"So I'll go around. You know? Crazy. Because I don't want to go, I don't want to go buy that building or intersection or whatever. What's the best piece of advice that you can share with our listeners that you've taken from your experiences? Well, that's sound cliche, but never quit. I mean, easier said than done. I would say that I said a little while ago. Everything in life happens for a reason. And I walked away from this as I wrapped up my book, you know, because I did my journal, but I didn't know how to end the book. And so I asked myself, okay, now what? You know, I mean, what do I want people to take away from this? I had to figure out how to end my book. And I came to the conclusion that we all go through crap. I mean, it doesn't matter whether you're a veteran, a first responder of a sex trafficking victim victim of domestic violence or the clerk at the store that got robbed at gunpoint and tied up. I mean, everybody goes through something traumatic in their life at some point. And you can either let it break you or you can let it make you stronger for me I wanted to take my experiences and I wanted to teach others help others with it. Because otherwise I went through all that shit for nothing, right? And I feel like I don't want to in my life, you know, when I'm old and, you know, God willing die in my sleep. I don't want to my life to be spent like, oh, you know, poor Donna, with you all this shit in her life. I would rather it be like, man, you know, she inspired me to go get the help I needed. I feel like life hands you lemons and you make lemonade, right? I used to think that was such a stupid cliche. It's true. It's brilliant. Cliche, actually. Yeah. It's like, no matter what you get handed, you freaking turn around and make something good out of it. If you had eliminate Stan, that would be a great thing. It's like you can look at you can automatically turn it around and look at your plate and something to go down or you can take it and look at it as fuel to whatever it is you're going into. You're the one that was chosen to handle that responsibility. I was like, well, everything else we do is like, well, that's terrible. It's like, wow, would you want to do it? Somebody you got somebody else in mind, you want me to hand that over to 'cause I'm sure they got something. They're gonna have to deal with. We all gotta pull it. Yeah, yeah. And I think that the feedback, you know, because I'm not gonna lie, man. Put my story out there, I was scared. It's pretty personal, right? It's awesome, man. I mean, going through it, it was supposed to be the scary part, talking about it. That's why you go to the world. Yeah, but there's some stuff in there. I'm no saint by a long shot, right? I'm not an angel. None of us are. But I mean, sailor. Not saying sailor. Yeah. So, I mean, I put some really raw personal stuff in this book that I out of respect for certain people. I won't discuss in podcasts. But it's in the book. And I put myself out there and I know some are going to judge. And that's fine. They can judge. It's my life, and we all make mistakes, and we all make decisions that we have to live with..

"Way we've got to be able to amplify that word. We have all the time. You've been what in here? I did my thesis in an undergrad and on a tie writer. I've been there. Haven't I had something I was gonna ask her right before we started talking about that too. She said typewriter. Oh, it's funny in the closet. I've got a 1960s old school manual that keep his face. It's an Antigua. Yeah, we are about that stuff. It's cool to see how far it's evolved into something like this. Okay, so I got a question for you. Okay. Real fast. I was my mother teaches the kids piano. And she was she could type really well. And I was sitting there trying to learn it and putting the letters on the keys, so it's like a typewriter. And I was like, can you play the piano too? Because it's not no. Because it's all about it's the same thing. It's just the keys on a keyboard, just like that. But I think you got to have that musical gene. Yeah, because my mom did, my mom played the church organ and my daughter plays beautifully, but that whole didn't creative musical gene to skipped me completely. You gotta be able to read music because it's both hands. Yes. So it's typed in. You have to be on both sides. Yeah, but people read code all the time and my point with it is. Does anybody care what I'm going with that? No, not even. You don't even see any similarity on a keyboard with letters on it. No. No, you're right, you're right, Marcus, but I can spell, but I can't read music. That's totally. Right now, man. Where do we just go? I love rabbit holes. I can spell but I can't read music. Typewriter. Typewriter. Donna, how did you get your start in the navy? Well, back it up. Tell us where you're from where you grew up. Okay guys, guys. So I'm from originally from Florida this space coast area. My dad and my grandfather being my mother's father, right? Worked out on the recovery boats that recovered the parts of the launches. In capsules coming back cool. Yeah, they came back into the ocean and they run the recovery teams. So that's how my mom met my dad. When a UDT 'cause they used to be the UDT divers that were doing that. My uncle, everybody able to confirm it, Michael's passed away. I was told he wasn't maybe diver, but I don't think he was UDT..

