"It's like he wants people to figure out that he's a serial killer. Because if you just had killed one woman at Lake Sammamish, likely the police again would. Would think this is a one off. Maybe not connected with any other cases I think it's both it's two things. He's both brazen and thinks he's smarter than everybody. Yeah, and to he is becoming unhinged with his compulsions. It's all he thinks about he's you know he's getting further away from this dual life. He's two sides of a coin. He knows how to pretend, but now these lives are. Splitting you know he can't control it like he did. And in an interview later when Bundy was asked about the murders of Ott and Naslund, he told investigators that ought was still alive when he kidnapped Naslund and one was forced to watch as he murdered the other. There's something about the idea of like him wanting to get caught. Yeah, real secret. He wants to see how close to the edge. He can get pull back like how close can I get to them figuring out? It's me without actually being caught. You know, but that's going to be his downfall. I mean the thing for sure right there that I keep hearing that I'm wondering about is he keeps using. Using this VW bug serial killer one. Oh, one switch things up, so they don't connect your crimes. And here he is using the same vehicle over and over and over again so in September of one, thousand, nine, hundred, seventy, four, the body parts of ought, and NASLUND and Hawkins are recovered two miles from Lake Sammamish in a wooded area after the Spanish killings Bundy knew he wanted to keep killing young women, he would need to move to another state where they weren't looking for a suspect named Ted who drove a VW bug, so he moves to Utah and guess what happens fall of Nineteen, seventy, four, Bundy Anders, the University of UTAH. Law School and in October. October of that same year Bundy Murdered Melissa Smith and Laura Amy in November of Nineteen, seventy four. He's messes up again. He tries to abduct Carol Ranch from a shopping mall and here is a newscast explaining what happened during that time Carol Garage parked a car and this parking lot at the fashion mall shortly after began what she now calls her personal nightmare bundy posing as a police officer approaches a young garage. He tells her that they've apprehended. A suspect was trying to break into her car. He said they would have to go down to the main. Murray Police Department to sign a complaint. The ranch entered the abductors car. She jumped out of the car the. The man jumped out waiting. What looked like a crowbar? She broke loose ran to the street, flagged down a passing car, and an elderly couple drove ranch to the Murray police station. The search for her doctor began. It's so funny the style of it you can tell what era is he just kind of cool I mean well. It was from a different time. People are not used to these types of crimes back then they have described it so much in Washington. Has Seattle in Washington was known. It's like no crime matter where they've wrong. How many serial killers did we have under wraps that we didn't know about? Yeah, yeah, but there's still this. These are shocking. And then again back to his obsession, he fails to get killed ranch and then that same day. He abducts Debbie Kent From Her School and Bountiful and kills her. But botching the abduction of Ranch Utah is now looking for Durant kidnapper. They don't know anything about Ted Bundy they, but she does have a description, and of course the car did he call himself Ted again. She didn't even get that far. Okay, yeah, I don't think I don't think so, but can I. Put out there to that like if you're a detective looking to help somebody out. You're probably not driving a VW bug, but we'll, and that's what she said the way she did smell his breath, which made her suspicious, but then when she saw his car, she was like Oh. He's undercover. So these things that we knew to kind of like our hackles are raised, but we kinda talk. Try to talk ourselves out of it. We don't. Think that people are that evil, or we WANNA see the best in people a lot of times we'll yeah, and and I think he was so quick about it the second she was in his car and they were driving and she was like. Hey, wait a second. The police stations over there. He's starting to try to handcuff her and there's no door handle I. mean they were up against a seasoned killer by this point? The abduction of Durant Utah is now looking for her attempted abductor. Bundy looks for victims in a new killing field trolling ski resorts in Colorado. Where of course he's going to fit in okay, but a VW bug is like the worst vehicle to use at ski resorts in Colorado Yes, but he's GonNa fit right in, and there's people from all different states that come to ski resorts, and he's just gonNA slide right in right under the the you know the radar in March, Nineteen seventy-five. He abducts Karen Campbell from a hotel in Aspen Colorado. Her body is found a month later in February so now March, nineteen, seventy