"Either at some point in season two or season three or at the cross progression launch, they're going to have this blow with a whole bunch of different stuff on there and guess what that's going to really move units and really it not not a gross way really You know push sales for media tonic, which, of course, you want to see the developers awarded for their works right now you figure they got a flat. They got a big old check from playstation to put this on playstation plus granted is still selling a PC, but you already got that money on lock. What do you do? You really need to be driving home how great the Games right now with more and more stuff in more and more things or do you sit there keep making the game, keep having it run keep doing the season two but keep listening in learning in figuring out and working on cool costumes and working cool things shortened seasons giving you more to do and Yadda Yadda Yadda so that when you go hey guys, it's fog is two point now where it's like we're along with the with giant update we're doing we're kinda changing everything. There's GONNA be a ton more games. There's GonNa be a ton more. Going to be more players because we're on everything now, like you do that in this are charging at the same time. I think you're going to be a really good spot I I, think the big question is season two. What are their plans for the down the line they have plans for further down line of seasons you and then yeah, what does season three look like and what are the big moves they make their? I've been playing a lot of rocket league recently just to see how yeah freedom plays change things or if his change things or what the game looks like. Now because it's been, it's been quite a while since I was super into rocket league and. Playing Rocky League last night I was really impressed by one is obviously still the same game like they're not. Really. Go in there and dynamically. Like change how the Game Works But in the small ways that yeah, the way in which the rocket pass is integrated fuels smart and feels like obviously like they're taking a note from fortnight in terms of how implemented it make it feel like a satisfying grind to through the levels but the way they do that the way that like when you first put up the game, you're automatically put into a match and it is this twenty-second tutorials sequence of Hey, this is you jump Hey, this is. II boost. Hey, do this all right have fun playing the game and the way that it feels the the way that they've maneuvered with that game in order to take advantage of whatever the market is for that game I think has been really smart and like is really commendable because yeah like Rocky League is a game that came out in twenty fifteen. I want to say on PS plus for free or I guess paid with PS plus if you pay for PS plus. You know if you're if you're on playstation, you have that you can get rockabilly for free, which was super smart for them and them to blow up in a way that I think what blown up regardless but being played allow them to blow up in a way bigger than I think they would've you even imagined and from there they've been killing it with putting their game on different consoles fighting for cross play, doing all these different things and this latest move with pushing towards free to play. It's the latest example of them listening and understanding how to maneuver and how to take full advantage of where that game at this point in time and how to cater to that. Audience in this point in time and how to continue to continue to push for getting the most players in that thing, and right now we're seeing the highest concurrent players in that rockies ever seen fall guys I. Hope Does the same thing again, like smaller developer like it they don't have the epic money they don't have backing, and so obviously, they can't maneuver in the way that we've seen at night and rocky league in these other huge gigantic successes maneuver. But I do hope they get to that point to where they can go i. what is the best for fog is right now? Okay. Cool. Let's let's make that shift. Let's get people in. Let's make these updates. Let let's build consistent. Progression, system to to give people that satisfying experience like that's what I want from fog as. Agreed. "Of film that did really hot though that would be joker and it is polarizing films of the year it is true a love it or hate it type of film and I'm finding myself on the ladder side of that Ledger I went into this folks expecting that it's going to be where the best films of the year and I couldn't wait for it and I love the fact that clearly taught phelps is paying them is to score says and had said that taxi driver in comedy ric huge references and reference points for him but as I tweeted in my review I said tops pays homage and Aaron Charles is a good guys a loyal listener the podcast he immediately corrected me the tweets that have paid them is it's a derivative I'm like that's true tops is no Martin Scorsese he's making taxi driver King Comedy Without the Intelligence in the witch and the subtlety now the story is supposed to be this forever alone in a crowd failed comedian Arthur fleck seeks connections he walks the streets of Gotham city Arthur wars to masks the one he pays for his day job as a clown and the guys he x any futile attempt to feel like he's part of the world around him isolated bullied and disregarded by society flack begins a slow descent into madness as he transformed into the criminal mastermind known as the joker sounds great but it's not the first thirty minutes or so I enjoyed because I could appreciate