"A ticket 20 times you're able to cash 17 times In a couple of these cars we bought like five in 150, No born 16 and one I mean that that's what it's all about. I mean, So we hit last week in our big 40 to 50 to play on Central board us. I'm just going to keep going or we got some games today. Lee we got Let's take the one o'clock games. First we get the Rams Buffalo. Buffalo's a surprising to know at least to me, and they're given to to the ramp. So the Rams getting two on the road, buffalo. How do you see that? No. No one is talking about this game Everyone's talking about, you know, the Ravens and the Cheese and Dallas, Seattle and and New Orleans and Green Bay two to an O teams. Playing extremely well and both close a different team. Now they're wide open team used to be just play defense to try to win 16 13. They try to outscore you now, and that's the way the NFL is. They brought on Stefan digs. She's quite eight for 1 53 touchdown last week at Miami. He looks great. He's opened it up for everyone else and and even give the Rams credit, I mean Derek off three touchdown passes it Philly 1 47 51 past destroy. He's throwing 27 to 31. I do think, though the Eastern time zone they had to go to Philly fly back home, and now they've got to come back East and And Buffalo. Little more physical, a lot more physical than Philadelphia here. And I don't think the Rams have been tested yet. Give me buffalo here. Think they win this game? Something like 35 24 35 24. So with the points you're you're OK, Texans owing to I didn't see that comin here. You got the Steelers. To a no. And they're playing great defense. There's the Texans and Steelers later on today, and the Steelers have got to give 4 4.5, but it's in that range right now. But boy, I I don't know whether that Texans offense is ready to explode or ready to implode. I don't know. I can't figure this one out. So here's the deal When I Purcell, that's fine. I project the lines and I thought the finds have been 6 6.5 every week. There's a line that solved two points and Trust me almost all the time. 80% of the time. The strange line you take the team That's not getting as many points. They should beginning and they'll find a way to cover. I don't know what it is that in the five point line Five point 5.5 point favorite. The NFL last decade only covered 39 40%. But in this game No, Houston, Can you imagine you make the playoffs and you lose. You are like OK, let's regroup. For next year. They were given the first three games of going to Kansas City. Monday nights open this season. Then they gotta play the Ravens at home and now pitch work. I mean, I think that they kind of You know, they had it under wraps his offense, and I think Shawn Watson is going to make some calls here and make the marbles and he's going to open it up here and J. J Watt healthy. You know, Put some pressure on big then this is a trap line. I win in this game here. 28 26 But I think the four points too much. I think Houston's gonna cover maybe win the game outright. I'll take the Texans. Maybe you don't need them. Dallas. I'm watching this Dallas Atlanta game last week. You've got to be watching you, too. Do you think Atlanta bite of emphasize special teams plays this week with what you do on an onside kick? What a gift for Dallas. Now, today, there its saddle and Seattle has got to give him for Let's be completely honest here. That was one of the greatest, if not the greatest onside kick ever. I've never seen anyone like that. So they're always taught They're taught to think they're tired, waiting Coco's 10 yards and the other half of that If it looks like it's going to go 10 yards and it's going really slowly pick it up. I think they forgot or jump on a forgot to tell. The guys on the front line that, But here's the thing about Seattle, Seattle and Russell Wilson. They change their game plan They're attacking. Now They're using the past to set up the run, and how good is Russell Wilson? And I think he's the M V P nine touchdown passes into games. 73 points. I went back to my database. The last time someone has done that to start the season. I mean, you have to go back to Chuck Knox in Seattle in 1985 with Dave Craig when they scored 77 points against Listen to these two defense is them washes. Defensive spangles. And don Corio. Tackling is optional looking Dallas until you can and all three levels. I'm great in all their players on defense, and only two of their 11 starters air getting passing grades, and that just shows you the defensive line, not getting penetration or not protecting The linebackers and the DBS aren't covering well enough when the ball's in the air. In a shoot out. They're gonna have to win. They're gonna score 35 plus points to win game. Dallas is Seattle. 38 31 oversee Seattle went 38 31 over Dallas 38 31 you want you're going to cover with that you're gonna be fine. Chiefs at Ravens Lee Chiefs at Ravens. I hear the Chiefs. They're scoring points and they think about 71 2 games. The Ravens have only given up 22 in two games, and the Ravens are giving three to the Chiefs in Baltimore. This is this is I mean, when was the last time you remember the Chiefs in the last couple of years, going on the road and getting points? It's amazing. It's gonna happen. Maybe 45 times, probably in the next decade, and unless the Patrick Mahomes is hurt now, here's the game plan and the blueprint to beat Kansas City Now Kansas City was my choice to win it last year during the year and as the playoff progress But they were the best team usher. They're not the best team right now, and they haven't got their mojo. Everything's not clicking. What did the charges do? Ran the football and control the clock and they should have won the game couldn't pull it off. So Baltimore can run better. They ran for 2 30 last week against the Houston Texans. They won for a least 100 yards in 18 straight games, the longest active streak in the NFL and Lamar Jackson. What has he done in the last nine regular season game? 28 touchdowns and only one interception. He's magnificent here in a shootout, Baltimore 41 34 over Kansas City..

