The report lays out how much students have had to borrow and A workplace inequities make it impossible to pay those loans back while much attention is paid to racial injustice, the CP as pointing to the long history of educational injustice. The report says. Black borrowers hold the most student loan debt while at the same time being underserved by colleges and universities that aren't hiring enough black instructors. Doctor Dolittle Bishop is with the University of Pennsylvania and one of the report's authors, he says black families know the benefits of higher education. "Happened. Us star Ganz. Just be mature guys. So this is you know, we gotta be professional. At some point. We have to want to go Herbert all over her mobbing her earlier. All you see is going to get mad at me for laughing. It's yes. Gone, gone. Hurry! Don't research him. Hey, don any chance you have a separate Facebook handle? Cristina? Who me? No speaking English. Like you said the other day. May I have your watch when you're sometimes things pop into my head, just like Steve's. OK, Alright anyway, I have a story. I like the story. I think it's funny. Bring itself all right. Here's the story. Five African gray parrots walk into a wildlife park on August 15th. They're put into a room together, Okay, but it appears that they use their time in isolation, teaching each other foul language. Oh, no. This is the trace story. We have audio or that we can't hear because their sweat that's bad they saying bad words. So the park staff was, you know, in hysterics over this thinking it's hilarious, but They started using obscenities with guests. So, the CEO said the birds were put into a timeout. Ow! I want to see people and insult I know, but they admitted that over the last 25 years he's taken in a whole bunch of parrots that sometimes have a bit of Ah blue tongue if you will. So, he said. Every now and then you get one that swears and yes, it's funny, but and we find it comical, but with nothing better to do in isolation, and because by chance, the latest crop were all adopted at the same time, they were quarantined together. And they just ended up with all these swearing. So how did they learn your saying that they learn did they learn from each other? They must have heard something. But it sounds like okay. And then one starts doing it and the other start mimicking. And if you laugh, they do it more So they started swearing at customers and you know their kids these air. This is just a bunch of 13 year old boys together that are these parents. So they worried that they have a weekend coming up in that kids would be coming. So they thought we gotto put them somewhere else. I had a friend who had ah, like a tropical bird. And they had a maid who would cuss in Spanish. And the whole bird learned a lot of swear words in Spanish. It was really funny. Wow, I knew ah! I had a neighbor who was going to the priesthood. And the priest had a parrot, and they taught it how to swear. That's how they sow their wild oats that probably do it in Jersey. You know, I It's not good for me, your holy father to swear but to teach his parents There's a few write them down. You could teach him to say this. Isn't it amazing that they can do that? It's I think parents are remarkable. Why can't we teach dogs to do that? Well, they don't have the same vocal cords right? Because of all the sounds are the songs that they have to sing to attract each other. Oh, is that what it is till I'm sure that's what it is. You know, dogs just go move. Come on over here. But sometimes they'll be like Ah, you know? Yeah, Like they have the capability like they seem sometimes, like they want to talk. Dogs. Yeah, Yeah. Yeah, That would be great if you could understand them or babies. Yes, Davies and dogs because they build show a lot of personality. And you're like you're trying like cats. We get it. You're like you're over us. You know where you know You mean babies and dogs. There's showing such personality and they're trying tow Tell you something. And they just can't I know because of their Stupid. Would you rather understand their stupidity? Or would you rather understand your puppy or your baby puppy? I guess I would say Poppy, because you know that the baby will grow into it and eventually developed speech and you won't want to hear it right what it is, but I think you know a puppy. If there you know you have them for let's say, 10 years and they never will speak a word to you. He Would be good if you could open up. What movie? Should I watch? If this is my desire? What would like Dr Brown do? Little Doctor Dolittle? Steve. Good job on the no pun intended because you say good job about 100 times in the video you sent Okay, That's me, giving reaffirming praise. I'm a good boy. I threw some good boys out there didn't I only heard. Good job. Okay. All working Good boy. Because you still think the dog is a girl? That's the problem. I do struggle with that. And just today, Justice William trying to bring the dog over to go to little training and I'm walking with my daughter, Adeline. She was like that. You call it? Oh, no. It's happened. And Devon Rex. That was a mistake We made. They're both one syllable names. Okay? Yeah, that's a problem. He's sitting and laying down. Is that a little harness on him? That's a little harness on him. He was slipping out of his collar. Got it? So But yes, we I doing the clicker training So once