"By design, not by accident. So when the New York Post put out excerpts of this pierce Morgan interview yesterday, you could cue the outrage from Trump world or perhaps faux outrage from Trump world. But clearly the former president's most strident supporters saw this as an opportunity to pile on desantis. Donald Trump Jr., the former president's son, put out a tweet saying, quote, just as radical Dems are indicting Trump and destroying the fabric of our nation with their police state tactics, desantis, pathetically runs to the liberal media on orders from his rhino establishment owners to attack my father. He's exposing himself as 100% controlled opposition. It's worth noting the New York Post is owned by Rupert Murdoch, who also owns Fox, perhaps this was the first time it's ever been criticized as liberal media. Trump's longtime adviser and spokesperson Jason Miller tweeted out, quote, Ron DeSantis has finally shown his true colors and establishment never trumper who despises the maga base and was faking it the entire time. Now, as I said, this is happening as we are seeing Republican elected officials rally around the former president. I mean, listen to Kevin McCarthy, the Speaker of the House yesterday at the House Republican retreat in Orlando. This was personal money. This one tried to hide this was 7 years ago, statue of limitation. And I think in your heart of hearts, you know, too, that you think this is just political. With a local DA, playing in presidential politics. If that starts right there, don't you think it'll happen across the country? I mean, he's basically reading from Trump's talking points in pushing back against this potential prosecution in New York. We've heard similar statements from Rand Paul, who says the Manhattan DA should be put in jail or Elise Stefanik, championing president Trump and pushing back on this potential prosecution. And listen to Republican congressman Matt Gaetz of Florida on news nation this morning, basically giving a brush back pitch to Ron DeSantis. Well, if I were governor of Florida, I would not allow any Floridian to be hauled before some Soros backed prosecutor in some blue city over politics. And I wouldn't make an exception to not protect the president of the United States. I know Ron DeSantis well, he's a friend, but he hasn't been the target of false and persistent allegations like president Trump has. And so I don't think he really understands the nature of this fight right now. So the question is why is desantis choosing this moment now? And the answer is because he clearly sees some weakness that Trump facing all of these potential indictments and legal headaches creates a moment. Even as Donald Trump is trying to utilize it as a moment of strength and rallying for his base, desantis sees it as ultimately a real potential weakness and a moment to pounce. So the months on end that Trump has been criticizing desantis in desantis has been letting it go seem to be over now. Desantis seems poised even not yet a candidate to start taking Trump on in a much more aggressive fashion.

"There. I mean, one example here in Arizona I was just reading this the other day. It's unbelievable. Where you have this Scott Menzel who is the Scottsdale unified school district superintendent, where he said, quote, this is a quote. He said the white race is problematic and meritocracy is a lie. That is a direct quote. He is the superintendent of schools in Scottsdale, saying that the white race is problematic. The idea of working hard merit is a lie. Man, these are such destructive ideas. And he's not just some fringe teacher. He's not just some sort of school counselor. He's the superintendent of the entire Scottsdale unified school district. That's very troubling, isn't it? And it's not just isolated in that regard. We're seeing these ideas again grow and strengthen, like tumors. And they have to be removed and the parents are the last and the best hope to be able to address it. And the Democrats and the left they are so unbelievably nervous about it. They're nervous that this might actually be a pivot issue. Now you may be very frustrated with national politics. But you can get engaged in local communities and school boards. Do not allow your community to have schools that evolve and transform into Marxist boot camps. You still have that power. You still are able to do that. And what the Democrats have been able to do for the last 20 or 30 years is intimidate parents. And just the amount of evidence that we could play on this program of one after the other after the other, of schools that have gone so far off track. But parents can successfully reclaim that. But you have to have the right attitude. Doesn't matter what names they throw at you. It doesn't matter if they try to intimidate you, you were slam due. All those things they are going to do. And Taylor by the way, who you know, and partner in the daily goes to check our operating account one morning and there's nothing in it. He calls me. He's like, we got bad news. I think we got hacked on this whole $750,000 out of the operating account. He calls the bank immediately after speaking to me. Oh, yeah, sorry. There's a FedEx on the way to you with a cashier's check for the entire mount. We decided to close out your account. No, no reasoning. Didn't even bother to give us a phone call. And this is PNC bank. I mean, this is a major national bank. Just decided that I guess someone who is willing to show people both sides of the news, not even writing our own, that that was enough. So I got pretty upset about that. You know, got on social a bunch of people from the maga movement and big conservatives started tweeting about it. You were one of those stories. So I appreciate that because we have to highlight the