So if you have our planning your vacation and you're overwhelmed as a number of people, are you go to Disney Parks moms panel, and submit your question and someone like me who is a longtime Disney fan and someone who goes to the parks a lot will answer your question from our point of view and from our experience. When you say long time to you. Can you count the number of times you've been to Disney owner? We have been season pass holders since our older daughter was four or five months. So something like twenty-three years. We have been annual passholders, but we've been going regularly for twenty-five years. Wow. So you've been through all the phases with little kids. As adults what are some of the most common food related questions you get well they range from my child only eats grilled cheese or cheese pizza long. Is he going to starve while we're at Disney World all the way up to a question? I answered last night was we were coming as a group of adults. We want to eat more exotic food while we're on vacation. What are your recommendations for that and Disney World is renowned for how it caters to every guess need off from the child or adult sometime who only want cheese pizza and plain hamburgers to the folks who want to eat the most exotic food. They can think of while they're on vacation and and everything in between. What is your answer to the first question because we were at Magic Kingdom, but my kids both wanted pizza and we just took off. Checked back and forth trying to find the pizza spot. And actually I think Pizza has gotten to be a little harder to find I think tastes in general has just gotten more exotic and so Disney has accommodated that people want to have Asian flavored noodles when they're on vacation. And so I can tell you the last time I ate a piece of pizza at Magic Kingdom. You can get chicken nuggets almost anywhere and we're Foodies wheel of all varieties, but there is nothing better than a Walt Disney World chicken nugget last weekends. We were at Boma which is the african-influenced buffet off at Animal Kingdom Lodge and both my husband and my daughter in addition to having watermelon rinds salad and all of these boo body and these African influence didja. They both went to the area where you could get mac and cheese and chicken nuggets. So they could have at least one Walt Disney World chicken nugget while we were there. What is it is just the most magical chicken nugget on Earth are really crispy. I think that's it. They're heavily battered in there really crispy. I'm a vegetarian in my mouth is watering Oma right now. Let's jump to the other question. You said you answer the last night the four adults coming by themselves, which that may surprise some people people go to Disney World Without kids. Lots of people go to Disney World Without kids. In fact about seven or eight years ago. My husband and I were there one day just by ourselves and I remember walking into Epcot and I sort of stopped and said I've had an epiphany I love our kids but this is more fun when it's just us

Now, those numbers are down by thousands disneyworld reopened with stringent social distancing and sanitizing procedures. But despite Disney's safety plans, many fewer tourists are currently willing to visit amusement parks either. Fearing the virus because some restaurants and attractions remained closed or because international travel is restricted or some combination of all three. The situation for Disney is arguably even worse in Anaheim where Disneyland remains closed due to government restrictions not surprisingly Disney is desperate to reopen, but with corona virus cases on the upswing nationally governor Gavin newsom has said no relations between Disney and governor newsome's office have quote turned frosty according to Bloomberg BusinessWeek Disney says, no one at Disneyworld has contracted covid nineteen since the park reopened regardless lackluster attendance to all of its theme parks is causing horror movie like hits to Disney's earnings Disney's parks unit brought in two, thousand, six, billion in revenues. Last year. CNN. Reported profits. Fell ninety percent in the first three months of this year that the pandemic continues is clearly bad news for any industry that relies on crowds. The virus has also battered Disney rival universal, which operates theme parks in Orlando and elsewhere universal parks sitter and more than a billion dollars in revenue. Last year, they dropped like a scary rollercoaster ride this year though second quarter sales fell more than ninety percent universal to has laid off thousands by now it's certainly no surprise that the pandemic hurt travel hospitality and tourism is hard as it has. But what is notable and often lost in the headlines is that the economic effects of the pandemic are strikingly different depending on your skills industry and geography Lower, income workers are far more likely to work in jobs that cannot be done from home. It's impossible to do laundry fix a broken roller coaster or dresses Mickey and shake a child's hand to resume. Of course, as we continue to socially distance digital industries are booming many professional workers are fine or increasing their wealth but person businesses like Disney resorts have no clear and certainly no quick line of sight to a recovery. Jal points to the fact that the booming stock market tells far from the whole story about the economy and economy of riches for some and recession for many many others.

"To Cora. I'm not going to answer. The question answered that because to question his radical left, would you should President Trump and Joe Biden mixed it up for more than 90 minutes last night in their first debate, they're were insults on both sides. I'm not here to call out his lies. Everybody knows he's a liar is nothing smart about you, Jo 47 years you've done. Mr Trump was clearly the more aggressive and was told on several occasions by moderator Chris well of us to follow the rules. Vic Martinez on what he learned as a leader at Disney
"Names Vic Martinez and you're listening to the hacking you leadership podcast guests series the most impactful leader mentor my life would have to be Mike Myers. A reported up to him in some way during my career Walt Disneyworld and he was always a shining example of what a true leader should be by just watching him and spending time with him. I learned that people should be taken care of instead of managed he taught me how to build effective teams and how to leverage people, skills and passions to get the best work out of them and best of all, he taught me how to own my mistakes and keep moving forward instead of dwelling on them. The first mistake meat is a leader of people might have been dermot first year as a Disney leader at. Disney. Most customers want to grow with the company and I assume that this personnel at down did as well long story short. I was trying to help them get out of their shell grow and apply to be a trainer. What I didn't do is get to know them better I or I. Would have learned that they didn't really want to be a trainer or teach people. They were perfectly happy as Kenny art is making caramel apples all day and anyone more responsibility in. Now focus on building relationships and really getting to know the person and more importantly their needs before I offer up any advice or offer help and career development. The difference between a good leader and a great leader simple. They care and they backup that care what action. I've been fortunate enough to be raised by amazing leaders I mean I was sixteen when I started with Disney our leaders were basically like my parents teaching me right and wrong every day. But my absolute favorite leaders were the ones who cared had empathy had natural emotional intelligence. One of my most favorite moments was when my dad came to visit me when I was an early cashier at Disney. He worked nights and weekends saw only got to see him a few hours a week and my leader remembered me sharing that with him months ago and confidence in he instead of telling me to go back to work, he said Hey Vick don't you go over data tour of the operation take thirty forty, five minutes. I thought I was going to get in trouble for for him being there, and and this leader decided to put me I in the operation second for about thirty, forty, five minutes. But that thirty forty five minutes was so impactful that I would work late or come in on my day off and and give him my best work. No matter what after that because of so indebted to. His kindness I don't have direct reports in my current role at NPR but I realize you don't need them to be a leader, a measure success as leader of people in developer talent by looking at attrition. If our client is leaving us then didn't see the value won't we offer, and that issue could be as simple as that were they think we're too expensive and when I hear that. I hear that they don't think we deserve to be paid that much for what they're cutting. So something's wrong. So work with many people to ensure that the client is taking care of sees the value of their purchase and continues to do business with us. Being in sales is really starts with me and it's up to me this at the right expectations and give my team the tools. They need to successfully onboard the client and when things go wrong on Yo on blame I just seek to understand entitles failures with a teachable moment and maybe add another bullet points at a checklist. Then I follow up to ensure it doesn't happen again and when it doesn't, I make sure to thank them I think this is a healthier way to work with others to accomplish the same goal.