they're about hits the ground When you say sit, click like given tree. Once they go toe to toe laid down the lay down. We're working on this out of the lately. Good. I have a clicker. I'm going to try it with my old guy. Am I know, I know. Listen, I taught my last dog to shake at age 90. That's great. Never knew what that meant. And you can. Anybody would be confused, though, because he always hears the clicking in his hips. Oh, my gosh. Getting buddies. Great is 90. Well, buddy and Rex should meet at some point He would love it. And here's what I've seen in AA. You could tell me if I'm wrong of him trying to introduce the dog to more dogs, Right? That's part of socializing. These little puppies. I get a little nervous around big dogs just cause I'm like, Well, you could eat this dog if you want to. Yeah, but I think the majority of big dogs realize it's a puppy and just sort of sniff around for the lick them. Unless they're jealous. It's usually old dogs and publicas. You know, old dogs sometimes don't have the patience for that puppy energy. So they kind of just go are like, Get away from me. You're bugging me, kid. You When do you know if your dog's air fighting versus when they're just being cranky without you say that I had an issue with dog fights over the weekend. Trees and because really the betting that you do on the dogfights. No, not OK. You do that, You know, you know, you know, Yeah. Lt's all send a video of a dog playing. Amazon Prime. Yeah. When is that gonna happen? Usually it's in the summer. This year. They actually didn't do it in the summer because they didn't think they would be able to keep up with increased demand because Amazon is doing Hang up business this year..

"So I suppose like what would you say? I don't mean to necessarily challenge, you know, I mean, I'm sure it's just going to happen cuz that's what I do. But so sorry in advance, but what I was going to ask is what would you say to someone that's like spirituality. How how do you even know can you prove to me right now that I'm a spiritual being? Yes, let's do it. I need it. I love it. Well, first of all, I have to say don't apologize. I'll say thank you for challenging because this just makes me better at what I do. This makes me more able to speak to a wider audience and there's so many people that are in your position. I say that I'm a pretty unique position and that I I grew up very clearly seeing Spirit everywhere and first place that I saw a spirit was in nature would tell me more about that. Yeah. So as a young child, I had some very significant experiences communicating with animals at a young age. You gotta break that down. What does mean? Exactly? I know. Yeah. I was reading your bio and the work you do and when people say that they have an animal connection dead. Yeah, you know beyond what we think of the Hollywood, you know that sort of Doctor Dolittle kind of thing Horse Whisperer. I really want to know you know as a young kid. What were these profound experiences you were having? What do you remember the first example? So this is why I described as my initiation. Oh, this is great. Yeah, tell me tell the whole thing. I loved I loved sharing this story. It's funny because I heard another podcast and someone shared a similar story that sparked my memory of this and I thought oh my God, that was the animals initiating these so I remember I was probably four years old and I was at the library with my mom and my siblings and she you know in the library was our local library..

have you ever had violations everyone gets violations while you can from the minors not a major deal so it a little simpler right on so if if if the governor said today Jim Tobin Tobin's diner your scenario we double our money I mean I understand their major we're talking about that will mean more stress your digital deals while I well I'm not giving up you're my man thank you brother I would like my close friend Billy sources we can trust them because someone was looking at an apartment in his building and you're not allowed to show apartments again really there will always be issues with restaurant inspections for example was my case in point however comma I spoke to Heidi Hannah yesterday their sales are nonexistent no one's shady showing houses no one's shady selling houses they're doing the right thing why couldn't we trust them to do the right thing if we don't they fail big time fail massive fail Sally thanks for holding Shayla good morning all good morning Marty listen I somebody needs to tell the governor if he hasn't opens the beauty shops he's not gonna get any women voting for him in Pennsylvania okay why can't this is suggested this morning so my buddy Amelio owns is Ozzy why can't he come to your house why can he wear a mask and gloves why can't you wear a mask and gloves and why can't you cut your hair why absolutely I don't know why I don't either if I can stand in line my friends and I eat you know what you complete the masks go like around your ear right in fact you know what it even if I had to wash my hair before I went into the shop and then you know he has to do that here she has to do is try to call or whatever exactly rinse it out exactly you know anything they don't feel comfortable doing well if you went into a crowded shop you would leave you say what the hell's going on here the public will police you yes I'm just saying this notion that these vagabond