attack that is going on on conservatives on a daily basis. They don't think we should be able to bank. There is a social credit system that's happening right now and if we're going to wake up one day if we don't get active and involved and push back and find out that, hey, we'll be locked out of your Tesla because they didn't like what you said and they're going to deem you parked for the next week or two weeks or months or ever. And this wasn't a phenomenon while Trump was in office. It continues to happen. And again, if they can do it to a guy like me. Who can't they do it to? And more importantly, who won't they do it to? I mean, it's not like it's their naive that I don't have a platform to actually fight back or numerous. But the average American, you know, a bank doesn't like that you actually also distributed some conservative content from, say, Breitbart News or the Charlie Kirk show, that was deemed enough to be like, we wouldn't even think about doing business with you from TNC bank. That's a real problem in America right now. So much of what I've been talking about, even for the last year, it worked out so interestingly because my good friend Michael seifert, who's taking public square, his company that aggregates all of the businesses that are willing to sign a sign on and say, hey, we believe in free speech. We believe in these conservative values. Literally the weak he's taking public square public was the week that PNC bank tried canceling me and my news app to be able to show both sides of the story and it's why we have to be engaged in that battlefield Charlie. We have to be voting with our wallets. We have to take the time. Download the public square app, find a business that shares your values. The coffee shop. They law firm. What's the doctor, whatever it is, give them your money because if you don't, these other people will function with reckless abandon, they will cancel you at all costs at its only going to get worse if we don't act now and support those who believe what we believe..

"You're also trying to do, Michael and build this out. We have a couple minutes. Is you're trying to change the incentive structure, which I think is the most brilliant part of what you're doing. And it's not as clear on the surface because right now there is an incentive to be woke. The incentive is that you don't have these crazy people shouting at you and calling for your resignation. We call it the woke excise tax. Goldman Hershey BlackRock, they would much rather just pay ten to $15 million to some trans nonprofit and then they feel as if that's just their penance that protects them. What you're trying to say though is actually we want to make an incentive. We want to create a reward if you are pro American. That's absolutely right. We're actually trying to shift who wins in our economy, because for far too long, the DEI ESG crowd has one at the massive corporate level. And it was really sad during COVID. There was a great example of this. You saw some major corporate entities like Walmart and Amazon preaching about the need for further lockdowns. Meanwhile, the small businesses that couldn't lobby the government were locked down. And they had no say in the matter. And they were deemed non-essential. And so we're actually trying to rewrite the script here. We're trying to tell people a loud and clear message. Small businesses in this country that love their freedoms, love the liberties, and the rights endowed by our creator. These unalienable rights. These businesses will actually win in the long run. We ran a market survey Charlie in 27 states when we got started when I originally had this idea, we asked a few hundred consumers from around the country just to kind of test our idea. We said how many of you, all of which were conservative, but they all came from different socioeconomic backgrounds. How many of you would drive ten minutes farther or spend 10% more? If you knew that every dollar you were spending was an alignment with your values, 98% of our consumers said yes.

Charlie Reacts to the Newly-Announced Presidential Run of Nikki Haley
"Okay, I want to play Nikki Haley's announcement for the presidency. I think it's cut 44. Is that right? Yeah, play cut 44, please. We must turn in that direction again. Republicans have lost the popular vote in 7 out of the last 8 presidential elections. That has to change. Joe Biden's record is abysmal, but that shouldn't come as a surprise. The Washington establishment has failed us over and over and over again. It's time for a new generation of leadership. To rediscover fiscal responsibility. Secure our border and strengthen our country our pride and our purpose. Okay, I'd actually like to listen to the whole video. So if you guys can get the second part of this. So let me just kind of give some feedback. We don't elect presidents based on the popular vote. That is a weak argument. I'm not really sure what she's getting at. There, but I don't think that's strong at all. The second is, you know, she says fiscal responsibility, that's fine. That's not exactly an animating issue of voters. However, it's becoming one because of debt and deficit spending. More broadly and more generally, though, I do want to mention when it comes to Nikki Haley running for the presidency, some insight. So I asked the audience, I asked you guys, what do you think? And very, very negative on Niki Haley. So I will say though, and I made this prediction a couple of weeks ago. Do not underestimate her. She did have a good record generally as governor of South Carolina certainly did some things that irritated me and irritated many of you. She's definitely going to try to carve out more of that establishment lane, but she's immensely popular with the donors of the Republican Party.

