"Jazz would drove you to want to be a motivational Coach so Well wind motivational speaker. And then to. I'm a visionary life coach and our goal mindset hacks what really drove me there was just being suffocated for so long in forepart america. I spent fifteen years in the corporate world. Twelve of those years spent in the oil and gas energy sector and just having to start over twice in my career and just work twice as hard to be seen to be her. Given the way that i look than some people who see me they you know they know. My parents are immigrants. So even though like i look like a black girl i don't necessarily talk like a black girl lorsch. I don't live in a area that is populated by blacks people of color or etcetera. And then i found that a lot of people were just coming to me for different advices. Innocent people are already asking me this so after my dad had passed last year. I said you know what guy. Why don't i just really tap into visionary. Coaching work felt people work on their mindsets. Because it's our mindset that caused us to retrieve in santa really gulf war in launch out. Deep and i really feel that the area that god has called me to step into where i am helping people and went on helping people when they're winning. I'm winning. Because i see that they're letting go of those chains they're letting go of guilt is The bondage is etc inaccurate. Really see them becoming who they were destined to be. But sometimes when you don't know who you who you are you're gonna fall victim to what other people tell you. You are or what society tells you and it just something that i knew i should be doing but i slept on for so long and it wasn't until i saw my dad passed last year than i lost my grandmother this year and just different types of death stuff in in my family that really rocked me at the core routes..

"That because i just felt like when my brother passed that was time to step up in mandar relationship. But it did happen. It was always you. Just call me when you want to talk to me. But it's like sometimes it's chow the life you want to be a part of that life as well So it would just be a lot of those questions. But i think we will get there And i i believe the outcome occurs to have those conversations. Because i do those concerts and he will give you the courage and i think you already have the courage. I think he's. He has giving you the courage that i think there may be some remnants right now in your flesh that is holding you back out of trying to protect the peace. Ed you knowing who your data's in you kind of knowing his personality that is causing you to kind originally when you know that okay. This is the season that i really need to step forward rush and take that leap buffet. So one thing that maybe this start like with the ice breaker and say that i really i really love you and you know there are some things that happened. You know after a is a Angeles is that you're not too long. After he passed in. I felt like maybe you were hurt. A as a father. Grieving the loss of your son but during that process you were away from the situation in when you were away. I felt this way. So can you help me understand. How were you feeling as father just lost a child or just maybe kind soften ended up in. That will see that okay. You're compassionate. you're empathetic in. That was often the conversation so he could feel open to share. And then you kind lead in with other things there because it's so hard for you have so many questions in that person is not in a space or they don't feel like they could truly open up to you because maybe the same way that you're thinking about certain things attend each fighting about those things with you too. So then y'all bolt it. They not really tap into your full uniqueness in just having those candid conversations. I loved it. Yeah i am definitely that in mind in our next conversation can have that. That icebreaker learned a lot. I'm coming on your podcast. We didn't know that the other person they knew xiv lead that idea side definitely have to do it so you got me thinking about an episode to do so that that's the great thing around thanksgiving christmas. The holidays will be perfect to kinda do something like that. So thank you for that idea. That might pleasure. You the packaged up as a gift. You could remix. You could do various things than it will be like a way to give trip you back to your mother but also for you to learn on what she was thinking about during nat instance and were you raised by single mother. And how has that affected you growing up in where you are now. Do you know who your father is in. have you tried to. If he is still living have you tried to establish a relationship with him to ask him some questions. That may not have gotten answered yet. I do know that Data just now rebuilding our relationship. We talk every other week But i just haven't had the courage in. I'm asking god to deal with that. Because sometimes you're trying to build a relationship with someone you try not to ask questions that you feel like will bring some vision. Because that's a very sensitive topic idea. Kinda ease it in some of the conversation that we've had previously but my dad is just kind of in his own in in in how he thinks and it's like talking sometimes when we have conversations it's kind of like sometimes i feel like i don't get through but i think our bring us to a point of doing that but yeah there was a lot of bitterness toward my dad how we had talked for years You know. I think it was almost nine ten years. We had talked But we just recently started talking having a relationship. And i think it brought us more together because storm koba just made me realize life is so short and you can lose people in.