five Bundy abducted and killed a ski instructor named Julie Cunningham from Vail Colorado. was never found. April nineteen seventy five Bundy killed Denise Lynn Oliver Son from Grand Junction Colorado. He said he left her body in the Colorado River, but but she was never recovered, may nineteen seventy five bucks kidnapped and drowned Lynette. Don Culver his youngest victim twelve in a bathtub, then later said he discarded her body in the Snake River and her remains have never been found I. do want to point out that Grand Junction and Vail. The Ski Resorts are several hours away from each other. So he is in his driving. And? He supposed to be in law school at this time and so there notably, he's like missing a lot of school and gets warnings that hey you know you're gonNA fail. My Class I'M NOT GONNA. Let you take the test. And he goes in Chm uses the his law professor, and so he goes back to Utah in between to take these classes Oh. Yeah, he's still. He's still at the university on striving. Yes, he's driving obsessing. He's like a shark so June. Nineteen seventy five, he kidnaps and kills Susan Curtiss Fifteen, and she was at Byu at a youth. Youth conference I mean she's in middle school in July nineteen, seventy five, he abducts and Kills Shelly Robertson from Golden Colorado three days later he abducts and Kills Nancy Barrick from Layton Utah, but on August Sixteenth nineteen seventy five bucks. Luck runs out Utah Police Sergeant Bob Hayward notices. Bundy's Tan nineteen. Sixty eight Volkswagen parked outside of a home at three am and Sergeant Hayward knew there were two young women that live.

"It is my honor to have Denise Lynn on the House Meditations podcast today, someone who I think brings the wisdom of the sacred feminine insight as an ancestor of the Cherokee Indians, and as a deeply empathetic person, so thanks for coming on the PODCAST. Thank you so much for having me. Yeah so <hes>. How maybe we'll just start out by. How is your heart doing the these are really daunting times. How is your heart? Lamb assuming you're talking about my my emotional heart, and this has been a <unk> for everyone really, but for so many of us. Such a challenging time it's been a time of had times in days where I feel like I've just been brought to my knees, and I have times when I feel like both my arms are cast up to the heavens, and my heart is opening, and I can feel the creator deep inside of me. It's just been a roller coaster in I'm a big believer in embracing it all I know some people like to just just embrace the positive emotions and try to suppress the negative ones, but I think that. They did. Health emotional health spiritual health comes from embracing all of it, so it has been it has been a roller coaster, and it's been a time of. Just deeply felt love and. But then also times of a fear and challenge in era days. And so I'm just I'm I'm there around that sacred fire with everyone? Feeling that all? The last few months, you've been sheltering in place in your home in northern California because of the global pandemic. How has how has that been? You know it's it's. It's been an interesting time <hes>. I tend to be a bit of an introvert. So in that regards I have loved having this time in my home I've loved having this time with my husband, but at the same time I have so many friends and acquaintances that are going through such hard times that. I I have a foot in each each realm one place. Where is Kinda cool I'm get to be home in another place where Oh. My Gosh people I deeply care about are going through such challenging time so it just. It's just a hard opening time. A heart opening, yes. Have, there been any <hes> particular practices that you've meditation practices or contemporary of practices or <hes> I. Mean You have such a <hes>? So many decades of study and practice with various traditions various modalities. Techniques. In this in this time that we've been sheltering in place. What <hes> traditions practices have you drawn the most? Now, I'm going to share with you something that I do every morning. It's not something that everyone can do depending on where you live but I think there are forms of this that anyone can do. So? I tend to wake up early. And then I go sit outside. The Sun isn't up yet, but in the east, the the horizon is just starting to get that beautiful amber color. And, as I look to the sky, I see the bats. And in the stillness of the early morning these big, they're big bats around here. These pick bats are spiraling around and around. And I love watching them, and as they continue to to kind of spiral around the the couple of pine trees that were left after the big fires we had here. There's the sound of the first bird. And in the second bird, and then over time the bats disappear, they go. They go to sleep and the birds begin their morning chorus. Do something to me about the beginning of a new day. Every day can indeed be a new beginning. And I think that's for me really important to remind myself that no matter