"No, I agree. And in some ways, it actually I think helps Trump to have some more of these voices that have completely opposite views on the core issues, especially when it comes to neoliberalism of open borders and trade. And of course, foreign policy. I think that this upcoming Republican primary is going to have a lot on foreign policy and honestly, president Trump did not just start any new wars. He was able to defeat ISIS while doing it, holding Iran in check. All the while of negotiating peace in the Middle East with Israel and the United Arab Emirates and it was absolutely incredible. So Don, I want to get your thoughts on the recent inflation report today. It came out that we have red hot inflation, the exact numbers here, I'll say in just a second. But Don, we've been told that it's just transitory, your thoughts on this recent inflation report. Well, it's been transitory now for a year and a half, and it's going to continue to go up. They're not doing anything to stop it. All of the policies that they are espousing and implementing are only going to add to it. And if you ask any honest economist, not someone who's looking for favoritism on TV from MSD and C and CNN, they would tell you that. I mean, it's so obvious that all of these policies are designed to literally going to make it worse. Every American is getting a 10% tax cut. And if you're talking about a real basket of goods, not the one that they manipulate, not the one where they change the definition to suit. Their current, again, DNC talking point agenda, the American people are getting crushed. These are the things that Donald Trump fought against. You saw it. You know, in the State of the Union, we're bringing it back down. It was one point four percent when Joe Biden took over. You're now probably pushing in terms of real numbers again. You know, they massage the statistics. They change the way they do it. You know, they don't include energy pricing in the basket of goods, yet people have to get their shipping stuff has to happen. You know, it's such a manipulated statistic. Just like when they talk about job numbers. When someone's no longer looking for a job because they can't find anything, you know, they're out of the workforce and therefore we can make the numbers look good because they've been trying for too long to get work. It doesn't make any sense. They're lying to the American people and the American people have taken a double digit effective pay cut in my mind. When you couple that, Charlie, with the rising interest rate, I just had this happen to me myself. You know, a interest only mortgage that I had, readjusted after a 5 or 7 year arm, and it went up a couple points. It significant it was thousands of dollars a month. You add that to the American public who are getting crushed on the inflation side when their mortgages reset because in the last few years, they bought homes at all time low interest rates. You're going to see a disaster. It's like 2008, but the banks are better prepared to handle it for themselves, but the consumer themselves are going to get crushed. And those are the people we've always been fighting for. The blue collar hardworking Americans. They're going to get crushed and they're going to hit from both ends and it's going to get very ugly very quickly. I agree, Don, 20 seconds, tell our audience about your show on rumble. It seems like the consensus in the Republican Party is to get us closer and closer to a war in Ukraine. How should we think about Ukraine and how should maga think about the war in Ukraine? Well, listen, I mean, Russia is clearly an aggressor, but they're also a nuclear power. You have two incredibly corrupt nations, and I think you have a basically a large scale money laundering operation going on there right now. We've spent a $130 billion to be in a proxy war with a despot who's been embarrassed on a world stage, and that's Putin in one of the great under performances in the history of military actions. That can lead nowhere good, but as long as the military industrial complex is getting rich as long as we're creating an oligarch class in Ukraine with all the money and missiles and weapons and all the things that they have no systems to track, everyone at the top is getting rich. People are dying needlessly, and until we turn off the endless blank check, I don't think there's any incentive for anyone to ever come to the table. And again, more people are going to die and we're going to create an oligarch class in Ukraine that's going to be rich off of your taxpayer dollars that we can't account for. It's absolute madness and we got to stop the wars. It's interesting that the guy that was supposed to start World War three, Donald Trump was the only guy advocating for peace for the last 6 years and is the only guy advocating to get people to the table right now. It just shows you how beholden the rest of the political class, even in the Republican Party or through the war machine or to their donors who are getting rich off of