our topic of the day become your own doctor because technically this what you're supposed to be doing. Anyway, you need to ready for this a educate yourself, and that means unlearn what you've learned. And honestly, let's be truthful. That's the hardest part. Right. And that's the sort of like put Dr. And I don't understand. I was told this that just means that's what you believe you had this conversation with the patient the other day. And I said imagine this if your whole life somebody told you that that blackout figure wearing is green. And you believed it so wholeheartedly. You said you're wrong. It's green, and I come up to you. And I say, you're wrong. It's black, and I got ten people that will prove to you. It's black because all ten will say, it's black and you say green, can you imagine just imagine for. Second. How hard would that be for that person to go? It's actually not green. It's black. That's what I'm asking you to do. So I realized that's a tall order. What you've been told about your condition is more than likely not the truth, especially if it comes out of the mouth of somebody who's Jacquet says m the heat Saint manage disease. It doesn't say reverse disease. It doesn't say a radical disease says manage disease minor reputation. Okay, educate yourself, you have to you have two guys in in this day and age you have to become your doctor. The only way you're going to pull off what you want because trust me deep down inside. I know you're like there's gotta be a better way than this. Deep down inside. I know you say, I don't wanna take these meds anymore. There's gotta be something else. I can do. But when you ask the wrong person for new advice, it's not gonna work. Look I've used this analogy before if I really wanna Toyota, and I show up to like Volvo dealers. I'm going to have a really hard time. Hey, Volvo guy. Where's your Toyota? What are you talking about toys are terrible? We don't know. No watch this this s eighty or whatever that's the car you want s eighty s eight and you're like now, I really want Toyota I really want to get off my meds. I really want to be healthy. No, it's not what we do. You shouldn't do it. In fact, run away as fast as you can see. That's the problem. You guys are asking the wrong questions to the euro. Sorry, you're asking the right questions to the wrong person or the wrong people. Educate yourself step number one educate yourself. You must unlearn what you've learned and relearn the truth. But that's hard, isn't it because there's so many people out there spewing truth left, and right, but you'll find after a while that all of the people who are speaking the truth start sounding the same because they're telling you the truth. Okay. So can you find information online? Yes. You can. Okay. Try my website. Try my Facebook page, maybe even go to things like Dr Joseph McCulloch, M E R C O L A. He's an osteopathic doctor not an MD. He's a DO doctor of osteopathy look osteopaths in their original context were always there to find out. How do we actually treat you medically, but not give you drugs? Most osteopaths are gone. Like, the profession is more or less dwindled out. There's a few and they're still school here there. But the chances of you going to a DO today's pretty slim McColl is like stiffer famous. Doctor Joseph Makola, we're going to shout out to him. Right. Dr Josh ax. You guys have heard of him. Probably he's real famous because he makes a million products and. Bone Barth proteins, and you know, anti-inflammatory things the stuff is great. He's got really good intentions, and he's gonna amazing website, Dr acts dot com. Okay. I guarantee you everything that you find on his side is something that I teach why he went to the same school. We did the same training program together. What do you now you could try Chris Chris KRAS SDR? He's a holistic licensed acupuncturist turned functional medicine doctor who's going. I've had enough of people not knowing how to fix themselves. You can go to ask Dr orange dot com..

