"Well, I want to talk to you guys about this. Oh yeah, I want to hear about your lesson. I want to hear about your lesson. How large is going to take a quick call? Basically so I was not the fight. Where was this? Long Island? Yeah, this was Long Island. So I was at the full swing guys headquarters and I got a message from a guy saying like basically taking a video of their system and their headquarters is fucking awesome. They have this like putt view thing. You know the putt view thing where like the greens like change and you can change it. So this guy was like, wait until you see where we're building and Rosalind. So this guy's building this huge putt view simulator, all the simulators. He's a teaser teacher. His name is Joe in goglia and his ingoglia golf is on Instagram and he messaged me. We got a bunch of messages all the time from guys from pros and local country club pros and guys who have simulators and stuff and I don't know something about his message where he was like, would love to have you in any of your boys over like you have to see this thing I have set up in my house. So he's opening up this thing in rosemary but he has this thing in Dix hills basically it's the center of Long Island north shore. And it's actually really kind of close to where my House is. Where I'm actually moving to. So kind of like, I was like, all right, this could be a fucking thing. I just got simulator and his garage. Let's go check it out. So I go there and it's an extension of his house as if like a dentist's office attached to a house or like a business, like it's a fucking business. He's got like his name printed on the wall..

what we've done so all my god you guys have been amazing I only made all my calls in administrators we busted our arms and to break this thing so we don't want to go home and I have a lot of respect for my colleagues and I I work my you know what off so I'm sure Harvey well we appreciate everything that everybody on the front line has done during this global pandemic and and they deserve more than just the tip of the cap and and all the accolades that come your way you guys have been really a relic let me get a little therapy usually I love to talk you know I have the time problem but you know I I know you go to all the trouble you want so if you go to most of the phone lines I know you because I do yeah I remember that I I went to all of them leading up to American Pharoah my my my first one was real quiet with member Lewis was the owner of this army was a jockey yeah and then I and I didn't meet him you know after the race which are run down by victory gallop with Gary Stevens aboard right right in the one that I can say about this race I mean I'm used to the Kentucky Derby and I try to follow the three races twenty twenty horses in a race in the Kentucky Derby none of whom I know and now we're down to like to me it's like the Preakness within hours of the race so and thank god there's no rain the rain is always a complicated thing so but I like you know I like the connection with the with funny cide I know my wife Laura you know file goes with me honey I love you we love the name funny cide and he almost won the Triple Crown an excellent Barclay tag again and all other things so I am totally lost I think with empire maker that there is a real five Bobby Frankel god rest his soul junk bond formed part maker in the slop at Belmont Park in remembering that week Barclay tag as I was restoring the virtues of Barclay Tagg the week the week leading into the Belmont forty side had a an unbelievably quick work that people still criticise to this day but he got run down by you know very very talented a very very talented colt and empire maker it's one thing to do ever since it's apparently was an article there are you don't remember reading this that was I think it's it's Max players as you can and if you're a fan you can actually buy Sharon I think up to a twenty five thousand dollars or something I've never I've never seen that before also the interest about the no I don't mean to be sexist about about three Linda rise so should be the first trainer I think he was the first female trainer right yeah and the first female jockey to win a Triple Crown race also help in the Belmont Park area afterwards and I was Julie krone board colonial affair but I want to answer question about could you and I had discussions about this I want to talk about Santa and either and you know the you know what I'm talking about it's in California yes the it's a great day but what one thing that I was interested because they were the the time I I remember discussing that significantly lower catastrophic injuries with synthetic surface and I actually spoke to one of the trainers and I and I love the guys I'm not gonna