Dick Morris: Cancel DirecTV, AT&T for Censoring Newsmax

"You've been very nice and encouraging people to call in. I feel like I'm on the Jerry Lewis telephone. Operators are standing by, but we're getting 10,000 calls a day to direct TV into 2018. Canceling their subscriptions canceling their service and signing up with other companies. So can I just give the phone numbers out? I'm sure you've done that, but absolutely. Go right ahead, Jack. Go right ahead. The number for direct TV is 8 7 7. 7 6 three. 9 7 6 two. That's 8 7 7 7 6 three. 9 7 6 two. And the phone number is the ATT is 8 8 8 8 three three. I'm sorry, two to me three 8. 88, 88. 8, 8, three, three. Three, two, three, 8. And we'll share those numbers again in just a minute, dick, and again, I just think people need to understand what we're dealing with here. You know, I spent 15 years employed at the competitors over at avenue of the Americas, and I know you spent a lot of time over at that shop. And what Chris ruddy is doing at newsmax is really the early days of Fox and assembling an incredible team that is producing fair and balanced news and incredible commentary and the American people are hungry for that and we have seen that because of the massive jump in viewership.

Dick Morris: Mainstream Media Wants to Shut Out President Trump

"I want to go back to your book because you warned us that these kinds of things were going to happen. Use max, the only conservative network that was broadcasting the Trump rallies and speeches, and they're going to try to shut down anybody who wants to give an open platform to conservative thought and ideas. Yeah, and more specifically, anyone who wants to help Donald Trump become president. And their goal here is to absolutely shut him off, stretch it must have been stopping from reaching the American people. And it's outrageous. There are 13 million people that could not see these rallies last weekend in New Hampshire and South Carolina that were just incredible. They were wonderful. He lays out a very specific program on the border and on taxes and on the debt limit it was so masterful, but millions of people saw it. But 13 million couldn't have just outrageous.

Kevin McCullough Brings Good News From Last Night's Results

"Continue talking to our friend Kevin McCullough. You may know him as his real name, votes for dumbest. I say it. It's a chilling thing to pronounce that word votes through. He knows all tells all, okay, votes true. Tell us more about what happened last night. Again, I have officially dubbed this, Eric is not allowed to be depressed day. Even though the media is telling you that Joe Biden won last night and that Trump is finished and that everything else is going downhill, that is the opposite of what happened. And you ended last hour talking about Lee zeldin. Let me just talk to you about the quote unquote failed candidacy of Lee zeldin. First of all, Kathy hochul will take this governorship reigns with the smallest percentage win of any governor in New York's history in the last hundred years. Nobody has come this close to losing their seat and still want it. Having said that, what does that mean? Well, she obviously has been sent a message that New Yorkers are tired of the crime. They've got a lot of issues about the economy, et cetera, et cetera. But in zeldin's fervor to get to that place, he worked 19 months, he held huge rallies on Long Island and upstate. There was obviously chicanery that took place in Manhattan that you were talking about cheating that's obvious. It's obvious that there's some sort of like printing press at the bottom of Gracie mansion in the city or something. I don't know. But in all of this excitement, he pulled probably four more congressional delegates into the GOP delegation for new Yorkers than they have had in many, many years.

Does Donald Trump Understand the Fight Ahead? Dick Morris Explains

"Suppose Trump understands now what is at stake and what he has to do to drain the swamp and whom he has to fire and what kind of a fight he has to bring to the marxists that have taken over the Democratic Party. Yes, and yes and yes, I'm just scoring enormously. I expected Trump several times a week, including last night. And Trump is very much aware of all of that and very enthusiastic about it. There'll be no more cotton into the establishment by him. You'll see it in his appointments. You'll see it in his style and in his substance. And Eric, I have to go in a minute, but let me just outline the future. Trump is going to be the candidate. Trump is going to win the election because the economy will go to hell, even worse than it is now. And any Republican will win. Then because we went through this, we're going through this recession. Historically, after you get through recession like that, inflation and then recession, you've cleared out all the bad businesses you've cleared out all the bad debt. You cleared out the unproductive enterprises. And the economy soars like it did under Reagan like it did under Clinton after they got out of the doldrums. And I think it will do that under Trump.

"Talking to dick Morris, the dick Morris yes. He has a book out. We've talked about it on the program before, called the return. Dick, what is the subtitle of this book, the return? Trump's big 2024 comeback. And I go get a came out with 6 months ago where it's 6 months before that. And it predicts absolutely everything that's happened in the last 6 months, including what I think will happen tomorrow. And then it lays out what's going to happen after that. And so forth, I think I'm completely accurate. And if you want to get the script on the future, get the book. It's kind of uncanny how effectively we've been able to predict what's going on.

The Midterm States in Play With Kevin McCullough

"States are in play, Kevin? What do you think about well, there's a couple of big issues that two states could end up helping that some people aren't noticing. And they are the congressional races from New York and from California. New York by itself, if it wins all the toss up races statewide for congressional seats, the Mike Lawler race against mister maloney, who is the head of the democratic congressional committee. If that race goes Lawler's way and you pick up two or three other seats across the they themselves, New York in its own delegation could swing the entire House of Representatives back to the Republicans. That's how significant these are. You've got a number of races in New York that are very close that Republicans are surging in. You've got a number of races in California. They're so far down on the ticket in these typically big blue states. People don't think about them making that big of a difference, but they really will.

But what Karl rove did in supporting the opponent of Doug monstero, how do you, how is that even possible that somebody could go over to the dark side like that? Am I missing something? I'm not aware of rose relationship. Are you saying he's supporting the Democrat, opposing mastery on the general election? The Blame Should Be Laid at the Foot of the American Church

"I was just blown away because I wrote a book called letter to the American church where I've been saying that the death of America will be laid the blame should be laid at the foot of the American church at Christian leaders and pastors who are either doing nothing or saying nothing or in some cases siding with people who are destroying this country who are enemies of religious liberty who are passionate advocates of late term abortion. The other day, creflo dollar, I've never been like an advocate of his, but he told his people now he appears on TBN as I do. He told his people to vote for Stacey Abrams. And I thought, wow. I can't I can't make any sense of this. This is as corrupt and pro abortion a politician as exists in America. And he told his people to vote first. So it's one thing to say nothing. A lot of people are foolishly advocating and saying, oh, you know, Christians shouldn't be political and Christian leaders shouldn't take political stand, which is garbage because if the issue where slavery, if the issue were sending Jews to death camps, I think we should get a little bit political, right? Well, I was just blown away by that, but you're telling me you think Abrams does not have a good chance in Georgia. She's trying to down the stretch. And this is what makes krupp's endorsement so weird. She's trying to use the abortion issue as her primary closing argument. And how, I mean, you'll remember the ludicrous things she said just weeks ago that a 6 week old baby doesn't have a heartbeat and that it's a manufactured sound for a device to help men take control of women's choices. You could line up 5000 o-b-gyns to come in and denounce her, many of whom would be women. But and she's not held accountable for that kind of crazy stuff. But let me give just a little bit of balance to what you just said. Because I think normally the cycle works very much in favor of the pastors that remain quiet in the pastors that feel like they can't take a position on things. There are a couple of issues in the mix here this year that pastors are concerned about and are speaking up about.