9 Dumb Financial Decisions Most People Make
"Brian, I'm so excited about this show because we're going to basically do a deep dive into behavioral finance into behavioral economics because a lot of what we cover are like it's blocking and tackling it's XS and os when it comes to financial decision making. But a lot of what we do when we make financial decisions has more to do with the behavior than academic nature of and that's kind of what we're going to go through what I'm hoping everybody who watches doesn't treat this as a coping mechanism. Oh, that's why I'm like that is because it's baked into the recipe. No, this is supposed to. Be something where you learn to spot what's going on because this is baked into the recipe, but there is a way for you to kind of master move beyond and figure out how you can harness the power of some of these things that are just influences that can drive your your your actions and your behavior. Absolutely. So there's two books that kind of influence show and and a lot of ways bow claims he has not read this book, but I it because everytime I when I was doing the Chris Voss book, they'll never split the difference. He's an FBI guy who was a negotiator and Use a lot of these tactics. Here's the thing. So back in the day, we'll talk a lot about back in the day you and I shared inaudible account well, frankly tightwad and you had good taste and books. This was in your but I never read this. I'm not I'm not familiar 'cause it always listening to it. I was like. That son of a gun, bow this is I can totally see when he's tried to use this on me but it just to tell you what Chris explains is that the FBI reconized after Waco Texas you know did not go well, they need to throw the book out on how they were handling hostage negotiations and other things like that. He goes into all the different behavioral components and here's what. was. What I am saying is that while our decisions may be largely irrational that doesn't mean there aren't consistent patterns, principles and rules behind how we act and once you know these mental patterns, you start to see ways to influence them. So I think the takeaway there is that human beings always act in a rational manner. We're not completely rational beings that this is a black decision this decision, this is the right decision. This is the wrong decision that's not the way that we always behave even though it seems like perhaps that. Should be the way we behave in. Syria, we should be rational functioning beings, but it just doesn't work that way and that led to you know there's the misbehaving book by Richard Thaler, which is the making of behavioral economics. Now, what's funny is if you go watch any of the interviews, Richards very quick to tell you hey I'm not the first person up with behavioral, economics actually Adam Smith, which anybody who follows me matter of fact we had a content meeting and I was because I had to give. Rabia. Whole educate low. Is huge to me I. Go last year I can remember my daughter. When she's doing her social studies when I found that they were studying. Adam Smith it made me so happy because Russia's the timing of when wealth of nations was published in the seventeen hundreds with the birth of America I don't think it's a coincidence. So there's a lot of things in in Adam Smith when he talks when he in a lot. of his writings including wealth of nations he does talk about overconfidence he does talk about loss aversion self control. So I thought it was cool that Richard gave them a shout out. But if you go deeper, Richard is going to give you examples of things that are happening. Everybody's life that are definitely influenced by behavioral economics and I think it's realistic that. We all think about money irrational even if we can be the most educated most well informed, we all approach it in somewhat of irrational manner. So. Let's jump into this I, want to set the stage for you guys. So you'll know I'm a big Disney Fan. Kind of missing going to the Disney parks because we were supposed to have done that in the spring we're going out to Disneyland and one of my favorite things when you're at Disney well I thought would be one of my favorite things a mirage. Was You get hungry and you're walking through the parking catch a whiff. Oh my gosh. That is the best smelling food that I could put my mouth and it's a Walt Disneyworld. Turkey like now. These things looked glorious. They're huge. They're scrumptious looking, but then you buy these things. And unfortunately to me, the taste is not match the smell because to me it was a very gristle field. Super Sodium filled I mean it was just not everything I thought the smell would give. But here's the thing when you pay twelve dollars and fifty cents for a Turkey leg. You eat that thing you you. You don't even if you're not enjoying it, you get it down because you got to recoup the cost of what you've dumped into that Turkey legs. So there is a behavioral finance concept that describes and so what we're GonNa do is win some stores reliable. Some examples for you guys today in the Chad if you're handle is live go and start throwing them out there. If you think you can guess watch behavioral finance concepts we're talking about thawed out there. So you just said you go to Disney you smell the Turkey leg us pay at twelve fifty, you start gnawing on it you get like three or four bytes in. Everything you thought it was, but you say, you know what I'm going to finish it. I'm going to keep eating this thing right? Isn't that what you say what I think is interest. If you do research as a whole thing about the disneyworld Turkey legs, there are bloggers who talked about you should share this with somebody. Now we're in a covert air now or that just seems ridiculous but I will tell you even pre covert I would no more wanNA share a Turkey leg. Been married twenty two years still not share. Yeah. Turkey legs. Back, in twenty eleven last time you and I went to Disney together. I don't remember US walking down shared a talked. So what is the personal finance concept that represents? A sunk cost fallacy. Here's the thing is. There's no reason if you've already dumped the money into this and you realize is just not as good as you thought, it was going to be you don't have to justify the action by continuing to consume it but guess what you will because somehow we feel like it's okay. It's the same thing if you went to a horrible concert or it's raining outside, you know in on the night of the concert, you know you, it's an ample theater. You still show up just because you've spent the money on the tickets,
JJ Redick On Life Inside An NBA Bubble

Now he's launching his own podcast with co host Tommy Altar, where he speaks with everyone from politicians to fellow players. Here. He's talking to Damien Lillard about life inside the NBA bubble and isolated environment at Disneyworld, where the N BA is playing all its games. I don't know who's going to show up interested who are being shaped like what is it going to be like? So
Miami - Disney Updates Mask Protocol Requiring Guests To Stay Stationary When Eating, Drinking
"Less than two weeks after reopening. Disneyworld is clamping down on its mask rule. The rule at Disneyworld is at visitors required to wear masks at all times except when they. They are drinking or snacking, but it seems to. Many guests were multitasking, and they were walking around the parks while they were eating and drinking without their masks on, so Disney clarified his policy today now the park choirs guests to stay in one place while eating and maintaining appropriate physical distancing
Zion leaves NBA bubble for 'urgent' family matter