mention them he said quote I don't want to put anything on the track that I would use in my attic all right but there was a significant number of and yet and then they took all the synthetic surface out of California what do you think about this even though the turf did the third verse is the synthetic surface road what was the conclusion your opinions because I know you're a big respect yeah and hearty thanks a lot for the call number one I I I think it's a complicated issue when you look at catastrophic injuries in thoroughbred racing number one is I I think it's inherent in the sport I don't think you can completely make the sport one hundred percent safe whether it be during the course of a race or whether it be training deaths early in the morning so that's number one number two I do think the the dirt surface it can be just as safe as a synthetic surface whether pizza pizza or take your pick there are number ones that are used to all across the world I think they can be just as safe if and here's the big problem we have in thoroughbred racing there's no governing body number one number two is when you have tracks that drop the bottom and what I mean by that is you drop the claiming ranks in the claiming price any of horses that are still running that shouldn't be running unfortunately they're not every trainer out there is a great horseman is thinking about the trainers have a horse's health is thinking about other things I think drugs have been a huge issue in thoroughbred racing as well I think there needs to be an issue about cleaning up the sport there are certain things that certainly horses do you need but there are others as we've seen here and very negative headlines with thoroughbred racing that we're trainers are using certain drugs to get better performances out horses so there's a lot that go into catastrophic injuries on the track but the numbers that we have seen over the last twelve to eighteen months have certainly been alarming there's no question about that all right let's walk aboard right now Brian Manzo my podcast partner who we put out a podcast that we did breaking down today's Belmont court thank god Alexandra got home in the diaper in the last response good afternoon brother how are you I would rather have a portrait in finish last for months amid Keefe monster game one loser after another this afternoon hemorrhaging money if I could do the exact of the last two finisher retired today our minds give us your feel I you know I I'm not tempted to win the track is certainly pay to play in the front runners have a healthy respect for this is the law he is out of four to five favorite as we speak with all the money pouring in on and how do you think this race plays out so that was actually spoke to seven on seven shows more innocent working here watches her track by any president if you're on the third you're going to believe you're basically turning for home loans order you saw what you mean it is two races back although he's a very talented so early so if it happens to wind out of the.

"To a World Series. Maybe Phil Regan's mentality is the thing that makes Noah Syndergaard into a Cy Young candidate and Stephen Matt's maximize potential. Jacob degrom better. And he's maybe. Yeah, that's a possibility shortages. But if you can't find the humor in the Mets who are a laughing stock most of the time and fail. Ho Larry Asli hiring this guy at eighty two years old who was born in nineteen thirty seven to be the fixer. Then you got to lighten up seriously. You have to just lighten up a little. No, he he actually faced the Mets seven times in nineteen sixty nine year. They won the champ. Yes. This is a man who pitched Ted Williams, sixteen. There's a man who's first manager in baseball when he was a player was born in the eighteen hundreds. I mean it's just it's remarkable that the Mets have tapped him and fired, by the way, they're pitching coach, who apparently was too old school. And then brought in eighty two year old to replace it. It's funny. It's okay laugh. We're not making fun old people or make fun of the Mets for hiring eighty two year old please. So I have to explain this. Well, after I look at this is that there's a future. We have a future. That's why I look at it, you know, for those of us in our fifth. Oh, yes. Right. Okay. I was going to say he's talking about the Mets fifty year old let's go to Mary on Long Island. It's going on Mary. Good morning. Good morning. Now you're. How my call. I did think it's funny on many rebels. Also may, I say I was very offended yesterday by Mike francesa, making fun of this man and his age. And you were and all of us know that will make your tested gets to be back. He kinda wanna be still doing his show. I thought he is that age. Herreid