Tyler Bowyer Shares the Latest Updates on the RNC Race

"Boyer here, who's going to be one of the voters on Friday, he is not a swing voter. Tyler, what is the latest in the RNC race? Man, that was quite the letter that you read. From Mike ryden. And we've been hearing that from all over the place, not just from donors, but from the grassroots more importantly. And nothing has really changed since the beginning of this thing. Since the beginning we saw the grassroots has been solidly in the camp for change. And really the only people that I think are standing in the way or supportive of that is the one 68. So as we brought up just as a refresh for everybody, this three votes from every state and territory is a National Committee man, a National Committee woman and a state party chair. Those are the three votes that determine who becomes the RNC chair. And the race is down to this Friday. It's down to Rana versus harmeet, Dylan versus Mike lindell. It looks like right now, Mike lindell. Probably has probably about a handful of votes, I think, on the RNC right now, from everything that we've seen. We've had a few people come out and vocal support, not many. Harm me, I think, is doing a little bit better than that. I think she is going to sail through what would become the first vote because you have to win a 50% plus majority. What's that number then? So when it's 85 votes. So that's the magic number. That's

Why the RNC Is Angry With Harmeet Dhillon

"I encourage every single one of you. We need you right now to just communicate your sentiment to your RNC chairman or commitment. They are making their decisions in real time. And if you have not yet sent an email, you guys can get all the information, there's a website that is up and running. It's higher harming dot com H IRE harmeet dot com, hire like you're hiring somebody for a job, hire meat dot com and you'll go through it and we have a lot of patriots watching right now from Oklahoma. We have people from Nebraska. We have people from Ohio. Just go and contact them. That is all organized by Scott pressler, by the way. And this is really bothering the ruling class of the RNC. In fact, they are putting out press releases that their troubled that the people are now involved in this clubby process. Walk us through. Right, I mean, look, I want to be fair here. Many members of the RNC do come from the grassroots and even if they don't, they realize they're representatives of the people and they care. So emails to them, polite emails, best if you're from their state, are persuasive. Many other members of the RNC have been very angry with me. That supporters of mine like Scott pressler have put out email addresses. And there have also been some unfortunate phone calls from no effort of our side to people supporting Mike lindell. I'm sure he also doesn't support that kind of effort. But at the end of the day, I'm a representative, but why did I step into this? I represent the voters in California, millions of them, Republican voters who want the RNC to win elections, and they sent me there for that purpose. And I sit on a board, I sit on the board of the Republican Party, the Republican Party is not fulfilling its duty, and that's why I'm stepping forward. And

Darren Beattie Was the 1st Person to Demand a Church-Style Committee

"I want to give you credit. And I remember you were on a Tucker Carlson interview and you said something and this is the power of kind of spoken truth and the power of going on people's shows. And I remember I saw it and I rewound it and I rewound it like four or 5 times. It was the first person I heard that said it so clearly and we're actually trying to find the tape. But it just pops in my memory. You said Tucker, we need to bring these Intel agencies to heal and we need a church committee two. I said, oh, I like that. And so I started the repeat it. I started to tweet it and other people did as well. But we kind of made it a central shtick on this program. And now Darren from a Tucker Carlson. Interview. To policy, there is now a church committee. Congratulations Darren. You were the first one to mention it. Walk us through it. Well, absolutely. I think we all did a great job and sort of memeing this into reality as it were. And it's funny you mentioned that because I remember that Tucker clip and I looked for that exact clip and I couldn't find it either. So it's all about memory. It's somewhere in our consciousness. So definitely happened. I just couldn't find the clip, but no, I think we've all done a great job in pushing this through and now it looks like we got what we wanted. We do have a church style committee and there are a lot of efforts undertaken to make that happen. And so now what we need to do is we need to make the most of the opportunity.

Harmeet Dhillon Wants to Get the GOP Back on a Winning Footing

"Us through the math. Where do you think we're at right now realistically? I mean, ronna says she has a 110 votes. I think that's a bunch of nonsense. I think it's probably within ten to 15 swing voters. Is that about right? Yeah, I think that's right. And so there are quite a few members we continue to work on them and call them quite a few. I had a great conversation this morning with one member who said, you know, had been previously committed to Rana, who said, I like what I heard. I'm going to keep an open mind and we should talk more in Dana point. You mentioned Dana point, we have these meetings that are at these lavish $1000. Yeah. Yeah, I know that's going to end if I'm the chair of the RNC. I think one of our last meeting where we elected Rana two years ago was at Amelia island and, you know, it was a sort of a leftover booking that somehow we couldn't cancel, but we blew $3 million on that meeting, which is ridiculous, and we need better negotiations on these things so that we don't get stuck with contracts. We can't get out of. So, you know, yeah, I mean, I think we should be focusing on raising money from donors and that not blowing it on ourselves, but actually using it to win elections. And there was the joke back in the day that, you know, Republicans would wear the red cloth, the cloth coat, the sturdy cloth coat, and be economical and hard nosed about it. That's how our party needs to run to, not like, you know, Beverly Hills divorcing. Yes. That's well said.

In 11 Days, We Will Know Who Is Going to Run the RNC...

"11 days, we will know who is going to run the RNC. Going into a very consequential election cycle. I'm done saying it's the most important election of our lifetime. It probably is. But come on, we can't continue to be out of power, especially presidentially. 98% of attendees at our turning point actions poll in Phoenix said they want a change. A similar poll was done. This last weekend by Billy was Trafalgar and 86% won a change in leadership at the RNC. So why is this such a difficult effort? Why is it so difficult to have the RNC listen to voters and listen to grassroots and listen to citizens?

"Joining us now is harmeet Dylan, who is running for chair of the RNC, this should not be difficult. But here we are. Welcome to the program. Thanks for having me, Charlie. Harmeet, I first want to compliment you for your courage and your willingness because the people that are coming after you, they are so nasty, they are so terrible. In fact, I pounded the table last week of a Politico article where they were attacking your Sikh heritage. And I grew up with Sikhs and some of the most beautiful, amazing people that I were honored to call Friends growing up were seek. And obviously it's leaked from people that want to attack you. So the nastiness being thrown at you is incomprehensible. And it's kudos to you for your courage for stepping up and you're willingness. Walk us through the state of the race, 11 days, we have a failure as chair of the RNC. We got to get rid of her. What's the latest? Well, thank you. So the latest is, I jumped into this race just a little over a month ago after our chair ronna mcdaniel basically is refusing to leave. Normally after you lose a presidential race, you actually do leave. So that was two years ago, but she promised us a final and third term. And so now that I see all these members lining up behind her, we jumped in and I have now over a dozen members of the RNC actively making phone calls with me to help whip the votes. There are only a 160 voters in this election. I'm one of them and I will be voting for change and voting for myself. And so the job is to convince people who are supporting Rana, as well as people who are undecided to support me. And I'm happy to say that her numbers are going down and our numbers are going up. And now that it's a competitive horse race, some folks who are willing to support her because there was no choice, have kept an open mind, and they want to see which way the wind blows. That is, you know, it's not exactly profiles and courage in some way. And so we're trying to encourage people to actually get off the fence

Was Wokeness Invented to Stop Occupy From Targeting the Fed?

