"Dick Lynch is a collector of a very particular kind of Australian made chisel. I've got another guest to introduce to you now, who is a wrong case and who is joining us tonight from the UK? Hello, Ron. Welcome to night Life. Hello Over there down there. It's half past one month's time here, and it's a blue sky. Here you go. Well, now I know you're a cane collector and researcher And you've written a book called the Adjustable Spanner history, Origins and development. But before we talk about your hand tools, you actually have another string to your bow that I want you to tell us about what What's your main career being aside from being a toll collector? Well, it's more than a strange It's uh, it's a whole lifetime of making music. Uh, Electron IX on I've got my own studio Act made hundreds of film soundtracks, albums and what with Pink Floyd? And, you know, done a lot of stuff you right? Right. That's the main line anyway. That's that's your main claim to fame. Not this. Not this adjustable spanner, babe. No, no, no, no. I see that. You see, I see the observed in the whole thing. Um, but but deep of a serious absurdity in all hand tools, I use them. I used chisels. I used planes use it. Except of adjustable standards. They're all important. That collecting is? Yeah, well, there's a big problem because there are many levels of collecting. There's they're holding. This possession. You need another one. You need to complete Something. There's the heritage of the family family heritage. Expect the boys were talking there about you know, people possessing. Things from previous generations. On in my case that several of those already but there's a history to me on because I've acquired one sister. Not a rare shifter, but I didn't know how it worked on Ben. I had to find out. No, I am I right in thinking this was ah, shifting spanner that belong nor had belonged to your father. Yes, That's right. That's right. It was, uh it was a kind of ah, color a 15 Kama Tomo, hold the door. And I was fascinated by that. And of course I acquired it. I think I don't know if I had pinched it, I think asked. T have it on and And then It was God set me off and then when the big fair phenomenon After that in the UK, the 19 eighties. Um I just I was finding rusty lump. A bucket. Andre. Then I had to find out how they worked to climb on in order to find out only what you have to clean them. On bond. Of course, John has covered the lot of that aspect. Electrolysis. Yeah, all that stuff. Yeah. There you go. Um, as there was no history. I started looking up, You know books, and there wasn't as John has said those the books around. Not many, really. I know many that any good, so I I set off once I'm gone. I've got what you call a significant number off. Of items of Spanish, I realized I would have to write the history. So I did. So I thought that that I've written from the UK point of view E couldn't cover America. They shouldn't do that Only thing, um John's doing Australia. Um And, uh, I'm going. The origins s so I wrote that but the adjustable spanner Well, yeah, really well. Going, so I'm just wondering, I mean, adjustable or not, how long have spent his being around Although there has gone has said they started in the blacksmith's shop as a means of gripping anything. I mean, they wouldn't even have been used to turn or not. They would have been used to grip. The edge of a piece of metal and to bend it. And then when knots came along when the great Joseph Whitworth on the light came along to event or to develop the school. A thread. Um, not evolved, and they're nuts will then had to be turned. So there's the blacksmiths would just lose the pool, but that they already had to tell him the nuts. Um And then, of course. When the screw came in properly. Even more developed. Then the as John has said, the worm, the rack and worm system and various other crazy inventions. If used, Selby say. So, Ron, how many adjustable spanner it's do you have in your collection? What I've got about 3000 U K. Bar. 600 friend 600, German Uh, I'm a few American ones. I know a lot about the American scene, but I really do want to let them get on with their own things. That's right. You can't write. Everyone spent a history can use. So what? What's your oldest spanner, But you have run Well, I did similar, you know, E Saunders said this before 18 hundreds. You can't date anything unless a blacksmith actually stamped. A date on, um but 17 late 17 hundreds, probably with blacksmiths. That too. Um on similarly The you know 18 20 on up. Um I'm still researching. In fact, having written the plus book, the Adjustable better. I'm nearly finished. Adjustable spanner, too, because so much new in commission payment that I had to Get that together. I'm nearly finished that Ron. I wonder when you were back in the heart of your music career. Whether you would have imagined that later on, you'll be writing books about Spanish. No, no. No. And the writing the history, um, the serious point about the history. Of any two is it runs in as a microcosm. In parallel with the Industrial revolution, and that's serious bit. The the Sunday it is seeing, and in the case of these These adjustable ghouls, seeing how many inventors spend ages off their lives on a fair amount of money. Exempting things that was never gonna make it on Glen hundreds hundreds of intentions. Yeah. Fantastic sakes. Incredible Means of adjustment. Sliders, screws, strings. Leave us all that. On Dove course That's no come down to one design. And that is the barnacle off. The some people call it the present. Which is what ever you know, mechanics have got one in the back pocket Ron to actually work with with the tools. I'll just collect them. Uh, I don't want no, I don't work with. No, because I'm not. I'm not. I'm a proficient would come and some extent now becoming metal downer. Um, that neither of those activities require the adjustable spanner. No, I'm just concerned with it amusing mechanisms..

