"Fired multiple shots fired at Mayfair Mall sources telling WTMJ news radio that at least seven people have been shot at the mall. A huge police presence as you could imagine. At the mall, multiple jurisdictions on scene, the FBI, the 80 F ambulances have been seen leaving with people loaded in them. With lights and sirens activated and police presence continues to move into the mall, the mayor of what would Tosa Dennis McBride, saying that they were about 75 vehicles there, the mayor saying that multiple people were shot, but that none of the injuries were believed to be life threatening. And the mayor, also saying that the perpetrator remains at large. We're trying to get ahold of the mayor. He's always been a good friend of the show. But as you can imagine, he's got a lot going on. That's good news that none of the life and none of the injuries appear to be according to the mayor, life threatening but not so good that the perpetrator apparently is still at large inside a very large urban mall. The medical examiner's office was not called to Mayfair Mall, which is also good news. We've been asked a few different times about the number of SWAT teams that are still seeing in that area and what they could be doing at this time among You know items that we may not even know about some of their duties, maybe just to clear them all just to get people out of the mall because many of them are in there, either sheltering in place are being told to hide in closets. That's Typical standard protocol. When you have a shooting like this, Yes, and you know there's a lot of that going on. It's a stark reminder of the dangerous world we live in. Especially if you're a law enforcement official when you see all the different jurisdictions descending on the mall. They seem to be focused on the West. Entrances to Macy's. I should say the entrances that face west. They look towards Mayfair Road north End of the Mall that Northwest corner there. That is where the large police presence is right there kind of buy the pot bellies restaurant. There's an exterior entrance that also enters right into the mall. Between Mayfair and Pot bellies, and that's where we've seen the majority of people going in.

"So fired by law enforcement around 76 in north just after eight PM. What does the police say? Protesters were throwing bottles at them, prompting their response. What does the police chief Barry Weber says they will continue to ask for voluntary compliance for the city's overnight curfew throughout the weekend. On case by case situations where we tell our officers is a group that is voluntarily walking back to their car, and that is okay, let's go. People are 70 behavior that is unlawful or disorderly. "In communicating with Wauwatosa Mayor Dennis McBride last week. He did say that There has been a desire on the people who charge of always toss it to not Tip their hand to anybody who might have any intention of causing disruption. But what type of response was going to occur or for that matter, when anything was going to come down? However. After rumblings that have a note for several days that A charging decision or non charging decision. Was imminent. We have now gotten multiple indications that there's going to be an announcement on Wednesday. Apparently, the family of coal is Alvin Cole is going to be briefed by the DA's office that Wednesday afternoon. And there will be an announcement. Shortly after that. I can't fathom. That the decision is going to be anything other than a decision to not charge. Remember the D A's office doesn't decide whether or not somebody is guilty of civil wrongdoing. They decide if somebody's committed a crime. You could even make the case that the shooting was not Following proper police procedure. But that doesn't mean that you're murdering someone. District attorney's office deals with whether or not a crime was committed. The family of calls still has the ability to sue Tosa and Sue MENSA and so on. It's to everybody else under the sun. For civil damages because there's a lower standard of proof at a lower standard of wrongdoing in order to collect their the DA's office is acting on whether or not there's a crime. If it is going to be a crime for a police officer to shoot some wood. It takes a stolen gun. Fires it. While running as part of a mob. Into a crowded shopping mall at a time in which those types of facilities have been the subject of mass shootings. A shopping mall that has had repeated instances of disturbances disruptions at violence over the years. If that is a crime were essentially telling police officers that they are not allowed to defend us ever even when people are firing gunshots. Had Officer. MENSA nightshade call call red into the ball and shot up with his 36 rounds of ammunition 23 people And killed them in Mayfair. People would be looking at the wall