businessmen like back in the day with the speakeasies during prohibition what illegally set up shop and break the law packing people in the room thank I think we have to trust the business owners I think we have to trust our culture fast folks if you get out on the street and C.'s medical adviser to former vice president Joe Biden Ezekiel Emanuel is essentially saying the world should shut down for between a year and a year and a half when I first saw that I thought he was on drugs and now you hear Gavin Newsom you hear the LA mayor Eric Garcetti you hear other people echoing the same sentiments is there any real possibility that the world could remain shut down for a year and a half yeah it all depends who's in power I mean I never thought I would see this I mean or you know how many of our constitutional rights were just thrown out the window I mean we look alike three nineteen sixties where you know you get to go to work you don't get to go to work you'll go to this part of the building you don't I mean we we basically brought back you know we're we're we're discriminated against people based on their job were you know discriminated against you if you have a call for a cynical or an allergy or isolating you were doing you know fines and arrests and all the other stuff I never thought this was possible so if I have to answer your question for months ago I'm like no way now I'm like wow anything's possible if you have a question for doctor Dolly a wax give us a call right now eight hundred two two two K. "To Daniel for work on the dials a big thanks to all for tuning in we really do appreciate it don't forget to follow us on Twitter Dr Dahlia and on Facebook the doctor daily show so I don't know but if you guys want to South Carolina debate but it was definitely definitely telling and very from demonstrative of the inner fight that the Democrats are having a panic the Democrats are having it was a little bit of a mess Bernie Sanders still stayed strong Joe Biden very very interesting Joe Biden has appeared weak in a previous debates I don't know but it would be a front runner early on and my guess is somebody told him to yell a little bit more have a louder voice and be more aggressive and you could tell that you know he got the memo and he was a lot more aggressive was basically insulting the moderators he was demonstrating to them because the moderators lost control multiple times the moderators really had issues and here is a look and let everybody else Japan I'm gonna talk also and he really showed some guts and Joe Biden started to raise his voice a lot and he tried to be so seeing certain you could hear people in the audience you know more supportive of them and it just looked like his team got their act together because you need South Carolina and the Democrats mean the Joe Biden if they don't feel that Bernie Sanders could win in fact I was surprised that the Democrats on stage literally said that if you you know put Bernie up there we can't beat trump sure that's kind of stuff happens in a primary debate all the time everybody says of you vote for him we won't beat trump but you'll have a front runner and a look like a list of banned from Warren started to back down a little bit because maybe she's hoping to be the vice president and you started to notice a little bit more of kissing up by some of the candidates and then it's still got pretty you know he did you know Sanders with his you know you know words about you know you know Castro and how he you know his sixty minutes interview I believe it was you know and his you know socialistic ideals when he was challenged on and you know do we want a socialist democratic socialists in office and you know he's like you know socialism is what we have now you know for rich people in a way so you know he has his arguments all ready to go ask people attack is socialism because he keeps bringing forth that this country is aimed toward helping the wealthy so you know he's prepared to be able to batch socialism sort of criticisms of his campaign Amy Klobuchar's started to shake in the middle of it you could see your epinephrine was taken now that she was scared but a lot of times when your epinephrine is up the adrenaline is good this is you don't need a boost into the veins and arteries she you could see her shake a little bit she got some control she was able to get a breathtaking over even in control on the jeep had a much better sort of you know finish then she did start to but you could see it very nerve wracking people to judge calm cool collected like he always is I a you know very you know you know very methodical he just really ice if he doesn't make the farm this primary I definitely see him coming back he definitely had an appeal to a lot of people Mike Bloomberg did it lie he just didn't you know atlas before trying to bring up again the NDA he's in here the previous harassment of the abortion thing that almost look like you know Bloomberg supporters were there and it almost was kind of a you know a really hear that that's all you got so what kind of ended pretty quickly they really moved on from the whole Bloomberg things so he might have you know scored a little bit better but scene the fighting scene the panicking seeing the fight for the microphone you saw the desperation of these candidates the moderators I'm not really sure what was going on there you could see they were kind