Lawrence share the director of photography clearly again paying monster Scorsese's taxi driver literally adult movie theater they show in the early minutes you see the garbage piling up feels like they're trying to evoke the taxi driver of the seventies but you know taxi driver even though it's a very dark film and it's an urban nightmare there's still moments of Levity Q. Albert Brooks who is hilarious in the movie documents stool pigeons there's still romance you know when score says he was feted by the Afi with a lifetime achievement award Julia Roberts introduced a clip and it's a wonderful clip where Travis has I picking up betsy and it shows you know for a guy who doesn't always get a claim for having a playful touch it's a really sweet scene and the way that Travis picks her up he says you know I think it was beautiful whoa ever seen and he says when he's going to pick her up and she'll be on time and I'm sure you will and it's a really nice scene and your member of the fact that Travis has a Mohawk and ends up gunning down a bunch of thugs moments like that and it's you know there's a glimmer of upside there's none of that era joker it is a relentlessly bleak thoroughly unpleasant film experience you know comedy has great humor in the movie I mean it's a really funny movie within the fact that Rupert Pumpkin is a guy who is a very painful isolated self-loathing character but it's still really funny I mean the fact he's so obsessed with Jerry Lewis talk show hosts that eventually feels compelled to kidnap him there's a dark undercurrent always but there's some big time lapse in the way that rupert is just so delusional in this film though there's none of that I mean it is just a painful experience it's about as subtle as a sledgehammer to the Groin and even though Joaquin Phoenix is getting Oscar buzz and and I do is an excellent actor I think the performance owes a little bit to his character into the master Kinda feel like it's a you know he's almost Pankaj to that character and listen he's a talented guy it's also always performance at the Oscars love I mean they love these showy flamboyant performances he's got a bunch of ticks the over laughing it's very flamboyant it's not today it's bad acting is pointing out that the Oscars love this kind of stuff so I don't even know if he deserves a best actor nomination but I can guarantee you we'll get nominated for one and he's certainly an intense actor and gave it two and a half maple leafs that was right after the movie the more I've thought about it I'm giving it only two maple leafs like I said it's just too derivative and just to pleasurable of film experience and there's obviously but other conversations about it people are mentioning is it a commentary mental illness and the fact that mentally ill people are being ignored is it a film it's inciting violence a natural born killers which I thought a lot actually watching them which I think is an excellent movie and I liked a lot Owen gleiberman right favourite film critics he championed natural born killers and unfortunately for me he's actually repeating jokers well though he next article which he said everyone is very polarized by being the was polarize similar decades said people either loving or hating it made a ton of money doc tober opening ever in terms of rotten tomatoes in this won best picture at the Venice Film Festival the Golden Line which means it could be an Oscar contender but even a good article from hr it's got fiber he was saying that some voters have said I don't know whether to give it every Oscar or to give it a Razzie like that's that's exactly the way we're looking at with this film because is so polarizing and people are just walking out there arguing about immediately in terms of rotten tomatoes sixty percent is the average above that is above average below that is below average Chris only sixty nine percent but audiences liked it they gave it a ninety percent so ultimately it was not a film for me it's not a film I would recommend Joe I don't know if you saw it but the floor is yours what say you I and I was Gonna go see it until you told me just how bleak and pleasurable it was and I was GonNa see last night and I thought I don't really need to if it's just GonNa be that dark I'm sure walking Phoenix is really really good in it but if it's just someone falling down a staircase in slow motion for two hours I'm just like I I got my the baseball team to do that I don't need to watch that in the cinema for two hours absolutely right you I mean there's just nothing as I said you think of a dark movie you love this year's big movie lovers I'm that there's still moments of levity there are still moments of light amidst the darkness and the comedy of the film is making this isn't that this is just Oh he's laughed at ridiculed he punched he finally acts out his violent urges and feel some sort of release and that causes them to do more. I mean it's just like you said Joe I the project and just watch your twins I wouldn't recommend the film too many