"To bring up one point to what Charlie said because I'm very happy you brought up occupy Wall Street because occupy Wall Street, I do believe scared the establishment. I do believe the movement was hijacked, but that's one thing that changed another thing that changed was the way that the corporate media had their conversations. And we saw a very big rise with organizations like The New York Times start implementing a lot of their woke policies right after occupy Wall Street because what better way to divide and conquer a population that of course have them in fighting against each other so they don't truly see the true source of their problems. And that's exactly what happened. They want Americans fighting each other. They want you hating each other. They want you divided. They want you angry. They want you pissed off and the best way to not engage is to not play long with their bullcrap. So the challenges for us were anti woke. You know, we say, hey, don't divide people based on race or these immutable characteristics. Let's let people be who their character, their merit et cetera. But now the battle is that's the division Luke. It's the people who want to divide versus the people who don't want to divide creating this weird division.

"Basically being run by this global banking cartel at the moment. Remotely. That's like, I remember the Federal Reserve as the head of the cartel just hits F9 and creates it, okay? They just create, they are putting you everybody in this audience under 35 years old is nothing more than a Russian surf. You don't own anything and you're not going to own anything. They think you'll be happy. You'll be happy to give you a little bit of credit and they put you on the wheel of samsara, like a hamster, right? You just spin and you maybe get a little bit more, but right now even family formation is later because it's tough. It's tough for a couple even to make it. They've taken what, 13 and a half $1 trillion of net worth out of this economy out of our middle class and working class in the last 9 months. The Federal Reserve, here's the scam. The Federal Reserve just creates it. Just creates it. It's not backed by any bonds. They can sell bonds to Japanese insurance companies or the Chinese. Nobody buys it. They created, they call monetize the debt. That means it's on your other full faith and credit of the United States. They create it. And the administrative state don't take all of it, they can get. How do you think we got $31 trillion on the treasury? $9 trillion on the fed, another $30 trillion on social security and Medicaid and another contingent liabilities of a $100 trillion because the administrative state has a funding mechanism. It's called the Federal Reserve. We have to end the fed.

Why Aren't the Police Willing to Stand up and Do What's Right?

"Talk about young people because what you're all basically saying is main character syndrome, which I think we're seeing a lot of in millennials and some Gen Z where people think nothing outside of me matters. I also think to a certain degree we're seeing this in every generation and the way I see it manifest is when police officers go to, say, say there's an all I just drag event in Texas where they're explicitly engaging in things inappropriate for kids. And I'm talking about what we just saw in San Antonio with simulated sodomy and things like that. There should be no question that the police would go in there and say, hey, you can't do this, but they're not willing to do it. And I think because even for these police officers, many were probably in their 30s or a little older, are like, I'm not getting involved. They're going to get mad at me. I'm going to get yelled at. So it's not just main character syndrome. It's also, I'm not going to risk myself for whatever this is. And if we don't have a cohesive culture where people are willing to stand up for each other, then it just falls apart or maybe it already did. I think this is an unconventional warfare. This is what they do in unconventional warfare. They make these provocations, drag queens are a provocation. It's been an escalating provocation first. They're just dressing up and kind of somewhat careful dress with their clown makeup groomer clowns or whatever reading stories. Next thing you know, Tim and I were talking about this yesterday. Next thing you know, they're dancing. They're grinding. They're sexual dancing. They're twerking. The next thing you know, they're doing simulated sex acts in front of children. And they're at the every step of the way. This is what Tim was saying to me yesterday. So this is Tim's credit, gets the credit for this. Is every step of the way. They're saying, no, no, no, no, it's just this. No, no, no, it's just this escalate escalate escalate. This is an unconventional warfare tactic to provoke the goal. You guys remember George Floyd. The goal is to have drag Floyd. And I'm serious. This is deadly serious. Dave chapelle speaks about this all the time, especially when it comes to dressing actors and drag. But it even goes bigger because balenciaga was not an accident. What was happening there was a deliberate escalation of the culture war of them bragging how far they could take it.

Not One of Us Is God

"To talk about what Steve just said, 'cause I don't think enough Americans understand what America is about. We can talk about voting schemes and policy shit and all of us. We want all we want. I don't think most Americans understand what America is about. And Steve actually just touched on it. And the key thing is that America is founded on a single important key principle is that not one of us is God. Yes. That's the key principle of this country. So what that means, if we're not God, true authority lies in God, whether you believe in God or not, you think it is a simpler as a literal thing, doesn't matter. True authority lies in God, you're not God, therefore you don't have any true authority over any other man. And now we have our anarchist friend like nodding along, of course. Therefore, what are we going to do? We're going to set up a system where we lend political authority with restrictions with time limits with all kinds of balanced divided powers so that they can't run amok. So that we don't become an empire because we're not God.

Mike Lindell or Harmeet Dhillon for RNC Chairperson?

"A concern that one of our listeners has emailed us that I think is important to navigate. Is there worried that you and harm meat are going to split the America first vote? Now I don't know how big of a deal that is because a vote not for Rana actually just lowers the threshold for Rana. Walk us through that, Mike. Actually, it's the opposite of what they're saying. It's very important that we both are in this race because when you get to when you get to California and when they vote on the 27th, you have to have 85 of the one 68. So, and I believe that there are people, as I've been talking to members and they're saying, I'm voting for you, Mike. They believe in me. Everything I've done and in harmony and it's getting the same thing and she's talking to them all and so let's just, between the two of us, we need to keep, if you keep ronna under 85 on the first vote, remember, this doesn't now you're just going to the next vote. The bottom person does not get taken off, Charlie. So the vote you just keep going votes imposed by believe back with reince priebus, it took 7 votes. Now, if harm I mean, if Iran is under 85, which I believe she's sitting now around 70 75, that's when I'm, you know, by my best estimations. And also I want to tell you one. There's no machines in this vote, everybody. And it is a, it is a secret vote. So people can say all they want, they're out there, you know, they might say just like they do with their president. You might have some going, I'm not going to vote for Mike lindell or you might have some say, I'm voting for Rhonda, but they're really not voting for Ron. Because no one's going to know, and that secret vote ballot goes in.

Guest Host Jim Hanson Welcomes Harmeet Dhillon

"I am delighted to welcome the next chairwoman of the Republican National Committee, harmeet Dylan to the show. Thanks for coming. Thanks for having me. Well, look, there's a lot of reasons why many of us believe you are the right person to go ahead and take control of the GOP party apparatus and turn it into a winning fighting organization. But I have to tell a quick story in November of 2019, we had evidence coming out of Orange County, California, that the Democrats had used ballot harvesting in the 2018 election, and they knocked off a couple of Republican incumbents in Orange County, the only really deep red part of that state. And we had also some evidence that pointed to the possibility they were registering people with addresses in dog parks and Starbucks and government buildings. And we took it to the RNC, they told us to call you and then they told us we should raise money to get you to be able to work on it instead of the RNC whose job all of the rest of us assumed would be to invest this to follow through on it, and as we all know, ballot harvesting was a huge problem in 2020 election and going forward. So I'm assuming now you're set and ready to find us a solution to those kind of things if you're elected. Well, so ballot harvesting is a complex issue because in California it's actually legal at this point. Obviously registering voters in places where people don't live is not legal. And at the RNC as a role that they should be playing with respect to, for example, helping us clean up voter rolls of people who are registered in more than one jurisdiction. And that has not been a top priority unfortunately. The Democratic Party and democratic donors have been investing in Democrat election litigation for, you know, I would say almost 20 years now and maybe even beyond that. And we have not been doing that at the party. Now I will say that over the last couple of years, the party has begun to invest in election litigation, but nowhere near enough. I still do a lot of my election litigation through donors outside the party and they help us state parties that need to be strong as well and I'm proud to say Eric California GOP is strong compared

"How much more money should we give zelensky? I mean, I'm thinking another 150 billion ought to do the trick. Yeah, yeah. There's no limit. Look, I'd like to know what the objective is. You know, the greatest foreign policy disaster last 30 years. I do not think it was Iraq or Afghanistan. I think it was the failure to take Russia and turn it into an ally, which I think could have been done. And we're still paying for it. All right, so now we've got a situation where the big problem and the reason everybody in the foreign policy community was all up in arms about this is because Russia was a threat and they could potentially try to take all of the former Soviet Union back. Now, if one thing was proven by this debacle, it's that Russia no longer has an expeditionary military that is a threat to anybody who isn't right next to their border.