"FM New York skyline and Dave Jennings back to New York in Dallas the giants and cowboys fourteen of the giants scored the opening touchdown Amani Toomer was a touchdown catch and run Alex responded with a pair of their own to ninety plus yard drives but the giants right before the end of the half with a seven play seventy one yard drive in just forty six seconds tied the game up the money tumor with his second touchdown catch in the first half and that is where we stand through thirty minutes of the N. F. C. divisional playoff the only other game earlier today that was an upset in Indianapolis to San Diego Chargers will play for the NFC championship they beat the Indianapolis Colts twenty eight to twenty four and they get it shorthanded know Philip rivers later in this game he went down with a knee injury and he did throw three touchdowns before it went out but Billy Volokh came in in relief and led the Chargers to the go ahead score also with Damien Tomlinson hurt his knee in that game did not play for the majority of it but San Diego still able to find a way to beat the colts today so they will head to New England next week to take on the patriots who got the win last night over the Jaguars thirty one to twenty so they advance to the AFC championship and wonder this game will play the Green Bay Packers it'll either be in Dallas or in Green Bay next week and then as we took a look at how this first half on rebelled the judge have to be extremely pleased after giving up a ten minute drive to be able to bounce back and you were hoping for maybe a field goal before the end of the half but they really cash in which seven that was you did exactly what they had to do and it's it's a little bit of a surprise in may that score at is looking at a field goal but does anybody better right now on this team and Amani Toomer has been spectacular in in the playoffs through that down the stretch we've seen last year what they are without a man that's not much of the receiving corps because everybody else gets all the attention but Amani Toomer the veteran just continues to get it done he's a veteran he knows how to play knows how to win he knows how to touch a catch touchdown passes it's a pleasure to watch him the cowboys with that ten and a half minute drive in a big part of that being able to run the football they have rushed for a hundred and fourteen yards through the first half but giants have got to find a way to shut down Marion barber well it's it's one of the keys we talked about it being in the game running the football is something it's it's the new teams like because it takes pressure off them they don't have to pass a football so that's you know something you got to find out a solution to Tony Romo eight of fourteen for eighty two yards and a touchdown in the first half that touchdown to Terrel Owens who has four catches for forty nine yards and he's he looks to be a hundred percent may he see he's he's something else doesn't seem to be any kind of problem for Mr all ends as you would expect Marion barber already over a hundred yards rushing on just sixteen carries the is that thirty six yard run that led to the first Alice touchdown in that first quarter when they were able to tie the game up foot to the other side Eli manning eight of thirteen one hundred and thirty yards and two touchdowns what's impressed you watch concern your body line the first half I thought at the beginning of second half a second quarter when he came into the game he didn't look like the light you know the last two weeks a little you know just this fear happy feet and I I was concerned about that all the foods you know see that the second half yeah you had that one three and out series right and he just bounced back after a ten play drive and you have to like what you saw especially big catches by Steve Smith not an easy catch to make a near midfield and then Kevin boss down near the goal line both huge catches with the first one for twenty two and bosses went for nineteen about Corey Webster Corey Webster is a giant fans out there were probably feeling that that one is going to come back to haunt us now the touchdown certainly eases the pain but after that dropped interception oh boy that was a that was a moment where everybody's heart went into their throat and they probably couldn't believe that he never have everybody out here in the newsroom is going nuts well we could not figure out how we drop that ball but in the end the giants have found a way to not this game up one other note very quickly we also talked about the flip side of having to run the ball Brandon Jacobs has not been that effective seven for thirty but Ahmad Bradshaw when he's been in the game is that good explosiveness good spark three carries for twenty yards is that talked about that before the game now he's got to get in there and get some work and he said and done very nice job number one key here for the giants in the second half is hold on a football we haven't seen any turnovers I believe and just