"Others aren't getting anywhere else and how desirable does that make him going forward? He's used to getting what he wants from this franchise, but his desire to be traded hasn't changed. So what is the latest regarding the beard? Wo Jin Ramona Shelburne Reporting, Houston is expanding trade discussions on James Harden beyond his preferred destinations of Brooklyn and Philadelphia. Several teams telling ESPN they're feeling less inhibited about trading for hardened without assurance that he'd Reese I. Once he became a free agent in two years, the Sixers have signaled a willingness to include Ben Simmons in a trade package. Whoa! Judge On SportsCenter. The Sixers have signaled a willingness in these talks to include Simmons in deals that include Harden, but likely would need to include Ah lot more. They haven't really gotten traction. Philadelphia and Houston on hard and deal, you know, they have talked. They've talked about a number of scenarios. And among them, Ben Simmons has been brought up. But right now, Philadelphia's reluctant to break up that end Bead Simmons partnership without a massive haul back and I think for in their minds, perhaps even more than James Harden. But these air negotiations the MBA just announced tonight. The trade deadline is set now for March. 25th not sure it's going to go that long, Houston Yes, And they would like to get a deal done if they can find the right deal and move on from this, But they have a package of threshold that they want to reach, and they're going to keep moving toward that. But there has been more conversation with more teams here in the last few days. Woes joining KJ easy this morning at 7 45 eastern Charles Barkley on the show on what he would say the Horton If he was Houston Brass, we're gonna get rid of you. We're just trying to get his much as we can. There's probably only four or five players who I've ever played against. Have been watching for the last 30 years to have some type of power. Let's be realistic because you know you talk about number one guys who are this guy they say is always late was that's like my number one pet peeve. You gotta be on time, because if you're late One time two times. That's all right. But if you're late all the time, you just said, I don't care about the players. I don't care about the coach. I'm just gonna do it my way. But when you can't talk about trading players like that's amazing to have that type of power. Meantime, the MBA is investigating allegations made against Jerry West in the Clippers involving the 2019 free agency recruitment of Kwai Leonard. Johnny Wilkes, who claims to be Close to Leonard and best friends with his uncle, Dennis Roberts, and filed a lawsuit against West and the Clippers, alleging the team owes him 2.5 million in an aural agreement made for helping the Clippers sign letter. The lawsuit alleges that Wilkes told West he could provide vital information to help the Clippers landline Leonard if the team agreed to pay him that 2.5 million first services and according to the lawsuit, West agreed to the terms. He denied any improper conduct in connection to Leonard and a statement to TMZ Sports from college Basketball. Florida postponing its next three men's basketball games, while florid Chianti Johnson continues to show what athletic director Scott Strickland calls truly encouraging signs of progress keep in mind. He collapsed on the court during a game against Florida State last Saturday, remains hospitalized. While undergoing further test and evaluation. He is alert, moving and talking Kentucky coach John Calipari with this reaction to Johnson's medical condition. We know he had cove it but I would hope if there was something related to covert. They let us all know. Because I have a couple kids. It had it earlier, but the second thing is, I lived it. I lived it with Marcus Camby in 1995. We were it's ST Bonaventure and Dante Dante. Bright came running in the locker room prior to the game and said Coach Markus fell out. Markus fell out and I went out and he was unconscious in the hallway breathing but totally knocked out unconscious. I took him to the hospital. I didn't coach the game. I went to the hospital with him and stayed and stayed overnight. When we got back. He went to another hospital, and they never found out what it was. They say 70% of those kind of things. You never know why it happened the rest of the season. I was really conscious of him, especially when he first came back if he went down and grabbed his knees. My stomach was in my throat. But he ended up played the rest of the year, and he had a terrific 17 years in the MBA. And so let's hope that it's the same. But if it has something to do with covert, I would say every coach in the country would like to know if that if it did on the floor on Thursday, the big 12 offered five verse 14 matchup that was settled later some up top today with now OSHA struggling forces.