"Another question, Carrie, is this trial going to be televised or is it behind closed doors? Will it be a private or a public trust? That's a good question. We're working to try to get its stream because there's so much interest in the approach. I want to see what's going on here. Who wants to watch every minute of this trial? A lot of people don't believe that, but on our side, people who care about election integrity because everything rests on election integrity. Yes. Well, I can tell you this. We've been talking about the RNC a lot. You're just with Harvey Dylan. I just endorsed her. I know you were just on stage with her. She's wonderful. But the Republican National Committee has to build the strongest legal team that we've ever seen because this is the tip of the spear. What you're doing without enough support. "Like is taking selfies here with the amazing grassroots. I'm back. So Carrie, tell us what parts of the lawsuits did they accept. Because someone was rejected, but two they did accept handing a ballots in the machines. Is that right? That's right. We're going to be talking about the lack of chain of custody involving hundreds of thousands of ballots with no chain of custody. You know, when you're dealing with mail in ballots, there's only a couple ways where you have security with those. And it's following a very strict chain of custody. That means you know where every single ballot is and where it came from. And you document that. They didn't do that with about 300,000 ballots. And that's a problem. So we're also going to be looking at another count, which is involving intentional basically failure on the machines on election day. And what was behind that. 59% of our polling locations on election day had in operational faulty equipment that wasn't working. My polling place. Your polling place. I went there. All broken. The ballot printers, I mean, you think the ballot printers would be ready to go on election day, right? It's not like you don't know when election day is. We can pretty much tell you an election day is. From here to eternity. So they knew it was the big day. Oh wow, the ballot printers don't work. Oh, there's not enough toner in them. Oh, they're not matching up with the tabulator. So there's a lot of problems that happened causing massive weights of hours long waits in line. And so we've got those two counts that we're going to work on. And our attorneys feel very confident in this case. And they're working very hard. But

"Army Dylan went on Laura Ingraham show and said this describing the situation before we go into it in detail check this out There are absolutely double standards at the DoJ and the FBI depending on whose ox is being gored And so again what the Biden family not Hunter Biden but Hunter Biden Jim Biden Joe Biden are accused of doing incredibly is very big and is international in scope And so I think that nothing is going to end up happening here It would be a gift to the Biden family of Hunter Biden were offered the ability to plead to a couple of minor offenses and pay some money This needs to be pursued It needs to be pursued by the house the Republicans take back control and we need to see justice done in this case because the Ukrainian money flowing in the billions right now I think you have to look at the ties of the Biden family to corrupt activities in that part of the world that you would be a fool to ignore those facts Okay I have two possible scenarios about where I think this is going to go and hunter but let's address harmony Dylan I went through a bunch of audio video this morning And that was the best kind of synopsis of what I think the big takeaways for you and the radio audience need to hear about Two takeaways from that sound piece with army Dylan on Ingram's show Number one yes she is absolutely correct A deal right now In other words a plea bargain Hunter Biden says I plead guilty would be the greatest thing possible for Joe Biden right now There is nothing Joe Biden wants less Keep in mind now his state You're talking about a guy who is obviously cognitively impaired The degree to which what is diagnosis is I'll leave that for psychiatrists and psychologists I have not analyzed him I'm not qualified to do so I was a graduate student in psychology but I wasn't a PhD and I'm not licensed to do it You get the point

"With us now is somebody who can cover a variety of different issues and topics. She's also one of the good people involved in the RNC and is also doing a great job representing James O'Keefe amongst many others. Harmeet Dillon, you've probably seen her on television, she does a wonderful job harme. Welcome to the Charlie Kirk show. Thanks. Happy to be here with you today, Charlie. All right, there's a lot I want to talk to you about. Let's just start with the James O'Keefe story. He's been in the news last couple days. If I'm not mistaken, you are representing project veritas with the raid that occurred of his apartment. What is the latest with that situation? Well, the latest is that they're kind of two parallel things happening. There's a situation happening with The New York Times where The New York Times is being sued by project veritas and The New York Times is actually been publishing confidential information of project veritas. Separately, that raved it occur. It's been in the news, as you know. And I'm not at liberty to go into all of the details there, but what I will say is that I think that the overall the situation of the United States Department of Justice using its awesome power to raid a journalist's home at 6 a.m. in the morning without probable cause without due process and violation of the First Amendment, the privacy protection act, which is a federal statute. And United States Department of Justice guidelines passed by this very attorney general. I think it is truly chilling and shocking. It's something that should disturb every American journalist in every American citizen. And I am proud to be part of the team that's helping to expose what the DoJ is doing in coordination with liberal allies in the media and the