any rate. I wanted to ask you, because I live in the Huntington area, I never heard of this park that you're going to what is the name of the -partment, St. go park in Dix hills just south of the LIE, and it's on the eastern end south end of Dix hills Melville, right there. Can you name? Me. O S T sexually OTS. Not us. We. I'm saying we mean see what you're saying. Well, you've kind of got a little uppity there as you went to spell it. You get up any I was looking to make sure I spelled it right? And I didn't get a right. Mean uppity Milan, again. Oh. S E, G, O zero. There isn't. Sweet. That's why I got confused but -sego. Income? I had one thing, please Pedo mind. Yochon r-. Thank you. My grandfather who passed away. Like a while ago he was refereeing high school football here on Long Island. Eight running up and down the field with high school kids. I swear to you. So I have a place in my heart for anybody in their eighty who's doing what they know. And that's great. And I don't want people to now project that we think it's funny that the Mets have hired an eighty year old pitching coach to saying that eight year old can't do stuff. Of course. They can it just did the Mets who are a professional baseball team in time of crisis who can't get anything, right? Have just scapegoated a bullpen coach a pitching coach and have replaced them with three people one a pitching strategist who the hell even has that another bullpen coach. And a guy was born during the great depression. And it was funny and it was on the same staff, sandy, Colfax Drysdale, Don Sutton doesn't mean he can't live. It just it's just odd choice for a team that's a crisis. That's all because of where he was prior to this. It was up in Syracuse with triple team. And the reason he was there was because the pitching coach there, basically had to take a medical leave. And I'm not really sure why. But we do think it's a family issue. You. So that was the next guy in line. I guess it's the way I look at it. Yeah. I to fire Dave island. Maybe you're right. Maybe there's something we don't know about that happened behind the scenes, but they also made multiple firings, but it just seems just odd especially last year, by the way where they got a lot of good out of the staff. I say one thing that thing that can disrupt a team more than anything else or organization in general is inconsistencies. So whether it be on the field with the players are inconsistent or the front office, who keeps making changes and tries to piecemeal things like brody's been doing and Jeff wilpon been doing now for the last two and a half years. Right. Donald milford. What's going on? Donald. I do want to say that Mets fans have been clamoring for statue for years. Just hired one and we complain about it. Come on, guys as close as you're going to get fried in the dugout. Ask for an autograph. Come on now. It's a relic. Ask them how the Lincoln administration. Poulson Smithtown going on all all. Guy by the name of John Franko, that works within the organization that I'm sure would love to get back on the field and help out with the pitching staff already worked for the organization. We gotta go out and hired eighty two year old guy. I mean that's, that's just mess. Mets jets hoping the same. You know what all your the jets are actually finally got it right? Yeah. I know. But I mean there's been what he's saying is just many, many years of, like, you know, ineptitude at a tragic level. I say that the jets hired an all star team to run their front office. No, there's no there's no doubt about it. They got solid guys there than what they're doing. They're, they're gonna take no prisoners man to be a I between the front office and the coaching staff. It is it is going to be about as. Energetic and edgy. As it comes you think that John Franko would be interested in doing that. He would. Would. But not not, not right now, only with the next regime, that comes in here because right now it's all everything here. Now is on interim basis. Everything everything is subject to subject to change in a very short period of time. So I do not think that you wanna be a part of something like this right now. Well, the reason why wait until the next group guys in here and starts over again. Yeah. The reason I ask, you know, not everybody's up for that grind travel at all of that, to be in that you kidding me where the uniform again travel first class, they in the nice hotels. Come on, man. Yeah. Man. I just some people, you know, that with that he did it for years, and years and years, a long career was so. But it's not a bad life man, if you can get it, it's not a. Tired, Medicaid actually do it. Yeah, I know. That's what I was saying. I mean, cheese, he's road trips and everything getting up those.