make do with what you got out there to fail because they gave got enough to win knock on wood knock on wood the copyright of this broadcast is owned by the New York football giants incorporated all rights to this broadcaster "Free, no strings. Attach okay. Let me not become -pletely accurate as many of them, do not provide or do provide freebies as in Luke sheets. Cheats, checklists a cetera in exchange for your Email address. Some of them do charge. Release more fees somewhere between ninety nine cents and say twenty seven dollars for other things, however, you don't have to pay normally the high quality content that are locals it gives the audience tips and tricks, and how they can improve their lives. These employers provide courses as well as evokes as well, as, you know, anything that orient once more comprehensive information, or they once additional Vance information, or more intimates guidance on that is Louie provide at a cost as well. The bottom line is that you need to look at you content and ask yourself. Can you improve the quality of it? Number two on the list is buckets of conduct. So on the topic of content another closely cottage lugging secret is that successive nuggets provide a lot of content for free. I probably mentioned is ready. In the pass of one of my Minto's who receives go from one million page views a month. Publishes are on twenty five boost. Yes, you read that right? He publishes twenty-five locals itchy to his blog. This may seem like a lot. But if your blog was getting in mid impetus want, I'm sure you'd be doing the same in my interview with Megan few weeks ago. She mentioned that she publishes only one blog post, which is fine for her niche. She did mention that who won is of very high quality includes a lot of in that research and graphs statistics. So it's possible that you may be more like Megan where you do have you but very comprehensive on lengthy ones, and if you've got a chance, listen to that podcast. Megan also does Instagram stories and she spends a lot of time on Seraing questions, which audience and Instagram also runs a podcast, so content doesn't necessary. Early half only to be up locals, but could be, you know, whatever kind of content you're providing to general public on. She provides content all day long everyday on Instagram. So perhaps, you are more likely to be like, my mental where you need to publishing to on war boosts everyday identity. You really need to spend time looking at what works for your dick Lynch, sue, number three, Melissa is research. If you realize that you need to close a look at your Nici final, what works it means that you need to spend more time in research you see many successful Lago spent a lot of time researching image on the market, as a who looking for ways they can improve game. In fact, every blogger who wants to become professional at what they do need to dedicate time every week doing research on some level. If there's one thing I learned in this game called lugging is that in order to take things up level. I need to see what is working for others. It is not enough to keep doing the same thing over and over and over again expecting different results. Sometimes you need to reach out to someone else who were in your shoes for before for health and for mentorship. Which brings me nicely to investing in yourself at number four. So that's the Knicks booking secret secret if you want to grew the, the stuff that you knew right now is not the skills that you need to take a blood to the next level. I'm many bloggers that I'm I need on a regular basis who refuse invest themselves, but they want to become six figure earners. Of course, there is a lot of information that you can learn for free by YouTube, blogs and other freebies. However, if you want to be like, Michel, making one point five billion dollars a year, then you need a mental to have get you there in my low income report study, if you had a chance to look at that you'll find many bloggers on their make money blogging, as well as the spent money on Minto's in offline to become successful and does or even. Looking programs. I'm not saying that the free resources will not get you the eventually. After a lot of trial. And disappointments missteps s at tra- what I am saying is that having a mental investing in a course mix that Ginny a whole lot easier. Which brings me we nicely to number five, which is lugging his journey. Speaking of journeys, another one of those logging secrets that successful bloggers field to let you know, is that blogging news ager it is not a get rich quick scheme where you start a blog. I become a millionaire overnight. The reality is that it takes time and a lot of patience to catch you from point a to point b this means that you need a Susan kind of mindset at the start of this journey. If you start a blog knowing that, it will take imam two years following some training and advice than you will be prepared for this particular journey. On this Jimmy. You also need to crew and audience or