"Podcasts as well as at Bloomberg Dot Com we're sitting here in our Bloomberg actor Burgers studios trying to peg what my co Co host and colleague very correctly politics be smoking gun or the red flag with the smoking the smoking gun smoking flag for why markets are feeling being so low today a lot of people pointing their fingers at the ADP report Cadena. Who is the chief economist for Bloomberg Economics sitting here here. Maybe agreeing right. I mean this. Is this a surprise the disappointing ADP reproach showing the payrolls US employers cooled in September. I don't think it is a surprise price. I mean it's a little bit weaker than what the consensus was looking for but not materially just five thousand or so but we are slowing down relative to what we saw earlier in the year that that being said this kind of negative sentiment in the market was evident during Asia our intensify during Europe trading hours and then now l. what spreads into the US although not quite to the same degree as what we saw in Europe so I don't know that there's a a single smoking gun it's more of a confluence of events so ADP DP tells us the labor market's a little weaker Boris Johnson continuing to try to wrangle heartbreak for today's pessimism mm-hmm as every few bars song right you have WTO talking about trade sanctions with Europe over you you know squabbling over Airbus and Boeing and whatnot so there's just a lot of little things adding up which kind of build on what we saw yesterday which was a big surprise in the manufacturing IFM alright policy blame Boris Johnson. Yes I always like to blame breath among other among others among others Carl. Is this the good folks down and Bloomberg Economics Komo crunching the numbers. You've seen the you know. The manufacturing are they. I assume for the latest month was weaker than expected so we know that manufacturing is is weak and probably weakening certainly in the US and we know what's happening internationally. Sorry taken down your outlook or preparing to take down. Your outlook is maybe the the consumer isn't quite as strong as we thought well. We took our outlook down on August first when the next round of tariffs were announced back after the July. I Fed meeting the very next day. president trump announced that tariffs would go into effect at the start of August star Tober. Excuse me and also again in in December. They moved that DOC Tober first deadline back to October fifteenth but it does look like the twenty five percent tariffs will go up to thirty percent in the middle of this month it. Doesn't you know they've been very little indication indication that we're actually moving away from that at this point in time and you see the impact of those trade friction showing up and things like the IFM survey yesterday additionally had another roughly one hundred fifty billion of product subject to tariff in middle of December so the price tag on tariffs is about two and a half times larger in twenty nineteen at compared to two thousand eighteen so that does move the needle on growth and we're in a slower moving economy already so when you have slower growth the economy is more susceptible title to those types of shocks that being said I know there's been talk this morning about one handle on. GDP and whatnot all speed we have been looking for about one point eight one point seven percent of GDP growth in the back half of the year and we moved to that callback on August first when the tariffs went into effect so we've all speed the tone we were seeing in the market cricket was not consistent with sub two percent. GDP growth now. We're starting to see that reality set in as job creation manufacturing activity all looks more consistent sent with a sub two percent number but to answer your question stole speed for the US economy. It's about one point four one point five percent growth so we are closer to stall speed but we're not there yet and that's why my team thinks that we can actually muddle through the soft patch. Thanks very much to consumers remaining resilient so that was my question right. At what point do you reach a tipping point. How much pessimism should be baked in right now. Is it a recession that we're facing or is it simply lower inflation lower or growth and just lower asset increases well it's not recession and it's not even growth recession and there's a distinction between recession and growth recession and everyone knows what recession is growth recession is a period where growth slows down so much not that we fall into contraction but actually that things start to unravel the unemployment unemployment rates starts to drift higher. I don't think we'll even get to a growth recession in the back half of this year so labor market continues to produce job gains in in excess of eighty five to one hundred thousand per month that will keep the unemployment rate out relatively steady at current levels so I think we're just accepting a reality ability of a of a much more sluggish profile to the economy here in the US and then much weaker conditions abroad Germany probably slipping into technical recession UK on the cusp of recession once Brexit is executed twenty twenty just Bloomberg economics GDP forecast GDP growth for twenty twenty will be about two to two and a quarter percent so we're kind of refining things as we look at that that being said one thing. We should keep in mind here right. Everyone's talking about the R. Word. What would the ground is very fertile for a significant rebound in activity if these trade headwinds are removed so the Fed has policy rates set in a very very accommodative stance right. They're giving the economy steroids so to speak so rates are accommodative corporate. Profit growth is positive corporate. Balance Sheets are in good condition condition in the unemployment rate is the lowest since Vietnam draft was in effect so things are well positioned that if we don't just squander the saul with increase in tariff increase in tariff the economy could rebound a quite nicely in two thousand twenty and beyond Carl Riccadonna chief economist for a Bloomberg economics so much for joining us here in our Bloomberg interactive brokers studio.

