"Of confidence. And after the SOMMA bin Laden deal when he went from number one to number zero 'cause, he was dead. Guess who slipped in the number one? It was a guy had been on the Lam for sixteen years. Just like Jason Derek. Brown is right now sixteen years on the Lam. His name was Whitey Bulger. The Gangsta from Austin. And he had. On Land for sixteen years he had. Disappeared in the night. Allergies Derrick Brown. Did on his bike. And so. With he Ended up in when he was finally caught, and I'll get into that here. He was in Santa Monica of all places. Santa Monica I can understand going to California. Because there's so many people there you can blend in. More than you could in other places I can understand. L. A.. Lease in Santa Monica. And I don't know if he knew. That he had got so much attention that the the feds got that confidence back and then they decide to do something about Whitey. That they were going to catch him. And how are they gonNA do that which they hadn't done before. Well it'd been sixteen years. He was with a woman who. Crazy enough when I look at the photos, the woman he was with. Is like the female version of him like tough looking brought, she's tough. But he was with her and an apartment Santa Monica. Khanna live in daily life. But still run surveillance. From the top of his balcony where he had like a one of those punching guys. Like the Ma guys use which is like. The upper torso and that was in those window. Or something. And, so you picture Whitey doing that. and. The feds decided hey enough's enough. We've got her confidence back. This guy has been given us thumb his nose at us for a long time, and now we're going to do something about it. As, so they decided to put some money and some marking into going after Whitey and they decided to use it from his accomplishing the the woman that he was with a new a lot about her, and they decided to start running advertisements on daytime programming. Talk shows. I don't know if it was on Oprah, but it was. It was similar to that were they knew a lot of women would be watching and they? They spun it to that she was like danger so. The women out there who are seen that advertisement from the FBI would feel that. Here's another woman in danger where. I don't know about it, but I doubt that she felt that way, but that's all of the Fed spun it and they did a put a lot of money until marketing campaign, and they started getting feelers out there. And they started getting more feelers out there and then they got a lead. A lead that somebody had knew where he was like shacking up or had a really good idea that it could be wedding. And as the story goes The feds their. Contact to the apartment manager. WHO HAPPENED TO BE FROM BOSTON? And knew who he was yet. He didn't know it was the guy that was living in. Apartment three three. With like eight hundred K.. Hidden in the walls. Love that about gangsters. There cash money business. But he had. He had that in the walls. I like it. as so, what was the plan to bring him out the apartment manager? He's like yeah. I know who bought a white he is. I'm from Boston. Yet while he's in that apartment really. That's how long been. You know that's how how how the marketing had. Hadn't been there before. So the the top of mind the awareness people aren't thinking about it, and probably even he wasn't thinking about it. So long story short they could concocted a scheme to where they said okay. You're the apart measure. Tell him that somebody had broken into their lock box down in the garage area, and either you're going to call the police or just have them come down. Take care of it, so that drew him out, drew him out of his his spot, and then they. They got him right there and look on his face now. That picture is. Really A. It's a good one. So. Why do I bring that up I? Bring that up. Because in this case of Jason Derek, Brown, who was brazen and Cocky, and you had connections of like a world traveller. He had been to Paris France on a on a Mormon mission. and. He could get French fluently. So, this guy can weave in and out. and. I happen to think after sixteen years of this that he is still alive. And the reason why think that from my author mine is that? If, he were. Going to go out, he gonNA ablaze glory because he needs the attention. He needs attention so it must be. It must suck to be in hiding for so long and not be able to flaunt. your latest car or hang out in the clubs and drop dimes or whatever nece? Unlike some of the other guys on the top ten, one of which is Guy, Robert Fisher who? In Arizona, he had killed his family. But the guy was really a withdrawn reclusive dude, and I think that guy. Is? Is Long Dead? So as far as capturing somebody I think Jake Brown still on the Lam, he still out there. So how do you draw him out? How do you get somewhere with well? It's all about putting the attention on him. Just like they did with. Why do they started advertising? Start pushing it. They start pushing pushing pushing it. and. Something came up and his pretty quick. So top of mind marketing. Social media that stuff's going to going to draw up someone's last time. You've seen it I haven't seen it. Last time was like with Whitey. And I think that. They made turn because he had been embarrassed him. He, had I think he had even killed fat or something like that I can't remember. Nonetheless. They're pissed about it. They're pissed about it and they got bin