"And Klein What I am enjoying seen on social media this morning. Are those wishing the veterans you say thank you for serving our country as today as 11 11, it's Veterans Day. Have a positive guy, and you guys know that I just want people to have fun. And if it makes you happy you post about it. When a rainbow appears in the sky or when there's a sunset, my entire social media feed and yours, too gets filled with the same damn picture. Enjoy the sunset. Lousy amateur photos because they never look great. Especially someone tries to a picture of a full moon. You might as well just take your phone, throw it right in the river. And they always think that their photo of the rainbow or the moon or the sun set is the best one and they're the first person to post it. What's already happening today on your feet and mine as well is because it's 11 11. And this has what I'm gonna tell you has nothing to with Veterans Day, but it's the make a wish. People are screened, Grabbing the left hate the city, and there's a makeup with a ship in Disneyland and meet Dennis Rodman. Shut up Any sick kids make a wish was me, Dennis Robert, but it should be should be So now everyone is telling me to make a stupid wish. Why does ever it's not even lucky? First of all, it's a coincidence when it hits 11 11. What's the matter? You don't like wishes? I mean, that's what's the What's the problem? It's nice to think about what could be and if you're in a car, and you see it's 11 11, you go make a wish, and then you take a moment. For yourself. How can you If you don't mad about I want your West striker will take it because it's a waste of a waste. If you don't use it, 11 11. There are certain days that people that you know, superstitious or they go into. It happens only every times. 11 11 happened like 45 times a year tops, right? No, it's twice a day every single day and on 11 11, you get the date plus 11:11 a.m. m ps three times in +13 Today. In one year, though, that means one once a year is really which I was trying to make a joke that I don't know. Pick up my hilarious joke. Thanks for staying for explaining how the counter works trigger Don't say typical. I was just thinking about Wait. What is this guy talking about? Right now? I don't think he knows what he's saying. So The point is, if you are one of these people, and this year, I think people are just looking for something to grasp onto to bring him a little bit of positivity. And maybe Today is that day. So if you're going to be so anti wish, which I'm shocked because I would have seen you somewhere to say to me. Were distracted. Put most of his money, I would say a wishing well, if there was a second seems like the guy that's constantly throwing coins and going. Oh, bring me this and you bring me that and more candy. And, like, all like he still wishes from Children at the same time. Yeah, I really wanna cool tricycle. Sorry. You're 40. You know you make a good point climb because I feel like if I were to make a wish for myself. Fine. I'm gonna ask for the standard you more money or whatever trouble But to make a wish for on behalf of another person. I feel like if I were to make a wish for you, or if I were to make a wish for striker, it's almost like I would have a better understanding of what you really need more than you do. Let's make wishes for each other than because it seems selfish. If you're making a wish for yourself, right, That's everyone is doing that today. And those probably immediately just get crossed right off because it's like Other selfish A whole wants the one making millions. But if we do wishes for each other, there's a better chance that somehow we permeate whoever it is up above that figures out. How the me let's man you guys better not jinx me making a wish for me or whoever you're gonna make a wish for Aly's. You want Go first. We can make a wish for I hope of strikers bedroom cost him 10 times as much. That's my wish is that they actually knocked out a load bearing wall. They have to build a whole new house and I will give you a wish, right? Now, striker. Okay, really sincere Wish Right? I mean, when I think about it, I think my main wish for you and beat every do college because I feel like you didn't get these variants that most people had, like, You know, most people was like Rahman and sex. And for you is like taking pictures of old naked guys here. He had a nice gay experience in college, You know? So then Mike goes college was like a homoerotic Billy Madison. No, but my real wish for you striker would be It doesn't have to be this this week. It doesn't have to be next week to go one week without being nominated for a striking award.

