"Trader and. Kim Kardashian and Kanye west have done something. Again. Like we needed further proof that there indeed trash. That's why we call them Kerr trae if she ends. Oh, you're so rude stop bullying them, they can clap back all they want. But in the meantime, I'm gonna tell you about Kim in Conyers trademark business for speaking of business. Hold onto that thought for psalm west, that's their child, their fourteen day old child. They have filed for and you know, put a pin in it because I'll get to you in a moment. Kim Kardashian Pacific because I can hear these people already filed for trademark. I'm just not putting up with anybody stuff today. Okay. Apparently, do I need to be here at all. Because you've had three conversations with yourself. Kim kardashian. It's not me. It's all these all these bitches out here who can't just listen to a damn story, I'm totally kidding. She filed for trademark protection under her company Kim Kardashian international enterprises or whatever it is. So that psalms name can be used for stuff now. You may say to me, Colleen, it's not unusual. That's unusual celebrities often trademark their names in the names of their children, because they're concerned that people rightly. Off of the the names of their children. Let's just the world. We live in. I knew the minute psalm. Wests name was announced people were like, I'm gonna go to demeans dot com and find me west dot com clearly that had already been purchased by the, you know, Kurdish enterprises situation. But that's the kind of thing, people would do so totally normal in this regard. But it's when you start to see what kind of trademark protections. They have put in place that you begin to ask yourself, what are they thinking for this fourteen day old child, because it means. Well, it essentially means that they're projecting forward and trying to imagine all of the possible ways that psalm Wests name could be used for somebody else to profit off of it, right? Yeah. Apparently, they're very very big on hair accessory for some west. Because you you're not going to be able to use. Psalms name for hair, accessories, at include Brett's bands, bows, clips ties ornaments pin, scrunches, twisters and wraps. What goes twisters? What doesn't it goes on from their personal appearance and skin care stuff probiotic supplements? Toy figures Dolac, centuries, computer, software clothing, baby. Bottles furniture, strollers beverage where swaddled in blankets. It's cetera. Oh, wait. Chopsticks. What if you were planning on psalm Weston some chopsticks for sale on your at see store? Woah onto the because you will no longer people to do that. Okay. Have a question does this mean? Okay. So does this mean they literally cannot put the name psalm west? So, for example, when I go to a store like a tourist location. Any place. I always still to this day. I'm forty one years old, almost forty to look at the wall. Oh personalized items. You see if they are using my name. Oh, sure. Because I have a name that didn't usually get printed, this. That was that was a big deal. Right. And when I was a kid my name wasn't common enough to have its own personalized area. So does this mean that they see that you can't even in your at see store? Make us waddling blanket that just says thumb that I don't know. That is a very good question. I would assume some west but far be it for me to tell you, otherwise all, I know according to the information, and maybe we'll begin to learn these things is that they filed trademark protection under Kim's company's name, or excuse me, under her company, so that psalms name and I don't I would assume that means the entire name. But again, I don't know, for sure. But I wanted to that was just there's chopsticks skin. Moisturizers lotions creams, bubble by fragrances body powder, shower, gels body. Oilskins zeros nail polish nail nail remover nail. Preparations puppets puzzles toys jewellery. Toy cameras toy food bath toys, baby gyms playground balls electronic action toys, baby bouncers, baby changing tables, baby walkers, pillows, mirrors, cushioned, frames. Carrier's cosmetic bags toilet tree cases, duffle bags umbrellas clocks, watches keychains, calendars books photo. Albums stationery stickers, writing utensils and collectible trading cards, I could go on, but I won't. Wow. However, that is not it. So again, you would say that's probably just being that's due diligence. I guess, make sure all the things. Yeah. You can't put the name on any of things. Here's what's interesting. It seems every time occurred ashington Jenner, according to TMZ, again take with a grain of salt. Although it's a Kardashian story, which means generally speaking. Ever base smokes and nothing Israel. He the Kurdish sorry, they're in bed together. Yeah. So when you metaphorically speaking. So when you see Kardashian stories on TMZ, you can take them to the Bank, correct, generally speaking. Correct. Okay. So in addition to the protections, we