Laden and they got some confidence back. They got some confidence back because on the tip top ten list. They don't get these guys you know. Regularly that like once a year, and then somebody falls off less than out. Some of these guys are for longtime, and it can be assumed to be alive. So. That's a connection that I'm looking at here. Is that it's a lot like why Bolger. Sixteen years. They both had sixteen years sixteen before why he got caught. And taken down based on the marketing that they did and the angle that they took for it so. Maybe they could. And I don't I. Don't know what sways them to you know. Put in that effort or put in that market dollar. But it could be something that. COULD RESULT IN CAPTURE? What do you think? What do you think as far as a? Movie goes. Movie of the week. Maybe for the forty foot screen. It's a pretty good one. It's pretty good one I often talk about bank, robbery or armored car jobs stuff like that because some of my favorite movies are like that He..

"It's just that I. Find Him things a little bit to be more in line with my true crime, topics and compelling persons of interests, and that's a reason to come back for more because I'm. GonNa, be talking to. To interesting people out there have done some interesting things, some good, some bad and we all have less to learn a story to tell and I often talk about how to tell your story properly through a method, I like to call the Hero's journey which I will touch on in this episode at the tail end of it, so stick around, and you know what I appreciate you being here subbing my youtube. Following my spotify. Being on my apple podcast download in that I'm an ally, different places and I appreciate that because I want to deliver you great content each and every time and I look for having come back like I, said I got some good interviews coming up, which can be a really cool thing for this show. And getting into this episode I like to think about. Every episode idea I try to have a unique. Way To provide a connection or think about something that hasn't a different angle, and so forth, and I often use my author my because I'm an author of a few novels out there and I have another podcast called drowning verdict, which is going through prime case by case, for interesting case there you might have heard me. And, so from the author mind, the author point of view I look at connections I. Look at story often and La Times. I don't get into the detail step-by-step because you know I just feel that's for other podcasts out there. so story angle and a connection and I've had this story or in this episode, the subject Generic Brown. Who has been on the Lam for? Sixteen years about. I've had this in my mind for quite a while in with the work I've done in other episodes and research I found some interesting things to talk about. And talk about that today so if you haven't heard about this guy or known about him I. I think it's been told pretty well and some other media outlets. It's got a good story to it. The Guy Basically just disappeared after committing his crime. And crime was in two thousand and four, and what happened, is he? Even cash. Cash motivated and he decided to rob an armored car. Outside of a movie theater, I believe it was in the Phoenix area. If I remember properly and you know. That turned into a murder because the The Guy who was arm carson. Had to give her the cash and you know he surrendered has renders life, too. Because of this person and you know when this happened. He was on a generic Brown was on a bicycle and he got away on a bike and. got, out of the scene, and then went on a little bit of think, anybody was chasing him, but he gathered pre quickly ended up ditching his bike. I, believe in like a office complex area and that was a last. Anyone, seen from him. And when it comes to the FBI, they're really into bank robberies whether it's I in your own backyard or you cross state lines. That's a federal deal. They're really into that stuff. And that's what landed him on. The FBI's ten most wanted which he's been there for quite some time. And I find him an interesting character he's. When I when I look at his picture and read more about a store I've known for for years. I see this guy being on somebody's facebook I mean it's just he's. He's very or was very outgoing. Very brazen. You can even say cocky showy type. Type person and in his biography. As far as you know, the feds are concerned they they write about that. You know being in clubs. You know letting people know how successful you are. Being very showy kind of person and. That's interesting. Be on the run for such long time and not have attention. And if the person still alive. That must be not them. And the connection I'm making here something to consider. Is. When I think about the FBI's ten most wanted. There's ten people on there. And I think they have like a lineup, which is like the number one and number two, and then you get to maybe ten which is. There more passive about, but they want number one. And remember who number one used to be. That used to be Asama bin Laden. Yeah. He was in the number. One spot in FBI's ten most wanted. He was and after everything was said and done special forces. From. The US military. took him out. I was a big deal. I forget when it happened, but it was more recent than than in the past. That was a big big deal and I think they've gained a lot of confidence that happened..