Three Key Races That Can Turn the Senate to Republicans

"Are three Republican candidates that are the keys to turning the tide. And these are huge. One of them being Blake masters in Arizona, Doctor Oz and Pennsylvania and Herschel Walker in Georgia. Dick Morris says that Republican turnout is vital. He said that initially abortion was providing some enthusiasm for Democrats, but that is fading. And again, one of the reasons why is that when you look at the minorities who are in the Democratic Party and we're talking about blacks and Hispanics and Asian Americans, but predominantly blanks in Hispanics, we're talking about groups of people demographics that are social conservatives. So these are not going to be, that is not going to be a big issue driving people to get out and vote on election day. The Democrats made a tactical error by making this all about abortion. Doctor Oz masters and walker are all being outspent, but they're catching up. He says that the Senate is likely to remain 50 50 if Oz loses his race to John fetterman, who is the stroke survivor. Quote, if Doctor Oz wins and we pick up at least one of the other two seats like masters, I think we can and will win 52 or 53 seats. So that's a number that I've been hearing not only from dick Morris, but many others as well.

"And I think that's what Marcia was doing. Well, again, until COVID, I never cared very much. I'm not a political junkie the way you are. I never cared that much about who's the governor, the power of governors and mayors has been made manifest during this nightmare COVID season. And you suddenly realize we need to take those elections and dramatically seriously. That too, but in Pennsylvania in particular, because Pennsylvania is one of only 8 states in the template with the governor appoints the Secretary of State who runs the elections. And the electoral fraud of 2020 that you spoke of eloquently earlier. Originated when governor Wolfe, the Democrat appointed a crazy maniac Democrat as Secretary of State. And they stole the election and messed Gianna was not just the key to good governments in Pennsylvania. He's the key to the presidential election in the United States. What do you make of figures like Bill Barr or Mike Pence and others saying nothing about the horror of how these January 6 people are being treated about this fiction, this Reichstag fire fiction that there were people maga people trying to take over the government. It's so preposterous and wicked, but there's dead silence from all kinds of Republican mainstream figures. You could go down the line. They're saying nothing. They don't seem to care about the dramatic injustice toward Americans who just went there for a photo op or whatever it was. Silence on the election fraud, do you see any hope among some of these figures that they would either be thrown out of office or that they would see the light? Yeah, most of them of the loss in the primaries, to Trump candidates. And those that haven't do about you. I think that you're going to see a wholesale replacement of that. But you know, I find even worse, the concept that they're not going after the FBI. They're not investigating this deep state. You know, Vladimir Putin was the head of the KGB and that into being the president, the president. I think that the FBI has become its own political party in much the same sense that the KGB is in Russia. We're going to be right back, folks talking to our friend dick Morris, the new book is the return Trump's big 2024 comeback. Ever since I bought it just let me get. Dick, you know what I know that the world has changed very dramatically. And to have the FBI behaving in a way that is utterly unconstitutional. It's a scandalous as it gets. Do you, you know, you seem to say that you think that the Republican Party after these elections will deal with that. But it isn't not shocking that there's so many voices silent on that issue. I mean, I can't imagine what would be a bigger issue than the constitution being torn up..

"Back. We're talking to our friend dick Morris. He has a new book out called the return Trump's big 2024 comeback. It's not mere wishful thinking. But before we get to 2024, of course, dick, we have to get through this year's election. What do you think is happening? Well, I think the Republicans are going to take the house and the scent. And I just done some research on the polling that's out there. In 2020, there was a constant in evident political bias in the polling in favor of Biden. And against Trump, in fact, the American association of survey research of survey researchers had a convention in 2021. And they adapted a statement saying that the polling in 2020 was the worst in 40 years. And that it had a 5 point average democratic bias in each poll, never pro Republican, but always provide and I think they're at it again. I just went to the poll numbers in Georgia, for example, where one of the polling firms Siena says that virtual workers losing by 6 points. But yet the sample that it's based on is one in which Democrats outnumber Republicans by 6 points. And in the election of 2018, Democrats and Republicans were even in the way they vote 50 50. So that poll is 6 point skewed in favor of the Democrats. And I found the same pattern in Ohio, skewing against Vance in favor. Advance in favor of Ryan. And in Wisconsin, skewing against the Republican Johnson in favor of the Democrat points. Needing the deliberately to hype fundraising for their side and knock it for the Republican side. The Republican polling firms go along with it. I don't know if it's aristocracy or malice, but now that it's the second year in a row they're doing it, you have to lean to it the Melissa. But the Republicans are ahead in the race for example. I think at this point we have to think of it as a tennis match. We have to keep serve and that means we are electing Johnson and Wisconsin. He's ahead and Oz in Pennsylvania. It's unclear what's happening there because of the health issue. But I think ours is going to win. And then it's a question of breaking serve and taking democratic seats. And I think we're now ahead in Nevada and in. Georgia. And in keeping serve in North Carolina. So I think we're probably going to have 52 or 53 Republican senators. What do you make of the some of the governors races? I think it would be the greatest thing imaginable if Doug mastra became the governor of Pennsylvania. It would be astonishing it would be nearly as wonderful if Carrie Lake could become the governor of Arizona. But what do you make of Doug monster yano's situation? Because he is a true hero, incredibly brave, a man of deep Christian conviction, not just on the surface. And I feel like Pennsylvania, you know, it's the Keystone state. It's kind of a big issue. I love that she's single dug out. He's my favorite too. And I think and I love the company mentioned cherry Lake. When you think about Abbott and Texas and desantis in Florida, they have pioneered a new way to be governor. And use their state power to challenge Biden and lead democratic policies. And I think the way up to that rank. I think that's your honor that's going to win. The current polling has him too behind, which is a little biased. And I think he's going to win. I think that first of all, there's a tradition in Pennsylvania of alternating parties in power. I handled the last three successful governors races there. And they always turn to the other party. And it's the Republican term. But party politics in Pennsylvania is the most boss dominated country. In fact, they even have used to have a leverage last year. We pushed the lever and you vote for all the party candidates. You know what I mean? You have to know their names. But that is, I think that messed around is challenging that on the Republican side and on the democratic side. And I think when you have somebody that effectively nerds, the opinion of the voters, negative to his own party, that he really attracts independence, beautifully..