the war machine. It's disgusting. And Andy Biggs estimates we've sent over $200 billion. And of course, we can't get $2 billion to secure our southern border to stop the flow of drugs and guns and illegals into our country. And so Don, I want to ask, though, because this is now shaping up to be a big issue in the 2024 campaign. You know, I believe that president Trump is going to decisively be able to win the nomination, but they're very well might be some kind of annoying candidates that you're going to have to navigate through. And two of the other declared candidates, Tim Scott and Nikki Haley and Nikki Haley in particular, they think that we should lean in on what's going on in Ukraine. Niki Haley has been outspoken about this. Don first any initial thoughts on Tim Scott and Nikki Haley running for the presidency and then also their foreign policy views contrasted with the success of Donald Trump. Yeah, no, listen, it's more of a neocon mindset. Certainly with Nikki Haley, but, you know, Tim Scott largely as well. I mean, it's basically everything that Republicans revolted against in 16, but, you know, because they see the donor class wanting a seat at the table again. They see the military industrial complex ramping up. You know, that's their on ramp for donations to fund this stuff. That neocon mentality, the endless wars that everyone in America, frankly, doesn't want to be in anymore, even if you have a lot of people pro Ukraine right now, the appetite of the American public is to not be in these endless wars. Therefore, in policy, is one of never ending war. Their friends have done very well with those policies. So I think it's really out of touch. It's almost hard to believe that you'd have people running on these platforms, you know, 9 months out after getting out of Afghanistan, but you know, that's the nature of the swamp. They are not in touch with the people. They have no understanding of what the people want. They understand what their D.C. think tanks tell them to do, they understand what those people in those Washington couples want. And that doesn't align or jive at all with where the American people are in my opinion..

Their users are up dramatically and credit to Chris in the entire rumble team for having the grit and having the hustle. It's not easy to build a tech company, let alone one to go up against a multi $1 trillion monolith and rumble has successfully gone public. They have successfully despic. This is kind of wonky stuff, but the point is that they are now a functioning real company that is really on a trajectory to be able to create that kind of parallel competitor. So Don, I want to ask you about the breaking news today. They raid Mar-a-Lago after president Trump was cooperating a federal agency's showed the federal agents where the documents were and he declassified them. He had the right to do all those things and they were protected by Secret Service. Meanwhile, Joe Biden as vice president of the United States, no declassification authority was storing documents in his garage in Delaware without Secret Service, protection next to his Corvette, your reaction. Well, Charlie, you know, the garage was locked. So it makes it all okay, right? I thought it was bad when they said, so you wait a minute. It's in his think tank, which in and of itself is a little bit interesting, given Joe Biden's incapable of actually thinking. But it's in his think tank, which is funded to the tune of $54 million by the Chinese Communist Party, right? So that was bad enough. And that means you know someone had access, right? Apparently a Hunter Biden had four keys. I'm sure his business partners had nothing to do with this, right? But then you have the videos of him criticizing Trump about how irresponsible it is. Then it goes to, well, what about this stuff in your garage? He goes, oh, you know, the Corvette was locked. I mean, it's totally fine. I mean, it's a caricature of itself. This is a clown show. They use the FBI's hostage rescue team to raid Mar-a-Lago. I mean, those guys deal with terrorists. They don't serve search warrants. You know, for stuff that was under lock and key and guarded by the United States Secret Service. But like, did Hunter Biden have access to Joe's home? I'm sure he did 'cause we know, and we frankly know that Joe was doing the same thing, but we certainly know that Hunter Biden had dealings with plenty of people that the U.S. government is, whether it's Ukraine, whether it's Russia, whether it's China, could all of these people have seen these documents and the answer is, of course, and yet I actually agree with you. I said that I recorded a short form video earlier where I said what you said in your intro, which is like, I have a feeling D.C.'s gotten what they've needed out of Joe Biden. Either nothing will happen or they'll use this as their excuse to get rid of them, which of course they would love to do, but hey, I don't know that anyone else is that much better. Maybe they need a fall guy for 24 that they