"Dead. What if you had a gun with the but the t. Rex is i. Don't think you can have a caliber. That would i think i could take down. Just they take a dinosaur sized chicken. Down would be up to the task. Here's how you here's how you do it. You seem star wars. You just wrap way. We got him so like you don't have to do too many. But they're they're s- bride they are but the thing is they're big and slow would feel the t. Rex gets you once it's over but they gotta get you with their feet And their spurs. Nadia the minnie's or would you. I'm taking the real then. There's zero percent chance i could beat a t. rex even if anything that size. It's it's gonna. I'd be up for the traffic that size with a gun. There's few calibers of rifles on earth that would penetrate that much feathers at that size. What really yeah. I don't know that much size. Like even show up with a nice big tank came tank takes you take roles now that that was my last one. Okay good good thank you. I really appreciate. These are like half of them. Were about birds and like of paper. That last night has made up as you could tell on the fly. Because i'm earns. I just thought it was good dylan. Yep have you heard about mc flurries. He noted mcflurry is i do i do eat firs sometimes rarely i. What did i pick one up from. My wife often dishing flurries. yes okay. What's her like flavor of oreo. That's the only one the only correct answer hats classic one To much it's too much chocolate. Too much biting orioles. Scientists were like yeah smooth. I will get a plane mcflurry with no toppings in it. Sometimes what you dislike vanilla ice cream. No but i like sometimes. I still want to chew stuff. Yeah okay what are we going with this. I'm just curious Orioles mind my pick orioles. Yeah on hunter every time time we were you. Have you ever been there when it's broken down every other time so your question. How about you know. Every time it's broken. Every time i mean like often. I mean for reasons. I stopped going because i was like. I'm so here's why i ask is because i'm lactose intolerant. So i don't know this is like a barrier. I'm not familiar. Sure i am too. So i i think certain maybe even very much so this battle with mcflurry. He's apparently it breaks down more often than not is what i'm out percent right. My theory is that the teenagers that work there when you go there and they're like trying to clean up they're like broken then i don't wanna do. That's my theory is don't mess with their things. That's there's something there. I think that happens a lot. I'd be curious. The percentage of times so. I don't know if you've heard this. But there's an alleged lawsuit outright now about the mcflurry. Oh gosh sound me involved in this class action Apparently they alleged the company's mcdonald's ice cream machines intentionally are designed by flawed code to profit from the repairs of the machine. Wow that's a way. Better conspiracy theory right. That's what i'm saying. They have a couple reasons behind this. So there's a company called. I don't know how to say this guy. So i apologize. Okay sounded out. I feel like deo. Great joe you there. Thank you research. Tell me how to say this. This sounds like a bad term for somebody coach. I don't like the term k. Wide t. c. h. It's probably kids. School with kids for this sake is not. I don't like saying it. I don't like hearing. don't go with kitsch all right. So kick Apparently this is the company that developed a device that makes it easier for mcdonald's employees to repair the machine k. but in a recent lawsuit which alleged that taylor which is the original maker year old girl working there. Not not taylor down mcdonagh's They apparently alleged that they taylor. Designed a flawed code that causes the machine to malfunction in order to profit from the repairs makes sense. Mcdonald's yeah is an evil corp you think that's gained. There's some truth by and then i bet would not doubt that really if they're going to a lawsuit with freaking mcdonald's. There's some evidence that's true. You think they're gonna win. Though i mean. I know mcdonalds mcdonalds. Ain't know what they're selling. Their lawyer team is stack when you're a big corporation like that. Yeah i think they lose. Because number that i hope the lady that sued for the coffee beans. That was at mcdonald's but that was actually a winnable suit intentionally made it eight trillion degrees on purpose because of her analysis. Caution maybe that that lady gets a lot of crap for that and she had like she severely. Traffic's yeah. That was a decent lawsuit burned. You can't get by mcflurry bro. Yeah but if it doesn't work every time well then why have on the menu. That's advertise emphasis the problem. They're profiting from the repairs. The only is what this company sank so kicked the countries that is really isn't for an evil corp. yes so the company that stating this that kitsch. They have been granted. A temporary restraining order to keep taylor the company themselves from actually stealing the product that helps them fix who their machines. So taylor well they can make a ton of money off that so while writing coded okay hitch could make it because taylor was the one that is making the excuse. Me defected machine. Nearly so kids came in and said we know how to fix it. We're not letting you know how to fix it. Though on you have a restraining order against us to figure out how to not figure out how it's been fixed basically are devices. Whatever they've made basically kids makes a bazillion dollars a year fixing those fishing. The machine right because of this product or process that they've learned because it's so shane. I mean it is literally a meme current me about the ice cream machines which means it happens. A lot to everyone knows it's super weird broken. Yeah so did you know that the mcflurry was when mcflurry was introduced. I'll give you that. No can i guess to the nineties. Well me give me more. Is it in the nineties. Yeah gimme a year. Who was born in nineteen ninety. Congratulations why was the first. I would guess. Nineteen ninety five or ninety six. Okay maybe ninety nine finance no final gimme is always digging gimme Answer is ninety six mcflurry in a food fight though.