know that the Kardashian Jenner clan, has a habit of filing trademark protections for their newborns. So this is not new yet. Rarely rarely do they actually launch businesses with their names, which the Kardashians have done with psalm west. And is creating an actual business under the name of psalm west but. I think I know what's happening, but it's not good. Oh, tell me more. I'm getting guests that this is going to be the name of the Konya west church. What? Yeah. A church that sells chopsticks. I mean, are they going to sell chopsticks, or they just are if there's a business? In it is until it's not if it's so if it's under the umbrella of an already developed religion. Then it's not that is tax exempt you. But if he's starting up his own thing, and he wants to, like, have a name of it, and all of that, and then he can filed to be taxed, or I mean, that's what Scientology was before. They applied to be tax exempt. Yeah, I would think they would do that differently. But who knows your? I mean you very well could be right. What TNZ speculates is that a they want to block other people from using their kids names, which we talked about, right? Or do that at some point in the future, the kids might actually wanna start business of their own and not be blocked out by people who've done. So but, but I thought, we're you saying that they created a business called psalm west and none of the other kids have a business. Yeah. I don't know which children who but presumably, that is passable this are, you know, I would also just imagine that, you know, whether it's a religion or. A product line that they're trying. I mean. Family is no stranger to building and starting businesses to be sure that they just want to create as many money-making opportunities as they can, and it should not surprise us that they are willing to pimp out their children, their own sexuality their own personal lives for the purpose of making money. It should not surprise us that they're willing to do that with their very own offspring. Now in a way that any most people would find somewhat distasteful or at the very least dispatched dick, I think about this every once in awhile about what it must be like to live a life, where for the majority of it, your mother has been not only your mother, but your boss, your adviser your agent your like that, that level of involvement in your life, and then you become a parent to your own children, and the only example of mother, you've had has been involved in your own life. To that level. I think about what life is going to be like, for those kids when they are teenagers when there, because the to, to them to the Kardashian girls. That's how involved a mother is. So what do we know probably about the Kardashian girls in terms of their relationship to their mother. It's kind of a push poll, right, because they are like she's an obnoxious, Hoban manager lady. So I can hear in their heads with their very own children. I'm not going to be like my mother yet they only have the context for motherhood that comes from their own experience. So you always end up being your mom. I'm sorry. I've not my mom's pretty great. Sorry. No, I'm saying you always end up being your mom. Right. Because it's experience. You have. And it's not that it's that you're exactly like her right guarantee. That, that, that way you view motherhood. However, it's fabricated, like, for example, I always I was like I had a onto was like her. She rebelled against the religion that she grew up with, because it was so strict and grandiose, and like all this stuff, and she ended up in another version of that, that was supposedly the exact opposite of the religion she grew up in, and I was like, I kind of feel like you just traded one overly complex hierarchical system for another. And I think people do that. But, but in her mind, it was different. It might reaction to the thing. She had an experience with whereas, I think the very same thing will be true of these children will be no less oppressive for those children. It will just not be, you know, the Kris Jenner model. Right. Can hear Kim Kardashian like I'm not gonna be like Kris Jenner. I'm gonna let my children flourish, but that to her is probably gonna seem somewhat oppressive whatever that definition is to her own children. Right. She'll do a different version of the same thing. Probably. You know what we should open up like a phone line, like psychic friends or something because we can tell the future. Oh my God. You're so right. They don't know what they're missing when we come back on the Colleen and Bradley show, we're going to get dirt alert all the dirt straight from Hollywood on my talk, one of seven one the Colleen and Bradley show whack China. "So we all you have to do is just call my office this week. You don't have to schedule this week. But once we hit March fourteenth after that day, this offer no longer applies, but you can call tell him that you would like to