"Welcome Back to the show. We're speaking with Rabbi Dan Fisher, High Stakes Litigation attorney adjunct professor of law and rabbi of Young Israel of Orange County, California Rabbi Fisher you mention before the break. Republicans will retain the Senate, and therefore, that puts AH block on some of the more radical inclinations of the Democrat Socialist Party. You know, I counselor. I hate to assume facts, not in evidence. And if you have to run off for those two Georgia Senate seats, you know anything is possible. So so we don't exactly know yet. I think it's more likely than not. I would agree with you, but it's not a fate accompli in a lot of ways. I'm a libertarian, not a libertarian Party voter. But ever since I've read Ayn Rand's Atlas shrugged well, Living the fountainhead. I've been a very strongly impacted by her thinking. Nevertheless, these morons who run third party candidacies on the Libertarian Party line. I don't know what they're trying to accomplish, but what they've effectively done as you mentioned the Georgia Senate election. So David Purdue is at 49.8%. He's Justin Itsy bitsy short of the 50.1 and meantime, the libertarian got 2.3%. I hope they're really proud of themselves. Same thing in the Georgia presidential elections with Biden if the Countess honest and I don't know that it is, but best, Biden is ahead of Trump by about 1000 500 votes and meantime, the libertarian picked up 61,000 votes. So the idea that you've gotta have this even more pure kind of small government approach. You end up with a Democrat socialist president. You end up with the Democrats socially. You want to send it like that. That's part of it. But I think that when Georgia goes to a runoff, I think we're very well situated. Did you pick up most of those idiotic libertarian votes and to be ableto carry both Those seats? At least one of them in your piece in the spectator that you referenced. You also will go through some interesting case. Studies of Of at least allegations of voter fraud in American history. And how that played out finding of ballots late and so on and so forth. I mean, we know we know all about that where I live in Chicago. That this is not fiction as the left would have you believe? But don't you find it interesting that the idea that Trump is asserting that the election may have been stolen that he won the account with legal ballots, and the Russians say, Well, you don't have any evidence for that. Well, they're filing suits, and they're going to have to present evidence if they want to win the day in court, And so that process is playing itself out. But the rhetoric of President Trump says nothing particularly new and certainly the existence of bonified instances. Voter fraud is replete throughout American history. That is so true, because, while the left wing media is talking about how Trump is a bad loser and asserting all kinds of allegations that no one ever asserted before the reality is that there's a long history of Democrats truly stealing elections. On the one hand, you've got the intimations. You mentioned Chicago, Of course, the famous 1960 presidential election that Richard Nixon, probably one and in which you know last moment they suddenly Found votes in Chicago that gave it to John Kennedy. You've got landslide Lyndon Lyndon shots and made it into the national scene by winning a Texas United States Senate seat through suddenly, likewise, just magically finding votes and he ends up winning by like 77 votes. You had the Minnesota United States Senate election that Norm Coleman had won reelection is a Republican. He was up by 725 votes. And these were the years before these three days in five days. Maura Mail balloting he just won by 7 25 votes. 725,000. Democrats suddenly start finding votes after the elections over giving it to Al Franken by 310 votes, including 400 prohibited convicted felons whose vote simply weren't allowed. And then you had Ted Stevens, the United States senator in Alaska, who was on his way to another reelection, all of a sudden, the Democrats. Find some way to convict him of something that was not even illegal. He gets convicted a week before the vote. As a result, he loses the election right after the elections. It goes before a judge Emmet Sullivan, of All, People know friend of Republicans who throws out all the charges, says that Stevens is honest. Six of the prosecutors get investigated. Lead prosecutor ends up having to leave the government Another prosecutor ends up committing suicide while he's being investigated. But as a result, Ted Stevens had lost the seat for doing nothing wrong. Back in 1956 in Rhode Island, the governorship was stolen when the Democrats governor Dennis Roberts, manipulated votes. If the Republican challenger, Chris, the Sesto had beaten him, and he turned Rhode Island at the Rhode Island you write in your piece if Jim Crow was an evil in a prior century, we now have John Vulture when it comes to