"Trying to say. A good visualization kind of auditorium. Actually i can kind of see your music like as i listened to it that means. That's like what i shoot for but I have a just a brilliant one of my best friends. Is david solomon ray. He's my producer so all the tones and sounds like that's all him on this an absolute gene genius. Where did you guys meet at the church. I go to so yeah. We've been friends for a long time. And he's the one that actually like heard me seeing a little bit and he's like band of like written stuff. Mike yeah and i had some old demos self produced long time ago and it's like did you should release something like you want to produce it. And he's like. Yeah so. I've never worked with a producer that is it's such. I don't know what the word would be like symbiotic it's like i'll send him just voice it like with this song. I was working at costco in the meat department. And i in the freezer cooler with like you know the of the cooler would be like a note. You know booze and would find myself just seeing this done on the down on. Don't don't ban on a ban on atalanta on a voice memo that to him. Incented over. I was like i don't know what key this should be in half the song written already. So i'll i'll just do that. I'll either come up with a basic chord progression on the piano. If i have the lyrics and then we'll go to his house. He has awesome will studio Basement studio and man. He's just such so gifted with music. Theory and production and say. I want to feel like this. Is what the drums to kind of do this and i want. You know this. This and he's like oh like this. He's got it already. There's been so many times. I've like i love that. Like little leads. Sin thing but what if it and he and he'll finish the sentence and say like this and he'll like and you're just like yeah so him and i are very very locked in it's the easiest. It's been like absolute joy. Good to to have him. I mean in terms of oh somebody. You do bizarre somebody. You compose with somebody. It's important to have kind of a like mindset. Writing kind of i mean. i'm. I'm trying to write my own musically and like i've realized i don't have that producer skilled that i feel like i think i should you know what i mean like. I know what i want. But i can't find it. You know where it would be nice if somebody was like. Oh you mean this dude. He's he's so gifted man and you know he's so encouraging like i don't have the best singing voice yet i know what style works with it and he'll like help me to trust in what i can do like. No no trust me like it's great. What are you composed. Are you record in logic logic. His every plugging known to man yeah. He's very frugal person with his money. But he's he spends his money on ins those go along way one salman. If you're listening to love you to bits thank you that's awesome. He's great he's i. He's getting a lot of work but he'll take other other he'll take on other projects. I'm pretty sure. But he's he's amazing. He's yeah he's all your music. All of it doesn't cool the everything i've actually released. Yeah what was your first. Ep coal euphoria forever says it's such a cool name to me. Thanks man and did the same value. Your album work no so guy. The young and sick is the gentleman. Follow him on instagram. He's he's incredible yeah. Cookies have this collective effort towards your cause of. It's really cool. Man like people would qassam and he does All the production for the church we go to fresh life church and fresh life worship and so for him to take time out of his schedule Young sick like i'd hit him up on instagram. I was like man. I've been a huge fan of yours for years. Like thanks for doing what you do. And he actually responded. That's grown into a friendship and it's it's awesome. That people would care about you. Know a little music startup. it's been it's been amazing. I mean it must be when they listen to a day miano relate to like i do and here it in you know. It's it's cool man. I mean you got a cool voice. And i like the sound that you guys can overlay on top of it and thanks me. Yeah means a great deal to me. It's hard to put out art. It is but it's and it's harder to like put out art that you kind of want to cross that line of like. Is it something that i like or is it something that everybody's gonna like or can find that balance right now and yeah. It's it's something else. But i like it i think you you got your own style and appreciate it to see what you do in the future. Yeah we've got a pink seven or eight songs coming out this year cool so instead of doing an album. I just heard like it's a bunch of singles budget singles. Yeah and i think that's what spotify kinda wants you to do and that allows me to like we've got a single give it two months put out another one and really because it as a newer artists virtually zero fan base. It's like if. I just put an album of eight songs. It's like hey. I need you to care about this. And no one's going to and that's just that's not a cynical thing it's just true you know like putting paying money for ads on spotify of like swipe up to go to spotify this. How many times have you got an ad for a song from somebody. You don't know and you actually do that or if you do you. Listen to five seconds. I hate this lose their algorithm numbers up. So i hey could you take three minutes. Maybe give this song shot. Come to my instagram. If you like the party. I'm trying to create over there. Maybe go listen to the song. So that's the goal. This year keeps it. Fresh keeps content.