"Sports network, Ernie. No, my thanksgiving's going to be ruined next year because the Vikings are playing on thanksgiving night. So I can look forward to that. They're gonna lose to the eagles on thanksgiving. Better than than playing at twelve thirty. And losing that is true. Thanksgiving. Now, you can enjoy your day. And at the end of the day you get to sit down and settle in for Viking game. Where's the game? I'm not sure where that one's going to be played. We should know who all the biking home games are. I don't need to know that. I can look it up quickly could Google. Yeah. I don't know. I mean, if it's at home, you're you're sitting here telling me that Gary kubiak is going to change the way your team does things in your guys are going to be a lot better than we do think. So, but I just I don't like when my teams plan holidays that game will be at home for Minnesota hall Murray. It's a little bit better. Maybe a little Thanksgiving Day trip for the threes. Right to Minneapolis. Gotta know in November about I'm never going back there again telling you right now. Never again, am I going to Minnesota got no desire to go back there? All right. That was one of I mean in the summertime, but never you like the ice fishing. Sure. I did like the ice fishing. You were into it. One time. Going on your life getting ready to have a baby. And you know, you weren't feeling good. And you got frozen out like outside the the mall. Somebody died, but I understand he had a bedtime. Yeah. But I mean, it's just it's that. Great Atlanta this year. I love Atlanta. I think I might go to Atlanta every year. Seriously. I was watching some TV show yesterday the ferris wheel that was there in Atlanta. They showed that there's my ferris wheel. What also happened in Atlanta? Very nice weekend with your wife. Yeah. That's resume eight brisket. I did a couple of times. Maybe you could change that in Minnesota by bringing her and the baby now. All right to Minneapolis. Minnesota time. It's awesome. Yeah. I know, but I don't wanna leave here in the summertime this. That's the time. You don't leave Long Island into the lake region of Minnesota. It's just it's beautiful. Mozilla that place again bees cracklins here Acklin barbecue. I'm looking at it now. And boy, oh, baby. Look at this. That's me rip it parts ribs. Look at this watch myself feed for people listen on the radio, he's checking your sugar levels. That's exactly what's going on. That was unfortunate timing. You got the I got the fried pickles there too. Fried pickles. Oh, yes. Yes. And you brisket tacos that place is awesome. All right, Jerry. What are you got man? Can I be a little different here? Sure is a border the so are you familiar with the name Travis Kauffman at this point. No. So this is the I guess once I say what he did. This is the runner who was attacked by a mountain lion. Okay. So I think he did this at the hospital. I'm not one hundred percent, sure. But he met the media because if the story yes, and he's got a huge scarlet below is is you're gonna magin his hands. All this is not a fake story. The hill. Mount Miami, this is a legit story. So I pulled a few clips from it just because it's an interesting story Dix hills that this happened. This was not in big sales. Where the hell it was. But somewhere in Colorado. There you go in Colorado. I could have been Salt Lake City. Hell if I know, but let's go with Colorado. That sounds great. So here he was when he first noticed what was happening. I ended up hearing some pine needles. Russell like a stick break, and I turned around and just was pretty bummed out to see a mountain lion. Chasing after me. So the mountain lion jumps Adam and basically clamps onto him to where he would get it to basically roll down the hill. A little wrestling match at which point I was able to get on top of it ten its back legs. So I didn't get any soft tissue scratched out in my nether regions. So he was still okay. His idea was. He actually said interesting you'd play that he actually said it was completely silent made. No growls. None of that. Nothing. It was just trying to basically eat him that if buy a cat, would you go roar? No. I don't think that's exactly what I do. I don't make all sorts of crazy noises to try to scare. Like that. This thing is crazy. Well, my arms up in the air you have to remember it attacked him humiliating time to start doing a dance to make it run away. And think you're crazy. He said he tried to stab it. I was grabbing around for sticks. I only had my left hand free. My right hand is still locked in. Its jaws tried to to get out at snack. I think about that his hand is in its mouth. And he said at one point the teeth were embedded in his hand, ripping the tendons and the ligaments sandwiches, pretty gross. So then he tried hitting it in the head with a rock, and that didn't work I knew with two pretty good blows to the back of the head that it didn't release that. I was going to have to do something a little more drastic. And I was able to kind of shift my weight and get a foot on its neck. And then he thought at one point for sure he was gone gonna I kind of just imagine being stuck on this hillside. And eventually just. Having a cat not mean, which is a way to go. He was also very concerned because this was not a full grown mountain lion. This was a much smaller one. So he was worried that the mom or the dad or the siblings, we're gonna come as his pussy feathers ain't gonna come help eat him, right? Which is a problem. And then he was asked about this this newfound celebrity, he's not comfortable with that. At all. It's kind of weird to feel kind of famous for like reason, it's very much like a situation of happenstance where like a wrong place wrong time instead of an earned sort of degree of fame. I guess that's been pretty weird. Now, it's interesting about this is so there have been like fifty thousand views of this press conference here. There are hundreds of thumbs up reviews ninety nine people gave it a thumbs down. What were they looking for? How do you give this guy a thumbs down? What did he do mountain lines? This guy been on any of the the the late night shows. I'm not sure I think he's still a hospital though. So no, he's only appeared on public radio in Colorado. That's where this interview. You want to reach out. I'm trying to block studio. This was more than public radio. This was there were microphones. They're like I said, I think he was in the hospital, and there were reporters asking questions know, what if I was James corden, I'd have this guy on and then I'd get them out in line. Not tell them release the mountain lion. How you did it right? Do it again. One times locked times a skill. Great TV that would be great TV. But yeah, so Travis Kaufmann is his name and good for him. He's not dead because he sure is how could have been. Jacob degrom. Do this. Jacob degrom stuff again. But we'll play one more time the comments from his agents about you know, maybe possibly they'll shut them down with an innings limit. If he doesn't have a new deal before the start of the new year, where are you with negotiation communication still open we received Walker, but they continue to talk, you would think terribly frustrated frustrated. I have a job to do. Let's get ready to play baseball. Now. He was asked about that idea of an inning limit. How about that? I think that's going to be a.