An effect and impact on our lives. And who i am and a man that i so. I think that's beautiful. And even though he is gone at you're able to give him his flowers while he could enjoy them me in his life in his lifetime has like you. I lost a sibley at a young age. She was twenty when she when she passed by logically. you're raised like m. siblings. Were only three years apart and it does something to you especially whenever they go down a different held journey. Then you're on and nancy you as ceo are. Are you doing anything in your business to pay homage in like laya foundation in light of your brother. Some of the things that you went through and at what age did you become a ceo. And how did that feel. Yes so I started While i was just wanted to do acting after a going to college university in north carolina moved to los angeles. 'cause i was like i really wanted to go full time. What the acting And then it led into going to that writing. Feel because i was completely unfed talking about ideas trying to tell this guy. He's righty scripting. This guy was like you need to start rioting so then led to me Just writing stories and things like that. Because i'm after losing my brother actually had planned to commit suicide in wanna live anymore. I'm and i wrote a suicide note to my mom. And then that led to me sitting gaba on right yet so that it led to write poetry but i didn't realize that that will lead to eventually years later writing scripts style back to some of my poetry after having been sad. I'm in los angeles. And i really need to start writing scripts so a lotta match. Goose is paying homage to my brother. Because right i'll stories that right. A lot of stealing in writing has been the safe haven for me because it really saved my life because outside express myself man we tend to press a lot of emotions and i did it star Officially grieving so first book on my brother. Because i was trying to be like being in the rocket family and hold everyone up latest book pay homage to my brother differently able because he wanted to characters in books too. I just found ways to all my scripts through autumn writing to pay homage to my brother so basically see the antibody production as part of my brother in there. Because i want to keep his legacy is amazing Ed it warms my heart because even though they are not is here with us anymore. They're memories in what end experiences we had with them will always live on anche. You know for those who believe like in heaven or hell liked died you know. The spiritual ram is counteracting with us here in the natural ranch and count it all joy whenever you are basically encountering that are divine divine intervention divine connection miracle signs wonders. All of that stuff. Some people call it the wu. That we'll be talking about today. So i'm just one of those guys that were many ads. But i love what i do. So that's a little bit about me now that you said that you're one of those guys that wear as many hats What you do. Because sometimes people see us wearing different hats and they can't you know see pass one area like for example you you're applied caster your author your playwright etc but then whenever you reach out to own people just see you as maybe just an author. No don't just see someone edges anything. Even though they have various things going on there multifaceted they could operate in various lanes. So we need to stop compartmentalizing people and really look at all the things that they bring forward to the table. And that's why today. Gonna talk about embracing your uniqueness because we all are unique. We are all masterpieces and we all have something amazing to bring forward that the world needs to see so whenever you think about your uniqueness deontay what comes to mind and what do you want people to glean from you. What we'll talk about that next hour also, uh, true crime Tuesday in the one o'clock our current case. I know we've done some old cold cases and things like that. But this is a current case. There is a lawyer in South Carolina. Who's been shot just a few months after the unsolved killing of his own wife and son. Also, I've been kind of following this in People magazine has been tracking this, You know, it's good if it's a people magazine. That's what their tagline is. Isn't really people magazine. You know, it's good if it's in people magazine Dodgers beat the Cardinals yesterday. 