Well, Sonja, of course, no matter who any one voted for. It has certainly been a stressful few days waiting for a presidential winner to emerge that weight did finally and this morning as you said, Pennsylvania called for Joe Biden. That is a heavily Democratic area after we made that race call were able to get some additional Democratic votes from Allegheny County, another big Democratic area of the state. And what we have seen over the last several days is just that margin of Joe Biden's fleet has continued to grow, and we're confident at this point that it will no longer shrink and give Donald Trump a chance to overtake him and former vice President Biden will address the nation tonight his first formal remarks since becoming president elect, he'll deliver those remarks from the Chase Center in Wilmington, Delaware. It's scheduled for 8 P.m.. Of course, we will be carrying that live when it happens here on 10 10 wins President Trump has been signaling for a while now that he would not accept it. Joe Biden has not been certified as the winner of any states, let alone Any of the highly contested states headed for mandatory recounts or states where our campaign as valid and legitimate legal challenges that could determine the ultimate victor of the campaign is expected to mount those challenges in several states where the race was close on. "In May of two thousand four. Police pulled up floorboards in northwest Detroit. Freud home but we did not uncover any evidence relevant to the investigation on James Hoffa in twenty twelve lease dug up backyard in Roseville. Say it has no credibility at all in twenty thirteen acting on a tip from our boss. Tony's really the FBI Doug on a forum on you'll road in Oakland Township all day long. The HOOPLA grew and grew once word spread. The date for Hoffa's remains had begun this again coming up empty. Why have there been so many seemingly credible tips? Scott Bernstein says it's because the Jack Aloni pros there's launched a campaign of misinformation to cover up the perfect crime so I believe the Jack Loney brothers were incredibly proud and they really war the fact that they pull this crime of the century off so successfully they really ward as a badge of honor and they really got their kicks out of tweaking people about it and you know my research tells me that. They launched a disinformation Asian campaign. From nine hundred seventy five and into the two thousands when they both passed away where they would you know intentionally tell thirty people thirty thirty different things and both billion. Tony knew that they were. They were tweaking they were they were gas lighting eighteen. Let's focus on three possibilities number one Scott Bernstein and Keith Corbett former assistant. US Attorney have come to the same conclusion. Okay rhenium Traumat- Hamtramck is widely known for police bakeries. But that's not why we're here. Today does not not much to see here now but this used to be eight. Two one five Moran in Nineteen Seventy Five. It was a model trash company. It was called central sanitation. It was owned by two Detroit mob lieutenants Peter Fatality and Jimmy Clause Rhino and they had these gigantic compresses for cardboard where they compress impress. Three four five tons of parboil at one time in shredded down to little pieces of paper and people were not thinking in one thousand nine hundred seventy five of DNA EH so full body in there. Just get crushed up in into pricing. A couple of months after half disappeared the place burning down. What a coincidence coincidence and you know the people in the insurance policy paid off you know and Everybody was happy then will dare has done his own research and says there's no way. The body was disposed of its central sanitation. Essential Sanitation was dismissed by the FBI in a Nineteen seventy eight in a very open statement. Where the FBI said this is not what we believe? We check this out and we have completely rejected. The central sanitation theory possibility number two a new character enters the story. A small time on criminal named Donovan Wells who died this past year in two thousand six and FBI search focused on a farm in Milford Michigan once owned by Union Leader and Hoffa enemy rolling McMaster Donovan Wells and his wife lived on that farm. Back in nineteen seventy five on the day of the murder Don Wells wife Ana. She's at the farmhouse. She's in the kitchen and she's washing dishes looking out towards Pontiac Jack Trail and she sees two cars come streaming out pontiac trail make a hard right into this dirt road into through this dirt road which goes all the way into the back of the farm and don well sold the FBI at the back of the farmer. These guys was a pre dug hole redouble so Monica Wells sees McMaster and she tells him a story talk about cheese. It was a strange thing. These cars came roaring up at McMaster. He said he basically threatened her. You know blondes. Who talked to you? Brush don't get old. You know so. He made