Oregon Governor Kate Brown Issues Outdoor Mask Mandate

"Here's the announcement from the oregon governor. Kate brown today. I'm announcing that effective friday. Twenty seventh mass will be required in all public. Outdoor settings or physical distancing is not possible regardless of vaccination status massa proven to be effective reducing transmission and are unnecessary measure. Right now even some outdoor settings to help us fight coveted and to protect one another alright. Riddle me this batman. How many outdoor activities prohibit social distancing. How does that work. How in the world do you. So in oregon. You must wear a mask outside. And then she adds a caveat. Where social distancing isn't permitted or possible. What does that mean if you're out in the field if you're walking down the street i mean i guess. She means outdoor concerts. Why don't you say that in other words there is unless you're a seat. It's impossible to to not be able to socially distance it's it is coded derangement syndrome. They are making crap up as they go. And every we all know it and it's only these democrat governors who sound like escapees from a mental institution. You're gonna make people wear masks outside.

But when you become a leader of a conference, then you need to be have the confidence that the people you're leading to me. Liz. This lost there. Yeah, she's she's lost. She's lost it all right now I don't have the confidence, but there seems to be a Trump Derangement syndrome that she's caught. I don't think there's a vaccine for it. I mean, give AstraZeneca's in time, but I don't believe there's a vaccine for Trump Derangement syndrome. Liz Cheney has it. And she I think the Republicans just inoculated themselves. By voting her rear end out of leadership. We'll get to that coming up next Krystal Saito show on WB, a paper And the daily recommended servings of fruits and vegetables fit into just six capsules. Yes, we start by sourcing organically grown whole fruits and vegetables. We ensure their picked at peak rightness. All of our produce is third party tested for pesticides, heavy metal's bad bacteria and nutrients. There, then washed, cut and put through an advanced vacuum cold process, which removes the water using pressure. This maximizes the nutritional value while preserving the color, smell and taste of the fruit of vegetable. "They're going to pay for it through more debt and taxes it is a tax increase. That's essentially what's going on here so. The senate parliamentarian allegedly purportedly according to the democrats although the republican somewhat disagree the senate democrats say the senate parliamentarian has said they can take another bite at the reconciliation package. Now for those who don't know reconciliation the tool in the senate where you can pass spending and tax items that do not change public policy without dealing with filibuster so it only takes fifty one votes. They did this to pass the cove relief bill which barely covered covert relief. It was just a big spending package. this they want to raise the corporate tax rate. But the problem is they. Don't have joe manchin on board and joe mansion He's not a fan of it. He's not a fan of raising the tax rate. It's not just him. Zach evans at national review. Has this joe. Manchin said he would oppose raising the corporate tax rate to twenty eight percent. A key component of the by administration's infrastructure. Bill as the bill exists. Today it needs to be changed. He told hoppy kercheval. The senator added he could support raising the corporate tax rate to twenty five percent but not to twenty eight percent as envision the bill. It's more than just me. He said there are six or seven other democrats. Who feel very strongly about this. We have to be competitive. And we're not going to throw caution to the wind mansion emphasize the bill would not move forward without a support with fifty senate seats and the vice presidency. Democrats need the support of all their senators in order to pass legislation. If i don't vote to get on it it's not going anywhere. Mentioned said several house democrats including representative tom. Scuzzy of new york you josh. Gottheimer of new jersey told treasury secretary. Janet yellen that they couldn't go along with it unless it got rid of the salt deduction the salt deduction if is a tax benefit for millionaires. The salt deduction allows millionaires in high tax states to deduct one hundred percent of their state taxes. Now in anticipation of the democrats bringing back the salt deduction new york has unveiled a state budget that gives massive tax increases to rich people huge tax increases in new york. And they're logic is that we can increase our taxes putatively because you're going to be able to deduct it one hundred percent from your federal taxes which will save you money but not if they don't bring it back now. Here's the thing. According to the rules of reconciliation. You can't negatively impact the budget. So if they can't raise the corporate to twenty eight percent it only twenty five percent. They can't bring back the full salt deduction otherwise they can't get it through reconciliation in the senate so it completely collapses the bite ministry should originally said that they weren't going to consider bringing back the salt deduction now they're saying well they're going to have to there are some that are proposing as you all know salt deductions and other areas. That are not Revenue raiser so this will be all part of the discussion and absolutely our economic team in number. Data crunchers will be crunching numbers as we proceed but We're we're kind of in the early stages of these discussions at this point in time. Key point there. It's not a revenue raiser to get through reconciliation. You've gotta have something. That either is net zero in terms of fiscal impact or raises revenue. They're going to have a hard time doing this with or without reconciliation..

Janet yellen six twenty five percent twenty eight percent one hundred percent new york Today Zach evans tom Democrats Gottheimer new jersey seven fifty one votes joe manchin joe mansion Manchin democrats fifty senate seats republican

I gotta talk infrastructure week. We've got The president of the united states in tint on infrastructure week. And you've got members of the media. I heard heard someone yesterday. Say this all it's it's kinda we joked. During the years of infrastructure with the trump administration was jim acosta said that that was kind of a joke in for surgery was a punchline. No you know. Infrastructure week was the punchline. Even through the obama administration obama keeps it. Oh we're going to pivot job. We're gonna pivoted jobs. Then we're going to give it infrastructure and they never actually did it. Infrastructure week has become the butt of jokes for years now and not just because of donald trump and joe biden is now committed committed infrastructure. Did you hear jim acosta. This guy always finds reason to make himself part of the story. I don't know if you saw jim acosta from cnn. He and i used to like the guy but man. His ego has gotten during the trump years. He became the story. And you couldn't defend the stuff. Jim acosta did even his cnn. Colleagues behind the scenes bristled over. Jim acosta media rain trying to get himself attention. And i saw the story. He got the vaccine. Put up a picture. He was literally wearing a shirt about on this day. I covered such and such a story and this happened to me and all i got. Was this t shirt who wears a shirt like that except an ego maniac and l. Listen to heal justifying the infrastructure baggage. You know as anywhere saying there. There's a lot to be covered in this bite. Infrastructure plan We got used during the trump era. You know you think of infrastructure we okay. Yeah listen to this it was. It was a bipartisan joe. Going back to the obama administration and he makes it all about drop goeke It's this might be an infrastructure year And how cover all of this. And i mean you know as far as i'm concerned Can we just have a damn high-speed train in this country. I mean can. I please get to new york to from new york to washington without problems on the acela. And can i get on the wi fi by the way When i ride the train and have that problem. I mean we have some major infrastructure problems in this country. Well okay okay jim. Acosta not having wifi is apparently a major infrastructure problem in this country. Jim acosta not having wifi on a high-speed train from new york to washington means that we need a two trillion dollar infrastructure plan that will also cover the carrying economy. Now what the hell is the economy. I have no idea. But that's what the biden administration is talking about The they want this fall on infrastructure. Plan here by the way. Is senator padilla of california. Talking about this.

"It is the derangement syndrome is very real you and it's also contagious it seems it's been in place for a while it has a very long incubation period and it comes out it manifests very easily all you have to do is mention trump and then these people just go over over the top again and again they don't they don't understand what they're doing to the to the party they support they don't understand the damage you're doing to the to the left I mean this is how you get to a point where you know recently Bernie at the greatest chance of becoming the nominee out of anybody and now you've got a guy who doesn't even know where he is half the time and he's he's going to be the nominee getting in people's faces in the same day on Tuesday Tuesday morning he tours a plant and tells of a worker at that auto plant that is full of blank and later that night he's gonna be the one he's going to restore dignity to the White House are you kidding me by what smelling people's hair so again it will be interesting to see where this fall heads now in the next couple of days we said it last night the after you know but we said last night we should expect that when when we say we heard that the some of the tournaments were being we're gonna be played without fans we said watch this thing watch the ripple effect down then expected to happen so soon but as we know the NBA has suspended the season not canceled the season suspended this season I've already seen some cancellations of of major events you know through the middle of April so far so I don't know I guess you can go on with the NBA season or you just are playoffs where they are today if you decide to or extended later on but the the National Hockey League the San Jose Sharks no fans for the rest of the year and I would be surprised at the NHL came out and said sorry we're suspending our season two right and then at that point just Major League Baseball and then does it go to movie theaters and then you were just as you know you you think about this you know we're just the corona but not just a corona virus but the economic impact worse to take the stock market that's tanking.

What do the two trade deals mean for the economy?

