"Arizona, right? I rise up for myself and 60, my colleagues to object to the counting of the electoral ballots from Arizona. Is the objection in writing and signed by a senator. Yes, it is. It is. So you hear the mix, some groans and some clapping and cheering. And then it all came to a halt. Sure did. Yeah, everyone had to be evacuated. But what We're hearing from them now that they plan on returning as soon as the building is clear, But we're also starting to hear the calls for it being drawing up the articles of impeachment against Trump the calls for vice president Pence to enact the 25th amendment against Trump. Even calls for anyone that was standing up or planning to stand up against this election process here, those that were calling out that we want That they want to have them immediately removed from their position. Yeah, that's ridiculous. Belinda because in our history and mark, we talked about this earlier in the week. It's happened before. When John Kerry lost the election to George W. Bush. There was a challenge about Ohio. Kerry didn't get on board and you heard the objections from the house that day. You can't do that. This is part of the process. Not look. Objection. Let's go to Lisa in beauty with Marc Melinda and it Good afternoon, Lisa welcome. Hi. Thanks for taking my call. You're welcome. Yeah, I agree with Fernando, the previous collar, And then there was a color I believe before him before the break in terms of the frustration for Trump supporters, and and I just feel like The words you're saying right now is you're saying earlier that the things that Trump says has Been stoking the fires for his supporters to go out and do what they did. And, um, if you think that he did that, then that's irresponsible for you to say that because you don't you can't be in the minds of his supporters. If and if you're going to say that that I'm going to say you're irresponsible for saying what you're saying this whole I don't know. Two hours, three hours. I've been listening to you. With all the respect. I believe. What I've said has been echoed by many, many, many people, and I just believe the president was over the top today. Don Jr Don Jr said today on the Save America stay teeth, he says, Tell the lawmakers we're coming for you. We're coming for you. Rudy Giuliani on the state today said We're going to trial by combat. And I think after we hear the president With all his complaints today for an hour and a half, that group was fired up. I'm not saying everybody least in that group. You had some really, really good people who were passion about the president. You had some Yahoo's there who broke windows who got in who broke in the offices and did make him Not not all Lisa and I think the president said, go to the capital, and I think if they would have gone peacefully to the capital not tried to storm in, there's nothing wrong with that. Well, I have to say to that is again you on the airways, saying This about Trump supporters and the people. The rewind. Back to May. And how the media played out Everything. With the race right riots and the protest Ng And I couldn't believe I heard you say. Well, there's a few outlets that said that you know there was this with people know there were there were politicians. Encouraging. And then there's that one politician that just what was her name for Michigan. I believe that said, We know who you are. We're going to come get you. I mean, let's call what it is. So where do we go from here? Lisa? Lisa, where? Where do we as a country go from here? What do you see in your crystal ball? No. I wish I had a crystal ball. But I don't. But the frustration of four years of hearing Trump being bashed. I mean, could you imagine having that You don't know where to turn. Who can I trust? All right, At least I got you. "You know it's hardly fascism, but the point is there Often engaged in this exercise of trolling where they're telling, you know, they're almost daring trump to do something because they don't really want him to. Okay. Trump leaves the ratings leave with him. 88789910. I know a lot of you calling and we're gonna get to the phones here in a second. The one thing in this poll. That we have to get into Okay is what they're already banding about. Okay. Pull came out this morning. 12% of GOP voters said they'd vote for Mike Pence in 2024 if, in fact, Trump didn't run. There's also an additional 8% that said they would vote for the president's son Don Jr Don Jr is not running. Not with his dad on the stage. Personally, he's been on the show a bunch we get on just fine. I don't think he is anywhere close. To as marketable and I have to tell him this on the world stage as his dad is that you know Donald Trump is a transcendent character, whether you like him or you don't. Um Michael is in Fairfield, Connecticut. And you've been following this up in Fairfield. What's happening, man? Hey, good. Like you show enjoined it this morning. Didn't happy Thanksgiving over with. Hey, Thanks for that. I don't know. I just appreciate you plural izing the listeners. It's usually just one. So thanks, e kid. We're trying over here. What do you think if you have the Trump man's corner man and this boxing match You keeping him in the ring? What do you think you should be? Oh, yeah, I think it's must see TV right now, and I think he's going in the right direction. The results might not be what we won't want to see. But at this time, it's very, very entertaining. And it is must see TV. I don't think his legacy will be affected either. Which way And as far as the future goes, none of us could really tell in that far into the future, E don't honestly, I in terms of 24. Before. I know a lot of his supporters would support him. I don't I don't think it's going to be a world that where if he doesn't run, it's going to be his son. Because the truth is Trump even within the Republican