some crack of it at one time. Donovan Wells was represented by a lawyer named named Jim Ellesmere. He says wells told him a similar story on July thirtieth nineteen seventy five in that farmhouse kitchen with his wife. Donovan Wells was convinced he saw Jimmy Hoffa's body getting buried. He observes out the kitchen window of mcmasters farmhouse. A Eh Beckel digging and then awaits sheet and Abbadi dropped into the whole. I believe that Hoffa was murdered on that. I think the cars roaring up. I think that was those were the death was those were the death. Awful is one of those cars and he was murdered the F. B. I.. Dug Up that farm and found nothing but Dan Mold Daya throws an interesting wrinkle into that episode. He says Donovan in Welsh showed him a diagram of the farm with the exact location of that whole worry claim to have seen someone dump a body a diagram the FBI used to pick their spot for the two thousand six excavation. And I'm looking at. I'm looking at Dan's diagram. The Got South in North Mixed up the barn was over here. They dug the averted the they adverted the NAP. The diagram that dod had dropped for them didn't bring him up from lexicon and they dug in the wrong place. Does that mean HOFFA's body might be buried on that farm and Milford Modena's says he now believes the body was is there originally but that it was then taken to a landfill in New Jersey operated by a guy named film of Scotto Mascot was a soldier in the East Coast Genovese crime family and he told Dan Moday about a day in nineteen seventy five when his friend Hitman. SALGA LEO holed up in a truck doc. And I'm sitting with till on his front porch. Got The tape recorder on. And so he tells me on tape that the gateway truck pulls up at his thumb and he and sal ago the fifty five gallon. Drums and Burien tells me that I was ready to what he says is ready to shut the to Australia to take taper her like like a football and put it under my arm my car and get out of there before this guy realized what it said to me and so I got to know Phil I got to know film Escada now. Remember Obama at Cameron indoor for the Duke Carolina game tonight that he blew out the shoe everybody wanted to seize I n Williamson he's the biggest college basketball start enter the NBA. He's the well, let me back up not college. He's the. The biggest star to enter the NBA since LeBron and we didn't even get to see LeBron play before he got to the NBA. And it was well before social media became such a factor in our lives. He's a bigger pop culture figure than our g three or Bryce Harper or even LeBron was, you know, it's it's I I will concede that the Duke thing has a lot to do with it. You know that Zayn Williamson had decided to go in play at South Carolina. Yeah. South Carolina, which which is his home state. That's a that's a good copy would not have been the same thing if he'd gone to Kansas or Kentucky or North Carolina. It probably would have. But Duke was the perfect spot for to become a pop culture for him to become a pop culture phenomenon. Which is what he became if the wizards win this lottery, he's going to sell tickets immediately. He's going to attract eyeballs, yours Ma. Mine and nationally immediately. In fact, the eyeballs on the wizards will increase exponentially. If they get the pick tonight, the number one pick the attention on the wizards will become significant they'll go from a team that nobody cares about right now to team that everybody in sports begins to pay attention to now if they end up getting the number two or three pick and they can pick Jami rant. I actually believe that his impact long term in terms of wins and losses could equal zion's. I love John Marin. So if they end up with, you know, the twenty seven point six percent chance of getting a top three pick which right now Zion Jaama rant, and I guess RJ Barrett writer pretty much the consensus top three picks Zion. Obviously, the number one. But you know, I've seen mocks we with either Mirant to or Barrett too. But no worse than either one of them going third third overall. Anyway, while we're on hoops, we did. Mention the beeline story today because it sort of happened is we were according and then we knew it, and we just didn't get to forgot about it. But I am intrigued by this. First of all as Maryland fan. I'm happy John B lines out of the big ten. He a great college basketball. Coach great been one of my favorites for years going back to when he was at West Virginia. By the way. Did you see who the leading contenders right now? I mean, I've seen who people are campaigning for Billy Donovan. Well, that's who. I would if I'm them if I'm then I'm him. I think it's a perfect match. But if he wants to go back to college, which I'm really surprised he hasn't gone to back to back and ready. This seems to me, you know. Were suing. He's not going to coach that much longer and Oklahoma City if he's looking to go back to college, you're not going to get a much better opportunity than Michigan..