I put into lender because some just had some this morning. I didn't put in a blender because I was in a rush and the pipe dissolve the power, you can kind of choke on it. So. Yeah. Really? Well. Yeah. I put I mixed it all in a Mason glass jar. And actually what I did it a few days ago was I made ice cream out of it. I just took all the power put it in with with ca cow and six eg yokes can of coconut milk. A little bit a little bit of collagen for the joints at Elektra sweetener in that. And then let me think of what else I had in their those are the biggies, and then I blended that and then put it in the freezer in a stainless steel bowl. So I've got it as almost like this Kito genyk ice cream. I can have after dinner at night. But it's got all the powders in it. So I've I've turned your t in the ice cream, but it tastes pretty good. Leave it to bend improve it. So you're really healthy. And I don't think you have many symptoms of any disease. But have you noticed any difference from doing this recently? No. But I haven't gone in front of labs recently either. And I I haven't retested my telomeres, so so I can't say I haven't quantified lately I've been too busy. Well, Hello during this episode. Just as usually happens when I get a book on the Kito genyk diet, I expected to possibly be just yet another book on how to put butter in your coffee. But this one was was really good. I I it's not even that long of a book. It's it's only about one hundred fifty pages long. But man, I think I have over thirty pages I tend to fold over pages and highlight in the book looks like it's been Helen back because I think thirty pages are folded over. So my guest today is Dr Joseph McCulloch, he's been on the show before talking about all sorts of different topics. But today, we're gonna take deep dive into fasting the dark side of fastening toasts, the dark side of ketosis psycho ketosis and a whole lot more that I discovered within the pages of his brand new book Kito fast Kito fast step by step guide at timing your Kita genyk meals, Joe will come back to the show, man. Well. Thanks for having me, Ben. But said boy, you knew really knew some information. You know, you you are rea- catalyst to help up my own game. And you know, you reading three hundred books year as I couldn't come close to I cannot compete with that level of book reading the Jew. So what I can compete though is the studies in I've got a super RSS feed. Now that I'm able to read about two thousand studies not just the abstracts, but the full study. So I like that better than books actually because it's just it helps me up my game and really get down into the science. Yeah. You don't wanna share that super tactic? With anyone do your your special website for research studies? Well, you could use it's basically an RSS feed. So Google reader used to be you build Bill probably do with that. "Is the six annual biohacking conference six years ago, I invited a hundred people on small small venue. And we ran electoral current over ourselves and talked about how we actually wanted to become smarter and build ourselves superhumans. And we thought it was possible. And there was science data. And things that noted talked about neuro-scientists weren't talking ABC's weren't talking to meditation. Masters weren't talking to in deep sea, divers and all this stuff. Well, last year, we had a three thousand people at the conference and has become a really big thing. We've got Arianna Huffington speaking this year, Dr Joseph McCulloch, and some other leaders and Doug Dana Siegel leading a psychologist and behaviorist. And that is, hey, if she wanted to be better everything he does a human being. Here's the technology is not just Galicia cave. It's not just eat. Only kale. It's it's a practice. And it's multiple variables in it's it's designing environment around you. So that you can kick morass making that a community is awesome. And so anybody who shows of the conferences is going to be kind of a deep. Dive into that. It's going to deep dive into that. And one of the things that were tackling this year's fear. You actually gonna get to jump off the top of the hotel like a Hollywood stuntman and land get outta here. Really getting I can't believe we got away with all the insurance requirements, but it's a it's a safe thing to do. But it's a little bit different than walking colds or something because you're gonna stand at the edge of that president you're gonna look in every fiber near being Intel you're going to die. Yeah. But you know, you're not and you're going to force yourself to do it anyway. And I tell you there's a lot of people feel that same way when they're gonna ask someone out on a date. Like, this is about you being in charge of your biology, and overcoming your response. I I'm super excited about that experiential part of that's incredible. I let me ask you give people precursor to the conference. Then what do you think is the future future benefits or or the I guess the potential for the biohacking movement? And what's what's happening? And where it's going do you? I know you have some really high. Expectations or goals in terms of your longevity. How long you're gonna live and the health that you're gonna have to that old age. Do you do you think that talked to everybody about that? And and kind of where you see the biohacking movement going. The whole men's health article about about me when they had embarrassing apps picture, it was about the fact that I've just public. I'm gonna live to at least one hundred eight years old, and I say that as someone who's running anti nonprofit group for twenty years when who's learned from people who were three times my age and making themselves younger and seen this happen. And I know would all age can look like, and it's not tubes and monitors wheelchairs diapers knowing her name in hospitals, and surgeries and all the stuff that people think of it's not that it's having tons of energy having a brain that works and having eighty years of wisdom to share with people in a coherent fund. Interesting way and being excited to wake up everybody. Those are the people I know who are in their eighties nineties, and that's how I wanna be when I'm a hundred eighty and so how are we gonna get there? Well, that's what biohacking is ultimately about. It's how do we make ourselves smarter? How you make? He'll better than we're supposed to I did at this place called dough clinics in Park City. I did the world's first whole-body stem cell makeover where I spent four hours unconscious, well, three different doctors, put stem cells in my brain my spine every join my body. My face, my reproductive, organs everywhere, you can put us themselves headed done. I think I'll do that every five years why not things like that? This is possible. Now, you can raise your cue, you can stop being afraid of things that causing Zeidan. You don't even know why you can look the way you wanna look you can never experience hunger. Again, you can learn how to be happy even if you've never been happy before and.