"All right one to turn to this story from inside the bubble, and it's a big one the Pelicans announcing yesterday the Williamson left the NBA bubble yesterday morning. Because of under undisclosed urgent family medical matter now Williamson intends to return at some point here's this coach Alvin Gentry. Don't know anything right now from the standpoint of. Coming back and you know obviously us. We've discussed supportive. Amina's family and their privacy doing this time right now, you know. We played forty four games without him and. You know we have top stretching, and we also had a stretch for. We won twelve out of sixteen. Without Him, so obviously, he's a great player that we'll miss, but the one thing that we've always talked about even when we went through times is that. Next Man. Marc Spears joins US live from inside the bubble at Disneyworld mark. Seems a little unclear as to why he left. What are you hearing about that about why he left at this point? Look the PELICANS are keeping it really really close to the vest, and they've been like that all all season. Way Him, you know this is still a teenager very very protective of their future star, and it's a family matter so I certainly understand that, but when it comes to him coming back, Ryan is really complicated. Absence of seven days or less, he s a quarantine. Four days upon return to the bubble with negative tests needed each day. Longer than a week. He has quarantine for four days. If he has a negative test the final day seven days he has gone. Without a required COA testing he will quarantine for ten days, so the Pelicans will debut. On July thirtieth they're one of four teams that play in the first day to resumption. It's not a lot of time between now, and then they have their first criminals, and just a few days, so yeah. The PELICANS certainly have a lot to worry about in their hopes of trying to get back to the playoffs, Yeah and we certainly wish Zion Williamson, and is it well with this family matter I mean that's first and foremost here hoping they're okay, but I look at this as well and I say without him. What are their chances of moving far into the playoffs structure? Like Alvin said you know. They played forty four games without him. Brandon Ingram the all star. He played most of those games at power forward. Without Zion, but once I came back. He only missed one game, and they have a stretch for by the name of Niccolo Meli. Not Not too hot says Zion has not the game design has I think the average is like seven games seven points a game. He would likely replace Zayn at power forward with Ingram staying in the small force spot, and I. Think drew holiday, said it best. He said you know. As much as it hurts to say, we've done it before in terms of playing without Zayn.
Disney World still plans to reopen this weekend, despite Florida's surge in coronavirus cases
"Peter King is in Orlando Peter What's Disney's plan? They spent four days doing soft reopening activities, first with cast members and then two days with some of the annual pass holders. Now they are reopening the animal Kingdom and Magic kingdom In the next Wednesday, they open up two more parks, Epcot and Hollywood studios. Tio everybody what new precautions is Disney taking, especially as they begin to welcome these people from all over the country, at least into Disney World, Steve, the question really is what are they doing? I mean, It all starts with having to have a ticket before you go there and making a reservation. If you don't have a reservation, they don't let you in. When you get to the gate. They take your temperature, and if you or anybody in your party is at 100.4 degrees or higher you don't get to go with that is the threshold. Disney has added a hand sanitizer handwashing stations, frequent cleaning, social distancing the requirement for face coverings. There are also apse for mobile contactless food ordering, so it's an awful lot of things going on. And on top of that they are limiting the number of people who are allowed in the park every day. We don't know what the numbers are. They never released those. So what's the reaction been then from officials and public health advocates in Florida, considering they have Breaking records in Corona virus cases recently. Yeah, it's a real paradox here. But, you know, with apologies to Pluto's Disney is the big dog here in Orlando, and it drives tourism even though Universal in Seaworld have been open for a few weeks, and we haven't heard of any problems coming out of their re openings. Nor with Lego landed Winter Haven or Kennedy Space Center over on the space coast and from the governor on down to the mayor is here in Orange County. They're all very happy with what Disney is doing and their safety protocols and I think the governor went as far as to say that Disney maybe one of the safest places to be, and this is has Covert 19 cases here in Orange County, multiply its something like 1400% in the past several weeks. There's some would say it's insane, and one doctor actually told us That opening up. Disneyworld is like pouring gasoline on the fire right now, CBS news correspondent Peter King in Orlando. Thanks, Peter. Steve. Thank you. Meanwhile, in parts of the country this weekend sweltering weather here, CBS news meteorologist Geoff Barrow
Will U.S. Amusement Parks Ban Screaming On Roller Coasters?
"Year, It sounds like this screams of joy as the brave among us hurtle down the tracks of a roller coaster. But that's so 2019 this year during the summer of Cove in 19 amusement parks in Japan. Have banned screaming on rights. What you get instead is this thiss is sound from a video shot at Fuji Q Highland in Japan. It opens with a title card that says a new style of screaming, Then we see two very sober mask wearing men. Park execs Alone on a rollercoaster. One wears a jacket and tie. The other ones were in a white short sleeve shirt and a bow tie. These guys they are rule followers, not a whisper from them. And at the end of the video, another title card, scream inside your head. Because if you scream inside your heart, you're keeping your scream and any virus particles to yourself. Question is, would any US amusement park imposed the same rule? It is an interesting approach. I don't know how effective it would be. You know here. Nick Paradise is with Pittsburgh's Kennywood amusement park. That park is scheduled to reopen for season pass holders Tomorrow. Paradise thinks social distancing and other rules will be enough to keep people safe on the park's eight roller coasters. I've seen people do not scream. Is a little too much, at least right now. I think kind of crawl walk run will be very satisfied and thankful for people following the recommendations to wear the facemasks. Those masks will have to be worn everywhere except the water rights, and we are also going to be limiting capacity and practicing social distancing on the coasters like a lot of other parks in the country. Kennywood opened months later than usual. Disneyworld reopens this week, but Disneyland in California. Is waiting until it gets a quote. Better understanding of state rules. Dollywood and Tennessee. It's now open. The six Flags
Florida's Disney World Set To Welcome Guests Back For Saturday Phased Reopening
"Disneyworld is getting ready for a new era. Here's a bee sees, Will Reeve On Saturday, the iconic Orlando destination will begin a cautious and phased re opening of its parks after being shut down for four months due to the cove at 19 pandemic. We've really focused on its during that we have a very thoughtful and methodical Reopening strategy that's phase on various attendants levels that allow us to launch, learn and adjust GM getting an exclusive look at some of new health and safety measures. The parks and resorts are putting in place for guests and employees reimagined experience. Starting the moment visitors arrive. Disney Hotels have switched to mobile checkin. All you need is an app that tells you your room number. And once you reach your room, I press unlock door. Hold my phone against the lock. And we're in Disney world will be limiting daily attendance greatly reduced capacity, not just on the overall part man, but every one of our facilities. Other measures include temperature checks had park entrances, mandatory face coverings for all guests and staff. Increased hand, Washington sanitizer stations and mobile ordering at restaurants to minimize physical contact attractions will have added safety measures here. Kilimanjaro SAFARIS Guests will enter and then when they are on the ride vehicle. There will be barriers between a truck guests. We'll still get to see their favorite characters, but in new ways In the parks Mickey and that character breakfasts like this one. But as Corona virus cases surgeon Florida Some are raising concerns about the timing Should Walt Disney world be opening right now, way believe very much, so we should be opening again. We've been focused on this. We've got the right protocols in place. And it's a choice environment who bears the responsibility for this process, going as smoothly as it can, really. Our success is based on some of everyone working together. Ensure that we're merely operate well in this new environment. The re opening will be methodical Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom open on Saturday. The other parks will open on July 15th. There won't be any of the usual big firework shows or parades that encouraged mass gatherings. Disney officials have been learning from their other re openings around the world, like in Shanghai. Hong Kong and even at the Disney Springs complex here in Orlando,