Dick Morris Reveals His Latest Thoughts on Hillary Clinton

"We're talking to dick Morris, dick. Welcome back. You just wrote something about Hillary Clinton, you knew her well over the decades. What is your latest thinking on what she is planning? Well, in my book, the return from speak 2020 for a comeback. I flat like predict that Hillary will be the democratic nominee in 2024. And that Trump will defeat her soundly. But that she will win that nomination. And the funny thing about it, Eric, is the plan she's following and what she's doing already. It implant is precisely the one that I wrote for Bill Clinton in 1992. It's absolutely the same game plan. In 92, I advise Clinton to capitalize on the defeat of Walter Mondale and Mike dukakis that had left the Democrats bewildered and say the reason you lost it he went too far to the left. I'll move you back to the center. Put me in as a new Democrat and will win these elections. And that's exactly what happened. Remember, sister soldier said that she criticized her and did all kinds of things demonstrate what a moderate he was. Now, by the way, we just got to educate our audience because this is literally 30 years ago. It seems like ten minutes ago, but this was a moment when you have the democratic nominee Bill Clinton distancing himself from a radical lefty activist and basically saying, I'm not going to go there.

Dick Morris on the 'Lunacy' of Some Potential Presidential Candidates

"You think of the lunacy of people like Mike Pompeo and Mike Pence thinking that they could be the Republican nominee? I mean, I've already tipped my hand by saying, what do you think of the lunacy? I'm just astonished in a way that they, you know, they don't to say they don't speak for the maga crowd is an understatement, but what do you think is behind that? Well, it's the ego trip of vanity thing. And I don't think either of them is actually going to run. They may be floating their names vice president or something, but not Pence, but Pompeo. But I think that clearly Trump's got this nomination. And if you look at the economy, you have to assume that he's more likely than not to win the election. So I believe the Trump is going to be our next president in 2024. One of the things I write about in the book and it's been the fair amount of time predicting is what's coming to now, which is that the Democrats know they can't stop him on the playing field. They can't be in the ballot box. So what they're trying to do is to beat him in the courtroom. And come up with every possible fabricated grand for indicting him or disqualifying him or knocking him down or not. And I don't think that's going to work.

If you're living in Nazi Germany and you are one of the brave ones who spoke up, you might have saved that nation, just as you might save the nation today by speaking up against whatever it is that you see, the corruption, the lying, the medical establishment, basically lying about vaccines about every, I mean, we're living in madness, but if the church and when I say the church, I mean, anybody who dares say, oh, I'm a Christian. Well, even to prove it by living boldly because otherwise, how are you a Christian? Where's your faith if you're not when things are hard and you're afraid to speak out? This is an opportunity for us. It's a great opportunity. So I just want to encourage you to do everything you can to be alive in this moment. Don't shrink from living the adventure that God calls us to live. That's really what it's all about, participating in what he is doing, speaking his truth and understanding that millions of people's lives are touched when we speak the truth, not just when I speak the truth. You, every one of you who's listening now has a voice and we have our own platforms and our own situations. How many Christians do I hear? Oh, I didn't vote. How many Californians didn't vote? If everybody would understand, you have a duty to vote to get involved in anything. In the school board and the voting process, whatever it is, if you don't do that, you've become part of the problem folks. I want to beg you to take this stuff seriously. That's why I wrote the book letter to the American church, which has been in the top 100 at Amazon for a few days. It's kind of amazing to meet hit number 47 the other day. And I just think that, look, people are hungry for the truth. And I want to exhort people as much as I possibly can. Everything is on the line. So in a couple of minutes, we're going to dick Morris in hour two, Robert Ned inspire advisers dot com. He kicks it off and then Alvin is going to interview me. And I want to say, would you support our sponsors? First of all, you can help us just by going to my Gibson to go page, give send go slash Eric. I need your help. We need your help. Congressman Ben Cline Discusses the Craziness of Coming to Washington

"I like to, you know, for people to get to know the faces that they see on TV or the face they see in Washington. You brought up, you know, coming in to Washington. He would work for a former member. You had had experience was what The Office structure with, but you came in at probably one of the more momentous times in history. And that being, as you just said, Mueller impeachment, everything else going on. What was that like? I mean, you had had some experience with Congress, but you getting there now, and you go straight to the fire. No doubt, it was not anything like I had experience working for my predecessor for nearly a decade there back in the 90s, they were a little more cordial. There were a lot of southern Democrats who were voting like Republicans when Republicans took control of the House under newt. They were aggressive and pushed the contract with America and a number of other reforms, but. There was a difference because even after Bill Clinton was impeached, he had dick Morris. He went after triangulation and all that stuff. And so there was more of an effort to reach across the aisle. So we got welfare reform back in the 90s in large part. As a result of that, but should know, this Congress under Nancy Pelosi, led by the squad, starting in 2019, it was a different kind of experience being in the minority. Watching the liberal left try and steam all their agenda through.

"Of the other issues that he needs to run on? We talked about a great big one here inflation immigration and crime. And the program he outlined yesterday in his in effect State of the Union speech for his second term. About crime was fantastic. He amounts to something very similar to what the left really did with education. But worked out nefariously for that, but crime was different. Which is basically the federalized the issue. He basically said that the mayors and the governors of the country are not doing a good job in controlling crime. They won't. And I'm going to step in with federal government to preempt them to deal with crime.

Dick Morris Discusses Trump's Powerful Immigration Policies

"On the issues, let's talk about the issue of immigration. Ann coulter has been bitterly against him really for the last 5 years because she claims he did nothing. He did not do what he said he was going to do, which is build the wall. There's some truth to that. I never came to understand how much truth there is to that. What's that big thing on the border? Well, it's not a monolithic 2000 foot long wall. I mean, he built some of the wall. I think he built all of it. No, he certainly didn't build all of that. Nobody would say he built all of it except you just now. But he seems to have wanted to and the Democrats made it effectively impossible for him to do it. But if there were a wall, we wouldn't have these immigration problems. He stopped immigration during his term. That he did. Well, no, he did that, but I'm saying that he vowed to build a wall for tourists to visit it. It's to stop illegals from coming in. I did. Right. The interesting thing about his speech yesterday was what he said about immigration. That I think was fascinating. Which is that he explains how he achieved the remaining Mexico policy in the way that he had never explained before. He told me about it, but he'd never said it publicly. He said that he knew that he needed to keep them in Mexico because once the immigrants came to the U.S., they got all the constitutional rights of citizens, even though they weren't, they were here illegally. Right. And the only way to stop that was to keep them in Mexico. Right. So Lopez Obrador is a communist basically. The head of Mexico. Yeah. And he wasn't about to help Trump. And Trump got him to put together 28,000 troops on the border on the Mexican side to apprehend immigrants and solve Trump's problems for him. And the way Trump did that was that he renegotiated nafta. Free trade. And made it into a very advantageous deal for Mexico and for the U.S.. And then he went to Mexico and said, okay, if you do not post these troops on the border, he said the graphically said that was a Friday. He said on Monday morning at 8 a.m. there will be a 25% U.S. tariff on any imports coming from Mexico, which in one stroke would destroy their entire economy. And Lopez Obrador said, we would be honored to put the troops on the border. But I