"Wondering if we could start off a little bit with you just sharing a bit of the work that it is that you do and how you got to this point well I'm a sexual relationship therapist at focus in on. How color isn't intellectualism impact in sexual health. I got into this work because people kept telling me. And i was comfortable enough to talk to them about sex and sexuality but i felt like there were missing pieces when i went to school so then trying to figure out like okay. How do you bridge the gap and those missing pieces that you're noticing and with the people that you know you want to serve So in doing that work at like it's just been like a slow bill of these all these other pieces because when you start your own practice you know everybody and they momma is willing to give you some advice but sometimes advice. We have four you. It's about their fears and the concerns that they had in creating a business. And not about you though. I remember people telling me out. You're using to me black photos on your website. Oh don't need down so much more of a generalist. So everybody could see you as that of narrowing it all the way down and i just had to realize that if you are generalists you don't see the people that you wanna see and if you don't have the pictures of the people that you serve. They don't know that they are being served. They may still come but they don't know that you're there your priority so for me of being more of a like a no brainer had to go back in just change What i had been told and religious think into what is best for me most authentic for me and that has allowed a non brighthouse flourish in the way that it has a started off as a solo a solo practitioner. Wet Notes - 9-13-21

"This is wet notes here on scuba shock radio from monday september thirteenth. Two thousand twenty one first up today is in another idea for diving with a purpose in one of the most recent newsletters from the coral restoration foundation the coral chronicles. There was a report that cr f. is teaming up with the atlantis. Dive resort in douma getty to offer a unique opportunity to participate in a week long program at the result in helping them build and maintain the largest coral nursery endowing. Actually the town where. Atlantis is located. The program is being sponsored by the coral restoration foundation. The loveland living planet aquarium and the meat foundation. The program runs from september twenty fourth to october. First two thousand twenty two there are planned educational sessions on coral ecology along with restoration efforts and techniques. You also conduct restoration. Dives along with some fun dies. This sounds really fascinating. One of the pictures into newsletter showed the table coral at apo island. I vividly remember that area when we dove air in two thousand nineteen there wasn't any pricing available in the article and you'll have to contact the hotel directly if you have the time and desire to dive with a purpose check out this program and market on your calendar. Long time ago. Donna and i lived in hawaii that was in the mid nineteen eighties. At that time we got to experience. What was probably one of the first while in walls in honolulu. If you're not familiar with wilem walls you can check them out. The wall was a large mural of the humpback whale on the side of a building near waikiki. It was quite impressive. Well it might not be a while and wall but if you happen to be near brant rock in mansfield massachusetts you can catch a the view of a mural of a large shark painted on the side of an old restaurant according to wicked local dot com. The mural was painted by a local artist. Shane leonard. Shane was a former football player at boston college. Who has a passion for painting and a passion for sharks. Now the muros on the side of the former arthur and patch restaurant that closed back in two thousand fifteen. The shark faces divers as they head down ocean street which is a one way street. So you can't miss it say. Shane says he likes the way shark. Show emotion. the photo is pretty impressive. there's no guarantee that the building won't be torn down. Now that is unoccupied but according to shane. Even if it doesn't survive it was worth doing so if you happen to be near mansfield mass check out the shark mural on ocean street about a month ago. Patio wear foundation announced their fourth annual aware week. Now this year it will run from september. Eighteenth through september twenty six two thousand and twenty one the whole idea behind aware week is to empower the global dive community to lead or take part in conservation activities in courses focused on local action for global impact in the past aware has focused on two elements marine debris and vulnerable marine species this year in concert with patties blueprint for ocean action. They're adding three more components. Climate change marine protected areas and coral reefs. Some of the ways. That dive shops can participate or by conducting aware classes like dive against debris coral conservation or the aware specialty. Also like us. You can become a one hundred percent aware dive centre where you provide a monthly contribution in support of the patty certifications you award. We are very proud to be one hundred percent aware. But here's something that. Patty aware foundation needs to work on. We need more notice as to win. Aware week is happening. I wasn't sure what was happening this year and our calendar filled up and we weren't able to get things scheduled as i mentioned at the top of the show. We've already created are twenty twenty two calendar and it would be nice to know when aware week twenty twenty