Party doesn't have universal support from the elites because he's not one of them. You know, That's the thing. He is very much who we thought he was, which was an outsider who went into Washington as a pseudo revolutionary in a sense and really shook the town up. They don't want another dose of that if they can help it, So if Trump ain't running, I don't think anybody else in the family stepping in to fill the void would be would be my guess. But you know what? I I agree with you. In the meantime, he's given us a hell of a show and we might as well enjoy it because, like I said, we're not going to see this again. So As a guy who just likes the spectacle of it all. You're telling him the stick around for a little while longer Right into Super Bowl. We just connected pain. Spoken like a guy from the tri State area because you know, there's no good football for us to watch. So we might as well keep this boxing match going, right. Exactly. Well said, Well, Mike, I appreciate the call. Happy Thanksgiving to you, my man. Don't take my man Don't have one of those big parties and get arrested by the CDC play some defense I'll see you soon. There he goes it 8 78 9910. Britt is in Las Vegas, Nevada. Brett what's going on in the 702 more claim, old man. Yeah, I tell you. I think he's coming back because, thankfully, he's a sort of loser, especially sergeant. There's especially so when they've been cheated, and I don't think anybody unless you're a Democrat or a fool believes that this election was fair even if the boats were not Counted, censoring by the media and social media made it unfair. And I believe that I don't believe that the election stuff was was was fair. There's too many. If you look, if you look on the on the Internet and stuff like that, you'll see so many things that are showing I mean, actually heard a tape of a training in Detroit before the poll workers telling them what to do if a valid if a boat was invalid, how to make it count? Buying and things like that on, you know, Here's Here's The thing, too, Is is this country, the people that everywhere there are bit back in Trump. We need to make Biden's presidency as difficult as Trump's presidency was, if for nothing else the Democrats will see now we're one in one Then they come around. Maybe we can be civil and we can stop doing this to each other. But okay, It's kind of like you're gonna let somebody punch you in the mouth. How many times before you punch him back? I like that. You know, I like the philosophy. It's It's very schoolyard in the eighties. It's not really schoolyard. Now. Now somebody gets hit. The parents are going to jail. It's a whole to do but But I do like the old school philosophy you need to as a Vegas guy. You need to get downtown and tell that to the Raiders defense so we can slow down the chief's next time. Yeah, I agree. But I'm OK. I am on the eighties guy in a group in the school yard of Los Angeles. You know, I've been a Raiders fans and about 1972. Wow. And growing up in L. A. I was about the only one that surrounded by Rams fan and his big comeback could always be well. How many Super Bowls that they want? Well, growing up, is a Raider fan in Los Angeles. Now you know how it feels to be a republic. Get in New York. Like May strike with that, brother, you need to get yourself a flak jacket and helmet. I just come out there and hang out with you in the new black hole, man. We'll talk. You're invited for Thanksgiving. But don't tell nobody e love it. The cops come the cops coming to my door and I'm gonna open it up and I'm gonna be coughing the whole time. You're ready. I love you, man. Good work bread. I'll see you soon. "I rounded debates but he's kind of set in now and the Republican parties figured out like what they WanNa do with them and how to get things done with him, and now he doesn't seem to be the same kind of candidate. He wasn't too. I mean before he seemed counterculture and honestly I still find myself being like very into his things because. With how things have swung and how like kind of especially the mainstream media like I like watching them explode and Own. Do, I get a kick out of that stuff. So in that sense I still kind of you know a bit of a fan of him in that sense but he definitely doesn't when I look at like the things that he has done policy. Wise. The things that he has instituted the what he's accomplished throughout his time in three or four years. He doesn't seem like much of a contrary in anymore. I mean it's very clear that he's toeing the Republican Party line and I mean there's another book that I've recommended before it's called dictator's handbook yeah. I'm it's just impossible for somebody in the position of the president to really make that much change if they don't a have public opinion on their side and be have the powers that be turning keys to open doors for them. Right and so he's kind of hot to play ball with the Republican Party to get anything done at all and I. I have a feeling like a lot of his motives are kind of personal. Personal Finance personal all. Legacy that he wants to leave behind I'm sure his kids will be set for life if they weren't already they'll you know. But like they've been the trump family, the children have really been bumped into this like upper echelon of American royalty which they didn't have access to you. Before you know Ivanka trump is now friends with all the politicians and same of American Don Jr.. Don Jr. is doing his book tour nobody seems to care the Conservatives don't seem to care that Don Jr. basically left his wife and kids and his dating some fucking whore and going around pumping a book out you know like they're all lockstep behind him now. how is that conservatism? The Guy who walks on his fucking family goes to Sheila fucking book like get the Fuck Outta here. I don't know it's just Donald Trump seems to be a lot more like..