what happened yesterday, know better. What is happening in the world? No matter what is happening to my friends, today is a new beginning. I find that reminder of the new beginning in the early morning, and this is not an uncommon practice in native in ancient cultures, the idea of greeting the day being pressed for the day. Of especially looking to the east, the place of the rising. As, honoring and acknowledging this day begins new is a time honored tradition. So I think that's what I'm doing is just honoring the beginning of every day. I think that's something that anyone can do. It doesn't cost anything. It doesn't take very much time just just just. This state is new and I can. I, no matter what the challenges have been. This is a new beginning. So that's what I do. Ryan you know for for so many people <hes> because. With the with the pandemic, and now with with the unrest, there's a lot of fear anxiety. A lot of that fear and anxiety comes from just uncertainty. Are Not certain. What's going to be happening like tomorrow or even today? So do you, could you <hes> offer some advice for those individuals? Who when they ate when they wake up, <hes> they already they're their psyche is already sort of <hes> marinating in uncertainty, and in fear anxiety, so that moving into the days actually can be quite daunting. So I would offer two things. The first thing is that in regards to the fear is. Out something very interesting about the savannahs of Africa. In the SAVANNAHS, there are watering holes. and. The life of the Savannah the life of the land depends on these watering holes. During the summer when it gets hot, they get smaller. They begin to get stagnant. And they begin to die except for the crocodile, the crocodile goes into those waterholes, and it looks like chaos. It's all and as he moves his Taylor. She moves her tail whips it around. Everything looks muddied. Everything looks looks chaotic, and yet that brings life force energy. The Life Force keeps up the pond in the these areas of water alive, so that the the animals can live until the spring <hes> until the the rains come again. I also think of a stagnant pool, the first six inches Leclair. However if you begin to get fresh water flowing into that pool, it looks muddy for a while. It looks turned up. It does not look could, but eventually you can see the sandy bottom. A recurrence to fear at suggests the this is what I'm doing for myself. Is it looks? Bad. And I remind myself on some level that this is bringing a fresh new energy, the the chaos, the fear, the uncertainty of this time is bringing a new level of understanding, and in terms of you talk about the early morning. In many years ago in a tiny little town in England cul pregnant seaside town. Some of the residents were concerned because there was so much violence so many accidents so much drunkenness and they're sweet. Little town people would surge to the town in the summer, and then there'd be a lot of chaos. They said what can we do? They believe in the power of intent. They believed in the power of prayer. So, once a day for only one minute at exactly noon they would send energy into the fountain. They would just visualize peaceful thoughts going into the Fountain and they visualized at that peace would radiate out from the fountain into their town. Not The individ year. They thought it feels better, but is it subjective or is it really better, so they got crime reports will for that year crime reports were away down. They got emergency entrances into the hospital for that duration. That was way down. In every accident reports, way down. Everything diminished. The began to share this concept with people in other towns, the same thing one minute today to a central point with the idea that that piece is spreading out in every case when they would take statistics of that one year compared to previous years. "Radley Valentine and Radley's an expert in the Tarot. He has a bestselling Tarot deck several actually once called Angel Tara? He has a couple bestselling books. Three bestselling books the big book of Angel. Tarot compendium of magical fangs, and how to be your own genie He also has a Oracle car deck. Angel Answers, which is very popular for everyone. How You Doing Radley? I am doing great. How are you I'm good I'm hanging in there and all this craziness that we're living in and Howard. Things going with you with all this going on. You know it's really mostly. It's good, you know it's. It's funny. Because you did a blog just recently that so resonated with me. called need a little resilience lately, and you talked about how there's the ups and downs and some hours a day. It's great and some hours not so great and I think that is really a message for where most of us are right now including me, it's like they're days where it's like. Hey, this is great. I'm doing great. I'm doing all this stuff. And then there are days literally where I can just wake up and be like. Is there is this whole groundhog day reference to the movie thing