5 to 1 and Shannon. They'll play again tonight. Angels are in San Diego. They lost to the Rangers last night. Steve Gregory joins us Wish This was better news, Steve, but it looks like we have a serial rapist in the valley. Yeah, this is coming out of l. A P. D. S to panga division. Their sexual assault unit is looking for what they Believe are additional women that this one man has been terrorizing and it goes back as far as 2018, but they just arrested a guy named Dion Williams. He's The cops say he's 30 years old black hair brown eyes. He's African Americans stand six ft. Two inches tall. They arrested him on September 5th. And what they're saying now is they believe he has assaulted numerous women throughout the L. A county area more specifically in the San Fernando Valley. He portrays himself as a personal trainer and has business cards made and approaches these women Chats him up gives him the card. And then when they were kind of them vulnerable or weak moment he attacks them. I was just speaking to a detective on the case a few moments ago, and she says that, uh, they also believe that during the pandemic when California was virtually shut down, he was traveling to other nearby states. And doing the same crime, so they think that he may actually be responsible for multiple rapes and sexual assaults throughout the southwest. So how do they get onto this guy in the first place? I mean, how do they pick them up on Sunday? Well, they have won at least one case of mind and the detective without tell me how many women they think he's attacked in just this local area. But they said this one particular woman had given them enough evidence and enough uh you know, testimony to be able to track him down and through investigative techniques. They were able to find this guy arrest him. Now they want to make sure that there are you know, there aren't more women out there that need to come forward and just and sort of described their situation because they may have been attacked and not known. It was this guy and when they start to put the pieces together. Um and I asked her. I said, Well, how do you know? You know he's committed other crimes around there, but they're in the process of contacting law enforcement from the South. All these other Southwestern states to say we have this guy. Here's his M O see if there's any crimes out there to match, But they said Based on his behaviors and predatory nature, he targets women anywhere from twenties to forties. He picks women that are by themselves, typically in parking lots of gyms and other places like that, where they walked to their car by themselves, or they might be working out alone. And then he sort of targets them. And then, when he waits again, he waits until they're in a vulnerable situation than the attacks. And then according to like, in broad daylight, and according to the detective, He assaults him on sight because I said, Well, does he lure him away and he goes? No, they He usually gets them in a place right there where he finds him and assaults on one site. Wow. Show. What's his name again? Deonte Williams, and it's spelled D E O N T A E. Williams. Um, the notification Now that, like you said, goes out to different law enforcement agencies in other parts of the country, or at least in the southwestern United States. Here, How are they going to get it seems to me like it's a very broad category, even if they have the guy's name and his description of his picture and everything, but it's still kind of a wide net that they're casting up. Sure. Well, but they you know when you when you put these cases together one thing detectives are really good at his his keywords. And or buzzwords, most of key words in this case they're going to look at. They're going to be able to cross reference things. It's like Lone female. Women twenties to forties, and then they start narrowing down all these filters. You know, they start putting in all these filters. And then when they get they may reach out to these victims again. Are these women and say, Hey, listened. Can you give us a description? And if that description matches this photo, and you know they've got a color picture of him, and so if it matches this guy, then they start to work it up. And then they figure out they tried to triangulate where he was at where his travel plans were. You know what's chilling about this guy, too, is he worked as both Amos juice and a security guard. A masseuse obviously, is one of those professions where you have access to women and can private, harass them or assault them. And then the security guard aspect of it. He knows how security works at places like gyms or parking lots or what have you and he might know where there isn't surveillance because of his work as a security guard and has in the end is in a position to intimidate somebody. Yeah, Yeah. So that's uh yes. So they figure this guy has been added at least Back to 2018. But they said he really, really sort of went forward during the pandemic. Some good work. Thanks, Steve. You gotta guys coming back. Governor is looking to spend billions of dollars on medical services for for our Um Urban camping enthusiast friends Gary and Shannon will get into the details. You follow him on social media. You see all the things. He's posting the weightlifting. The trash talking. What have you made of everything. You've seen of deonte wilder over the last few weeks. First of all he was one of the most destructive punchers in boxing. So why is he lifting weights. I just don't get me about that wage. You don't don't translate into power if that happened. I would have been a power outage. Julian jackson because i tried everything to pick my power. It wasn't going to happen next because you're born with power. And he was born with that natural big power even as raw as it is. He didn't have an amateur that while i'm even though he won a bronze medal. He didn't have you didn't have that