two is happening. I also mentioned at the top to show that the re photo contest results were in and that i didn't win while scuba diving magazine. Magazine's two thousand and twenty one through the lens contest is also complete. The winners were recently released at scuba diving. Dot com and the photos will be revealed in september october special photo issue. They received one thousand seven hundred and nineteen photos from around the world. The contest categories included behavior compact camera macro and wide angle. The entries were judged on beauty originality and unique encounters. I check them out and they are spectacular. I only wish. I had the talent impatience to do that kind of work. Now if you wanna get a jump onto twenty twenty two contests they will start accepting entries january third two thousand twenty two and you can submit your photos through may thirty first two thousand and twenty two and finally we recently received our two thousand twenty two aqualung buyer's guide along with information on all the new products coming down from aqualung apex. So i thought. I'd give you a little preview on what's on the horizon. I from aqualung. They are releasing a new regulator the helix pro and the helix it looks like the helix pro is a mid range regular and i think it's replacing their core. It is a balanced first and second stage in his environmentally sealed with four low pressure ports and two high pressure ports. It was built for cold water and has the automatic closure device or a cd. lower end. helix is not environmentally sealed. And it doesn't have a cd and it's designed for warmer water. Also coming out in two thousand and twenty two is their new. Aqua fluck aqua flex men and aqua flex woman wetsuits. I think it's a redesign of their tried and true. Aqua flex line they also have a two millimeter. Free flex wetsuit now. The i one hundred computers going to come in a new color yellow and speaking of colors. They've added a number of different colors to various products including something called sand petrol red and orange as for eight packs. They also have a new regulator the xl four osha and it is billed as a totally sustainable regulator bay from post consumer waste it comes in grey or mint with some great etching. On the first stage. I suspect it's just like the xl four plus being an overbalanced diaphragm regulator with two hp and four l. p. ports. It looks pretty. Sharp and apex is releasing a new dive computer to the sx. It will be program can program up to six gases and monitor six transmitters. The has a titanium basil making it lightweight endurable but also has a color display. There's something more that require. Some more research It says it has in oh to analyze or onboard. But no to sell gotta check that out a little bit. There's a lot more out there and over time. I'll give you more updates from both aqualung and apex. Well that wraps up wet notes. Here on scuba shock. Radio for monday september thirteenth. Two thousand twenty one

Also it's it was like five years ago. Michael catch-up, sorry. Yeah Yeah. So he's like manipulating through the radio. Dj read this letter. So that's another possibility. Speaking of letters who only personnel writes a letter that's Maria. So you'll rodeo letter. Before for the the boyfriend is is our. Back together with my wife Poor Maria what a roller coaster of emotion. For the past six months. No I'm not going to do that. He's like well, you are my secretary as well. I wonder if the song that they played on the radio was a local contest winner. Oh Yeah. Yeah. Yeah Oh Mike If a singer named Pearl. Imagined their song was the perils the Pearl Song? Girls. Oh. My God. Literally their son no one else had ever heard it. That's right. That's right. I mean if nothing else I think we can safely say this radio station is by so Ariel works there and. Maybe even twenty years earlier. Like be I had a contest that Pearl one and she yeah. So I think those those are definitely connection it all works out all work I mean. Pearl's singer. She sing songs for the lost in a lonely. Yeah. That's what Donna is in this moment. So yeah, it makes perfect sense. They played it for a week or so on the local radio. Right. And where did they find out? Are The lyrics to? What did they find out that she does a nightly show they're gonNA be stoked. That's all you. Get to go here. That's great. And eventually they're just like we pick a new song. Actually I'm taking. Lame. All. Sega quick break. When we come back, we'll talk about the history of this song which in the story Madonna has so three, hundred, million records worldwide and career fos approaching food years but people only spoke about the scandals and never the music here inside the group, we break it down. With access to multi-track sessions, demos, and rare interviews. We look at the process by which many hits recreated we examined and champion Madonna skills as a lyricist, composer producer and singer with access to really hurt as demos. We interview those who follow journey and the people who have been with her in the studio with the detail never heard before. So join us as we go inside the groove. Okay. Let me hear that. All right. We're back. It's time for a story behind the story how the story come to be so. This song was released November Twenty Third Nineteen, seventy, nine and it. Peaked on the hot one hundred at number five in February of nineteen eighty. So ladonna Adrian gains was born on December thirty first nineteen, forty eight. Oh my gosh baby riding. Yeah. Yeah. Getting right under the wire of hundred, forty eight. Born on New Year's Eve December thirty, nine, forty, eight. And Obviously, she's