Dick Morris Returns to Discuss Michelle Obama 2024

"Continue my conversation with the great dick Morris. I would never say the great dick Morris, if you were sitting in the room except, oh no, I've just said it and here he is. Dick Morris, you have a new book out, the return Trump's big 2024 comeback. We ended yesterday our conversation with you speculating that Hillary would end up being his opponent, what do you say to the idea which many have said that Michelle Obama would be put forward that she is just a film out now, Salem now dot com is carrying the film, which makes the case that she is a hide bound Chicago Marxist exactly like her husband, Barack. I think that's probably accurate. But she's also a rich one. And I think that the last time there was an issue of her running, she decided not to do it in 16. And I don't think that she's going to change, but she might. If she ran, she'd be the best candidate the Democrats could put up. But it wouldn't last long, because the issue, I don't think she could go toe to toe with Donald Trump, and if Trump is a walking encyclopedia of this stuff, but we'll see, I don't want to speculate. But the more likely scenario is Hillary, because as I was saying, before we broke, is that Sanders will jump out to the lead. And the democratic establishment will come to Hillary begging to stop Sanders, which is just what happened in the 16th. And in 20 with Biden, yeah, I'm sorry, it happened in 2016. Yeah. And in 20 with Biden, that's true. They went to Biden.

"And he really outlined very important programs on this stuff. Well, what's interesting is that anybody who observed him in his first term saw that he is a man of profound common sense. He sees things. He figures out a way to deal with it. And he is not hamstrung by political opinion. He really does care about solving the problem. And anybody paying any attention understands, we have so many disasters unfolding in America. And when I say disasters, I mean, that harm people, the people's lives are being destroyed because of ineffective obtuse selfish politicians. And so I think there's a hunger for somebody to come in and say, how can we fix this? And let's figure out how to fix it. Well, I think that it goes beyond mistakes. The reason we have high gas crisis is because the Democrats want high gas prices. Correct. Because that's how the Europeans live. And that's how they stop people from driving. And they're in small countries like Holland, where you don't necessarily need to drive. You can bike from one end to the other easily. Yeah. And this is what they want to do. This is their strategy for dealing with what they consider to be climate change. And Trump is really putting that aside and really acting on behalf of the people. Let me put it in this context. The Republican Party is a layer cake. The first layer was the free enterprise layer. That's been there since the 20s. Second layer is the national security. That's been there since Eisenhower. The third layer is social programs that's been there since Reagan, abortion and stuff. And the fourth layer, the Trump added, is a pro America. And he broke through the economic law that said, you don't touch this stuff. You have free trade, you have free flow of labor. And he said, the heck with that, I'm going to do what's in the interests of the American people. And that's why the rhinos and the establishment bosom. That lies at the heart of the desantis campaign and the Pence campaign people who basically are orthodox conservative economic types who don't approve of Donald Trump breaking from that authority to enact populist programs. Well, and also, I mean, he only breaks from that orthodoxy to some extent. I mean, there's a level of wisdom in it. There was a time, I just read a biography of Wilhelm ropke, The Economist, German Swiss economist. But I mean, when the whole world is going socialist, you can see an argument needs to be made for free trade and for not worrying so much about borders. We're going to try, we all get that. But we're now living in a time when globalism is really the bigger threat than nationalism. Unless you're a Kool-Aid drinking Democrat. And you understand that there is a vital issue in preserving our sovereignty and in making sure that things are okay here first. And I really am amazed that a lot of these fiscal conservatives who almost don't seem to care about America. They care more about free trade than about America. But globalism has one defect. There are no global elections. The power that is abrogated to the bureaucrats comes from regimes that are largely illegitimate. The majority of the people in the world who ruled by dictators are obsessed and voters have nothing to say about it. Even when they were democracies, they limited the Europeans don't really have the level of democracy that we do. And to be governed by the elites, which is what you're talking about here, that Eisenhower warned about in his farewell address is not any better than to be governed by aristocrats. We want to war in 1783 because we didn't want to be governed by anyone but ourselves. And we seem to have forgotten that we've been drifting and drifting and drifting back to where we're being governed by elites. We'll be right back talking to dick Morris, the new book is the return Trump's big 2024 comeback. Box, I'm talking to dick Morris..

"What do you say? Because I have to tell you that was a grave disappointment for most Americans. Look, they were first they had just approved Amy Coney Barrett a few weeks before. They were badly burned and Bush V gore where they made a partisan decision on party lines to put Bush in The White House. 7 to two. And they did not want to go into the middle of this fight in 2020. Even though it was their duty, it was their duty, but they were cowards. And the Democrats were threatening to pack the court. And they felt the institution had to be preserved. Now, when you say that, don't you mean John Roberts? Yeah, I do. But well, and yet he had 5 judges with him. But yeah, but he had the power of their new to they knew this case was coming up more V Harper. And I think they decided that they would punt then, but that they would change the rules when this case came up out of the Malay of the election itself. And I don't like that decision, but I understand it now. I didn't before. I was harshly critical. But they really said, let's solve this problem in the light of day when the passions are lower and what's really changed it fundamentally. But see, again, I'm always happy to be wrong and to be shown ignorant. And I mean that sincerely because I don't know the law at all and you're a lawyer and an expert at this stuff just to meddle. Well, whatever. You've lived in the world, your father was in the legal field. I mean, you know this world. But my question is, why it strikes me as fundamentally wrong that Roberts et Al would consider things like the temperature of the country or whether there will be riots. I would argue it is none of your business. It's like saying, I can't call this a strike because there are people in the crowd that are drunk and they're going to come onto the field. You're an umpire. You have one job only. How dare you worry about whether doing the right thing will have an effect that is completely out of bounds. I agree with you completely. There's something else I'd like to chat about. Last night, Trump spoke for two hours. Longer than usual. And it was really a State of the Union speech. It wasn't about personal stuff or anything. It was outlining what he'd do in the second half. Okay, we're going to go to a break. When we come back, we will deal with that. I'm thrilled to have dick Morris in the studio. The new book, brand new, the return Trump's big 2024 company. Yes, yes. They let me know you were gone. Suzanne the plans they may put an end to you. This is the right place talking to dick Morris. Author most recently of the return Trump's big 2024 comeback. You were just dick talking about yesterday. So today is the 27th yesterday in the 26th Trump gave a big, long speech. You said it was kind of like a State of the Union. He just went all the way across all the issues talking about what he sees and what he would do. What he would do and not the term. Second term. And one of the things he highlighted is something that I've been urging and in the book I write that this may be the centerpiece of his anti crime agenda. Which is to bring back stop and frisk. Nationally. But now how can he do that? I thought this was a city by city kind of every way to do that. You can condition federal funding on having stop and frisk. Law enforcement assistance act LEA, you can say, you don't just stop and frisk, you're not going to get that money. And you can basically force it. Right. The point about stopping frisk, first of all, just what it is is that Giuliani and then Bloomberg had it. And it's lowered the murder rate from 20 from 2000 to 480. And then was thrown out by the courts. And what it was was if you see a guy walking suspiciously at the four in the morning or two in the morning in a high crime neighborhood and he appears to have some bulge in his pocket, you can pat him down and if it is in the gun and he's fine, you just let him go. But if it is a gun and it's loaded and it's not registered, you can arrest him and he gets three year minimum sentence. The court toured out because they said looking at someone on the street is not probable cause. But Trump's concept is, we now have technology where you can remotely scan somebody with a metal scanner, like what they do in airports, and if it goes off, you don't know it's a gun, but you know they have metal in their pockets. And it's midnight four in the morning. A high crime neighborhood, that's probable cause to pat them down. And I call it gun control for criminals. Wouldn't that be nice if we could have some gun control for criminals? That would be a great idea. That's right. So that's and then the other thing that was in his speech that was so important is the proposal for extra police officers funded by the feds. One of the big things Bill Clinton did that really brought down crime was he added a 100,000 cops to our nation's force and that was a big part of his program if you remember. And he expanded the number of cups in the U.S. from about 500,000 to 600,000. And that enabled community based policing and all kinds of stuff that really brought the crime rate question. So he's doing those two programs that are wonderful. And he really outlined them very specifically in the speech and I was thrilled. I say in the return in my book that the three issues that will dominate the election are inflation crime and immigration..