Dallas Seattle Ravens Rams Chiefs Steelers Kansas City NFL Houston Philly Buffalo Baltimore Houston Texans Russell Wilson Lee Miami Philadelphia Shawn Watson Green Bay Atlanta

"Randy graduates are who else Alex Karras although unfortunately I know Alex Karras more as the data from Webster rather than for fall player true peers in and Donnie shell for the long time defensive back for the Steelers so the whole point of this centennial class is for some of these guys that someone my age thirty four years old may look at and say I've only seen their names or I've only heard about how they are you know you have guys dads that played for the Packers in nineteen twenty seven and box Emerson who played for the Portsmouth Spartans Carolina names on here where it just doesn't I have no idea who some of these guys are I'll be completely honest with you but I look at this list and if ten are gonna be chosen I feel like Randy gratis chars going to be one of them I really do I have felt that he is a borderline hall of Famer one of those guys that you understand why they're out but at the same time you kind of think Phil they should be in and I think a relative lack of of team success potentially for some of that time hurts credit shar and look I hate to be that guy but let's just be perfectly honest going back to the Pro Bowl voting there's been a lot of times throughout NFL history where the Broncos haven't been nationally relevant and sometimes it sounds like a cop out it sounds like you're bleeding orange and making excuses stop but then you look at somebody like Steve Atwater who I feel much more strongly about them Randy Gradishar maybe because it's a by product of actually watching his career instead grad Ishar I'm coming through stats and watching old videos and listening to people but you look at two guys I grab a star in out water like why haven't they been more seriously considered for the hall of fame so there certainly it's not a bias is just the Broncos for a stretch of time I have not been a relevant actually because unless they are competing for super bowls hi there still even in the NFL they're still in flyover country but I think looking at this list I think Randy Gradishar has a great shot and I know that a lot of Broncos fans believe that he deserves to be an as for Dan Reeves I do this is the one part about this centennial class that I do like I do like that the coaches are being lumped in more with the contributors then they are with the players because it is very hard for me to look at someone like don Corey L. in say all he definitely deserves to be an over let's just go back to Steve out water I've always side bad coaches for the pro football hall of fame should be considered repeaters and that's what don Corio contributed right yeah he won but they're Korail offense is what he is known for so I like that they're lumped in now with the contributors and and and things like that but I I I look to coaches Dan Reeves Dick for male Jimmy Johnson Mike Holmgren Tom floors bill Cowher don Corey al and also body Parker which is well before my time that's a tough tough list for Dan Reeves to be one of two chosen from that and it always goes back to the debate we have about the Buffalo Bills do the Buffalo Bills get enough credit for going to as many super bowls as they did because they lost them Dan Reeves is labeled and I don't mean this you know like a failure by he's lost you feet you quite losing with Dan Reeves even know he won a ton of games and deserves some credit for taking the Broncos and the falcons two championships but when you have losing attached to your resume and your mom no more for the games you lost in the games you won that's a very tough narrative to turn so as I look at this list my gut feeling is granted sars gonna be one of the ten finalists out of the player pool but I don't feel like Dan Reeves makes the cut you give me your thoughts five two two nine eight seven two Dan Reeves Randy Gradishar which one or both deserve to be in the pro football hall of fame coming up next we'll talk about the modern day the current day Denver Broncos with the Denver based sports columnist for The gives that Paul Klee E. but first a look at your Thursday traffic introducing the Capital One Walmart rewards card unlimited five percent back on everything you buy at Walmart online it's the perfect.