can throw their best and they don't take out one of their glorious bench warmers like Pete Buttigieg who's doing a phenomenal job as transportation secretary. He is incredibly well credentialed, which means it doesn't matter, Charlie, and he's totally incompetent. He can oversee a supply chain crisis. He can call our highway systems racist, obviously because they weren't designed with enough space for illegal migrants to live under them. That's now racist and we must just obey that level of stupidity. The FAA can shut down while we give a 130 billion to Ukraine. I'm sure that could not have been used to update our antiquated systems. And while our airplane fleets are grounded though Charlie, I want you and your viewers to rest assured that all is well because they are making sure that equity and inclusion are being implemented at the FAA because when you're at 36,000 feet, you don't really care if the person in charge whether it's flying the plane or ground control or air traffic control are competent. You care that they're diverse. That's what we should be believing these days. So I'm of a slightly different mindset. I don't care if the person's red blue or green, I want someone who's confident. Unfortunately, our transportation secretary is not. But he did check off a bunch of boxes in the woke categories, which allows you to be a high level member of Joe Biden and probably any Democrat member of governments, cabinet. Donald Trump Jr.: Only Conservatives Are Willing to Debate
"If a conservative did that the leading cause against democracy They in jail In all fairness you know that would be an actual insurrection not like a fake insurrection where people show up unarmed And our protesting right That would actually be an insurrection And yet when it happens on the left it's just crickets It's people ask me like you know you have truth rumbly you have all these platforms that I love being on but on Twitter even when it was totally leftist run because yes I think that my ideas and my ability to back them up actually makes the other side look foolish It's why I don't leave any of those platforms We have to be in engaging in those conversations And the fact that only one side wants to actually engage in that battle only one side wants to actually compare our ideas tells you everything you need to know about the other side and the actual viability of their ideas They're not good you know I've been saying even as it relates to the elections and all of the craziness going on right The conservatives were actually not losing on ideas right now We're actually in my opinion starting to make strides and maybe are even winning sort of the pop culture side of things because people understand how lunacy is driving the left What we're losing is we're not capable of running a ballot harvesting operation like the other side We have to make those distinctions And we have to change accordingly but in terms of ideas in terms of bringing people on in terms of turning people off conservatives and their ideas are now actually winning a lot of those battles We have to do a lot more to actually win elections in my opinion But baby steps We're never going to be ahead of the curve on those things They're always much better at figuring those things out and being 5 years ahead of us by the time we realize what's going on But I think it's a great start

In 2019, Rudy Giuliani called me and said, I'd like you to represent the prosecutor general, which is like the equivalent of attorney general. Of Ukraine because he's coming to me for representation. I have conflict. I represent Trump, but would you please do it? Because he wants to provide evidence of Biden, family corruption in Ukraine, and also Victor shoken, who Biden got fired because he was investigating burisma and Hunter Biden. That absolutely infamous moment, that video whereby he says. I'm going to hold back this $1 billion credit loan from America unless you fire Victor shokin and then Biden says son of a gun. He fired him. So so clever. So they were coming to say Biden's corrupt. And at that time, Rudy and I didn't think Biden would run because of all of this stuff that we had. And then representation never came through because there were threats and we were going to go to Ukraine to talk with them and the U.S. ambassador. Yovanovitch said she wouldn't protect us if we came. And so forth. So the U.S. ambassador said you're on your own. Right. And there's threats against you. The same U.S. ambassador, by the way, I'm sorry. That's the fight. We're going down rabbit warrens already, but the same use ambassador who we found out illegally tasked the State Department to monitor the social media council. And including my account, John Cena. John Solomon, Donald Trump Jr.'s because I guess that's what the State Department does monitor U.S. citizens. So what did that all develop into? So I didn't think anything more of it. Because he's sharing project veritas videos about the about the Minnesota cash for ballot harvesting scheme.