That's you know, that's probably think in his mind as well, be a Klan meeting. I wonder when Biden is gonna come here. I'll tell you what. I think there's a chance he's not going to come here if he's up by 10 in some polls, not to the very end. Not to the very end unless he blows that debate. And the polls in Arizona starts if go a little bit towards, you know. Even that's when he'll come, But I don't think he's gonna come. He might know. How do you feel about that Arizona thing that's kind of how do.

That they do matter they do. Well, you know there's sort of poor. They should be very thankful to even be near me but now there's Some of those people do testing work not very very educated than not. Looking into whether some of them have criminal records but. These are not strong people and I still at them in the white. House to show how much I respect our everyday. Americans even the ones that are worthless and stupid. That's that's not very nice. Even know there what do you mean? That's not that's that's the nicest thing you can do when you think somebody's a worth a human being and you're still let them into your home at. We showed great respect Obama never did that I'm a few questions about that whole interaction. Why were you all standing around awkwardly like you're all waiting for an uber like it was a strange just standing why was that were protesting by not social distancing? Without masks so hopefully. Those people are now it but they are sort of heroes even though they're sort of expendable with. We had covid. Circulating in the air. You re testing them. Well, we'll find out I. We thought let's see if it. Wants to munch on. Somebody's poorly educated losers that are showing being shown. Great respect by that president. Well if you're showing them such great respect how come you didn't ask them any of their names. No they have we we got the names before, but it wasn't. It wasn't important for the DVD parents. That's fine. Your voter tiffany trump spoke tonight in a two day to night to I call her fat Miley Cyrus. She she moves her head a lot. All around like a bobblehead do you notice that shoes? There's a lot of problems with that one. I. Know I I not a day goes by that. I don't go. Why didn't you? Why don't you just use the check? I gave you Martha Naples. That I need seven, hundred dollars I gave are seven fifty. So she'd have cab fare home. And next thing you know twelve years later you gotta? You Know Tanya trump just walking around. You also had Nick Sandman the guy who was. In Washington DC being harassed by the native American man. Bang the drum and his face. You had him speak. He's speaking and scancen culture would speaking as a strong pro-life young man, any resources speaking I think on behalf of school shooters who want to get back to school so they can continue shooting. I mean you look at that kid he's one trenchcoat away from ten homicides. He's he's he's a strong Christian warrior and also probably Homicide Maniac. "Committees just proceed sort of on their own pace and own agenda? Well the ultimate quarterback it has become Nancy Pelosi, but we asked her very same question awhile ago about what she was giving the commission direction on how to pursue impeachment investigation or, or any issue that comes up on Capitol Hill. She said that the committee is run independently. It's really up to the chairman. But if you go with the party general, philosophy, they all do seem to be on the same page there, either a pursuing investigations so they can build a very good case, should they decide to pursue impeachment will be there pursuing impeachment regardless. And because you mentioned the impeachment, I mean, they're in a tug of war Pelosi Nadler over just this issue that the impeachment question. House speaker Nancy Pelosi is not in favor of peach. She says impeachment is the same thing as indictment in Wadi house might vote to indict because the house is run by a democratic majority that then has to go to the Senate, where the trial, if you will, and conviction would be conducted and the Senate is run by Republicans. And so she says, it's, it's so unlikely that the Senate is either a gonna take it up be through. And actually convict does, she says the most important thing is to build a case that the American people can seek. And so this will not only influenced how the voters nightside in the next election. She says, which is really the, the ultimate factor or, and she was quoted, although has not directly responded. She this quoted as saying that she'd rather chic the president in prison rather than impeached. And since your candidate a sitting president, according to Justice department. They're just kind of building all this information, then that might be used someday after. He's no longer in office, or not is, is the argument on the other side at least part of the argument on the other side, because you could certainly see a lot of arguments on the other side. But if Donald Trump were to gain reelection than your prayers, or hopes, or plans to end up in prison pretty much go away. Yeah. You know, stretching out the clock is really a good strategy that the administration has been employing. Not only in terms of this, overarching issue of impeachment. But in terms of the president's sounds described blankets, defiance of subpoenas to trip as investigations and to sort of make them drag out much longer and eventually ended up in the courts. And as you know, when things go through the court system, there is no such thing as breakneck pace. Right. And this executive privilege that the president has called upon and is calling upon increasing a ways the only way to challenge that is in the courts. Yeah. It can it can tell there's there's there's two ways one is in the most immediate. You said it's kind of a sluggish process, but most immediately is in the courts. And then there is a really, really long process. Leashes legislatively in the legislative process is just very slow. And again, just to review the idea behind an impeachment and the idea behind some of this testimony, that the, the Democrats, primarily are trying to get is an that testimony is now being withheld in different ways because this executive privilege and because of requests for the president to, let's say, Don Mcgann, and others, not to testify, the idea would be to get these stories out so without this testimony without the release of some of these documents, it's harder to get these stories out. Isn't that essentially their argument that's their argument? I may say that, while the president maintains, there was no collusion and no obstruction of Justice in the mullahs report. They believe that the special counsel, not make a ruling on obstruction of Justice that up to