"Working. I find some oranges. I got a good party trick in mind. He's got some east got some clown. Antics is up his sleeve and we can. We can didn't get to that basically now. There's the flashback the first flashback that we get that we play it a little bit of in our first episode of down the hatch jack is going to meet cindy. The flight attendant who we will see periodically throughout lost we will not see for much of the rest of the first season other than oceanic flashbacks. She's going to <hes> a- as mike described i liked the wink wink free drink that she is going to give jack an extra bottle of booze and he's going to drink like dear old dad he's going to do it and i was gonna say i. I i off little easter egg here. Apparently the russian on jack's vodka bottle translates to rain which is very interesting considering the recurring motif also again here comes noel jack. Oh i believe you might be breaking some f._a._a. Regulations by giving me this extra bottle of booze but you know when all take it. Thank you at least he's. He's not as derisive as the marshall by calling her like sweetheart or kitto or anything like that so good on you jack for doing the bare minimum yeah but jack sheppard is a notorious party pooper. We're a party of five pooper if you will but he likes to rain on everybody's parade in russian or or english or whatever you have but we get this quick flashback. We get to see a bit of the plane breaking up from jack's perspective. It's harrowing. It's terrifying. We get back to the island and everybody's talking. There's some behind the scenes scenes chatter rose mentions that she feels like she she recognizes that sound the monster made from somewhere and then somebody asks her where you from. She says i'm from the bronx which is a clear of the cap to the fact that the monster noises of oak a taxicab in new york city taxi cab if you have not heard that before it's very much the case there's another great moment where you hear sawyer talking about the island as monkey island which i love. I guess that means he is a point and click ed venture game guy. He's a a lucas arts ban sawyer referencing the great monkey island game album same amac's of love same amax that he never pulled out a nickname for somebody calling them guy brush three at any point or or trying to or like they've they ran to the heavy rains any sort of squid and called like we had dealt with not of the tentacle over here right swashbuckling how appropriate you fight like a cow. There's none of that but it's nice to dream and not a surprise. Sawyer is a big star wars guy so he does keep it in the lucas family. The trek trek towards the cockpit is going to begin before it can begin. Kate is going to need some appropriate footwear so we get this really tense. Moment is really grim moment where she has to find a b. o. d. y. s. She has to start through the b. o. d. y. S. as hurley describes body only imagine what they're smelling like at this point not great pretty grim. Kate is going to lift some shoes off of somebody who is no longer going to need them and it's a hard thing for her to do and she's going to look up and she's going to lock eyes with john. Locke who as mentioned is going to do one of the great lost gifts on the twitter verse that i like to use whenever possible john locke terry quinn smiling kate with the orange peel in his mouth just makes you wonder what other vaudevillian skills he has up his sleeve that we just don't get to see don corio and he is not and i do love. Evangeline lilly just gives one look to john locke that says oh so much john locke suffice it to say he's a very unlucky man but maybe that has unfortunately not led him to making great first impressions as he did here with kate or third or fourth or fifth impression some people you know it really violates really varies and it comes to john locke so the mileage begins for jack and kate eight they recruit charlie charlie decides really volunteers. I wanna come with we come to find out and of course having watched the show already. We know that charlie's reason for joining the trek is is he wants to get his drugs precious drugs that are that. He left in the cockpit of the plane as he was in the bathroom in first class. He is very excitedly telling kate that he is drive shaft like you wouldn't have met me before but i am familiar and that's because of the bass player and driveshaft did backing vocals on track. Three's a very big deal yeah and also vincent this entire time is me being from a bush which we can talk about vincent's motives. I know that we don't see too much. I think we get his point of view. You wanna be lost missing pieces well. I do wonder if he's lingering in the jungle because he might not want to go back to his owner and his owner owners owner's father situation. I feel like he's just lingering because he's a huge driveshaft fan. Oh my god that's the bass player from drive shaft. I need to i need to give him. My autograph are far far far far far yeah. He's a big dog. Shaft is really the best cover band in new york. Yeah you are. Everybody is his favorite song for sure and then of course when