"This morning Dr Jason West from the integrative medicine physician who is watching over an interesting article that came out yesterday. Some of the items on this annual list of potentially dangerous toys Released by a consumer advocacy group. Good morning, Dr Jason West. Well, good morning, and I kind of have to tell you. I'm feeling guilty as a parent because I'm looking at this list. The data five boys, I've got a whole bunch of things. In my house that I probably shouldn't have. And of course, I'm a little bit facetious when I say that because you want to give your kids fun stuff. But you want to make sure that they're safe too well, like you, Dr West, who was on with us this morning, The news radio 16 W TV, and I'm also a parent of two young boys. Eight and five. First of all, how did this group come up with this list? What kind of things did they do to determine that these toys they're dangerous and bad for our Children? Well, I think the biggest thing that they're looking for is, you know, Children hazards, and so there, you know, the missile launchers. It was one of the things that I saw on that Which kind of made me chuckle because my kids were love missiles. And then the next thing is any type of goo or anything that basically condemn solve. So you're looking at plastics You're looking at. It talked him that can get in the system. And then, of course, City. So he Hauser's. And so the Abbas acute group basically goes and looks through the toys that are available, and then they come out with the you know a list of Hey, these air the the things that you should be cautious about her. Actually, That's the nice way of saying that they're saying these are the worst toys of 2020. And then of course, we looked at the worst toys of all time and then things that you can do to To be safe with your purchases around holiday time. Dr Weston and I want to get to the list and just a few seconds here, But it's almost a point there, I say of defamation because the toy Association which I get they represent the toy manufacturers call the watch list needlessly alarmist, And they actually say that the watch group does not test these toys. Well, I think that's accurate, and what's tough about it is is you look at the intent of the toys, and the intent is to provide the consumer which is our Children, something that they enjoy and that they like, and part of me is looked at the list and kind of thinking. You know, there's if you take the hammer and hammer. It can actually do some amazing good things. And you know what? It's been used a lot and some deaths, but there's been some funny statistics. About hammers about the wrong end, like using a knife to either, and I have to hurt someone. And in some regards, you look at this list. It's kind of like, Are we using a hammer? In the wrong way. Horses the consumer. Excuse me, the producer's saying to the consumers look If you use this in the right way, it's completely healthy. And so it is a little bit of business blackmail. It sounds like it and it sounds like you know a Zapater in. You also need to take into consideration. I think personally, you have to use common sense. You have to actually be a parent. And show them okay, This is and I realized accidents happen, but I think part of it is also a parenting and maybe even bad parenting. But let's dive into the list here a little bit. Okay, So you have nothing and again. I'm feeling bad for naming names. But you know that calico cutters, missile launchers, Avenger power cloth. The Gloria al, You're looking at these things and can no one wants kids to be injured, and at the same time you kind of feel bad for the companies that are being outed on the list. The Star Wars, man. DeLorean dark Savor. We have that at my house, I they say potential for blunt force and eye injuries. I mean that, But that could be anything that could be also a baseball bat that we could go on and on right, Dr West Well, of course, and you know, with my Armando Laurean lightsaber when my kids go to bed. Um, I mean, it's possible that their dad is planning with that. Same here. I'm in the same boat that you are Dr West. That's too funny. The side fi slime. My youngest loves slime. I mean, he's not putting it in his mouth by any means. But They go on to say potential for chemical related injuries. How so do do they explain? Do they go on a detail? Well, they think the concern with the slime is is what makes it you know, flying me. Also, It's going to be really hard if it gets injustice. Sure, So That's that's That's the concern. You know, with the slime on Gwizdo, and I'm pretty sure that when my kids go to bed, their dad's not playing with the glue. I'm hard to get away from that white they were. It's pretty cool. I maybe. "Then gradually becoming mostly sunny with high in the low to mid fifties at DFW Airport, it is 50 degrees. Should you get a covert 19 vaccination when it's available? We're all thinking about it, or some of us are, as Dave Williams remind us. The standard advice still goes. Ask your daughter. After Dr Jason West isn't my doctor or Amy shot drops Doctor, But he has a private practice in Plano and an interesting outlook on the vaccination question. He told us he's a wait and see advocate Well, what I tell people when they ask about this, and I get asked us every day in the trenches. People are coming in and saying, Hey, what should we be doing it in my response to that is, you know what I think we're all going to get exposed to this in the dialogue that I wish we were seeing in the media. Was. Yep, There's some people getting infections, but there are millions of people that they're getting infections that air not to either getting sicknesses of their asymptomatic. And if you get your immune system in order, really, when we look at the data and 99.4% of us We're going to survive this. So we get to go back to healthy food enough water. Did vitamins healthy in a life foods. Get your immune system in order because we're all eventually going to get exposed, But that doesn't prevent you from giving it to me. Yes, in my response would be well, I want you to be as healthy as me. So of who? That all of us conserve. I've this is best is possible and this social distancing guidelines washing your hands. And I'm wearing your mask and some other things they're looking like. It's really making a difference on them. I've heard that vitamin D is essential. And if you take, you know, massive doses of that you can really boost your mood immune system against this virus. What do you know about that? Well, I think that