do the initial evaluation the one that has the blood test for the kidneys. And we'll get you in. Let's find out what's going on with those kidneys. Rarely do. They get looked at on a regular. Basis and we need to find out. What's happening? So there's five stages of kidney failure or kidney disease. I should stay the different stages stage. One I see this quite a bit in my office. When the person started to have kidney problems stage one would be considered kidney damage with normal or increased G F R, which is a test to detect kidney disease. Now, why would it be normal, and you could be stage one? Well, there's a couple of things that can happen albumen, which is a a by product of protein metabolism will go up. This is a blood tests. They checked albumen and creatine, and if it's high it usually indicates is not being flushed out through the kidneys. So that could be a issue urine sediment abnormalities now this would you'd have to detect that in a urine test that could cause stage one. Kidney damage, electrolytes and other abnormalities and his are historic. Not his Dolac skin, abnormalities and tissue structure abnormalities. Let's put it that way. Can be may need to be detected say by imaging. So you do a cat scan or MRI to figure that out? But that would be stage one stage two is a mild reduction in the GFR staged three. They actually have stage three a which is a moderate reduction in the GFR, and then stage stage three b is a another moderate reduction. The just the numbers are a little different there. You have stage four which is severe reduction in the GFR. And that's usually when people start to being put on dialysis and then you have stage five kidney failure. And I believe the only hope you'd have end stage. Five is a kidney transplant. Unfortunately, hypertension is a frequent sign of chronic kidney disease. In other words, hypertension and other word fry pretension is high blood pressure is. A frequent sign for chronic kidney disease, but should not be by itself considered as a marker. In other words, if you have high blood pressure doesn't mean that you have kidney disease, but it does mean you need to be careful, and you should get checked on that to make sure that your kidneys are in good shape. Of course, high blood pressure when it's untreated is going to damage kidneys. That's one thing that you're concerned about with high blood pressures that it's damaging your kidneys, or it's not damaging your kidneys. But you just don't know it's better to know. So again because of world kidney day, which is March fourteenth all this week. We're gonna be offering the free evaluation. Just call my office, and you can have that done. And have it checked, you'll know or not know? All right. So here's some more statistics on these kidneys. Thirty nine.

"And they just they talk very slowly, and they move slowly they do especially early on newer newer who has kind of sped them up a little bit and giving them the ability to fly. Really? Yeah. Those are wondering it was a running gag because they like they used to be like the joke was like well dollars. The simplest solution is Alex. It's just put a stairwell in your building or something. But then during the they eight know, they're they're mutants that they're like they're like, basically like organically created. Okay. Like, yeah. No. Because they. How are they make more of them manufacturers scientifically genetically engineers when trying to say, okay? Okay. Yeah. That's that's one thing. That was interesting as someone who's more of a doctor who knew when I started watching when I saw the daleks. I was like, okay. This is ridiculous. But as you kind of watch it and see almost the seriousness that the doctor has when the there's no way around it, you feel that that heaviness with. Yeah. With him. There's an episode in the first season of the modern series called Dolac. It's like the middle of Eccleston run. And you've meet the dogs for the one dollars by itself for the first time, it's real creepy. It's a scary episode. It's a base under siege plot. And it's just really scary the dollar. There are some pretty good Dalek plots throughout the history of the show and also some really bad dog plots. They are at a adversary. That is really well used when. Properly use and just ridiculous. When us too much, they get kinda clownish, and they get a little overdone and their mythology has been so spread out and made strange that it's hard to like still find them scary. But they also been taking a break from using them a little bit. Like, they haven't used them a lot in the last couple of years. And I'm hoping that when they finally do you bring them back. It'll be like a huge. It'd be like really intense. I will say sorry to cut. But I wanted to point out just for people fall in long might you? You spoke spoken cereals, you said cereal a unruly child and just for then looking at it. And you can correct me if I'm wrong, it's like when you say cereal, it's