congress. So they say that this is their constitutional responsibility to conduct oversight. That's what the congress is supposed to do. Other things like on the government and that if they are blocked from doing their constitutional role of conducting. This oversight, then the president and enough and enough himself with the post Miller report is obstructing Justice in that they say, maybe impeachable in and of itself. No. Because we're talking about executive privilege. The president has also used executive privilege to block congress from getting these documents about the citizenship question, which has been added now to the twenty twenty cents. And the reason that's important is because this question would by definition. If it showed up on a census questionnaire, it would favor, a, a, a kind of a redrawing of districts in a less than favorable way to the Republicans. So the GOP GOP they, they want the question on the questionnaire I actually set it wrong because should've show up that they likely wouldn't get as many returns on, that, as they would, if, if the question were not there that makes sense to anyone Linda makes sense. Please. The, the Democrats are saying that first of all, one of Congress's responsibility is to oversee the census, which is federal headcount ended. It's done every, I believe ten years or so. And so if it's it correctly, the problem gets compounded year after year after year and certain districts that might be misrepresented will not get things won't get better for them. So they won't get their portion of the federal funding pie. If you will now putting the citizenship question on the on the Sanchez would have the effect of tamp down minority and immigrants participation. That's the argument there. And the result is a lot of minorities immigrants who are eligible to vote do not vote Republican. They tend to be more democratic voters. So putting that question on the ballot on the on the census rather working is the Republicans favor because less people will participate, and it was suggested an insert of a weird way this apparently a kind of a legendary Republican party strategist died, and in this disputed of aftermath of his death, his daughter discovered a hard drive with information about this particular question and the crucial role that this question would play in helping the GOP if you could get it onto the twenty twenty cents. That's right. And that's exactly why people want to get hold of that drive. They wanted to get a hold of the supporting documents the president this morning. Thank you privilege over those documents so that the company could not say it. Yeah. So this executive privilege is, is really being whipped out an awful lot now onto Don jR, Don jR. He's having a closed-door meeting with the Senate intelligence committee. And I the question among others, and that's why I'm glad you're here is about perjury. Might might a perjury might perjury. Charge result. Is there a threat of perjury? He, he says, of course, not, you know, I I wasn't I'm not there to change anything. My testimony, the first time is what my husband is going to be now. Yeah, actually he just left a short time ago. That's exactly what he said. He said that he said, I need to change anything because everything I said, was truthful the first time, the only reason my comb, it back here, he said once because of the Michael Cohen, the president's former personal turning and self described fixer. Who is he he points out? It's presently doing a prison time for lying to. Be very investigative bodies in congress that he's talked that Don jR was talking today. He says the only reason he was called back because of what Michael Cohen said about the now infamous Trump Tower meeting where Don jR apparently met with Russian officials and apparently disgust of various projects had Russia or didn't discuss various projects in Russia. And whether that was the fluids became pain in any way or Russia's help influence, the, the outcome of the election. And so, Don jR says, you know, he was happy to come here and clarify he he's happy. It's over. And he didn't change the thing because he didn't need to change a thing. But you might also recall that Donald Trump junior did not want to come and testify. He balked at it. He fought it is even some Republicans who are. Trump's enthusiast said said he shouldn't bother to even show up. He should just defy that subpoena, which is a shot. Shopping thing for a member of congress say. Yeah, this is a different congress. That's for sure. You know, Linda Kenyon before before you have to leave, I wanted to ask you just in general about congress, because I know that there's been a frustration certain things have been prioritized, obviously, when the GOP had control of everything that pushed her the tax cuts, and that was clearly a priority to them. Now the divided house. It's a it's a much more difficult situation to, to get major legislation passed perhaps, but I know that there's frustration growing even in the Senate partisan Senate that their legislative agenda is not looking very good. Meaning they're just their record of accomplishment. Now is starting to be thin. Yeah. Well, you know, the Senate agenda is set by the Senate majority leader. And in this case, it says Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell, who is a Republican, and so the house passes do after Bill, and then they as the old tankers up here, then it goes to the Senate to die and. And that's exactly what's happening. In fact, Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer, the top democrat has said that Senator, Mitch McConnell has turned this place to a legislative graveyard. So he's not bringing any bills that might put his caucus in a in a awkward position. He's not having them on record for anything. That might be considered controversial, and he won't even take vote for anything. Controversial. Exactly. Right. Right. So always doing right now is putting a confirmation votes on the floor for either a lower level judges or a cabinet secretary assistant secretary positions and anything else that needs a Senate approval. But nothing very high profile right now. And that might come back to hook them. If the voters say, well, what have you done after since the tax cut? And a lot of the fanatics shaking out other than that. Have they done? So they are going to have to answer that question. Linda Kenyon, always good to talk to you. You bring some kind of order from the chaos. I don't know how you do it. Where I put my keys. Great talking to you. We'll talk again. Thank you. Linda Kenyon from Westwood One from Washington, when we come back. Wow. Big decision in Canada. It had nothing to do with the Toronto. Raptors it was a huge decision..

