Then the thieves take off, we're told they went northbound on east Lake Sammamish Parkway. This family owned business already going through a lot right now. The owner's son tells us that his dad and mom owned this pub together for many years and his father recently passed away so the family has been dealing with that. This is the latest in a rash of ATM theft just like this one. Thieves typically use a stolen vehicle. That's come before us there in zone. interesting experience Paul I have not been there before It's a big Warren Buffett Berkshire Hathaway love fest I think the investor base there is a lot of retail investors There's a big shopping component to it Okay so what are some of the messages you took out of Omaha I mean where is she putting the money It's interesting I saw that he took a big stake in Activision That one surprised me because when I think of Warren Buffett I don't think of gaming Yeah I don't think you're going to see him at the arcade but it was really just an arbitrage play One of his investment deputies actually took a position in it before the Microsoft bid and he then looked at it a little more closely and evaluated the deal He thinks it's going to go through so he just sees it kind of as free money Where else besides gaming I think Chevron popped up as another investment where they're putting some capital to work So what he did was very interesting They put a lot of money to work in the quarter It's $41 billion of net equity purchases in the quarter And about half of that was in Chevron And going into the quarter we had said look inflation's coming maybe he's a little afraid of that And maybe he would buy some sort of inflation hedges and it looked like he did put that money to work inflation hedge and energy suck Still over a $100 billion as I understand it kind of on the books that's cash that can be invested any hint Did you glean from this event about where they may be looking They're pretty cagey about where they're going They actually bought more apple as well So they tend to stick to their knitting He didn't really give any clue as to what they're doing I would definitely think things they're used to energy stocks they're used to but he keeps it close to the best They still have the big stake in which railroad is it Burlington northern That's one of their biggest businesses That's one of the biggest businesses Okay People love get Buffett's take on the economy take on range trades Did he talk about inflation because that's certainly the big big topic that corporate America is dealing with And again consumers are dealing with It was less of a topic than I thought it was going to be Because they take questions from retail investors I don't think they got a lot He got one or two but he basically will say inflation I don't know where it's going to be we're kind of positioning I think a lot more goes on behind the scenes than he lets on Activision is one thing The other big topic that another huge topic in the financial markets is just crypto broadly defined Bitcoin however you want to play it I can't imagine Warren Buffett and the folks at Berkshire Hathaway have much appetite for crypto Is there ever talked about what he thinks about that whole space So him and vice chairman Charlie Munger are kind of notoriously anti crypto I believe they called it rat poison squared in the way But he had a great analogy which I thought don't send.

Because there's some things that doctors have come out and told us that they were totally surprised. We've taken the same animal been for several visits. Where they shouldn't have been alive would like I said, cancer or anything, you know that's very, very deadly, and we've brought them out where they completely healthy, and it's not just once many times, But as far as talking about demonic feelings with, um People out there. I see it. I can tell because there are times at one point where whenever my family tried to get in touch with us. Something happened or the animals kind of go crazy just from them trying to get in touch with us in there and we try to break it off, and so far we've been okay, but it's been very hard. But we've Seen. We know it's out there. So just to, you know, let you know in that portion of the deal. Thanks. First time testimony there, Adam. So at the beginning there did you say you come from a family involved in black magic? I'm not. I'm not sure I caught that right? Yes, my. I didn't really Pay much attention, but I come from a family of deals in in black magic, which I guess blind to it. Um, but I've seen things that they've done as far as later on. There are things that have happened where You know, we've had friends who had gifts who had told us certain things that they only knew from singing us which we put together, me and my wife. I guess because with me and my wife was kind of a storm couple as far as with the healing and being able to help and they don't want that because of that. They've actually tried to curse us. They've done a lot of things. It's been a little hard. I'm not going to lie to you. But I know for a fact because we've seen and I've had family members who have actually done it. I've also had an uncle who have done as you said some miracles. He was good. I guess that's part of the family is not good and part of family that is good, including parts of being able to literally communicate with animals. Things that were you know, he would ask if an animal to do including and settlement into the house, you know, without killing them. And they would literally not come into the house. They would literally, you know, not come in, and they portions of the house and stay outside. I mean, I've seen these things if I hadn't seen, I would say I, You know, that's the social deal. But these are things that not only I have seen, but I've had a few friends that have actually seen these things as well. Animals are pretty sensitive, Adam, aren't they to the spirit world? Yes. So there's Some are some some, maybe not as much. But yes, I've heard stories of some Christian deliverance groups that had dogs that seem to be really sense of spirit that they would have a deliverance sessions. And they would see the dog's reaction when the spirit was cast out as if it was chasing something like to the door of the window. I've heard stories like that. I've also seen cases with, you know, demonic cases in homes where the animals are affected by those spirits kind of driven a little crazy or Into violence as part of the torment of the family. And my question is The next day, I learned or somebody had said that there was that was the Northern star that we hadn't seen over 200 years. I don't know how legitimate that was. But it was something that had never seen in my life. And I know it wasn't the moon. If Adam could explain that if he knows anything about it, Thank you. Thank you. Yeah. I mean, of course, I can't