And I'm afraid What you've just described is probably gonna be accurate. Robert is downtown. Good morning, Robert. Yeah, I just wondered if you guys know why the city is reportedly paying inflated prices for these hotels that we're buying. Well, that's uh well from way it's been described to me. Is the in the documentation is and I'm just throwing these numbers out because I don't have the numbers in front of me, Roberts when they go to buy these hotels, and they say we're not gonna pay, they said, we're gonna pay up to $8 million. That is, that is that is what the City Council voted on and approved. It doesn't necessarily mean they're going to pay that much. That's where they're a negotiation would end. That's what I've been told by some of the staffers of the Boston City Council members Made their prime way too much and inflated price certainly understandable, once attractive to the owners of the hotel. It's a great question, Roberts because we've we've seen some incredible numbers out there. I'll tell you, you know, I watched a documentary finally finished watching the whole documentary about community for selling Gram's project that we've we've talked about some so much. It is so successful Watch that last night and one Aziz. We've said one of the reasons why this so successful because the city doesn't have anything to do with it. I wish that the city if they're buying these hotels they need to present toe Austin. What's going on there being connected with resource is Yeah, that's that. We don't know. We do know we doing well. We do know the city has been very clear about that. Their goal is to get them as they describe these wraparound services. Once they get him in there to these hotels to be drug counseling, mental health and things like that. That's it. Maybe even John placement if that's what they want, If that's what they want. The problem that the city has just discovered is is most of these homeless people that live in on the streets. I don't wanna be there. No, they don't. And they need to show examples. They need to give us examples of before and after. Here's what happened as a result, Yes, Maybe they've said what they intend to do. But we haven't seen any examples. So none of never have any. Anything to go on other than okay, I guess it's going to turn out to be something. Hopefully, Larry in north Austin. Larry what? You got real quickly I've got about 30 seconds.
