The first aaron houston and historic popped up about a cuomo accused of sexually harassing Former boss and if you remember. Chris cuomo was involved in that horrible at unethical. Immoral scandal of helping out his Disgusting brother the governor and never reporting on it. Like if you wanna have your brother. That's hanging whatever but the scandal was. He wasn't reporting on her telling me biding their meat mistake. People and what a disaster taken off the air new york post but about an hour ago former abc executive producers accused. Chris cuomo of sexually harassing her. This is this is not family. Friendly content I guess it was a party and he grabbed her rear end in front of her husband and co workers. What's what's the cuomo guys. What is that. The woman shelley. Ross said she was at a park. What i was at a party with my husband who sat behind me on an ottoman sipping his coke because i spoke with work friends. Mr cuomo entered the upper west side bar. He walked toward greeted me with a strong bear hug while lowering one hand to firmly. Grab and squeeze. Her took us He said i can do this now. That you're no longer my boss quote. She said he said it was a kind of cocky arrogance. She's no you can't. I said pushing him off of me at the chest while stepping back revealing my husband who had seen the entire episode at close range. It's we quickly left while job. Well i think you know the end of this. When the end of the sentence say in texas there might be an incident if you grabbed the rear end of a woman and squeeze it like growing up in in northeast philly philly. There'd be an incident there so anyway Let me jump over to our guest long screens former deputy national security adviser great friend of our show. Creaky mcfarland scotch aficionado. "It was what is the meaning of this alright here we go let's talk about it he was still alive Donald CBS evening news drops twenty four percent in reading can we talk about that well that's where we are yeah why why why are people people though of the proverbial we people they're everywhere people why don't we watch women news like Gil Kane ratings drop to you think that's that's the reason you email early now I had to do I think it's the time of the day the same as it's been for other hosts I understand that but I think that audience is shrinking what time the other two networks is doing okay with many people watching it usually eight eight nine eight million in the context of her being on like I don't know I feel to it does it all started they started this with Katie Couric and I don't know if it's female newscaster I disagree I disagree with that because I watch CBS in the morning it's my first I watch it for the first fifteen minutes every morning but when Charlie Rose laughed like well I was at a region yeah and then when they got rid of the latest people ask ahead again I know and I and I believe in women believe me and I I don't whoever delivers the news like but if you look at the today show well these aren't hard hitting news shows but there in the morning you know if you look at a lot of case TPS tons of female anchors and sometimes you see two eighty nine yeah that is rare okay but we have a lot of them I'm robin Roberts and any well bar will walk they always kinda treat like the backseat driver what I mean let's be honest tale they're not very good to her but robin the they lead the way there and Georgie has a supporting role I think George does the political news but I think they do most of the other stuff and I can hold a cocky and yelled at and Savannah there are the two that they use crack now that'll to filling his whole day you know adopted a second challenge some maternity leave Tom but this is a big one yeah well it's early days it is nearly what happens it's only been a few days that she's been on so we'll have to see what happens people are watching at I don't watch the news at that today because I'm doing my own show it's it's not bad it's it's there are people watching time today but CBS is always been third place in the evening news ever set out to rack I ve heard for ever they've been third place Dan rather they used to be up there well but did not stop in to for a long time CBS has a long way to go let's hear it that way they've got a long way to go and I don't think it's because she's so a one on I don't I don't think it is either with Jeff floor was in third place yeah they're always in third place she's had her ratings dropped twenty eight percent from Jenny lore yeah but maybe people didn't want okay let's give it a shot I hope you're all right believe me I want the women to have opportunities in the news okay okay Carrie Underwood social never wear a bikini bottom again I stopped wanting to care about I love Carrie Underwood so amazing talented so