"The story from just the news dot com that we have been focusing on is just extraordinary. This organization that was in charge of this should be investigated by the new Congress. It's unbelievable if we're able to take back the house which I believe we will. Targeting voices and organizations that they don't like. Silencing and censoring them, it really makes you believe. It really makes you pegs the question. How many seats in the Senate? How many seats in the House of Representatives? How many governors mansions would we control if we had a fair fight? If we had a fair fight against the left, what would the country look like? Maybe this is one of the reasons why they have felt so confident going into these midterms. Maybe this is why they don't slow down and they're driving us off a cliff. Inflation open borders, how many other tricks do they have up their sleeve? From manipulating our elections to interfering directly into the discourse of the country. We saw it firsthand, we have the evidence we have the goods, I think our lawsuit would be very compelling. We have damages and we have direct off a cliff engagement on multiple social media sites and now we know why. The Department of Homeland Security cybersecurity and infrastructure security agency and the State Department inexcusably targeted my own social media. "Of course, who knew that weeks later, you'd be on a radio show being interviewed by somebody who's going to say to you, they took your dad's passports, done, they took his porch. Passports, they took his, they took his picture books. We've been lied to about the genesis of all of this, right? First Merrick Garland didn't know anything about it, then it turned out he personally signed off now it turns out he's been looking at it for weeks. They can't control the narrative. They didn't envision this kind of blowback because the deep state has been working that way forever. No, it isn't. They took picture books. Right. They just picture books. They're out there looking for anything. And it's past this. I can't get as a child that they can try to pin on the Russians. It's insane. I can't get over the passports. Like they thought he was a flight risk. Those agents are at Mar-a-Lago had to say, well, let's get his passports because he might get on the plane and fly into North Korea. I mean, this is how crazy things are. Well, beyond that, but then they lie about it, right? No, the passports weren't taken. You saw no O'Donnell as I know the passports. Oh, actually they were. Now that we realized they're beyond the scope of the war that didn't stop him from taking it. It didn't stop him from taking attorney client privilege documents. This is a basic fundamental Tenet of our constitution. That there is attorney client privilege. Like they take that. I'm sure they photocopied it. I'm sure there's they've looked at anything there that delve in use as a basis to create yet another witch hunt to try to find something else to be able to do it. I mean, this is a violation. Like we've never seen before. And yet, the media and all those people, you're talking about democracy and yada yada yada. You know, it's a wonderful sound bite for them, but when it actually matters, they're totally missing. They're silent because they're tacitly accepting it. As long as it's against Donald Trump, I mean these are the threat to democracy, not the FBI's HRT team. You know, not the guys. Again, to try to entrap a bunch of meth heads in Michigan or signed off on faulty Faisal warrants who then lied about it. Who didn't even get back fully reinstated in their jobs. And then there's no consequence. If you're on the other side, I mean, that's what's going on in America right now. And it's been better republic stuff, and again, from what I've seen from the people and you know that I'm on the ground with sort of real America probably more than anyone in the Republican Party. These people are pissed off. And it's not Republicans. There are quite a few Democrats who are no plans of Trump that are saying, holy crap, what's going on here? I got to tell you, I got about 30 seconds, but I've got a huge segment of my audience who says the next best thing to Donald Trump Jr. running are Donald Trump, the father running in 2024 is Donald Trump Jr. taking the carrying up the taking the torch and carrying the mantle and he political aspirations for we're going to see you run for office. You never know, listen. It's an honor to even be considered. I'm going to keep fighting because, you know, for better or worse, maybe I'm that guy to some of those people simply because it doesn't exist in the Republican Party and I have the guts to actually fight and defend these things and not just say, well, you're not allowed to criticize the FBI. I mean, there were once lauded institutions like, no, look at that record for the last 5 years. They've stopped exactly zero attacks. They're politically persecuting, you know, they're acting as the attack dog of the Democrat party. And guess what guys? We got to call that out. Yep, we got a call. Well, just sit back and pretend that's not an issue. That doesn't mean there's not good people anymore, but the more this happens in the fewer people speak out, it's getting harder and harder to defend. And so, you know, I'm just honored to be considered a fighter. We need more of them on our side. "Twitter. But what the people who run Twitter and run Facebook and run TikTok and run Instagram and run other social media platforms have found is that some speech is legal. But very, very dangerous. And all I'm trying to push back is, what speech is currently not allowed on Twitter that you are desperate to bring back? Because almost all speech is allowed on Twitter. You can spread fake news that is currently spreading fake news is legal in the United States. It's becoming illegal in certain countries around the world. But on Twitter, it is allowed and in the country, it is legal to