"People that you like in your lyrics people. Most of my songs are about this personal stuff. I'm going through. And like my my first release was under my actual name dylan deeds and i debated on releasing it under dc or dylan deeds. But i was going through a severe anxiety. Severe like black hole. Depression and i was journaling in that time. Through all of what. I was feeling and going through and stuff and i turn those journal entries into four songs and i felt like well. This is very very very personal. Some releases under my actual name dylan deeds. Which you'll hear a couple. I think a few of those songs cool so yeah and then with this new album like therapy medication. Great circle of people around me. I'm in a way better place than i was a couple years ago. So i felt it was time to make that switch and actually released stuff under the dc mon- occur which is where i'm going to release everything in the future. Oh so yeah the change. I guess other than was that like a nickname. Dt or do you see Yeah i had one friend in high school. That would call me little. And i kept like coming back to it because the last name defeats means ruler of the people on my gosh which is such an arrogant cool. I'm tons of norwegian blood okay. Same story bros. Do you have left. Set thanksgiving now. Have you had left. I have okay now. But no i wish not right now but to d like the last name is like very arrogant ruler of the people so like dc is kind of like humble spin of that. And it's i that like housi- you know is another artist. Dt postie dt just feels good. So like the i like. I like the I guess references. Also that it's your last name to the fact that it's part of you you know right also means this ruler of the people but also damage your last name. That's pretty dope. My brother's name is derek defeats. Derek means ruler. Deeds means rulers. Ip ruler the ruler. Yeah he's the he's the. What is it kyla arrogant. He's really yeah they go to the best. I don't think so twin okay. But i am older by fourteen minutes. Sorry you broke my condenser for just shattered. My condenser we. Fourteen identical yeah. I'm better looking obviously more success style. Show no. He is like the confident outgoing for the party. Version of myself. I wish he was here. I'd be that'd be ingredient to mike's double d what does he do. He's a manager of a really high end. Jewelry store in phoenix. And he's a hip hop producer. And he's very very talented nice. Shot out to his so stays. Aim as fast me. Music runs in the family. Or is it just something you guys picked up. I think it's just something him. And i picked up for for whatever reason grew up. Play music together bands. All that kind of stuff. So he's the man i love him to bits. That's cool. Yeah you guys have like an instrument you play drums playing drums for eighteen years. He's been playing guitar for longer than that. You got two thirds of a ban there. Oh yeah you guys have a bunch of bands. We had a bunch of growing up all all terrible. Gimme the whole. Give me the best band and you guys had dared. Dates in the pathetic was pretty good. I like most successful run. Was a band called storms of attica. Which was like a progressive metal odd time signatures jazz. That was in two thousand nine like in the spokane washington seen and that was a lot of fun. Hell yeah we thought we were gonna get signed. That was a big thing back then so popular now maybe kind of like the local spokane metal scene which no we were not popular so another words. We made some cool stuff. Awesome to tells me your go ahead. No i was just going to say my growing up my worst band. I had by growing keys. Oh nice since. I was eleven i dabble in qisas. Well it's it's kind of universal on you know everybody kinda you gotta use that to learn your base anyway The worst best worst. I guess i would say toxic lunchbox. That's terrific. I was are banning. Were like huge. Mta music say list. What can we do. That's like you know home aaj to them. Did you wear makeup now. The guy liners. I don't know. I was sixteen and getting the girls like on a farm. That would have been zombie milking cows morose just staring at him or go to prom. So that that tells me you're not originally from cal- spill then no. I grew up in a tiny little town in idaho. What town very not dang it were you thinking of. I'm from a small town in idaho. Yeah really yeah. What town fruit land dude. How old are you. I'm thirty three okay. So did you play basketball. The Future of Christian Conservative Satire With Babylon Bee CEO Seth Dillon

