"Country that I grew up in has been dying for quite some time. Many people say, well, Charlie, don't we get our country back easily? Yesterday? The Rubicon was crossed. The river Rubicon, of course, goes to the story of Julius Caesar, deciding to start a Roman Civil War. The Democrats did this. Front page of The New York Times. Trump indicted. There is no going back. There is no reversing it. We are now in a new set of circumstances. The republic that we once enjoyed that we celebrated that we were appreciative of it that we were thankful for, it's over. They decided they killed it. It's not to say that the country is over, but we are in a completely new set of circumstances. A completely new scenario. And yes, I am wearing the hat for a reason because you better believe right now. That this is a direct assault, a direct attack on every single one of you. Those of you that pay your taxes. Those of you that go to church. Those of you that believe that America is the greatest nation ever to exist the history of the world. They hate you. This was a revenge indictment. These people are pathological. They're petty. They're personal. And of course, they're political. They hate the fact that the character that they were laughing about on SNL ever became president. They hate the fact that Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch are on the Supreme Court. They hate the fact that he showed that the border could be secure. The economy started to grow. He brokered Middle East peace, kept China in check, Putin never invaded. Hey, the fact that middle class wages were going up, hated the fact that Donald Trump was creating a beautiful diverse movement of people of all different backgrounds and ages, religions, to believe in the revitalization of America. Hey, the fact that he was able to get violent crime and check, he was going after the cartels. No, all of this is centered on revenge, but more than that, they want to do a Soviet style show trial, a public humiliation. You can not see what happened yesterday with the indictment of Trump and be naive any longer. And I am not an alarmist. I'm not someone who says, oh, you know, this is time to engage in hyperbole. The Democrats have not believed in elections for quite some time.

I saw where James Comey made some comment about president Trump's indictment. Again, revealing that this guy should have already been in jail himself. In the last couple of weeks, this was coming. As you've talked to your colleagues on the left, Democrats on the judiciary committee, did any of them admit privately congressman Moore that this is wrong or are they just taking the same public stance privately as they're saying, oh no, nobody's above the law or is Nancy Pelosi says, president Trump has to now prove his innocence, reflecting that she is clueless about how the American justice system works. Yeah, you know, I have friends some on the other side of the aisle and I haven't been here that long, but I hear romulans, they're kind of concerned, especially as we begin to release the January 6th tapes and that showed that a lot of the narrative didn't fit what the January 6th committee put out there. I think in general, they're concerned about how this the left keeps hijacked in the party and trying to weaponize certain sectors of the government, especially the DoJ, the RS, like you said, other agencies to come after people with opposing viewpoints. And even the damsel libertarians within the party, they have to see they have to have a problem they have to understand that this is not good for the country. "DA who again an unfair DA can present just one side of the story. And we already know that with this DA in Manhattan, there are documents that have not been presented to the grand jury that would tend to exonerate president Trump, one of the lawyers for Michael Cohen has said and testified before the grand jury apparently shocked them with all the documents that he was relaying to them that had not been shared by this corrupt DA to the grand jury making this decision, they can literally indict a ham sandwich if they want to. Yeah, I mean, Steve, they get to tell one side of the story and it reminds me of the old matlock show. When matlock's client would be a defendant and boy it would look that there's no way around it. The guys guilty of matlock would actually present the evidence and get him out. That's the situation here. And I think in addition to that, I think the bigger, more concerning issue is this DA ran, saying he was going to arrest Donald Trump. So he delivered on campaign promise which Democrats never do, but in this situation, he's doing it at the peril of what I think is the country and confidence of the American people in the justice system. And I say it backfires on them. I can't wait till November where people get to voice their opinion on what they think about this. "And now it's of course been assigned to another judge in New York that is also an anti trumper. If this ever gets to trial, which I don't believe it actually will, can Donald Trump get a fair trial. A jury of his peers in a community that voted about 85% against him. The bluest of the blue in Manhattan? With a partisan DA, a partisan judge and a partisan jury. The problem that Republicans have when trials get brought in Washington, D.C.'s, you've got a 90, 95% Democrat area. Judging people that they already despise. That's really what you have with Trump. This will never go to trial. First of all, you have serious serious statute of limitations issues. You got a two year statute of limitations on this, the state case, and the federal case again has been pushed aside by federal authorities as not valid or not sufficient to get a conviction. Again, Trump didn't even get fined. Hillary Clinton got fine, she didn't get prosecuted, but she got fined for almost the exact same thing that Trump is being prosecuted for. And yet the mainstream media is going Gaga over how great this is. The nitwits on the view are just kind of cataclysmic in their joy and orgasmic in their love of the fact that Trump's been indicted. Again there are going to be a lot of motions. The state court doesn't have jurisdiction. In Tennessee, for example, where we're broadcasting from Memphis, the district attorney in Memphis can't file a case prosecuting the violation of a law in Montana. Different jurisdictions. Same thing is true with state and federal, city, and federal, city, and state laws. And you've got this DA who ran as a source funded candidate, pushing forward to prosecute Donald Trump.