"I didn't know I didn't know it. But I think it's a great thing that he did it. I saw it last night. And they want to look at how that whole hoax gut started. It was a hoax and even Muller. Dada. Friend of mine, even Bob Muller came out, no solution and the ad eighteen people that didn't like Donald Trump. They were Hillary Clinton fan. They contributed many of Hillary Clinton came out. It was the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on the people of this. And you know, what I am. So proud of our attorney general he is looking at it. I think it's great. I did not know about it. No. I love it. Why wouldn't see see bar is just Trump's lapdog right there? That's what he is. He's he's he's doing that. He's doing that. He's he should be doing this. Why shouldn't from excited guys been attacked three frigging years? When again, what do we have we have Jeb Bush, his brother's sitting on the board of Chinese company that was illegally giving money to Jeb Bush superpac got one of the biggest fines levied on his superpac at ninety grand by the F E C. And then you have Joe Biden son in bed with the Ukraine and China. Oh, Trump's the guy bunch of, you know, would you had you had a whole bunch of globalist yet Republicans and Democrats didn't care about the country. They just figured out a way to enrich themselves. And we had we were able to pay for it from to fly around and do it and the expensive us. And Trump the richest guy to be president gets in there. And he's like, I'm gonna set it straight. Good for him. Good for him. I don't know what we do after he's gone, but we'll worry about that. Then. All right. All right about that. Then I Don jR, baby died Ivanka now, Don jR, Don, jR, it might be just as brutal as his dad. You know, I just a little bit more smooth. But I like it nine thirty four. I had a great story. Just sent to be great listeners. We'll take another shot at frigging chief Magnus here. This is really an incredible story. I'll get to it. Because Magnus again said that listen illegal immigrants. They don't. They don't they don't make more crimes happen stuff. Like that yet? Here we go. Here we go immigration crime virtually all involving illegal male Hispanic immigrants the top offense in federal courts last year. I'll get to all that right now. Qena steeds, FOX..

You're not new anymore. Do the new Red Eye Radio? You know, have you noticed the difference? We're more upbeat. No. Yeah. More positive approach. Critical world or the new radio of a more positive uplifting view of the world. That's right. People are doomed. Positively. Radio a more pessimistic look at our doom society, more positive. I'll just say you're positively doomed. There. I did it. Caught me off guard the new Red Eye Radio. Yeah. It's a good one. All right, deep voice guy. That's a good one. Oh, yeah. Yeah. I get it. Thanks a lot. All right. So looks like the end of last week Muller will not be reporting. Well, he never said he would never supposed to be the fifteen. Well, you know, what's funny is is that you had both Nadler, and and an Adam Schiff over the weekend saying, oh, no, oh, no, he'll testify these going to testify it won't be Wednesday. But he's going to testify and then Nadler making the comment that if because Nadler's saying, they're negotiating with the Justice department, and and and Muller keep in mind Muller is still an employee. Now, this is going to end any day now, but he's still an employee of the Justice department. But then Nadler said, and if he doesn't if we can't go she ate terms will issue a subpoena. So he's going to testify one way or the other. You can't once again, you can't change the rules. There was subpoena. So let's say you got him to appear. There's a number of things that he's not going to be able to answer. And then it will be because this is all about the show Kimberley strassel was right. When she wrote last week, what does not really want. He just wants to put on the show, but continue the show going. So then it will be on molar, then they'll blame Muller for not answering the questions. Because he won't be able to answer the questions you want to continue the political back, and you want new people to blame. But you can't do that. I mean, the the the president was railing again on on on the Russia collusion over the weekend. And I'm sure there are some people including us saying don't bring it up. Right. Don't give the other side any and every time you bring it up, then they attack you back if the Democrats have nothing look at the Democrats if you don't argue back with them, it's like watching the democrat presidential candidate. Nothing's really going on. Right. Nobody's really talking about. It. Doesn't mean anything because they're talking between themselves. And they really as as we said before they really won't go after Biden's until till they go after Biden is really going to be nothing there. But it really isn't that exciting. There's nothing there because there's no substance that they're talking about the things talking about her. Look what was what was one of the highlights of the past weekend. Think about this a highlight of the democratic presidential campaign this weekend was Cory Booker stating that. Those talking about FOX and prayers after a shooting is BS and use the word that positive really for your campaign. Does that go anywhere milk, right? That change anybody's might know. Is it anything really of substance? You may try to get attention. But is it really good attention? No. But if the Democrats go back and forth with their heated rhetoric, but they're arguing between themselves and the and the Trump has Trump administration has gone. It's over it's done. Just respond to move on. Then what are they argue about? If you if you answer them, though, argue if they get if they got far they would be pounding bar because they could pound him, and they keep repeating the media his statements and the arguing back and forth and the angst back and forth. The same thing with mother that's what they plan on doing. And of course, the president got hit for all the tweets said, he put and, you know, endless commentary on the different don't give them any ammunition. More just stop it. Yeah. Move on if you if it really is about moving on as the Republicans, the Republican leadership is said, and the president has said it's over than it is over and be done be