a collection of episodes one through four was technically cereal a based on. Yes site. Yeah. So basically modern sorry classic doctor who was rarely ever one episode one self contained story. It was always usually at least two more usually each at. Usually it was at least four sometimes could be six at the the largest ever was twelve. Plus one thing that was considered a bonus episode. It was like us attempt to spin off to a different series. And then the second longest was ten episodes. And then there's arguments because there's a season during the six doctors run where the entire season is also kind of a serial, but with like mini serials in its like does that whole season count. It's one cereal or is it? A collection of of multiple, but yeah, that's dicey. At that's where you get like nerd fans. So we're at modern doctor who is typically an hour long. And there's a beginning middle and ended that story in an our classic doctor who is roughly four to six twenty two minute episodes that tell one continuous story which can be weird to watch when you're used to modern TV because they're still use like a beginning middle of end of each episode and a lot of resetting the arc in each new episodes. So that like this episode has like steaks and Formentera and stuff like that. We can be really it's it's a strange thing that used to watching specially when you're watching them like if you sit down and watch like one arc and then like sitting and you like spell you spend like two hours watching this thing, it can be weird to get this constant resetting of things, but it was designed for an error people. Never rewatch stuff. People would just. The show, and it was like probably useful that if if you miss an episode and came back, you wouldn't be completely lost happening because you have kind of like a resetting of who.

You could hardly hear those guys. Those guys get to safety. Meanwhile, it is six forty a Katie radio and the founder of Facebook's odd mysterious fascinating history. Pittsburgh is John show. Kaczynski? We always look forward to our conversations. John good morning. Hey, good morning guys. So we're talking about an anniversary of sorts in the baseball variety. Yeah. This is a great baseball trivia fact for you. And you might have heard the main Connie Mack before of course, because they're cutting back stadium cardiac was actually a the manager for the Pittsburgh Pirates. And he began his law career in eighteen ninety four wins. I win the also holds two major league baseball records to this day one being the most wins as a manager with three thousand seven hundred thirty one the also holds the record for the most losses as a manager three thousand nine hundred forty eight and this is the one hundred twenty four th anniversary of his first game. That is his first game as a manager. And that was for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Now, we love our trivia run here when it comes to the history of Pittsburgh, the battle of fort to Kane and how grant street it's not Ulysses grant, right? That's right. Not Ulysses grant. It was James Grant saves grant Lord of balloting Dolac will what's idol. Yeah. He was a leader of a small regimen of Highlander think the movie Braveheart, you know, the highlanders like Yeltsin all back pipes, those people from that regiment came here to the Pittsburgh to fight for the British. They decided to while they were cutting coming down into bridge occupied. Pittsburgh is the time before Duquesne James Grant was the leader of the small regimen eight hundred people to the French which only had about five hundred people here in Pittsburgh, and he decided to kind of split his group at half and half of them literally just March streak down from grants hill. Okay. Which is where the courthouses today downtown ambush, all the French because the sooner they started playing bagpipes, drums and everything like that the native Americans, and the French were alerted to this and they completely surrounded archbishops nice way to try to sneak up on somebody. Hey, the bagpipes. In fact, they they don't up taking almost everyone prison. Well, they killed one hundred four people two hundred twenty were wounded as. Compared to the French eight losses. They captured James Graham, they held him prisoner POW at fort Duquesne, and he failed about particular encourage them, although they knew that John Forbes who had a much larger regiment about six thousand seven thousand people were marching this way to kind of put the final nail in the coffin of the French and tell them to get out which they did a month later in November. And they they actually burned fourteen down to the ground or blew it up. And and left the remains. And that's what we found once everyone from John Forbes, and John Forbes is the one who was credited with naming Pittsburg Pittsburg. Let's go much more modern times to nineteen sixty four a very significant date. Oh, yeah. That's September fourteen before.