"Snow. See mad and I realized how folks I'm sitting here with the great dick Morris in the studio, the brand new book is called the return Trump's big 2024 comeback. I get asked this all the time and I know you get asked much more often to get asked that more often than I do. But who do you think you think Trump's going to come back? And I'm amazed that people don't understand, of course, he's going to come back. I mean, first of all, let's deal with this. It seems clear to me that the election of 2020 was stolen. Even the idea of that smoke comes out of my ears because I think what else is there to talk about, when something that despicable could happen in a great nation like this, that's the headline. And when you're told, don't talk about that, let's move on. I know you're guilty. And so I don't ever really want to let that go because I think that it is contempt for we the people, which is to say contempt for America. And don't talk about it. It's criminalizing talking about it. Trump is trying to borrow Trump from ever running again because he said the election was stolen. And that's an insurrection. And that violates the Fourteenth Amendment to try to keep Robert E. Lee out of office. Jeff Davis. And people who, like Rudy Giuliani, who prosecuted the fraud and investigated. And now accused of meddling in the election. But I mentioned to you on the radio show, I think. Shall I go into that now, the more versus Harper case, the, I believe, anything you want to talk about is a thing of the past. I do not think any fraud will happen in the 20 24 election. Why? Because there is a brand new court decision coming out. Brand new case called more versus Harper. The distance would be one of the all time important cases. When now today is the 27th of July, they can hear it in the fall term. They'll decided in the first three months or so of 23. But you're absolutely convinced that where that's going. Well, they wouldn't have accepted on it if there were four judges supporting it, which means the conservatives are for it. So they'll probably get 5 votes, maybe 6. Okay. What it says is that the constitution provides that the times manual and places of choosing of holding an election for House and Senate and therefore for president are going to be determined by the state legislatures. Now the liberal judges over 200 years have said, well, that means the state. And they're saying, no, it doesn't. It means the state legislatures. And they point to the history of the fear of usurpation of executive authority by governors and which is exactly what happened in 2020. Right, right, exactly. Okay. So they vested in state legislatures. And what that means is that all of these states, all of the swing states, the 5 of them have passed wonderful laws to stop voter fraud. The photo ID required no drop boxes, no no excuse, voting, and all that. But the governors have vetoed it. This disempowers the governors. This will be before the 2020 election. This ruling says that state legislatures means that neither the governor, nor the attorney general, nor the state courts. What the Secretary of State have any role at all in regulating elections. It's entirely a state legislature. And what is the court that's going to determine this? The Supreme Court, U.S. Supreme Court. Okay, so why has the Supreme Court why were they it strikes me? Maybe I'm wrong. I'd love to be wrong. Why were they cowards in not being willing to look at the Texas case? Well, I write about that in my book. The book is called the return. It's right here by dick Morris..

"I'm often asked that question, the owners of relief factor tell me they believe our bodies were designed to heal. That's right, designed to heal. And I agree with them. So the doctors who formulated relief factor for them selected the four best ingredients, yes, 100% drug free ingredients, each helps your body deal with inflammation. Each of the four ingredients deals with inflammation from a different metabolic pathway. And that right there approaching from four different angles may be why so many people find such wonderful relief. So if you've got back pain, shoulder neck hip knee or foot pain from exercise or just getting older, you should order the three week quick start discounted to only 1995 to see if it will work for you. It works for me. It has for about 70% of the half a million people who've tried it and have ordered more, go to relief factor dot com or call 800 for relief to find out about this offer, feel the difference. Promises made promises kept. I told you that dick Morris would be in the studio and look, here he is, dick, welcome. Thank you. Honestly, I'm thrilled to see you in person just because it's been a while, not just with COVID. You've had health issues, your Wi-Fi lean has had serious health issues. So it's been a while, and it's good to see you. Yeah. Which for a pundit is near death. And I covered had radiation. And I decided when I was sick that getting Trump reelected was going to be my mission. Now, that's interesting because I mean, I've heard you talk about this. He talked about it a little bit on the air with us. I don't know, a week or so ago, but I'm convinced and you're convinced that there is no one but Donald Trump who will be the GOP nominee and no one but Trump who can win. He must win. But you have a much closer view of things. So what is your view of the thought? Well, two levels here are first that Trump should win. He's the only candidate who has incredibly valuable thing. Which is tactically when you're in a campaign. And you represent the challenge against the incumbent. It all goes easy in the first round. When you say this is the wrong, that's wrong, that's wrong. That's the other. Especially the plethora of targets we have with Joe Biden. But then the other side comes back at you, says, how do you think you can do any better? I mean, I know this inflation, but how can you stop it? I know there are high gas prices, but what are you going to do about it? I know the boy is open, but this era border is porous. And the Democrats use pessimism as a disguise for their failure. They say we couldn't nobody could do any better. Right. And what Trump can say is four words that nobody else can say. I did it already. And boys, I did it already. Prosperity without inflation. I did it already. Keep telling gas prices. Hey, I did that too. And that's a huge advantage. I think one of the things that many pro Trump people are thinking is that when Trump was in the first time, he was as brilliant as he is, he was unaware of the depth of the horror that he was facing. In other words, the people that had it out for him from before he was elected and who really had no scruples about doing anything they could to stop him to undermine him at every turn. What would he do in a second term? I think I read yesterday someplace that he had a plan to do what everybody I think would say drain the swamp..