know for sure What you saw there. Um, a lot of great celestial events, though, Adam Uh, yeah. Yeah. And I would say in terms of, you know, if you're wondering if that was something spiritual and miraculous, I think One of the best judgments of things is the fruits that come from them. So if you have a strong or a strange experience like that, and the fruits are good if it draws you closer to God, and it brings you peace. That's a good sign that it's likely a good thing. And if it brings confusion, and if it brings distress, that's that's a sign that it's a bad thing. So I would say I chalk it up to. That was an interesting experience. And if it was from God God will eventually reveal why that was shared with you. And if it was just something odd or random. Then it will just be on the shelf in your life is Hey, I had that experience and I can't explain it. A lot of people have those things on the shelf. You know, something happened in life. "Set them. It seems everybody is doing it from my soon to be 17 year old daughter, too. I'm reading what middle aged 30 year old man adults? Yeah, Dad of three late thirties full time professional. That's your typical gamer in the U. S. Who knew who knew? Although I was really excited that my husband who's you know 50 almost 50. He never been into the gaming thing. Even though we grew up with the Atari and other things in our childhood, he never got hooked. And then we had a son and he seven and Santa brought him a Nintendo switch. So don and Donato have been bonding while playing the switch. Mario Kart. I would take Mario kart in a monster truck game. Now, I will say it doesn't happen every night, maybe a couple times a week. They go to the basement. Half an hour 45 minutes, the two of them cackling, laughing, having a great old father son time and I'm starting to wonder if you can become a gamer late in life. Can my husband suddenly become addicted later in life? So your husband is how old almost 50. All right, so he's about what four years plus older than me? I wouldn't tell you that after spending some time playing this souped up Happy Man game on my apple arcade over the weekend for the first time ever. Yes, I think it's possible that at 50, you could fall in love with gaming again. If you haven't fallen love with it before for the first time because There's something therapeutic about it. Also, if he looks at this as a way to create memories with his son, I can see him continuing on this path. And I want nothing to do with it. "Troubled times, with many people working at home and staying at home to kind of stop the spread of this cove it we're turning to different things to give our minds occupied and define sanity were told me in chilly in the morning. So the first one I got Is the title basin with the Washington Monument and I thought, you know I'm going to try. Let's see how this goes every day. I chipped away at it while I was in virtual class with Donato. And what's great for me. It really help with my anxiety because my mind doesn't wander and think intrusive thoughts while I'm looking for number seven that's supposed to be pink. You know what I mean? Like it just Makes you think about just that in the moment and so, in addition to some of the medication, I'm now doing this. They couldn't go to college affairs where kids can come by and talk with advisers. They're hoping this drive thru event that's coming up will attract students who really just want something quick and easy and get into that college. So you drive up. If you've already started your preparation online. You can put a deposit down and within 20 minutes, you might get accepted to the university. And then all things are cemented. The university gets more students. The students get an easy quick answer. And everybody's happy. I see. Pre registration is encouraged, but it's not required for this. No, no, you can actually do it there. What What you do is you'll drive up. You start the process. You can put a deposit down. You can do a self guided tour of the university, which takes a few minutes. On Ben. They can offer a decision within 20 minutes or so. So it may be that quick. Um, they had this deal that there would be red robin pizzas on the menus and 79 locations. Well, apparently it has done so well that they're going to do another 120 restaurants nationwide this year, which gives a Columbus brand a national reach, which is something that Donatos pizza really? Once they think that this is a good fit for them, And obviously it's a good fit for red Robin. Um and because of the pandemic and people doing carry out. This gives consumers an easy choice that if you have a family that's divided on whether they want burgers or pizza, you can do both. And suddenly red. Robin has that on their menu, and that's really good news for Donatos and Red, Robin says. That's really good news for them. Well, Mark in this struggle of small businesses, and I realized in Otto's is not AH, small business, either. It is red Robin. But in this day and age of the struggle is real. And now when it comes to Donato in his schooling, you realize this is probably gonna take up a lot of time. Well, it's called readers Theater, Toby. Not sure if you've heard of this, but it's got no Scenery or props, the actors or the kids, and they're doing the dramatic interpretation of characters in a book, so basically it's like a table read. Exactly. That's a great way to put it, and how this all came about is I was talking to deny those teacher on the phone, and she was saying how one of the things she misses doing because of virtual schooling is being able to have someone help her out with the readers Theater and she knows that I had done theater in in high school. As she listened to the show. So she said, Hey, would you like to help out? Of course I would. I thought it was a one and done thing. Oh, no, It's a weekly thing. So here I am in charge of the readers Theater for these first graders. Well, now that you've signed yourself up for something that's gonna be a weekend week out sort of a thing. How do you intend to make the time And of course we've got to know how you're going to keep this lively. Okay, so I'm already in the classroom with him. Remember, so it's not like anything additional. I'm already sitting there with him. What's happening, though, is I want to make it fun for them. So I'm trying to think of ways where they could do sound effects. And you know, a casting Who's going to get what role and you know. Should they volunteer? Or should I just go ahead and assign it? Because, well, I'm extra and everything that I do. And so now you're bringing all of this extra to bear for the class. When does the first Dramatic reading start. It's already been two weeks. We've already done two different books. I'm thinking maybe I'll tell them that if they have a really great performance, maybe some of it will go on the radio.