"When we hear like, oh, it's controversy around this. We don't know what MSG really does. It's right here. It's in the journal be city, and so left and resistance, potentially. This could be a huge culprit in obesity because leptin is your body's major Sitadi hormone helping to really regulate your appetite. And so when left when you have left in resistance, this is going to inherently lead to being hungrier more often. I so that's what they're seeing an animal studies. But what about the people what about the people? A human study published in two thousand eight in the journal obesity looked at the MSG intake of seven hundred and fifty two people between the ages of forty and fifty nine and found that MSG consumption was directly correlated with higher rates of being overweight. The study also accounted for other factors like physical activity total energy intake in MSG. Was clearly a culprit connected. To having a higher body mass index, right? There you have it. It's not just I don't know if it's a potential issue. It probably is it probably is now where is it? Where's MSG sneaking its way into your body will this use pervasively as a flavor enhancer in things like fast food, restaurants and frozen meals in Kansas potato chips and things like that. Now, what this is kind of labeled as out there, which is this is the controversial part about it is this category of what are known as excited toxins in according to Dr Joseph McCulloch, and he was on the show a while back. We put that episode in the show notes, quote MSG is one of the worst food additives on the market and is used in canned soups, crackers, meat salad, dressings, frozen dinners and much more. It's found in your local supermarkets and restaurants in your child's school cafeteria, and amazingly even in baby food and infant formula. And he goes on to say that one of the best. Overviews of the very real dangers of MSG comes from. Dr Russell Blaylock a board certified neurosurgeon in author of exciting. Toxins the taste that kills in. It he explained that MSG is an exciting toxin, which means it over excites yourselves to the point of damage or death causing brain damage to varying degrees and potentially even triggering or worsening learning disabilities, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Lou Gehrig's disease and more part of the problem is at free glutamate acid is the same neurotransmitter that your brain nervous system is paint grease and other organs us to initiate certain processes in your body, even the FDA states. This quote studies have shown that the body uses glutamate and amino acid as a nerve impulse transmitter in the brain. And there are glutamate responsive tissues in other parts of the body as well. Abnormal function of glutamate receptors has been linked with certain. Neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and Huntington's Korea injections of glutamate in laboratory animals have resulted in damage to nerve cells in the brain. Now, we know that this has a significant impact on our brains and others cells in our bodies. But what about the sleep connection? Listen to this. This is nuts. A two thousand thirteen study published in the journal nutrition found that MSG intake was significantly associated with snoring and a high probability of sleep. Disordered breathing in test subjects who were of a normal body weight. What that is nuts? MSG is related to sleep disordered breathing snoring. This is another big epidemic right now. Because trust and believe if you have sleep disordered, breathing you're going to be having interrupted sleep cycles because at lack of op. Oxygen is going to cause you to come out of different stages of sleep. You might not be conscious of it you might not fully awake. But it's going to interrupt because it's a survival response. If you're not getting enough oxygen in now, I specifically wanted to share this information about MSG because this is something that has been anecdotally a problem for me causing issues with my sleep. And I didn't know this at first, but this is the benefit of really doing this work and getting more in touch with your body is that you start to see different patterns, and when something is different that you may be eating nor that you did different with your activity, and it might have an impact on your sleep, for example. And I was able to analyze consistently because a lot of the recipes we were using at the time was incorporating some, you know, soy sauce and things like that that typically have some sometimes it's naturally occurring. And sometimes it's added MSG in it. And every time I would have this very strange like. Not a couldn't quite fall asleep. I was just like just below the surface of consciousness if I could explain it like that. And it was just like it was terrible. It was just terrible sleep. Whenever I would have it close to bedtime and sure enough recently because it's been a couple of years since I've like gone out. And we went to PF Chang. I never been was the I wanted to know what's the big deal. You know, they got the statues outside the big the big horse sculptures. My it must be something. So we had PF changs for dinner as some dishes that had some soy sauce in it. And sure enough I had that crummy sleep that