"Well, I don't have to use the word great. That would be an exaggeration. But that he was just very surprised that Alabama is making a change. But not too many other people are let's get some reaction to all of those. And we'll take calls beginning. Now as I mentioned eight five to four to seven to eight five Tennessee about to start. We'll keep you updated on that game with Colgate. Lot to do today on the program. And we begin with Jeff who is in Atlanta. Hello, jeff. Hey, paul. Thanks for taking my call. Thank you. It was obvious to me that burn made the right decision in replacing every Johnson. It was obvious to me that he could not take us where we need to go. And I just wanted to know if you had any idea who they might be going after and if you think it might be Steve prom, I do think the problem would be. Name that would be prominent on the list, prom, of course, who want to Alabama. He was he was he was a student manager. They're connected to the program. Good run at Murray state to go a really good program out in at Iowa State and has won the big twelve tournament. I believe to the last three years he's done very well out there, and it's playing tonight, you'll hear a lot of other names mentioned. Anyone else? You know? I'm I'm I'm hesitant to just throw a bunch of names up against the wall. I've got a couple of friends there who have been throwing some names up. I think you'll hear a lot of the usual suspects. I mean, there are a handful of names that are societas with job Vanderbilt job the job, although probably more so Vanderbilt and and Bama, but we'll try to update you in a few minutes hurt. We'll be with us. I'll I'll let him over the list. Do you think they'll go after Kelvin Sampson? I think I think they'll talk to him. Yes. Samson you always just have to decide are you? Okay with his past. And right. And I don't know burn to me is a is a no nonsense administrator. So I I don't know how to answer that because I think burn. With all the things that are going on elsewhere. And you know, where I think he'd have to feel good about that decision. Thank you for your time. Thank you very much. Great again. I I realized everyone has a name just throwing names up against the wall. You know, sometimes fund sometimes it's not sometimes it makes sense. Most of the time. It does not Donny is up next and Mississippi hill donning. Yes, sir. First time caller, but just wanted to throw a name out there after the beatdown. Oh, Mr. today a lot of people put put falls on they'll miss program because coach candy, but I'd love to see how Bamut the center coach K. Well, I'll tell you what if they go after AK he won't he won't need moving expenses since he lives in Birmingham right now. But I don't know I. If you wanted by opinion, I would say he would not be a high probability for for Alabama. But I don't know what Greg is thinking. Thank you for the call. Steph's next. Steve right ahead. Steve I just just tell me to get my hopes up about Billy Donovan, well, let me let me say this. Do you see when you when you throw up a name, I think you have to be realistic and Billy Donovan someone who turned down Kentucky. He's coaching. A good good franchise. He got to the finals a couple years ago or did he get to the the league divisional? And to me, I I think that has I think I have about I I think I have a better chance of being called to be the Alabama coach Billy Donovan. I you do better every Johnson has to well, listen, I this. I don't every Johnson was an interesting outside the box higher..