"Back to the draft where the Superbowl champions chose a half dozen players led off by LSU running back Clyde Edwards Hilaire keep in mind they returned twenty of twenty two starters to help win the Superbowl just a season ago they've also added Mississippi state linebacker Willie gay junior and TCU offensive tackle Lucas Niang eighty read with Trey Wingo with a focus on those first two picks he's a great kid that in such a such a special football player you so what he did with the national champs this past year and are you talk to different people there they tell you what a great competitor is you know what he lacks in size is gotten hard and and work ethics so we sure welcome him to the to the chiefs are warm we're excited to put him in this offense and cut him loose yeah not a lot of carries to only three hundred plus I think a Clemson but broke out was fifty five catches last year let's talk about some of those defensive players including linebacker Willie gay junior what do you like most about him yeah you listen I like Willie yeah I just say he's Tosh hard nose football player who loves the game can go sideline to sideline with it you know what he was in high school is active a running back at me that if you understand it that it would probably trust in there too so but he V. is some kind of competitor and mostly look for these guys that love the game they they love coming to work every day and trying to be even greater than what they are now and so he's one of those guys thanks tags just fired up to have how about another AFC power Eric decosta wanted to make Baltimore's impressive offense even better over the course of the three days yet Ohio state running back JK Dobbins wide receiver Devin germinate and James approaching from M. S. M. you remember to casa began his draft Paul with the start LSU linebacker Patrick queen in the opening round of don't forget John Harbaugh's brother EGM coach at Michigan while the ravens did select one Wolverine they grab the pair Buckeyes beginning with Dobbins which Harbaugh clarified was about his affection for the players not necessarily the school well I I did not really comes from but I can't really so we got to find a state but listen he was right there probably our top rated running back their services are always running backs and talking draft is such an explosive downhill runner you have lateral category on top doctoral aren't back will go where you are today breaking ability so I think we got a lot of speed is a big part of that with the seventh pick in the twenty twenty NFL draft the Carolina Panthers select Derek brown defensive tackle Auburn yes so the Panthers first year coach Matt rule used all seven of his draft picks on defense according to ESPN stats and information the most in the common draft year Carolina tied the eighty five Cleveland Browns for the most picks on one side of the ball it began with brown at seven overall rule on indeed being the key to his draft we came into this with a priority of of really getting some a young explosive dynamic defensive players and really address the offense in free agency extended Christian which we obviously was a huge thing for the entire organization and that Marty Hurney is coming with a great plan and I think we need to get a reputation for cover before yeah no doubt about that defense the key in Carolina to get better you you we talked about it you read earlier well he coached offensive tackle Jon Runyan with the eagles his son Jon Runyan junior was chosen in the sixth round of the Packers he initially declined their call in Green Bay brass wanted to inform him they were selecting the former Wolverine the Lyman was in the middle of a text exchange with his agent when the phone screen switch to an incoming call he don't hit the red decline button when he tried to call back there was no answer eventually though the team got back in touch with him he was chosen one ninety two overall ironically John senior a fourteen year NFL veteran a tackle store to a hundred and ninety two pro games in the National Football League no doubt this was a unique drab virtual while our country and world is in the middle of a covert nineteen pandemic a virus that saints coach Sean Payton caught and is since overcome he had this thought with Trey Wingo gradually we've seen it around the country and I I think our league and all the sports leagues are gonna pay called pay close attention to you know where this is where this is all going on I think the one concern I mentioned this earlier is you know I feel like we're we're doing good I mean this is a country or in the third quarter maybe the early fourth quarter I hate you set that example but we're talking about taking our starters out of the game with a ten point lead and I I feel like we've got to be be smart about this I think our leadership will pay close attention to it I think when the times that the time's right we'll be back I think the bigger question is going to be our fans in the stadiums that's going to be the bigger challenge yeah that's some good perspective right they're playing it safe not jumping to conclusions on getting back on the field how about some real perspective though from former Florida state star Dr Myron role he played for the Titans and Steelers in the NFL with the former