pedigree normally other fighters have you know. Because he's a heavyweight he gets he gets away with the all you need is a big job and a big right hand. And he has both he. He became one of the biggest attractions. The biggest punch now all of a sudden with with with one one loss when bad loss and a draw. You wanna your whole strategy. That's not how boxing works. You you fire trainers the fires. That the trainers i gotcha to forty wins. That's not a boxing works. You just. there's gonna come a time where you meet somebody. That's gonna be better than you has your number. And that's tyson fury because he has the upper body movement. He doesn't stay in front of wilder long enough to let a wilder plant feed and landa big power. And that's where the ron is comes in. That's where the lack of of a pedigree comes in. It's not as trainer. Spot is just the fact that he's a big strong heavyweight started late in boxing tyson fury. It's the opposite of that. What you do with fighters like that as you plan on going the distance with them. You don't try to go out there and knock them out. You don't fire trainers started lifting weights and you certainly start doing things that you can do for the last forty some odd fights. Try become a boxer feet. No you're destructive. Puncher you jab landa big right hand and you have bad technique. That's walter all of a sudden the trying to make them into a upper body movement nifty feet. It reminds me of when ricky hatton got knocked out by floyd mayweather. What do he adopted that mayweather style. He went from being a bulldozer to training with mayweather. Doing that pitty pat thing that he was making fun of them about twenty four seven. You don't do that. It doesn't translate and that's what's going to happen wilder you know. I want to go back to that for a second there..

"But in 2020, they came out and just upped the ante on all of it. With digs at it in You don't go get digs to get open deep. You get digs to do the rest of it and get open deep like he's just the communities apart. Perfectly complete, excellent receiver I just continue to ask that question. I need more before I can just sort of put all my faith in them. I just last year was so good. How did it happen one of these days. When I feel like it's safe to do it. I'm going to share with you. Just a short exchange I had with the head coach. That I tell my closest friends about That is like so part. It's so much what's on my mind about this. That you don't know about, but it's like, how did this happen? I mean, I love it. I mean, you can't take away the the success McDermott has had even in that. First year. I don't. I mean, I think it's almost all luck. But at first year to make the playoffs with the team they had it did happen. They did break the drought with that team, so you can't take any credit away from him. But how that happened last year. I still just don't know. I don't know how they got there. Here is Larry with us. Hi, Larry. Larry Yeah. Hi. Go ahead. Oh, yeah. So I was just calling. You were saying about how you know what was it that made the bill change their often and the answer is that that's what the league is. Today. It's a quarterback driven league. You either have a Super Bowl. Level, talented quarterback or you don't. And the only way they were going to find that out with Ellen was to give the ball, put it in his hands and they go throw it. You see what happened because you know it's working contract. You got the third. It was his third year. And then you got to know. Are we going to extend them? What are we going to do? Right? Right. So you know that was that was the year that they just said. This is what we got to do. And neither the guy's going to be an NFL elite level quarterback. Or he's not. That means we're going to probably be drafted a quarterback sometime soon, and that's all excellent, right. I mean, that's exactly that's what you would do. That's why this makes sense to you this way. That's why I mean every game. If you don't, there's only 32 starting quarterbacks in the NFL. If you don't think the guy that you happy when you were Super Bowl, you gotta go get another one. Yeah. Bottom line. Good job, Larry. I think you might be 100% right here. Getting connected with our fans brought to you by Bon Shinnick and King. A full service buffalo law firm. Joe, I think that might be 100%, right? That it was It was more than anything else. Organizational strategy. Let's see if we can win big. With Josh Allen. And if we can't, then we do the next thing, But this is how you find out. You don't find out with game plans like they had in 2018. And they fixed the fixed up that personnel as well. That's part of the same thing. You're signing guys to augment your offense and to test that further. Which is, you know, also improving your team at the same time. You're doing both things. You're improving your team, but you're also, like all right, we're going to really be able to tell here honestly. What he can do for us, and there were I mean, there were good signs. You did win 10 games. There were good signs in 2019 his running Mean, that is that is just another great part of the story on Allen that Even