between the police department is being derelict in their duty. We rightly criticised the cowardly police officer down at Marjorie Douglas Stone one. I think I said that in the correct order the school down in Fort Lauderdale, where a couple of police officers waited for backup before entering the school when there is an active shooter. Much less shooting that even go in We expect law enforcement. To protect us. It is undisputed that calls gun was stolen. It is undisputed that it's 17. He was not in a position to carry a gun. In that situation. It is undisputed. He had no permits. It is also undisputed that the gun was stolen. We later learned in terms of his intent. Vidia 36 rounds of ammunition at an extended magazine mating. That he had the ability To add that on and fire all of those shots, essentially one after the other. We also know that their wass trouble going on it may fair at the time. I have not seen a video of the incident. They're apparently could be different interpretations as to whether or not call attempted to kill men, so when he shot at him or if he was merely firing a shot in that direction But either way He's firing a gun while running into a mall. What he's told to stop. Aside from whether or not it is good police work to shoot back to claim that that's a murder is preposterous. The D A's office is taken forever in looking for In deciding whether or not they were going to be any charges, and I suspect That's what they were because they were trying to give the benefit of the doubt to see if there be anything wrong here. Have they decided on this more quickly. They would have come up with this long before George Floyd in Minneapolis and all of these other things that nobody would even be remembering it. But because they took it like a zit did it gets put into the middle of the whole George Floyd thing? Why? Because the people that were out there causing trouble in our straits. We're trying to find some case in Wisconsin to focus on and then and have what in any other city, remember? This is before Kano shot heard. They only could grab Wauwatosa because they couldn't find any other police shooting to gripe about anywhere else. So this one was never a problematic shoot. It's just the one that they talk. Furthermore, they took toes isn't well. He shot three people idol The first two were cleared, open and shut And they weren't exactly all within the same week sober a multiple year period. Off the three shootings involved. It would seem to me that the last one, the one at Tosa was by far the most defensible of the three. It wasn't any reaching for a gun or I don't know what it was a gun. He shot a God. Stolen running into a crowded mall. Given the fact that clearly there's being warning given as to when the announcement has occurred. There's been a decision made, and obviously the governor's office is involved in this. But everybody's going to know in advance. I believe the following I believe that this could all go off fied. This isn't rocket science..

"In the case even of George Floyd. We're still not sure what precipitated this, but it's likely that the cops simply would not get up what he should have gotten up. Terrible. Not Defending it. But it didn't to be a conscious attempt. To kill people drive around like a bat out of hell for no reason other than the fact. You're having fun pretending that you're a protester. In neighborhoods filled with children on the streets piled Straits Park at both sides of the street plus Zillions of people drive anyway because of the protests. And then bringing that kind of goon behavior from the suburbs into the city. The people shouldn't tolerate this. The black residents of Milwaukee who have to put up now with white suburbanites coming into the city at an endangering black and vay claim, black lives matter. These ozaukee people that are out there endangering black lives driving like this. And as I say this is the one that resulted in death I watching this stuff with my own eyes. Maybe, I could ask Andy Triplet, his bodyguard, carrying the long gun why frank calls himself ranked city by the way we are hearing that there are some people that are concerned about Bugaku. The white supremacists were marching in connection with this carrying assault rifles that there are some people are questioning why. A, movement that's private on black lives, matter is affiliating itself with a lot of people who appear to be white supremacist cetera there carrying guns around, but Everything about what happened with these protests is. As an opportunity to go to the next level at riot and the protesters themselves have done almost nothing to raise their voices that opposition to those who have chosen to riot, and instead of condemned police who go in. and. Unions are big job killers in inner cities because they raise up the cost of doing business, and