"It's been an amazing week in the center ring we have just good dental she is a Deputy Assistant to the president and deputy director of White House communications just go what has been the most common response you've been the hearing regarding the passage from the business community thanks for having me on this afternoon the as you've seen on on the business channels and then the headlines in the of the stock market the business community community is thrilled with this president and the agreement that he's getting around the world that will open up markets for their businesses for our workers for our Rangers in agriculture producers and obviously our manufacturers so there's elation across the economic sector and it should be felt across the country because of this the two landmark agreement that the president got done this week alone are going to add hundreds of thousands of new jobs and billions hundreds of billions in new economic growth for our country just so you know what I find amazing is when the president first or what but actually is running for office a twenty sixteen he said that he was going to address these issues are been there when he became president he embarked on these issues add to his tactics spoke the market but most importantly is spooked the pundits especially you know the Democrats than those pundits on CNN MSNBC and we were told that this trade war with China was going to take the economy in the opposite has happened a yet Jessica it doesn't seem like the president is getting his due I normally an agreement of this magnitude and this historic presidents would have dominated the news for weeks and it had prior to the impeachment sham that China was all over the news in as you said everyone was saying that this president is going to destroy our farming community and drive up prices in the eye the opposite has happened in fact we have he has opened up markets for our agriculture community lowered barriers to increase purchases and has created and an economy in which everyone can grow and thrive so we need to continue to remind people of what folks are saying when he took office what folks have been saying all along and we were very pleased to see that we thousands of statements of support have come in and the plotting both of these a major trade agreements and yet I don't think the average citizen actually get to see much of the details how significant these policies truly are because the media still obsessed with the Democrats impeachment jam in the center ring of the because of the circus we have Jessica did all she is a Deputy Assistant to the president and deputy director of the White House communications you know right here in the great state of Arizona we have the Navajo Nation that was interested in this trade deal because their jewelry China was still near designs as selling get as their own your was selling a rip offs how much will this deal impact the economy in that it will tap down on this type of theft as the president promised he was going to take action to end of the fast and the technology transfer that the Chinese had been doing to our businesses over the last two decades in fact he's the only president that has gotten them to the table to agreed to enforceable measures that would stop this bad behavior and the president made sure that in the first phase of the agreement there's enforceable language that will allow the two countries to settle disputes and resolve them within a process that ensures that there is accountability and transparency with and the ways in which the Chinese used to operate and also we have he made sure that the force technology transfer well not entirely and fully address the problem has been has been resolved to an extent within this first phase the green it and will be written as a top priority for the second phase as well and in the meantime the president is keeping the terrorists on the Chinese to ensure that he have leverage and that they continue to knit and crochet at the table and good faith over the next several months in Z. you'll with coming up with the phase two to phase three was coming up with the next coming up next with China and other terror of do you think that this wind here is going to give up business leaders give our farmers give everyone involved more confidence in the president or do you think they're still apprehension to the way that he's going about trying to address this issue well I think as you know there is the top derangement syndrome in which folks just cannot believe that this president is getting anything done but they were the facts are on his side and you're seen the results play out across the economy and it through our national security efforts and and so I feel I think the and then prove all ratings within that that has with the president's approval ratings have risen over the course of the past many months despite the impeachment chance to win the Democratic Party is leading on artisan politics and impeachment well this president is focused on policy and wins for the American people and our national security it's cool it it is going to show that the names I fares are just obsessed with attacking this president but I have no substance and it and and policies on their side to promote so we feel we feel very defiant in that sense and focused on the positive things are getting done delivering land for the American people and this president is surely a fighter and he's definitely getting can ten you fighting for the American worker as he has done and she just this week with these two major trade agreements Jessica ditto with the White House in you know it's it's really a shame she was a because this president has had an incredible week and if you were anyone else other media would recognize that the country would be celebrating get here's some more things that are going on a report it General Motors and Ford took fifteen hundred temporary temporary workers and make them permanent gave them permanent time slots you got to know at what if you're gonna do that they're pretty confident as are forecasting to the future because you don't want to make somebody permit and then like fire them or you can't make a temple get now they're confident they're growing especially in the truck division you've got the USMC AEG gate being side got to China deal going through we got another seventy two billion dollars on the wall if he's reelected that wall is going to be finished we've got middle income federal tax cuts that are being promised it as part of the campaign of twenty twenty that's right we're talking about a middle class tax cut tax cut to point is what I'm hearing and that's something else that is going under the radar is that president trump revisit protecting public student a right to pray in school Obama certainly didn't do that I think George W. bush may have been too busy to do that but that is something that president trump promised to do and that this week actually did do yeah there's separation of church and state thing is kind of crazy is that public school children can't pray in school actually yes they can and the president has seen to that ladies and gentlemen this week has been another winner for

Iranian military acknowledges it shot down Ukrainian Boeing 737 jet by mistake

"Iran admits it shot down jetliner by mistake and if your Radharani Iran's revolutionary guard on Saturday the knowledge that it accidentally shot down the Ukrainian jetliner that crashed earlier this week killing hundred seventy six people on board after the government had repeatedly denied western accusations about evidence that it was responsible the plane was shot down early Wednesday hours after Ron launched a ballistic missile attack on two military bases housing U. S. troops in Iraq in retaliation for the killing of Iraqi general because some solar many Somali by the way they should also say general and terrorist Qasem Soleimani and in an American airstrike in Baghdad no one was hurt in the attack on the U. S. basis the admission raises a host of new questions such as what Iran why Iran did not shut down its International Airport airspace what was bracing for U. S. reprisal it also undermine the credibility of information provided by senior officials who for three days had adamantly dismissed allegations of missile of a missile strike as western propaganda Roger knowledge but also alters the narrative around its confrontation of U. S. in a way that could anger the Iranian people Iran had promised harsh revenge for soul monies death but instead of killing American soldiers its forces downed a civilian plane in which most passengers were Ronnie and and none survived general Amir Ali house the day I don't know the head of the guards aerospace division said he should accept full responsibility for the shoot down an address broadcast by CTV he said that when he learned about the downing of the plane I wished I was dead that's good which I wish you were dead too I he said he he raised the possibility to his superiors that its forces shot down the plane as early as Wednesday morning because the simultaneous occurrence of the launch of the crash was suspicious whatever the guy's name is said guard forces ringing the capital had beefed up their air defenses and were at the highest level of readiness fearing that the US would retaliate he said he suggested to Roger close its airspace but no action was taken he said the airlines pilot crew had done nothing wrong but officer made the bad decision opened fire on the plane after mistaking it for a cruise missile they mistake they mistake the plane a passenger jet with almost two hundred people wanted for a missile this is how bad their defense systems are in Iran come on do well man Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei you a real piece of garbage expressed his deep sympathy to the families of the victims are called on the armed forces to pursue probable shortcomings and guilt in the painful incident Ukraine's president does Lipsky said the crash investigation should continue and the perpetrator should be brought to justice he said a Roger compensate victims' families any request an official apology through diplomatic channels pretty near line not criticized Iran's decision leave their space open despite the hostilities so what really happened is Iran screwed up what really happened is Iran backed an attack of the US embassy in Iraq right Seoul money was behind the attack it was planning more as he sat in Baghdad Iraq not in his own country or run an American contractor was killed others were maimed and injured so we retaliated by taking out solo money and his sidekick dead Iran decided we're going to retaliate as well but it's just going to sort of be kicking dirt of the American shoes they could have probably killed Americans they wanted to they didn't wisely because you kill one American you see what happens we take out who you call a top general who we call a disgusting terrorist so they retaliate for no reason because they started it ed van they mistake a commercial jetliner for a missile come on man what are you talking about here and to the left of course this country including members of Congress have been blaming president Donald Trump for the Ukrainian airliner being shot down yes members of Congress have out now called the president out as as the person responsible for Iran now with meeting that shut down the jetliner little while ago I I posted over on Twitter which is a sure simple question with the far left lose now who are blaming president Donald Trump will be no apologize for being so wrong as Iran admits that they did it one eight hundred five zero one seventy eighty one eight hundred five zero one seven zero eight zero are you one of those who blame the president for a rod shooting got a commercial jetliner are you one of those who thinks he somehow has increased the hostility between us and Iran that is that is not the case are you one who believe that are you one who walks around believing that he for some reason is starting World War three although he's never been a war hawk he's a he was not a supporter of the Iraq war he's a guy who is restrained in his response to Iraq should be going over drones instead of killing hundreds of Iranians he backed off and said you know what let's not worth killing a bunch of people let's take out one of one of their drones are you someone who actually sat back and believed to that his response was out of control and somehow incompetent or you like be a do you say to yourself you know pretty measured what he's doing could be a whole lot worse but it's pretty measured you're taking out a terrorist that we've been looking for and we've got opportunities before just to do it take him out was smart they should around we know where you are no matter where you are and we can retaliate we can respond no matter where you are that can happen and in fact we just did so the money was not some had a state he was not as Bernie Sanders says some for dignitary he's not as the left says somebody who going after him provokes war because he was a let some for a member of the parliament he was the chief terrorism strategist for Iran the terrorism that is perpetrating with the money that Obama gave them and our president taking him out was the right thing to do because Ronnie shaking in his boots right now so much so that it sent a bunch of missiles over the didn't do anything and then shot down a commercial jetliner they're so out of sorts so whoever was that shot down the jetliner it's their fault his fault shortly Iran's fault for doing it no fault of the president but I really want to know if if some of you have been to convince route trump derangement syndrome and indoctrination this president somehow went from anti war guy to let's go start wars around the world there have been some this week who suggested to me he's doing it as a diversion because this will help him get reelected he's gonna get reelected anyway dummy look who's running on the

How has impeachment raised the stakes for character in politics?