"So if people don't know what to florida's sports sport is that is a suv with two doors. So so i had a llama before coupe and afford explorer kupe so but de la had luli go through the driver door. Goes bahamas get out. Let them in. So it's not a welcome into the nfl. Ringer show tuesday edition of course with the players. Jason golf and i'm ride with my teammates ryan shazier and james jones jump right into boys a week to close out last night with monday night football. We ain't got to spend a lotta time on it lies versus the packers. That game was close and then defining play happened to me. And that was the center quarterback exchange with jay gall fumbling that football and the packers defense. Just teeing off after that air. Show people that he's air rogers all over again Aaron jones gets three touchdowns. Packers look good. They tied for the top of the nfc north. Leigh one on one with the chicago bears. Who maybe we'll get into at the end of this pod. But i guess aaron rodgers didn't need to tell everybody to relax this time around. He was going up against the lies. Teen doesn't know how to win yet with jerry. Golf i believe is a guy who you can win with. Maybe not because of not even maybe not because of you he started the super bowl for the rams but Yeah jared goff. Not enough running by andrea swift. Everybody on the lines. Coaching staff is a former player. Like i'm looking at all these news that they were doing the zoom in on like. Oh angling do stanley. Dan was like if you hadn't played professional football. You wasn't getting a look from dan caballo coaching staff. So what your thinking. Monday night game last night. You know formula the green bay gago for our for me number one. I didn't like the way the packer started the game. Master specifically on the defense side of the ball man. I'm watching this defenseman. The first two games of the season for his defense. Well i won't say the first. Two games i say the first game and a half because the first half i mean we all know that the lions went in there. Seventeen zero book. They can't stop the run. They couldn't stop the run. They was giving jared goff anything and everything he wanted whether he was getting outside the pocket getting inside the pocket so in that i have. I didn't like what i've seen from the defense man. It was zero pass rush. We won't get no pressure pressure on jared goff and He was moving the ball down the field but second half they came out. They buckle down pitched a shutout you know kinda got a mojo going but for offense. I man shoot. That's what that's what we've always been and if they can continue to get aaron jones going and we all know you score four touchdowns a game but just the runs. He had you know one too. Many times at the packers were off schedule. You know what. I mean by that it was third and four was third and three. You know because there was able to run the ball. You give aaron rodgers third and fourth earning three on a consistent basis to where he could get any and every play he wanted to get to the playbook check to any route he to check. It was gonna be tough to stop him. So i loved how we ran football. I mean The lions tried to come out and do what new orleans did tools and staying to share. And we all know right if you in that to show your front seven a dominant. You ain't gonna be able to stop that run you know so the packers say now is i are. We ain't going to get past happy. They want sit in the to show you know. Let's tote this rock so defense bogged down in the second. Half office did what they had to do. you know would would would with the drives. They had so often is going to be too often. But we need that defense to step up repression at quarterback a ryan before he gets your thoughts on what happened last night. James said a couple of times for the people who are not privy to what to shell and a cover two two high safeties is he breakdown for not only the secondary but what the linebacker's responsibilities are when you were to show us all the to to show basically is Like a cover for cover to type of defense. So you're always showing these basically you're trying to to is really doing for a defendant deeper routes in really good receivers because we are in the to show it It makes the receiver kind of go through two progressions of a lower in a higher defense and then so as a linebacker in a to show it makes you actually more responsible for the run so but in the past six is better for the past. But it's tougher for the rent so it makes you you know is your went gap less than a to show is normally a seven-man front and offices. You always football is a game of numbers so basically when office have eight guys to block your seven guys. That means there's a better chance of the ball so you have to have some dogs out front to be able to stop debt in the lions there were good d. line but Their linebacker in dhillon court together wasn't good enough to stop stop. Aaron rodgers in air raja's as a veteran quarterback knows how to Destroy a cover two defense and he just picked their team out. I mean florida is well but if team into great renan situations and then when they wanted to throw the ball The the lobby has the cover the middle of the field because the safeties are covering the outside of the field. And if you got a good covers. Linebacker nets hopeless situation. You can pick them apart. Yeah and especially like you mentioned here in chicago. Got his chance to watch brenner. Lack all those years and people would say well. His numbers aren't dominant. Ray lewis and some of these other people. And i would always say you're not seeing the plays that aren't being may when a guy like that can haul ass backwards fifteen twenty yards dead sprint and become pretty much a third safety also come up and and support the run so when when you have a base cover two defense and you're not making all the tackles in the world people kind of sleep on you. It was a it was another. Who's that the short. Gary bracket for indianapolis colts all his years. At the same kind of job under tony dungy's defense. What did you think. Last night of a aaron rodgers and the green bay packers before we move onto what we saw sunday night with. Lemond in Patrick mahomes so beyond his arab pretty much provided what we thought he was gonna provide at. The beginning of the season was a really good job with shutting offense down a he pretty much did what everybody wanted him to do. You know everybody was like man. This guy is out here. Faking you. Got his aia. Worrying is errands only games. We know what's going on the air and came back irish. Am got now. Just one abp do. Don't worry we're planning. Ally is the lions during good squad having a lot of moral victories. Either that's why i keep hearing on. Espn moral victory but the nfl. Enosis needs a moral vietnamese. A win are lost so And they and they took a ill. They started game out. Well like you said. The packers defense didn't.

"I plan to file one of those challenges that that we're dealing with a grave and immediate threat of some contaminants in the workplace and you may recall from president biden's remarks on this that he's calling the citizens who are unvaccinated the americans or the workers who are unvaccinated contaminant. Not even the virus and so that doesn't hold water scientifically as we all know any all. We all know friends and family who've gotten sick with this virus despite being vaccinated and they got it from people who were vaccinated so just the basic logic doesn't hold up there many other issues. I can go into well. That's a that's a whole secondary issue that we don't even have time to get into science as i say week after week. I'm all for following the science. But science evolves as new discoveries new information new data comes in. and what we know about these vaccines. is there. Leaky we are having bleed through where people are getting sick after being vaccinated. I know at least three people who who have covert now all double vacs. And if that wasn't true we wouldn't see the push for booster shots which are coming now and we're not even talking about the mu variant which apparently is a cuts through all these vaccine. So that's another issue for another day. I want to talk about you. Mentioned osha osha. Gains authority from the commerce clause the obamacare mandate had. It's the controversial point. There was the commerce clause of the constitution and john roberts said that mandate the obamacare mandate was a tax. Might they say this is a fourteen thousand dollar tax for anybody who doesn't get the vaccine and could that pass muster at the supreme court. I don't think so because osho doesn't have the power to tax Neither does the department of labor. And so i don't think that's what that's not gonna fly at all. I think that really so looking at. There's so many other legal issues. You mentioned religious exemptions and medical exemptions and we're gonna get to that but as an employment lawyer as part of what i do at my law firm. I can tell you that as an employer. I have no desire as an employer to know the medical issues of my workers because it creates liability for me. If i find out that a worker has a disorder or disease or a medical reason not to get vaccinated. I don't want to know about it. Because if i ended up firing that person they're gonna sue me for disability discrimination because i knew the medical situation and so there's a so if you were to call this tax the taxes and not just the fine if you don't do it the taxes setting up the weekly testing the taxes setting yourself up for lawsuits the taxes adding hr professionals to track and monitor this stuff and by the way if they get away with doing this we are going to be subjected to this for the flu vaccine and for every new drug that american pharmaceutical corporations that donate money to politicians decide. They'd like to push with the help of the government and with the help of big employers. Now now what's interesting. Is that some big employers and frankly a lot of blue state governors. I think are in favor of this mandate and that is because citizens and workers who have choices and decide whether they've gotten vaccinated or not they don't think it's their employer's business their mobile right now before this rule goes into effect they can decide to go work for a different company or move..