they do the diaper commercial. You are every puppet every puppies please. Somebody remember that parody when we get closer to the time. Don't don't waste it now. It'll be so much fun when we get to you all every puppies in season to fire plus water put it in the counter in the books starts raining not raining dogs. It starts raining actual rain. It's a sudden downpour. Its end of the world type of weather that everybody is seeking shelter and this is one of the fun things about early. Lost is like watching the camps come together and everybody's like still scrounging for supplies even though the characters many of them feel like they are fully formed and fully realized right from the get go they feel like very lived in human beings the the environment is not for them they have to they have to figure out where they are and what they're going to do so they're like hiding under tarbes. They're they're hiding under the wing wing. They just haven't figured it out yet. Meanwhile john locke loves the rain. He's so anyway he pulls into tasha bedding field and feels the rain on his skin and it's glorious. It's great we go from that. We hear the monster that we see the monster once again. Everyone's like hey something's going on. The trees are moving in something is clearly heading towards the cockpit and honestly for the first time ever mike with the fact that the monster seems like it was just like on the edge of the woods since it's like last night and into this day it's made me wonder for the first time ever since we know that the monster can shape shift. We know that the monster has agency. We know that the monster her is somebody who can con- people you can con sawyer so he can just about anybody. We know that ethan rom is going to infiltrate the group at some point in time. We're just has fan fitting the deleted scene where the monster like shape shifted into some dead body from elsewhere on the island and tried to infiltrate the survivors group and i i i would love to see that in comic book form or something like that. I feel like there's a story was written in spanish or english. I think probably in spanish so yes ah i mean now. It'd be a lot of fun and we'll certainly get into what the monsters motivations may have been in this first episode knowing that it is a sentient being that it is the men in black who has this ultimate scheme to get off the island and instill his brand of evil upon the world the thing about the monster from what i remember is that it can dan take the form of people but it has to be the form of people from somebody's memory so i guess maybe if someone's brother died in the crash they could do that yet and we'll put a pin in that because maybe there's a reason why he killed the pilot and it might be that particular reason all right. We'll get into it so everybody gets to the cockpit. They reached the pilot aka seth norris aka a gregory grundberg. We totally missed. You know a website from season four. Where seth norris's brother chuck is the t._v. Oshii fifty flight and he's like oh my god my brother's dead but that's not right. I need to go find him or the the m._t._v. personality john norris who who knows there's there's many noises norris brothers join up in the season eight or season seven and they decide to take the store. Everybody knows that seth john chuck our brothers and that is a norris tripton nor the nurse trip what's bad triplets coming your way at some point in the future but they reached seth norris the pilot <hes> he reveals that they lost contact with with with people back home that they weren't able to radio round and everything was all fritzy's so they needed to veer off course they wanted <hes> travel back to fiji because that was closer than going to l._a. So they touchdown and figure out what was wrong. So it means that they have crashed somewhere that is fairly fairly close to fiji which mike maybe helps explain why richard alpert and jeff probst look so similar also explains why they were able to build shelter initially out out of some challenge props. I got leftover between seasons. Yes absolutely kate. Go and she's going to look around for charlie who has suddenly gone missing. It turns out not that he is in the bathroom. We know why he is there but she doesn't. She's like what are you doing there. Which i think is pretty rude because like what if we had to go poop. He's the body. What if he's a shy pooper. He doesn't wanna coop on the beach and he thought oh here's a bathroom. Let me i have at least a little bit of privacy to my name. I haven't become a complete savage yet. Kate yeah stealing from jack's party of five pooper routine gene. We're going to see some some bad noises. The noise is we have heard from the night before the noises. We heard just a few moments ago. It's the monster. The monster is gonna show. Go up and everyone's like what's happening here and greg grunberg. I'll just pick out the window because that seems like a safe thing to do as he gets dragged off and turned into paste based on the windshield of the plane that will be promptly rubbed on boo s._c. Hallucinate shannon being killed by the monster..