"Well the conduct is not gonna do the perspex American people the clock in the calendar no no masters except themselves you see our committee held its first hearing on December fourth literally the day after she of publicly released his report in the first minutes of the hearing Mister Sensenbrenner furnaces chairman with our demand for minority day of hearings Sherman also set a deadline of December six Republicans and the president to request additional witnesses but it wasn't until Saturday the day after the deadline the chairmanship transmitted eight thousand pages of material to the Judiciary Committee and we still haven't gotten everything not that it matters to the majority for institutionalization bother you you can you can still go ahead of both your yes tomorrow and over yesterday and do that but he should matter for this institution while I was in Georgia I received a call from a staff saying they just released a thousand August some drives some of which are going to be kept in a secure holding and when I asked the chairman about these documents were they can be used he's a war not only to me that when I will have a chance to go through and we're just going to go ahead with what we're doing that was from my chairman who I respect greatly we've got a lot of things together but it has been very difficult when in a hearing of this magnitude how can anyone Republican or Democrat actually go back and look at their with constituents in the face and say we looked at all the evidence I look at everything and I came to this conclusion no we cherry pick the evidence and we only use will only be because that material which probably still not all been released there's inspector general IG report is still transfer is not been released the weather is good or bad is irrelevant when you're talking about impeaching a president shooting the endor lying evidence center Judiciary Committee actually matter again it doesn't take constitutional experts coming in and tell us about it it takes common sense to know that you don't impeach somebody without at least making all the others proper but you know that's what happens when you're to the tyranny of a clock and calendar when you're the tyranny of a clock and calendar nothing else matters we've seen evidence of the president decided to withhold from Ukraine import official acts the White House visit military aid in order to pressure you crane to announce investigations of vice president Biden and the twenty sixteen elections why does that constitute an impeachable offense show well the Raskin on August eighth chairman Nadler stated with respect to the judiciary committee's hearing regarding the mall a report that well this is a formal impeachment proceedings but the house on and vote but the house did not actually authorized impeachment proceedings until the adoption of age were as six six zero on October thirty first so I believe it's important to clarify for the record informal impeachment proceedings actually started this chairman Nadler correct when he said that a star on August eighth or did they began when the house authorize and on October thirty first forgive me was because I was not actually prepared to answer that question all right that was the you know the sights and sounds of the madness that is known as impeachment of president now is wait in two in a letter to the speaker in name only Nancy Pelosi adds that this impeachment represents an unprecedented and unconstitutional abuse of power by democratic lawmakers which I agree with Dave abuse their power what they've done here is this this is a purely political is a political power play and what is been a never ending on going saga to try and undo an election the will of the people smelly Walmart shoppers like me and you clinging to our god our constitution our bibles religion irredeemable deplorable so what they really think of us we the people he further goes on this is unequaled in nearly two and a half centuries of a American legislative history and the articles of impeachment introduced by the house Judiciary Committee are not recognizable under any standard of constitutional theory interpretation of jurisprudence the president goes on by proceeding with your invalid impeachment you're violating your oaths of office you're breaking your allegiance to the constitution and you're declaring open war on American democracy they've actually done this they have now tried everything they can do to undo the election now we do have an election coming up again as once in three hundred twenty two days but they can't wait he goes on by saying that you dare invoke the founding fathers in pursuit of this election nullification scheme yet your spite pull actions displayed unfettered contempt for America's founding in your agree just conduct threatens to destroy that which our founders pledged their very lives to build any member of Congress who votes in support of impeachment against every shred of truth fact evidence legal principle is showing how deeply they were a file the voters and now truly they detest America's constitutional order our founders feared the tribals ation of partisan politics and you are bringing their worst fears to life it goes on this is nothing more than in a legal partisan attempted coup that will based on recent sentiment badly fail in the voting booth you are the ones that are interfering in America's election you're the ones subverting America's democracy you're the ones obstructing justice you're the ones bringing pain and suffering to our Republic for your own selfish personal political and partisan gain he says everyone you included now they spent three years doing this knows what's really happening your chosen candidate lost the election in twenty sixteen in an electoral college landslide three oh six to twenty seven and you and your party of never recovered from that defeat you have developed a full fledged case of what many in the media call trump derangement syndrome and sadly you'll never get over it you're unwilling and unable to accept the verdict issued at the ballot box during the great election of twenty sixteen so you will spend three straight years attempting to overturn the will of the American people and know a fi their votes you view democracy as your enemy as you very well know this impeachment drive has nothing to do with Ukraine or the totally appropriate conversation I had with its new president it only has to do with your attempt to undo the election a twenty sixteen and steal the election of twenty twenty and the president goes on this there's far too much that needs to be done to improve the lives of our citizens and it goes on and says it is time for you and the highly partisan Democrats in Congress to immediately cease this impeachment fantasy and get back to work for the American people your first claim abuse of power is a a completely disingenuous meritless and baseless invention of your imagination which we've discussed at length here is on every time I talk with a foreign leader I put America's interests first just as I did with president

How the whistleblower complaint about Trump is being framed by different news outlets

"Weekend okay Hey Democrats have begun this impeachment process and it has already gotten ugly. early on it is clear that it's going to be divisive even more divisive than we already have here in this country because of this love or hate relationship with Donald Trump I know there are two different stories emerging if you only listen to one media outlet you are not going to get a balanced understanding of the issue for example Chris Matthews at MSNBC says already enough evidence to impeach. no no impeachment hearing has occurred house Democrats in fact move to impeach to begin an impeachment inquiry before they even read the transcript of the call the president made to the president of Ukraine which is the foundation for this impeachment process. is that fair. I gotta tell you now that the issues had a couple of days to breathe I don't think it's a slam dunk no based on what you're hearing on CNN and from The New York Times president trump done he's going to be removed from office but the one columnist that I read said it looks like what another one of those democratic moves where the over promise and under deliver. how many times have we over the last almost three years said they got him this is it they begged they've got him and he's going to be forced from office I don't think that's going to happen I don't think that's going to happen this is gonna be another dud from the Democrats and I think it's going to be extremely hurtful. so I what what what I'm saying here is you got to pay attention to all sides of the story if you only hear one story the left will tell you the president called the present of Ukraine and said do me a favor investigate Joe Biden that's not exactly what happened. he called the president Ukraine to congratulate him he said do me a favor look into the hacking of the Democratic National Committee servers this was the Russian hacking of our elections that had some Ukraine connection. and the president asked the new president of Ukraine to investigate that and later on much later on a conversation he said by the way there's this thing about Joe Biden improperly or his son getting improper money from a Ukrainian oil company can you look into that this was it I call you up to investigate Joe Biden that's how it's being portrayed by the way Democrats even asked for Russia this investigation of the DNC hacker to it in the Ukraine they did not want to Ukraine to stop investigating president called president trump calls a new presence as investigate now they want to impeach him so I'm trying to balance this thing for you okay. here's another issue well he moved the conversation the transcript moved away from this a server that is usually stored on and he put it on a super secret server so nobody get to it. okay that's terrible it's a cover up right. let's be open minded here perhaps the president was thinking you don't want their somebody leaking my conversations to the media and going to Congress with my private conversations with other leaders that's not helpful let me put this where no one else can get it okay you gotta have a open mind on this thing I don't if you have a truck derangement syndrome you got you only look at things one way. and the media again they're they're portraying this is a whole different way. so just just keep an open mind here's the other thing that really disturbing this week too they held this hearing where the acting director of national intelligence was called to testify about why the whistle blower report was delayed and why things were moved and it was really was the opening salvo of the impeachment process congressman Adam Schiff the chairman of the house intelligence committee he was trying to set the stage why they are here this transcript damaging to president trump this is how he phrased it I hear what you want. I don't see much reciprocity here. I hear what you want I have a favor I want from you though. and I'm gonna say this only seven times so you better listen good. I want you to make up dirt on my political opponent understand lots of it okay that's what he said to the committee guess what. if you've been paying attention to this issue that's not the transcript not even close to what the transcript says he was called out listen to this and while the German was speaking I actually had someone text me is he just making this up and and yes does he want us because sometimes fiction is better than the actual words of the tax look at the American public you're smart they have the transcript they have why would he do that well he got caught here's what he said as a side I do want to mention that my colleague is right on both counts thought okay but also by summary the president's call was meant to be at least part and parity. factor that's not clear is a separate problem in and of itself so there you go I mean this is the insanity that we have begun and hold on to your seats but I I implore you. please try and look at both sides of this thing so if you're only gonna read The New York Times and I'm gonna get a complete report you only watch CNN you're not going to get a complete report I know you may not want to watch boxer go to some of these other websites because it doesn't necessarily agree with the story line you would like to see happen but please this is important. look at both sides and here's the other thing too about this issue. I think it's important that the president of the United States cannot carry on a private conversation irrespective of what he said to through the present of Ukraine that's a different issue but a conversation with another leader it should be sacrosanct the president I stay should be able to have a private conversation with that of other leader and that shouldn't end up being leaked and misinterpreted by people who are able to get. get a hold of this and as it turns out his whistleblower didn't hear it somebody gave it to him and that's how we ended up with his whistle blower complaint and that's why we're going down the impeachment process all right that's enough willow will go on to some other