better known by her stage name Donna summer but Ladonna is a great name, Yeah Madonna Gains. Disco who knew that Donna summer even. Her non stage name is a perfect name for a disco. Queen Donna Gaines, are you driving me? LADONNA dudes come on. So Donna summer was born and raised in the Mission Hill neighborhood of Boston. While she was still in high school. She moved to new. York. City to join a rock band called Crow. The band in workout quickly dissolved but while she was now in New York City she auditioned for the musical hair. which was starting up around then good news she was cast that news in the Munich production. Of Hair and so she agreed to move to Germany now. If you know anything about Donna summer, you probably are starting to see where this is going. Because now, she has moved to Germany and she spent a few years in Germany. where she did a number of different things besides. Starring, in hair for a while, she did release a German language version of Aquarius. As a single in Germany and she got married to a man named Helmuth, Daddy, you say that or Helmut. To German name is sure but I think he was. Australian. But anyway, married to a man named Helmut Somare S. O. N. E. R. Give that mind that'll be important in second. And she also had her first daughter named. Natalia. So. She also was doing session work doing like backup singing and that sort of thing. So, while she was German acquiescing in Germany. So while she was. Doing one such session singing backup for three dog night. Summer came into contact came into contact with the German record producer named Giorgio Moroder now Giorgio Moroder. Is a leading. Producer. A pioneer in. Electronic Dance Music and in fact, was basically still writing making its up until his death which I think it was just last year rate. I probably should written down, but I think it was just very recently and I think he literally had had a hit on the charts like in two, thousand, eighteen or something. So did it right up to the end? But labs, Ashley Legend I mean literally basically invented electronic dance and disco stuff legendary producer. And so summer and Moroder formed a working partnership. One that would last for decades and summer signed Tumors Label Oasis in one, thousand, nine, hundred, seventy, four. So. Summer's first album was a folk rock album called Lady of the night that was released and promoted primarily in Europe now. Besides that was the first album. This is the important part of that story. The demo tape for the album was sent to the level and it was incorrectly labeled Donna Donna officer new full name was Donna. But she went by Donna Donna summer.

"Wonderful control I'm worried that we're losing you on the show Donna you are now you all started hot too I know on the phone talking to their own land line or a cell phone good question cell phone yeah thanks for asking yeah you got a headline off pretty much the whole day yesterday was sort of liberating that's the thing about a third of shocking phone off Sunday I know I texted you I know I don't know when you talk to me but I turn my phone on the ten fifty two and respond when you text them about I was very very thank you Donna for all the things that you said in the international interest in the US you got it remember on that one remember yeah remember when okay and all all right okay right but anyway yeah don't forget about right this guy there was this guy named Dwayne karakter the Wayne Crocker another this guy are light but then they were a little hesitant on him he did go through he's saying A. R. like this need in different take on don't worry be happy I mean you're the one is about audition song don't worry be happy I saw a little bit of this all right yeah I when I had said a pretty darn good it was we have some neutral when you it's fun that's fun really fun nothing cute twice now they said for that they didn't feel that connection with him because you know sort of just like it Hey look what I can do vocally as opposed to an emotional performance now I miss the really emotional performance which I believe was the final audition of the evening her name was Genevieve ling cal ski she's twenty years old and she had auditioned a few seasons ago mmhm at which time she was joined by her supportive sister that sister has since passed away and that inspired Genevieve to perform to come back in addition perform Michael Bolton's how am I supposed to line my god wow but I heard that it was just a really I I turned it off before the final fine now did you hear this one Lafayette road yes it was a very emotional and they're showing clips of her their sister who did pass in a car accident is a tragedy so it's just the fact that she you know want to be back in the spotlight at all well here's a perfect example of how do you not let this girl go through right you're gonna tell her whole heart breaking story and then be like maybe come back next year but she was very talented and it for good reason she went through this what she sounds like mmhm boy okay that's good to get to do that considering the emotion we just talked about you have to like compartmentalized I don't know how people stay composer just shut it off in moments like that yeah I just don't get it I don't have that sort of where with all you know what I mean Steve I bet you're stronger than you sent who made no we are talking with a retired with on Fridays Twin Cities live about Elizabeth's response to a body Shamar hi designation please my children my daughter's upon saying out loud the word daughters I started to streets are strewn jurors yes anyway well right it's gonna be me in UEFA with vital for yeah me with