"And other evidence to determine whether the officers followed Glendale police policies, the atmospheric river that may or may not have spoiled. Do Valentine's Day plans yesterday has come and gone. The national weather service attract a quarter to a half an inch rainfall across most of the valley you never more than fifteen minutes away from today's top stories on Arizona's news station. KTAR news. KTAR indepth. Shand of rain echoing around much of the valley in the entire state. Most of Thursday is the atmospheric river did what it was forecast to do. KTAR senior reporter Jim cross joins us now here in the valley. Gym it didn't seem to be that much of a problem for people outside of ruining out, outdoor romantic, Valentine's dinners. Yeah. I mean, it just was anywhere between a tenth of an and up to a half, an inch and places. Cape creek had almost two inches of rain. It really wasn't like a, you know, summer monsoon storm not torrential just a soaker over several hours, but areas around the valley got hit pretty good, cave creek almost two inches of rain Bradshaw. Mountains had places with three and a half. So it pretty much left up to the hype. Yeah, it really gets me to the rainfall totals that you're hearing and in the high country the snowfall totals lot more fresh powder came in over the last twenty four hours our thinking or nothing officially ever it. Looks like about two feet at style was last estimate. We had. Mount Lemmon Tucson, the two to five inches of rain out of this flagstaff got an inch and a half of rain. They need more snow, and it looks like that's coming in there. They have snow forecast every day through next Thursday. So this is a pretty impressive wondering much much better than last year was. Yeah, you mentioned in. We're speaking with KTAR senior reporter Jim cross you mentioned the fact that the high country is gonna get snow over the next several days, the valley could expect to have some more rain over the next couple of days to couldn't it looks like Sunday Monday and Thursday Friday, and it's really gonna cool us down on Monday. We won't climb out of the fifties for a high. We keep adding up these storms and now this weather phenomenon known as El Nino warming of the Pacific Ocean waters. Kicked into gear. Finally, and that can bring more moisture the south west. So if it finally got its act together, we could have a pretty wet next few weeks. Yeah. And and you know, I felt that way all through the the fall that we were just going to be in for a much wetter winner in a colder winter, and it's turned out to be that for the most part. Yeah, it's been crazy. What doc Tober history, and and now all of this so coming because we need it. And we need to remember this in the middle of July one hundred and ten thirty percent humidity. How what what it's like right now. Everybody's complaining about is too much rain. Well, get back to me on his.

Near the dog pile starts third base out of the pitchers now for the fourth time in the last fifteen years, the Red Sox are World Series champions. What was the worst that you get killed with champagne during these during these rounds of posts of the postseason? It was there are a lot of celebration. And a lot of fun times. You try to let the players have their space, which which we do. But I think the end there to me when we won the World Series. It'd been longtime coming for myself and different people. "You are listening to the best of consider this put together over the last few years of this show. We're good morning and welcome back to consider this. I'm Joe Clark Santos happy to have you along. Hey, we we started this show talking about things that you needed to worry about heading doc Tober fifteenth because that's when you're final taxes are really do the tax return itself. So even if you filed you can go back in a minute, but you can't do anything affecting two thousand eighteen all we're talking about is you're seventeen return. Right. That's why tax planning is so critical, and we're talking about a couple that that took the time to learn. And then went back to the answer that they wanted to hear at least one of them wanted to hear meantime without going any further. Yeah. So so. I want to get something that we've talked about before. And that is the relationship between the people that are actually coming to you for help and their entire extended family because we've talked in other segments how different tax returns, even though you might be dealing with the parents or grandparents it can all be affected. Absolutely. We we look I I do my best when when we send out our tax package, so never November. I if the first week in November, if you're one of our families, you get a package in the mail on that package, essentially says, hey, have any of these eight to twelve things occurred to you this year and have they occurred your age children that's people twenty five and over or people that are on their own married. A twenty one year old two married or your parents have still living right in those questions are as if there've been any extreme charitable gifts. Didn't somebody get divorced or pass away? Did you have a large income change either good or positive or negative? You know, those kind of things that we're looking for. And and so we get very much into that family planning stuff. In fact, we have a family bundle program. So just to make this as easy as I can in English there there are you can look at Anderson where were the financial enhancement group is headquartered and people will tell you that Anderson is not very affluent. And they are accurate about that fluence is a lot of of of income excess income above what the spend median wage would be not as expendable just incoming general. That's fluid. So okay. Somebody makes a hundred and fifty thousand dollars a year in central Indiana. They are a flu. Okay. I'll let you have two other people. It doesn't mean they have a dollar in the Bank. Right. So people who are a fluent are are dealt with by insurance agents and people who sell stuff. F- because they can pay a premium. They've got cash flow to come in to pay a premium means, they're not fiduciaries. They're getting paid