"And if they don't then you have to shut up, and you have to go back to work it risen interesting delusional center. There so paranoid. I now. They're saying, oh, if he loses he'll refuse to leave off like what I think. But I think it's a super narcissistic endeavor. I I don't I dilution is. Different to me, this derangement, Trump derangement syndrome. It is it is. In in. Look, I think that that the line that gets crossed over is. You don't have to like him. You don't have to like his tweets, you can think he's a pompous win bag and all that. And all it's completely fine. But but the notion that he's gunning for you because you're a woman. That's where it turns into the narcissism the part, we don't like him as fine. So if you listen to Ben Shapiro, Ben Shapiro doesn't like Donald Trump. But doesn't announce he's gunning for me because I'm wearing a yarmulke? Right. That's where when it gunning for you is when the big narcissistic turn comes in. Yeah. Right. Yeah. And also in the face of what nothing ever changes. I don't get it. Okay. We're not exporting. We're not importing oil anymore. We're now exporting oil good the world's worst man with the world's Darcus heart who would love to do all those things tonky his so far just been. Doing the oil. Great jobs. Okay. You don't have to like him. But if I don't have to lay down in the fetal position next to my sleeping daughter every night. And weep for her future is weird. Isn't it? Well, I I used the word weird like a thousand times a day. I'm confused. It's weird. But I'm also embarrassed like I feel like a meta party and one of my buddies is really drunk, and he's standing up and he's making proclamations at the table, and I'm thinking kerchiefs show down. And he thinks he's getting last. But I don't know how uncomfortable please sit down. That's the way I feel like listen Alana, please just sit down. It's it's embarrassing. You have that feeling. Oh, absolutely. And it's also weird to me that people seem to lost track of how this country works or the mechanism of voting people in and out of all going anywhere. He's going to hunker down Oval Office in not coming out. He's doing, hey, see that movie. Scarface, that's what he's gonna do and the Oval Office. I guess I can appreciate how they feel when I think about how shitty California is and how helpless I feel in terms of getting these talking about California. I know I know, but I'm saying trying to get these guys out of office impossible just impossible. I mean, the trying to vote somebody in its. People just won't. I don't know. Hey, I'm not gonna put Trump on the ballot and California unless he shows them there his taxes that's unconstitutional this, absolutely. You can't do that. And but here's my thing. You can't do the sanctuary state thing either. And yet, they just they're just doing it. I give that's interactive with the politics direction. I know what the politicians doing. I can't figure out what listenable doing who'd we have in here. And it was the funniest the funniest thing ever. Day after. Yeah. Win washington. Lynn. Yeah. It was me. His name's Glen. It's Glenn and. After the election. Black man NPR would nice enough guy. He just came in here. And he's like I'm going to explain to my kids what the new world's going to look like. "Don't let them to find aren't agenda is something that is store less. Coating teaching. That's what he's doing. This is so perfect. We pull those two little soundbites together on the one hand you've Mitzi Pelosi. You know, the the left is really the party of the century. You know, Democrats, the progressives. We can own the center, put Trump is just begging us to a peach. Am I right? Am I right? She's amazing, folks. She just say, whatever. She has to say, no, no, ethical, moral or ideological core. Just whatever she needs to say whenever she needs to say, it moral relativism state ISM big government. These these are the closest things that she has to organizing principles for ideology and a top all that. Of course is the the the glory of Nancy Pelosi, or whatever she has to do to maintain her privileged position in society, very wealthy. Very powerful. Very connected of that. I love Democrats. We're we're totally reasonable Trump. Begging off to impeach him. Oh, pretty sure appreciate that. Trump is not goading them to feel that they have decided to embrace a Trump derangement syndrome that does feel and does does appear to be truly pathological. Speaking of pathological there. There is a kind of multiple personality disorder that is on display with Democrats over the issue of impeachment depending on the day. You have Democrats who say, well, we have to impeach him. And then you have Democrats who say were waiting for the evidence. And then you have others who say we'll have to give up on a peach mint because it's going to blow back on his the political ramifications are not worth it. I just wish they would get on the same sheet of music for a few days instead of all here, you know, people say buck, but their politicians have different opinions. None of no the whole point is that they're speaking with many mouths about this issue because. It's just bizarre. It's absurd. So they want to have some people saying, oh, no. We're going to impeach him. So that that makes the left wing base happy. They want some people who are saying, oh, we're going to wait and see the evidence is that's where the the Trump deranged. But not completely insane. They are more comfortable with that. And then the hold on a second. You know, maybe we shouldn't go completely all in on this idea of impeachment because it's going to blow back on us, politically that's for the democrat establishment that realizes if more couldn't deliver them the big win that they wanted their no way. No way impeachment is going to do that for them. They keep str- striving struggling begging scratching clawing for some one thing, you know, that that one Khuda graphs, or is it a coupe digress. I think it's cool that that one master stroke that one moment of a ha. Where Trump's presidency is finished at it's just not going to happen. And I have to wonder when they when they will realize it's not gonna happen. I guess it'll be when Trump wins reelection. Then then there'll be some. At least a few hours of. Oh, wow. This is real again. But on all the impeachment issue. Do we have it was with Elizabeth Warren? She was really annoying me today. We gotta get some Elizabeth Warren has been saying annoying things about this bench o Rourke is running around desperate to try and get some attention from self because like apparently my home videos on my rolled-up up sleeves, and my sort of rugged Kennedy cancer is not enough to make the president. He he says that we're at the must impeach Trump. Phase we must do this play clip twelve. Participate.

"And we'll probably talk about that somewhat. With John Thomas matter of fact, let's do it. It's time for John Thomas Thomas guide. I the Thomas guide, which is all social media and his podcast. Yeah. No. It's quite alright. And you've got a fair number of listeners. Now, you're cash, which is pretty impressive. Okay. Now. I'm trying to think of what we start with. Let's talk about the political fallout. If there is any about William Barr yesterday, we talked about how bar either lied or didn't lie and gently both sides have an argument that when bar was asked. Did you have did you at all contact anybody on Moore's team or Jeb contact? He said, no I came back with. Well. I only talked to molar not anybody on his team, right? Yeah. I was a good one. But the interpretation can be had. I mean, the the contempt. I mean, all all that's going to go away. Let's talk about the political fallout of what's going on between the war Democrats and the president. So this is a sensually being used as the next evolution into channeling Democrats rage against Trump. And that they did never scalp from the moola report that they were hoping for to immediately go to impeachment hearings. So they're they're now using bar as that next level way to harness rage. And remember, it's not just well, let's back it up. I don't think that the Democrats like Pelosi believe necessarily that they're going to move public opinion on this issue. I think they're smart enough to recognize that it's almost too inside baseball that the Muller gave his findings the reports out. You can kick and scream all you want. But the presence not a Russian can't make that argument. That four page letter. I mean, that's just gonna disappear any are we going to be talking about that even a week from now, maybe maybe not. But what this really is all about is keeping democrat base in Tuesday's some high. So that they keep they turn out, and they keep giving money to the Democratic Party. It's all about small donor dollars. That's it and then insert certain presidential candidates think that they can use this to their advantage to carve out a lane or get notoriety. But other Republican side Bill, I mean. The more attack. The better off. It is Republicans are like, okay. We already knew the guy we assumed he wasn't a Russian agent. We're no he's not a Russian agent. Now, we feel like you're parsing words. And now, he's a real genuine victim. Meanwhile, what's the big story today? So jobs who does better as a result of the victimization or end or the attack on Trump? Is it the Democrats as you described it gets their base moving because they hate Trump so much is at the Republicans because Trump is victim who who wins on that one. You know, there's not an exact answer to that. The best way I could approach it would be. Trump derangement syndrome is real the outrage has been pretty consistent on the left. I don't anticipate that that will subside, but Republicans in fact didn't turn out in presidential levels in the midterms. So the Republicans have greater risk of not showing up because they assume well things things have gone fine for me. And so this is an opportunity for Trump to paint. The contrast and say, hey, these people have lost their mind. I'm the victim. And it don't let them take me out of power. So I think it's a net positive for Trump. And also he can raise money on to saying, hey, I'm victim helped me fight back. I did a story this morning on Trump saying one thing it is administration saying toll is totally differently. We're talking about the border where the people that are dealing with the border, the actual operational part are only discussing the humanitarian part of it. How do we deal with these poor people we have to get them? Fed we have to center, and then Trump just talks about they're a bunch of. It's an invasion. They're taking over America. There are threat. They're all feves. They're all gaming the system. We're there is such a disconnect. I look at it. Does that bother anybody in the in the White House? Well, obviously in the White House. I mean, I don't even know what the who says what to whoever there's such a disconnect just from a organizational standpoint, it's a huge problem. You need to have message discipline from the top to the bottom. This is nothing new the president is one thing. But you're right. There is a disparity between certain cabinet officials in with and the president. And what's actually going on though? The president says one thing, and what's actually happening is something totally differently that you'll say a and then the administration does be the operational people. And I'm looking at this. And I'm shaking my head going. You know, at what point does this president say, it's raining outside and everybody. In the administration has an umbrella or is wearing sunblock. I mean, that's what's going on here. I think I think you're focusing on the tactical minutia, which is important. I'm not saying, that's you're wrong. But I think the president simply focuses on surface level and says there's a problem at the border. We've gotta fix it. And pick your poison is he? Perhaps is he wrong at many times of logistics absolute about that. I'm just talking about a whole different mindset. These people that are coming to the border are gamers dangerous. They're criminals. I mean, that's that's the official Donald Trump position where the administration the people going is humanitarian these poor people we have to take care of them. I mean, that's I don't know that that's one hundred percent. What folks on the border are saying, I mean, you you you hear from border agents all the time talking about the violence in the drug trafficking. I'm getting into the Benicia here, which I think to the point though is what's the effect of the president pay a consequence for having that different voice? And I don't think so I think he's just member he has the loudest megaphones in the country for sure, and and there's the base that he's talking to. And he's brilliant at that. I mean, although the Wallis sorta disappeared if you notice that it's going to I mean, I imagine this things have come back as a court battle ensues. It's going to be top of mind as we go into twenty twenty. But but Bill again, the big story today. It's certainly fair to argue about all these things. But the big story today are the jobs numbers over the jobs numbers are affecting people in those critical states that are gonna decide this election, except in what I said, and I don't have the facts in front of me, the people that are most affected the ones that are getting the least benefit is probably his base. And I don't know the answer to that you're saying because magic manufacturing jobs jobs are coming. But not they're hill. Not here. They're not here and the blue collar other than the highly skilled blue collar workers still I think are not getting the benefit of this Trump economy per perhaps not in the same ways the top. But I mean, look if you look at African American unemployment is at record lows. I mean, you can't have overall unemployment the lowest point in what forty fifty years or whatever seventy years and not have everybody better off in general. I am not arguing that. But better off as as well as the other, folks. And by the way does. No matter how well African Americans. Do are they ever gonna vote for Trump? Brought by large know, exactly. All right. Come back. I wanted and I want to talk about the of course, the primary race and the number that's raised. And I have I have a question for you regarding the number of people does it matter. And I'm I'm thinking, no, it really doesn't. And I'll explain that. And your chance to win some cash this KFI,.