"Not. I wish I had a crystal ball sitting here in my dining room table, but I don't I don't know if Gavin Newsom is going to retain his position tomorrow as governor. During this this huge recall recall, But let me tell you one thing. The positioning by his administration and the California Democratic Party of Larry Elder. Being a white supremacist. Come on. I mean, this really should spark some kind of federal investigation. And remove the man from office, at least temporarily, until it can be proven. The Gavin Newsom is far far removed from that sentiment of those comments. And Larry Elder that reminds me joins us tomorrow for her last ditch call out of the election. At 1 30 on K. M. J. So Me and Larry and you won 30 tomorrow and a lot has happened to Larry Elder in the time that we've not talked to him between the last time he was on But the fact that the Democratic Party of the Santa California has been wholly silent about this episode of the White Woman, for example, in the chimpanzee mask throwing eggs in Southern California. And exhibiting, along with the white counterpart mail, a sickening busting, horrible dose of old school. Racism is disgusting, as both parties should be screaming about. You know the the character of mainstream America and where it's going, and this type of garbage is is nothing that we want to ascribe to. On a daily basis, the Democratic Party in California. Has been quiet. The Republicans are deafening in their response. So you know what? What? What's going on with this Democratic mantra of this being a Republican recall, they take that and push it even further. Because we're so loud on what happened to Larry. They just add that to the fire and go look at the Republican recall. These are all trump people when they're not all trump people 44% of independence in the States say. Gavin Newsom's gotta go. 82% of all Republicans say Gavin Newsom's gotta go 7%. It's dipped of Democrats say Gavin Newsom's Gotta go. I'm optimistic about tomorrow. Others are not. And that has brought Gavin Newsom to this point to spend more money hanging onto his job just for another year than what he spent overall to be elected the first time around. Never seen anything like it. Never seen anything like it. It's just weird. It matches up so nicely done in cheek with the times that were suffering due to the federal doctor, you know, inspector that we have in our life. Which is something that you still I still can't put it. Get a wrap my arms around it. Um, I was just speaking. What I mean is that was just speaking to Dr Linda Halderman this morning. Who reminded me and reminded all of us that the president does not have the ability to play doctor. In fact, with that in mind, we're reaching out to the constitutional attorney Harmeet Dhillon. To bust through her busy schedule and join us for a quick chat today or tomorrow. On that very subject. Of Joe Biden playing doctor, but we do have guests today. Somebody has become a fixture, um, in our lives on K. M. J since his whole recall began coming up at 11 31 more time And then maybe again for a little bit tomorrow or the day after for sure when the election is done and gone. Thomas helping Carl the chair, the founding chair of the organ, the Oregon, the PAC. That's done so well, getting this recall off the ground that's rescued California dot org. He's the former chair of the California Republican Party. You know he is. He's really put the fire to this recall, and he's going to be joining us at 11 30. Locally, an issue that popped up last week with the Fresno Police Department local editorial that was written, quoting some of things that have been said by the head of the Police union. That our Fresno police chief back Obama Rama really needs to respond to And that is that the police department is overwhelmed. It's buried in local crime. It's understaffed. It cannot keep up with the mad cheap. Valderrama is more More than anxious to discuss this issue. I have approached him very low key last week and again today. Knowing how busy is and these are times that are not easy for him, and he jumped on the opportunity to be a part of this program. And he will at 12 30 today, and that's an easy one for you, too. If you want to go one on one with the police chief and say, Hey, look what's going on in my neighborhood. The 20th anniversary of 9 11. Came and went without any terrorist attacks. But The revision is, um The history revisionism. We hate coming forward from some people, most of them very young, who weren't around. When this happened. I'll call them native born Americans trying to twist this into some sort of Reprisal. 20 years ago against white supremacy in this country. Blaming the attack of these Middle Eastern terrorists, radical Islam on white racism. I mean, this is being justified by some young ones because they say Americans have killed 900,000. Middle Eastern people in wars, blah, blah, blah. It makes me sick to my stomach. Like this student up at Washington. Who picked up these tiny American flags. Have you seen this which were laid out to honor the number of dead on the original 9 11 20 years ago? Flags laid out in solemn Remembrance of that day, thousands of them This collegiate idiot picked them all up and threw them away. For that. That whole mantra of well we've killed, you know, almost a million people in the Middle East. So these are these are not good. We got to get do away with him. Nobody needs to see this. I suppose..

"If you go into free agency was smart and robert williams next off season and so in wants to come there and trade. Yeah maybe you could use cap space as well. I mean it just seems like trades. That's how you get guys at this point in time. Yeah so that's a really fair point and the other moves that we didn't that i didn't mention in the trade. Bonanza what. Got dennis schroder for the taxpayer mid level on a street one year deal and they signed in the scanner and they also generate that seventeen million dollar trade exception so i ended up going with. I mean because i said the thing about how is a little bit on tuesday. I still ended up going with a b. it's challenging because they're grade will change a lot partially because we need to see how you may as coach. We'll get more information on brad. Stevens is a front office type. A knows are two of the huge franchise shifting decisions that they made that we do not have full information on yet book. I talked about stevens. There was no process there. No for sure you know. I don't really care for that. Yeah i made him. He didn't do it. Be minus because thank you for bringing up bringing up the process part of it. That's even if we even if he we don't know what he's going to work out. There is still a negative there and so now he was under contract for a lot of money for a number of years and he didn't want to coach anymore. But maybe that was part of why they decided they want to keep this guy in the organization. We gotta pay him. And we don't want him even if he doesn't wanna coaches making so much that he's gonna stick around but he kinda maybe his voice it had kind of been lost at that point Hadn't had the greatest. Last couple of years i would say but also was At at a very nice track record as a gm. I would assume that that's probably a downgrade you'll see kemba walker plays this year to write like what if kemba walker comes back to plays really well for the new york knicks way better than al horford plays and i will say that i would rather sit this. The weird part of all these transactions. I would rather have al horford than the dead money for kemba walker that okay see has oh surely yes the. That's absolutely wouldn't have bought him out obviously and forty eight could've potentially retained him. I don't think they're made the right decision. Not match that offer from the next and the knicks probably said he was going to start at the two. I don't know if the celtics could have said that the smart thing he that could end up being a bad contract by the end but he's a good player and they retained my antic in the first year given some of the other guys out there. He's worth that so Getting rid of tristan thompson for chris dodd and for and picking up a second with resulted. Josh richardson just on one year was good. And they'll have bird rights on retainment if he plays wall if they wanna do that also and they got that seventeen million dollar trade exception which could be useful that came out as well as in the four h. The to give up a couple of seconds to make that happen to one of them's a bullshit second. So yeah. I think we don't know about you dokie yet either. Shooter was very good value at the mini mid level. I think i'll just call it a b. I think there's just enough uncertainty here with some of these things that we just don't know quite what the team is gonna look like. We all know what horford is laughed. How shooters gonna fit in. Cancer didn't really make much sense to me. These extensions are like you know decent. And i get the three beyond but don't neither of them are like really great team value williams could become so potentially and we'll see the guarantees on that so yeah i think i think it could really work out well on the other hand. There are some things that could leave us talking about some real egg on their face starting with walker if he plays well next year. Let's get to the atlanta hawks. Hawks they made a lot of long term commitments. But not changing personnel. Like the celtics dead. Where i mean. It's essential to john collins restricted free agent. A four plus one total value. One hundred twenty five million day got trae young to ince max extension but we don't know whether that's the twenty five or thirty percent that's gonna depend on how things go this year. He did get a player option. Like jason tatum before him. Luca and everybody else on they also retain williams when you're five million. They've kept nate mcmillan. As coach moving in from interim to full time head coach they signed gorgeous. Jiang for part of the mid level one year four million. They drafted jalen johnson twentieth. And schrief cooper forty eighth cooper on a two way now. They lost snow. Chris done in britain fernando and they traded 'cause they traded done for nato for dhillon right. I actually really liked this off season for the hawks. I thought they They didn't make any like big waves in terms of new additions. Though i think right will help them. And j joe johnson might be that of like so that so for me. I really liked the johnson. Pick a twenty of physically talented like aggressive. Like he's not a. He made some of those young guy trying to do too much mistakes but to have somebody with his forward size and bounce available twenty was incredible played him as a small ball center in summer legal but certainly there were reasons why he fell. Sure to that point but yeah that was pretty good value there and you know someone who could fit in maybe even give them like a a small ball look do some switching but a high upside pick any just physically had some overwhelming moments. It's overly jiang bring him in as a backup center is totally solid. Good stopgap a guy who's qualified to play backup center but then can also received in the background. Once congress comes back is good. Getting right for chris. Dun and bruno. Fernando was excellent value. They did give a little bit to get tristan thompson. I but then moved him for right right after that. And that was well worth it. Getting lou williams to come back. They've got right as insurance for him. Schrief cooper at forty eight usually guys drafted there. Don't work out. he's gonna be a two way now but at least they can bring him along slowly john collins on the four plus one that like about right to me. It's better that that's like a that's like a c- contract. But i liked pretty much everything else so i wonder if question for you was there to one is I think in some ways. The hawks who regret not using the mid level on a wing. But who's going to take their money to be a deep bench guy. I did the. That's hard sales pitch. It might just might not have worked and jiang largely gonna fill in the gap while dealing with his injury. That's totally fine. They also brought back solvent hill. Who gave them a decent enough innings eating in the regular season last year and so the question had was is was now the time to considering their run to the eastern conference finals now the time to sell high on either kevin herger origin gallon art. Yeah there was some talk. Perhaps that gallo might be involved in a trade with the wolves that didn't end up happening..