they therefore become very very vulnerable to nine you employers that can come in and undercut cost which Walmart and target have generally done in the cities that they've entered across the United States and Especially Walmart has gone for being as I say. The Chicago Sun. Times reports that eighteen people were killed on one Sunday thirty first making it the single most violent day in Chicago in six decades over the full weekend, twenty five people were killed in the city with another eighty five wounded by gunfire. Think about that. Eighty five people were wounded in Chicago and that one weekend. Is the weekend of May thirty-first. That would have been you know a weekend and a half ago. Would have been not Memorial Day weekend. The Memorial Day weekend would have on the one before. Riley continues none of these. That's our shootings involved police, so there will be no massive protests over them, no tearful commentary on Cable News and social media, no white politicians wrapped in canty cloth, taking a knee for photographers. Sadly, the only thing remarkable about the episode is that it occurred in the middle of a national discussion discussion about policing the political left with a great deal of assistance of the mainstream media has convinced many Americans. George Floyd's. Floyd's death in police custody is an everyday occurrence for black people in this country, and that racism permeates law enforcement. The reality is that the carnage witness in Chicago is what's typical law enforcement has next to nothing to do with black homicides and the number of interactions between police and low income blacks is driven by crime. Rate's not bias. According to the Sun Times, there were four hundred ninety two homicides in Chicago last year only three. Involved police. So long as blacks are committing more than half of all murders and robberies, while making up only thirteen percent of the population, and Salon is almost all of these victims are their neighbors. These communities will draw the lion's share police attention. defunding the police are making it easier to prosecute. Officers will only result in more lives lost in those neighborhoods that most need protecting. There's nothing wrong with having a debate about how better police a better policing strategies how to root out bad cops, the role, the police unions, and so forth, but that conversation needs perspective and context, and the press rarely provides it. People are protesting because the public has been led to believe that racist tops are gunning for blacks yet. The available evidence shows. That police use of deadly force has plunged in recent decades including in big cities with large large populations of low income minorities in the early nineteen seventies New York City. Police officer shot more than three hundred people year by twenty, nine, thousand nine. That number had fallen to thirty four. Think about that this. Riley is pointing out. Yeah, that was one of the stations that did that. But you know Paul knows. Hulu Jack is you just didn't know the bid, but? Tommy Edwards is like the greatest sidekick Kaffir he his own show. He just came on afterwards, but he I think he made the animal stories thing as much as Larry Lou, don't you? Oh, absolutely the site of the. He just through the the comments per little dog. I bust up now thinking I haven't heard of men forty. I'm sure they live on the Internet. I would I hope Larry Save those tapes. I know there are a big thing I like I, said I think he put out a record album of them and. Which would have better? That's too late now for him to do anything about it. Well. He Larry's death. So. Maybe maybe a family member held onto, but they're on the Internet. They're on Youtube. They're out there on ninety four. Th You know I went to college Lacrosse. There's. The Cross obviously had zillions of kids from southeastern Wisconsin where there and Plus I'm was a mascot major, so most of my friends were in that and one of the things we just talked about with was out of the media at the time and everybody. You know I was even then involved in radio. It just talked about radio. At all the guys Milwaukee they would talk either about. You Larry the. Legend was just beginning. To kind of become known here, and he was on a country station at the time, so he didn't really get the talk, but people talk about David, Haines, at Bob Berry and the stuff over WWL KY. AD. I never really heard much about right been at the time. I didn't hear about him until later on, but then they would also talk about. Chicago the general consensus was wfl was better than wls, but then CFL went under all their people went over to w over to wwl asset. It was a little bit after that that Stephen Gary came in on the Luke that was more like seventy, nine, eighty, eighty, one, and so on, but we just talked about.