"Dukes to Africa remember that whole thing okay yeah sorry yeah so he would be great on yes so would be great so I'll didn't want to do that he made it very very clear Sir like I made it clear that I can't play the physically anymore and and softball games out made it very clear he won a part of that but then I I was surprised to hear your during his tirade about I don't want to go to this country or a foreign country or this or that I want no part of that his Alaskan cruise he basically had to get drugged and then held hostage during that thing just doesn't want to go anywhere so what I'm asking now this morning I say well what do you what are your plans what what day how much time you take it off what you got going on for the fourth of July holiday does he's going to Italy for a week hi al dukes the al dukes said we know the man who has an aversion to the outdoors a man who does not want to leave his town his house he only comes to work because he has to because it's the thing that sustains is life with the money he makes here is going to Italy for a week which is just to me mind boggling and he's not even going to in the places you think you'd go he's going to a tiny village basically like the old to pan of Italy where notorious go and there's nothing to do which makes me even more sort of curious about this whole vacation you relax you go in you a drink there I Talian coffees and you eat their food and then just enjoy with a look at you like well is an American here what what law argument did you lose with Gina to Gina goes she knows a a woman who lives in this town it's called but Dona Italy but Dona she knows a woman who owns a bed and breakfast there so Gina likes to go there okay but she's going for a couple weeks because she's you know renting her home so then she can go for a couple weeks and I not go there you know what I mean like if she's going away for three weeks you gotta go I gotta go right especially to summertime your lobby at all I mean nothing quite says July fourth like but Dona right right so where were you where are you flying into Milan I'm on okay nice big airport yeah then how far is the dry think it's sad three hours are you playing south wall when you get south no idea so I want to Italy back in nineteen eighty seven the summer to a place called Celso majority and south of Balon and I put on a football camp there get out here with the former Chargers head coach I just had a a name and my tongue I'll think about it mayor Cory L. now now is in them anyway so we put on a football camp down there for ten days yeah it was great and we found out like with three days left to go in the camp that we had to select a team and put a team together okay and I would take the offense and the the the former NFL head coach would take the defense we had a play a team of professional Italian football existing Giuseppe I'm all right only you know it says including bin is only with any good agreed by got back Guido by got that we go back out of the great going to walk out of the Greek we don't but got that is a sports reporter in Italy okay when I got to know all these guys are these guys any good that you played we we should be dumb but a lost we lost at the end but that Lino floor flag because he was of refereeing the game while of course as you throw flag against us for holding or something and then they ended up beating us wow that's diet is you know they're probably still talking about that over some limoncello today I wouldn't doubt in their J. Bowman so point being that it was a very small village in the middle of Italy so I can understand why do you know what I want to go there was yes lovely it is very lovely you will lose your mind yeah I mean there I'll go very calm now I I can actually be very calm because there's not a lot of people yeah there's not a lot of people not a lot of crowds I can read a book or something but what if you need something and you don't nobody there there's no towards the right areas you can nobody speaking English is not like I will Walgreens around the corner if you run at two space like is how was that ball got well I do use the Google translate app which actually works pretty well have you ever used it in now it's a free app that Google has and you can open up the camera with it and hold it over something rare in in Italian and it shows up on your screen in English all I thought you were saying like you could talking to it and say I think you could do that as well so if you were to open up that happened say can you please show me where your toilet is yeah like I've done that to the like a waiter or waitress I will type in what I'm interested in and then each and then hit the Google translate and show them on my phone wow and others all yes yes yes bad San Diego head coach was al Saunders house Saunders at two OO was in down in Italy down in Italy he was a coach that came after don Corio wow for San Diego what made you want to put on a football camp in the middle of some village in Italy I was a part of an NFL international series now that didn't catch on the Italian NFL's use it was prior to NFL Europe in the World League of American football right was amazing how many kids showed up at least at least a hundred fifty kids wow and very few spoke English and I spoke very little Italian yes so it's not like there's a flood of guys getting drafted out of but guys guys I showed up at this thing and you're thinking that it's gonna be kids and it was like eighteen to twenty five year old guy smoking cigarettes and hang out right one to play football that's incredible all right let's go to John Carlo in Rutherford what's happening Jon Karl former jail without two point three women's World Cup you know you got to keep an eye on that stuff many will cost three fifty I dropped fifty Bucks automatically when the World Cup I think it pays like two fifty from the beginning the beginning there plus three fifty to win the whole thing yeah dude I thought I was like well I like I noticed that the field at the Meadowlands dropping the kids college fund and I was like yo let me pick and I understand I I popped out at me more I want to know what you thought the girl was goes for