"What's going to happen here with lori marketing so some questions but again you get a twenty three year old is good as lonzo ball on a reasonable contract. That's a that's a good day for you. I love this as a recovery from what is really been a wayward few years since they traded jimmy butler. I was one of the few people that did not love the vuckovich. Do for them. At the time i liked it. Much better for orlando than i did for chicago. I still do. They gave up two picks one of which ended up being the number eight. Pick in this draft n wendell carter junior. Who is i think. Still twenty two years old in a meaningful player that they gave up. But i thought they recovered well yesterday. I think lonzo is a fantastic. Fit with zach levine. he does. He is not a traditional half court point guard and he does not have to be on this team. He can be the hybrid guard that he was in new orleans. And i think you nailed it in recap of this. I think him in levin and transition is going to be magic. The problem isn't nick. Vuckovich is is going to be a trailing those expensive margin and you just read it a lot of stuff to get him but even in the half court vuckovich is a double team magnet in the postseason. Really good postal player even though he never draws fouls lonzo is gonna get those kickout threes. He's just going to introduce some verb and unpredictability and into their offense and but the half court in the transition game and he's a good defensive player and is a good rebounder and all of that also applies to alex caruso. I liked the way those to kind of fit with the buzzer. Doing but to your point for a team. That's been bad for a while the bulls. Don't it's matters. That caruso in lonzo young. I think that's really important for the bulls. Because they went they went too far. Accelerating with vuckovich and now they've dialed back the age curve but for a team. That's been bad for this long. They don't have enough stuff. Like look at all the stuff the hawks have. And you look at sort of all the stuff. That didn't work out for the bulls marketing. Is he done there. If seems like we don't know we don't know that the market for him but they got levin markkanen done and affect effectively tank to get window. Carter junior in the jimmy butler trade market and might be gone. Done is gone into nonentity. Wendo carter junior is gone. You know doug mcdermott thing still lingers. They gave up to first round picks. Get doug mcdermott it. Didn't it didn't work out. There's just a lot of quiet trickling talent drain. That has made like kobe. White is way too important to this. Team's future pat. Williams absolutely has to hit for the bulls. Has it and i like pat williams. I do think he's gonna hit. I don't know what it looks like. I mean everyone wants to compare to leonard which just dial that back a little bit quieter. The two-time finals. Mvp dial the bat. Dial it back. But i think he's going to be a good player but there isn't a lot here. Considering how many shots they've taken it young players that said. I love the lonzo fit. I hate what new orleans did. I'm gonna talk about that with. Jim mcmahon later. And i liked the crucify. I think this is going to be an interesting next year and by the way. They can't be done because they are under. They cannot miss the play in next year. They cannot they unday should be under a lot of pressure to in fact that should be they should have higher education that even in a competitive east. But i think there's gonna be a fun team. And i like taking a shot on lonzo. Look he's got some flaws no the very minimal. Sorta half court game doesn't get to the rim doesn't get to the line finally shot while at the line you're not a very physical player doesn't take charges doesn't like to get in the fray of defensive physicality i like them and i like this fit like nine hundred million of the tax line to play with so how exactly they manage to use that as s- fluid i guess would be the issue you know. There's the potential of working the caruso sign and trade into the daniel thais signing in houston. You could work it into the i. Guess somehow we're going into a marketing sinan trade and all those would leave you with your your mid level exception still available to go add in the frontcourt or they may they just re-signed markkanen i. There's there's a few different ways they could do this. I just think they going to be fun next year. I could just a couple of other quick hitters. I'll let you go milwaukee depth issues after not reciting. Pj tucker to try to soften their tax payment Got bobby portis back. Good cleveland find jared allen extension people balked at. I think it's fine We need to people need to stop reporting that. They're trying to dump near they're not. They lovely inch junior charlotte. I'm gonna talk about what. Tim mcmahon thought. They've had a good a good week. Washington d. indiana lost. Doug mcdermott retain. Tj mcconnell got tory craig. They're still a very interesting team. Which i just think something has to give there eventually but nothing has really given there yet anything else. Kp before we journey away from the east. I let's circle back to atlanta real quick. I have liked what they've done. Dhillon right a really solid backup to trae young somebody who's a little bit stretched as starter we've seen in the past but if you can put him in that backup rohe's great. If i were boston i would have just traded tristan thompson for him and not not gotten josh. Richardson in chris. Done in that deal. I think That would have been a better scenario for them and then a very quiet value. Signing i think with gordon chang. It one year four million. He fills that role of they needed a backup center to to play that spot. Well the economy who recovering from shoulder surgery..

lonzo jimmy butler vuckovich Doug mcdermott bulls wendell carter zach levine Vuckovich alex caruso lonzo young levin markkanen Wendo carter caruso new orleans lori levin orlando pat williams Jim mcmahon nick