"Head to Disneyworld down in Florida for the resumption of the 2020 regular season and play offs in the Orlando bubble. The team is scheduled to make the trip South on Wednesday this week, the second day that teams can arrive. Obviously, this whole situation is new to everyone from the fans to the coaching staff to the players, Celtics forward Gordon Hayward says. Everyone is figuring things out as they go. I mean, it's hard for me to speculate because I haven't been involved in Like this either. So it's I think we're all gonna learn. I guess maybe what's the most important thing heading into a shortened season? Or what's the quick? What do you need the most over the weekend, Hayward, saying that he will leave the Orlando bubble if the Celtics are still playing when his wife goes into labor she is doing September, which could be when Boston is in the middle of a playoff run, he says. It's an easy decision for him. The Seas first game is Friday, July 31st against the Milwaukee Bucks. Each team will play eight seating game. Before the playoffs begin. Disney shares drop as company delays reopening of California Disneyland
"Here's a question for you Steve. Grasso is the fact that Disney closed down by just six tenths of a percent. Actually good news I mean I i. would when you first heard the news, you think. Oh, the stock is going to treat down because it traded up on the reopening plans of and also take along with it. Other theme park operators, other sort of these reopening trades like cruises and airlines, etc, and most of them finished higher. Yeah I guess you could look at that stop. I WANNA stock stops going down on bad news. That's a positive for it, but Disney has been a perfect range trader. It looks like it wants to trade between one hundred and about one thousand five. The problem I see with Disney is that it's not the same as when you're getting on a plane and you could suck it. It up for two or three hours with a mask on to get someplace. This is the venue you're going to so I don't think families should be excited even when it does reopen and parks are a huge number and their revenue, so I'd be negative on Disney watch that par level that one hundred dollar level. Yeah, they're also by the way delaying the launch of of Mulan. which could bode well poorly? Excuse me for the movie theaters right out there. Tim, AMC finish down by more than ten percent today crushing. Yeah I mean I I wanted to get the Milan. And you know it's going to be a sad day in my house, but I steve these pointing at thirty eight percent, our theme parks and experiences, and this is a big deal, and it's been well flagged in the stock. I think the stock first of all. If you look at the chart, I wanna see this hold around one zero five, or or you probably start to test down lower I'm a I'm owner of Disney I'm not trading and aggressively in here and I'm a buyer weakness, but the reality is what we're seeing on resurgence in Cova one thousand nine is not faring well for this stock, and the reality is. It's going to be much slower. Move back into theme parks, even though the reason. Reason I owned. Disney is because there's four distinct businesses there. That are largely very healthy, if not set back by this, I think you're buying weakness. And of course, this raises questions surrounding any reopenings, and whether it matters if if the government's actually imposed the lockdown or of the companies themselves pull plans to reopen. We've seen this year with Disneyland in California now Disneyworld is being questioned by its workers in at Disneyworld. And then you've got apple closing some more stores in Florida this time. Yeah I think that's a really good point I mean companies are not waiting for guidance. From the government, they're listening to their customers and their employees, and that's who their constituents are so I wouldn't be shocking, right? It's they delayed further openings and also have ESPN now at sports that maybe get delayed again or maybe more cancellations. The other thing though about Disney stock is remember. This company has a lot of debt now. It's not I. Mean They can handle the amount of debt, but in terms of valuing the company. You've got to include a lot more debt now than there used to be so I think you can wait and get a chance to buy a little lower
N.B.A. Owners Set a July 31 Restart, All in Florida
"Zach Lowe's senior writer for ESPN in host of the low post podcast. Zach. We're GONNA have basketball We think we're going to basketball. We'll see on July whatever July thirty first, or whatever, but yet knock on wood back on everything. Knock on heads. We stay healthy enough to have basketball. That's true I should never say anything definitively these days, but we are closer to having basketball because the NBA Board of Governors met on Thursday in voted twenty nine to one on a plan for the League to return. Return to play in Orlando at Disneyworld, twenty two teams, eight regular season Games in possible plan term, involving the eighth and ninth seeds We're GONNA have a lot of time to break down the logistics of all this how it's going to work from a public health perspective, weather not can work, but I wanted to bring you on today to talk about the basketball ramifications of this decision. Why do you think they went this particular route? Well. I think as you might expect. They were trying to balance money midst about basketball and love the game all at, but I think that it's mostly about. How can we maximize? That's why they didn't just take the sixteen playoff teams. They've tried to threadneedle of. Volume of games. Fairness to the teams that were in the eighth spot when when the seasons stopped in some potential excitement for play in teams, particularly the teams that were chasing Memphis in the western, mathematically had a decent shot, a much better shot than usual with seventeen eighteen games left to catch them. I want to talk about New Orleans and Portland particular, but I I wanted to ask why not think they went with six additional teams? Instead of four was America just clamoring for some wizards basketball, so watching the wizards. It's sort of like playing roulette. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose sometimes you leave the building weeping uncontrollably. The one thing wizards are not. This season is boring. Both those teams really wanted to play I think part of it was probably well. If we're going to have a plan in the West, it's GonNa Look Kinda dumb. If we don't have a plan in the East Lake of we just take the east team so I guess we gotta take someone. WHO's the least crappy east team left? Okay Washington. You get in well, then we have to balance it. So who's the next lease? Crappy West, okay, Phoenix urine I, and then suddenly twenty two. My opinion and I said this from the beginning, it should have been twenty. There's a hard quality gap after twenty I see no reason why these teams had essentially zero percent chance to make the playoffs are going through all this rigmarole adding seventy or eighty bodies. Me The reason why it doesn't really make sense to me is if you had told me okay, the western conference is going to have a plan tournament with three four five teams, and it's GonNa last a week or ten days and we don't want the Eastern Conference. Eight playoff team sands Washington just sitting there waiting I could buy that, but displaying tournament is not a tournament. It's one or two games. I just don't. It doesn't make any sense to me why those teams? They're not to pick on them. I just thought so get it. The PELICANS obviously were playing much higher level Oncein Williamson came back, and actually had a better point differential than Memphis for the season stopped Then you've got the blazers who are nearing full health right, which was due back after an injury marsh before all this happened. and. In hair and Nerkez the deck and Oh, I think he's hurt. His leg. Oh, his leg is right. Narco hits the deck. Which of those teams do you think is better situated to make it in Portland was also slated to have a decent easy scheduling. Everyone focused on New Orleans easy schedule because it was the easiest but Portland in San. Antonio were slated ABC. Schedules. I think you would have to go with New Orleans. Only because a they were playing really well already in. Be Like it's it's. It's exciting that use of Norwich and Zach. Collins are back in their. If their backup for these long layoffs, but they're also back after long layoffs in Nurkic in particular is coming off one of those traumatic leg injuries that it usually takes people a while to get maybe a year. Even a season at took Paul George Longtime for instance to get back to what they were before. So I think you'd have to go with new. Orleans but I would not underestimate portland.