going on for us where it's like you know you get up in the morning and you hear sunny and chair and. Well some of US do. You know and it's just you know it's like okay here. We go do this again, but for the most part I'm great, you know it is a time of great introspection and how you use that, and how you make the best of it, I think has a lot to do with. Will we get through every day? And during this time. It's a good time to learn new things. That's for sure and I. Bet you. There's a bunch of people listening that have been thinking about some day using Tarot cards or cards in their lives every day or maybe. For other people as well friends family members. What can you tell people about using something like Angel Terro in these times you know and Terro, and in my version Angel Tarot which I like the best. Is You know great about being able to help people to get insight. There's the there's opportunity for a connection to the divine, which is more palpable, more poignant for me. It's very often a thing where you laugh and you're. Don't I should have done that or I didn't know that, but here's my validation. But sometimes you know, terror can be deeply meaningful depending on how deeply meaningful your life is, and or the phase of your life that you're going through, and because we have all been sort of in one form or another, even a few are quote, unquote essential, and you are out there on the front lines you're life is still different. Your life is has still been shaken up. There's no way around that unless you were already living in a cave with no Internet -An. But I think that the opportunity for people to I fall to learn something new. Yes, I think a lot of us are doing that. There's a Lotta means running around. That are pretty hilarious about. It is now official. If I had more time, I still wouldn't be working out. Right and so on, but whether we're trying to work out our bodies or workout, our souls are spiritual health We have this moment where it's like why not make that leap? Why not do something to further our connection, and even for people like me and my compatriots and friends at Hey, house, that I'm close to. We spend pretty much all our time. trying to connect spirit, trying to connect to divine and yet even we are finding that. Wow, this is a really rare moment for increasing that connection. Tarot is just one language of the divine it's it's which one resonates to utero angels that combination. Are You more into what Denise Lynn teaches, she's a genius. She's brilliant. She's a dear soul. Whatever is reaching out to you. What ever is calling to your heart? Answer the call, and obviously no one's born knowing about all this. How did you get started using the terror your own live? Maybe that'll give people an idea of how they might start doing the Oh. My God. This is where date myself so I grew up in Knoxville Tennessee. At a time where a metaphysical spiritual thought was not on, you know just rampant. Knoxville was not the progress. No, the the head of progressive thought at that moment, but there was the Internet, and and so I hear, I was seeking I loved angels. I wanted to learn about angels. That was my that was my quote. Unquote Gateway drug to terra was angels. And so there wasn't a lot of teachers. There was a O. L.. And the chat rooms and this was back when. You logged on to AOL and you heard. Now you're at twenty eight baht and you're racing along and and there was a chat room. Angels speak. And I would go, and you only only let twenty one people into a chat room so I would just sit there and keep hitting the button. Let me in, let me in. Let me in, let me. And until I would get an and there were really amazing people in there and one of them was a woman whose name was Carla Flack, and she was all about angels, but she taught Tarot also, and that was how I got connected, and when I say follow whatever methodology whatever quote Unquote Language of the divine that enchants you. That's what I did I. It's it's you know. I was following angels, but then here was terro stuff and I was like. Oh my God, I love this. What is this? Teach me more about this and and I'm. Compendium of magical things was all about trying to create a buffet for people in a buffet line for Teat, communicating with the divine, and all of those different methodologies are magical and wonderful i. have got to know them so well by writing that book that I learned that they all have power and magic in our lives, but it was the terrible. That touched me. It was terro that really reached out to me where I was like I. Get this. I understand it I have an innate heart to heart connection here. And that's how I started and so that's. Why am I a a big proponent of Tarot? Yes, do I WANNA teach utero? Let me but if that's not with your heart than fine, what does and embrace it and go after it? And so how did using Tarot Change Live? What big change happened by that connection? My God. What change didn't. I mean I star once. I started learning it. It was in a way. It was.