It's all good. He says it's hard to find uniforms. That fit and just the idea of being a cop. A bob cat is making him bonkers. But it says he's in therapy and he's gotten a new partner to work with who he's also driving insane. At least he's not dead so okay. That is a cop. Why that is bonkers. Yeah you know now. I kind of want to go back to that dimension. Put my notes here. Revisit dimension from episode one sixty one now all right well that one was pretty positive all right a little bit about this. I'll do the next one to all right. Let's see what's in here. Oh my hand. Was that this letter is like a bear trap and a letter out me. Pray this off. Oh does he broke my finger. Okay oh boy. It wasn't my fault. I got tricked. This is bad. I mean if there's any bear traps to you in the mail it's it serious. You know what i need. That'd be that'd be the golf tournament to go to sign andrews quite prestigious. My goodness may scotland at that time of year. Probably writing but not beautiful beautiful at somebody in the stream team. Tk while you're doing that ad ad read a burto eat. says ticket. looks like he could do go now. Like this for two reasons What i want you to address whether you can't go but i also love the do gulf gulf. Look i'll be completely honest the back in high school. I took some golf lessons. And the club pro told me you could be a golf model of golf. Pro said this to me not because like in like golf while but my sewing looks nice. I've got a nice follow-through. Oh got a nice looking. Follow through the ball. Go where it's supposed to but it looks like it should. so can i do golf. Theoretically yes in practice not quite do you. Do you gotta go do gulf today sir. I've ever been done golf here. Not too long in a couple of weeks. So i'll report back with my golf doing skills. Who hit the links with a larry. Luke yup a dent aggression No close close. We gotta larry. We gotta woody woody and we got a great. Oh oh yeah ice a road trip to go do some golf and listen some dead incredibly. Let's get to some deals. We have this weekend task. Lump these together. You can go wherever you want with these as we address them but celtics involved in both of them. Okay the the first one. I guess you can call it. That was a little minor trade. Celtics getting josh. Richardson in exchange for moses brown. He's going back to his mas- everybody knows that. No dunks the biggest moses. Okay see fans knew that okay. So that's one and then we had a three way deal. Oh yeah celtics. Get chris done bruno fernando and a future second round. Pick the hawks get dhillon right. Cook and the kings get tristan thompson so have out tasks what. What did you think of these. These moves islands. You want to start with the celtics. Getting i guess the best player of the bunch here and being involved in balsam. Yeah definitely the best player in josh richardson. Near remember the hype when he was with the miami heat a couple years back people extremely high on dross. Richardson than he was. Vaughn the sign trade to go to philly. Then he went to dallas. He just hasn't found his way with either of those two teams so boston. Sure seems like evan. Foreign will be on the outs with boston and josh. Richardson will fill in in a guard. Spot there so best of luck to him although from the mavs perspective. It's about money. You just try to to free as much as possible for kyle lowry bunch of other guys. That are going to try and go get now. I get that. I get that but Yeah i'm just excited about moses brown. I definitely With the dallas mavericks. I always wanna to see a seven to plus man in the league. You know you wanna see many large guys as possible. He had some big big numbers had be for with the. Okay see this year then. He got traded to boston. As part of that kemba walker deal. Dallas is always looking for biggs to. I don't think that they're just just just doing the strictly for the money. I think they are excited. About the possibility of moses brown. I mean since they let tyson chandler going. They won their championship. They keep swinging For big is a lot of dwight's dwight howard dwight powell. They got from from boston. Mark cuban said we gotta stretch five here along with rajon rondo. Dwight pal stretch. Five is still there trying to find his way by thick. Bows brown's skinny. Get a chance. And he should and he's fun to watch and hopefully you can move those feet enough to stick around the league because the question always is what's giant men in this day in age. Kenny garden space. He's only twenty one but he is. He's big he's real big and i just love watching them roam like you. They try it. You always try and pick on the large guys. They already have a bogue on In dallas so It's an interesting. But i i hope they trying they give him a shot and i hope he can succeed there. 'cause it's always fun to watch luca to moses Luke always parts the seasonal. Throw it up to moses moses. Just throw that baby down so looking forward to watching that. Some people may have been confused. How this trade even happened. That josh richardson for for for moses brown lake. How do the numbers were. But it's because boston had roughly eleven million dollars left on the trade exception generated when it delta gordon hayward to charlotte last season but richardson's eleven point. Six million salary for next season obviously wouldn't have fit into that exception however as the league year has not yet flipped. Boston traded for him at his ten point. Eight million salary from twenty twenty one and therefore slips in there. so that's how that one worked. You're right tasked with the master just trying to create as much cap spaces possible and richardson also played extremely poorly disappointing high on him. I like that move from dallas coming in there and he was he was horrible he very mad and he was already bad for philadelphia as yeah. I actually think. The hawks got the best player in this trade. I got the long. Right is the best guy. I like what. They did kind of streamlining their their bench because bruno. Fernando didn't play a ton for them Chris done barely even played at all this season. It looks like they're going to probably have to replace lou williams And that's nice to get dhillon right. Who could do little offensively. And defensively pretty weird. Though that moses brown is going to be the third tallest guy on his team was the last time that he had two guys taller than him on a basketball team because kristaps is listed at seven three ball bonds at seven four. So i guess most proud is going to have to play the three for dallas and thought of what do you make of. These deals here These two minor deals. That were sort of Together yeah i think Chris don was brought in for that defensive presence for that whole expand on. I think he actually ended up buying at all for atlanta lock season. He made some place. That's better dylan. Reid is one of those plays like he always seems to be good but he keeps getting moved around. I thought he was good in toronto. I thought is good in memphis and It was in sacramento. Las vegas so i think this for the hawks. Great the lawn right. He certainly slots in And you know. He's not going to be as good as score as lou williams but i think overall he can probably be there little bit longer a little bit more stable and i think this is a nice little pickup for the hope so yet i made custom nothing really to get him in Lonrho has proven to be a pretty reliable backup through Is time nba good for some people confused with the kids requiring tristan thompson here tasks. Are you one of them. Like why tristan thompson really. What's it what's what's their thinking here. Probably get rid of them afterwards. I guess i. I don't see him an Future a future king unless they try and influence the youngsters with tristan thompson veteran ship. I guess one or the other thompson gonna be king for long. Maybe a whole season Is that a long time..

"The game and they won against france sri tilling beat friends in penalties. And the fact that amber pay may is not only surprising. Something that i have not expected at all you. Good tell how shock friends players were because you know it. Suda being easy for them to bid switzerland but for some recently wasn't either not if you was the pressure or bad lag like i honestly feel really bad for him buffet because throughout india game. He tries so hard to score but it was us. I guess not his day. He was nailed to score which is really sad because he tries. So far I don't think we should. And i do think like people do not criticize them and say that you know. He's not a great player if he missed penalties for everyone mrs penalties on like this. I'm bright I'm sure there's not. A single player have never missed a penalty. sadly it was his turn to me. Sadly these meant that french was not gonna go into the next round things out of what it is so tournament and some things that you know you get kicked up a happened to spain. Penalties against easily won. It happens switzerland brazil spain. That is going to be the next game that we're going to talk about so we've hoppers too so i think we should Realize how amazing key play throughout the entire tournament and he wasn't there when i honestly think that france didn't have the same energy they did i would i don't if it's energy or what it was. But they were not playing as good as they play during the tune eighteen. Workup die for sure. But you notice. I honestly think like bensimon definitely played good. Grishman's surprise me That gives way. Because i thought he was going to score way more or i guess being more. They're indicated like there's not a game that i was thinking oak days agreement. That's a key element on frames team. Which surprised me. Because he's such a great player. So i honestly don't know Again penalty runs is really stressful for every single player. So i honestly think and if it doesn't deserve they paid on iron key play at greek great. I think the first moment. I realized that italy excuse me fringe was not gonna win the tournament which they tie against hungary i. I was absolutely shocked when i saw that. It was just like not day friends. That i so when they play in the twenty eighteen tournament so it was definitely something surprising against germany. They won't because germany's score in their own You know for the team. Like one of blair's an accident. He hit the ball on the baldwin site. Their goalkeepers in it so it was at action and against portable day. I believe they died so is greasy to see a team that i honestly thought they were not cuff. Damage struggle winning this tournament for me. France were-they favorite Even if i was obviously chain for spain. I'm i'm realistic. I like to think that unrealistic are nine knew that spain didn't have a great last probably for years. Because we didn't do anything you need to any sixteen. You're being tournament So i knew they didn't have the another favorite. Google brown was sad disaster for spain. So i was on his honestly. I was cheering for spain. Obviously but dinner. Cheap for denmark and france. I thought the final was gonna be fringed against someone belgium. Also i'm better. You also got eliminate it By england i believe. I could be mistaken but i don't afshar So it's definitely not value limited. Italy that's right so it's definitely definitely it's these laws against jilani. Tiffany shock france like overall. I think the they did play during the game. I think that they had the best the same mistake expanded i think. They fell asleep before the first forty five minutes of the game. They were not playing their best on when they were winning to be one day. Decided that do not good enough and they are not gonna cut to upwards as we like ten minutes left does when switzerland to their weakness. Say on title game I think somewhere goalkeeper was the best player on that on the street talent steam by far and then he was number nineteen and number nine. I think both dice core at the ghost were such great players at really really surprise me because i never heard of them before i would system in so definitely a new way of looking at tritter lem absolutely and the underdog to the big championship out of the game so out of out of the tournament. So you know could be big. Big congrats to switzerland. Even if you know sits number sustain the not in the same way to dhillon one but that's again game we're gonna talk in the next man on e. Were certain in dense game a game all heart attacks for any person that was watching that game so if you wanna learn more about that game stay tuned because we will be it after Tired.