Rhodes scholar now a neurosurgeon in Massachusetts instead helping where you can now during this pandemic providing this insight on how football has helped to form him into the professional the medical field he is today I think focus on a lot of places some six years all four straight times with personalised discipline focus and overcome adversity how to take coaching and and understand what it's like to get criticized and be able to take it and use that to us to move forward and make progress supported by members played against university of Florida and having to change our scheme name game almost live just changed his own cars or mac or reject right now I am not doing brain surges as much as I typically what our spine surgeries since so the game changers as happened we have to be flexible and adapts so that's something that also being a team player and understanding that adversity hit some pressure comes stay focused well I'm fundamentals get the job done so so your responsibility because a lot of people counting ourselves football is a great way that I've been able to use some of the trees are developed on the field in the weight room in the locker room now it's my life as a physician and it's had some tremendously another example of how sports mirrors life the SEC LSU dominate the draft quarterbacks dominate the conversation more draft coverage when SportsCenter returns this the S. P. N. radio.

"Nick Wilson of Wilson and Marcel on WFNZ hosted the virtual draft party last night their initial reactions what grade are you giving the Panthers pick of Derek brown I'm about a little more than half an a or a B. about forty percent says about sixty percent either an a or B. about to forty percent giving it a C. or a D. and a few people who have used in F. towards me I don't know if that's the greater what they think of me personally but to make way to run the wound to rub salt in the wound of Carolina Panthers fans Isaiah Simmons goes one pick later to the Arizona Cardinals and there is a visceral reaction amongst a could be a minority could be a majority of Panthers fans disappointed right now that idea Simmons goes one pick later and the idea of of Derek brown as a safe pick and I think that's something we talked about I I generally think of the NFL draft I think that safe picks have there have their place I don't know what year one I don't know that I would have chosen Derek brown over trading down but I think the thing that makes me sad I do think there brown's gonna be a really nice NFL player I just don't know he's going to be a superstar he's certainly not going to be Aaron Donald one of the smaller quicker interior pass rushers he's going to be a guy who is a good blend of pass rush and actual rush run stopper again it's not going to be sixty sixty picking when we look back on in five years it's still probably not going to be a sexy pic if you look at some of his pass rushing metrics in college pro football focus compared them in the same range is guys legends like Andrew Billings Sheldon day Earl Mitchell Kendall radius it's it's not exactly a who's who of of interior pass rushers now listen that's I'm being a little bit you know tongue in cheek there he's a better player than those guys but look in college he didn't produce as a pass rusher the level that you would want to see a guy that you're taking it seven dot that would be my concern on the other hand do you still need to stop the run yeah I mean you do need guidance out there on I don't think you need image seven but you need a guy a defensive tackle they don't have a body there they lose their McCoy they lose poll only have is K. K. sure KK sorts not a long term peace for this franchise he's gonna be out the door in a couple of years maybe even as soon as next season so the Panthers get a guy did they can plug into a spot where they know they need bodies did they absolutely need a body at linebacker for next year no this is where it comes back to sometimes teams over thinking it and focusing on the way the roster looks right now instead of the way the roster is probably gonna look two or three years from now the Jacksonville Jaguars in the poster child of this they've drafted for need for year after year and it's gotten them know where instead of just taking the best players and figuring it out along the way so listen welcome to Charlotte brown I think is going to be a good productive player the Panthers got a very good football player I can't believe that they passed up on Isaiah Simmons and to see him go one pick later this feels like the Charlotte Hornets all over again this is kind of the story in the Charlotte Hornets for the last ten years to pick the productive college player pool it was the safe pick and everybody knows his name plate on a blue blood school the the Cody sellers in the world right the only monster Michael Kidd Gilchrist and then one pick later there goes Bradley Beal there goes Donovan Mitchell there goes Devin Booker there goes all those guys that end up becoming superstars and a little nervous that that might happen here Caroline I think guys is Simmons is died but they didn't get a good player I don't think that they wished on this pick my initial gut reaction is he'll be a good fit here in Carolina just not the best best pick they could make.