"Losing thousand legislative seats whenever you know, two years, four, whatever. But he there was this belief that because when we lost the election there had to be some kind of other reason that country was just not ready for her. And so that that inability that child's inability to accept election that was won legally and fairly began to become something ominous to me and played itself out twenty seventeen. And then it started to play itself out through twenty eighteenth. And the chapter of my book is about the summer of twenty eighteen everything I felt imploded for the left, and how are they going to get themselves back together? And and it really is what the book is about is about my progression from being someone who. Okay. Well, you know, the people spoke they wanna Donald Trump do president. And yet there was this action. A lot of people I knew who just couldn't accept it started to create narratives and fantasies about why he wants and we're having meltdowns seen Trump derangement syndrome in action constantly in LA. And in in California. A lot of my friends. Some of them accepted it, but it it to the point where I felt I had to write about it. And I was and I begin talking about it on my podcast and gas on patron. And and that's where a lot of white comes from from my podcast. I watched a lot of the adults in the Booker, pretty amazing. Let me ask you you're watching the Stony Russia Trump Trump Russia conspiracy. It was it was like ninety nine percent of the media, and like usual, I go off of my own direction. I do my own thing and fair fairly early on. I started developing sources that it was total BS you even talked about an incident evolving the Pete tape with. I didn't know there was supposed to be fourteen year old Russian prostitutes. I read your book, but it didn't exist, and you talk about turning on some of these networks NBC CNN, it was pretty much everybody. And everybody was looking at me. Like, I lost my mind, but I have a pretty good track record of being right starting with Richard jewel. Frei von Zimmermann. Ferguson UVA. A Duke lacrosse, Baltimore, Maryland, vetting. Obama Trump Ken win, you know, that they don't have. And I just think that they're for example, wasn't hard to tell. The Obama was going to win just by looking at the crowd sizes. And but you know, I didn't go into a meltdown or depression. The moment is this guy one that I thought wasn't capable of doing a good job. The same thing happened with this Russian hoax that began forming itself immediately after the election that my partner grabbed onto because he couldn't believe from one. And so then I thought okay, this is going to go away. This is gonna go away in a while because really really any proof, and as we move through twenty seventeen I remember talking to journalists that I knew back from the day when I was living in New York, and they were now situated in Washington DC nothing. We just began talking on Facebook. And they told me valuable neither one of them knowing each other when I asked them what's going on with this Russian conspiracy theory of them against situation in DC told me, it's utter VS. It's not true. Everyone knows it's not true. But they have it nothing else. There's nothing else to go on. So you have this Russian conspiracy. That sells papers gets clicks. And the only way that they can survive is to g. Keep this Russian conspiracy thing going, I remember asking them what's gonna happen. When it's down out to be not true. And they both said there's going to be a dire. Reckoning? There's going to be directing about people trusting the media who sold this for two years, and where where is the wreckage because now all the doing is pushing congress to do what Muller didn't do we've now had four separate collusion's on Russia. We had the nine month that BI investigation even struck and paid said, no, it's didn't happen. They also said that the the investigation into Hillary was rigged. It's clear. She violated the law, and then we had of course, the house Intel committee the bipartisan Senate committee now the mullahs report can't can't be any more clear about Russia collusion, but they want another investigation. So they'll use a hyper partisan congress that believes in the green new deal that eliminate oil gas combustion engine, cows, planes, and everything. Is free. And that that congress will finally do the job that Muller wouldn't do the wouldn't do and and other people wouldn't do. They're still hoping. Soon. The report finally came out. And there was a vote for no of that stuff. That people would finally just realize we've got gotta move on. We have to move on Muller was God, we we place all of our faith in him in order to whatever he was going to do. And then ultimately what happened? There was kind of this depression for about a week this kind of silence for week and the people who wanted with Muller report like my partner said, well, he's line is true. He's a stooge the whole thing. Tell them that. I tell them you're on the air with me if he knows I am he's going to he's going to go nuts. But he also knows that I I believe in talking to everybody look for this book. I've sat down with a profile for the New York Times for the Washington Post. I also talked to Breitbart and then talking to you. I mean, look my partners. Okay. Because Bernie Sanders was on FOX just about a week ago. And I think you just have to, you know, get rid of that and talk to both sides of the aisle. I hate this notion that people can only talk. And I it drives me crazy. Stay right there. So yeah. Maybe I don't agree with a lot of what what what do you say? Or maybe what FOX represent? But I still believe that. Talk. Brent I I've been right. The whole time they were wrong the whole time. So I don't have much more to say, except the fact that you agree more politically with that side is what we're gonna talk about on the other side of this break, Bret Easton Ellis. He wrote the book it's called white, and it's going to be a best seller. It's a very interesting read, I'm telling you can't put you can't put it down. "derangement syndrome" Discussed on WJR 760