"And thirty days and today I'm going to be talking with Former hey house employees but now super coach and author of many books Nancy Levin and some of the books that she's written are setting boundaries will set you free which actually you can get right now for a dollar ninety nine. So you're going to want that when we're done with this interview. She wrote a book called. Were the permission to put yourself. I jump and your life will appear. That was first book while her. Second Book Really. She wrote a book on poetry too. But that's a long story But Welcome Nancy how are you? I'm so happy to be here with you. Read good talking to you. I bet we never thought we were going to do this. And fifteen years ago. Oh boy that's for sure that's crazy times we're living in and you`re. I know you're busy. Coaching lots of people. Because you have lots of coaches and you coach individuals and groups and train coaches. But I'd love to start out just talking about your latest book is all about boundaries. Boundaries are something that's probably coming up for a lot of people right now as they're going through all that we're going through with corona virus and everything that's going around it's so true. I am seeing it with so many clients and students in different ways. So they're the boundaries. Now you know I'm seeing clients who have a full House. For the first time you know their spouses now working from home. Their kids are home. And it's Abou around space and time and how to find the time and to coordinate the timing collaborate around space and time and a new way I'm seeing boundaries. Also in terms of you know we are physically distancing that is that is a boundary that we are holding and seeing where some people are responding to that and some people are not so. There's a lot of different ways in which boundaries are coming into our world right now because really when I talk about boundaries. It's the limits that were setting around. What's Okay and not okay for us. And so what I'm seeing is that this current climate is actually in some way making it easier for people to set boundaries because they're able to sort of US covert nineteen corona virus as like a hall pass they'll be able to continue those boundaries as things go on like what do you. What were you fighting the biggest boundaries people had trouble with before this and then and then how do you think this will help with those those either one? I don't know yeah so I mean one of the biggest boundary one of the biggest challenges people have in setting boundaries. Is this is simply saying? No we have this knee-jerk need to say yes and we acquiesce. And we sort of crossover. Our own territory into someone else's because we're trying to manage their experience we don't want anyone else to be upset or disappointed so we end up saying yes when we really WanNa say no what. I'm seeing now more than ever is that people are able to say no because it's sort of like they're getting their training wheels right now saying no and my hope is that they're building that courage and confidence. They're building the boundary muscle in this time to be able to take into wherever we're going next. It seems like the people get a lot of practice. They're definitely learning. Who knows as far as staying away from people and doing different things and maybe that will cross over but do you think they're having trouble saying no like being so close with their family and everything you know what I've been hearing from my clients and for my students is that they're sort of being they're they're they're feeling more. They're feeling more urgency around there. Yes in their nose. So they're actually being able to express their nose a bit more easily right now and they're feeling like they're able to take themselves into account as well as everybody else. 'cause that's something that I really. That's you know that's an invitation in this work is. Are you willing to consider yourself at least as much as you've been considering everyone else in your life and right now even in the close quarters where there's a lot of consideration of everybody else but I'm seeing that my clients are actually finally willing to also consider themselves that makes sense? You have a book on that too permission to yourself. I read all tied together. It's all tied together because what happens. Is You know and for anyone listening. Who is identified as a people pleaser or a peacekeeper or conflict? Divider or you know someone who who doesn't want to rock. The boat were so used to making sure everyone else has what they need and what's happening now is realizing that we can't give the empty. Well we actually have to make sure that we are that we're taking good care of ourselves also another issue that's coming up as as people like our around their spouses a lot in there. That's causing some troubles. People some people are loving it and some people aren't so are you noticing any of that I am and so that's why I'm seeing that I'm seeing that people are having to actually put their stake in the ground and claim some space. Even if it's something like I'm GonNa go into the bedroom and I'm gonNA spend an hour in there on my own. I'll come out when I'm ready things like that. Being able to actually find places to be in the House I have one client. Who will go sit in her car just so that she can have some space and some quiet you know or we can still go outside so go for a walk? Walk the dog. Whatever it might be but finding the ways that we can actually still get are still get our time to be in to to listen to what's happening inside of US instead of listening to everything that's happening around us. So what are some other things? You're hearing from your clients. You know what I'm really noticing is it's been out there. And all the social media means the whole thing of like Shakespeare wrote King Lear during a quarantine