the ball yes they did the drinking a few thing I want to know what you thought about that one the British comedy that that was a little bit faithful and I just want to know we thought about that when he got up and I always always talked about this morning yeah I I love the boomer didn't really I don't know boomer and I disagree on these things all you let alone non I put in my CBSSports minute yes and of course she even she put her hanky out as well but Sir do you like it or not like it I thought I think that this U. S. women's team is got some sort of thing going on against the world I don't know what it I know if it's Joe I was their coach or whatever it is but you know from starting at that thirteen nothing gaming and style and sure to where they are now for the games of gotten harder each time they have gone and the teams there playing and so the the higher ranked teams France England of course you know they're coming after the American players these games have been very very physical and so I can totally understand the emotion I totally understand it and that's why you know I didn't have a problem with it I absolutely love it that Alex Morgan is the best I think she is a tremendous representative of that team and that's sports he's all over the place he does a lot of media I think that that age that they have is is so attractive to me with that team that whole team is just like I just love the fact that they are out to get everybody now I understand the okay if you lose now in the final people are going to be all right I mean they're all and they all and even Megan Rapinoe who said prior to their game against France who was the the home favorite said she wanted she wanted to be a circuit she wanted to be covered like crazy and yeah you know she was not backing down from anything and it'll and they have accomplished that for short hopefully she's able to to play in the final but eight I also think it's it's one of the coolest things in the world to be able to be brash confident over the top and in and accomplish it better when you ride but if you do win doing it that way like the eighty six Max doing it that way there is something about that I could tell you on the international stage there are many who are pulling for the other team yeah we are and of course I I get it but I would not us all in on in my life I love that team and I I'm gonna be glued to the TV for the final on the road like hell for let's go to Ron in Middletown Ronnie what's happening a little more AG are you guys when I finished up college I tried to chase down my dream and couple of guys that I played with older than I was played fourteen in Padova Italy and I was able to go over and play for about eight months and it was pretty exciting for me you know for someone that was just still trying to chase down the drain but we we played pretty well good football over there yeah how many how many Italians were actually on the team well what it what it happened once the guys that were older than I was there was a is a division like say the eight division where they were allowed to Americans that could play on a particular weekend right and you can and you.

"don corio" Discussed on Changing the Game

"I remember Sunday when I invited you to come to church with me, and you and your mom came in, and I heard her singing, as she walked down the aisle to where we were seated yet a big purple hat. And she was singing, her heart out. That was my mom. That was my mom. And as a matter of fact, my father's, churches. He started celebrated last Sunday, fifty five years of, of the opening, and they called it purple day in honor of my mom, she always wore purple. So everybody wore purple at the. At the party Sabi. It was just it was a good function that they had. But like I said being brought up in oceanside was was the perfect place to, to grow up because we have such a great community. Everybody was involved in the community and we were able to go through football. Baseball basketball, all the sports that you wanted to. And I must say I have never had a bad coach coach me here in oceanside. So I mean I was I was blessed. While you're blade your high school football at oceanside high school. You're back there coaching track and field. Now, you went on the San Diego State, and you've played for a man by the name of Don coryell whom you was circle back around to the chargers or he became your head coach in your pro game. So what was it like playing for Don? Coryell. Well, you know, down corio never change. Don corio was a, a players coach. He really really really loved his players, and he would do just about anything for you, but he was an intense coach and as you know, down Coriolis pretty much responsible for the west coast offense. Absolutely. He had things that he had done. We were running three three wide receivers in in college, we had a tied in there was one hundred and eighty five pounds they flexed his neighbors, Tim Delaney. And this guy was I mean he was on a linebacker for the whole time. So corio figured out, how to isolate people and positions and to take advantage of it. And I enjoyed it, Dan Fouts. You see say all the time about Willie your coach your coach but their routes understood what the west coast offense was all about. So. Yeah. I always felt that Bill Walsh got way too much credit for that west coast offense at the expense of dawn. I, I mean I thought was right there with Walsh, in bringing that new style of football to the west coast. I agree with. You totally so. But it's all right. You know, it's just a shame that he is in been inducted into the hall of fame. Yeah. I agree with that. And then you had a son that came along William, and he went to southern California played for Pete Carroll and then you let him go play for the raiders come on Willie who's ever gonna pay? To two of my payroll, but, you know, that was it was exciting just to have him get into the NFL, and he had a coach by the name of the sub just wide receiver named Fred bullet cough, you know, that coached him and said, will he's a player so and but I want you to know I never L have never worn a raider anything. I wore black but I wouldn't wear a raider thing. I.