"I was so brilliant to have written. You know that made that up created that thought. Yes. But it's actually just the truth. It was a simple observation. Well. We, you know, we talk about the Trump derangement syndrome, though in that context. And as you, and I've always said, I don't. What do you think Trump? My feelings are neutral. I don't know him from what I can see I we probably would have problems communicating with each other. I'd say if you were to ask, and we might not, you know, you just don't know. I mean, it may be some preconceived notions in there. I know that we would have a healthy disagreement on a variety of different issues. We'd have agreement on a variety of issues. But Trump has always been Trump trust personality has always been that way. Yeah. Right. And he's always been Trump. So there is nothing new there. There is nothing new for me either to like him better or dislike him better. And to get to the point of Trump derangement hate syndrome. You really have to work at that. In my opinion. You really have to work at it. I think so, but we had talked about this with the whole CNN suit here. The the nNcholas Sandman and his attorneys going after. Well, I guess you'd say the nNcholas and family going after and the attorneys, I don't know if he could do that himself have whether he is whether he can directly hire the attorneys. I guess a suit would be about him though, because he would get the money. He is the damage party. So it is his lawsuit. It isn't the family. It is is there there could be there could be damages for the family. But I mean, but it's his lawsuit because he is the one though that was now you could you can make the family was also damaged because of the the threats against the family. Yes. But he is the initial he is the initial party that was so he's the riots. But we we've talked about Trump derangement syndrome, and we said, look, we're, you know, we're adults. And so we view politicians. We don't practice. If you've listened to the show. We don't practice political idolatry where we have absolute loyalty and our candidate can do no wrong. We've never had that yet on the other end. We've never had the Trump derangement syndrome or any derangement syndrome of any politician will hit them specifically on the the issues will hit them hard. If we disagree with them and will complement them graciously. If we believe that they're doing the correct thing. It's pretty simple. It's pretty it's pretty there's not a lot of gray area, and that's pretty black and white, and we look at it that way because we're adults and we analyze what's going on and to get caught up in the emotional drama of what so many in the media get caught up on. We just think is productive. It's not productive way to go through life. And the other thing is to be honest with you what other people do and how other. People have drama, and how many other people scream and yell and their lives really isn't going to affect my life much. I'm going to go on with my life. No matter what I'm not gonna really let them affect the mood of my life. I'm not gonna go around and say my life is nothing because of ood serving as president, and I don't have a chance anymore. If it's a democrat. No, no, no, no. We will criticize in the same way. But people do get caught up in that. And I'd asked you the question earlier about CNN when you think about it because when we looking back to the Nick, nNcholas, San man, I think we were off for a couple of days was Thursday or Friday when it came out because I don't believe that initially when the first the first minute edited tape came out that we were on the air the next day. I think it might have happened where we had a day or two until we actually got on the air. Yeah. So so I I know. My thoughts were. Observing it with zero emotion. There's no emotion. I wasn't taking any sides. I was what is the situation here. I was analyzing it I put myself as we often do in that investigative mode and went well, the kid didn't do anything. He was smiling. But he didn't do anything. There was nothing being said, right? There were smiles. But this thing seems to be highly edited. So we'll wait and see what happens. Right. I know any other way to approach it. Because if I'm not there if I don't witness it myself. Then I there's no way for me to know, you know, completely and fully what happened. Well, we're opinion people to. We're not we're not even news people. And we look at it that way, how many times people say, what do you think about this? Well, I can't tell you yet. Because I don't have all the facts, I can't form an opinion if not complete right? And and there just isn't enough information on the story. I there's been a lot about how the media has jumped on the airplane crashes and everything else. It's like, look you have no idea. What it is yet? These are complicated things and the same there. You know, you we we have told you what the NTSB the FAA, and whatever other civil aviation groups around the world of cetera government aviation groups, and there's more questions than we have than any type of opinion because we just on that we just don't know. But you, and I've always had a thing. And it was before we met each other probably before it's even in the media. I never cared to be. I about something I care to be right about something. And there seems to be this jump to be. I no matter what you get the facts straight or not. And then if you don't get the facts straight. He just move onto the next topic and sort of ignore it until you get stopped dead in your tracks because you've defamed a private citizen who's a child. But I I just I I wonder if. The the mindset that gets you into the emotional derangement mindset. Were just enraged by everything we see that in the public. We see it on social media. But when we talked about some of the CNN coverage on that when they didn't have the complete facts, you could see it. You could sense it you could hear it. You could read it was precarious sellers. You could see it in what what he tweeted, and you, and I said do they I said have they become so deranged that they work for a media company? And they sit there and say, okay, I got to have some type of discipline. Maybe when I'm on the air. But if I go on Twitter, I can just say whatever I want and defame somebody not understanding that you represent your company at that point when you're on. And you've got that blue checkmark, and you represent you know, you represent them in. It's a Twitter with the CNN on it. And all of a sudden, you think you're just a private citizen. We're in your own private blog with your own people throwing out whatever opinion you want. Not based on fact. Well, I mean, the we talked often about the social media activists, and there are many, and they they are individuals who want to be activists. They really clearly don't care about getting it, right? The only thing they want conveyed is the anger, and it's all about one person. And you're willing to distort distort the truth to the point that it's damaging to others. But you don't care even if it's kids you don't care. Joy Behar on does matter. Or just were desperate to get him out of office. That desperation. My first job was as a lifeguard. When you go through the training. They'll teach you that the person that is drowning. Is desperate, and they will pull you under right or climb on top of you, even if it's hurting you in order to get air and survive. And so I think about the people who have been just so desperate. They will just they have this bulldozer mentality. It doesn't matter who they trample on it doesn't matter whose reputation. They damage it doesn't matter. Even if it's kids they will you and you saw it play out on social media as it was happening. You know, the whole punched in the face comment, and all this you saw that very clearly. It is a it is it really is that mob mentality. Build the hatred. It's the original hatred for one person, but anybody who supports him anyone who gets and it also goes back to the upward that this person is so unacceptable that anything that we do is acceptable, and we can justify it in our minds. Well, that's actually the fascist mindset. Is it not we can break the law? We can damage somebody's of a reputation because by any means possible this person should get out. And as we have said when you actually sit back, and you get out of your when you get out of your Trump derangement syndrome or your political idolatry. Whether you're a personal practices political idolatry on the right, and you worship Trump, and he can do no wrong. We've set of across the board. Of course, he can do rock. He can do wrong. He can do right wrong human. None of us. Are. None of us are are deities when you take yourself out of that. And you just look at it and say, okay, what do I have to do you have to? Work in the system that is set up here, the Republic that is set up and the constitution that is set up. I can't violate anybody's rights because I don't like who's in political office. I can't break the law. I can't defame somebody's character. Just because I don't like who's pulling in in in political office. Why because we follow the rules and regulations we follow what the law is why we're not fascist those who believe that. They can do anything at any time. And you and I remember the the the the late Ed Schultz who set it on when he had his MSNBC show. Whatever we have to do whatever we have to do whatever it is. And he was talking about illegal things when it came to voting. Yep. Whatever we have to do because it's an except. And this was during Bush. Not I'm sorry. That was the first year, Bob. This is the first year of Obama because this was ObamaCare when he said that the Republicans want you to die. They wanna make money off your dead corpse. And this was after okay. So it was this. This was Obama that that that was so remember, it's always existed. This isn't just a Trump thing. It's at they they despite they believe that the I look at an Castro Cortez. And I've said look, or what have we said their ideas are insane. I don't believe they're insane. Their ideas are insane. And and we need to stop them. We need to stop them to the democratic system. The Democratic Republic system we live under. They don't think the same way eight six six ninety redeye..

"You know, because I kind of considered the source, and I did I like it now. Do I think that's really why the Democrats decided to do it? No. I mean, I think there I think that the left wing of the party, you know, how we talk about Trump derangement syndrome or a bomb. I think that the left wing of the Democratic Party there is FOX derangement syndrome, and even though they know that that the Martin McCallum and Bret Baier, and I would give a fair debate. The idea of anything with Fox News presents the democratic debate. And they were just looking for an excuse and the New Yorker article gave it to them in. Yes, there were a lot of things. For instance, the whole thing that Trump had been warned about a question in the two thousand fifteen Cleveland. It's just it's not true. Here's the thing. They even took the fact that I caught Sarah Huckabee Sanders on the fact that, you know, the four thousand terrorists coming across the border that it wasn't true. And that I caught her on it should they even made that sound like I was doing them a favor by by telling them something. So that they could drop it from their talking points. Like somehow, I was in cahoots with the White House to do it. Now, there was a lot of foolishness in it. But as I say, I I honestly just think there's kind of a derangement syndrome and the left about FOX and. What can you do? Can you do? You're in business. You're on the air. I'm on the air. We'll do our job the to the best of our ability and people will say, thankfully, America's watching us, Chris. So we appreciate it and listening Chris Wallace. Thanks so much. "Ninety redeye let's go to Terry. In illinois. Terry, welcome. You're on Red Eye Radio. Welcome to the show. Hi. All right. Thank you. I I want to say I don't usually get enough sleep at night cheer guys is Paul. Sorry. And thank you. Thank you. I I put my teeth back into you could understand me better. So you know, I've been around a while. Sure. As far as I can remember up until this last election. The losing party always always worked with the winning party for the core values that represent the United States. Maybe maybe I'm wrong. Maybe it goes back for other than that. But I think it's. The last election. And they call it Trump derangement syndrome, but I don't think they're mad at Trump. I think they're mad just because they lost. They didn't expect to lose. I think I think they're willing to say anything no matter what the young people here because the young people are ignorant. They don't know what's going on in politics. They used the the entertainment media, and and other media to bring their message across to them, which they know they cannot keep their promises. But they know what the young people wanna hear. And they tell him that just to win the election. Yeah. I I think there's something to that. Thank you, Terry. We appreciate the call. I I don't know. I don't I don't have the meter to judge how well parties of work with each other in the past before we know, for example, that there was no working together on ObamaCare, and that was before Trump had anything to do with with with anything. But the I will say this that the the rhetoric is greater than it's ever been before. Yeah. Of course, you must realize that they still called Bush Hitler, and they still call Romley Hitler. And they still called. I can't think of his name. John McCain called me. Call John McCain Hitler. But the fact of of what you see going on now. To me is on unprecedented. And it's everything that you've seen. It's everything that you have seen over the last two and a half years mostly on the Russian collusion charge where there was a concerted effort by law enforcement and the intelligence agencies of the United States of America. To monitor and opposing campaign to spy on an opposing campaign to take false information that they got by colluding with the Russians. To try to destroy the legitimacy of a presidential election. How do we know that I wonder what the polling is? Now last fall. The polling showed over sixty percent of Democrats still believed that the Russians hacked into the voting machines in the two thousand sixteen election never happen. Nobody's even saying it happens. The majority of Democrats believe that. How can they based on you know, based on what that's the situation that you're dealing with? I wanna play the audio cut. The caller just reminded me. I've had this been sitting around here for about an hour. So I wanna play this shirl Akerson show full measure on Sunday night. I just wanna play you a little bit of it not the entire thing. And the reason not so we get into the specifics of it. But to show you at least some people are recognizing what Eric, and I have recognized if you've been listening to us for the last two and a half years, you know, that we're not conspiracy theorists. That's not what we that's not what we do. We like to play the investigative role. We like to tear things apart with their criminal cases or something like the whole Russian collusion thing and say where is the evidence? And we have said for quite some time. Now going all the way back to looking at when the Obama administration right before the election right before the election went to the Pfizer court and said, oh, by the way, we made this agreement that we wouldn't cheat anymore. That would follow the rules and regulations that we wouldn't violate Americans fourth amendment rights. Well, sorry, we didn't pay attention to that. And they were rebuked by the Pfizer court on that severely. Well, call me was as we have said all the time. Call me. Was the director. Through some of that. And I believe Muller also was. And. We have stated all along that. When you see everything that happened with the whole FIS award and using what they got from the Russians to spy on the Trump campaign. And we've often said when is the media finally going to view that and say that that's a story because nobody's really debating the substance of it. Nobody's debating that the DNC and the Hillary campaign paid the law firm Perkins coup who then paid the opposition research firm, fusion GPS, then paid the former British spy Christopher Steele. Who took that money to get information from inside the Kremlin, which was then used to put together a dossier, which had a salacious and mostly falls. That's Michael is costs are gonna put that in quotes accusations against Trump colluding with the Russians which was then used to try to destroy the legitimacy of the election. And then also used by the FBI and the department of Justice and intelligence agencies to get a secret warrant. To spy on the Trump campaign. It's good to see I'm gonna play the Saudi here because you can see that someone else has recognized it shirl Atkinson, and others and the media, and sometimes these stories take a long time sometimes they'd take years for to be recognized by those in the media that have clout, but as we said, slowly, but surely the truth will get out there. Here's part of Cheryl Atkinson from Sunday night show, nearly two years ago special counsel Lawler was named to investigate whether President Trump broke the law by somehow conspiring with Russian President Vladimir Putin to win the presidency. We still don't know the outcome of that. But we have learned a lot about what some in our intelligence community up to and some argue that's proving to be an equally important and chilling.