Social Distancing in Summer
"Has the summer heats up. People all over the country are considering now. How much risk they are willing to take as they venture outside. Some are thinking about reuniting with friends and family for the first time. Others are trying to decide whether or not to take a road trip. What about physically distanced backyard barbecue? Just. How risky is it to make this summer? Feel like well summer. It is important to understand what the likelihood of contracting the corona virus is and transmitting it. So that you can make the right decisions for yourself and for your family. I'm Dr Sanjay. Gupta CNN's chief medical correspondent. And this is corona, vice, fact versus fiction. So I have an eleven at neely eleven and thirteen year olds, and so the conversations were having now are about what else summa looks like. That's Aaron Judge, Professor, at UMASS DARTMOUTH and CNN contributor since his blog post about avoiding situations with a high risk of infection went viral. He's become a resource for many people. Some does look a little bit different, and there's been a lot of tears in this house over the last eight weeks, but We're trying to gain normalcy for our children as much as we can. The possibility of having a normal summer is not a lot of our minds. So I asked Erin about some of the questions. I've been hearing from you. Starting with pools is it safe to take a dip properly maintain to pull. Water will not be a source of spread of the virus. The chlorine that's in its will inactivate virus fairly quickly and the level of dilution that would happen in a pool or notional or lodge freshwater body would not lead to enough virus to establish an infection. But when you do this, you need to just make sure that we're maintaining an appropriate physical distance and create a little bit of extra space I. Don't know if you or your family members have been doing any hiking or going for long walks around your neighborhood. What precautions do do you think people should take if they just WANNA go for a walk or a hike? So, we have as a family, we each have three mosques We have a better quality one if we get into grocery stores or anywhere. We know there's going to be a lot of people. We have one win. We're just going to do a show. Than we have out general sort of mosque, which is a neck data that we use any time we go hiking or around the neighborhoods where we know that we are able to social distance the vast majority of time, but there are some times where the path my narrow and. while. The brief encounter is not as risky as the longer one. It's not no risk and you don't know the risk factors of the person that is walking past you and I tend to take mosques a little bit more altruistically. It is about me wearing them to protect us, and so when we get in that situation, we just literally pull up gate of mosques over our face. We do that about fifty feet out from the person or people. People so they can see what we're doing. And then we just run a little bit of a wider above as we possibly can. Games like soccer or basketball, would you? Would you be okay? People playing those? Yeah, I'm eat soccer coach and I really want to get my teams out on the fields, but not playing scrimmages yet were not sure enough especially with children about their role in infection and transmission, so no, I'm not yet there for. Those sports, but as long as it doesn't bring you in face to face contact. I think the the risk is low. A baseball of Frisbee is not right up there where I'm spending my anxiety. What about a road trip this summer for family? They want to go on a road trip and stay in either a hotel or an AIRBNB. Something like that. If it's your own family, I'm not to consent. Call head to the hotel. Will the YOU'RE GONNA? Stay at ask what they cleaning protocols are end what this Stafa wearing while they cleaning the room and if that comes into line with what your risk is for your. Your family then I would proceed a medium sized gathering like a birthday party or a wedding ceremony. Would you be okay with that? Weddings done outsides with appropriate spacing. Absolutely it can be done a birthday party again in a backyard outside can be done. I. Just encourage people to bring their own chairs while it's nice to stand up in chat, we find. People stopped to move closer and closer the more comfortable they feel, and if you've got a chair, you don't drift and that just maintains the safety while keeping the social aspect I. I really love your your practicality because you are thinking exactly how people probably behave. Disneyworld they're planning on opening up in July. What do you think about amusement parks? Yes, so amusement parks I mean if they they can institutionalize cleaning and. Keeping. Systems like lines organized better than almost anyone. We know they're in the business of doing that. But when we're bringing a lot of people together, we know the risks come up. My major concern comes with the rides that put people into slipstream. I don't know enough about aerodynamics and transmission on Roller coasters, but I can only imagine from being on them in the past that someone that screaming in front of you. Whatever's coming out of them as coming directly onto you in pretty intense. For a few minutes.
