Yet James would come out. You know every now and then and actually back in the day. Liam broady and I'm sure James Old. Thank me for this story. He actually beat tweeted a physical testing and he beat Liam broady in the sprints. And he's ever let Liam from at down. You know so the the good old days and Diaries players over the as well the connection speed strong I. Don't believe I don't believe Clusky WanNa Erase. We have a video someone. The archives I think it was potentially down to Liam Brody's lack of effort a little bit, but but hey, at the end of the day still. On the day And Liam GonNa have time for it ever. Since that's for sure, you find that you got to send that to me to. Also we have a top academies, a list on functional tennis and we just don't WanNa ride. A best top academies are Sotos entered. That will enter that list. When this podcast is live, you'll be on that list, so it's great to speak to the founder onto the main man who's who said up the academy, and that's why I want to this podcast as As well, we've done it with a few of their economies on. It's great, and it just gives listeners a better insight into the Academy Rotterdam. Some information you send me how far from the airport all that SORTA stuff so to speak and get your values on C.. Bit More in depth had the academy Ron's I I really appreciate that Fabio naught, and any you know any supports categories like ourselves can get from from platforms like yourself is is is massively appreciated. You know and. On. All questions on on any topic as honestly as possible. So anything you want to know about the academy we can, we can. We can get into the detail Shuba Great. That's fantastic and. Is a no German covert has been tougher. All academies coaches players for everybody every line of business, but I think you've handled it really well. You've been really progressive. and. You've been really busy I heard. You say you haven't been off. Have Not Day off and fourteen weeks like that since went is covert, really started and I want to hear more Beth data. What worked for you? What didn't work about you and how I fade? You'RE GONNA commander. This stronger than you did going into it, which is not the case for everybody, so be great to get some insight into that the obsolete. It's been a fina testing challenge. Challenge in time I think the everybody globally in offset it on a couple of our podcasts. It's almost that I think that's helped us all little bit that everybody's in the same boat you know. I think is been a there's been a connection that people have made through this pandemic and I always a big believer. The adversity says a lot you know, says a lot about tennis. Pledges says a lot about people I have to admit I had a brilliant. Brilliant team over the last few weeks you know. I sometimes get some of the praise for the initiatives, but there's a law. Grad people behind me that doing the work and work and extremely hard, while so feel very fortunate and feel feel very connected to my team and brought us closer together, and you know like like you said I. Hope a law because things will come out of this as well.

"Who was actually the world records guy bought some pans way back in the day. L. ron talked about being the the the the top record guy in cut co nine in the current. I know the current top guy in get-go great guy out of saint louis missouri and and he sold so many nights cut coat would call him and say your i your friday okay true story at initiate. He'll do your show with okay. Great awesome wonderful awesome beck number two back to number two number please. You got to change your attitude and i. I don't mean like your hair on fire run around jump up and down. I don't even think zygmunt that day but i do think is this. You have to change your perspectives okay so okay. My perspective is which glasses my wearing when i'm looking at that so most people who come to me most business owners of sales teams as corporate exact on sales they come to me and they're like sales is hard. I can't make people do can make people buy nobody wants to buy wills live laugh because he sure in my response is always your i wanna buy no. They don't really wanna buy and you can't make him do anything short of having a whip in jaren a gun thrive even that will last very you want you got it but but the right perspective is this is number one you have to be positive that what you represents a product service or experience but you bring the marketplace that it's worth owning image worth more than the dollars that you receive absolutely incites item number one a step to once. You have that down then you have to understand. Actually people love to buy people need to buy people want to buy people are composed repulsed to buy and if you don't believe that in the wealthiest country in the world average household income about fifty thousand dollars even what we've used poverty most the world would <unk> property and say where can i get their average. Household in america cannot lay its hands on one thousand dollars now. What what does that say a lot of money. They're spending everything. They don't want their money. They want products services and experiences tonight. Okay if that's a five dollar cup of coffee. They want it if it's one hundred dollars a month cellphone. They want it so what you have to do. Is you gaffed position your message to where they want your product servicers for more than they want your because i assure you they don't want their dollars. It wouldn't nothing to do with that right. What's dollar. What's the dollar yeah many only worth what you've been traded for. It has no value in and of itself right as once you begin to change those perspectives how you see things. It's amazing things. Get a little easier the next thing is this so jaguar in the garage. I got a f one fifty pick-up in the garage. I got a couple other cars. The rear view mirror on that jaguars about this big okay so it's maybe three inches by eight inches. The front windshield is about thirty inches by five feet feet so i got twenty four square inches versus fifteen hundred square inches. Why is it that people in their life life. Look in the rear view mirror like it's the great big window to look out at as much time looking in their pass so.