"Happy Honda day sales event getting great deal on all the great Honda vehicles that I've been talking to you about all two thousand eighteen the two thousand nineteen versions are out the Honda Accord in particular, check it out. What do you have over there? Chris. Okay. So we're still talking about this few days later baking Mayfield v. Hugh jackson. This is the first round k o but he Baker was asked about it. And if he regrets calling Hugh fake on Instagram. No, people took it personally, attacking you. It's the. Opinion on how transpired and. Although athlete I'm not a cookie cookie. Never happened. It never. Mind. I didn't like the move people. Don't have to care looking for anybody. About this. We have we have to stick together play together. Love this guy. I do not move off of my stance or take everyone put it from from Monday show. This is Baker mayfield's aid on display the Browns will follow his as far as it will take him and them that clearly in that locker room somehow some way for whatever reason. Hugh Jackson did not pass Baker Mayfield smell test or the lion share of the locker room smell test. And that when he got fired and turned around after a week's worth of media tour in which he talked about other quarterbacks that the that the team passed on. That would have been franchise quarterbacks that led to the disaster of his win-loss tenure. And then wound up on a team that they play twice to coach a side of the ball that goes against Baker Mayfield. Which is not even his forte. That that's why he gave him the handshake extended Heisman. And is talking the way he's talking. And you may say it's immaturity, you may say it's arrogance and I'm sure the Browns say so what? And I know fan base is saying that right now. So I remain on moved from the way. I thought about it the minute I saw to this current day. Yeah. He's been awesome. Two straight win seven touchdowns only one pick and that's ban. I know. But but I mean, we're talking about non football stuff here. We're talking about respect, and we're talking about saying things publicly that normally or kept in house. It's the same guy that planted a flag in the middle of the road team. Raft. I don't know what you thought you were getting while you draft them. And again, if you missed on eagle in our number one. He and Dan Fouts had the last game that you Jackson wound up coaching for the Browns. He called it the Hugh Jackson finale, which was a great album against Pittsburgh. Right. And and he said he and Fouts went into the pre-broadcast meeting with Jackson Fouts hall of Famer Dan Fouts Mr. Don corio quarterback, Dan. Fouts. Said hey in terms of innovative offenses. Why aren't you run more Oklahoma stuff firm? And Hugh Jackson's response was. Yeah. I agree. And again, if that's his response to Dan Fouts than what's the response to Baker Mayfield. If he's asking that what's Baker Mayfield going through between Jackson Todd Haley at that time that the head coach says it's either out of my control or you're right. But I'm not doing it. That's your background. Behind. Baker Mayfield reaction, and we're all giving him grief for what he saying publicly. I will proffer to say what he's not saying publicly is. Like gone with the wind meets winds of war. Those are two those are the two thickest books. I know you know, what I'm saying that was my analogy right there. I mean, you put those books together, and they're very very thick Warren peace. I should've done that. It's more. It's more plausible. Yeah. What else you have over there, sir? Well, we have a new quarterback in Jacksonville. It's Cody Kessler era against Indianapolis this week, and they caught a hold of Blake Bortles former quarterback in the locker room today and said he would like to still play again. Yeah. No problem with competition or anything I'm not in charge of decisions that are made. I put myself in this position and force their decision to be made. But at the end of the day, they're in charge of making personnel decisions. And it's a competition. Or if it's see later you're out of here. Whatever it is. I just love football opportunity to play again. He's I mean when I talk about a pre-broadcast meeting meeting him..