And Jonathan Khan's film, we're going to have Jonathan tomorrow, hopefully. Okay. So that's great, oh, I'm sorry, I don't want to forget also to say that I did say that I'm flying to D.C.. I'm speaking at a young Americans for freedom thing. Yes. And I think Mike Pence spoke there yesterday. I think I'm going to give the rebuttal to what Mike Pence said. What was the front page of that I think The New York Times or something or the journal today had Pence and Donald Trump side by side saying two visions of America or something like that right on the front page there. Yeah, well, I'm going to go with Trump's vision. How about that? Okay, so also tomorrow I'm going to be doing Kennedy from Fox from Fox business channel. Kennedy, we got to know each other when I was at freedom fest in Las Vegas. And she's having me on her podcast tomorrow. I don't know when that's going to air. I actually don't want to forget to say this. This is maybe the most important thing. Next week, we're taping four inaugural episodes of this show. Get ready. Get ready, folks. Get ready. I still have a cold. No, not this show. The late night talk show. We want you to be there. Danny Bonaduce is going to be there. George Hamilton's going to be there. We want you to be there. So you have to go to Eric metaxas dot com under speaking, you'll see how you can go. If you know anybody in New York, if you can get to New York, we really want you to be in the audience. Totally free. We're going to meet and greet and hang out and mingle. But this is going to be insane. It's going to be historic. Please check it out. And they said you were going to put me on a shelf. Balance of nature's fruits and vegetables in a capsule, changing the world, one life at a time. I could not get along without my balance of nature. And I want to tell you that because of the change people I know have seen in me since I've been taking balance of nature, they are now taking it. And even my manicurist told me the other day that she seemed such a change in my hands that it made a believer out of her and she's taking it. I'm 74 years old. I write my bike 25 to 30 miles a day. People tell me I'm looking great..

"Legacy p.m. investments dot com that's legacy p.m. investments dot com. Welcome to the Eric metaxas show with your host, Eric the Texas. Hey there hi there, hello there. You're as welcome as can be. Oh yeah. It's the ecma taxa show, Alvin. I'm gonna play the role of Eric when taxes. You play the role of Alvin. And if you don't mind, if you don't mind, I would like to tell the audience who our guest is today. Please do. Well, I'd like to. I don't know if I should. Well, okay, I will. It's dick Morris. He's going to be in the studio today sitting where you're sitting in that very chair. Now we have not seen him in person in a long time. He's had some serious health stuff. He is obviously doing great because we've had him on the program on Skype. Dick Morris, if you don't know who he is, because there are a lot of people out there who don't know, and I know that. Dick Morris is a legend in the world of politics. In the 90s, when I can't say this one, dick is sitting in the chair. So I got to say it here. In the 90s, when Bill Clinton was at the peak of his popularity, Time Magazine did one of those things that you realize, oops, they shouldn't have done that. They made it seem like dick Morris was the brains behind the Clinton campaign. Now the problem is that's true. He was the one that came up with the idea of triangulation, which is when you say to somebody like, because they took a bath in the midterms. The midterms are 1994. So Clinton comes in 92 in 94, Newt Gingrich comes in and the Democrats are wiped out. And this is when dick Morris advises Clinton because dick Morris was then a Democrat. He's far from that today. He advised him to triangulate to work with the Republican majority to declare the era of big government is over. So dick Morris is a political genius and he worked with the clintons a lot. But he then migrated to be a conservative, he helped Trump a lot, and he's working right now, he is absolutely convinced as am I that Trump not only will he run, he will be reelected, and that we will have substantive change in America, the kind of change people have been praying about and wishing for and hoping for. So he's a big deal. Dick Morris is a legend in the world of politics and polling. And he has no bones about it. His new book is called the return. And that means the return of so he's going to be here in just a couple of minutes. I want to underscore that. Sometimes I want to brag on my guests when they're not here so I can say things. He's a big deal. Dick Morris is a big deal. He's a humble man. He's a sweet man. He's a fun guy, too. And he's serious about his faith about following God. I met him on a plane in 2007. My amazing grace book had just come out. And I saw him on a plane, I gave him a copy of the book, and he could not have been friendlier to me. I'm a nobody. This guy's on TV all the time. He was super friendly, super sweet. So I've known him through the years. All right, so we want to say that. Now, we were going to have Charlie Kirk on today. There was some kind of a scheduling glitch. We love Charlie Kirk so much that we know we're going to have him on in the next week or two to talk. He's got a new book coming out, but we just love Charlie, and we're looking forward to that. All right, we've also got Greg Laurie coming up, Jonathan Khan coming up tomorrow. We've got a segment of ask metaxas now I got to say another thing. I'm flying to Washington, D.C. today. Not by myself. I just want to be clear. I always use a plane because I really wouldn't know how to do it any other way. But Orville Wright and Wilbur Wright, in their day, planes didn't exist. And they said, we want to fly and so they invented what we like to call the airplane. And in 1903, we know the first flight was 12 seconds. Something like that. But on this date, July 27th, 2022, I'm sorry, July 27th, 1909, which is exactly a 113 years ago today. Alvin, you told me. He set a record for staying aloft. They call it aloft. One hour and 12 minutes and 40 seconds. Unfortunately, he thought he could fly across the Atlantic sea. In the drink in the drink. No, but the serious part of this is that from 1903, they went from 12 seconds to over the course of time figuring it out so that in 1909, he was able to fly for an hour in the air. Now think about this 5 years later, you have the beginning of World War I. And there were fighter pilots in World War I. The technology. We think our technology is amazing. Think about that. They go from nothing to having the red baron flying around with machine guns in here. Yeah, that's a great perspective on that. I know. That's what I'm here for. Great perspective. So that happened on this day in history. What else happened on this day? In 1940, a famous cartoon character was born in a movie called the wild hare. It was Bugs Bunny. So in 1940, Bugs Bunny was born. And it's hard to believe that he didn't exist in the 30s. So there are no cartoons from the 30s with any prototype of Bugs Bunny. That's very interesting, actually. I'm surprised by that. I thought he would have arisen. I wonder if he was named bugs, wasn't there a bugs Malone or some famous gangster or something? I wonder if Bugs Bunny, you would think it'd be Bonnie Bonnie or Billy bunny, but bugs. You know, I don't know. We can look that.