"Try so each where where where should jump in jump in. To start off with Christopher Eccleston from the beginning, I actually wouldn't recommend doing the first episode of his run, but. Episode. I think it's v one. It's called Dolac and it's a really good jumping off point. I think for his run and will. And if you like that than should get you sorry for the rest of the series. But there's also great episodes that you can really jump into for any of the doctors. I think one of the good the great conceits doctor who is that you can supposedly jumped in to the show at any time because every episode is it doesn't really rely on like tons of years of backstory and knowledge and everything. There are some that's like a little bit more tied into the the cannon, everything. But mostly it's just like fun nods surpassed past episodes, but your boy, good one. What if someone doesn't know, you know, doesn't understand the sonic screwdriver or what is inside the Tartus or Jeremy like he is informed like once like a lot of the episodes, you kind of just like learn along the way because a lot of it is just like explaining an exposition. It's kind of like a nerdy JAMES BOND. He's like, he's do you. Any action. He isn't really fight, but he talks a lot which is, I think what, why people like Dr Who so much. But yeah, it's it is, does sound like there's a lot of things going into it, but most episodes, if you jump then you can just like you can figure it out from the start. Oh, he's an alien. He time travels. He's here to save the day or not. There's a lot of debt in the series. Actually, this is surprising amount of people who die and they kind of just forget about them. We're, where can you watch doctor who is on BBC America. It's all the apps. All these seasons are actually on Amazon prime right now. Very cool. Let's move onto what we've been eating. I have a few quick things. I celebrated a friend's birthday. My friend of Raza's birthday and Michael Minya's bourbon stake in Glendale. Burn steak is his upscale steak, restaurant franchise. He's kind of been franchising out. He's a San Francisco, a famous chef and San Francisco, and they have them in Vegas and all over, but it was great. The steak is great. If you're ever chance to eat at bourbon steak, I highly recommend it. I, they had a wag you a Japanese wag beef that I think was forty dollars an ounce with the five ounce minimum. I did not buy that, but I was staring at them menu. You being like if I were rich. Maybe and I also went to. I had to cheat day. I've been on a diet recently been losing some weight, not as fast as I want to. But this weekend we had a cheat day and I was kind of I know Ben's talked about howling raise recently in that this chicken fried chicken restaurant in LA in there's new fried chicken restaurant that opened up in century city called the crack shack, which I think is from San Diego. Originally an aide heard good things about it. They have fried chicken sandwiches. So I'm a cheat day. I wanted to go. There went there. I had some of their sandwiches. They weren't that great. Just made me wish they had spent my my cheat points or whatever cheat day at hauling raise. So I regret trying to crack check. Not that it's bad, but it just wasn't. It wasn't raise. So, I mean, what is man? What have you been eating? Well, yes. Last week I talked about holidays, which is one of the best meals of my entire life. I think just to in terms of like really great chicken sandwiches. And then this past weekend, I went to major Domo which is the restaurant is owned by David Chang opened in January of this year. David Chang is the guy you might know him from the Netflix show ugly delicious. He created Momofuku which is a restaurant in New York City that I've been to that is I mean, like tremendous. So good. So major Domos like his LA Centric hotspot in this place is like very difficult to get into, or it was for the first few months of it being open and my wife and I went and had boneless, Chuck short rib and macaroni and chick pea and tapioca low main..