"Is. Oh on the fan across the country on CBS sports network. So someone on Twitter Moore, I believe they're saying as always yelling at man for putting down the bears. She sent us a link to an article in one thousand nine hundred ninety five the New York Times about this Dix hills lighter. So it seems like that urban legend story about the leopards on the hill with the twenty foot snake and the wife in the basement that seemed like a little bit of an urban legend. But the first guy who called and said there was a lighter. And that's true. That's true. And the owner of the homeless guy by the name of Mr. fig. You can't you can't make it up in the cat's name was fire. Fire basically broke the town code, and I do believe he basically got arrested because of it. Well, there you go. So it's the truth. Of course, it's in the town of Huntington and the town charter does not allow for somebody to have whatever you wanna call. It a tiger or like two hundred and fifty five pound cat. You're not you can't have it. No. You can't no surprise there. Mr. fix said. His lawyer got mom there for what? Yeah. Seriously. I mean, come on, Mr. fig, what are you nuts? Are you gonna fight this? I don't know about the whole thing about chain and his wife to a pole in the basement either. I don't see any of that is actually a couple leopards up. That's the urban legend that basically came out of this. I guess so we got to ligers tiger Tigers leopards, but we started with goats. And the reason why we started with a goat this morning was because of an old L Beckham junior tweet as I you saw Jay Glazer the NFL insider that he is he is great at his job. And he's got a big relationships with players. And there's no doubt about that easy. Reputable source said that he'd predicts that Odell. Welcome junior is gonna get traded before the season starts. Now. He tried to say, this is a prediction. This is not a report. But when you're billed as an NFL insider, and guys like me and fans of the NFL or conditioned to take anything that Jay Glazer says tweets as a report. Well, when you make a prediction people are going to take it as such they're going to take it as a report, so he backtracked. He started yelling at people on Twitter saying that this is a prediction, and if you're saying bad things about me, and then get a life those things so then Odell Beckham junior himself after this. Jay Glazer prediction that he was gonna get traded from the giants before the season Beckham junior put out an emoji with a zip to limp, and then some bashful face emoji. And then says what's the exact words and the other one h just different over here with a goat emoji. Yeah. And then we have some calling saying the goat emoji is I guess Aram Aram like an ode to the Rams or something really? Goat is my lover. Yeah. It's good..