What you're talking to be careful that using that phone when you use the phone. "I've been left as an individual who generally goes out and does a lot of things with nothing to do. There are lots of people like that. The brewers draw thirty thirty, five thousand, even on weeknights now. All those people have had nothing to do. The bus dry. Eighteen thousand fan, those are people that have nothing to do. Remember all the people who last year during the playoffs went down to the Pfizer for him and went into the deer distant. Just watch the Games on the outdoor screens, thousands and thousands and thousands. Those people have nothing to do. You give 'em something that you'll like. Have some of these fairs that Rod you will find. That a lot of people who thought he would normally go to the county. Fairs are GonNa go to these things. There's such a pent up demand of the part of people who are fed up with being told, and frankly having been misled from the beginning people about how easily you can attract Kobe dead. It's GONNA kill all of us in all. You have to be within twenty. Twenty five feet of somebody and their germs a spray on you and the next thing you know your eyeballs pop out of your head all this crap, essentially anything that came out of Faucher. goofball mouth turned out to be rock everything we got from the World Health Organization filtered through China which pays now turned out to be wrong, so we made all of these decisions on this. This, premise canceled everything. We still keep everything cancer down. You still can't go to a ball game that if they played basketball planning a bubble in Florida. See You got all these people who still want something to do that. Don't want to lock themselves up all summer. The only time of the era of the weather is acceptable in Wisconsin. They love to go to these things so. So I think you would find all sorts of people. Especially people in by age group in Paul's age group would love to see some of these bands like the toys and bad boy and this Bella Kate and all of that stuff, and we would be perfectly fine if that's the best that they could put out of the county fair wouldn't don't you agree with me on this? And I think that they would do spectacularly well, so don't say you can't book bans for less than ten thousand dollars. Because if that's what you think, you're in the wrong business. It's sad. That Washington. County is behaving as though it's Milwaukee. County Dane County in shutting down things like this, just because some people are too damn lazy to do their jobs that they don't like the fact, and by the way and refused to this executive director. When are you going to tell me whether or not? You've doc yourself or not, and if you haven't talked yourself, tell me what you're doing with your time all summer given the fact that you have chosen not to do your job and wouldn't stand up to your board. Members by saying give me a chance that the rise to the challenge and put this thing on I've got another point to make. This, all sounds like a ramble, but it's not. This is in a way organized Washington Ozaukee County how the Joint Health Department. They have a health director that's running around still issuing these now..

"You have the constant protests that Mayfair that resulted in the mall, often having to be shut down. You have had any number of stolen cars racing through the community and we have had Talib's involving in one case, a Milwaukee, police officer, but an incident very close to the Tosa line killed by a reckless driver speeding away. These are just in the last several months. In terms of what's happening Robert Costa here. There's more trouble at Mayfair when there's trouble at Mayfair, the mall as it could I send out their rent. A COP security and I'm not making fun of the security at the ball. They've got a very very hard job, too, but the most security is going to handle people that are trying to smash up the mall or cause all sorts of trouble. They call the police. They call the police. They call the police and the police have to come with their brooms sweep up the mess. That's going on at Mayfair. Mayfair is by far the largest tax property tax payer in the city of Walla Tosa important part of the community, and they can't allow that to go south so the there again here you got a bunch of kids that are running through and causing a disturbance that all of a sudden in the middle of all of this hooliganism somebody goes out and pulls a gun as it turns out. It's a stolen gun at police officer. All right all you sanctimony lefties. Do they get their attention? To say allowed because not many sanctimonious left. He's unless debate. So I could ask it rhetorically, but if some of them are in there. Okay, all you sanctimonious lefties. You got the seventeen year old with a stolen gun pointing at you. What are you GonNa? Do Time Up. You got that much time to decide because if you wait any longer than that, you're probably dead. You'll little wheaties shot forty two times. You probably a hit all the wrong people. And you're getting on this, cop. And the city council is going to respond to all of this. Go out and have it a special beauty to go and start kneecapping the police department. I.