night, especially like the first phase and trying to fall asleep. My sleep latency was disturbed which is literally the opposite for me ninety nine point nine percent of the time. And I knew okay. Wow. That's it really does affect me. Now, everybody's going to be different. You know, it might not have that kind of an impact on you. But this is something that I wanna make sure you have this information in your. Possession because it might be helpful for you. Now, maybe later and also for the people that you care about potentially. Why don't wanna share is this the final straw for me in putting this on the list that broke the sleep-deprived camel's back was a ten week study site in the journal pediatrics reported that more than fifty percent of hyperactive children showed fewer behavioral problems and less. Trouble sleeping when the implemented a diet that was free of artificial and chemical food additives, including monosodium glutamate, and the next culprit, we're gonna talk about on a list, specifically, those two things where the main things that they pulled out which we're gonna get to that in a moment. But I wanted to make sure that you know, some of the hidden names of MSG because sometimes it won't say monosodium glutamate on the label. This could be in the name of hydrolysed vegetable protein or textured vegetable protein yeast extract seasonings what is. Seasonings just tell me what the season is, you know, and again, sometimes companies are doing the right thing. And they're literally just, you know, it's a maybe a secret ingredient of seasonings writing, maybe just a little see solved little sugar, you know, some pepper gadoe. No. But sometimes it's just a blanket way that you can slide to mess g in there as well. So just keep that in mind what we wanna do is. If you do potentially have some issues with MSG, and you know, things like soya sauce, just make sure that you have it a little bit earlier in the day. It doesn't bother my sleep. If I have it for lunch, for example, because my body can have time to metabolize it. But this might be something you need to pull out completely. And even hearing that study with the kids that is really something to think about and to really support and protect our our babies, are you? So that's number one on our list of these four hidden things. Could be destroying your sleep quality. Let's move onto number two. It was the study conducted by researchers at Wayne State University School of medicine, and what they discovered was that having a Cup of coffee or even caffeinated tea too close to bedtime can be terrible for

"So I just you know, it just I'm not I wasn't anti. Mammography or anti pink ribbon. It just didn't resonate with me. You know, I just really felt like engaging ban responsible for my own health, and knowing my body and paying attention to signs a much better strategy than handing off power to you know, somebody that you see maybe once a year. So as I you know, continued on my journey, and as I mentioned after working with Arnold Monte became elected, you know, but wouldn't take out the entertainment industry and the political experience. I had it really prepared me for the next stage of my life, which was totally unexpected Ernie. And I ended up moving to San Luis Obispo, California. And once I got settled in. Of course, I was looking for place to get my grams. And I was shocked to find out. There was no planning on So here I thought all, you know, women new because technology, you know, been so empowering to me been FDA approved since nineteen eighty two and adjunct, but an adjunct imaging is ah junk of according to the gay and the AMA to whatever they are dictators. Gold standard will back then and to this day mammograms are considered the gold standard. So that means that tomography is considered an adjunctive. And so our ultrasounds MRI's pet scans C T scans. So it's kinda crazy I was like a why why would we be dictated, you know, are options instead of us all unique beautifully different. You know that we would choose what might be best for us. So I it was an epiphany in my life. I, you know, this technology and the empowerment of preventative action have been so important to me. That I just completely changed careers. I got trained as a medical tomography for I you know, met everybody could and the event they medical industry, and I started offering the service, as you know, technician, I take the pictures and then doctors evaluate them. You know, said that's the women in my local level local area would have the signals. Well. Unbeknownst to me. I had I did not realize that the mammography and breast cancer industry had developed into a multi trillion dollar annual industry. And that I was not welcome in this community or anywhere by radiologists. And I ended up getting a letter from the FDA, you know, warning me that I could not use the word alternative in any of my marketing, nor could I have my camera brand in any advertising. So. Yeah. So I'm like was like, wow, you guys really got my attention now. So you're dictating that women can, you know, not use the Maga faith. But then you know, what I mean, it was very very enlightening to me that why would they care like why are they so interested in my wording when I think everyone has the