even grew a try, which is number six. I think one of the scariest as well as the most of filling part of lugging screwing audience, you'll content would be made public on, you'll need to crew following of reading vans. Yikes. What if you mess up? Sometimes it feels like you're getting an audit responsibility of having more children to look after a bit like parenting, the good news is that growing tribe, is like bitch, a bit like parenting without pregnancy. The Trump the terrible twos. Teenage years schooling, the money if you've spent on kids. Of that. In fact, after giving a lot of value to that particular wounds unique venture to be paid for your efforts on. You don't need to twenty years to get repeats. You can probably get return on investment in two years. Once you start doing all the writings in plugging brings me ninety two several which is long hours, on fortunately, like parenting, lugging does involve, not of low hours for any Braga, but it's fun. It is probably the one thing up. Blogging reminds me of parenting, in every sense of lewd, you will find yourself doing many things everyday to keep your blood alive and growing I wish I had a much better news for you, but you can easily expect to spend. A minimum of twenty. An average of forty sometimes of eighty hours in a week on your blog, depending on how fast even to grow a lotta time is spent learning new skills. On one of them is walking. These number eight which is marketing is yet another blogging secret at successive plugs. Dune tell you marketing explode of time, in fact, he would spend more time Martineau content and you spend, creating it unless you have funds available sources task you will be the one spending to the fall was d- marketing blog. This is a specially true for the first one to two years, but it gets into. Automation, eventually after it becomes well known. Also, if SU is also, which engine optimizations implemented correctly, then this would be half the marketing. Number nine is SEO engine optimization. SEO is vital to the success of your blog. I am sure that at this point of the game you already off switch engine optimization. Let's take a look at the example of Michelle's plug, which is making sense, making sense of sense, but calm, who blood gets an average of seventy thousand Ganic visitors to site every month from Google..

"The photo as well as the feet actually belong to Sydney leathers, a political activists and Cam model who you might recall from Anthony Weiner. On the twenty six. He he really opened. He really opened the chaos ruin all goes back to him up. I mean, the diaries of Trump's president. Because of the congressman and he never even had sex with the women. Not a c. He just wanted to text the guess who has a boner prairie. Like, I I'm just really proud because she is also a Hoosier girl, and it's ninety seven when we get out of the small towns, I destroyed his career his marriage and the presidency the potential presidency of of Hillary Clinton to not have sex to send pictures of his bowl djing underwear way holding his own child. He freak one of the biggest. To scale like how guys we'll put it next. But we don't know how big that baby is like he could be a freebie. You don't know. Got that out of the ICU. He's he's like everything for the next century is gonna trace back to some Weiner thing. It's going to trace right back to him. He's like he's like his family at some probably like multi generational packed with some merchant who sold them occur like a curse vase or something. It just there's some portal to Satan through him. And he never even fucked them never even never even took out his dick Lynch. Character makes no sense. His perversion makes no sense. I just want to read finally from Reddit user jokes on you, like listen to this like, this is a guy who's just, you know, Admiral play just open like, I'm a foot-fetishists like, I know everything about feet, I love soak into hoes love looking at women's feet. I'm just a red at pervert for women's feet can't get enough of them. But listen his response about like, the click fact checking what is objective? Give information in reality. In the times, we're living now, like just listening to how much more sense and how much more sensible. This is literally anything else he says as the internet has grown. It's become increasingly segregated and debunking. False information is more difficult for all. I know. There are Facebook groups and forums where the veracity of this image is doubted, and there are definitely countless other fake images floating around it's relatively easier to bend the big names e IG Alex Jones from media sites, but it's impractical to police everything that goes on. Now, we also have governments and well-funded organizations with sophisticated online strategies to promote unrest or certain political positions. This issue will get worse before it gets better, go off toe suckers, sixty nine. So yeah, I just wanted to say shout out to the real heroes out there the Mods on Wicky feet