"The seven the twenty twenty Carolina Panthers here you can to over so there it is the pick for the Panthers not a real surprise we talk about this being a possibility yesterday Derek brown showed up on a lot of mock drafts around the league course there were some other players near him that others thought maybe Panthers might grab if they were available Jim's Okey how joins us now this morning on a W. B. T. sprite a morning news your initial thoughts on the Panthers ticket number seven yeah just as on the surface of what it is just what the doctor ordered for a defense that was getting gassed up the middle last year yeah you would think with Gerald McCoy coming on board that Dontari Poe was in there that they would be more stout against the run and get a little pass rush up the middle but it never really materialized KK short only played in two games last year's okay K. shorts return to health and then the addition of Derek brown really fortifies the middle of the defense so the other other defensive options they could have gone like I Z. as Simmons as some other ones there but other than Derek brown fills a huge need for this team and Derek brown talking from his home about the process of waiting to be drafted last night I mean there was never a phone call came in this in this incident ticket you know had hopes arm but you know it was hello no matter was it was uncertain and Camelot more or less make it your locker you are you sitting there in silence and knowing our bison round high energy positive energy and you know follow us on survivor in a table you know it's the staff now never moment you don't know who it is and are we not pick up the phone and when I was job and you're not going to be more cited be offense there my last you know it is just a surreal moment while you guys there's no words to describe yeah as surreal moments to begin with for anybody who is a draft pick I'm sure but surreal because of the way this draft is being conducted and then the way that the next several months will go for him nobody really knows Jim yeah the other virtual draft will be for him thank you virtual coaching sessions in virtual playbook learning and that's just how it is in life and you know you and John Moore or some of the few that are actually going into the office and do the job for you guys been in there but for most of us it's work from home that includes NFL football players and coaches during this time a league wide so it's the least the thing is everyone's a on a playing surface that is level as far as how that goes yeah I was in that same boat now as we look at the rest the draft the Panthers get their pick at number seven and by the way if you're keeping score at home answers will pick thirty eight in round two starting tonight and they have a sixty ninth pick in round three they had a fourth round pick to fight a fifth round picks and then one sixth round pick the read the draft overall and especially the the how it actually played out I mean this was I didn't see the whole thing because I had to get up and do the show I don't know how long you stayed with it but it is far as the logistical and the fears about it being you know having problems with the the fact that it was virtual do you think it went as well as it could have gone I do actually I went better than I anticipated we've got to be more technical glitches and you know stop the show we got to get this matter quickly and then there was there was none of that actually I stayed up through the whole thing of the past midnight the Panthers may Marty Hurney and Matt rule available fairly quickly after their panic but Derek brown was very late into the evening before that he had his assume press conference as worthy of them to the combine to Marty about rules also zoom press conference by the way so stay there for the whole thing last night dammit but like humana fell draft junkie I love it like seeing what's going on with the other teams not just the Panthers so it was fun to stay up and I thought overall for what you could do in a virtual drafted went off about as well as it could and the the first pick of the draft Joe burrow that's no surprise she goes to Cincinnati and to a goes to Miami at number five no I've heard talk about it's almost an unheard of thing anymore for any quarterback that goes at least in the first round to sit you know and and and wait a year but we know what in his case the injury I wonder whether Miami will you know what whether they'll Russian I'm assuming they'll Russian but I wonder how fast they'll work him into the mix yeah there there really is no Russian you're right especially with again what we just talked about with this offseason the learning curves go behind for a young quarterback at that position in particular