gorgeous but really why do we have to talk about that you won't wear a triangle bikini because she has a callow line of swimwear that is available Jackson secondary markets cut Dick's sporting goods her CD excise request response your mind is weird why we love her kallus wins to collection and I wouldn't mind checking them out they're more sporty and there at Dick's sporting goods I think her yoga line is really nice at Dick's sporting good she's got explosive attacks okay you can go into those stores and park in those big parking lots and get all of your needs in the suburbs no there were yeah they are in the suburbs but you know there's one that's not too far out on thirty five an hour four ninety four which we are here to suburbs the old whatever I'm this is this this headline just which is terrible a woman is build a hundred and five thousand dollars after dangerous behavior forced a flight diversion so this gal Chloe Haines I was on a British operator object to and she is being accused of catalog of aggressive in abusive and dangerous behavior she attempted to open the aircraft door during a flight from London to Turkey I want all of these people that are destructive that create diversions on the play I want them to be find that she's fine they had to call the more than a hundred thousand dollars this is like someone could if she could help fallen out she had to be escorted there to call the Royal Air Force chapstick coming in I'm weak it created a sonic boom for miles around that everyone could her date if they had to escort the airport back to London yeah the airplane back to learn that she has been issued a lifetime ban and build on a hundred and five thousand dollars you've never you know I'm glad to hear that their billing people but I agree with you like you do not get like a creep on a plane no you don't we are all trapped in this to be with you please just show some stability praise I got a trolley or tram Lee Cooper and arenas is it arena arena shake shake agreed to live in the same city together as part of their custody agreement will die while howl like modern of them to live in the same city as they can call parent that as to slow the rate and the city they chose was New York all my gosh what if she would have wanted to live in Idaho do you think Bradley what a lived in Idaho with terror no now I do want him to get together lady Gaga though I think I want to do it right now one of me I but I just can't get enough of the radical per lady Gaga I saw a photo Bradley Cooper taking a lunch in going to lunch in New York City waiting at a stop sign it the light and something that a man should never be seen out in it was a rad wet suit with elastic at the bottom like my dad used to wear elastic at the waist hello red hoodie and he looks so puffy and so awful standing next to Laura Dern as they were going to lunch I lost all my shoes for him that photo horrific he's been I see you weird instances with grown men in ports we'll call Mike basketball shorts with that I'm like I okay deal can you wear those shorts when you're over forty year old man what do you mean what to wear Carter's I don't know all the long battle with a short basketball shorts at too tight what do you say man working out and work out places dressing and what kind of clothes I just what do you feel like you have to hold in the voice if you know what I'm saying did they shut away the way Billy Wagner manage to be wearing underwear when they're wearing in public yeah yeah like if your your cabin you do it jeans in you're going for the seventies dieting yacht at a concert or whatever you right you know what other but okay my brother was he's wears tighter but I mean you know what I mean I it's been uncomfortable a couple times where I'm like home god could do it yeah you say that whose husband takes off his clothes in front of me thank you I know I am the notice you what we were taking a sign at the cabinet just want to send back naked right down next to her to be a bottom and I'm like well I next to her husband others I like kind of set in the middle and and I like to have a conversation Shelley thank you want people to cover up and you're married to this notice I just want them to when they're wearing basketball shorts to be mindful of that I don't need to see all of sub support okay but I do agree with that I came to a dinner with no Brian and I also craved support for her did you say anything yes are you kidding what a twice and then grandma said something was small breasted girl she was in my early never wore a bra an alley as Hary pets to like it's very nineteen seventies talk about like this on the radio probably probably it's very nineteen seventies out there right now there's a lot of harkening back to the I'm probably in so much trouble is.