"I know there's a lot of chest thumping going on and gloating by the Trump haters, but they don't seem to realize Vivek that there's Republican prosecutors too. They're Republican legislators too. You're opening up a Pandora's box here where we could see, as you put it, the criminalization of our political process and I hate to say it. Two sides can play that game for Vic. It is the sad reality. I want to be on record being very clear about this. Suppose it were 2019 and there was a Republican state level prosecutor that was trying to stop Joe Biden on the campaign trail in the 2020 presidential election and the campaign leading up to it. By arresting him for a technical campaign finance irregularity. I would have been equally opposed to that happening back then because this is not about Democrats and Republicans. It is about a system of constitutional self governance where the people of this country get to decide who actually runs the government, not some prosecutor gone rogue over getting political attention. The justice system ought to actually be apolitical, regardless of whether you're Donald Trump or Joe Biden or anybody else. And so this goes beyond partisanship, and that's why I think it goes beyond politics. I'll tell you that a lot of the people who are gloating about this quietly are even in the Republican Party. In the field, particularly presidential candidates who might have a more convenient path that may be good news for them, but I think we need to rise above politics. In fact, I think the single greatest thing Joe Biden could do is get on TV and call on this Manhattan DA to drop this politicized persecution through prosecution. He spun to run on uniting the country in his four years in office. There is not a single more uniting thing he could do than that single act and I would applaud him if he did it. I don't expect it to happen. But this is about the country.

"And I've already, I've already discussed that some with the last thing that I mentioned, but also consider consider all of this money that went out during the COVID lockdowns. Middle class people were given welfare checks that had never gotten welfare checks before and they were able to live lifestyles where they're like, oh man, this feels good. I'm getting all of this money from the federal government, which by the way, they're paying for it. They don't even realize that. But they're getting these checks from the federal government and in some cases state governments as well. And so they're like, wow, you know what? This feels really good. You mean, I don't have to go to work. And I can make this money and I can go out and do whatever I want to do during the day. This is pretty cool. But that isn't compassion because eventually that's going to come to an end. And not only that, consider the shipping supply shortages we have right here in the United States because people that are able bodied refuse to go to work, 11 million job openings, people refuse to go to work, or they switch jobs so quickly because man. That's not compassionate. Here's another one. Compassion which smothers the instinct to strive and excel is counterproductive. Is it when you know someone can be a better version of them. But you have government programs and policies, often implement it by the left, that prevent people from striving to be better, to be greater, is that, is that kind? When you're telling a person, listen, this is all you're going to be, this is all you can be instead of challenging them to live up to their potential. Is that kind? A course it isn't. But this is what the Democrat party wants you to believe. That giving out handouts is kind. Do you think Joe Biden is kind, denigrating half of the population? Turning families against each other? Forcing jabs on people where people are forced to either comply or walk away from their source of living that feeds their family and puts food on the table, is that compassionate? Of course not. Let me give you some examples. Of compassion. Or calculate it compassion. As the founders saw it. Do not help the needy completely. Merely help them to help themselves. There was a period of time where we had to go on welfare a couple of times during my life where we were in Dire Straits financially. I assume my father came to us, he sat myself and my brother's down. I'm sure he told my sister as well. And he was like, hey, listen, guys. We need to go on welfare for short period of time, but as soon as soon as I can get off of it, we're going to get off of it. And this was this happened while my mom was alive. My mom passed away when I was 11. So this happened, I believe once or so that I remember anyway. Before she passed, it happened once or twice after she passed because things just went to complete hell after that to be Frank. And it was, you know, but my dad had this level of shame. Like, you guys, I don't want to be here, but I have no choice right now. And as soon as I get off it of it, I'm going to let you know. And so we were on welfare, I can't recall how long, but I do recall him calling us back into his room to set us all down on the bed and let us know that we were no longer on welfare. That things had picked up with his business and work and so that we were going to get off a welfare. And he made it a point to share that with us, which when I think back on that, I'm like, man, that's cool. So I don't mind these entitlement programs when they help people get off their feet. But it shouldn't be a lounging chair. Shouldn't be a couch. And that's exactly where we are. Another one, give the