on commission. But in many cases, it's the only advice that a young doc or a young professional or business owner can get they've got income. But they don't have a lot of assets yet Ryo Joan, okay? A lot of my life. I had I had assets. But they were in a business. Right, right. I didn't make it. I didn't. I wouldn't be. I wouldn't have been a very good client for me for decades. Two decades writer. Yeah. Yeah. So then you moved to the other side, which is where wealth comes from now wealth is you don't have to have a lot of income. That's how we have a guy with in in our example with two million dollars in an account in an attempt percent federal tax bracket. There's a difference between a fluence income recognition today. Yeah. And wealth, and wealth is what people that are fiduciaries like myself get paid to manage right? It's a Tele financial enhancement group function. So we when when you when you've got that. The concept of we don't sell anything. We don't make any commissions the only way we get paid as to manage assets that you already have right right younger people often get left out of the deal. And so at the financial enhancement group, we created the F E G allocation model by the allocation process for younger people to come in. So you're part of your we take care of grandparents or we take care of of Sherry we family bundle. So your kids don't necessarily have to have an account at the financial enhancement groom. But they have the ability to call in and say should I buy or lease? Should I buy a disability policy? How much life insurance? Do I really need is. Because the parents are part of the process because the parents are part of the process, and we and we do that because what ends up happening noticed. When is gone. I'm taking care of your kids in the twins. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I would much rather. I would much rather get them off to the right footing. Yeah. Then get him in the raw and get them in the right area. And then then then by a policy that I've got unwind, sir. Twenty years later because somebody thought the idea of buying whole life life insurance was planning it sounded good on paper. So you put all of that stuff together. So understanding that family bundling is important. So the CPA probably knows in the example that we were getting probably knows that his kids are doing pretty well. Yes. Probably doesn't know their names. I know he doesn't do their taxes. Yeah. I know where they live, right. Yeah. Because we asked these questions to be up with a strategy. Right. Yeah. It makes I can't. I mean, I can look at you and say, okay here, Sherri, here's what I believe to be true. Right. But as a doc, I'm still gonna give you an MRI and run some blood tests. Yeah. I'm not gonna tell you that. It's you know, there's nothing wrong without making sure, you know, in you can't just answer questions based on a singular tax return or a singular investment. And and it it just it doesn't work that way. You get into trouble. Do you think most CPA's do tax planning or do? They just detects reporting. Most just the reporting not always their fault. No, no, not always their fault. Their model is to Bill by the hour. Right. Oh, yeah. Nobody wants to pay. That's one wants to pay number two. Nobody wants to take the time. Right. And number three at thanksgiving. The last thing you're thinking about is filing your. Taxes for the year. Right. And so you're not hauling the CPA firm saying, hey, I need to schedule an appointment. So I can talk to you about any year end planning that needs to be done. Yeah. On the suitability side of the financial world. So think every broker that you know, every wirehouse she worked with at the bottom of everything there's a little tagline that says consult your tax advisor. Yeah. Well, I've been partners with accounting firms since two thousand and one I'm here to tell you it doesn't have ninety percent of the time. And then and it's and it's not that the CPA's. Couldn't do it. Right. It's that their model is not set up in that way for most of them. Now that doesn't mean that there's not some that are out there that are quite competent. Very good. How would they do it in? If they didn't have access to all the information that you do what you have to ask those questions. Okay. It's not like somebody showed up and said, here's the family diary. I mean, you asked for a process that says, here's what I need. This is why it's important in. Here's how you go through so financial planning in general. It makes sense to me that tax planning would be part of financial plan at absolutely it makes sense that those two are actually the same thing. It absolutely is. And it's hilarious because I do I do the tax planning with the CPA's. In fact, if you ask my CPA partners, they'll tell you that I do most of their tax planning because my head is wired that way. You all my tax reporting because I have no clue how. Why don't underst-? I, you know. I don't get it. Yeah. I understand the planning part, right, right? Whether it's a one ninety nine eight new new that's all their baby, right? Sure. That's why you have to work with the competent ones right now in order to be able to get it done and just part of our process, if you're one of our families, we it's a whole lot easier to come to see me when you know, I'm doing it for free. Right. Yes. It's already bundled in Beijing money. Oh, I see. We do the planning for free. So it's a lot less painful. Yeah. Send an Email to ask a question, sir, right in and that's why they have the team of people that saying the things that that we do for the average family that walks in here. I could not afford to do for myself. If I didn't have the team behind behind it all of the processes, the specialties and everything else that goes along. I I don't honestly understand how people do this in one man shows. Yeah. Because the best way for you to manage money is to actually have the full picture, you have to if you're gonna if you're gonna if you're going to do it, right? Have to because any one of those five critical elements can and we'll see the the the retirement part attacks part the investment part legacy part and Xetra..