"As far as the future goes. Look i mean. We're we're trying to get into like you mentioned New mediums were. We're working on animation. We're working on video on so we want to keep finding new ways to bring our message to wherever wherever people are where they're consuming so we're going to continue to try to do that in effective ways and and and so we'll continue to grow in that direction. Well as i say. I've been kind of in this. The comedy in the humor world for so long that. I never thought that i would see the emergence of something as good. I mean you guys aren't just not cheesy. It's brilliant i hanging out and i feel that There's nothing better. You could be doing seth dylan lending your skills as a businessman to this. This is very important and listen to sirius. But it's important to the to the future of freedom and to the future of america that we have a healthy free a culture where we can make fun of things where we can. You know lampoon things that need lampooning. Yeah and frankly without you guys I see almost nothing. It seems to me that to everybody who has a talent in this world will be coming to you and it'll be challenged view to figure out how to use them and how to grow it. Yeah but i do hope that we inspire other people to do their own thing and to do it effectively to in their own way and established during unique voice. I i hope that we do that so that you know i. I say this to people all the time. There's so much of a of a feeling among in our culture where people are trying to silence themselves censor themselves and they're doing the tyrants work for him there you go and i think that I think that everybody needs to be willing to be bullying. Look people used to die for their freedom in this you give up their lives for freedom and we're not willing to give up our twitter accounts We're not we're not willing to get band or potentially lose our job. I'm willing to get on. And i got ben. But that's the whole point is that we need to ride yes to lead. Help lead by sending thing that we're doing do not everybody does then. They can't ban assault right. They can't cancel us all on the can't shut us. All up

"This is you. Christians are to some extent ostracised and in exile in our present culture. You know there's there's a. There's a very real sense in which we are outsiders. And so the babylon b.'s. Jokes really dispatches from exile you know and i think that's also had that nice alliteration andrew when we get yes alliteration babble on but i can't believe you just referred to the to the to the exile of of israel in responding to these dispatches from exile. That's really good. Yeah that's really deep man. Everybody says you're shallow wrong there. Everybody i wanna talk toilet people. That's really sweet. I was i was this. Show the eric metaxas show. Yeah had a youtube channel where we posted all these Interviews there were filming We had two hundred twenty thousand followers and it was really growing and youtube completely wiped it out took the whole thing down and a lot of people said to me. The reason they did that is because you being effective and the reason. I'm only bring bring it up now is because a lot of that has to do with humor. We joke around lot on this program and we go places that you know a more theologically focused or christian focused program would not go And that is dangerous so humor and people who were able to kind of you know surf in the culture. That's scary because we're not supposed to be able to do that. They're supposed to do that and they're having a hard time doing it and we're starting to do it. Yes threatening to them. I think they certainly view it that way. But you know going back to what you said a moment ago about a serious serious discussion about humor. There is a there is a sense in which we get frustrated. I personally get frustrated. Having to have these conversations were like defensively Explaining how we really are satire. we really are comedians. You know like. I don't wanna have series. I just want to keep doing it but can you even imagine you have to do that. It's so stupid but we have your lawyers. I know i know to some extent we have to address it head on. We can't take it lying down but we do. Also you know riff on them and spit it back at them with with the satires well but it is frustrating to have to have so many serious conversations about our humor about how we have a right to do our humor. Just let's just. Let's make jokes. You know that we're bringing levity to stuff and when we're doing it in a very very lighthearted way and not not with any malice behind it whatsoever. So let me late isn't even the fact that you have to say that. Don't even say it because their bathing you into into the preposterous. Yeah you're not lenny bruce and This is far more dangerous than lenny. Bruce ever was lenny. Bruce was you know part of a a movement. That was already happening. He was just the voice of that movement. But you are really. I would say igniting a movement of people to to to learn that. Oh yes. I can laugh at this. Yes i can be witty. Yes i can speak truth into the culture right now me. We knew we need that now. Far more than we did In the fifties and sixties when people are talking about being repressed by this patriarchal white You know we we need to kick back against it. Well that's nothing. Compared were experiencing right right. I agree with that. Yeah so it is necessary to just keep doing what we're doing so what so. What do you see for the future of of the babylon. The i mean what is going on in your world right now. You guys are producing genius stuff every single day. But what are you you know. you're the ceo. So how do you. Where do you see going to three five years out I mean we're gonna continue to grow in the direction we're currently growing. We wanna keep building our audiences. Hopefully we continue to have the platforms that were on. We don't have to figure something out but you know. We have a ton of subscriber support right. Now which i think is a little bit of independence from big tak. We're not so wedded to them. So what is what do you mean you mean. People pay money for some supporters..