"Welcome back. This is the Ben Shapiro show. So a lot of folks in the media, very very upset that a former Trump employees would be hired by CNN as a political editor. Because if there's one thing we know about the media it said they would never ever higher politically motivated after's full disclosure. I know Sarah, her flora she and I went to Harvard Law School at the same time. Very nice gal highly qualified extremely intelligent and being a political editor at CNN just means sort of help choose which stories to cover CNN having one person who voted for Trump on staff is not the end of the world guys. It's totally okay. It's totally okay. I I love the people in the press who have been passing back and forth out of democratic administrations. As long as I have been alive. Remember, Jay Carney. The Obama spokesperson used to work for time magazine. They didn't passing in and out of this for very long time. Now, all of a sudden, it's shock shock that somebody who worked for Jeff Sessions who by the way, President Trump was not particularly fond of is now going to be working over at CNN. According to the Daily Beast CNN staffers are upset and confused about the network's decision to hire a partisan political operative to oversee its twenty twenty campaign reporting, again, this has never happened for partisan political operatives and major news networks say it ain't so that might be unpassable. On Tuesday, a CNN spokesperson confirmed to Daily Beast that the network had hired Republican political adviser Sarah Iskar as the politics editor helming CNN's twenty twenty coverage. The move was first reported by politico ISKRA served as an adviser Ted Cruz and Mitt Romney shows Carly Fiorina's deputy campaign manager for the two thousand sixteen Republican primary and then she worked for Jeff Sessions. A CNN spokesperson said you will not be involved in the networks. DOJ coverage, but will die TV digital coverage of the two thousand twenty election occasionally, offering onscreen analysis as well one network editorial staffer said it's extremely demoralizing for everyone here because if there's a Republican in here man, how are we going to talk to people people are generally confused said another editorial employees, adding the decision to hire a partisan operative for an editorial position comes off as very bizarre. CNN's reliable sources anchor. Brian Stelter reported on the network's perspective tweeting love it or hate. It. Political insiders have been joining newsrooms for decades, the more viewpoints represented new newsrooms, the better as for the critiques CNN PR declined to comment and that is that is one hundred percent true. It one hundred percent true. There are so many members of political campaigns in newsrooms that the false objective. Journalists MC nonsense here from these newsrooms is alive for a very very long time. Nonetheless, people are very upset on the left because esker should never be allowed in the newsroom. Just terrible just here. John just awful. CNN's? Jeff Zucker has said before he wanted to bring a little more balance to the newsroom, so it really shouldn't be a shock. But anytime any Republican is hired by any major outlet. It becomes an issue for that outlet. Not not a particular surprise, not in particular surprise at all. Okay. Meanwhile, Trump derangement syndrome has gone completely off the rails completely off the rails. The latest indicator is not just the Jesse smaller case, but President Trump put out a policy yesterday. He was going to launch a global campaign to decriminalise homosexuality in dozens of nations were anti gay laws are still on the books now that seems like a policy that pretty much everybody can get behind right left. No one really believes that should be criminal activity for gay people to have sex with each other. Right. That that that is not a thing that anyone really believes in western civilization anymore. Whether you believe that this activity is the center knock the idea of a government busting into somebody's bedroom in prosecuting them for their private activity is something that. No person who believes in a free society should really be in favor of consenting. Adults participating activity of what you do. Not approve does not give you license as the government to go in and stop them from from doing what they wanna do and President Trump who by the way has been very LGBTQ friendly, particularly LG friendly's been very gay friendly that this is not a surprise coming from him. They his ambassador Germany's Rick Grenell. Who is a gay an openly gay, man? President Trump held up. A gay pride flag in the middle of campaign in two thousand sixteen how weird is Trump derangement syndrome from derangement syndrome is so strong that gay magazines are now angry at President Trump for attempting to decriminalize homosexuality in a variety of nations around the world out magazine has an article today, here's what it is called Trump's plan to decriminalize homosexuality is an old racist tactic. What? So Iran, hangs gay people. Trump says don't do that. And that's because he's a racist. When you are so woke when your brain is so woke that you are actually brain dead. That's where we are. Right now. I do not understand is legitimately. It's it's impossible to understand this sort of logic because it's completely illogical. So around hangs gay people. You're like NATs multi-culturalism. He's cracking down on multi-culturalism by telling them to stop hanging gay people from grains. So out magazine has a piece by Matthew Rodriguez. It's as well on its surface. The move looks like an atypically benevolent decision by the Trump administration. The details of the campaign belie, a different story rather than actually being about helping queer people around the world, the campaign looks like more like an instance of the right using queer people as pawns to amass power and a net. It's own agenda. The the most telling detail of NBC's news report is that his plan centers, homophobic violence in Iran who NBC news calls the administration's top geopolitical foe. So really what they are saying is that it's very bad that Trump is anti Iran on the basis of them hanging gay people from cranes because we don't want to go to war with Iran because you like around even though the hang gay people from cranes, which is weird. And it's not just this out magazine article human rights campaign put out a tweet storms saying that Trump Pence administration has consistently worked to undermine the fundamental equality of LGBTQ people and our families from day one. And they have a long thread about how terrible it is that they made this decision. They say if this commitment, Israel, we have a lot of questions about their intentions and commitments and are eager to see what proof in action will follow. So if your first reaction to the Trump administration doing something incredibly benevolent on behalf of gay people the world over is we are deeply suspicious that this is another racist move by the Trump derangement syndrome, and that is some strong strong. Stuff. These people are smoking coming up, Trump derangement syndrome has gone pretty far, but the best indicator of derangement syndrome. Probably when.