JoAnn Compton Powell: Moving forward after the death of a daughter
"Ten years ago Cindy lost her sister, Laurie but she says she also lost her mother to. Over the years I've done many shows with parents of murdered children and parents who've lost their children, and never knew what happened to their children, no bodies, no person ever was claimed or or discovered and you Joanne expressed what all of those parents have at some point or another express to me over the years is they want everyone to know that? Their children had a life, and that the life was important and not the death. Because what happens when you have a child who's murdered, this way is everybody focuses on the death. Everybody focuses on who did it or who didn't do it, and who committed the crime and the life is lost so. You have an opportunity to say something today about the kind of person your daughter was. Her life, not her death, but her life. She was very happy person. She enjoyed everything she did. She liked everybody she met. She was beautiful. She made me pray out. I really couldn't believe that I had a child like this. I've been buried like with the two children I have. And they make me so proud as mother. She didn't deserve this. She deserved a lot more. A lot more. So now you're stuck ten years. You have not been able to move on, and you have watched into your mother. Not Be able to move on. What do you want to say? Well, I just want to tell her that I need you I, need you? There is a parent a friend. When we lost Laurie you daughter Alice Desisto. And it was really hard. To find someone to understand pain was filling because Obviously, you took be there at that time for me. With her case there were details that you and dad with health for me and I feel like there are people out there. Were you know more about the case than I do? and. Course when I was a newlywed, we were having problems and. I didn't feel like a come. Come to you and share that with you. I had to go in front of you. Know Groups, fashion and. Lay everything out there and. Try to get some feedback on it so I could get on with my life and deal with it and I just from other back, I do. They're look. I need you back to back and I need to back as my parents and that's my friend. I'm so sorry. For. To to be able to share your pain and your feelings with her and your joys, and your things to have your mother back as a partner again, yes, it would be wonderful It'd be a new beginning. We could get, and we can move forward. You know we could deal with new pains. New Joyce, you know and. I'm. No and We caught a lot of rest in Peace Now. I really do. AM So sorry are really ender the sorry. Let me ask you both something. And I'll address this to you because Cindy I think you've moved on. I, think you feel like you have some closure. You haven't forgotten your sister, have you? Ever any less. Every day. You think about every day, but you're not obsessed with it. And you feel that you are. Okay. I ask you if you could accept some things and another thing I want to know if you can accept. And this is so hard people to think about. But can you accept the fact? That the length and depth of your grieving. Does not reflect the length and depth of your life. You can love somebody this much. And if you if you if you agree for a year, that doesn't mean that you only loved them that much. It's not something that you. Oh, it's not something that you give how long you grieve. Is. Not a reflection of how much you loved the person that you lost. That sounds foreign to you, doesn't it? because. You walk around, you say. How can I be laughing today? And my daughter is dead, and I'm laughing at Disneyworld or I'm laughing at a TV show and my daughter is dead. How can I do that? You ask those questions yourself, don't you? But I'm asking you now. Can you at least entertain the fact that how long you grieve is not a reflection of how deeply you loved your daughter. I believe I. Do can you accept that if you get closure on this? If you say I'm not going to be obsessed with this anymore that you are not betraying your daughter. Yes! I think I can. That's a hard one, isn't it? But I'm asking you. Can you do that? Yes, sir, I think I can if she could talk to you right now. Do, you think she would say mother. I want you to hurt every day for the rest of your life to prove that you left me. No, you think that's what she would say to invade very angry, it may. So. It wouldn't be a betrayal. Maybe the betrayal is focusing on the day of her. Dan Rather than celebrating the event of her life, she lived for eighteen vibrant and wonderful years. and. You focus on the day that she died. I never thought of it that way. I really never thought of it that way. Well maybe it's time to say. I'm GONNA do that. Maybe it's time to say I'm going to focus on her life and celebrate what I had rather than what? lost. You suppose that's a possibility. That would be nice. It'd be very nice. But it means you have to let her go. You have to give her to God and say I'm Gonna I'm this is your job? Man I'll never forget. I'll never stop loving. You'll never stopped being part of my life. But. It's time that I move von. With your sister and with my life. Take you with me and my heart. But. I'm not going to be obsessed with this anymore. Like to work towards that really would. Like to be able to do that? I could see that. That was a light bulb moment for you. When that was because you who said earlier in the show today you can't even bear to smile. You smiled when Phil said that where the order and you're smiling now. The idea. Of celebrating her life living in holding onto the moment of her death. Really, never thought about it I just never thought about it that way never. Okay? Were you take one more step with me. I mean one more, really big big step. Because what I want you to do right now is I. Want you to make a decision? That says I've got to get up tomorrow. and not be consumed with what I'm doing I've gotta get up tomorrow and have different life I've got to get up and not spend all of my waking hours thinking about my daughter thinking about my loss. And I've been here before and I'm telling you to do that. You have to willing to give it up now. You have to be willing. To say in your heart to, Laurie. I've gotTA. Let you go. I've got to say goodbye I've got to let you go. Because you, you said yourself be really mad at me. She must be really mad at me because we can hold people to an earthly bond, that way can't wait. I believe so. Really Day. Turn your chair and face me. Real close. I want to ask you. Is it time to say by the Laurie. Yes

That's never worked in Disney can't fix it, because it would have to disassemble the entire fucking mountain. So it's giant waste of money, but it's a fantastic rod for what it is. So said, yeah, the Griff Lawrence, that's the that's the crown jewel the Disney resorts, though, like you gotta be having some money to stay there. Can save up buddy is going straight in the corporate card my friend. I. We're not even we're not even going there to Anaheim. So that's really, what's the resort where the, the Montereau pastor that the contemporary. In like that. I got a lot of trouble actually because I was running to the contemporary parking lot for my Uber, and I crossed a lane, you're not supposed to cross. The Disney police you don't fuck with them. You things have to go off without a hitch, and I ran across the street with no crosswalk, and I got big time yelled at dress like Disney police officers like from the Disney universe or no. They, they, they dress police off from different movies. Yeah. Officer hops amateur. Arctic rabbit slap in the cups on your as two notes. I do wanna bring one two things up because we've talked about before about about Disney is that if you go to the avatar park, they do refer to avatar as documentary. So, like, when you talk to the cast members trained they're supposed to be able to speak to you in fluent nevi. That's part of their job supposed to, to speak, the native language, and they don't refer to avatars movie refer to it as a documentary. But apparently in the new Disney Star Wars until killer. Do you know what I'm saying? Yeah, this is from someone through Twitter. She's very popular YouTube or very funny. With Disney stuff. You said. I find it. Let's see they misquoted. Okay. So she was at the Disney stores Burki said, also a cast member said kids, and I jokingly said, oh, young Ling's, and she blindsided me by telling me, they're already scrubbing young Ling's from the vocab parents didn't like it because one of the only you hear it in the movies is the phrase, killing young Ling's in they're not saying they're trying to say young Ling's in the Star Wars park because of the very famous line from obi-wan-kenobi killing young Ling..