the bachelor mmhm all the time it ain't nobody got time for that but I mean the bachelor is almost over it's a good time to jump in I feel that you know what this is like people who don't sit there all the baseball games they just jump on for the World Series for the play offs yeah you know call me when it's gets exciting you know it's funny that you mention that because a new American are owned by the way next Sunday it's funny that you mention that because for instance there will be all of these things like tomorrow don't worry we're not getting political everybody chill out but like super Tuesday is tomorrow fourteen primaries happening you know and the Democratic Party with a good idea of who will be out in front and then in the lead by the end of tomorrow night certainly by Wednesday morning and I thought there two ways to go about life you can watch every part of it you know and you can spend the whole night Wednesday morning you know the same information yeah how much time do you want to commit to it in the same can be said for sports I used to be Die Hard in sports I mean if you had come to me fifteen years ago I'm like I'm working for score north guys that is just what's going down and I have just become so much less deep in that it'll it's kind of like I feel that way about basketball games let me watch the final few minutes now yeah I don't know who won or I could commit two and a half hours or three hours to watching all of this plant it's like the cliff is no your figure out when you want to read the whole book and when you just want to turn to the last page here yet again it there's a richness and experience right Donna you got it going through all of it sure figure out the question about politics sure I am not getting political just asking a question because I know you're not girls Dr like I mean when it comes to political science if you will I am I have a little a little little bit of ignorance your soul in order to vote in tomorrow's primary can anybody voter or do you have to be registered with that party we turn to our closeted political expert Ryan Perpich for this right well since Minnesota's now switching to a primary we have been a caucus states and presidential elections up until this year tomorrow according to the new law that was passed on there was some controversy surrounding it you are going to have to be affiliated with either the Democrat Democratic Party or the Republican Party and that information is made available OBD two out to the voters to vote on the political pundits the wizards who want your information on a further analyzing at the state for future elections and all that and I know there was some talk about this becoming a private in the Minnesota legislature I don't know how far along that I got everything he knows everything about you already anyway what does that matter right the people even though it's not like someone taking out a Billboard in saying Ryan per page is a registered B. is raised fear of his leg nobody cares like who cares Ryan I care you can you should care you know people Jeez I'm I'm really sorry he stole a what's it matter at this point it's true regardless everyone should get out and you know have your voting anyway you know the I think we'll get so yeah the state but on a personal level why people get so uptight about it is because we live in a like a reductionist society so if you find out that Jim is Republican or Pam is Democrats all cool used office characters or did you mean to her so she was Republican and Pam is Democrat then you are going to draw assumptions not only about where Jim and Pam Woodside respectively on different social things economic things at cetera but then Furthermore you will probably determine and they think that way because they hate the other side that's where the argument always goes so that's why people are much more very provocative about it because you're gonna you're gonna hear that I'm this or you're that and they were gonna assume well that means you hate this and you hate that but Steve am I gonna be able to like Google what is Steve Paterson's political affiliation like am I gonna be able to find that and I don't know like I don't care but the reason why people I think that people find out where I live or you know what I mean then how I vote yeah I don't know I don't know all right yes right about you know a man with a lady what a lady I'm gonna leave now something that no one ever talks about I saw something that people are talking about and I think they got it wrong and I saw neither of those things all right we'll discuss when we come back and see something say something on my top my top one seven one everything can you help us with this bill would not only at the level will get entertainment Lori and Julia here for learning Iraq somewhere within that child whose son Ryan has been coming to learning Iraq's and kind of want to ask you what impact do you think learning are ex will have on your son's future it's an enormous impact probably because it's addressing a lot of the fundamental problems that he was having in learning so now everything else to be that much easier in the future he is breeding rich better he's thinking much clearer and much faster these things just apply to every facet of life style that is so great so what would you tell people were hesitating about bringing their kids into learning or are they just come in for the evaluation that's what we did initially and after the evaluation we are able to see what he was strong and then also what is weaknesses were then they lined a program based on his weaknesses that we could really bring them up to speed to get a much better.