whether got Josh Rosen they got that's Patrick's they've got options right there Rosen considered I think continues to be the surname of top ten draft pic by Arizona goes to Miami and just continues to be kind of the man without a country as far as being a quarterback it was odd to me that the the wild card is Justin Herbert yes orders of number six at me wide open maybe he turns out to be Carson Wentz or something like that but he is he he's it's got a big size get big army is it physically gifted but really inaccurate was really a **** and dunk or do you didn't have a great quarterback rating thing Jordan loved looks like he's got more upside Jaylen hurts is still available in the second round will go sometime in the second round of Oklahoma quarterbacks in these guys I made a formal outside but the deal will see over the next couple years Herbert being number six overall well and and what about cam Newton does this do anything to diminish his chances of of winding up in in LA a lot of people thought maybe he'll still might be a possibility for them but the drafting Justin Herbert does would seem to close that door to a degree wouldn't it I agree I think it was Herbert and then the fact that they seem high on Tyrod Taylor via as a starter I think there was a starter obviously sober to be they can add like you said to us in that learning mode I don't see a spot that way now for camp to start looking at you know New England could still be a possibility a talking Jarrett Stidham over they bring in cam Newton there yeah I'll beat it would be initially as a backup while Jacksonville with Gardner Minshew I wouldn't feel a hundred percent comfortable in Jacksonville with just just Gardner Minshew there so there are places but he may have to begin at a low as teddy Bridgewater did last year at least initially on the roster as as a back up and then see where the the roster shakes out as they get into the regular season depending on where he goes well at Jacksonville and I love the like we were talking about earlier this week a Leonard Fournette but if we has begun lobbying for cam Newton and so so maybe cam Newton turns up there or maybe Leonard Fournette ends up not being there that's also been talked about we'll talk more about the NFL draft as the show goes on with Jim's Okey Carolina Panthers broadcast team member from day number one six thirteen your time right now time to get a check on Friday traffic.

"Is not the choice about Cooper junior giving us the run down on Derek brown goes number seven overall to the Carolina Panthers just a mountain of a man and his six five three twenty six she just throws people around like they're not even there I think he will be a better pro than he was in college and the only get twelve quarterback sacks is four years at Auburn the one thing I wonder about is he going to be a true three down player candle off I am hoping Larry and John maybe falls to the forty Niners at thirteen if they pick their maybe even trade back and be able to get on can law from South Carolina Giovanna can law I think is a a more up the field penetrator I I like Derek brown he's a huge man I talked about Sam Adams and Chad Washington guys you played on the nose shows some people of Sabah the club movie could be a Reggie white type of player but in today's NFL will he give you know should not choose as a pass rusher it up to be a three down player and if you check the number seven overall he damn better be a three down player I love them now he's the enemy you know his stories interesting he was like bullied as a kid if you can believe it I mean in these just become this behemoth and he's and he's you know hi Greg he he this guy in two years once he gets stronger as far as lower body and gets you know a bit more powerful and explosive and gets rid of some of that baby baby fat that's on him is going to be he's gonna be an NFL defensive player of the year candidate I mean I think he's that that kiddies he came back for senior year the hearing faced constant double teams he just he just bulldoze double teams he split some in and he's just got great he's got great power I think him love the old from the film I watch grey's is a better athlete and he's he's as big but he's he's a he's a more athletic guys got a he's got a more explosive body I think he's not as good technique wise but two years from now I'd rather have can love them brown because I think Kim was so big and explosive our boys over six weeks away from the from the forty Niners so what is this meant so far to the to the fourteen hours we have seen no trade by the way we thought maybe we would maybe around ten with the Browns a level the jets we've seen no trade but what what is this the early part of this draft mean and mean for the forty Niners Greg