that are like literally stopping fake news from happening that goes, just so civic minded s amazing. What do we have to remember for every Anthony Weiner? There is a good honest decent pervert there. Who's fighting the good fight or we'll set if there's hope it lies with the perverts? Yeah. There's there's a lot of guys. They'd just punch into their job. They're thinking about like women who are fifty feet tall. Just stomping on them all day. But they like help help people out the help like old ladies cross the street. They you know, the truck driver. They fucking pulled on their thing. When kids do this. Yeah. The thing. I did is a trial because there wasn't much going on. Yeah. It was super. That's wonderful. All those men. They went home. They looked at pictures of Jennifer Aniston blown up to be sixty feet tall and superimpose themselves being stomped on or whatever. And they're all they vote. They taxes shovel. "Product contains nicotine nicotine is an addictive chemical. Reading. Uh-huh. Do a book now, which we don't do that often. But we're going to do one, and I've already heard from like three people today, and I know Mons gets inundated people's ways, and we asked to come on. The problem is our only do a book if I read it, and I have want to be interested in the book. Otherwise, I don't do it. So this book I actually read before he even asked to come on. I had already read the book. So I saw it in the store. They didn't even send it to me. And this book, they usually they sent me will tell you. They send us every book in the world this publisher who was the publisher moms. I don't even know what else ask them down. But you know, what I'm saying? You can just tell me what the publishers. I just want to have a copy of the book, you know, I figured he did. So. Because I don't have it in front of me but upstairs, so the bottom line is. I sorta book into bookstores, and I said, wow, this would be an interesting theme with the three guys. I didn't even know they were doing the book. I didn't know that Bob was doing the book. Bob, someone who's a regular on this show. But the book was really good. I recommended it Grand Central publishing. There you go. There's the publisher. So Grand Central publishing didn't even send us the book. There's a lot of the publishers that automatically send us every sportsbook. So never saw it wasn't aware of it was. Sorted in a bookstore in the vase noble when I was in getting the kids books for Christmas and said, hey, this'll be a fascinating time because the three coaches how much they dominated and also their stories which were very interesting and having lived that time as I did. And there was a lot of. And we were we were in the middle of this a lot. I mean, let's be honest. They all use their guys. I mean Bill had his guys of which I was one George Young had his guys of which Glauber and dog were both joys young guys. So as an example, I mean, George us both them among each having other guys. But those were there guys so everyone had their own guys. They sent out information. So it was a fascinating time. So and the three coaches had so much success. So the book is called guts ingenious about the three coaches. And if you want to go back and relive the age, which I know now isn't twenty. Minutes ago. But it was a great time it left a big Mark on the. On the league. The parcels tree has been very successful. You can see it there this weekend with Bela check and with Peyton the the Walsh homegrown tree has been incredibly successful. You can see that all over the league and is on display. Again this weekend with an Andy Reid as an example. And of course, Andy's disciples who have now become their own little tree in their own right there on a little branch. So it's a very good book and Bob joins us now. Bob what's going on? I'm doing great. How are you? Thanks for having me. It was it was a great time. It really was great. It was and you know, and to be fair as. George. I don't know if it's done as much now. Maybe it's still is I'm not in the middle of it as much as I was. But let's be honest. These guys every coach had their guys and GM had their guys, and they got their message out and. You know, we all know who we all kind of knew who everybody's guy was. And it's funny because they all played the game. And I don't know maybe they're not as good to play in the game. Now, I don't know if they are to be honest with you. I don't I don't know that there's the kind of contact that we had with Bill, and like I was very close to George, but I was really well so close to Bill and obviously closer now to Bill we all the time. Well, the George now, but you were George those days. George Larry, George if George had a message, he had certain guys he would send his message out through which we knew we know. Yeah. It wasn't like saying. Hey, George, you know, what do you what do you wanna know? Know what I'm saying? But if he has something to send out they they use the media to send messages everybody did. And listen Bill