"About canine behaviorists Cessna with Dr circle Dr James circle. So how do you think that our just head owning homes might be able to learn and use your assessment to their advantage to help their dogs? Yes. Well, if you go to the website, which is just WWW Sebok Doda will you can sign in, you have to create a little profile fuel self and then you can into the information about your dog. And at the end of that process you will be able to view a charge that will basically on the child will show you all of these different behavioral traits that the C measures, and it will show you where the, the average dog in a entire population of dogs database, sit in relation to each of those babe will. Try and then you'll also be able to see where your dog is in relation to that population average and the distant says it would between you'll dog is with average. It gives us a way of session how severe it's problems might be in particular areas. We color code that says that if there's a really big difference, and the differences in southern negative direction than you would get a, a red color code for that particular shot. And that would tell you that you'll dog is pretty much getting into a danger zone in terms of that particular behavior, and it gives you an opportunity to say, okay. Well, that's kind of what I thought. But I wasn't quite sure if I might perception of the animal was was correct. And this is confirmation that my dog is ready to go to problem in this area, and maybe I should seek professional help to help resolve this difficulty. So that's one way in which people can use it the vast majority of people who use it, just it just delighted to see. You know whether dog is in relation to the average dog on film putt. The news is positive. So in that case, you'll get a green color coded response, and people find that very satisfying. I think to find that dog on the whole is, is either near average or better than average than other dogs seen a strong correlation with different breeds of dogs and certain traits will Sony the breed differences, in those breed differences acquired reliable. We've even recently been able to show that some of those differences are linked to specific areas on the dog genome, so this genetic basis for these differences have the same time if you look within any breed is a tremendous amount of area action, so you could say, well, I would like to get a golden retriever because I think, you know, the personality of golden retrievers the kind of personality of dog that I want to have as a pet but there's no guarantee that you'll gonna get. That perfect golden retriever at because there's a lot of variations. So, yes, there, Cetinje breed differences, and, yes, those breathe differences are related to genetics. But also does a lot of very within every breed and some of that will be due to genetic factors in some of it will be due to the environment in which that particular dog was red. So if someone has a puppy, what age of dog would would the assessment provide the most value, we recommend doing this Esme before the dog is six months old, because his change looks as we as most people would know the behavior of a young puppy is not really a strong predictor of how it's going to be when it grows up. And so we recommend earliest Sebok evaluation at six months. And that's in fact, the way the database is set up now, you contact do in evaluation on a dog that's younger than six months of age the. System will just send you a message saying sort of come back when the dog six months. Oh did in assessment. And then I implemented some sort of training, I sought help I talked to my veterinarian or I, I worked with the dog trainer could I see those changes on a later assessment or is it just wants speech dog? If you're a pet owner, it's once for each dog, if you'll a train or someone like that or an organization breeding dogs for particular purposes. The system allows you to do multiple evaluations of the same animal so you can do an initial foes, division of baseline, if you like and then you can do follow up evaluations, and I think trying to dobra find that quite helpful because they want to see the sort of before ofter affect of whatever intervention, they're proposing the ONA. It's extremely individual. How much of a jobs personality is nurture versus nature. I mean what, what? Does your opinion on that? I think when you're looking at the individual Doke the bulk of the variation you'll see his due to the environment. So it's going to be Chevra the nature at the same time, you know, we all know in a sense that, you know, the two Jack Russels of different from labradors, and they have a sort of general, general characteristics, which kind of defined the breed to some extent, just in terms of personality. And in that sense, I think there is clearly, a genetic basis for the differences that we're aware of but at the same time, we may also be familiar with Jack Russells that don't fit the stereotype or labradors that don't fit the stereotype of the labrador, and so really when you get that happening, you have to assume that a large component of this variation, we see between individuals is invited mentally juiced. So it's someone has a mixed breed dog did the assessment and my dog is not express. But if someone has a mixed breed dog they can still do the assessment, right? Oh, absolutely. Doesn't restrict anybody. Well, I really really appreciate your time today. This is very fascinating because I believe that knowledge is power and anything that we can find out about our dog helps us be better dog owners and helps the dogs environment. Be better for the dog. So I appreciate your time today. Very much. No, it's a pleasure. I you know, I feel that anything we can do to help the welfare of companion animals is a good thing. And so I appreciate being able to come on the show talked to people about what we're doing. So let's tell them one more time. Exactly, how they can find more the web address and find out more information, and maybe even make a donation to your project. Oh, son would be very welcome. "I'm gonna play for you a little bit. I'm an interview done on CBS morning news. The other day. It's it's with two members of the women's soccer team in the national soccer team, Alex Morgan Megan Rappeneau, and they smoke to CBS this morning from France. They're defending their world title. And I'll set it up this way. The US women's national soccer team is ranked number one in the world three World Cup