the data on it looks really good that people that have vitamin D levels over 38. It's my understanding that there hasn't been a covert 19 death. Which means that vitamin D If you get 5 to 10,000 units every day, I think that's one of the smartest things that all of us can be doing right now, With this pandemic going around. Is there any danger of Od'ing on vitamin D? You said that because 5 to 10,000 units sounds like a lot Well, it's actually I think kind of a low recommended dose. Is there some doctors saying 22 50,000? I think it's so difficult to overdose on vitamin D three. I mean, it would just be so hard to do that. The fat soluble vitamin D, which is talking about the D one d to that may be possible, but vitamin D three is just so it's so benign. You could take a lot and not have any problems. All right. If I was a patient of yours, and I walked in, and you know, for whatever reason, and I say, Doctor, what about this is covert vaccine is going to be available soon. We're hearing that maybe as soon as December. 12 people are going to start Getting dosed up. I'm going to say doctor should should I take it or shouldn't I? Well, a couple things I would say that one is. Do you have any risk factors or co morbidity? Because in that case, maybe the vaccine is worth it. If you're not having the co morbidity is, I would say, Let's just wait for a little bit to see how people are. Responding. I wouldn't be really being a rush for on Lee because I think you just need some time to see how people are responding, and even the vaccine makers in the FDA is saying there is going to be a risk associated with this. We just don't have time to see the risk yet, so I would urge if it's possible toe wait and see. That's what I would recommend. And you're gonna wait and see you going to take this vaccine right away. I'm definitely gonna wait and see. I don't want to be there on the first line for this. I just concerned we just haven't had enough time yet Tonto to see what if if it's responds, and then I'm a little bit concerned of some of the risk that I see with vaccines. One of the quick question. Just curious. Is this your your general position with vaccines as as a rule, are you? I guess I'm asking. Are you an anti Baxter? Actually, no, I'm just before informed choice. I just want everybody to know what their options are. And again. I think that as we see this thing roll out, you're gonna know all the information so you make him get decision for you. He seems to suggest the best way to avoid getting cove. It is to stay healthy or vice versa. With Amy shot dropping doctor Jason West. I'm Dave Williams, WB AP News. We have another check of our traffic.

"Fifteen minutes. You're getting are between four and five passes through your liver of all the blood in your body that is allowing your liver. Then given that it can work on both phase one phase two detox to further talks to find the body, and then after you're done, you get right on the toilet and you eliminate all those toxins. It is one of those things where people say, I want to do this every day, which typically we say, don't do it every day because it can start to make your ball movements a little less productive. You can lose a lot of minerals, electrolytes as well, completely agree. So we don't. We do this during Padres Khana, but we certainly don't recommend it all the time. Yeah, and dude. I felt amazing. I've kind of gotten out of the habit of doing a regular coffee enema. I used to do them every week. I had forgotten how amazing you feel. But interestingly, when I was at that same guy, did that nasal balloon therapy that I mentioned earlier, he also did a palpitation of my gall bladder and liver points. If I'm going to be very tender recommended that I do some gall bladder and liver cleanses and and take some kind of a bile treatment. In addition, I gotta live red blood cell analysis from a different doctor. Dr Jason west over in polka Telo, Idaho. And he noted the presence of what are called ghost cells, which are cells that don't quite have the membrane they're supposed to because of some type of fat Mel absorption. And he also mentioned that it was likely that my gall bladder and my bio production was a little bit messed up. So I'm actually planning for the next little bit on doing one of these coffee Animas every few days. And for me, it's pretty simple. I make my normal Cup of coffee, and then I have this side coffee that I use for the enema, and I just lay in my. The right side and and get some work done on my phone. While I sit my Cup of coffee and just let the enemy do its work, stand up after fifteen or twenty minutes use the restroom. And dude, I feel friggin glorious like on fire, the rest of the day. It is pretty amazing. And it's honestly once you do it once it like it doesn't have the dramatic scientists sound to it that that we're talking about it right now if you've never done it before, it sounds like this really intense thing, but just like you said, you're lying on your right side. You're reading the book, you're on your phone, you just get in the toilet, and that's it. Like it's pretty benign for the most part and once a week, I think that's enough now in the beginning. So keep mine. Like when most natural anticancer base institutes, they're doing four or five or even six of these a day. And the reason is that they're dramatic. So they're trying to kill tumors trying to break down all these toxins and eliminated as fast as possible because the liver, we've been talking a lot about the liver in lymphatic system while the liver is the organ that if you need to heal your body, if you need to get well, you have to focus on the nutrients for phase one. The nutrients were the sulfur based acids for phase. Two, and if you can help it along, that's what we're talking about. Is these treatments help along your natural detoxification based system, but you could still do because this is something I was thinking. Just the way my mind works is, is it almost feels like I could be missing out on some of the steam bath stuff or some of the nasal stuff for like the upper respiratory tract mucus decongestion that you talk about with the traditional Pontiac karma. Do you still implement any of those in your practice? Is that? I mean, I don't even know if it's legal to feed people milk and have them throw up at a medical clinic in the US. But do you work in any of these other protocols or have you found that this one, two, three detox protocol with lymph massage the sauna and the coffee enema to be just as active for folks?.