"And i share strategies from that and that's been a much much better put the first book shocker and and so on and then the third book i am number four is upcoming. I'll probably write books forever over for now. Now i have words to say but the third book is about <hes> the legacy normally for your company okay but i think most people <hes> are most motivated about their the people they love and at families can be biologic or or not an ambassador the biggest piece of legacy that we talked about that both with it sounds to me like the first one is sort of like the first baby that it's <hes> unexplored but there's a process. That's not gonna stop once committed to it. Yes it. It does involve pain. If it was painful. The second one was much easier. A lot smarter about high wiped tells me i was a lot smarter about how to do it and the third book was even easier and so you now i expect the fourth to be the easiest today good very good so what what is it that who is your audience today so great question my the people that i helped the most in my coaching practice are twofold. I have corporate executives. It's that almost exclusively work with on transformational leadership and there's a lot of transactional leadership out there and you you know a lot of that kind of starts with the military's version of command. That's very effective in the military but they have an unusual degree of control. Oh originally on what what's that what's part of the biggest difficulty for bets. Oh yeah moving out of that hat in what today in business is a very transformational environment absolutely <unk>. The gears grind. Yes they go from one form to the other and so so that's that's the corporate gay and i have a business owners entrepreneurs and it's about half in half leadership in the other half is either sales customer experience or culture which sure <hes> i believe in implant from your heart and it almost everybody in business. Is this owner capri corporate executive. They got the brain power. They have the horsepower under the hood but sometimes <hes> a person loses. You know the path from their heart truthfully the magic. Can you get a ten percent. Increase in your sales..

"Well welcome to the pilgrim on four zero five but we have a great conversation today with with a a lifelong entrepreneur don williams's he's he's he started twelve companies and has had a great time in all of the things that he's doing and he's he's published three books that are all great great books <hes> amazon one number one best-seller in late in life. He's found his real purpose which is to help people accomplish their goals so welcome to the amount of four zero five don. Thank you so much well. I'm happy to read here so so tell us about your latest book. That's just coming out so my latest book just released this week and <hes> fortunate that it went amazon number one one bestseller just this week and book is titled bill your big legacy and it talks about <hes> what we leave behind us. After after we're gone at a certain point in time i think i've been around and entrepreneurs and bennett entrepreneur alive and i think at a certain point entrepreneurs <hes> their interest is and what do i leave as a legacy and last asfaw <unk> next company on the next million my next one ever and <hes> and so that book we discussed that excellent will now now now. How does that fit in to your purpose in terms of helping people to <hes> accomplish their goals so glad you asked asked. I've been an entrepreneur since i'm twenty six years old. Fifty nine started a bunch of companies light display. Every one of them hit five hundred home runs. That's not true at five hundred foot home runs homerun every time you come to bat you can't i saw some of those companies were dogs dogs with lease and <hes> and they didn't do nearly as well but <hes> for the most part you know one far more than i've lost been blessed far beyond and you know what i deserve and so <hes> in that entrepreneurial journey <hes> i'm at the point and i think many entrepreneurs are similar at the point to where it's time to figure out how they want to give back even though i will say this entrepreneurs preneurs as a whole are very generous all through their careers almost to a fault very giving very generous people well now now you no i i i'm with you or at least i was with you up till several years ago with the idea that there's the time of taking and then there's a time of giving coming back that's i. I'll share the challenge that i feel. I'll challenge. You and we can talk about it together. But what what i'm discovering is there's a whole movement about moon shots about solving major problems now to me in this may be just my mindset but giving back was was sort of like joining score or doing something like that. No saying i will help you with your sales or you're financing or your i will help you move forward one. I'm and discovering is that that there are a lot of entrepreneurs who are looking in the next twenty five years to to accomplish some major <hes> solution for problems..