"That's fine all right combine these have shown that memories are shown at the micro several long term studies have shown they've studied the studies he's shown here with their findings are study buddies Donna and see quickly an email here we're talking about pumping Muenchen if you see something say something I dislike that name is got to go and only censor any email saying there's a gas station in Glenwood called the village pumper I've always disliked the name she says I mean we need to get the gas council together and make better choices since many of the village pumper we need to gas do you wanna stop it pumping much of the village number down the street but neither I'd like electric vehicle please Donna what sorry I'm getting a very important text care to read it aloud no it's from the but doctor it's fun you know if this is the equivalent of like getting Rick rolled or creed bomb when I took the Twin Cities live off about my law you know the phone call that we had about three weeks ago on a Monday night another difficult underfunded schools and then slowly doing the roll out do you have like Hey did you hear about what they want to stay with the schedule the paper schedule hallway it was the perfect case request on there not only yeah in the film when I add the any but doctor appointments they thought it was really good that I did that you know the long in the long and here's me on the other end of the line when you did that this is really why you're calling me right now yes I was in the middle of something okay okay so Donna yes doesn't listen well sometimes it's very rarely would you say again okay according to a new survey we check out with in three minutes when we're bored I feel like that is way long three minutes is a long time and we'll start randomly nodding our heads and saying hmmm to make the other person think we are listening that's crazy man Hey that's a good one that's a synonym for mmhm it's crazy or I'd like to do okay and I'm thinking I'm writing an email right now what is that person flapping their gums about everything that isn't very accurate yeah mmhm here the topics most likely to make us tune out see the thing is if let's just go to the show run that really you when you're talking you want everyone's undivided attention yet you never offered up to others that's a fair criticism I think that in a second growth thank you Donna you're welcome just to be clear the high you still suck it out like that okay so the topic that really make us do not quit golf comes in on in this top ten list mmhm celebrity gossip so I think you were just trying to veganism I wonder who they're pulling for this because this sounds like stuff that well no actually I was gonna say sounds like stuff that dudes would tune now no because the fourth on the list football mmhm yeah okay okay fashion trends okay beauty trends huh the stock market okay so basically all the things we talk okay we talk global two cars what kind of car talk the way we do enough court time in the hairstyles I view that just missed the top ten of topics that we tune out on are you hauling me right now I don't know I don't know if you just missed the top ten someone else's wedding yeah yeah yeah nobody cares mortgages I mean I feel like that should be relatable and I like mortgage talk on one mortgage conversation alive you'll get there yeah you will yeah someone else and to now by the way yeah on yes right someone else's paths yeah I don't I like hearing about done his dog thank you about mine I think I do no real questioning everything I don't know how you get someone else's kids didn't make the list that should be on the list somewhere only I care about my kids you guys don't know what else does no it's with it's this you care the same amount I care about your dog sorry I don't make it too long I think it's your problem climate change people sort of tune out when climate change comes up and I found this one funny this rounds out the the list someone else's hopes and dreams so basically every don't tell me anything that is funny I am not interested here is the thing I just feel like there are it's funny because I'm a female and I'm going to say this we don't need to add a lot of unnecessary details when storytelling mmhm in my opinion right.