in 18 like he he ran for 17 touchdowns combined those first two years. It wasn't to me, though, right? It was the running, but The other thing I want to point out here is like they didn't just change in terms of like how often they were passing. But like what version of it because when they first got here who were the receivers they brought in? It was Kelvin Benjamin and Andre Homes in Jordan. Matthews like Just the guys with big names, but nobody that I would consider to be a great separator by any means nobody with any real type of speed, and then Allen's rookie year that started to change. Hang on. Hang on, Joe. Sorry, but Those are all Tyrod Taylor. They're all Tyra to Benjamin crosses over into Alan. But that's the tailor team were. Those additions were made. Watkins is traded. Matthews is acquired Benjamin mid season is traded dragging size, Yes, but like there isn't that change over until the mid point of Allen's rookie year. When they bring in Isaiah McKenzie, and they bring back Deonte Thompson like they start bringing back in guys with speed, and then the off season. It's John Brown and cold easily. And then it's Stefon Diggs, and to me like there was a There was a mindset shift at some point that this style of wide receiver does not work. This style of wide receiver does, and that's what we're going to go for, and to me that has played and do Large portion of how efficient they're passing offenses. Also, after the last couple of years. Yeah, I like it. Well, that that is an excellent strategy like you. You sort of try to Wind it back and then look at it. And then your mind goes well. Is that what you would do? You know? Is that smart if you like Larry The caller is saying, this is what I think happened as I told him. Yeah, because that's actually how you would do it. I mean, that makes sense to you and it's Mostly. I think most people would agree with a lot of what he said. But not everybody would, and that includes bills, coaches and even Sean McDermott. In the beginning who you just didn't think believe that at all? You know that? The quarterback. I don't know if that's exactly right. I mean, if you're Rex say. And Tyrod Taylor is your quarterback. You're not going to stand at a podium and say we have no chance. We have no chance to win a Super Bowl this way. I mean, you're not going to say that you might think it. I don't want to give him Credit. I not necessarily. I don't necessarily want to give him credit, though, for We're gonna We're gonna do it this way because of who we have. I mean, you get in there what McDermott has done that. I think I might give him more credit for than anything. What he has done is He stepped in and right away, even though they sort of slow played the first year to appoint only the Benjamin That's a mid season trade. You know, that was not a nothing deal or anything..

"If you're watching us on any of the ESPN socials, which would include YouTube, the ESPN app Twitter Facebook, Take talk. We're all over the place. We've got Trevor Scales. Michaela Junior Field, Yates hanging out over there. We're getting you caught up on every single pick of the 2021 NFL job and guys. Party around five. By the way, which is a little surprising when you think about how it feels like it just feels like we're flying through pigs at this point, and still a lot of guys. I know we were just talking about Shawn, Wait, but still a lot of guys that have a ton of name recognition at one of the guys that we had a lot of eyes on leading into the draft that was selected by the Panthers by way of the Patriots by way of the Houston Texans only because it's fun for me to give you that whole path. Davian Nixon defensive tackle out of Iowa. Now, this is somebody, Jim that we heard a lot about coming into the draft. And these are the moments If you believe all the hype monsters like there was just moments over the last month, where I felt all of a sudden, like Nixon was going to find himself as a day to pick and now he finds himself in the fifth round, but still somebody that comes in that had a lot of hype. Yeah, just talking to guys around the league that they felt like in the media. He was being a little over, right, But they still like the player, so I kind of felt like it would be somewhere in between. I thought maybe late third early fourth Carolina to come in now, like you just went through all the different trades these trade these these pics trade trade hands quite a bit. But for Carolina to get him where they did, that's that's a nice, big, big 10 player of the year Well, and that reminds me Ian is something you said when we were talking the other day, about one prospect slipping down the board and you said, Like on what Board and There's There's My Justin Field, and I made made a call on Monday to one NFL GM that I really trust. And I said, Why is Justin Fields falling? Because where is he falling? I said, Well, I mean, you look at all these. You know all these boards his hose boards because on my board, and this particular team does not need a quarterback at all. Goes on my board. He still the second ranked quarterback on this morning, the phone at all. Have you seen my