titles and four Olympic gold medals. The man. Woefully less than successful. Let's just put it that way. And I think the ranked twenty five in the world. That's that's a gift they may not even be in the top forty in the world. And they've lost the country's they frankly shouldn't lose too. So here's a little bit of that CBS interview. And then I'll setup where I want this conversation to go as we talk about. Let's let's put it out there in the metoo era in our country and really in the world as we discover that in many ways women aren't being treated equally. Here's a little bit of that CBS morning news interview with two members of the US national soccer team in the lawsuit attorneys for the women point out that if both the men's and the women's teams were to win twenty non tournament matches. The men would earn on average to sixty three thousand three hundred twenty dollars. That's a little more than thirteen thousand per game. While the average women's team player would earn a maximum of ninety nine thousand dollars which equals a little less than. Five thousand dollars per game. The US soccer federation said in the past that part of the reason for the pay discrepancies is the men bring in more revenue and TV ratings. I forgotten that that trimmed out the comments from the two members. But I'm gonna give you some of those comments right now. So Megan rapid, I one of the players on women's national soccer team said this US soccer is a very unique position to take an incredibly bold stance. I think we've learned a lot through this process really come together as a group and been able to solidify a unity in our strength and really going to understand the power of everyone being on the same page. So in the lawsuit that they filed. They point this out, and and the normal Donald CBS made this case as well. The men earn about two hundred sixty three thousand dollars for twenty nine tournament matches about thirteen thousand per game as he said she said rather than the average women's team player earns a maximum of ninety nine thousand which is about a little bit less than five thousand per game. US soccer federation there take part of the reason. I said part of the reason for that discrepancies. That men bring in more revenue TV ratings. Naral Donald asked you believe the women's team has been under market, and the has had a huge effect response. Yes. I think there's no question. That's why we're filing the suit. That's why things are moving forward. It's not just soccer. It's women's sports all around. So a couple of big questions here. One. Is it only revenue that matters? Yes. The men typically are watched more than women around the world. Not just the us. And women are paid much much less. For frankly, a better product, which is not the way the world usually works. When you have a better products or service, typically, you make more, and I would argue this shows loudly and clearly a lot of women have been talking about for a long time. They are the. Standard there the class act of these performances women's soccer men's soccer as I said last World Cup men. Hardly disappointing women another championship. That's the difference. Four one four seven nine nine one six twenty. Do you agree with the women here? I do I think they're exactly rights. Maybe one of the reasons that the men get better ratings and more advertising is because you market it that way, you make it about men not women in this country and asked one of our teammates here at ESPN and WTMJ former woman soccer player at a local university. If they were treated equally at that level. And she said yes, but when it gets to the national team team that represents our country women aren't being treated fairly making ninety nine versus ninety nine thousand versus two hundred sixty three thousand that's not right. And I worked in the ratings business. I understand the ratings drive a lot of things, and they certainly drive how much you can charge advertisers. But you also have to market these things I think with the number of young women are not playing soccer across this country. I think you have to start thinking about these things. And if we want to broaden it to me to this is one of those classic cases. This is a test case you wanna turn it that way of how we treat women when it comes to equal treatments and equal rights four one four seven nine nine one six twenty accurate mortgage, talk and text line. I'm on the side of the women here. I think they're exactly right and something should be done. And I think they have a great chance to win their lawsuit. Let's go to Brad calling from deforest. Good morning. Brad. Jay. Hello, my culture. What do you think? Well, I look at them all is being entertainers. If you look at what they do in life. They're entertainers, and if you have actors in the movie, not every reactor makes the same amount of money, although they're calling for that. Now. Well, I don't know if that's really the way the world works. I mean, it's what what are you doing to bring in audiences which brings sponsorship which brings in money, we're in a capitalistic country. And let's face it. Either one of those jobs winning twenty games. We don't take that in heart beat and it now. Just of is what it is. Now. Could you make the argument that maybe maybe it's just the fact that we've sold men as the product women were kind of a secondary market or secondary interest that if we did a better job, maybe the women would take in that much revenue or more based on their success? Because clearly if you look at the success of the teams, the women are clearly dominance, they have cleaned up when it comes to international soccer. They're the best of the best and they're defending their title again in France. Why can't they give them bonuses for winning and navy? That's all they make up the rest of that salary gap. There you win. You got two hundred thousand dollars could be and then that's what you chase down. Additional sponsors. Thanks for the call. Brad calling from the forest. Let's go to let's let's do this. Let's take a break. Four one four seven nine nine one six twenty. It's an interesting dynamic here because it's all about ratings. I understand that drives the advertisers and how much money you can take in men horribly overpaid based on their production women equally horribly underpaid based on what they've achieved. Which is the best of the best of the best. What do you think four one four seven nine nine one six twenty accurate mortgage, talk and.