"A few years but Donna hears it citing and I think you might like it allows you to make me to substitute stakes okay I'm really baffled by this stuff yeah I mean so let's say you're a vegan now you would never know that someone is a vegan except with every word that comes out of their mouth I get it man I hate mail goes to and Patterson and I don't care I will respond dot net my my being belligerent you know it's funny I have a I don't know I only know one vegan and his name is John Salley former NBA superstar okay here we go all all all he came to reels and was talking about being a vegan and you never heard him stop talking about I don't know this guy is so I'm gonna say really missing from the your ride's actually had to purchase for new phone all of the name dropping okay so is this is really baffling to me because my roomie yeah he makes like substitute meet every night like he made tacos and he's like look at it looks like real meat and I'm like what's it taste like he's like it's really good so he makes these weird concoctions and it looks like ground beef but I know there's not any be for any meat whatsoever in it very strange producers will have the option to grow their product in a lab to make a real stake you can make a with without a cal you can create plant based concoctions which come together to create they say the texture in the flavor of a steak without growing to shoot all the **** positive impacts on the environment as it would slaughter houses would it contribute to greenhouse emissions affect and all that kind of stuff so listen I don't know I don't know I don't know that and I I am opposed to a plant based steak substitute I just have a feeling I wouldn't really know I wasn't eating steak and this is the headline that says why print to meet and I just think this is the three D. printer is probably the only thing it can face time are the only two things that have lived up it face time in the self driving car are the only three things that have lived up to the future no I mean yes I DO money that's interest my problem is calling it me like calling it's fake sick fake fake steak sounds better no one take the word stake out of it and just call it a veggie Patty I don't like the word Patty if I just don't think that that's ever appetizing do you want this Patty Patty when you work with ground meat which is I'm sure very rare for me the experience of a deal that you just kind of wanna like a chicken breast I Haber I want to slap it there's something like satisfying it's it's satisfying to to work with needs a generally me you could do Turkey as well but since satisfying to work it with like a push it yeah Pat it.

is he back listen I'm doing my best here okay Kerry this Donna Donna stuff honestly Donna I'm right here what Hey you have you know you have these little ads pop up on your computer there's very distracting one on yours got the belly fat lady like holding Zachary what I do with my stomach I do it too every day then I show you yeah I showed you the service but yeah I'm gonna posted it's going to be my new wallpaper computer here get rid of this one to replace it with the we should mention something our local stories sadly on a CD and the way the way too he had a really interesting story an interesting career he worked in Vegas he works here in the Twin Cities he worked on care he worked on KSTP as well and if he had a lot of celebrity run ins to he from his time in Las Vegas he made bodies with a bunch of like old school Hollywood royalty and so we had a really interesting story of which he wrote about as well he's got a book that that you can check out if if your member easy band some people call berries of and the weather man ever he has had an interesting story but I'm gonna take this when I came here goods for six years ago shortly after I got here he sold me the front desk in knew that I was on Twin Cities live and we started chatting and then he sings came on Twin Cities live a couple of times but we also went and got coffee less somebody soul buries the van was probably just under two years ago and we have coffee across the street and nice just I just was it is he could not have been a sweeter all this year that's what I hear everybody was very complimentary he was a very interesting story teller and he was just effortlessly sweet and authentic in Joplin and so I think the same person you're about absolute that you see on the air with the same person he was yeah real life so he's our folks from all over and you know what else I will say this he would candidly tell me too he took a job in DC after working in the Twin Cities for a little while and it was a bigger job bigger market bigger pay and all of that and he left and went and did that in a couple years later that ended up not working out from him remember in this all correctly in essentially he would indirectly directly pass that advice on to broadcasters and say just because you think the grass is greener over there you might have something really good here that you should write in ten you to grow that's good hose to doing you know the chase of a bigger plot for more money yeah it doesn't always equal happiness yeah so there is a band dead at eighty two sad news sad news agency specials on he is the P. is remember him today Kerr eleven remember him today as well very good congratulations on your win thank you one for you in the new year so I really thought you were going to come in and I found that Colleen and Bradley said that they you got to start fresh there's an appeal to both sides of it they think it's a funny on kitschy kind of thing to keep them does the gap well I will say this I very rarely ever hear the show because a month the show but I was in the car with the whole fan coming back from the airport the other night in the replay was on and so we were