I think it's good events and also John I don't know about you I I lost my wife I just very briefly about five minutes ago it came back on quickly and we've not had any trades at all as you noted and the drafters gone pretty fast I mean I think we shared it it wasn't right at five o'clock so we've already had seven picks they get a ten minute allocation the teams are not taking all of the all the minutes I wonder if there's been any serious move to trade up there's going to be a run an offense of linemen coming in my phone right here with Arizona at number eight I think it might there's gonna be a run possibly on wide receivers coming but we've been talking about trades Larry I'm a little surprised I mean I think by and large it's gone pretty much chalk with the exception it we knew Dave Gettleman the check alignment which want to Chuck is debatable but check alignment otherwise it's gone pretty much is a lot of people already predicted are we gonna have a trade here will Steve Kime trade out of a number eight Jacksonville is after that at number nine we could have any movement anything unusual or he still wants to run online com okay from what I know I actually know some people don't wear around Arizona Vegas airs on this pic is in they love Derek brown.

"They're not taking to and I didn't think one was capable of trading down but the case is being built but if they may go full Quinn and go Derek brown it's it's it's having the rug pulled out from underneath he was a lion fan because you would have convinced yourself all right I know they're not taken too I know they're not trading down to get a bunch of pics but if they take Okuda they can put him opposite true font I get it he's a really good player all right and then they don't do that I said they may go full queen and do it we brought on Dave Burke at today and Dave validated my line of thinking that turnout shading down they're not even gonna take Simmons it's going to be cougar Derek brown coin flip and he absolutely thinks brown is in play where does that put you twenty four hours from the draft may it must suck to be aligned sorry this thing on oops five three nine nine yeah it's I mean my god I I feel like more people are probably excited about here in with Bob Quinn's food menu is like like Jeff just played me update than anything else right now please I think you said chicken parm on Thursday and he said some sliders you set out some junk food on Sunday in later rounds so hoping it's diarrhea yeah well that's remote that's where most of his draft picks and up toilets may as well flush most of his picks right now Bowles hi Mike take a Texan I'll get the people to that's what they want to do and where you know like what with like with the sixteenth pick in the two thousand seventeen draft the lions select toilet honestly.

"Binder from war what they know about Derek brown what he says he's going to do something he does that he stay because he said I'm a man of my word I start and I finish what I say I'm going to do his nickname as baby bar rock because of his political aspirations he was the president of Auburn student athlete Advisory Council and a member of the SEC student athlete leadership council Marlon Davidson Michael the second or third round his roommate the defensive end out of Auburn calls him channel five reporting live Derek has permission than anybody could ever dream of he knows everything and if you want to know anything go to Derek he's the guy that gets it done there's that guy asking way too many questions and all the team meetings Derek we just want to go towards your hands I want to go to training take for so long all right dear grounds are dead you spoke it into existence Derek brown off the board I think you will let Matt rule no he was on with us earlier that we got to pick all wrapped up for him but we got to play the chimes again because we went to the desert Arizona Cardinals are now on the clock at pick number eight to help us out with that Ron woefully Arizona sports ninety eight point seven is here Ron the pick is yours with the eighth pick in the golden window marks round here is on the cardinals select Henry roads the third your profile with junior the third five eleven one hundred eighty eight pounder he's always been a four two five four two seven guy he's got that ability to be the vertical stretch guys in your office but what I think use fine which is a rare quality with Henry Ruggs the third is consistency catching the football normally the speed merchants have dropped he doesn't obviously opposite a possession type receiver he will be your guide to one at nine wrapped it down the field to make big plays I create pass interference situations as well for defensive backs being blown away by his forty five three why.