done. Let them argue about it take a because when they are by themselves. You take it off the media table. There's really nowhere to go. It's all right, right. And that's how they should respond. Oh, what do you think? It's over next on. Well, this guy he can say whatever he wants. But if you have to defend the president or somebody in the room ministration. Republicans are stating something well at you know, at that point, you're sort of forced to answer. But if your side is insane anything, right. Even if it's Lindsey Graham. That's okay. If it's Lindsey Graham or or they're investigating something else. But really when it comes to Muller himself, and I guess some of it was because of Senator Burr, you know, wanting to bring back Don jR, Don, jR. On it, which repeat, but. You just go. Well, that's up to it's up to burn and junior. But you just I just wouldn't bring any of it up anymore. Because it's over Muller has said it's over. Muller? What do you mean? He didn't say it's over. Yeah. That's when he finished his report that means it's over, right? That's when he was done. The investigation is over. That's what it means. He submitted. His report we know the conclusions of the report. So it's over and just like we said with with that part of it William bar or whoever's investigating the Pfizer court situation from two thousand sixteen summer of two thousand sixteen they're going to have to show the American people evidence they can't just bring up their stuff based on the questions like Muller was assigned to. But I suspect that won't be the case that if bar does approach something because he's not a special prosecutor. He's the attorney general who who said it over the weekend that the the Democrats are turning the Muller investigation. Could you imagine other court case where the judge comes out and says an or the judge comes out and reads, the verdict not guilty not guilty. Yeah. And then the prosecution is screaming to the TV cameras, but you're not taking everything in context. You forgot the the. The there was there was context of the non guilt known not guilty, right? Over stun move on. They may go back a couple of days and go back and forth. But then. It's done. But even it's to the point of the attorneys, the prosecutors in a case where somebody is found not guilty. And there's no evidence to show that they're guilty. You can't even identify what the crime is. And then the prosecution still coming on Saint. But we we thought we could have had something in the context was we think he was a bad, man. People would laugh in and that's where you are now. So don't give them don't don't be playing the game back and forth. Move on. But that's what they they. They're going to do with. They're going to do they because they have nothing else. But in this case, can you move on. And I'm talking about another case because people should say we should move on from the Hilary Clinton Email investigation. But emails released Judicial Watch show for the first time that the Obama White House kept tabs on a freedom of information. Request for information on Hillary Clinton's emails that was improperly rejected by the State Department. Now, the State Department claimed in may of twenty thirteen in response to a liberal group. That filed freedom of information request that no responsive records at no records existed. The agency's internal watchdog later determined that the denial to be inaccurate and incomplete since Clinton used a personal Email account to conduct State Department businesses. These documents suggest says Judicial Watch is Tom Fenton that the Obama White House knew about the Clinton Email lies being told to the public at least as early as December twenty twelve. So what they're saying is this this liberal group. Liberal watchdog group citizens responsibility in ethics in Washington submitted to the State Department in December of of of of twenty twelve they put in the request for information on former secretary of state Hillary Clinton's Email accounts. And they wanted information from them and the State Department won't give it to them the White House new and was monitoring that freedom of information request why because they knew at that point that if they'd given out that this what fitness Saint they the reason White House was moderate as they knew Hillary Clinton was using. The wrong Email, right? She was breaking the law, and they didn't want. And so the whole point is was there pressure not to release the information that existed because we know it existed, but they didn't want anything coming out that would show her Email account because at that point everybody would know she was breaking the law and the White House knew she was breaking the law because the White House was receiving emails from her from her illegal Email account. Well, and if that were the case if she's breaking the law and someone else communicates with her knowing. That she's acting outside the law, and they communicate in that same fashion. Are they not culpable at some point? So these documents suggest that the White House knew about the Clinton Email lies being told to the public said Tom fitting in a statement, the Obama White House orchestrated the Clinton Email cover up several freedom of information requests were filed for information on Clinton's Email accounts during her tenure at the State Department, which ended on February first twenty thirteen the most specific request came from crew which was another organization which was submitted on December six twenty twelve. We didn't find out about the Clinton Email server, and the that she was used at her home until twenty fifteen had the State Department fulfilled the freedom of information request the public might have learned much earlier than it did that Clinton used a personal Email account hosted on a private E mail server while at the State Department. And and they're saying the White House was interested in that request. Why because they knew because they knew that's that's his charge. They knew that that that at that point that if it would have come out, then they would be tied back to knowing that Hillary Clinton had an illegal Email. Yeah. And didn't do anything about it. Okay. Oh, it's going to be an interesting next year. Is it not if you're sending a receiving mail Email that you know, has sensitive material that is sent to or sent from an unsecured.