"It already is to stimulate it as much hand wringing and satisfaction for those who call for accountability for Donald Trump. Really, That's your accountability. You get any businessman Woman at this high level, especially an organization they run. There's always going to be some type of tax issue. You can get somebody on, but If you look around and see what people are saying, you know this could have been, and then he thought it would be and they promised it would be much more serious. Here's attorney David Schoen, who represented Trump on his second impeachment, he said anyone with any measurable experience in this area of the law would accurately tell you that is extraordinary, rare to bring criminal charges solely related to fringe benefits and doing so here speaks very poorly of the Da's office. No kidding Harmeet Dhillon, a civil rights attorney, It's virtually unheard of State prosecutors to charge a company over taxation of fringe benefits. Army Dylan No kidding. And if you're Donald Trump, you get it everywhere, getting sued by by Georgia because you put too much pressure on the secretary of state there, saying that he was pressure to change votes, and then you're getting Super January six. You might get subpoenaed for your role in giving that speech that day. And then you find out your organization's being targeted. You say to yourself. Life is so good when I was hosting the Apprentice, Hollywood Love me. The country love me What happened? Well, you went out there, put your views forward and already you lose 44% of the country. But in terms of the seriousness of the charges, not many people think it is that serious. Here's Clay David Clay Johnston. An investigative attorney. He talked about this yesterday Cut 22. The assertion is that cases like this are never brought. We don't bring nearly enough tax fraud cases in this country at the federal or state level, but we bring cases like this all the time. And this is garden variety tax fraud, very calculated tax fraud Poppy, including keeping two sets of books, So Trump is essentially just lying that nobody would ever bring The case like this. That's absurd. He's also by the way, saying he's special, You know people like him shouldn't have to face penalties for stealing from the rest of us through tax for all right. Good luck with that, By the way, these Republicans got to stand up and stop this infrastructure bill when it comes to investigating. Militarizing the IRS, giving them billions of dollars to investigate everybody. You really want to have every successful person having four IRS agents poring over their tax returns. "Big tech is out of control, and they are targeting and punishing and censoring conservatives, not liberals, conservatives. But what can we really do about it? Well, my next guest has an idea. And that is taken to court. Joining me on the day My report is Harmeet Dhillon. She is the founder of Center for American Liberty and a pretty good darn Good Attorney. Thanks for joining us, Harmeet. So you're taking up the caps here? Yeah, You're taking up James James Stakes plight. Hey, basically is being barred from earning a nin Come in making these very beautiful American flags of all sorts of varieties. On. You've decided that you think that we can adjudicate this in the courts. What would basically be the the legal argument that you be making against these big tech companies? Well, in this case, our clients James and Ginger Steak own company that they found is your great American flag store, and they hand make these flags painted on wood to customer orders. Hey, Pal has been holding their money Austin So people pay for a flag a few $100, sometimes for a large fighting and then pay palace, saying we're going to sit on it for 180 days and even mocking them. We're asking for the money to be released so that they can actually buy the materials ship, the goods and all of that, and none of papal terms of service that would allow them to do that apply here. But this is not a new business. It's a It's a good business that's been having ongoing business. So we sent them a letter demanding that they released the money, stopped breaching the contract and stop engaging in unfair business practices. And so if they don't agree to do that, we are going to sue them. So we've given them notice, and hopefully they'll shake the money loose and stop this. They think that it's not like flags and people who sell them in America. Well, and what they're trying to do is destroy this man because they know that he's probably out the cost of these materials in the wood, etcetera, the shipping and he needs this money to at least you know, cover the hard costs Besides making a profit. What I've noticed, though, is that you know, the tech companies seemed to be arguing that they got these agreements that allow them to restrict based on content, But then they turn around and say That they really are not content reviewers that they can't be sued for content because it's just a platform and they've even been trying this in the end of federal law, and we know about that dispute. Is there any way for us? T o bring a legal challenge to the behavior that these tech companies are engaging it? Well, Unfortunately, when we've had control of the Congress and the White House, we did nothing about this. That's a failing on our side as conservatives. No, no. Right now. The state of play in the law is that if you're simply doing on a sort of content Filtering basis. Courts give tremendous difference to these big tech companies. But Our angle here is a little bit different. PayPal is a sort of consumer finance platform. I came to a bank, in my opinion, and so, um, you know, there are state and federal laws and sort of traditional theories. Could apply to say if you're promising to do business with me, you can't then passive aggressively hang out. Hang on to my money. That's conversion that tortious interference with contract that's breach of contract. And that maybe misrepresentation or fraud. So we're seeing some of those traditional tools will apply, and I would be surprised if face if the papal comes back and says Our defense to this. We don't like your products we can hold onto your money That's simply legally indefensible is very different from allowing you on the platform or not. They are allowing our clients on the platform. But they are, you know, sort of intercepting their cash. Boys know the other platforms like Facebook are trying to stop him from even trying to promote and advertise on make people aware of his products. Um, I don't see this happening on the left, and I know that you really focus on these civil rights issues, and for you, it's a constitutional issue. It's not just right or left. It's too about the basic freedom that every American has no matter what the content of their opinions are. Have you heard of any people on the left that have had this level of censorship from Facebook and these other platforms. Oh, I'm sure it exists. I mean, one of my clients where I sued Twitter was actually a liberal her. You know, it was Megan Murphy and she was a radical feminist. And she was canceled because she dared to criticize a particular transgender activist who was invading girl's locker rooms and making creepy remarks. And so she was the platform for that, And she wasn't a conservative. So the issue is really whether you're a mainstream and going along with the wolf culture or whether you're heterodox you think for yourself. New challenge the status quo. I think that's really the cleavage that we're looking at here today. Well, I mean, it was someone argue, though she made she committed the cardinal sin of engaging in something that wouldn't be considered woke. So maybe she's not liberal. After all, in the in the eyes of the platforms, I'm not finding Too many liberals out there complaining to me that there was put in Facebook jail or whatnot. So it seems to me that it truly is one sided and biased. And I do have one example. You know this? Maybe this is because of the foreign country, but there was a Very prominent actress in India, who has made some very Haitian remarks about Muslims. On. Do you know she was, you know, banned from Twitter last week, so that actually, I think You know, a counter example. But if you were to take the example that way that you know it would be 99.9% on one side and 10.1 on the other side And every once in a while, they might ban one of those things and promoted just so they can say, See, we did this were fair. Give me the website real quick, because I know you when you bring these freedom cases. What you're doing is you're fighting for the little guy and you're trying to fight for all of us? Because when you win these cases it sends the message that these companies just simply cannot unbridled attack our freedoms. What is the website? People can go, too, if they want to support your fight for freedom. Thank you for asking. It's www dot liberty center dot ord..