"I think there's plenty of guys out there who come into the NFL, and there they liked them. They just aren't sure, you know, alternately. Can he see the feel well enough can't make the decision that can be accurate because the windows are so much smaller at at the NFL double than what they are at college. And there's a lot of guys who put up Godley numbers in college, even at even at the SEC level. And it just doesn't translate that. Well, I suspect through end up somewhere in the first round. I don't think it'll be before. Kyle Lowry and Dwayne Haskins. But I think there's enough there that somebody will will really be interested enough maybe to take him in the top twenty five somewhere like that. And you mentioned student briefly minute ago, he is coming gone off these charges. Well, whereas he now. I expect him to do extremely well. You know when people see him throw this kind of setting. I think they'll be very impressed. I mean, he's he's a bright kid. He's he's got good feet. The ball comes out of his hand with a lot of juice on it and he's been working with Jordan Palmer down and and southern California. Who's had a lot of success with grooming? These guys ready for the draft. He knows what goes into this part of the process. I think what's going to be the hard part for evaluation for the NFL. So look at and go, okay. You know, when he was in Gus malzahn system, and there was talent around this year. I know they struggled at times on the offense of wine. But I think again, it's a consistency. And I think they will wonder okay. Was this just wasn't the greatest fit for what the what the head coach wanted to what they wanted to do. How does it translate? I I definitely think they'll look at him. Okay. There's tools he can we can work with. I think the consistency peace and where he was up and down. I mean, I think myself and a lot of people thought he had a chance this year that was going to have a huge season and gonna make Ron at the highs that obviously didn't happen. You know, he had some injury issues over the last couple of years what you know. What is the what the NFL getting? But I expect him to do well in this setting because I think this is the kind of setting where he will thrive. Bruce Feldman from the athletes on the NFL combine underway in Indianapolis. Bruce, really appreciate your time. As always, thank you. So very much, my pleasure. Thanks ball. Great stuff. One of the best around if not the best hard to be what Bruce shares with us. And he comes in and this this courtesy of six ABC Jimmy a podium Twitter's. I saw it. Here's what it sounded. Like. I don't think so. Wow. That's awesome. Lot of gig. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. What gray was that? First grade second grade looking at him, it's tough to tell by looking at kids nowadays. Now, I don't know he is in sixth grade like they in college. They're not sixth graders. But you're right. They're probably like second third something like that. So very cool. Very cool. The best cool our shot. Let's get. Let's get back to the phones. Dear I is coming up at three thirty ish the question for deer today's actually regarding our producer, Ben Livingston. And you won't maybe you will if you will believe it if you know, Ben like, we do, but you still won't believe it. Let's go to fill fills in Texas. What's up fell? Hey, guys. Hey, guys. Don't never you. What I feel not too bad. Not too bad. You know with all the winds foles talk that I've heard the differences between the two of them. I think they do have a lot of similarities, personality wise. I think the big difference between the two of them is Nick foles has more time in the NFL. He's got the NFL experience. Over course and went, and that's where his composure employs comes from. And I think that went learned a lot more than we might realize during these past two seasons with his injury. And watching Coles bleed. That's that's pretty much. All I wanted to say. I haven't heard anybody talk about. NFL experience. Involved in all this. Yeah. Br brought it up earlier feel you may you may not have heard me I talked about. And I do think that's been. No Nick is in his seventh year. Carson is in his third year. We all know Nick early in his career is a much different quarterback than he is right now. Now, the thing for Carson is is that no one's gonna sit. No one's going to today sit here and Sam willing to wait to what he looks like in year. Seven people aren't going to do with this. My microwave society, we want success right now when I say, yes, they would can sometimes be lost the context of what I was saying if they can be lost. When you put it in a tweet when I was talking about next year. Of course, I want the team to go out and win the Super Bowl. But what I'm saying is is that if they don't win the Super Bowl, it doesn't mean. I'm automatically going to look at Carson Winston if he can't win a snob resign them. Yeah. Like that's not going to be the case. I wanna see Carson Wentz play next year. I want to see him get through the whole year. I wanna see what he looks like healthy again for a full season. Like if he's healthy for full season. I have no concern about his individual numbers. His numbers are going to be there. I'm not even concerned about that. The winds will be there. I'll be surprised if the winds aren't there? If the nineteen eleven wins, aren't there automatically with this guy. Every year I grew because that's a that's just how good I think he is coupled with Doug Peterson and then moving forward now. The problem is going to be what are you like in the play offs? Yup. Well, that's where it will. Go. Games every year. If you're not winning a Super Bowl, there's a problem or. Success in the playoffs. Yes. As donovan. Well, I'll tell you the thing about Donovan I'd say Don, which I think is unfair. Which now it'll seem like is justified because they won last year. No other quarterback had the type of postseason success. Donovan had none of them. They played here. And I know Nick awesome. And they had more success in that one year. Knicks career doesn't even come close to Donovan McNabb career as a player, not even close. He's played in a window. But that's how we look at quarterbacks, right? For quarterback this played as long as Donovan did he had opportunities to win. So now, it is sort of fair to do it. It's more fair now than it was in the microwave in two thousand three received when the beginning when the big game right now at the end of the day that Donald one big games over the course of his career the big game. Unfortunately, when the light was shining the brightest he came up he came up small. Yup. Me. And he just did that's going to be a part of unfortunately, dominant Donovan's legacy. And we all did we all came up small defense came up small. Yeah. We did. We did. That's what it's always about.