"Boy, it's supposed to get cold this next week or so for anybody living on the east coast to the mid west, I broadcast, Illinois from Illinois points east, man, we're supposed to get hit with a big old. A big old swath of frigid air. Coming up heading into this weekend. So stay warm. Stay warm. The other. Consequence. The more humorous consequence of Trump's. Fighting back against the media calling them out. Is how it's made the media. Just do so many silly. In ridiculous things. And you like Trump were they call it, Trump derangement syndrome. He's he's gotten inside. Trump has gotten inside the heads of these members of the media. He's got him talking to themselves. He's got him looking behind their back when they're walking down the street. He's got him up late at night. He's got talking to therapist. I mean, Donald Trump. Because again, look, look these journalists lot of them are good people. I know a lot of them. But man, I'll tell you what they've never had anybody. They've never had to deal with the politician who punched them back who gave as good as he got. Until trump. They're not used to it. They don't like it. They don't know how to deal with it. So they do crazy. Trump has forced them caused them to do really crazy stupid things. Like like the other day. Trump had the national champions into the White House. The Clemson Tigers college football champs. They want stomped Alabama. So Trump's having them into the White House. For a little dinner. And what did Trump surfer dinner? Fast food. Mcdonald's. Burger King served them a bunch of hamburgers fries. I think some pizza too. And son of a gun. The media obsessed about this story all these big college football players in the White House. Trump's having him over any serving them, burgers and French fries. Mcdonald's cheese quarter pounders Burger King loppers. The media. Kind of went crazy about this. There were people in the media that were offended that the president of the United States served a bunch of fast food. There were there were members of the media because again, Trump lies in Trump exaggerates Trump said that he paid for it all and he paid for a thousand hamburgers. And I swear to God, I tell you what. Members of the media were trying to count. How many hamburgers Trump really serve to the Clemson football team to see if they could catch Trump in another lot. The number of gosh darn hamburgers. Let me think about this fact check. They fact checked the number of hamburgers that Trump's Trump. Trump Trump served the Clemson football team. Now, just think for a moment. How pathetic this is. Donald Trump has gotten so inside their heads that these members of the media get all bent out of shape when Trump serves a bunch of McDonald's burgers to some college football players. They're bothered by that they're offended by that. They thought it was unseemly in the White House. I offer you serious. I don't know about you. But if I'm a twenty one year old college football player, and I see a humongous read like that. I see a humongous table full of burgers walkers, cheese, quarter, pounders, French fries pizza. I'm fricking going bananas. I'm loving it. Oh my God. That's heaven nineteen twenty twenty one years old. That's that's heavenly food. And. Again, the fact that the media didn't get this didn't understand this didn't see this. Good. God. But why not? Why did they not understand as they were writing articles in sending out tweets criticizing the president for serving fast food to college football players? How could they not see they not understand? How silly they sounded? I'll tell you why not. Because Trump's inside their heads swear to God. He's he's done. Messed them up. He look again, whether you know, plenty of like this. But I mean, Trump trolls them Trump will do things and say things constantly. To piss the media off purposely to piss the media. It's what he does. He does it for a living enjoys it. And the fact that most of these people in the media can't see that. Oh, he loved this story. The other night, he loved the fact that this set the media off how dare the president United States. Serve a bunch of hamburgers. Fast food, no less. He went out and bought Burger King and McDonald's how dare he do that in the White House. The fact that as their tweeting that. These people who work for a mess NBC ABC and the rest can't see how silly they sound? Well that. That pretty much tells you everything you need to know about. What they call Trump derangement syndrome. You see some of it on the left, right? Some of the kooks on the far left. You just you just say the words Donald Trump. "Boy, it's supposed to call this next week. Or so for anybody living on the east coast to the mid west, I broadcast out of Illinois from Illinois point ceased, man, we're supposed to get hit with a big old. A big old swath of frigid air. Coming up heading into this weekend. So stay warm. Stay warm. The other. Consequence. The more humorous consequence of Trump's. Fighting back against the media calling them out. Is how it's made the media. Just do so many silly. And ridiculous things. And you like Trump were they call it, Trump derangement syndrome. He's he's gotten inside. Trump has gotten inside the heads of these members of the media. He's got him talking to themselves. He's got him looking behind their back when they're walking down the street. He's got him up late at night. He's got. I'm talking to therapist. I mean, Donald Trump because again, look, look these journalists lot of them are good people. So Trump's have them into the White House. For a little dinner. And what did Trump surf for dinner? Fast food. Mcdonald's. Burger King served them a bunch of hamburgers fries. I think some pizza too. And son of a gun. The media obsessed about this story all these big college football players in the White House. Trump's having him over any serving -em, burgers and French fries. Mcdonald's cheese quarter pounders Burger King walkers. The media. Kind of went crazy about this. There were people in the media that we're fended that the president of the United States served a bunch of fast food. There were there were members of the media because again, Trump lies and Trump exaggerates Trump said that he paid for it all and he paid for a thousand hamburgers. And I swear to God, I tell you what. Members of the media were trying to count. How many hamburgers Trump really serve to the Clemson football team to see if they could catch Trump in another lot. The number of gosh darn hamburgers. Let me think about this fact check. They fact checked the number of hamburgers that Trump's Trump Trump. Trump served. The Clemson football team. I see a humongous table full of burgers, whoppers, cheese, quarter, pounders, French fries pizza. I'm fricking going bananas. I'm loving it. Oh my God. That's heaven nineteen twenty twenty one years old. That's that's heavenly food. And. Again, the fact that the media didn't get this didn't understand this didn't see this. Could god. Why not? Why did they not understand as they were writing articles and sending out tweets criticizing the president for serving fast food to college football players. How could they not see they not understand? How silly they sounded? I'll tell you why not. Because Trump's inside their heads. Swear to God. He's he's done. Messed them up. He look again. I know plenty of like this. But I mean, Trump trolls them Trump will do things and say things constantly to piss the media off purposely to piss the media. It's what he does. He does it for a living. He enjoys it. These people who work for MSNBC and ABC and the rest can't see how silly they sound? Well that. That pretty much tells you everything you need to know about. What they call Trump derangement syndrome. You see some of it on the left, right? Some of the kooks on the far left. You just you just say the words Donald Trump. You just say that name out loud, and it gets to get them to start screaming and crying, and they got to like go sit down somewhere you see the same. The fact with a lot of people in the media. This wasn't a story. Or if it was a story. It's just a story to applaud pretty cool thing. President United States serving a bunch of McDonald's and Burger King due to the college football champs. They by the way, they loved it. Clemson football players loved it. And most of the American people when they looked at it. And that's probably the best thing. Trump did all day. And they got it. You better believe it you. Okay. All right. I'm off to a great. The intro music is rolling advantages. Feel thank can't go any serious at a curse word, and I can't say it. And then he ran for his bag and he pulled out his headphones. He forgot his headphone forgot that phones on. Okay. It's gonna be a heck of a year. Yeah. You know, what I'm gonna take the president's advice. Okay. I loved the second tweet. I wish I could say this was the first tweet of twenty nine thousand nine that the president sent out. Unfortunately, it's not it's the second tweet in all caps as happy new year to everyone including the haters in the fake news media. Twenty nineteen will be a fantastic year Renault for those not suffering from Trump derangement syndrome. Just calm down. And enjoy the ride great things are happening for our country. Oh, my I want that someday. There will be a monument to Donald Trump perhaps for presidential library and over the doorway should read just calm down. And enjoy the ride. That's a t shirt because that's that's great advice for so many people. I did some traveling while we were out. Thank you, by the way to to you and Craig for filling in. Yeah. Well, you you we still on here. Still are work. Sure. But I was on the road. And I and I had a lot of conversations with a lot of family members and friends who were talking about how terrible two thousand eighteen was and this was just a lot of my friends. Of course, me being a millennial a lot of my friends are more liberal than I am of my family members are also liberal, and they just had twenty eighteen was such a terrible year. I can't wait for it to be over. And I said why was twenty eight thousand such a terrible year. They said well, the president was tweeting. And the president said all these mean things at press conferences. And how did that actually affect your life? Exactly, no, one can actually give you a straight answer that. So maybe the New Year's resolution needs to actually be just calm down. And enjoy the ride because I'll tell you in two thousand eighteen was a bad year because the president cents a mean tweets to you. That's on you. That's not on anybody else that you've got a personal problem thick skin, man. That's the thing. I take skin or just we've lost our sense of humor completely this last two years have been humorless. Yeah. Humorless or just don't don't. I don't know. I know there are some things you need to take seriously. But like if Trump tweets out in all caps, just calm down. And enjoy the ride if that actually makes you afraid or if that actually makes you angry, and it makes you lose sleep at night. You've got a personal problem there. That's not the president's fault. That's yours. And maybe in two thousand nineteen we should just calm down a little bit. I wonder I wonder to myself you talking about the presidential library. And when Donald Trump is all said and done there will be one because he's a former president, right? Yeah. It'll be a library of tweets. Exactly. That's exactly what I was going to say. It'll just be like this wall of like tweets there will be no writings personal insults to media. Yeah. It'll be labeled and category. Yeah. That's what it'll be tweet. Easy him. I like that though the just just calm down. And enjoy the ride just day, man. If anybody is going to have a bumpy ride in two thousand eighteen it's probably going to be Donald Trump because he is about to enter again, a two year long colonoscopy from House Democrats. So it's going to be a rough year. So it's gonna be okay. Don't stop telling yourself that. Well, I thought it was going to be okay until I heard the news on Monday was with Warren is officially running for press. This is the best news. Donald Trump could technically not officially running for president. It's the way that they do the exploratory committee exactly is an exploratory committee is an answer people who make calls pollsters fundraisers, people to put together to see if you can actually have a ground game..