"I'm not trying to be a hater, but all I can tell you is Newark FC is the away squad, and and it was the sons of Ben. Like you gotta shine about New York City? F c again, is like man city kind of a fake club. So granite like Phileas two, they recruited him. What? Like two thousand eight? No, no. The ordering that I think five. I don't know. I don't know anything about them less, but it was via obviously been watching him for quite a bit. I wish they had Lampert and like pure low still. That would have been cooled. I would have been sick. I would have been wicked seed lamps. Oh, see, PLO gentlemen, gorgeous man or class lots of class, lots of class, but the second half was fun. Second-half popped off. So you had goals by Burke, and you had goals by senior who's old man from Brazil who came on and like I touch the game immediately. Just wrecked. Burke did a really great job by the way like individual effort, like was able to slop at home. I'm gonna. I'm gonna offer one piece of analysis for the game itself, talking about the formation and shit. Okay. I thought, and I'm also going to compare it to the PO strap. Your fucking seatbelts wasn't girls. We're going on a journey strapped on strapped my strap on strap on his on. So the way that the coach has name is Jim. I don't know his last name, but we're on a first name basis curtain curtain, Jimmy, Jimmy curtain the way that he established, this formation that he used is he used to big strikers. One going down the center of the pitch, and then the other one going down the right side of the pitch, and and it worked brilliantly and I genuinely think that's that's what team like Manchester knotted should do, but the way they set it up, they had CJ Sapone on the right side. His tall, probably not a winger by trade, but he was a winger by necessity or nerd with Corey Burke in the center of the pitch, and the way that they played, they made sure that the defense wasn't double teaming. The other, so to centrebacks could not fucking guard. Burke to centrebacks could not guard supporting on the wing. So it forced the defense to split. And I thought that was a incredibly brilliant move by by the union coach Jimmy, and it really, we're, we're cool. We're friends and it really yielded some fucking dividends if we're going back to the eighteen hundreds and using that phrase because like immediately after he. Forced that formation on the union and force the New York City f c defense to react. There were gaps in the play is a lot of gaps in the defense that allowed the midfield to play these cutting balls. And while the defense was guarding either Sapone Burke was able to run through behind and then vice versa. And it was all orchestrated by the midfielder Dolac board Dolac who's the most powerful man Dhakal who is the most beautiful man on? Do that go, that guy is a snack that guy's a fucking snack. Dhakal do like I like, I've never like I've been into a lot of relationships and like I say, I've never had love at first sight. Those is bro. I'm just this. This might be. "And i was really delighted by it and we've talked before about how sometimes your expectations of a movie can you know if impact how the movie place to you but i thought it was really charming i thought it was really sharply written had a really smart funny script that apparently i found out later on had spent some time in the buys we will as butlers description which you know this is a script that everybody wants to get my but hasn't been made yet why hasn't it and it's got really funny dolac scripted by tom flynn to by mart web really great performances by the whole cost you know whether it's him being the father or her being being the girl and doing this thing in which she is she small and clever and sassi but not in that kind of annoying cinema our way of very precocious children play by a mechanic rice and octavia spencer is terrific as the neighbor who does that thing expenses go this this kind of a trademark look which is affectionate disapproval there's nobody who does affectionate disapproval better than she does this mean i can't do is the website of looking at some outings can look the members of your family i'm in one's family might give you if you if you take away the effects of a very revealing our side or that thing about just the way so looking because she has a slightly sort of love hate relationship with with with really you think that card is going to be good enough young today of all days really yet exactly that so you would during that and and then just when you thinking wow this is this is really sharpton really funny and really well written and really well plight.

"Out game one is in the books the warriors dominated the cavs on their home floor were you surprised at how easily the warriors did away with the cats i was not surprised going into and said again we did our preview i predicted they will win by doublefigure so in perry i'm not surprised what i am surprised surprises how it transpired what we saw aw is the coming of age all so mvps bolt other thirty years old playing on the same roster in the golden state warriors dominate they were the only two players in double figures think about this the third person on their squad had the most bill goals was the ah put sharia and he was trying to get lost firepower no doubt about it you saw the first couple of play that again he was role it to the vatican elated up to the dog bit he didn't want it and so what i look deeper into their roster it made me understand that when your team shoots around forty percent from the floor while you can't win with your skill there will players light klay thompson still the log down defender trade laundry still a swiss army knife still a swiss army night adriana dolac is still get out on a break in finished multiple players can still be productive and when you forced the cleveland cavaliers it's a twenty turnovers and they only have fifteen assists says a lot about your effort on defense not only do they hats win de turnovers cleveland cavaliers attempted twenty less shots then the golden state warriors do you think defence of rebounding and turnovers where the main problem for the cats i absolutely do and i think gordon a game to what you just said it is going to be trout trial politically cavalier because both teams while they were playing off a long rest they seemed a little anxious not a lot of shots.