multiple guys as as people know he had more than one guy as a look at the you tell the story in there, which is a true story about Bill freely. I'll let you tell now Stellan burger and how Bill forty George by using Jimmy the Greek. And remember I was working for Jimmy the Greek at the time I was working in the NFL today. I know that story on both ends to be true. Yeah. Back then, you know, they'll is three twelve and one is first year your young as Kohl's Howard Schnellenberger looking to see if he will come aboard to coach the giants. So basically by the end of that Eighty-three season, everyone had decided Bill Parcells needs to be fired. George Young Wellington mayor Tim Timor. Now, they weren't talking at the time. But they all decided you know, what it's too big for him. He can't handle this. He had his parents died within seven months of one another. He had a coach who die who sick. Absolutely. Yeah. And it was it was crazy. So George Cole Snell burger looking at you know, see if he'll come aboard. He can't do it. But who shellenberger agent it's Robert freely. Correct. Who is building and Robert failure. You gotta tell Bill listen. I I have to tell you this sports came calling about our number. So Bill, obviously was was upset about it never forgot about it. And really always kinda held that in the back of his mind with George, you know, the thing that parsoes told me about George they didn't get along, you know, in terms of employer employee, but they they were very like minded, football wise. They all believed in the same thing. Gotta have been big big big is better. Right. Got to run the bully play. Great defense philosophy was aligned perfectly. Really along that way. Yeah. And they understood years later, and it's no secret. Joyce didn't want him back. We know that. So you quit. I won't tell all the parts of that story 'cause I was intricately involved in that. But he didn't wanna back. The bottom line is. But it's funny. The thread with the three that you bring that you Hawkin with each guy these slights that they get early in their career carry through their entire career. They don't get over them. Building get over the slight from dick Lynch. She didn't get over to slight from Nick Bongani Walsh, never got over to slight from Paul Brown. I mean, they don't get over slights early in their career. They seem it's something that stays in their consciousness their entire and actually drives them their whole careers. He really does Mike and the thing that I found fascinating with all three. There was a there was a brilliant about them. And they all new football very well, and they stuck to their principles. But there was also really deep seated insecurity about whether they could get it done. I think all coaches are insecure to things that your and very negative negative. Yeah. It really drove Walsh out of the game. Because he was Mike. He he was ready to quit multiple times with the forty Niners within thirteen months after winning his first Super Bowl he called Mike white in his hotel. Mike life was his former assistant coach he called him in his hotel room at the hula bowl and said you said Mike, I can't do this anymore. I couldn't get to the playoffs in the strike year. I want you to coach white team. And Mike white tells me like he couldn't believe what he was hearing. You can't do this. You have to coach doesn't work without you as a coach he wanted to be a general manager. Mike, wait coaches. Team and Mike wake talk to meet on the ledge talk about forty minutes and finally convinced Billy had to do it. I mean one he won the Super Bowl for the team. He had pulled to fourteen and they want to years later, and then a year later, he doesn't get to the plants because of the strike if the strike here so disconsolate, and so he he's ready to quit and it happened multiple times during his round with four hundred he coach ten years and by the tenth year, he was a he was a burned out husky was done. And he just couldn't go on any further. He regretted leaving after after ten years because George cheaper one would assume the following year, but he was kinda haunted. Bill Walsh had a personality that was really difficult for him to deal with you know, as a child he did not get along with his father, some harrowing incidents that that is Bill son Craig told me about you're gonna tell the story, you got all you got to tell you gotta tell your story. Unbelievable. So Bill washes ten eleven years old in Los Angeles. His father their mother are you know, bringing them up in Los Angeles. Fireworks cars, you know. It's kind of a blue collar distance Bill had this pet duck. They gave him this pet duck that he loved and he tended to it every day come home from school. He tend to the duck feed it headed one day. He comes home in the duck is not there. And he goes to his mother, where's the duck? And she won't say anything he goes to his father where where's the duck? I just can't find the duck goes inside. And he smells dinner being cooked. And it's the