"Sean Spicer. The Tom shillue show is the best radio show. Anyone has ever witnessed period? Okay. So the. The constant investigations haven't come up with anything on Trump yet. So Jerrold Nadler says Jerrold Nadler says he is now going to do it himself. The Democrats are going to do the investigation themselves. It's not about Muller. They gotta do their own. What do you call oversight? Listen to morning Joe as we get into the political angle of this. Donald Trump face one of his worst weeks last week. He's had one of his worst months in the past month, or so and its numbers appear to be calm, Israel, like still. I mean you and I've never met a politician. It'd be excited about forty one percent reelect that means you're going to lose but still Forty-six approval rating. This is about as high as Donald Trump, Scott. So his approval ratings going up. Amidst. Why does he started off by saying he's had one of his worst? I mean, how often have we heard people say and one of the worst weeks of his presidency last week? Well, maybe it wasn't the worst week. If at the end of the week is approval rating went up. Eight hundred three eight five two four eight six six. What would it take? What do you think Jerrold Nadler Ken find that would hurt the president? Because honestly, there's a bunch of people who don't like the president. None of the Democrats do right? So about half the country doesn't like him never liked him. But it doesn't seem like all this. Russia stuff has hurt him at all. Maybe it has helped him Rodrick in Dallas, Texas. Hey, how you doing good? How you doing? I'm great. I'm great. I think I think Donald Trump and shot himself in the foot. We don't need any help doing it. I mean, this guy is seventy one years old when he's been so in bad seeds for a long time. You can't continue to so bad. She can expect to harvest well, then that they should for years. But in that in that. You've got a paper trail. He's got a paper trail, you better believe he's got a paper trail because he's not the shopper's tool in the shed. Well, the if that is the case that he is shown himself and that people can see his true colors. Why don't the Democrats lay off the investigations and just show all the stuff they have on them and say, look, we don't need to investigate. We've got this. They they could they could because they tried the thing when they were running against him. They said, okay, look, he's a bad guy. He he said the following things. Look at the the the racism, the, you know, they tried all the different things. And then he got elected, and they said, oh, well, we said the sexism racism, they they really went hard on those things. And now that he got elected, then they try the investigations don't you think Roderick these investigations aren't doing anything to hurt him. They are trust me. They are. Because what what is it? For years and years. You've got a lot of people that low status Donald Trump. Was a flamboyant seagull that people were growing to not no one to Cohen Cohen says some things last week. That I know that a lot of people cannot get a fire which because we look for principles morals and values we wave our kid stole embrace dole things. But when you got the Lido. Oh, the country. One of only things that we would have our kids embrace when he said, you know, not only did he commit? Bank fraud. Heaven. Aw, he's what what is is money inflated. Well, if that's the case, though, Rodrick see Americans do like, you know, they they love honesty. They love you. No, good families. They love faithfulness to your wife, and they love, you know, honest, business dealings and all that stuff right now Mitt Romney had all those things he was like a model American but America didn't go for him. They didn't like him, but they elected Donald Trump. And so maybe it's the fact that Americans have such a low view of the leadership in Washington because Congress's approval rating is something like eight percent or something. Nobody likes congress. Nobody thinks our government is trustworthy. So if Donald Trump comes in, and they think he is just as on, trustworthy as all the other people in there. They call it the swamp, you know, except that he is a destructive force. He's like a bull in a China shop, and they think look, I don't even think Donald Trump is the greatest guy in the world. But I think he's a smashing the he's he's like a bull in China shop, and that's what we need right now. Know what to do just that? America's at all time low man anytime you let them individual now. This is what I want you to do about this. What type of philanthropy, what type of service? Donald trump. Was shown seventy one years. Donald Trump ever gave anything anybody. I mean jobs. He's always been on the take. He's always been on the take. He's a he's a selfish individual. He's not a selfless individual. Yeah. Well. Changes seventy one years man feels. And it's a harsh reality. Donald Trump is trash. Okay. Well, Rodrick thank you for the call. The thing is I think that's all baked in the pie people like Rodrick, don't like him. He is what he is. Is what Rodrick said? And I think that's true. He is what he is. And that's what people like about. He is what he is. And that's what people don't like about him. But the thing is most people know that politicians are not what you see is what you get. They feel like they are