"But it was not DisneyWorld Disneyland style. But he said he goes, you've got to go to the website and find he goes a couple of the restaurants have the actual machine. And they do it the way they do it in Disney were just not one of them. Can you know, let's find that out and have them come up. I think you told me the one in Lincoln Shire has the machine. I just assumed well if what has the machine they all bought the machine. Right. But I was wrong. I do also have to say I haven't had frozen yogurt in a long, long time. Good isn't an incredibly good. I almost like it. Sometimes more than I ice cream. They have a pomegranate, flavor that I'm looking at Mench. She's, and I bet. That's really good. They had twelve flavors yesterday that they rotate all the time I went with peanut butter and German chocolate cake, were the two that I had that would be that was pretty good. Very expensive taste. Yeah. Throw a free ice cream person if it doesn't chocolate in it, forget it neat. Yeah. We are. Also different. We really are. I mean just with I would go if I'm I would do, like a pineapple that dole whip is really honestly the best thing I've ever had this taste to it had the essence of your Disney delwip the flavor was there, but the consistency was different because it was yogurt as opposed to the whip, you know. But that's non dairy. We learned the dole whip is non dairy. Here we go. Dole whip pineapple sore bay. You can order a cake. Oh, could you do that? Yeah. Order a cake. But this says dole soft serve. Yeah, right. So the difference is you could get it the way I sampled it yesterday and soft serve, or he could get the traditional dole whip the Disney style if the franchises equipped with the machine, which he was not yesterday. And there's apathy said, some are you have to it's hard to find out who is to call them? Could you call them? And then everyone call all of them. There's like eleven or twelve of them in Illinois. I've never seen one until yesterday. You. Yeah. You'd better get right in there a lot. The one downtown Highland Park close to Deerfield. Oh oh, right. Right. That's the closest one to me. But I think the one I think you said Wendy lasts two weeks ago. The one in Lincolnshire is the one that equipped with the machine. That's the closest one to us. I can't find it that information now. And, you know, meant she's you're going to have to call. Yeah. That's all right. I don't mind make the McCall everything was knows kala let us know. Everything was still really good. I just really had my heart set on one and even though it was still tasty. It was not the Disney experience that I wanted to send chaplain, I went with the peanut butter and the chocolate. And then I went on the jungle cruise ride. Yeah. Always do I always do? All right. Here are more the phrases, the generation Z slang dictionary phrases that a teacher, Massachusetts has compiled for us, so that we can all converse with the teenage kids. What does this mean Wendy if I'm pulling up to if I'm sending you a pull up. What am I sending means I wet my pants and I need to pull up. No, that's about it at all mainly arriving to the party. Yes. Yep. There's a band being performed. There's band performing. The city and I mean, this is just so not soundproof. No, you would think in a radius. Yeah. The pro the monitor's on really loudly in that little area that connects all the studios. So not distracting at all. Are you vibrating a little bit? Well, yeah, but it has nothing to do with the bans jasmine, could you call each other. We need to set up a meeting. Thank you. I don't whip pineapple floats now. Vailable at Menchu's frozen yogurt location. Yeah. This is on Reddit, which you gotta be careful. It's not never as good outside the parks. But then again, what is it's been available at meant. She's for quite some time couple of years now. It's the same thing. Always good. But it doesn't say which particular meant she's, you will have to call. And maybe they can assist you. That's what I'll do. I'll call their corporate headquarters. I'm sure they would have a list of mass everywhere. I needed it all the location. And then try and work out where they bring a machine up here. Would that be heavenly to have that appear? You know, I do this all the time with things I would have like one every day for maybe two weeks and then I'd be like I'm done. There was a time where you and I were not working together. But I was talking about slurpy and I called them miraculous. I said, there's to me the modern miracle is the slurpee machine. I just love slurpy. So then a guy sent me a note saying that he's got three refurbished ones, and he'll give me one. He goes, I'm not asking for money. He goes, I'll give you a slurpee machine. I know how bad the want one and I couldn't do it because not because I would do what you would do, because I would be I would have them every, I would have them all day every day. Where would you put that in your house might find a place? I. Next to the bed, get up in the morning, Bill. Where's the nightstand hallway till you see what we have instead of nightstand? Slurpy this. I I'm not a big slurpee fan. They need to invent a good diet coke wine. I really do with, with the slurpee the they have diet options. But if you're going to do a slurpee slurpy gotta go free. Yeah. If you like the flavor of diet, coke, regular coke won't cut it Bill. Right. Yeah. So it's not for me now. Good, drink it. Oh, yeah. You know what's so weird? Those you hear this study done all the time that NutraSweet and all these artificial sweeteners are actually sweeter than sugar. So when you that's why they say you know, if you want to lose weight, actually give up diet coke. Right. Just drink water or diet, soft drinks worse for you than regular songs. They make you gain weight. Right. That's what I'm saying. Yeah. Because the the fake sugar is sweeter than real sugar. So you're, you're craving sweet things than all the time. Yeah. So you're supposed to give up soda altogether and just drink water. Right. But if you like a real coke to me, it tastes sweeter than diet coke, but it isn't. It's so funny how your taste buds. They acclimate you. There's nothing better when you take a can of coke, and it's kind of frozen and slushy in there. You know. It's so crushed ice. I can't go slurpy. I have I gotta be honest with on it. Crushed is, is the best. I like the slush puppy, a little better than the slurpee. It's like little. It's granular. Yes. And it's more of a drink you and it's like almost like yeah. Like HALE is an aqap with flavor almost like a snow cone, an icy or slush puppies. The fruit flavored ones, the really brightly colored. Pick your color, and they pump the they pump the air, and then it's like little tiny nuggets, pull out that knob and the slugger comes in. It's almost like a snow cone, L C, because they're like, little tiny pellets, and I like that better because to me a slur be is too airy. Oh, see. I like that. And when you when you're at the very end Bill, you'll appreciate this. Like you have a little bit less and you have to kind of strike it up and get it out. That's always the strong with the spoon on the bottom of it at setting. Yeah. Not a not a little kid. With the polar bear on a convenience store to our puppies. And you really do. Are you doing the same as I used to work at a pool concession stand as a teenager, and they had the slush puppy machine and I was like favorite thing making flush puppies, the dog on it with the hat, like the surfer hat, and a lot of people com- you know, how you like to go blue raspberry a lot of people used to combo the flavors. Oh, that was snow cones a lot, too. I was almost, but so cone, you can still you can mix the flavors, but they can still separate them on the snow. Mixes together at the bottom. Yeah, that's true. Good point. A lot of places used to offer up a drink option that was signed with beer. They called it a suicide. I don't think they'd get away with that