"Buckeye, Arizona. Sherry. Hi, thanks for hanging on. What can I do for you? I have an iphone ten that. I've had for about a year and we're on a trip left yesterday morning and Weller streaming music it froze up the screen froze up. And I couldn't get do anything. Tried to reset it by holding the two side by us and the little circles started spinning in the middle for our own now. So you'd be approaching Las Vegas, which has an apple stores. So we stop an apple store, and they showed me how to do a hard reset. So the volume button and the screen off button. Right. You hold those down. Yeah. Right. But the problem is that this morning now while we're traveling. I had to do that side. Oh, yeah. It's time to time to. Yes. So they didn't they didn't offer to fix that for you know, they we told them they were travelling so. Yeah. Yeah. So that there's something it's clearly something's wrong with it. The one thing you're going to want to do. And usually it's not too big a deal is to refresh the phone to bring it back to the factory state. Like it like when it just came from the fact that it's about the only thing you can do to be honest with you. Okay. Yeah. If you were at home, I would say before you do that back it up, and then refresh it, and then restored you can actually do that through tunes directly, you can erase it and restore it. What? My tat one time. But I was at home. So it wasn't a big issue. But since we're traveling or purse. Yeah. It's not an ideal thing if you I would wait. Well, Chris is not working. So it doesn't really matter. But nowadays, I back up to the I cloud instead of directly to computer for a long time. It's been my recommendation is Bruce back up and restore using a hard wire to a computer, but they've gotten pretty quick on the cloud restore. So if you've been backing up to cloud, and you're somewhere where you have fast wifi. I know you're probably not right now. But at some point. Then you could probably do that fairly quickly. But the key. Is you go in, you know, you go into settings you're going to need your eye, cloud password, you're going to settings and you're just erase it. You know, bring it back to factory specs that may or may not fix it. If there's something wrong with the hardware. It's not gonna fix it. Yeah. But it would be something that the apple store would ask you to do or they would do anyway that before they fix it. They're gonna say, well, maybe it's just the, you know, because it's a computer, and it's got a it's got storage in the operating system sits on the flash drive just like everything else does. And if it gets corrupted somehow, then that could be causing this. So, you know, you, you know, you just go to the general settings. And you could all the way down where it says reset. And you're going say a race all content and settings and that's going to sensually bring it back the way it was when you got it home. Okay. Yeah. I can do that. And I might be able to do that on the trip. Also because I do back at if you back up to cloud it'll be fairly straightforward just that on cellular. It's gonna either won't do it. Because it says, well, I'm not gonna kill your cell Bill, or it'll be very very slow. If we'll do it. What would be the chances? I do have a magnetic mount for my Bank, and my car, what would be the magnet. That's the good news is magnets don't harm smartphones. So it's, you know, it's look it's a computer, and they make lots of them and some percentage of them are going to have problems. Unfortunately, it's out of warranty. If you bought it right away when it first came out. Yeah. That's why I thought it might be. Else because I in a year, and that's not how they don't plan. It that way. Sometimes it feels like that that the day after the warranty whereas out things break, but I don't think apple especially I don't think they plan it that way. It should it should last several years at least it, but it could just let's hope it's just something went wrong. It can happen to any computer the operating system. One of the key files could be damaged, and that's why it's rebooting periodically or freezing periodically. And and when you race it and start over you're gonna start off it, truthfully. The best way to do that is with a computer at home because it will re download the software the firmware for you won't be able to do the car. But when you get home before you throw the phone out or throw it at an apple guy. Do the full restore using I tunes, and it will actually download replacement firmware which is known to be good. And that that's the best. All of these multiple heart that probably any issue. It's just no it doesn't hurt. It doesn't hurt it. Yeah. It could be an app that's bad. That's one of the reasons the reset might work because you don't don't reinstall all the apps, just install apps as you need them. Because maybe there's something. Yeah. I've been using an Amazon music waves and the music app. I use those all the time. Yeah. Shouldn't cause a problem? Yeah. I like those are weird. Actually, somebody saying that I forgot this iphone ten was delayed the announced it in September. But didn't come out till right about now. So you may just be under