"Feel bad for Sutton. You know? I don't know why I can't believe he came out with that type of game plan. He gets fired. He gets fired because the listen I understand it and have a good game plan, and he really didn't have. And this is what I feared on Sundays. I told people he did not have the personnel to stop the patriots running game. I knew he didn't. And I knew they were going to do exactly what they did. I thought he Andy messed up by not taking the ball number one. Because I thought he had to get the lead. I thought that would have helped him if they could have scored in the first half they would have been unstoppable in the second half as it is they had the lead twice in the fourth quarter. And they couldn't hold it. And I know it's hard for them to live with the fact that on a guy who's not even in the play default who had a great year and his big time free agent. Had a great year. Great year d Ford lines up in the neutral zone and causes them a game winning interception. That's hard to take it really. Is. It really is. But the chiefs and actually I feel bad for Sutton. By rumors about Rex possible defensive coordinator. I tell you the truth. I don't know. Yeah. I see Schefter reply. I never heard that. Boy, I'll tell you something that would be interesting. I think you put the chiefs in the Super Bowl, actually, I'll tell you something that would be really know what that would be really interesting. Rex rex. Unbelievable. They'd get along too. They get along. And you'd have no problem with Rex. Andy doesn't have any problem with people speaking their mind, he has no problem with it. Andy is in charge. But he's not as jerk about it. Where it's not like anyone else can't talk, and Andy, let's assistance talk. He lets them have ideas. He's not against that. And he wants somebody. He wants to leave somebody alone the coach defense he does not want to coach the defense. He wants he wants to coach the offense. He doesn't and he wants to make the game decisions. He does not want to coach the defense. He really doesn't. I didn't hear that. I have not seen the scrutiny there. I didn't. I did not say anything about Rex. I didn't think wreck said give up what he's making. That's what I didn't. I mean, unless the chiefs are going to pay him a lot of maybe she's gonna pay him a ton of money to defensive coordinator has possible. Oh, my you know, what I don't know if he would take it. But I I would think he'd asked for aid probably s for a couple million dollars just to be the defensive coordinator. But they can sure for the pay the chiefs. He makes I mean, listen, I think he'd do a good job. Scott Dix hills. What's up, Scott? Hey, mike. How are you? Good time. Good time of the year to talk about this often. Heard you mentioned in your mind Super Bowl twenty-five giants bills. Best Super Bowl ever. I fourteen. Invest played game. Best player game, no turnovers. Great atmosphere. I think you can't have football played at a high level before the game. Even started two weeks after the first Desert Storm, invasion, I event ever got wanded going into an event it was. There was there was a lot of emotion in the place Whitney Houston season. Now. It was like a heavyweight fight the bills kinda dominate the first half. Almost almost take Hostetler added a game. He holds onto a ball in the end zone that very easily could have been fumbled. The giants come out and checking. We went in the first day of first half. They were they held the ball. The last eight minutes of the first half and scored a touchdown with touchdown Baker in the corner of the end zone to go down twelve ten and then they came out and held the ball for nine and a half minutes and scored a touchdown to go up seventeen twelve because the ball Jim Kelly didn't have the ball in real time for an hour and a half count. The halftime. I was sitting in the. Giants seats. Where meeting the the good giants seats where the family sets because I think if I remember right in that game. Judy Parcells was sitting next to me. I believe she's a good friend of mine anyway, but she has been for many many years. But she I'm pretty sure shoes sit next to meet the game. She's I think sitting one on one side of me. I think if I remember, right. Tournament of that game. I think so, but we we were sitting in a giant sexy giant fans with sex. And I was in. And. They will go before the half when they scored the whole sexual went crazy. I mean absolute went into the half so pumped up because they almost got knocked out to our end zone to the right right before the half the bills were about to break the game open. I mean, they were about to just take over. And I was like oh, man. This is getting bad. And the giants started that drive deep in their own territory and came up the field came up to field and then scored to my left into that end zone. Touchdown Baker in a corner of the end zone and make a twelve ten and everyone got so pumped up and just through that whole half. Everyone was like we're in great shape. Then we came back the third quarter that drive and the giants wet in front and the rest of the game was just classic. It really was classic game Whitney, Houston the half time the planes overhead. The whole thing was a great show this game. Flawless no turnovers back and forth. So great game. Really was a great game. Very exciting. Oh, come on the last play can't have a more exciting game than it really was one. Yeah. The whole backdrop of the Gulf war and the whole thing. I mean, it was just very very dramatic. It's just the whole thing was and you had this idea that the giants was still in this game from this juggernaut team that had just beaten the rate is fifty one two three this unstoppable team. And they kept the ball away from. You know, it's funny that night everyone talked about the defensive game plan and in that game. The biggest thing they did was they kept the ball, forty minutes. The bills had the bowl for nineteen minutes. They scored nineteen points in one thousand nine minutes. Now when everybody talks about the game plan. From. Last sunday. The chiefs scored thirty one points in twenty minutes with the ball. That's twenty minutes scored thirty one points. You know, you score point a minute. No one was stopping you. Think about that. The chiefs had the ball for twenty minutes in the game. The pats had the ball for forty three minutes. That was the game plan as I said, it would be the keep the ball out of their hands and still it's okay. Everything to beat them. They scored thirty one points and twenty minutes. That's a lot. Hi, it's Jamie, progressive's.