our elections. What do you mean? What they're now doing is hip in the old days under Jim Crow, we not we, the Republicans that actually was Democrats, always with Democrats perverted the fair election process by denying one group of people their legitimate franchised by taking away from black voters. What we now see where I'm calling John Vulture is that they're stealing and swiping elections. Like violating some of the most core principles and voting give you an example. There are states like here in California, where I'm based that have voter harvesting and would vote harvesting means is that the one hand the state goes and send unsolicited mail ballots to people who, otherwise they don't know what's going on. We have a lot of people, for example, who don't even speak English. Here in California. A lot of people from South America, Latin America, and now what happens is you get college kids who know idea was the college kids on the left to go to people's homes. They say, Do you need some help Voting? I hope you vote and they basically fill it in. Then they tell it to the person you know, it's tough to sign here. If you can't sign just making X and then don't worry about it. I'll cast your vote for you. So you got somebody. There's no What's going on Letting the college could basically fill out the form. The college could takes it after the person fills it out, and if the college could successfully convinced the person to fill a Democrat ballot boxes Said. They submit like a whole dump of them. And if it turns out that the person said, no, no, no, I like Trump. I like Trump to the college kid takes the Balaton throws out. The garbage never puts it in. And you have really vote harvesting. In some states. It's a corruption. It's a horrible thing. And it's part of the system of which Democrats have actually figured out ways to increase their voter turnout in order to overcome the Republicans success with established voters who actually have skin in the game. So if people like you and I pay income taxes, and it really matters to us, because as of getting decided in Washington It's just directly in terms of what we're gonna have to pay. Democrats decide Well, we're losing those voters the ones with the skin in the game. Let's see if we could.

That's the team that they're up on their up on Seattle three nothing you know they just cruise within Robin. Seventy two win team. I don't think it's that team. I think it's a team in nineteen ninety-two with Horace Grant. I just thought whereas grant was a better player than Dennis Robert. Not a better defended about a player and less selfish. You Know Robin turned into a into a selfish thing. Because I was in his Rodman Horace Grant would would leave a rebound for somebody else. Go part somebody on the perimeter and I thought that was the team. It's a great conversations. I said this up one day I get a call from Michael Starts. Outta hell just goes. Are you crazy? Like what the ninety two team over ninety six. So we've had this back and forth and I. There are times when I get a look from him. I think he's considering. Christopher went to bed while Dennis listen nervously on the other end of the boat after some time Dennis decided to check in on them and Robert turned his anger on him which according to Dennis was so intense that Dennis genuinely feared for his own life. Frightened. Dennis went back up stairs and turn up the music in order to drown out the fight that was happening below him then around midnight. The fighting stopped and there was silence. Dennis waited ten minutes or so then. He went and checked on his employer. He found Robert. Sitting at the ladder to the dinghy curled up and crying. Dennis asked Robert What was wrong. Robert responded by telling him that Natalie had gone missing. Dennis found this odd for several reasons while the yacht was large. It wasn't large enough for so into truly go missing on board and Dennis had just heard Natalie yelling at Robert only ten minutes before. Dennis asked his boss if he should turn on the boat. "dennis roberts" Discussed on KGO 810

"Outdoor furniture, heat lamps inside outside really cool fans blowing. I mean, just just an awesome spot to watch the game. And we'll be here throughout the day. Watching all road games, of course, around week four in the NFL guys. We'll we'll get into her Jimmy Garoppolo. They're talking a little bit about coming back there. Nine or defense has been and you look at it. It's a work in progress. I mean, they're allowing twenty nine point seven points per game six worse than the NFL. They've they've they've missed forty three tackles fourteen last week. There are on pace to average to miss two hundred and twenty nine just to put that in perspective, they missed one hundred twenty five last year to twenty nine is the is the pace they're on right now. And it's their linebackers who are leading the way the Niner linebackers have missed nineteen tackles Dennis