board? No. Yes. Well, that's have you seen the other 31 boards out there? No. Well, will you tell me what bleeping board is falling on and that to your point right if public perception is completely different than NFL reality, But that's also because we respond to different things right in the media. We're looking for great stories and that that realistically we're just worse. We're spinning the dough over and over and over again, looking for good stories. Next thing just became one of those stories. It's much different than actually being in a draft room. Absolutely. This is the part of draft where you're gonna try. It develops away with upside, Jim reference his production. There's a lot to work with. He has a good frame. There were some concerns about his ability to transition. You start off at Chico College. But in the fifth round, this is really good value. And one thing that you gotta give Matt rule out of credit for you Go back. This is now his second year in terms of what they've done last year, they went all defense. They start off this year with JC Horn. They obviously took care of the quarterback position. And Nixon's in a really good place, like if he's gonna be successful. This is the coaching staff that will get it out of him. Yeah, they're great Developmental staff, and you go back and Matt Rules History year to it. Temple took a big jump Your to a baler took a big jump, and we talked about what they've done in the draft. I mean, look at the young pieces on defense. Now you said JC Horn. Derek Brown was a terror on the inside last year. Doesn't always end up in production, like most interior defensive tackles do but what he did to create for people around him. Jeremy Chan, Road runner up for defensive rookie of the year. This is their building this team really quickly in Carolina. You mentioned Derek Brown, and that leads us to dis part. This is where again guts of a team. That's where it's built. I'm looking at at best players available, and one name is jumping out to me, and it's the only player That I ever saw just completely stone Derek Brown in a game for the entire game. That's Deonte Brown out of Alabama. The offensive guard. Now people want to grip is wait because he's you know, Sad times north of 3 55. But you go look at the L s U game last year, Deonte Brown is running down the field step for step with tight ends. I mean, he's just He's a big dude. It's just a massive body. Man. He's a Mahler and he can move for 3 55. So when does a guy like that? And where? Some of these interior lineman I also Trey Smith? I know he has the You know that odd medical condition. Man. He's another mauler from from Tennessee when two dudes like Brown and Smith start to come off the board. Yeah, I love Deonte Brown. And one of the reasons Drew Brees has had so much success in his career is they built a really firm pocket for him. Me and the two guards and center were usually in New Orleans. For the last 10 15 years, Really strong ANC can anchor and short set. That's what the anti Brown could do so We're talking about some of these more athletic quarterbacks. Sometimes when they're undersized, like Baker Mayfield isn't very tall like he That's gonna be a team that's gonna have to put a lot of resource is into their offensive line. So I think he's maybe not the athlete that some of these other guards are. But, boy, he is strong. He could short set and he could keep a pocket firm. Yeah, Deonte showed up in Mobile for the senior boys. 3 60 years north of 3 60. Got Adonis in the three forties. That is probably already 3. 50 took off significant weight in the matter of about six or seven weeks on usually plan that matchup against Derek Brown. You're right. I mean, Derek Brown that year. Nobody gave him problems except Deonte Brown and I'll bring it back to a really similar player from last year. Um, you know the guard from Damian Lewis, the guard from L s U Seattle takes him in the third round. He makes first team all rookie. And I mean, I think Deonte Brown was just a slightly better player than Damian. Here is two rounds later, still around. I think this is also the time to get great value, right? Like when you start talking about the interior portion of the offensive line. We all know that guard is something that you can hopefully address later. If I'm Carolina, they just traded up. Would not be surprised if one of the names we just mentioned goes here to Carolina to protect Sam Donald my nuts here, Mike because they just moved up right there and again. I don't know. Deonte Brown is just an absolute steal right now to me in the fifth round. Yeah, and again, you know, they also just took DVR Nixon again. Another big body guy with some athletic upside, so it would make a lot of sense doesn't look, it's gonna go that way. You know, it's still a great idea and As Keith Taylor the corner from Washington. Yeah, let's go skinny outside of the big inside, but again when we're in this part of the draft, What can you develop on? What's the attributes and this guy has massive size. Again. I look a team like the Raiders, who lost a whole bunch of offensive linemen. He would be a good fit there and what we'll see here..