duck. That. It's horrible. And now Craig Walsh, Bill son who was executable in talking to for this book. Craig Walsh tells me right then and there is what his father had told them many years later. She's right. Then they're only a kid, right? Then there something hardened in him something full his personality. And he said, I I can't do these people are not here to help me. You call Uber for these people his parents. So he kinda knew early on that he had very independent very lonely child. To how all melted and how much you know, he looked up to Paul Brown. Paul Brown's the God, the father Baden football. And when when Paul Brown passes him over he is devastated and wants to do Paul Brown his whole life because of that he was devastated by Paul Brown. What Paul Brown did unwittingly was unleashed greatest coaching tree in the history of not only football. I think in in pro sports because you can't find a lineage greater than the one. That Bill Walsh started with all the coaches that have coached under him there. Multiple Super Bowls. They're still winning Super Bowls for the Bill Walsh coaching tree. And what happened there Mike when he got passed over by Paul Brown? Was devastating. You went to again, Mike. Why you went to Mike White House alone just out there for for days at a time. Figuring out what he was going to do. He was devastated, but he promised himself that he if he ever got a head coaching job ever. He would never treat his assistant coaches like Paul Brown tree him because he felt that he was going to get that.

"Beazer of a postmodern approach to a bio pic where who the person is never really exists. And I guess maybe that's maybe when I think about this movie and how it relates to the mysteries that places inside Dick Cheney's head but then over with zone attention, right? Because it's not just like, oh, there's the moment where dick Lynch and you're talking in silence. And then and then it's like they acknowledge that they don't know what they said. But then they give you experience monologue, which says what they think they said, right? It's sort of like, this is a movie that's all about cake having cake eating eating more cake buying another Kate. Why dangerous to your health from when you eat too much cake. Exactly, exactly. Basically, the worldwide distribution of cake, and what sort of levers power are pulled in order for it to be distributed. And in that sense, it tries to have its cake too. So I'm not sure whether the movie is interested in kind of a materialistic sense, the energy of the movie in a materialistic sense of Dick Cheney is what Dick Cheney did and sort of what is behind the veil is a blank, right? Or is it that Dick Cheney is who Dick Cheney appears to be and his own intentions are irrelevant because he is as a movie called him a bag, and sort of party to thing that happens, and it it's we're not supposed to care what he wants, right? Like like, a or there's the ark of the heart. I guess which is the other weird editorialize ation that the movie makes which is which would put what the thesis of the movie is that Dick Cheney is super villain with one redeeming quality. That at the very end of his political career he sacrifices for good reason. Grooving the he is in fact, worthless human being I guess, I don't know. What do you think about all the stuff? I mean, first of all I think that in an interesting sort of contrast with the Queen movie that just came out feeling this movie makes more of a claim to truthfulness because the Queen movie took liberties everybody understands it's and I think the filmmakers will be a front about the fact that they, you know. Compress things time-wise. They selectively emphasize certain parts of the story for dramatic effect. Right. And they're a front about that that this is more to sort of capture the spirit of Queen and be like a documentary. Recreation of exactly how it went down blow by blow. Where's this movie? You know has this. Disclaimer at the beginning, that's we did our we did our expletive deleted best. So that like this movie wants you to believe that like, you know, although there's much that is noble. We really are trying to present things as it really happy. We are not taking liberties to make it a better story writes that may be disingenuous, but I do think it's a difference in the way the filmmakers are sort of like appealing to the audience. I mean, I would say here's the thing is it may be absolutely true. Like, You know? you know, only the shadow knows what lurks within the dark as of the humid harder. However, the the old thing went, but Dick Cheney has left a balloonists documentary evidence about like what he claims have been his own motivations, which I feel like have been very conspicuously omitted from the movie with one big section, which is like the very final scene where the Dick Cheney characters the camera, and basically says that like what I did I did for the safety of all Americans. And you know, if you are going to question my decisions in the end the.