of kind of grappling at getting control I mean I think they should have realized the gravity of this situation here Bernie Sanders you know possibly winning South Carolina going to super Tuesday you had all the other outlets six other candidates very aggressive Hey you should have been prepared for that you should have had four rules and you should have you know emitted as people were going over people to go over and then of course pretty Sanders gets the most talked because once you bring him up then you know in your speech that he gets to defend themselves so Bernie Sanders got you know obviously the most time by then I thought I had one of the highest improvements in his performance there was a little bit of a mess of at the end of the debate after an exhausting to our sort of it over but they said to wait we'll come right back because they still have commercials and so one basically was closing out the debate the others is that domino will be back then he gets to the commercials and then luckily I was a little bit delayed so I was a professor for the commercials then they go and then it was yet and so you know I I think of debates this one was the worst worst run but it definitely demonstrated a lot isn't it I was trying to get his say and he just did it shock start I'm sorry Tom starter he just didn't you know have the unfortunate he's cleared out even if this campaign has you know a lot of good points and and you know you know and platform sound bites you just a bit we was really able to get those in there so you know what we'll see V. Republicans I believe I think our open standards ones I think the Republicans are hoping that it would be a slam dunk you know in terms of trump being able to fight that you know you you bring on socialism or you bring on that sort of radical you know thinking in terms of mass changes when the country's in trouble and the economy sinking in and you know thank god right now things are stable now with corona virus that might allow an opportunity for Democrats to say oh look at what's happening you know we need to come in here and fix things while I you know I think it's here's the average person when you start to raise taxes when you start to mandate you know higher minimum wages free college free health care I think that's just too much too soon and if you don't if you're a moderate and I consider myself a moderate sometimes right sometimes independent sometimes left on certain issues but when you're a moderate you do not want to look like you're shaking everything up we all learned what that was like with obamacare if obamacare was just a little bit of a snap here worth let's fix pre existing conditions and then maybe six months later let's do this things would have been a lot more palatable instead when somebody new comes into office or wants to be elected they will act like they are going to give away the farm and no a call to me no country can handle mass movements such as that it doesn't work all the ramifications start and then the Democrats have to double down like they did the double down on obamacare we went into one of the biggest recessions of people blame bush for the recession but whether you're you know you blame bush or Obama we were stuck in a recession until trump came into power that was the roughest eight years of or decade even though it wasn't expand or two decades of most of our lives and a bill such as a volunteer and other sort of you know initiatives coming from Obama's administration didn't allow us to believe that we probably should have gotten maybe we would've been in the recession so long as you don't have to last that long it'd have to be so severe so we're due for another recession it's do what it's going to be on trump's watch of the Democrats watch and I think a lot of moderates out there are going okay be careful because you're going to walk into a recession your gonna promise all this and you're going to bankrupt us and so you know I don't know if Biden has a lot of support for continuing obamacare because that was a cluster I think right now health care is a big issue for people but I think they realize it's hard to fix it we can't go back I think a lot of people understand once we promised you know insurance cannot mess with you for pre existing conditions which a lot of us agreed on I think we all realize you really can't go back you can't take that back to you none of us wanted but now you can't really go back to the lower insurance prices we had so hopefully help those with pre existing conditions but from what I understand even those with pre existing conditions their search results so expensive that they're not even getting coverage even with the pre existing condition because their deductibles are met people realize that big bills you know and big mass movements and mass decisions can't cause consequences for decades that can't be repaired and I think a lot of people realize we are going to hit another recession economy is good now this is great I think you know we're doing really nicely but now I you know there's coronavirus thing as well as automation as well as baby boomers moving out of their houses as well as people buy online is not necessarily going into brick and mortar stores that's going to have to start one eight seven seven doctor Dolittle compliment your health with him derived cannabis oil we've always believed that the closer to earth the better it is.