Zion williamson turned it down some players that really of used that slam dunk contest to kind of up there up their presence within fans of the nba. But they said nossa. Remove a forward. So the hawks. The question is going to be with the atlanta hawks. Newly i bring this up as to build them much broader topic than i want to get into because look the western conference. I saw that game last night. Between the l. a. Clipper the la lakers clippers of the celtics. But i also saw the second game. Which was the phoenix suns. And the los angeles lakers lakers were without markelle saul without cal. Kuzina lost to the sons. Even though devon booker got jetted kind of wishy washy type of call there but chris. Paul played a fabulous floor game. The sun's let basically from pillar to post goodwin solid win for the sons to to surprise team. Whoever thought of a team an nba basketball team. That was owned by robert. Server would be in the position that they're in right now but he was dishing of chris. Paul deonte Deondraye aiden has played much better. Defensive skills have gotten much better. His expansion of his offensive game is getting better. He's been a positive influence And he's been a great asset for paul. The work with. I like my bridges being the three d guide. Bench is strong. I think monty williams is one of the better coaches in the nba. You put all that together especially with the momentum that they had off of the Bub experience that they had this past this past season going down to land. Orlando it kit. It can only help. So the suns are no joke. Couple of hiccups for the utah jazz but they still remain. I think as a right now. The best team in basketball until anthony davis comes back. The lakers are gonna be sputtering. Just a bit. I think that the break for la is coming up at an opportune time. Quieter focusing on back spasm. Here was a guy who missed the game last night. He just the boston celtics poetic. Even without kawhi the clippers plate well despite losing boston starting to turn things around namely kemba walker starting to turn things around playing much better. Marcus smart is still out. The celtics still have problems especially with tatum and brown getting to the rim finishing at the rim but still tatum brown still to all star players in their early twenties. Who you want to continue to develop continued to build around again kimber walker. I think it's going to be the king So the celtics turning around just a little bit. Good victory over the kawhi. Leonard lewis los angeles clippers but next the western conference. The western conference still has its meat and potatoes to deal with with eastern conference bringing this up. Because look you take a look at three teams philadelphia brooklyn in the those are the only three teams in the conference that have that are at least two games over five hundred you take a look at the seatings between four and twelve the number four team in the eastern conference in a number twelve team in the eastern conference botanist number four. They're currently eighteen. Seventeen one game over five hundred. Four games ahead of cleveland who number twelve seed their record sitting at fourteen twenty one now..