"Danielle McLaughlin, and Jonathan Gillam here on the Sean Hannity show. So they talked to the four people the four people stand by their original statements. What else can the FBI do? Well, three that people should they don't remember judge has denied it. We know that my judge will be what else can we FBI do beyond interview. These people who are ready threat would be committing perjury. If they change their story what else is left for them to do the pain of the Safeway employment records and figure out what kind of judgment. To try and triangulate should we be should we be looking into the rape allegations of Bill Clinton? Juanita Broderick on is only doctor Ford was given the asking should we be should should law enforcement in the FBI investigate? The rape allegation of Bill Clinton. Brought a Broderick allegations were already investigated by by not by the FBI. Should we should the FBI? Now, investigate them if this is the new standard Jonathan no because that's not an authority that those are local crimes that happen. Now the case we need broddrick, though. However, he that would have been a state matter because that the time at Bill Clinton was the attorney general, you know, so, but here's the thing that you keep saying, and Danny are wealthy. But here's what you keep missing. And so many people that are emotionally involved with this. If you take the emotion out of it, and no that's difficult because people are very passionate. But if you take the emotion out of it, and you look at the investigative facts there are none. And there's not gonna be any because it doesn't matter. Who you question the very people that the the alleged victim claims were the closest to the to the alleged crime don't know anything. And so as you go out in a perimeter away from the people who the victim says was was there, and you interview other people that may have heard somebody say something or hurt hearsay. It becomes hearsay. You know that from being in court that when you have just eight minutes with no corroborating evidence, the case quickly falls to the side, and Jonathan totally agree. And the problem is that. And then also the fact that the FBI is being used outside of their authority for political matter. And that scares me as a former FBI agent that scares me because that is the that's the thing that totalitarian governments do. I agree. And I think that one thing that's important to go back to what is the standard here. This is not a criminal investigation. This is an investigation into conduct that may or may not have bearing on whether somebody gets a lifetime appointment, and I understand, and I agree that this has become extremely political and extremely emotional. And I think that's partly because Yeltsin important question, do you have any corroborating witness or any corroborating evidence at all you can cite right now. That is an on question. That is an really had an unfair question Jonathan. I don't think it's unfair. Donovan. Well, I think when we say fair unfair. I think what it is is the only question I'll tell you why I didn't know because people are so again angry and people are saying, I believe her Rapa leap him. But in this case, there's just no other witnesses. There's no other evidence. And so when you're asked if you feel this passionate about something and somebody says what other information, do you have that's legitimate question. Because there is none and the FBI who is secreted into this investigation has come up with none either. And I can guarantee you if anybody would've earned kudos, it would be them. Right. And on your side. There is no corroborating evidence as to where the judge was on any given day with a he was on. I I think people are emotional for me actually has a copy of his summer calendar that year, but we don't have an exact day. Anyway. So what you're saying is that you know, he has to prove his innocence or is the innocent before. Haven't been proven guilty. What what do you believe in is innocent before proven guilty again? This is great. So he hasn't been proven guilty. Danielle has he he has not been proven guilty, and it's gone on a long time not to illegal standard that would be required for absolutely not. But I don't believe that. It's a standard. Yeah. And I thank you both. We appreciate it. Eight hundred nine four one Sean toll-free.