Kristen's online so it's like you know what let's just talk about the good shit show that interests us and Sylviane us like I'm I'm I'm willing to talk about anything. So that's that's that's the problem I I I love sign alot I am equally. Opportunity comes to good or bad looking projects I get just as excited to augment something. That's fun but I really enjoyed as suffering inherited. The problem is when I sit in the middle. That's when it gets really. It's a very cookie cutter. been there done that. That's when it gets problematic for me because there's nothing exciting exciting to talk about. It's funny mention that because like the the full sort of big pieces of content. We're going to talk about today right. I'm like super high on three of them mm-hmm and then one of them is literally like that middle ground. It's kind of funny because remember two weeks ago when we were talking about you know the snotty cod and toxic fandom and all that shit and and then like literally like the weekend after that talked about toxic phantom again on the misery podcast by the way Shannon to a boy Jose Rivera. Who left a great little great comment under that post about toxic fandom and then like this this asshole pie the something in retaliation you know? It's about Star Wars. Let's let the cat out of the bag. It's about Star Wars. And he's like one of those salty fucking fan boys who's like Ryan. Johnson stole my childhood. Yeah that's that's that's his mentality. And then you know he sought to bring in like you know personal shit into it and I'm just like you know what dude there's no room for that on the fucking topology where fucking we don't bring personal attacks into it and like once it crosses that particular one and it's just like fucking lead and then like slow salty and he left a review the negative review on our facebook page and like it was just. It was just so hilarious. The timing of it all because we we we. We've been talking about toxic Phantom Adam for awhile now. So it's it's right at. We haven't put this into in the list of things to do but something I heard just the other day which I found very interesting hosting the oldest talk about how with the Sonic the hedgehog movie. They've redone the CGI to appeal fans another films done that. Apparently cats They haven't done a drastic redesign but the have redesigned like the for Texas and stuff as a way to come back from the back. Rational China white and it. Just it's a sign of the Times. I think this is what this generation's come to. I don't think this the loss time to say this happen. And Yeah Yeah. I think that's where we're at right. Now the Oscar this movie. That's clearly going for an Oscar. Is Changing Judah Internet comments on Youtube. That's pretty crazy right I. It's pretty crazy I mean look. I've got a lot of okay. Yeah you know what I'm going to say. I've got a lot of fighting Tom. Hooper is the director is the main he directed the king's speech. And the King's speech is the Damn fucking fine movies. So I'm a believer won best picture as well so I think I think you know as bad. I mean as much as you do want to say what is project exist. It's kind of like I mean I'm always throwing muscles into projects because of directors alone alone so I I'll hunt if I'll say this opening dial say eventually Definitely going to wait for the review view see which way they kind of slant and then I'll make up my mind then but yeah it definitely is interesting to say hell. Public reaction is kind of like resulting in absolute kind of reversals by studios old quick moves and things like that to come like a pays pays not only fans but like general audiences who might give it a bad would amount in now. What the end of the movie business is a business? They WANNA make a profit if it they need as good as they need as good. What's a would a mouth postal like? "Well, I really Rudolph. Greg is not there. Speaking in the role of Greg. Yeah. Crispy zooming the role of Greg. This performance. This is not the worst. When you go to a play. I hate it. Under study is open that playbill and all those papers full on this performance. The role of the king of Siam. We'll be played by wall. And the producers when you went to get the tickets to the producers and Matthew Broderick was flying. You gotta be kidding. No, no, no, no. I feel so bad for the under study. The under study practices and practices rehearses. And then I'm not one wants to see you're the under study. And then has there been story, by the way with the understudy ends up being better? I'm gonna tell you. I'm going to tell you two stories that in my in recent memory. I saw that horrible Bette midler in in. Hello dolly. Okay. Then I later went back and saw Donna Murphy who was her understudy. She was a thousand times better. She was funnier. She could sing it really seeing the whole role and the cast was behind her. She was much better. There's a girl of Benatti who's the replacement in my fair lady much better than the original. Not seeing them was a redhead and didn't really fire in the world. So sometimes the understudies are real pros who are big stars in their own, right? But they don't have that marquee name or they're not in films. So they don't get the first crack at it. But sometimes they're much better than the people originally cast much better when they rehearse when they do their rehearsals, how does it work with the understudies literally get a week of rehearsal most times, and they work out. They were Hearst with the director and the stage manager but opening the cast the first time, they do it is usually on stage. That's what amazed. That's why you have to get real pros. And like this Benatti girl unbeliev, she's just like hand in glove. It's just some rules are meant for you. And they're real pros. Who know Rex Harrison? I saw Rex Harrison when I was ten years old. With my grandmother at the Sanger theater. Rex Harrison was just beautiful was a beautiful voice. He had had that. Void. The day. Seventy years old. I saw him in the role. And he was just like it was the fifty course, Raymond what I love most push me. Push me, pull you or whatever it was doctor Dolittle. He was always very Sarah's. And let's say. There was only one persona at one role. But before did he play right Sarrasin? Well, no, the push me full. You know, we pull push me pull you. I can't remember Dr Doolittle was another one that went on too long. When I was a kid. It was like it had an intermission and Chitty Chitty bang tradition. The worst was the ending with the giant pink snail.