"To take these steps. Yeah. There's no question Eric that we lost the popular vote. You know, like we did in 16. But we would have won the Electoral College if there were honest elections in 5 states. But we're going to blow past that. We can win those states, but we're going to adapt to the new era of politics, which is a vastly expanded electorate. And part of this, by the way, is that our strategy involves making Latino voters part of our court in constituency. I describe it in the book how we would talk to Trump doing these rallies were antifa pulled down the statues of Thomas Jefferson and everybody. And we talked about how this was offending blue collar white people and all that. But that we maxed out with those. The real target is what Latinos are seeing and thinking. Because an Asian too. Because there are people who chose to come to America and fled countries run by folks like antifa with the same tactics. And they're deterred, they know this country is their last hope for freedom and opportunity. And they are not about to let the Democrats squander it. And with that philosophy and that approach, we have flipped the Latino vote. It's gone from a core Democrat to a poor Republican. This is extraordinary. Where we've got a final segment coming up folks, we're talking to dick Morris. The book is the return, it means the return of Trump. The return will be right back with dick Morris. I'm never gonna fall in love. Folks. We're talking to the author of the return trumps come back in 2024. Dick Morris, I want to ask you, you know, you said that on some level Trump doesn't hold his cards close to his vest. On another level he does, and he's been very coy. He has not publicly announced that he's running, although people like you and me. No, he is. Don't pay any attention to that Eric. As soon as Bush was as soon as Biden was declared the winner, Trump wanted us to call and discuss his strategy in 24. The only reason you know that some of them now have to come out of your budget. So right, but this is what I'm saying. So what you're telling me is that you know that he's running. This is not like your speculating. I know that he's running. He hasn't declared it officially, but by putting his imprimatur on your new book, the return effectively he had. So we can all now know, as I've been saying, he will be running. He plans to run. He's already running, but he's doing it very cannily as he does everything. It's further point, let me.

"I'm talking to dick Morris, yes, dick Morris. He has a book out called the return, talking about Donald Trump. And dick, you've just been laying out for us. I mean, you are somebody you've lived this for decades. You understand the way these things work and you're giving us good news that the Supreme Court is going to be dealing with election integrity. This ought to have been done a long time before it's finally happening. And so it's your belief that they, the Supreme Court will deal with the horror of what was allowed to happen in 2020. And that that can't happen again. And you say this is a game changer. Totally. It means that the legislature alone decides the rules that the electric. And if the governor of veto is the bill they pass, it's wasted ink that he can govern state elections, but in federal races for president Congress Senate. The legislature controls it. And these are all Republican legislatures in the swing states. Okay, so let's to clarify what happened in 2020, obviously, which was just a grotesque travesty of America of American elections that we had all kinds of bizarre things happen that ought never to have happened and it's because as you just said, even though we had Republican legislatures in these states, the governors overrode the will of the people, what ought to have happened. And enable things to occur, which never ought to have occurred, which were unconstitutional, but finally now the Supreme Court will be dealing with this and making it possible for us, at least on this level, to have actual fair

"We are taping for the talk show, the late night show in New York City, and we're just hoping to get some of you to come for that or to tell your Friends who can it's going to be exciting. All right, when we come back, we get to talk to the great dick Morris. Don't forget to sign up for the email at Eric metaxas dot com. We'll be right back. Standing in line to be sure the back to the right. All the broken fighters all aboard. In case you haven't been paying attention. The Biden administration has caused a financial crisis and they have no clue how to fix it. Oil prices have skyrocketed and when oil prices go up, the cost of transportation and shipping spikes leading the prices of goods to rise. And when we're already seeing record inflation, that's the last thing we need. Our economy is in trouble and you need to take steps to protect yourself. If all your money is tied up in stocks, bonds and traditional markets, you are vulnerable. Gold is one of the best ways to protect your retirement. No matter what happens, you own your gold. It is real. It is physical. It's always been valuable since the dawn of time. Legacy precious metals is the company I trust for investing in gold. Tell me Eric, why is relief factor so successful at lowering or eliminating pain? I'm often asked that question, the owners of relief factor tell me they believe our bodies were designed to heal. That's right, designed to heal, and I agree with them. Folks, welcome back as promised our friend, the great dick Morris dick. It's been a while. It is just always an encouragement to see you to hear from you. You have a new book out called the return, tell us about this. Donald Trump's comeback win in 2024. And you know Eric, I write books basically so I can peer on your show. It's the return Trump's big comeback in 2024. Now, I have no doubt that he'll be back. None. And a lot of people that kind of look at me. So I was really going through the book. I revealed that I was secretly involved in his campaign as one of his key advisers in 2020. This book breaks that secret only about 7 people in the campaign knew it. But I conferred with the president every day. And basically still speak to him very frequently. I was going to say, if that's my wife calling, I'm not here. I don't want her to know that I do this. And I think I think the point is that this book really is designed to tell people what his strategy will be in 2024. And it's published with his authorization and his support. He's endorsed the book. Trump does not hold his cards close to his chest. He's Donald Trump. He blare blazes from the rooftops. And this book is really designed, first of all, to give you an inside view of the 2020 race from inside the Oval Office. But secondly, to give you a sense of what he's going to do differently in the 2024 race. And how it strategic strategic thinking is evolving..

"How are you even in an American? And can I say something really quickly? People look at the news, they look at what this government is doing is saying, they're so crazy you're doing these wild crazy things except one thing they would never do is steal an election. They'll do all this other crazy thing and try to control us, but they wouldn't steal an election. No. There you go. Yeah, no. And look, it's a pure Ben Stein said this. And of course, this is what I say. It's pure Marxism. These are people they don't care about truth. They care about power. They don't care about liberty and freedom. They don't care about that. They're anti Americans. They simply don't care about what the values are that made this country what it is that have blessed innumerable people, not just in this country, but around the world, they don't care. And you need to take it seriously. And if you're not in the fight, somehow, I don't know what to say to you. This is very, this is as important as it gets. Now, I should say, Salem now dot com is all kinds of stuff there. I should also say, it's July 14th today. This month only only. If you go to new traumatic dot com, there's 30% off everything when you use the code, Eric. I take their vitamin C, their vitamin D, their melatonin. All the stuff that I take for immune system for all this stuff, 30% off if you use the code Eric this month only. So folks, please take advantage of that. Now Alvin, before we go to dick Morris, we have a letter that I wanted to read. I was very moved by this. Sometimes so many times people said in these sweet letters, we read every single letter, but sometimes I think I should read it on the year. And this one, it says, Eric, this is. Joseph. I won't read his last name. Joseph K, sent this sweet note, it says Eric, I almost daily basis, I just want to reach out regarding your book better. Which I recently purchased. Your description of the dream you had about the golden fish is one of the most powerful and profoundly beautiful experiences of coming to faith and of feeling Christ that I have read. I'm mainly writing to thank you for sharing this since it brings hope and light. I've struggled with faith as many have throughout life in our dark world now. This is a brilliant beam of life and hope. Thanks again, and I enjoy the guests you have on your daily podcast. You know, as a writer, you put this stuff out there when you get a letter like that. It means a lot to you. And I say this because I write what I write to give people hope. These things are true. What I experience the dream of the golden fish and God in my life, this is true. And when you read it, I think you can tell I'm not making it up or gilding the lily. Or the fish. And but it just, it really touches me. And every now and again, somebody will send something like that. So I just wanted to read it. I think I posted on Twitter I said, it makes for great summer reading because the book fish out of water. You know, it's a lot of really funny, crazy stories with me and my dad and the whole Greek immigrant experience, the Yale stuff, stuff. Like crazy stuff, but that's my book. Fish had a water. I read it, of course I read it when it first came out and it felt like summertime when I was reading it. It was that fresh. Oh, that's so sweet. That's very sweet Alvin. And you're very bitter person, so I'm shocked. Okay, so we've just got a couple of seconds left. I don't want to forget anything. I mentioned that the Socrates in the city video with astronaut Apollo astronaut Charlie duke, that is up. If you're on the email list, that will be sent to you. And in a couple of weeks, we're going to send the whole thing how to register for our fall series. We've got I think four events happening this fall, one probably in Houston. Very exciting, very exciting to finally be launching this stuff. I want to remind everybody August 3rd, fourth, 5th, and 8th..