right? You know, they you have the freedom to whatever, you know, medical devices that are approved that would benefit you because we're also unique. For instance, mammograms are pretty much useless for women with dense breast implants, they're useless for younger women and they're wrong. A majority of the time either a false positive or false negative. So to dictate that that is the stand alone. You know, first stage for women, I thought it was just crazy. And so because of my background and the entertainment industry politics. I wanted to know what's going on. Like, what was motivating this letter that I thought was ridiculous. It's just really got my attention. And then I ended up getting a letter from one of the local radiologists in my area who, you know, remained the radiologist who can in his words campaigned against me, and some graffiti, and he wrote letters to the doctors I was working with because thanking Dr can easily see what some Agassi provides when you see a picture of your patient, and you can tell that one breast is inflamed more so than the other and or there's maybe stomach inflammation. It just gives you as a doctor more physiological information to help your patient help guide them on their health journey. And so they you know, they were trying to get those doctors to stop working with me. Which they refused. So. This was in nineteen or I'm sorry two thousand eleven got trained. And so I I was trained. I started offering tomography in two thousand nine and that happened and and so that really pick. No, you really got my attention because they're going. I'm imaging women. I'm imaging women in my community. And I had no idea the brutality the bullying the the coercion. You know, the false information that these poor women come in, and they really feel with the tinkering campaign. And the media full Corp of scare women to you know, mammograms and everything, you know, that's junk two grams. You know, the cut burn poison of something found that they they would come into see me, and they their attitude wasn't win. I mean, I was gonna get cancer. It was when and you know, you even before yourself and now just so disempower I was. Just horrified. I'm like what I'm like that's terrible way to live your life. They really were thankful, and you know, the thinking doctors, my my area thankful that they had, you know, another tool that they could use that can help guide them years before, you know, a would show up and then sadly offset would happen. Women would come in. And they had decades of negative mammograms, and there I immigrants show a really high, you know, for a lot of a better term layman's terms, a high fever and one of the breasts, so it's very inflamed. It looks completely different than the other breath. And sadly, those women too many of them ten stage for breast cancer. So it's devastating to get negative mammograms for decades. And even some of them some of them in toodle thought something was wrong to be told that no, no, no, you're fine. You know, when you're not, you know, because Graham can't see the tumor yet or. You know, it's too close to the chest. While whatever their the problem is. So I that it just inspired me to make my documentary. And I appreciate your participation in that documentary. And I have, you know, a wonderful group of doctors who are willing to go in front of a documentary camera and tell women that mammograms are, you know, the biggest fraud ever perpetrated on women to explain how dangerous they are to explain what it leads to and maybe some of the motives behind that. And so that's what inspired me to create a breast expose the breast kept secrets and just recently, you know, after completing my movie, go ahead. Go ahead. Okay. After completing my film, which took a long time. You know, I ended up, you know, ended up after I got that FTA warning letter. Dr Joseph McCulloch, ended up getting a FDA warning letter as well because of me and a few other tomography is also there are people that are advocates that the Maga or offering demography got warning butters. And so Dr cola, you know, basically told the FDA, you know, you're are you practicing medicine, you know, because everyone's different. So who are you to dictate that all women should do the same exact thing? And that we don't have the right to voice, you know, doctors don't have the right to voice their concerns when risks you know, when they're doing when they're basically being pushed into doing harm to their patients. So he flew me out. I didn't interview with him and that led to the Illinois medical board tried to take his license away. So he flew me back out. He let me back out. Prepare his lawyer for the hearing and because the images for some graffiti speak for themselves. So anyone who is guided by logic or common sense. Can immediately understand the value that the Maga Fiat, and it does not diagnosed cancer, it's not going to prevent cancer. But it's definitely more information that we're provided with that. We can actually do something about it said of waiting for any Anna Tomiko test to tell you you already have cancer. So I flew out. I prepared the attorney and thankfully talking recall was able to keep his license, and they kind of slithered back into their dens. I guess.
