"Don't think this is going to happen that the district attorney Alvin Bragg in New York City is not going to arrest Donald John Trump. I think that he sees the writing on the wall here. Now, yesterday, a letter serviced. That seems to indicate that Donald Trump was not involved in the hush money payment to stormy Daniels. And this letter, it's pretty condemning. And this could be one of the reasons why the grand jury has not been meeting yesterday's proceedings were canceled. Today's proceedings canceled again. There's word that the district attorney may call the grand jury bank for, but not because of Donald Trump. As a matter of fact, the reporting of NBC News says that they may not even address the Trump issue until next Monday. But I think what's happened here is that team Trump has been pretty masterful at playing all of this out. They had heard the rumblings and they got out ahead of the story. But the reality here is that Michael Cohen, in this letter, it's pretty evident that he had everything to do with this and Donald Trump had nothing to do with the hush money payment made to one stormy Daniels. A majority of the senate did vote to convict trump including seven republican senators. But the fifty seven to forty three vote. Fell short of what the constitution requires. And that's a two-thirds majority are fifty seven. The nays are forty. Three two thirds of the senators president not having guilty. The senate judges responded donald. House delivers Trump impeachment article to Senate, setting stage for trial
"The second impeachment trial of former President Donald Trump is underway after House managers delivered the article of impeachment to the U. I don't want to say that he thinks it's a legitimate but not constitutional, and that the president has already left office. I think there's been a bit of a change in position for Mitch McConnell. What about pressure on the new president to sort of not interfere and let this trial happen? However, the Senate wants that to happen. Because it's clearly been at least slow down portions of his agenda just as he's trying to do as much as he can as fast as he can. Right. There's no question that a Senate trial Is going to affect Joe Biden's agenda and how quickly he gets his confirmations die. I still think that the idea of a trump is takeover. The republican party is probably not there. But i do think.