US soccer federation, there take part of the reason they said part of the reason for that discrepancies. That men bring in more revenue TV ratings. Nora O Donnell asked. You believe the women's team has been under market, and that has had a huge effect response. Yes. I think there's no question. That's why we're filing the suit. That's why things are moving forward. It's not just soccer women's sports all around. So a couple of big questions here. One. Is it only revenue that matters? Yes. The men typically are watched more than women around the world. Not just the us. And so women are paid much much less for frankly, a better product, which is not the way the world usually works. When you have a better product or service, typically, you make more, and I would argue this shows loudly, and clearly what a lot of women have been talking about for a long time. They are the. Standard there the class act of these performances women's soccer men's soccer as I said last World Cup men. Horribly disappointing women. Another championship. That's the difference. Four one four seven nine nine one six twenty. Do you agree with the women here? I do I think they're exactly rights. Maybe one of the reasons that the men get better ratings and more advertising is because you market it that way, you make it about men not women in this country and asked one of our our teammates here at ESPN and WTMJ former woman soccer player, let a local university if they were treated equally at that level. And she said yes, but when it gets to the national team team that represents our country women aren't being treated fairly making ninety nine versus ninety nine thousand versus two hundred sixty three thousand that's not right. And I worked in the ratings business. I understand that ratings drive a lot of things, and they certainly drive how much you can charge advertisers. But you also have to market these things, and I think with the number of young women, they're not playing soccer across this country. I think you have to start thinking about these things. And if we want to broaden its a meat to this is one of those classic cases. This is a test case you wanna turn it that way of how we treat women when it comes to equal treatment and equal rights four one four seven nine nine one six twenty the accurate mortgage, talk and text line. I'm on the side of the women here. I think they're exactly rights and something should be done. And I think they have a great chance to win their lawsuit. Let's go to Brad calling from deforest. Good morning. Greg WTMJ? Hello my call. Sure. What do you think? Well, I look at them all as being entertainers if you look at what they do in life. They're entertainers, and if you have actors in the movie, not every actor makes the same amount of money, although they're calling for that. Now. Well, I don't know if that's really the way the world works. I mean, what what are you doing to bring audiences which brings in sponsorship, which brings in money, we're in a capitalistic country. And let's face it. Either one of those jobs winning twenty games. We'd all take that in a heartbeat and it. Just kind of is what it is. Why can't they give them bonuses for winning? And maybe that's all they make up the rest of that salary gap. There you win. You get a hundred thousand dollars could be and maybe that's what he chased down. Additional sponsors. Thanks for the call. Brad calling from deforest. Let's go to let's let's do this. Let's take a break. Four one four seven nine nine one six twenty. It's an interesting dynamic here because it's all about ratings. I understand that drives the advertisers. And how much money you can take in men horribly overpaid based on their production women equally horribly underpaid based on what they've achieved. Which is the best of the best of the best. What do you think four one four seven nine nine one six twenty the accurate mortgage talk and text line Wisconsin's afternoon near it'd be done with winter yet. I don't think are allowed to say that in. My favorite season..