Babylon Bee Attacked in ‘False and Defamatory’ Claim That It Pretends to Be Satire

"Now we're gonna have to get serious for a moment. Okay this long enough and okay. Now we do have to get serious because you this is. This is really serious. But it's also hilarious. You guys at the babylon be doing intensely. Larry obvious comedy have been attacked by. I don't know the new york times snoops saying that you're putting out false information so please explain because i'm not even joking. That's the world we. We're allowed living in so talk about that. Yeah yeah so. Yeah i mentioned. There's you know. The left is killing comedy by spike choking it. But they're also trying to censor it and what they're trying to censor specifically is comedy like ours. Where their target of it you know. They cannot to be laughed at. They can't bear to have their ideas mocked so instead of just laughing it off a or responding to it with their own jokes They've gone down this route where they've actually tried to smear us as being source of misinformation and the. There's a reason they're doing that so this is to me facebook twitter. You know all the all the social networks were really trying to crack down on misinformation and block it and keep it off their platforms. the left took advantage of that and thought to themselves. Okay well maybe that's how we get rid of the babylon be lump them in world news right and so they started writing all these news articles. The most recent one was the new york times saying that we're far right misinformation site that sometimes traffics and misinformation. I'm quoting them. That's what they said. We had to send them a demand letter and tell them to to remove that from their piece because it was defamatory. It was going to get us band on social networks thing you know. Our wikipedia page is going to say that we're not really a satire sight. Where where we pretend to be. We can mislead

The Babylon Bee's Satire is Punching Back at Cancel Culture and Leftist Tyranny

"There's a threshing and assisting going on in american culture right now because idea that comedians who would not identify as christian or conservative none of the less. They find that. They have an innate sense of wanting to rebel wanting to to crack jokes about things that people say you. Can't you know it's it's kind of a fundamental aspect of comedy and of truth telling which comedies usually a form of truth telling so it's fascinating to me to see people Who might previously have identified as on the left or something pushing back against the cancel culture and the absurdity of this because they usually the ones who are who are doing that with with the right and the right was making the rules and their puritanical. Of course that has all shifted. So because that's strange shift. You're just seeing sifting the culture. I don't i think most people are really unaware of where it's going to go but we know that any self-respecting comedian cannot tolerate this. You can't function as a comedian. No yeah you can't. I mean if you're if you're going to censor yourself in deference to that power that's above you that's telling you what you can and can't say then then you you are the joke. Yeah making jokes. You are the joke comedians at in our situation. You know what we look at what we're doing. Robert accused lately have been accused of punching down punching back. We're not punching down. This is situation. we're culture con. Conservatives are literally on the ropes in the culture battle. yeah and they're defending themselves against this top down attack this top down tyranny from progressive ideology. That's coming from celebrities. It's coming from corporation from politicians. We're not punching down. We're punching back at that stuff.