Robert Sala defense coordinators. Do not like miss tackles. No, no, no. I mean that's up at night on this one. Yeah. That that makes coaches crazy. I mean, I I can imagine as a defensive coach watching the film and just seeing and I'm not I'm not talking about, you know, open field tackles, you know, we're we're we're talking about two or three missed tackles in the middle of the field or or down the field where you got to secondary guys battling the bring someone down. And and the ball carrier is still running after initial contact. And and that's that's basic football wanna one if you're a defender. I mean tackling is part of your technique. It's something you learn way back in pop Warner league, you know. And you learn how to wrap up a form tackle. And I know the rules. I don't know if it plays a factor in this. But I know the rules have changed how you can tackle guy. But it's still it's the basic fundamentals. I mean, if nothing else you grab on and you hold on until someone else can come and bring bring the ball carrier down. But you know, tackling has to be your highest priority as a defender when you go onto a football field as far as Ruben was concerned because they missed seventeen last week. And he was the biggest offender he missed six is that just inactivity, can you put it at that? Or could be a little change his form because you just you just talked about this not only is the league changing in in what they're doing the ribbon fosters had a ton of shoulder injuries. And so he's trying to change his form. So you put both of those things together and the inactivity, and look I'm not making an excuse. But I'm just simply asking you was that a major part of him last week. Ruben guy, it could be a little bit of you know, taking those two weeks off. And then you know that last preseason game he didn't start in the last preseason game. But you know, he's a guy that plays a heat missile. I mean, he's the guy that just runs downhill, you know, his thing is you just got to get his head up a couple of plays last week was headed you have to see what your tackling. That's, you know, that's that's that's basic fundamentals. But you know, he's a guy that he's always going to be you know, leading kind of with his shoulder and his head. He's got a guy that he's a missile in. And that's how he plays the football game. You just gotta be able to see what your hit. And that's just you know, the the activity and then him not planned for two weeks. And now he'll get back to where he is. Because he's a great tackler. He's a great tackler in college. And he's been a great tacklers is short NFL career. So I believe he's gonna he's going to work that out. But everyone else is, you know, you just gotta you know, you gotta focus. You got to focus on the details and understand your defender in your number. One job is to tackle. They are maybe a tick behind maybe for reasons, John you mentioned it was Reuben. I mean, he's been out a lot, Malcolm. Smith. He had barely played at all. Warner rookie in his first NFL season playing a middle linebacker, and then you go to the safeties. Tar Colbert have been dinged up a little bit. There's maybe some reasons for for guys to be a tad slept. One thing I'd like to see a little bit more. I was looking at the breakdown of what the Niners have done so far defensively they've been a seventy nine percent cover three. Okay. And then that makes sense that's the predominant coverage with a single high safety, you know, that Robert Sala loves to us but only thirteen percent blitz percentage, which is a very low rate. I know Sala doesn't like to send more guys. But the reality is Dennis at this point. This is the fourth game. They don't have an interception. They haven't I believe they forced two turnovers total. They need big play if no interceptions. They have to speed things up. I'd rather see them. Dial up a few blitzes and get toasted and get the defense off the field than just sit there and get nickel and dime to death. Yeah. And the thing about if you're gonna blitz you're gonna put, you know, your Cornerbacks on an island and right now, I think they're still looking for Richard Sherman is going to be out. But they're looking for a corner that can can play a bump and run can be more physical and had that sticky. If you're on a blitz, you know, your secondary strain. I mean, your secondary has to have sticky coverage, and they have not shown that this far this season yet. So if you're gonna run guys in there, if you're going to run six seven guys in the guys on the back end, you gotta have great coverage or you're going to have these busted play. So I think solids just kinda thinking, you know, it's safer. Maybe if we can get past what are what are front four, and then place them zone and cover these guys, and you know, rallied to the ball. But right now if you're blitz and guys. You're talking even more BUSTER enough busted plays in the secondary this season