two faced gut felt set it on stage last night. He said politicians look in the eye, and they smile and they lie when Donald Trump looks at you. And he tells a lie he kinda winks. That's what he said the whole crowd laugh because they said, they get it. They get Trump. So that's what they like about Trump is that he even if you don't think he's the strata shooter in the he shoots straighter than all the other guys in Washington. And that's what they appreciate about him. So I think Rodrick is right. He is what he is. So those people who like them we're going to keep on liking them those people who don't like them. We're going to keep on not liking them. But I don't think all these investigations are going to move anybody Kurt in Fort Worth. What do you think? Tom. How're you doing? Did. You have a good weekend weekend. Hey, Rodrick, man. He hates with passionate. I kind of admire that, but it really drains you don't know if you've ever Tommy probably never even hated anything or anybody. And God bless you for it. So draining. The hate is just you know, just it just takes so much out of you, man. It's like swimming fifty laps every time you open your mouth. So they do IT makes you so angry that the thing is that that's one of his strengths is that makes them crazy. That's one of the reasons I love him. And I wrote a I wrote a little poem about Nadler Jerrold Nadler, I just called Nadler, the paddler, and and I I guess I wrote it for Rodrick would you like to hear? Yes. Nadler has a paddle. He's roaming, the hall searching for victims who will be first to fall. Don, Trump junior Eric Jared or some other Ladd who was bad Nadler is the paddler and manage G-glad no one ever knew who he was. And that made Nadler mad and now everyone knows Nadler the paddler and everyone now is quite sad. It's almost like a children's poem Kurt. Well, Shirley, waking gets through the people. Yeah. Yeah. You're right about one thing. They are Nadler is now he's getting all the attention because he did the Sunday shows, but Shiff is still the delete her of a lot of this stuff and shift has said we already have evidence of Russia collusion. And they said what is it? And he said, Don jR, Don, jR, took an Email. And he said sounds great that Email. So that's what they're going for. It is what they're going for it. And let them go down that path. Tom lowest unemployment rate for black Americans lowest unemployment rate for Latino America's my wife's side of the family of Latino. They love them. Let's see lowest unemployment rate for single women in the workforce largest amount of people ever working in America. I read here just yesterday free point eight million people fell off food stamps. Things are looking good Joe in L A J Georgia was saying I'm excited about the future. And by God. Let's get it done in twenty twenty. That's make America. Great again. Let's keep America. Great. I'm on board Kurt thanks for the call. I mean, that's that's so like you said Roderick said, they they we we knew him. What was he said, they everyone has a sense of what Trump is in their opinions are baked in. Let's see what Boyd in Brandon. Mississippi. Yeah. I just say, you know, Trump they'd have to do something while he was in office. To say. Yeah, I want him out so far. I haven't seen it yet. It's the stuff that all the stuff. They're going for is the while he was running you're saying, so they gotta get something for when he's in there. We'll elected him knowing that. And and how can I mean, it's just I mean Obama's doing cocaine and Doke so so how we look past that, you know, before he's in office. I see. So you're saying that but how about this? They're going to go for the things they have on him or the things that shift and Nadler are looking for is in office. It's the firing of Komi they say, okay, the firing Komi shows that he was obstructing Justice the announcement. That Flynn was a nice guy. I hope you can do a masala that's obstruction of Justice. And then the intimidating of witnesses. I guess calling Michael Cohen a rat or something. So they're going for those things in office. Any of that, sell you? Well, it's gonna listen in lesson because when they start eating their own for the upcoming election, the attention get moved a little bit because they're gonna have to apply the same research and stuff to each other that they are to Trump comes the way to social media's going these days. Yes, good point Boyd. So it's gotta be something. That's good. A good test for Boyd. He says if you're going to get Trump. It's gotta be something. He did in office. And I would assume for most people that includes the things he did visa the investigation calling it a witch hunt over and over that's not gonna fly all while. He was an office. He called her a witch hunt. I personally think obstruction of Justice is such a ridiculous charge from the Democrats because they want to expand obstruction of Justice to be any anybody proclaiming their innocence. Basically, everything the president did that they're calling obstruction of Justice is some version of somebody saying, I didn't do it. And the most American value. We have is that people are innocent until proven guilty. And they're allowed to say, I don't even like all this stuff about the gag orders. You know, that that these these witnesses who are put under a gag order. And they're ordered..