"So when I have, public officials are public servants or people that are sucking down public money like The Washington County Agricultural Society that. I simply ducking my questions, and not answering my questions and starting, explaining why if you're not gonNA. Put on a county fair while you're still suck it in a paycheck while you sell out the residents of your county, who would like to have a county fair? Well I'm going to have to plan it out to the public because I think that there's no other line of communication that we have have right now. Sentence was longer than the last one. Today is the day of long sentences. I should take breath. I should take a breath. We carry. You know what if I actually couldn't breathe that I? Say That people are gonNA. Think I'm making fun of George. Lloyd base that on what happened in Wyoming Tosa? I. Do know this everybody who's pulled over by a cop from here on out is going to be saying that. You know that it's going to go on. I told the COPS, if they'd been saying that all law let the people that they always say that. By the way let's work this and right now you get the tenor of the environment that exists in this country, and why you have to be very wary of some of the things that are being pulled by liberals. They're using this all over the map to do things that they've never been able to figure out how to do in the past. There's this TV show I referenced it every now and then it's called cops. It's been on for like twenty five years. It's new season was the start next Monday. In, other words like five days from now, Monday. The paramount network canceled the program. The shadow of the episodes, they've canceled the program. It's not. They cancelled it because they don't want to put out anything that glorifies police officers. That's what they said. We don't believe that this is the time to do. A show that puts these police officers in a positive light. This is the environment that we're at now. There are people who like Cox. WHO PROBABLY SHAVED ABOUT THAT TV? Show cops for a long long time and they don't like. Like anything that presents the cops is the good guys and the bad guys. The bad guys and they never figured out honeywell. We don't like the People Watch this show. It puts police officers that are positive light, but now you get this thing. George played at all over at if there's incoming from every possible direction. They're getting done all sorts of things that they've always wanted to do. In the name of George Floyd in Minneapolis. These things have nothing to do with George Flooded Minneapolis. Liberals are attacking on all fronts, and your defense is almost non-existent. It's a few talk. Show hosts who are trying to keep track of everything and let you know what's going on. Wa.

"Do a nicety. Nice show lead. He said Love Dhabi so critical. And every day. Events happen that require me to be bay. I wish it didn't have to be this way. Now, we could start with this. Is it about pastime that all these government officials that still say that they're remote working from home. Suck it up and come into work. We got riots going out in some cities protests going on and others. We've got law enforcement firefighters in any number of other municipal employees working. Why do we still have some mayors and county board members and Other, lazy useless excuses for so-called public servants sitting at home where everybody knows, they're not really doing much work at all really. I either number of employers that still have people remotely working I can't keep track of ours. I can't tell if the people that aren't in our building. Our people that we've laid off. If there are people that are still working at home, I mean we've laid off so many people that I can't really tell. Where do you know I mean have as a regular people back in the building or are they not? You don't know either. You've been gone yourself see I don't know he was gone yesterday I. Believe we've only furloughed you, but now you're now. You're on furloughed. Is that what you're deal is? I'm merely being docked your furloughed. Trust me. You got it better I. Come in and I'm getting less pay your urine there. You get to Goldberg when you're not paying. The point that make against is that we have a lot of important issues going on with government right now, and it's been very very hard for many individuals citizens to find out what is going on which is my way of introducing the program here? They're going to be a couple of topics that were going to open with. Up with including, what while Tosa is tonight where they are moving very very quickly to go after and essentially kneecap their police department. I think before a lot of people are even aware of what happens. One of the things that you have to know about liberals is they attack on multiple fronts? So when you've got a situation like George Floyd which as I say. Amazingly people have jumped into to turn into an attack. Police officers everywhere in the United States they. They then follow it up with actual governmental action and people look back at two or three months later how they're police. Officers were disempowered or as was the case in Walworth County. How we reauthorize the goon squad to go out there and start burning down people's furniture, fortunately for those of you listening to the program yesterday, we found out about what was going on in Walworth County. We found out what the county administrator Mark Luba was trying to pull and it. It was rejected by the county board. Tend to one yesterday afternoon. Because dozens of people showed up at the last minute, attend a public meeting and make it clear they don't want us. They have a bunch of hack. Public Health officers running around issuing orders that allow them to quarantine. Healthy people steal their furniture, lack their houses and close businesses. The Supreme Court struck this down, and we don't want government officials looking for excuses to come back and reauthorized health departments. Departments if you wanted he fund anything, I might suggest we start defunding some of these health agency officials who have been wrong from day one have issued terrible advice who have no concern about any individual liberty whatsoever, but sit in their offices accountable only mayors and county executives and county board any issued your coney and orders that terribly affect people's lives, and then act as though they're doing us all a favor when they have butchered this. Kobe thing from day one. That might be the longest sentence. I'll say today's show..