this this this short season already in it. And I think you know, you your secondary's been on the strain. I mean, there've been they've been kind of stressed out back there because of not getting the passion it's not getting to the quarterback in quarterback. Sit in the pocket in rhythm and throwing pick plice passes down the field. I think you just hit it right on the head, Robert solid. Probably would like to draw something up but Richard Sherman out of the game. But killer Weatherspoon is gonna take that that position that rivers is gonna be staring right on on front side. That's going to be difficult. Even when covert has been healthy hasn't been the player that was last year you're down to your third safety now with with with the injuries. They're your top two guys out there. I just I don't know how how they're going to be able to do it with all these weapons against the chargers. You gotta bring pressure, but you can't leave these guys on an island. They're just not talented enough. There's no question. And this is why this looks like a mismatch on paper. Niners could be without three. Their four starters in the secondary. And you got Keenan Allen Mike Williams on the other side with Philip rivers. Who's got eight touchdowns in one pick and is averaging three hundred passing yards a game. Mike Williams is becoming a force Jimmy Ward's going to be on the spot today. He's going to have to play significant step up and play big. You know, it's going to be interesting because you know, the chargers are a team that they love to throw it to their backs. If you look at the breakdown of the weapon or the the target distribution Kim now seem Twenty-eight targets second on that list is is Melvin Gordon twenty four and actors got eleven so I mean, they got thirty some odd, you know, passes to running backs, and I would imagine the Niners may do a lot of that today. So if you if you're a guy who likes passing to the running backs this is your game in the last two weeks to forty seven show, they can really cover about coming out. The backfield is a lotta yards thrown to to the backs in in the last two weeks and last year with CJ Beathard we see he was checked down king. He targeted running back. Wchs. At a at the highest rate in the entire league. Thirty two percent of the time. He was throwing two running backs underneath. So if you like that kind of a game you're going to see more that today and tackling is going to be once again at a premium. Really it absolutely is wrapping on Gordon running backs underneath catching the ball. From Philip rivers is going to be absolutely huge. The other thing that's going to be a huge challenge is the chargers. Offense of line has done a really nice job at protecting rivers. He doesn't get hit a lot. He gets rid of the ball quite often. So if the Niners have to rely on their front four in the front front, four get stonewalled, Robert solid may not have any other choice. But to send some extra rushers at the veteran. Philip rivers. So that's going to be interesting and then the forty Niners defensively in the secondary. Who we gonna see who do you think guys is going to be the starting secondary today? I think I think you're gonna see a lot of Jimmy war today. I mean, he's a guy that. You know, he he can play free. He can he can play corner. He's been in the nickel. But you know, he's he's one of the veterans in in that group, and he's going to have to show a big today. Yeah. I'm look I'm nervous about Witherspoon. He got forced in. He wasn't better last week than he was the first week. And I think that first and foremost target him. Then they'll go to Jimmy I shudder to think because Jimmy has struggled to stay healthy, if you know to make sure he's healthy. I don't know how healthy Colbert is. And again, like I said before he hasn't been that effective when he's in there you down to a third safety. You got two linebackers who look I think both foster and Warner have a ton of potential and Warner's played well in the first two games. But I'm sure rivers of veteran guy like that is going to move them with his eyes is going to try to their overaggressive. So I could see some misdirection like what Kansas City ran that. Great play where they faked left fake, right? Went to the middle screen to Kelsey. That's the kind of thing you're going to do with the young defense. It's going to be overly aggressive. So like, you said, I it look it's going to be tough. It's going to be tough. It's gonna have to be breeding Morris in the run game. And you know, we mentioned Brita Morris also Hughes checking the one thing that's pretty clear watching the first three games is that when the Niners go three wide and the one back. It's use check as they're they're back. He's been there back in the three wide receiver formation almost exclusively. And I would imagine that you may see him utilized today out of the passing game in the passing game to try to make big plays..