spread fake news. Not during election time, they sometimes make it a violation to spread fake news about the elections, but currently almost all fake news is allowed. There are only a few types of things that aren't allowed on Twitter. Of course, anything that's illegal offline is also illegal online. So I'm assuming that anything that's illegal, that's why Elon Musk has said, hey, all legal speech, I'm for it and would allow it. So what we have found, though, is that hate speech, which in some countries is illegal, hate speech in America is legal. But all social media platforms have found that it is so dangerous on the platforms that they had to ban it, and so my question is simple I already can imagine how people feel about African Americans and Muslims and undocumented immigrants and other groups, so I frame my question this way. It is currently banned on Twitter. To promote hate speech against Jews. It is against the Twitter terms of service. To have hate speech against Jews. Are you going to wipe that from the terms of service to now allow hate speech from everyday conservatives all the way to neo Nazis and Nazis? Are you now going to allow hate speech against Jews? Because that is currently against Twitter's terms of service. Simple question and when I pose that question just a few minutes ago on Twitter, which I did not delete. I only took it down so we could figure out what was wrong because it was clear that in addition to getting death threats that people were trying to hack all of my accounts and it seemed like someone was close to getting in my Twitter account. I posed the question on Twitter. So conservatives, do you now want to make hate speech against Jews? Allowable on Twitter. And overwhelmingly, hundreds and hundreds of conservatives say, yes, I do. I want hate speech against you. I'm talking about not just people with fake accounts. People with their real accounts. And this is what Elon Musk is advocating for. Hate speech that will target groups of people and cause actual harm. And it's dangerous. And here's the thing. Twitter is not new. Twitter's been around now for a generation. And they also the founders of Twitter, they originally wanted this to be a place of complete free speech. And then they found, listen, it is technically legal. To advocate for sex with underage children. It's illegal to do that, but it's legal guess gross unethical, nasty, but legal to talk about it. Well, Twitter had to say, no, no, no, no, no. You can't talk about that here. We're not going to be okay with that. So they banned it. Because it protects children. You can't talk about that here. It is unacceptable. And so even when I pose that question, literal conservatives say, yep. I want it all. Because what we understand is conservatives who are primarily white men and supporters of white men and whiteness, what they are saying is, listen, those things won't affect me. Won't affect them. And so they're saying, hey, if it doesn't affect me, then I don't really care about it. So yes, allow hate speech against African Americans and Latinos and Muslims and Jews. They don't check any of those boxes. And if they don't check those boxes, then yeah. Why not let it ride? And what I'm saying now is what I just said on Instagram and on Twitter and other places, is that that's really been how Elon Musk has run Tesla. Where hundreds of black employees have said, it's like Jim Crow over there. Go to my Twitter or Instagram page and see it. There are hundreds of articles about it. Lawsuits all over the place about this, that people are winning. It's despicable. That African American employees at Tesla, not just at factories, but other locations were openly being called racial slurs, dealing with overt bigotry and racism on a regular basis that the company refused to address or change. And now they're suing Tesla, a place that they want it to work for. But I guess he allows free speech there. But I see that he keeps firing people who challenge him on anything else. So his free speech is limited. So listen Donald Trump Jr. others can tweet about me all they want. I'm not going anywhere. I'm here. I'm focused and determined, and we'll keep on pushing every way I know how, listen, to speak truth to power means looking at powerful people and powerful interests and powerful corporations and saying, I'm not going to allow you to be oppressive with me being silent. You may be oppressive with or without me, but I'm not just going to be silent while you do it. I'm not just going to sit here and accept it because you're in power. You know and again when it comes to certainly with tester and with mansion arm for a hunter. I'm for the secondment. Well you either or you aren't but you can't say that you're for the second amendment while simultaneously voting to confirm this clown yes. You can't do that. You gotta pick one or the other so again if they want to put someone in. That's reasonable either to the atf. That's the prerogative. That's what happens in election. Try elections have consequences. Social media d platform your father and prevented him from one of his most effective tools. And that is communication outside over the top of the media. What do we do about that. What can be done. I know he's brought a lawsuit against big tech. Is there an alternative. Is there an alternate channel. What can be done. Well i think what we do have to do is just generally speaking band together. I mean i still use those same social media platforms because they are powerful tools said and done right. I understand that. I'm going to be It's going to be harder for me to get my message out to an equal number of following someone on the other side. You know i can see in my analytics the way you know. They tried to push me at down at time. Certain things just won't go anywhere you know every couple of weeks. I got to file a complaint. Because they're trying to censor me for this. I'll have thirty million impressions one