Seth Dillon's Babylon Bee Is Making Conservative Christian Comedy Against the Left's Rules

"Tell me seth what were you doing before you get involved with the babylon. How did you get involved in wire you there. Ceo today while. I'm very lucky When when when. I answered that question. You know. It's i had an a love for satire. I love like. I love you like to laugh. I like to laugh. I love how the left the left was so effective at because they don't have very good but they're very good ad hominem attacks. they're very good at making. You look silly stupid right. That's what they that's what they've been doing so effectively for so long with with their comedy. Nobody on the right. Was doing that effectively. When i saw the babylon come along. And adam ford is the one who founded back in two thousand sixteen He's a genius absolute genius and we quickly found some really talented people to add to the team to to come alongside him producing some this content and the whole point of it was to do comedy from a christian conservative perspective that cheesy. That didn't make us the joke because it really isn't it funny that we always have to start there. Yeah we're really brilliant. Brilliant but it's not cheesy like we're making films but it's not cheesy cheesy cheesy and it is an amazing thing. I said it before but you guys. It's not just not cheesy it is. It's brilliant and actually in the world in which we live today. It's almost the only stuff that's happening at that level. I mean there's nothing on the left. While i gotta tell you the reason. There's nothing good on the left right now and i followed the onion for years. They've been around for twenty plus years. They used to be very funny. They're less funny now and they're less funny now for very good reason. You know the left has made all these rules about what you can't say and they also have this idea that you can't offend anybody so so in enforcing these rules. they even do this on comedians. They try to make comedians follow rules. You can't say this. You can't say that you can't talk about this. You can offend people. Hand punched down never punched down right and so they make all these rules and comedians by their nature flout rules. They make fun of people who make rules. Let's comedians are supposed to do right. That's their that's really their role in all of this and so two handcuff comedians. In that way leftists are actually create by trying to kill comedy and strangle it. They're creating an opportunity for people on the other side of the aisle to to say the things that you're not supposed to say. Make the jokes. You're not supposed to make And so i think they've just created an opportunity for that

America Has Lost Its First Principals Without the Bible

"We've lost our concept of first principles you know. As as a hemingway describes bankruptcy says it happens gradually then suddenly and this. This happened gradually for at least a century. And then i think we're sort of in the suddenly episode right now so one way. How is it that we've lost a sense of The the good turn the beautiful well because for instance. There's one book that you will not be taught in schools right now. You can be taught robin diangelo. You can be taught from candy. You could probably be taught mine comp but the one book that you can you will go to court if you teach. It is the bible in it in the twentieth century. Some some justices on the supreme court they found in the invisible ink above the nation's beneath the pin number is that the constitution says no bible in schools. It right now in schools you can have a religious liturgy. You can pray to the various secular saints. You can have rituals for or pride or we have a whole month for pride but if you any way pray to god in schools that's going to be a big problem in a lot of places and so i think conservatives fell for this trap where we believe that secular liberalism is just a neutral playing field and the left is going to do. But it's not it's obviously a rigged game and if we are not allowed to state plain truths god exists. There's a difference between good and bad men or women. We're not allowed to stay those truths than not only. We're not playing on an even playing field but we've already lost the debate before it's

NASCAR Makes Safety Rule Changes

"Made some rule changes just yesterday. The team's gotten new bulletin out on how they have to change the the car with a chassis and also with the new tapered spacer ornate. Kind of walk us through all the changes with the car right. So the tapered spacer change mardi is that they went from fifty seven sixty fourth of an inch to fifty three sixty seven inch so the smaller holes mean that there's less air getting through the engine and smaller roles means less errors means a decrease in speed so speeds will drop by about seven ten miles an hour. Nascar also removed the wicker from the spoiler and a roll bar that had previously been. Optional is now mandatory at daytona and talladega as we just heard and that piece we play with joey logano when he crashed at talladega when airborne running third on the last lap of the opening stage. Skit on its on the car's roof damage the roof and as we heard you say i got roll bar in my head. That is not okay.