Your question does thank you so much. No problem will come on down for a complimentary consultation with love to see you. Or one of our offices to one two three one nine four nine nine nine. There was an article this week Sarah in one of the journals in one of the magazines, that's the anti aging foods that will help you feel young again and look yada. I want I need to know these because I want to say twenty five forever. Okay. Let me go through seventies. And see if they make sense or not number one blueberries, so blueberries are very good antioxidant. So better than any other fruit give you protection against skin damaging free radicals, the stress and pollution. They also have vitamin c in them. So blueberries are number one in terms of things that you could eat. Now, here's one that you probably going to like dark chocolate dog truck will also has anti-aging benefits as well. You you eat chocolate. I love chocolate. Okay. So dark chocolate much better than milk chocolate. Benefits your skinny increases. Blood flow to the skin has something called flavonoids. If you've got to have chocolate dark chocolates away to go pineapples another one so pineapple has had an enzyme called prolific proletariats. And what this does it provides the formation of collagen the skin so pineapple is really good for you. And here's another one sesame seeds high in calcium, and rich and other minerals. And lastly now, we're talking about the skin foods foods are going to help your skin. Look better nuts. Some nuts are good in lowering cholesterol and anti inflammatory effects as well. So that's probably good an for one or two answers. A day of nuts like Brazilian cashews. Or macadamia nuts are probably the best of those categories. So patients come to us all the time here at Greenberg cosmetic surgery and asked. What can they do for your skin certainly eating the right food? Sarah is is a way to go. But we also have different lasers and different treatments. And one of the hardest things that we have going on right now is something that we're using called PRP or platelet rich plasma. Yeah. We're doing a ton Pierre P right now, and we can do it in a lot of areas. So for the feast, we are doing a lot of peer P injections underneath underneath the skin. So the crows feet area. The cheeks the fold around the eyes and around the mouth is a big one. A lot of women will complain of that crappy find superficial wrinkles around the mouth, and under the is Pierre P actually helps to stimulate collagen underneath the skin and it helps to. Kind of just improve the skin integrity and reduce some of those superficial lines were using a lot of peer P in the neck as well in the hands women complain of of thin craziness in their hands as they get older. Also. So it works really well for that that brings up a good point because Sarah when we treat the face. I always tell patients here at Greenberg cosmetic surgery, they have to treat the hands and the neck as well. So if you have a patient who has like aging in the face, we say, let's get the hands treated at the same time because that's a really good way to rejuvenate the the whole body at once because the hands give away age just as much as the face us. Yeah. Exactly. If we treat your face. You don't wanna have Brown spots all over your neck as well. I that gives away age just as much as the face does. So I would recommend doing the face the neck and the hands. I started Greenberg said so we can do all that with the PRP. We also put fat into the hands. Like, we do fat injections. All the time into the face and other areas of the body. Would you face we do butts whatever wherever we need to transfer fat. And when we transfer to the hands it really does very nicely in terms of getting the the the hands rejuvenate as well by adding a little bit of fullness back. So you get rid of all that Vini sort of stuff going on the hands when you put fed to it. Yeah. A lot of you know, as you get older, unfortunately, you're losing collagen every year, and you lose volume you're losing, you know, that that skin integrity that you had when you were younger, so we can use fire we can use fillers. We have a lot of products here that we can use to on back volume two areas that lose it very quickly which again, the hands and the face. Yes. Yeah. The hands the face the neck all at one time to one two three one nine four nine nine nine. Dr Steven Greenberg is a nip tuck said right here on WABC. Let's go to the phone lines. Who's calling?