So now you have people that even if there's a video, they're showing the person being completely disrespectful. You're still going to have people playing devil's advocate saying, well, I don't know if that's really what happened. So I mean, it's really hard, expose the truth. And when you look at my case, I mean, I. Exposed what I believed was the truth. And that was based on my gathering evidence. Nobody how many people actually took. What I said in believed what I said. You know, even at the on -tario legislature, they looked at me like, this is a bit too, too crazy. We have a hard time believing this because all this is just a bit too crazy that you can do this and then you're chief would discipline you like this. They still have a hard time believing that what actually happened happened because of who it is right because of the status in the thorny that these people hold Carla, how the decision to do an episode with Kelly Donovan? Well, I've been wanting to do an episode about this for a while because I've had lots of experiences with different people that have talked to me about how all the police have interacted with them, which is completely unethical, but I didn't really know how to go about it because I didn't want to be talking about rumors or hearsay. And so when I met Kelly sister through hockey, replayed hockey together, and she. You mentioned Kelly. I just thought it was, you know, an interesting more researched approach to telling the issues that are going on the police force. And it sounds like when we were listening to Kelly speak that she had to deal with a lot of rumors and hearsay probably about sixty seventy percent of what she had, but and she's really only working with about thirty percent of true evidence when she has to make a presentation or what she has to bring all this forward. It's pretty tough for. I mean, you need a lot of evidence to go up against somebody like a police person you really do. I mean, I have met with people personally that have shared their experiences with me, but if they have no proof, if they did not lodge a complaint, then forget it. You know, one instance is I was working with a teen that was living at a homeless shelter, and she had said that a police officer had assaulted her sexually and she had. Gone to the sexual assault centre. Sheep law to complaint gone to the police station. They had done all all the, you know, everything required. Then she was obviously really scared afterwards uncomfortable. And then it happened again and the assault center went back to the police station and they had lost all the paperwork on the first complaint. And that's just that just tells you, they protect the row, and I seen this police officer and he's actually super good looking like it's not like he some unattractive that would need to go after somebody that's underage living in a homeless shelter. You know, it's, it's a power trip. It some type of deviant behavior he has. I don't know what it is, but you know, he has scared this girl scared her completely off. And now she's basically in hide it because she cannot trust the police. Get the feeling of really, really early innings for Kelly with her mission. I mean, she's been at it now for a couple of years and she's taking some steps. But if it were a baseball game that she's involved in right now, she's just in the first or second inning of what she needs to accomplish well, and she's kind taking it from a different aspect. The still the story I told is a consumer complaint. She's really talking about what happens internally..

"To scare the alligator off the reptile was shot and killed no one else was injured it is five forty six let's take a look at our weather now with elissa donovan well right now temperatures are not too bad we're in the seventies but it is muggy outside we have that humidity at ninety four percent winds fairly light out of the east southeast at seven miles per hour as we head through the day we're going to continue to see that humidity in place so it's going to be cloudy and muggy outside as we head into the next couple of hours here we are going to see those chances of showers rolling looks later in the afternoon we can't really rule out a chance of seeing some popup showers or storms this morning but it does look more likely that we'll see those later today become more widespread so cloudy skies and then that's all coming from this cold front that stalled out across the region and as you can see as we head into the afternoon and evening hours that's going to become a little bit more widespread in terms of chances of showers and storms now these storms could bring us the potential of some heavy downpours similar to what we saw yesterday afternoon as well as some lightning with these systems that will clear out as we head into the evening overnight and then as we head into the fourth of july we do have a slight chance of seeing those looks like in the middle of the day but this is a very slight chance i just want to put it on your radar just in case you do see some quick popup showers and storms at your house in the middle of the day looks like those will clear out just in time for fireworks though tomorrow evening if we do see them so all of that coming from that system that's moving out of the region behind that we have a ridge of high pressure moving into place that's what's going to bring us those very warm conditions tomorrow so we're back into the nineties but here's a look at our heat index values as we head through wednesday one hundred and three expected in indianapolis so that is that dangerous heat it's back again so we didn't have too long of a relief from that that's why we have a heated visory in effect until tomorrow evening at eight pm so it is going to be a hot day with that slight chance of showers right in the middle of the day before we see that completely clear out by the evening eighty nine for the high today those chances of showers and thunderstorms this afternoon and then we are into the nineties for the fourth of july those very slight chances of storms in the middle of the day widespread storms happening thursday and friday temperatures drop into the eighties by saturday and sunday all right thank you elissa as you are taking the.