and all this. So there's this whole sort of layer of pressure to feel productive and we're putting so much pressure on ourselves to be productive during time where you know it's causing additional anxiety beyond the crisis that we're in and so I've really been working with my clients. Many of my clients tend to sort of show up as the overachievers type A. And so I'm really sort of working with them around separating out our sense of worth in value from our productivity and really identifying one thing per day to focus on as opposed to having a whole laundry list. I've been seeing you know. Funny memes are funny things on social media about here. We are three weeks or so into this almost four. I guess and it's like oh I thought I would have clean my house by now so I think that we had this idea of all the things we would do if we had the time. And then we find ourselves with some time and then we actually really get to know what's most important to us by what we're actually doing with our time but to not put this extra pressure on ourselves to have to be super productive so to me there's also an opportunity here to slow down. I'm seeing that more people. I'm hearing from more people that they're you know that they're just needing rest. They're needing more sleep. They're needing more downtime. I think our systems are in hyper hyper awareness mode and I can see that there's such a need to actually again back to the permission piece but to really give ourselves permission to slow down especially when we've been going you know at at warp speed. It's a really big shift to actually allow ourselves to rest and I think that we need that restoration more than ever before right now for Sherwin aided and you're imagining to clean their house I just did an interview with Denise Linn. It's all about getting clutter out. Dare anyone deeds clutter to be removed. Look for the Denise Lynn Interview. That's awesome. She's a real expert and she gives them great insights on how to get it done like one little step out of time. So so you're you get that taken care of while you're in Your House. I love that Clay something else. I'm really seeing is that you know there's still is this sort of need to recalibrate what's happening right now. So you know people are trying to sort of live life. Currently how life was before so there which is really essentially trying to put put a square peg in a round hole. So I think that there's also an opportunity here to start to recalibrate readjust You know check in around certain things around time. How do we to certain times of Day? Now that it's you know if the morning doesn't have to be about getting up super early rushing the kids off to school kind of thing you know seeing the ways that we can actually work with our body clock in a different way and I'm noticing that something that a lot of people are finding relief in while there's definitely a big changes and and there's also big gains for lots and lots of people like they're having stress and fear. They're worried about jobs. That word about those kind of things I mean. Do you have any advice for people? Like getting over the stress and fear that so many people are going through. I mean what I see is that you know. Obviously our world is in a lot of chaos and the antidote to that chaos is actually having a way to reconnect to ourselves to be able to come back to what's true and what's real as opposed to being in the worry and the anxiety which is future tripping but to come back into what's happening in the in the present moment so anytime I feel that we can even if it's for one minute just close our eyes and breathe anytime that we can journal anytime that we can do a more formal meditation practice any habits that we can create for ourself to be able to have the touchstone of rituals and routine. I think that that is what counter acts the feeling of the chaos and the feeling of the anxiety. I also see across the board and I've been working with a lot of clients around this. This is a potent time to pivot. Because you something. I'm noticing about this period of time is that it's really illuminating for. So many people changes that they've wanted to make in their lives before and yet they didn't have the courage or the confidence to do. So but now they're actually feeling more desire or more clarity or more willingness to take a risk and it sort of sounds counterintuitive because there's the fear coming in of course but they're also feeling like well. Why not? What am I waiting for? Why not now? And so. There's a lot of focus on. Who Do I want to be when I emerge from this time period? I think what what people are seeing as they have an excuse to make the pivot like there's in the I'm in Jeff Walker's mastermind group and like one of the people in there like just recently wrote a big thing a basically that like I can use this as my excuse to totally switch my profession and it's like he's been successful in his possession but he wants to try something else and so now he can say like the this whole virus. Got Rid of this business. I had to start a new one so I that could be a lot of people what happens and maybe it'll happen. Not just them planning it but companies saying okay. We don't you know we have to cut costs to stay in business. Allow people to make that change that way as well like. I Know Louise Wayne Dyer. They always used to say that like leaving. One place is just an opportunity to find something new. It's not a bad thing that happens to people. And so maybe that's part of what people are feeling as well. I think it's true and I think this is giving us. You know the excuse the opportunity to actually make more conscious choices instead of staying asleep to our desires for sure and you mentioned journaling and I know that you've been journaling like a long long time. In fact the whole journaling was the start of your jump buck..