"To Fox nation at, I guess it's 8 30 New York Times. So it's going to be 5 30 this time. And you figure out the rest. But 8 30 p.m. tonight, I am having this debate with Michael Shermer. He's the editor of skeptic magazine. He is an atheist and we're going to be having a conversation about that. There are a lot of atheists here. Yesterday, as I was staggering up to my room, there was this young lady holding up a scene saying atheist for liberty. And I guess there was like a party last night. They were all going to gather and talk about how liberty and atheism are compatible, which is not really possible if you're logical, but evidently there's plenty of people who believe that. So if you're hoping now, I'm helping with the debate, you can at least convince this guy to become an agnostic, at least. I actually think that's the point. I think that if you want to be logical, agnosticism is certainly possible or tenable or something we can talk about. But the idea of. As I eat my day, it's just, it really is dead. I don't think that once you look at the evidence. But so let me tell you so that's 8 30 p.m. Eastern Time tonight. Fox nation dot com. You can watch it. And I ask you, folks, if you're praying person, pray for me that I would represent the, in a love. I don't normally do debates, and I have to say it's not something that I think I like. I like having conversations, but anyway, so that's what I'm doing tonight. But I've got to tell you about a couple of days ago, as I mentioned on the air, I had the opportunity of spending time with Jordan Peterson. In Washington, and it was really delightful to get to know him. Anybody who's followed Jordan Peterson knows he's ordinary options of his courage. So it was a joy to get to know him and his wife, Tammy, and all kinds of stuff going on there. I think he will be able to do a Socrates in the city event with me. I was hoping for December. I'm not so sure if that will be possible. But we're going to try. And if we can't do it in December, we'll hopefully do it another time. But just a wonderful warm guy, wanted me to be on his podcast. I mean, it was just a very endearing soul. So that was wonderful. But then yesterday, I had to get up at the crack of dawn in D.C. to fly here to Vegas. And I don't like getting the crack of dawn. I like sleeping because I think sleep is important to one's mental and emotional health. So I was pretty frazzled, I arrive at the Las Vegas yesterday. And have I mentioned that I don't like Vegas? Have I mentioned that? Yeah, at least half a time. Yeah, and I meant to say hate. But anyway, so I get here and of course, you know, this is at the mirage, right? At the mirage. So all of these gigantic casino hotels, they're so gigantic and noisy. And of course, there's like, you know, so I get here, there's a long line, like last case, the Venetian. And these are these gigantic, you know? And there's a long line. Now mostly when I go to a hotel, like you kind of walk right up or you wait a couple seconds, but in Las Vegas, the two times I've been here. You have to wait any long line. Like a mooc standing there, just waiting and waiting and waiting for them to check you in. Finally, I go to the desk and the guy says, he's wearing a mask. And he says, well, sir, we need your phone number. We'll text you when your room is ready. So I'm exhausted. I'm in a really noisy, unpleasant place with my luggage. I just want to get to my room. And my room's not going to be ready for well at like an hour or two or some insane thing. So of course, where do you go? There's nowhere to go. So I found a place outside by the pool. And it was only a 108°. So I hung out there for a while. I took some folks on the phone, but it's just so it's so crazy. When I finally got to my room, it is a gigantic suite. I'm in it now. I can't show you the whole suite because the camera's not big enough. It's a gigantic insane, like a real sweet suite. It looks pretty here. It looks like a high roller suite, actually. Well, that's what this is. That's what this is. It's a high roller suite. They want you to, you know, they want your money, so they'll put you up in the high roller suite. But I'm in this beautiful suite, but here's the problem with the suite. It's in Vegas, yeah. It's in Vegas. Okay, so. It's just a crazy time. There's so much going on. So last night, I was invited to this very exclusive dinner this freedom fest dinner. I spent a good amount of time talking to Rand Paul's lovely wife. He's coming today or tomorrow, I guess, to speak. He's part of this freedom fest thing. And she is lovely, wonderful conversation. And she hadn't yet seen 2000 meals. And I said, you got to see it. So we had this long conversation. It was just, you know, sometimes Rand Paul is one of the heroes. So I was just really obviously he's been on this program before. But got talked to him, then Ben Stein shows up. And let me tell you, I didn't know where he stands on some stuff. He is 100% where we are on the election fraud on a whole bunch. It was just a joy on this kind of Marxist takeover of America. But I had a wonderful, wonderful conversation with him. Long conversation. It was just super. So it's really encouraging, of course, to meet people who get it. Did you win any of Ben Stein's money by the chance? Not that I know of, not that I know of, but I'm working on that. I'm working on that. So as I think I mentioned tomorrow, I'm supposed to meet John Cleese. Interview him. We'll see. Chris Hines is flying here today. And we're supposed to, we're going to do, we're going to do some fun stuff in preparation for the late night talk show. The talk show starring Eric Texas. I should mention this again, Albin, because we have done it. August third, fourth and 5th, and August 8th. We need studio audience. I'm putting it out on this program because you folks who listen to this, you'd be my first choice to be in the studio audience in New York, August 3rd, fourth, 5th, and 8th. If you're signed up for the newsletter, we'll send you details on all of this. But you have to be signed up for the newsletter, Eric metaxas dot com to get the newsletter to get the information on this. I also should say, well, when we come back actually, I will say some stuff about Socrates and city. A lot more stuff to share before we go to our friend dick Morris, exciting stuff. I'm going to be on C-SPAN book TV tomorrow. Just on and on, incredible. I was in the Jimmy yesterday working out. I bumped into James O'Keefe. He was looking really buff, but not as buff as me. I will have arms like Tom fitton. I declare it. I will have arms like Tom fitton. When we come back, I will change the subject from my bicep aspiration, stick around..