"Okay. Don Williams, putting up in avalanche journal that. That Matt wills is forty four and thirty four and six years since he's taken over Utah state and this year, they went ten and two is revived a program that was a doormat going into the decade. And the aggies were ranked number fourteen in the Associated Press before they were though, Utah state aggies were ranked number fourteen before they got beat by Boise state last week. Some upside there that David Joost at Texas Tech was has coached with met will so. Also be good for Alan Bowman. I think this. I'm not gonna go into a whole despairing thing. I think Matt wills backstop is what I think. And I think that what we're going to see I don't I'm telling think not what I know. But what I think is a ho- cuts trying to make a big play. Maybe he can't get the big play done and one of his something like a Leech doesn't work out. Then he's going to go with wells and going ahead. And I don't know if that's a coordinated leak or not to get people used to that name to get them searching did a search for Matt Wilson bring up that pro that story by Don Williams. I didn't have it bookmarked and whenever you Google wells. It'll say met wills met wills Utah state, Matt wills Texas Tech. So the name already out there. That's where things. Exist. As we kick off this edition of the program. I would expect some movement in the next twenty four forty eight hours. Because here's the thing is that in Texas. You have a twenty one day waiting period. I believe that the clock has started on that. But in Trent's, turn this other side of Texas sports show, but the law in how it in politics, and how they integrate in politics into sports, pretty great. You got a twenty one waiting period. And I'd have to go back and look at win a believed that that started on Sunday so early signing period, December nineteen if you're worried about recruits, then you gotta look at the law in Ken a coach me on the road recruiting whenever he's not yet an employee. Sure that there are ways around it. But the clock is ticking on early signing period for a program that needs some big recruits in some depth. So that's where we head off. Matt. Wills the leader in the clubhouse, again, get Ross Ramsey the leader in the clubhouse them, a heart. Whenever it comes the Texas politics. My political counselor coming up right after the break. You don't wanna miss the insight and the analysis from Ross is out boldly push him to where Ross Ramsey absolutely will not go. But it makes for good radio. Lau Larsen on university of Texas versus AM loaded show for you stick right with us about ninety seconds from now back with the other side. Some. But is that Tom of the week? And he's just the right God to talk through what's going on in state politics, as we get into the weeds of what I always are used the most influential form of government in your day to day life. That's Texas politics in Texas government. He is executive editor of the texture Byun..

"Oh, you can't resist them with pickle. Wow. That is amazing. Did why would you write beware and words live here? Why would you do that why would yourself because just are you an attention whore or could be too you're trying to influence people's votes? Maybe people think that they're racist here. So go vote for can we be honest about this could we be honest about this. There are racists everywhere. We're in a racist culture. So even if he did write it himself that doesn't mean it doesn't mean it could have been real and probably Israeli summer. I've never seen it real. Ever heard of an instance, like this where it actually turned out type of thing is because I mean again like there will people marched and said Jews will not replace us in Charlottesville, shares real racism, obviously. But really people like put rates. Bother with. Bother with do every action from Broderick part, eight Broderick takes Manhattan. No, I'm looking for that. He's promised a response. He's still working broddrick three home alone. I mean this happened just last year at K state same same university. Don Williams wrote the N word all over his car in graffiti and claimed he was the victim of racism see rates, the N word Oliver. It's car you've defaced your car. So apparently for this. So apparently, there is no real bad punishment at case for this because he was not punished in so far. Neither is this. Right. And so it will continue to happen because they get what they want. They get the publicity. They get their name out there. They whatever they're looking for the get and the in case dates doesn't step in and go. Okay. What you're expelled? Oh, yeah. We don't we don't. We don't. That's absolutely a. At least would you would has criminal charges would think so too. You can't do you can't keep doing this. Let me ask you this. If you were working with somebody. And they said, you know, I just I just found this on my office door. I somebody just slipped. This note under my door and said. You know, Pat needs to be killed or whatever, Pat, you know, warning, Pat lives here and pats a horrible human being. Would you work at the company that would say, well, let me investigate it through the dining service. And then the, you know, the guy who's making the slop comes up and says, no, I mean, even I got him to confess. He wrote that himself would you not want that guy fired? Absolutely.