Two of the elephants return home and a baby was born during the walk. I'm Ed

Hart decided to do like black blades of glory. I bet it would be a fucking homerun. Great that would sell the net flix. Yeah business brain. Yeah black blades of glory folks. Oh all right. I love you but i go eat. No i have more questions okay. So you're gonna move back to l. a. And then one day. This is what i really want one day. What is are. We are such an odd friendship. Yeah i think people in comedy are very jealous of our friendship. Yes perhaps i you gadgets. Successful he worked very hard. You have crazy work ethic. We both work a lot differently but we work a lot. You know what i love about. You feel like you were the kid in improv class. Where they say anything from the audience and they're like down at the dmv and they'd be like. Hey i read the dmv. That's fucking dumb. No i'd never took an improv class. In my life you will not go in any direction. You work a lot. I work a lot. There's there's there's a bond between people that really enjoy working like to work that's right eviscerated their private lives in most of their relationships because of that and who've drained themselves of any sense of happiness and who've propel themselves forward by commitment to this thing opaque addiction not a commitment planet their sense of finding meaning in this thing of which ultimately there is none to be found and it's just two people hopelessly walking along a road hoping and praying that a car hits them so that they don't have to continue to wake up with the with the need to continue to do this. I think there's some real common ground. I think that you and i have an agreement that when we ever we hang out where either plotting our next move talking about investments or monetize ing our hangs yeah. I think that there's absolutely nothing human that ever goes. I agree like every time we hang out. We have an agreement like this is brought to you by ridge wallet. Just stop suffolk micro-managing. Everyone we'd get into post. It fully looks like someone in a kkk hood. It is a long t shirt that looks like a kkk garb. We have to send it to india. It costs eight thousand dollars to remove it frame by frame. But i'm i micromanage. Well you know this is not that okay tell okay. Tim has decided that. I am profoundly eternally wrong on pretty much. Everything not profoundly okay. But i've never said you were profoundly. Okay you have the last time you were on the good for you. The career goals that i should have involved being a judge on the math dancer and i was saying no. I don't wanna do that. And you were aghast at the idea that someone would maybe want to skip that part of this business. Let me ask you a question. What would be more more hilarious than you as a judge on the mazda answer with a hostess at a restaurant at literally anything else. But you do at all like. That's my thing is like take the money you. Here's the thing you don't get to all this is the fallacy. Okay you do not get to. Who is doing it all. That's a great question. That's what i wanna know. Who who still respect sure. Nobody's doing it all does it all. Where's her podcast. I know she needs one. Yeah and those in need one. Yes you gotta pick needed to two things well right and the third thing every now and then for a money grab my thing is more. This is the fact that i live with you. You're going to do. Do not live with me. You live inside. My heart is a studio apartment with no elaine. I love those and sometimes when you're so close to some someone to close it's not a healthy kind of Entrenchment because then you start hurting each other by accident because you're so close and haven't had a minute to like have your own life. We also forgot all you forget like is this work or does not work. I can't remember we're doing right. Yeah so anyway is a little break. It's really hard to not take the other person's behavior personally because you're so close. I mean even as simple as like you're staying in my house till midnight every night and one day at seven. Look i'm gonna head out. Normally these days young i mean feel hurtful. Yeah and also because. We're both like this. But i'm look someone who. When i have a job. I really wanted to the best. With ‘The Underground Railroad,’ Barry Jenkins looks squarely at Black trauma

"Underground railroad was a network of abolitionists routes to free slaves. But what if it was an actual railroad with a train chugging toward freedom? That's the premise of Colson Whitehead's Pulitzer Prize winning novel, now adapted by Barry Jenkins into a 10 episode miniseries. This isn't a straightforward, inspirational narrative like Harriet. This combines the brutality of roots with the social commentary of watchman and a hint of magical realism like the Polaroids. Press to some ADO is empathetic as the lead Joe Edger tennis sinister as the villain, slave catcher and child star chased Dillon is his precocious psychic. I still have eight episodes to go. But judging by the first two were in for a powerful train ride by a master conductor. I'm Toby Toby film critic Jason Fraley, giving the underground railroad for five stars. So far, dolphin