Sure, which doctor Dolittle. Yeah. Doctor Dr do all of it. Yeah. At loom, which is ill tell you. My ex husband was a Dr Doolittle. Okay. Take up the garbage, sir. Kind, sir. Hey, talked to little do me a favor. What did you shake my hand? When I walked through whatever my husband never used. Guys, always shakes your hand. When you walk pay Dr too little why don't you go pick up the kids from the merry go round, Dr Willie Parker. That's his name. Oh, great. He's he's an abortion doctor in the south and a lecturer. We'll always always trust someone who goes by the whose name is billion. But they they prefer a man to go by Willie while. Yeah. A man whose risk is life for women. Never trust him. He okay. So I was at this event. I was talking to gynecologist and she said a sentenced to me that truly rocked my world. We were talking about fee aura. I think it's the the CBD's suppositories for women. Right. And then she was saying that's on criminal. Yeah. Fewer apple. Why don't they call it a gallon Mukalla just gallon ecology gal? Oh, that's a great gal gadoe. Yeah. Just like guy gal. Oh, yeah. And she said, oh, she's talking about those suppositories. And I was like, you know, they have I was like, I don't believe they've tested those on women is it what is it made out of just like, I think it's coconut oil, and I was like can you put coconut oil in your vagina? And she goes if you can put it in your mouth, you could put it in your vagina. Okay. I go pardon me. And she's like, it's basically the same ph ph. If you look at like, the mucus in your mouth, it's very similar a lot of times to the ph and your vagina now, she was so if you could put it if you would if you wouldn't put it in your mouth, then you shouldn't put it in your vagina, but I don't put lube in my mouth. But she's saying, that's you should maybe you should find more natural lube. She said you can use coconut oil is lube. Yes. I knew that. But it is absorbs a little little fast to keep re applying or you just fuck real fast. Right. Ten second buck. If you're doing a tenth of buck just put that coconut oil all over that. "Morning and welcome to broadcast particular health, the heart. Doctor Dolittle and Brad. Yup. We have a big storm coming in. Wow. And you know, I I don't know how many people that's going to affect but lots lots. They're talking about millions millions affected by this thing. And everybody in a hurricane worries about the wind, and you can see how much damage was done by wind and Puerto Rico, for instance, right various places, right? But this thing seems to have died down in terms of the wind. It's going to be like one hundred twenty eight hundred and thirteen miles an hour that is a lot of wind. But it's the water that kills people. And it's time and time and time again, we've seen that people have just the waters drown them or they stepped on electrical appliances, some outlet that was in the water. You know, it's just an awful awful thing. And then you just look at the damage created by the combination of that kind of wind and water to buildings and homes on basements. That are can you just imagine, you know, and that's what we talk about is the Carolinas are under the going through that this morning on on the weekend. I mean, forty inches of rain in some areas predicted for the Carolinas from from of course, Florence coming through it. You just can't get your brain around that. And even though Dr Galicia this was downgraded to a two from what was a four. That's still serious stuff. Oh, yeah. And you know, the other thing is they say that this is the wind isn't blowing quite as hard as it was before. That's why I got downgraded, but it is also moving slowly. And therefore, the the rain the water is just pouring and pouring. It just keeps on coming. Just keeps coming. Yeah. And here we get a three inch rain. Wow. That seems like a lot if we're out at the ranch, and it rains three inches. I'm like key was a big rain but forty inches. That's just on feds. Incredible. It really is. And it comes down very quickly. And it is just like you can't even see, you know, it's just blind. And you start watching some of the coverage on the Weather Channel, and they have such technology and the graphics of the storm surge. I mean there was last night. I was watching a little bit about how it's going to be anywhere from nine feet of storm surge, and Dr Galicia when that happens if you just took your house today nine feet devastation. It'd be.