today. It was Dr Pepper root beer. Orange whatever was in a line is now when you go into a place and you get, you know, the drinks yourself and it's all line, that's where my kids because they would just go just go down the road. And that's not good though. It's not that good. It's because you can't discern the flavor. It's, it's, it's a little bit of everything, and it doesn't end. Well, if anything has mountain doing it. Fear is such a strong flavor that, that overpowers it's almost like a little kids version of a Long Island iced. Yes, it is. Those on ladies nights at Oliver's and Lombard. Got a mug. I think it was like ten bucks for a mug and you could bring it back every Thursday night, and then it was our no five dollars for all you can drink for women. Did away with those all you can drink things. Weren't guys. Complaining about lady was a time where guys were saying, hey, that's not fair ladies night. They get in, they get all this free stuff. Guys. Yeah. Because bitch about. I know what if you're rationing. What are you doing? I am so rationing. What are you reading? What? What exactly? Are you doing? If I say, hey, when do you want to come out and play I can't? I'm rationing. What are you doing? I am rationing my energy, so. I have a rash, my skin. You are making fun of somebody, which you'd never do this hypothetical. Are you going out? No, I'm rash. I you wanted to come out and play. But you couldn't because you're making fun of somebody. Oh, maybe tomorrow. What is I don't know if I can say this one. Now. There's no dump button on the surname. Visit involve dumping. How can I? No kind of let me come back to that one. I I'll come back to that. Maybe that will be a big thing now. Yeah. Maybe baby career could be the last one to forever. What are smacks? What are smacks max? Yep. Kisses could be. But not not a hundred percent but very, very close a Hickey. No, I have no idea hasty treats. All right. Of course. Max. Yeah. Yeah. What are slaps? If something slaps, what is it? I bought a new car. You know what? It's slaps awesome. It's good. It's high quality. You know why it's called that because lappy white. No, it isn't sloppy. Wait insisted only the finest one, so in honor of slap away, we say slaps, maybe when oriented said, Maxie. Max becomes like my dad gave me my name. What is this as your sister? You would think that would would that you just cases. It's just hey girl. It's an exclamation of disbelief. I am in total SIS. Why what is what is that short for? I don't understand that one. Stupid. If you Wendy has secured a bag. What have you done about some weight? No. Some money. Wow. Yeah. Jasmine, she's like eight years younger, but just she's doing fantastic. She's good. Now again. She's young guys. Let us point out that like cabbage Brad. Conversational. The jasmine is said to us that this was written on the east coast. Massachusetts, of course in the New England area. So some of these may not be exactly what we use here in the United States in the midwest. Partly because New York is not the whole different country up there in New England seating from the union. If you take the L now here's a good example, because in Chicago. If you take the l you probably went to the cubs game. But in other parts of the country if you take the l what are you doing? You take the loss, dick loss, make a sacrifice very nice jazz. When it's written out, is it take the letter l. Yeah. All right. Well, you should have explained that. Oh, you thought it might be. Yeah. No take to give the grandmas and grandpa, a little time to answer. If you have spilled some T TA like some Lipton her for Salata. What if you spilled some tea with you done? Uh-huh. I made a mistake, just spilled some tea. What does she do? She made a mistake can I gave up seeking this? Wait, wait. Let them. Are you are? You guys done guessing. Yeah. Jazz. What does that mean? You have spilled some tea tone telling the gossip. Yes. Kim got it said talent secrets. You get that. Say that one what telling secret spilling t- you're having time, so teatime meager gossip. Yeah. "In the ultimate bribe to influence kim jong un which is if they make a deal on its constructive and they can all go home and claim victory then perhaps kim jong un will receive a lifetime pass to disneyworld and disneyland which apparently is something that he cherishes he has had a great interest in longtime passion and passionate interest in classic disney characters and you may remember early in his administration as the supreme leader dictator of north korea he appeared with a minnie mouse figure that was unauthorized by the magic kingdom may they can send him a permanent minnie mouse we worth no way again it is it is so strange because when you read the stories of the starvation and the suffering and the kidnapping of south korean and japanese teenage girls and i mean some of the the horrors in north korea which is an and nothing else close i mean nothing else closed the worst human rights violator in the world no think about it is china china is sunnybrook farm compared to north korea and and that of course is part of the thought here is that if things fall apart and i know this from conversations with some leading members of congress in washington dc on on friday that if the things do go badly and the administration has to go back to the drawing board they apparently are prepared and they have discussed this with congressional allies to move forward with even stronger sanctions tightening the sanctions and threatening and perhaps implementing sanctions against china unless china joins in bringing a north korea to heal it's a daunting prospect obviously everyone hopes for economic political and basic security reasons that the negotiations that the meeting between president trump and kim jong un goes well one eight hundred nine five five seventeen seventy six our phone number let's go to a dan in columbus ohio dan you're on the michael medved show hey michael you out for somebody with a positive view of kim jong un i don't necessarily have a positive view i'd say it's a more optimistic view because that that guys the same age as i am and if you if you watch him closely he's he's really into the american culture western culture i mean he loves michael jordan he loves tennis and basketball and just like you were saying he he loves disney and the.

"We now know the entire time line of what went down that night and the motive is clear the question is will the media undo or at least attempt to undo the damage that has been done in tearing us apart the pulse nightclub was not the killers intended target now listen to this what was the intended target it was disney at ten pm the killer arrived at the disney world shopping and entertainment area they now have footage security camera footage showing him using a stroller to conceal his weapon it showed him passing by multiple police officers and security officers and even stopping to watch their movements it was the security at walt disneyworld that made him rethink his choice good guys with a gun stopped a terror attack on disney that night they didn't even know they were doing it it was just the presence now imagine if disneyworld would have been marked a gun free zone imagine if people would have open carried how many more attacks would be stopped before they even got started but this isn't even the point the killer then went to his car and he pulled out his phone we now know that he googled downtown orlando nightclubs notice he didn't say gay nightclubs the top two hits were eve nightclub which is not a gay club and pulse he pulled up directions to eve and then surveilled the club he got directions to pulse and did the same he apparently decided that eve was an easier target because he then plug the directions back into his phone and began to drive in that direction but a few minutes into the drive back to eve he turned back towards pulse and then began his attack during the entire night not once.