week but zero new followers for a month. You see what they do. You understand the game and yet it's powerful. I think what we really have to do. Is we have to band together. When there's one donald trump and he runs out and tries to lead the charge. But he's out there by himself. You know they can focus all their slings arrows at that one individual. I think it's a lot harder to do that. Michael you know if we have one hundred fifty million americans and frankly it's probably a lot more than that now because you know even people that would be left leaning. They see what's going on. They see you know the censorship from the government. They see censorship of basic free speech. They see you know an unequal you application of the supposed rules and they probably are getting pretty sick of that because you know what's happening to republicans today but it could happen to anyone tomorrow The way things are going on. I mean we're really developing into communism and socialism very very quickly It doesn't take a genius to sort of you know to see that with their own eyes. So i think there's plenty of americans who might say. Hey listen i may still be politically left leaning. But what's going on right now. Should scare everyone. And so i think if we all band together under the notion that you know free speech is real it should exist. It should be you know it's one of the foundations of this country that made us the greatest nation on the world and that foundation is truly at risk right now. There's a threat to it right now and you know that has happened. You know the journal journalists complaining about these things i mean. You think I if this was the other way around they would have a serious problem if it was donald trump pushing this kind of things you know the outrage the this is the end of democracy as we know it distinct ammonia crap they said for four years You know you know under donald trump. Who frankly didn't do any of these things that joe biden is doing You would be all over the place yet. They seem very quiet on this issue. and i think they've lost all credibility with the public and that's just not me saying that that's you know that's national polling saying it will your father running.

For conservatives chef I was not a fan of Trump in the first election. I did vote for him. He was the lesser of two evils. I thought he did many good things despite being under the gun constantly by the Democrats trying to make him look bad. I agree with that. I voted for him again. This time, however, I'm embarrassed. I did. He is not leaving a good legacy. I'm actually happy George elected Democrats. Hopefully, things will get better. They cannot get much worse. Jeff. The party that gets to the middle ground will be the party of choice for a long time. Unfortunately, Trump in his family were unable to figure this out. The inability to bend their approach change their game plan cost them the election. Jeff No way Trump steps away graciously ever. This is this is the future and what we need to do is we need to rally around Donald Trump. To which I say No, I don't think your y O u apostrophe r E I don't think your Correct in that assessment. Now let me Explain. Why? I think what happened yesterday might not be bad news for conservatives and hear me out on this. I believe that this country is essentially still a center right country. You can argue that maybe we We moved now We're completely center country in that the fact that you've got people on the far right. You got people in the far left, but the majority of people are are in the center. And you can say OK, Is it center, right? Is it center left or or is it center? But most people aren't on the fringe is one of the reasons why the Democrats did not do better in the general election in November, was the fact that there were too many of them that were out on the fringe. You know, the defund the police the stuff like that, that that might be where Hollywood is. It might be where New York City is. It might be worth San Francisco is, but it's not where the country is. And at the same time the country's not at the far right, either that at least not the majority of the country, so here here is the deal if Republicans had retained control of the U. S Senate There would have been a a check and balance. See, I think Joe Biden is basically an old school center left politician. He's not a screaming lefty like a Bernie Sanders or in Elizabeth Warren. He's essentially a center left politician who I think believes in change, probably liberal change, but but doing it in incremental fashion. If the Senate had continued to be Republican, he would have had to work with Republicans in order to get stuff through. He couldn't have just counted on keeping all the Democrats in line and then the Vice president Kamala come, Camilla Harris, you know votes for the thing he would have had to build coalitions. The fact that now you have the Democrats with 50 senators, assuming that's what happens, it will be gives gives the left this this unfettered access. And by that, I mean that there's going to be incredible pressure on Joe Biden to move to the left. I have in my hands. I mean some of the statements that are coming out from Legislative Democrats already there their agendas, not just $2000 relief checks, the Equality Act, the Dream Act, the Voting Rights Act, state and local funding climate action that that's like the green new deal. This is going to be just the dream for the far left, and they're going to be aggressively pushing this. And I have been around long enough to tell you. I've seen this on the right. I've seen it on the left where you know, One party takes power. And then what happens is people on the on the edge, the far edge of one of the parties. They're able to push their agenda thrill and what happens is the rest of the country isn't there, And typically, there's blowback. You know there. There was a blow back after 1994 when you had..