warranty. Well, I got it. I remember I bought it for myself for my birthday. So it was all about. Doc tober. Yeah. Just right. Like the day after you got it. Yeah. Can have him. When next time you're in Annapolis having check and see if it's on and warranty, and and really, honestly, they should swap it. They should if it's under warranty. They should just give you a new one no questions asked. Another apple person are you on a road trip? A real quick trips. Rare. I'm going to Seattle and back. Well, seattle. That'd be a good place to go. Yeah. Sure. They'll be they'll have an apple stir up there. That's a big city. I here. Yeah. I do actually on iphones. I usually buy apple care and apple care. Plus, we'll give you another year at least. And I just I just got the protection plan sprint, so. Well, sprint sprint them. Maybe they'll fix it for you. Yeah. For a two hundred dollars deductible. Oh, darn it. I think it's just. No, it could literally be something just went wrong in the thing. The vibrations dropping at any, you know, or just, you know, wore out this, computer. The computers aren't perfect in fact, really. It's kind of. Oh, well, there you go. It's kind of amazing to be honest. How reliable these are given that they are so complex. It's remarkable. Okay. Hey, sorry. Good luck. The phone was released on November third twenty seventeen. So you may have ordered it on your birthday, but you didn't get it. According to our chat room at the very earliest November third. So it's still under warranty for another week or two..

"I mean, I get, I get the idea that you know, you wanna take the edge off and so you got your glass of Manabi wine or you've got, you know your corona beer and maybe you're throwing in a blunt there too. I mean, there's definitely some I hate to use the word synergy between cannabis and alcohol, and I think you know people who have won probably love the other, but this deal doesn't make sense to me. So you have this candy growth business, which by the way trades for about one hundred times revenue right now, roughly they're taking a four billion dollar stake in it. This is all, because as we know, this is a Canadian company Canada's going to be fully legalizing. Marijuana use beginning October, you had doc Tober. And so there's intensification that will sales for this company are going to surge. We're going from just this medical marijuana industry now to full-fledged marijuana for everyone. And so the sales are gonna surge. I think that's a terrible way to look at because I think can't be growth is probably one of dozens of companies if not hundreds of companies that are going to be flooding into this market, and really the supply that's out there is going to shoot higher. And I think what's going to happen is you're gonna see, as we've seen in in US states that have legalized in in this country in Colorado Washington state, you've seen a marginal increase in cannabis usage, but the supply has gone through the roof. And what happened is, what's what happens generally when that happens, prices come down. So I think this is a pretty poor investment, and I think the markets, recognizing it see, rub sands from constellation brands said as people wanna consume cannabis in a more. Biscuit manner. Beverages will become more common delivery delivery mechanism. We're not restricting ourselves to beverages just because we're a beverage company. You know, even if directionally, he's right. The number just still seems out of why it's it's the four billion number and to jump from basically a ten percent stake to thirty eight percent stake when we talked about this recently with with Zillow and how part of the sell off last week with Zillow had to do with their acquisition of. The mortgage lenders of America. That's right and Zillow, not having the greatest track record in terms of acquisitions, I would argue the same thing with constellation brands. They paid a billion dollars for balanced plant huge premium, which, yeah. And then by the way met and that happened, I think two years ago, roughly what we call them where we're syncing now could've been the peak of craft beer. So I mean, that was that was a big price to pay and you look at their portfolio of brands? Sure. They've got some recognizable brands, but it's not like a murderer's row of of beer wine and spirits. So I, I don't know. Yeah, and and that's the thing too is is, okay. You've got this year and canopy growth, but there are, there are no established brands and the cannabis industry. So what are you really adding here? I think what they're doing is they're picking what they think is going to be the leader in this, you know, this young market and maybe they're being a little forward thinking, but it's going to be so hard. You're investing in a commodity product. There's no doubt about it. I don't think consumers are gonna distinguish between academy growth branded, you know, version of. Pot versus another companies, and they're spending a huge amount of money to do it, the returns. I don't think the return is going to be very good with this. We haven't really talked about international investing on the show in a while, and I wanted to touch on this. We were..