poor satisfaction of earned achievement instead of rewarding them without achievement. Remember the trophy dinner, I grew up in a trophy generation, give everybody a trophy. I'm generation X. Give everybody a trophy. I realize that wasn't right then. It was weird. I remember thinking at the time, I can't remember what happened, but I ran track at the time, and I remember hearing someone talk about, I think it was another track event. And someone commentating how this person deserves a trophy too. They didn't place, but they deserve a trophy. And I'm sitting there thinking, why? You know, I was never the fastest, quickest, most athletic person, but I would work hard to try to get there were times in my age group when I would get first place. There were times when it was second or third, you know, maybe sometimes in a relay of the second or third, every once in a while first, but it was like, man, you worked hard to get that. And when you won, you felt like you really achieved something, you felt like all of your hard work had paid off. Well, getting rid of earned achievement, totally destroys that. People stop looking to earn achievement. And that's never good for a society. That will cause a society to die. That's why this book is called the 5000 year lead. That's what socialism does. That's what communism does. It kills creativity. It kills the incentive to create to invent, to strive. And that's why I can't stand the left. That's why I can't stand the Democrat party as it exists today. Another one allow the poor to climb the appreciation ladder from tents to cabins, cabins, cottages, cottages, to comfortable houses. This is why I love that America has, we had a free market system, hopefully we'll get back to a capitalist system where it doesn't matter. It's not a caste system, right? You may be in the lower class you may be in the middle class. You may be rich. But as long as you're in America and as long as you brace embrace americanism, you can excel. You can go from being the poorest of the poor and you can become wealthy. If you learn to save your money, if you learn to not overspend, if you invest, I don't care if you make ten bucks an hour. If you learn to make sure you don't spend more than you make, save a little bit. Invest a little bit, you will do okay in the United States. Now, I'm not encouraging that. I want you to go for the Gusto. I want you to save even more. I want you to invest even more. I want you to go get two or three jobs. So you make sure you're not scraping by. You got to work hard. You got to work hard. But what I love about America is it is in a caste system, meaning you're not in India. You're not in places like that exist around the world that exist in the Middle East where wherever class system you're born into. That's where you stay. That's not true in America. That's not true in America. And that's why I begrudge all the people that just constantly denigrate America and this great nation. Here's another one. We're emergency help us provide it. Do not prolong it to the point where it becomes habitual. Well, we've already talked about that with welfare. Look at what's happened again with these lockdowns and people getting free money. And look at the problems that we're having now. Look at the problems that this country is having now. Where emergency help us provide it do not prolong it to the point where it becomes habitual. Guys, we get out, we got to get people back to work. That's compassionate. Compassion is better for everybody, getting people back to work is better for everyone. People have the dignity of work, our supply chain issues will cease for the most part. I think people feel better at work. I've noticed people seem to be more intense. I hadn't encountered what a person the other day where I'm like, man, this world is just getting crazy. People are going insane. And I do attribute a lot of that to the lockdowns and all the stress that we're upon people when and people like Joe Biden, who is a despicable human being that is instead of talking about policy issues because the left can't win. Democrats can't win if they talk about policy. So instead of talking about policy issues, he's branding an entire half of the country as semi fascists to people who don't even know what that means. It's insane. Also it says strictly enforce the scale of fixed responsibility. The first and foremost level of responsibility is with the individual himself. All right? The second level is the family. Then the second level is the family, then the church, next to community, finally the county, and in a disaster or emergency the state, or let's say the federal government. All right, so the fixed responsibility. First responsibility to improve yourself relies with yourself. All right? If you need some help, the second level is the family. This is why God created family. This is why families the building block of society. Family is the best training ground to get the coaching that you need, how to behave in civil society, how to grow up with morals and ethics and work hard, all of that training comes within the household. That's why the left is so desperate to destroy the family. You destroy the family, you can bring in, you can usher in communism. That's exactly what they want to do. Because big government becomes big daddy. Big mama. You get it? That's exactly what the left wants to do. Then the church, you know, the church, it's amazing how many church organizations or non governmental organizations happen to be a part of churches or religions. It's fascinating to me. It's