We just recently did it in Austin Austin and readily and I had such a good time and for anybody listening Radley does these. I can only call them like an invocation where he places angels in the corner of the room room and they're so beautiful and so exceptional Data loan is just so worth it. he's a really fun teacher feature. We have a great time together. His work is just prolific. I mean he's done so many extraordinary things and especially during the workshop. I'm a big believer in pair work. So so it's a great time to come in with vision and practice higher delivering that information to the world and get stronger and who you are and what you WanNa create so that when you leave the workshop shop you can go out and really make your dreams come true so it's interactive. "Another person's feel. It feels the others feels with collars feelings in energy in normal relational interactions. Lots of different kinds of streamers in energy consciousness are exchanged between the people involved. The streamers can be any color of the ramo and any shape and co. She goes on to share that these streamers happen all the time in not only between people but also objects and locations more. We can imbue objects with energy through the use of bioplastic streamers. The streamers can connect and dissolve quickly. The third type of energetic communication. She says his through relational cords of light through our shock. Russ. And that's an important distinction for her and others. She tells us that we develop courts with people all the time and the state of these energetic cord suggests the types of relationships between the two people when healthy. These chords are bright impulsive in unhealthy relationships that can be dark slimy, brittle dim stagnated in heavy. Why I feel that just describing that. Furthermore, we can use these courts to keep the relationship from changing to manipulate others, use them as hooks. We can starve the cords and much more in the shock rat that the cord is attached to can suggest different patterns of behavior, personality. As Brennan suggests an Denise Lynn in her book, energy strands, the ultimate guide to clearing the chords that are constricting, your life. They both tell us that courts can have various origins. Although many are formed when people meet and develop relationships with them. Lyn tells us that we can have family strands, ancestor strands, enemies strands lover strands, sexual encounter, strands, stranger strands, strands between friends, even casual acquaintances. We can also have pet strands animal totem strands in wild animals strands, and she success that often they can show up in our dreams. You can also have strands to the earth past lives, contracts and agreements, ideas patterns such as the diction and emotions you can positively strengthen and tap into the strands associated with often use prayers in chance. Many, many, many ways. She likes to use the term energy strands Arbor Brennan, call some by plasma streamers, relationship cords. You can even have strands to the collective unconscious according to Lynn. This may be what people are resonating to when they watch the news. I do wonder if this is help contribute to several moments like the hashtag metoo movement in the end, the hashtag almost metoo stirrings highlighted by recent events. Many more people are opening up and telling their stories and many more are listening. This may be a shift in the collective consciousness in our energy strands and relationships to them. Lyn tells us that we can pick up the strands from many places hub book by the way is excellent. Really enjoyed it. Lots of detail with highly recommend you pick it up. Lyn tells the story of teacher named John what an acting sore throat for about four months. Nothing seemed to help it to go away. He came to see her. She detected great green hord attached to his throat. She asked if he knew anyone who had problems with his or her throat and he couldn't think of any. She helped him with a cord release in he reported that then he felt no pain. The next week he called to say that he found out some news, a teacher who's clash from shared a wall was challenge was diagnosed with throat cancer.