Turnovers Doom Saints in 30-20 NFC Divisional Playoffs Loss to Bucs
"Bill. I just want to dive into it here. Because there's a lot to get to after watching the bucks. Beat the saints. Thirty to twenty so new orleans had been in tampa bay twice this season in week. One about four hundred years ago and then again in november. So what was the difference in this game vs those other two. I really simple pablo the saints. Just didn't protect the football. In the two regular season games between these teams the saints won the turnover battle. Both times there are plus three in the week one victory and then one up in the rematch. Tom brady threw five picks across those two games. Only seven in his other fourteen games. That really felt like the saints had his number and they were gonna have to flip that to win in new orleans. Well they flipped. It didn't turn the ball over the saints coughed up. Four times including three interceptions drew brees. The bucks turned the first few takeaways and two touchdowns and use the fourth to wrap up the game and kneel down. It's virtually impossible to win a playoff game. That sort of margin the saints will just sloppy in this game. Mean breeze could have thrown four or five picks. He threw an awful interception under pressure for the first one and on the same page with alvin kamara on a scene route for the second interception. The third bounced off jared cook. Who also fumbled away a completion on a drive where the saints were looking at. Go up to scores. They lost the ball and proceeded to give up seventeen unanswered points to end their season. So clearly the bucks had a formula of sorts for stopping breeze in it seemed like every aspect of this game. But it's not just that they stopped him instead. They made him look straight up terrible really often and i'm wondering how did they do that to that degree. Well i really think that todd bowles bucks defense. Look the tape from last week's game against the bears look how drew brees was playing. Look at how pal those receivers were moving and just didn't think there was anybody in that lineup who could reliably win against man coverage or beat them down field with their speed. This was especially true. After the saints lost deonte harris who had two long punt returns early in this game to a neck injury the saints did get a long touchdown but it was not with brees on the field. It was the lone snap for one jameis winston who came in and use the same trick. Play the bears ran against them last week. For a long touchdown coming across his sanders they handed to them. Refers goes to jameson mega man. Wide open trade smith at the twenty five fifteen ten five and a touchdown saints and jameis winston. What a touchdown pass against his former overall when breeze on the field it was pretty clear at the game plan was to dare him and his receivers to try and take shots towards the sidelines and get downfield and the game plan worked the bucks used heavy doses of twists and stunts upfront create pressure and then just smothered breezes receivers. I honestly it really felt the only reason. Sean payton didn't bench breeze for winston on the last drive. The game is because it was probably a last few snaps of drew brees his career.

"Situation, but it does put a lot of pressure on a few other players. I think, especially when you look Brian Griffin, who has played well, we'll get more minutes now, Joe. He's been really good, especially in the last game against Saint John's joined only 14 minutes. He had seven points and eight rebounds on the year. He's averaging about five points and five rebounds. Playing 13 minutes a game. Definitely expect that to go up. It sure would be nice to have a guy like Deante miles in the lineup right now, but he's been hurt with a hip injury. So you know Xavier's down two of their big their bigs and Deonte Miles and Ben Stanley. So Now, you know, it puts even more pressure on on everybody, especially that the Xavier Wings to provide more of a scoring punch. And, uh, I'm real curious to see how it's gonna affect the rotations and the bench play with Xavier, in essence, only having three Biggs right now, there, you were gonna have to play smaller longer in the opponent, The Providence friars. They can grind you down in the paint job. They got this year's version of Tyree Jones and Nate Watson. He's just a big bully down low. He's strong. He's 6 ft. 10 £265, and he's just looking to mash you and just maul you down low And if if you don't He will. I mean, he's averaging 18 points and seven rebounds a game. He's a senior. Let's get right to your game plan for the ideas and the Tar Heels going into the match up well started North Carolina. I think Mission number one has to be to protect Sam. How will this offensive line? Really found their stride down the stretch running the football. We mentioned those two running backs. We just name Michael Carter and Davante. Williams had a combined 544 yards, their last time out against Miami. Much of the credit the old line, but they struggled a little bit protection. Ravaging, giving up around three sex games. We got to keep him upright Text. CNN has some seriously good pass rushers. Then you gotta get off the field on third down, looking at him Averaging over 56% on third down, they possess the ball really? Well, you got to take advantage those opportunities defensively on third down and get off. Random look no secret you gotta establish through and it's been a struggle for North Carolina's defense all season, stopping that run. They're giving up over 156 yards a game on the ground and then look, play your game control the tempo. The last time out against Tennessee, Shawn. They held the ball for 44 minutes.