almost as if the church has accepted. You know what? Big government is good. Big government has got. And so we're going to allow big government to provide rather than a church. But this is the mentality, even amongst people that tend to be evangelical Christians, Catholics, you name it. Mormons seem to do a better job of this of understanding that help comes from within the church not from not from not from government. Sadly, Christians who should be leading that fight evangelical Christians in my opinion are not. And that's very, very important. Then next is the community. So you look for fixed responsibility within the community, local elections. That's very important. Republicans conservatives, we have been horrible at this. Barack Obama gave it he came in and said, you know, he's a community organizer. And we all laugh. What the heck is a community? Well, now we know. Now we know local elections matter. These people have filled up schools and if K through 12, universities, all these institutions with local activists that have turned this country away from the constitution and further left. It says, finally, the county, and in the disaster emergency the state under no circumstances is the federal government to become involved in public welfare. The founders felt it would corrupt the government and also the poor. Isn't that funny? Also the poor. We know that it would corrupt the government, but how does it corrupt the poor? The lack of communication, again, there has got to be some level of accountability. How could that be? They were calling 9-1-1. Right. What was that not getting back to the commanding officer and the police officers on the ground that there are people alive in that room? A wife got in touch with her husband. Thank God. So a federal judge has halted president Joe Biden's plan to end title 42 ordering federal agencies to continue the program because the termination order likely violates federal law. So there's two wins worth noting here. This is very, very important. The decision is a win for Joe Biden for president Joe Biden, but it is also a win for the opponents of Biden's easy migration policy. Carl, how can you say that this is a win for Joe Biden? And it's a win for people like you and I that want close borders. Guys, remember what I've told you in the past. Rhetoric and reality matters. And then forcing TV news executives to finally pay attention to it, broadcasting dramatic videos on the evening news also he can blame the judge when his pro migration allies want to blame someone for the title 42 barriers so he can use it as a two way cudgel against those of us that want closed borders, but he can also say, listen, you know, the media isn't going to be forced to cover the news that's happening on the border. Right now it's a complete and utter disaster. We're experiencing a record level of illegals coming across our border. It is an invasion, but it will get worse if title 42 was to be upended. So.

It's unbelievable. It's got to start with the leadership to put a stop to this. Either that or they're going to lose the Catholic Church or not necessarily, but I believe the leadership in the Catholic Church has become corrupt by government money. And that's the truth of it in my opinion. And it's about time they stepped up. Mike, listen, I appreciate the call. And I agree with you. I think religious leaders, whether it's of the Catholic faith, whether it's your evangelical Christian, like myself, whether it's Jews, Mormons, I believe that we all need to step up and hold our leaders to account. If they're not following doctrine, if they're not, I'm an evangelical Christian. So thank God I go to a Bible believing church, but if they're not following doctrine, they should, and I believe they would expect me to say something about it in the same should be true for you. It's sad to say, but listen, our religious leaders are people too. And they're susceptible to sin just as we are. They're susceptible to, you know, they want accolades from the community and from people just as sometimes we crave, but listen, there's a higher power. There's a higher power and we have to we have to make sure that we're looking up to God because he is the source of true love. He is the source of objective truth, and if the church falls away from that, we're worthless. We're worthless in this culture war. So I think it's got to start there. Let me go through this, and then I'll take, I'll come back and take more of your cause, but getting back to this issue with inflation. We talked about the border. I mean, just consider the arguments that the left want to use when it comes to inflation, and they've tried to. You know, in a sense, some people on the left says, you know, basically we're spreading the wealth. They're not spreading any wealth. Or they'll talk about corporate corporate greed. Like the oil companies, the oil companies are, you know, they're gouging you. It's not inflation. It's not Biden inflation, and the administration, these people are straight lying to you. We know that inflation is a tax on the poor, but I want you to understand this. Inflation moves the middle class to the welfare line. I want you to get that. Inflation moves the middle class to the welfare line. And that's what the pain administration wants to do. The average every day, Tom dick and Harry, they're trying to work to get ahead to put food on his or her table to pay their car note to pay their rent or their mortgage. They're trying to destroy you and move you in line with the illegal aliens that are coming across our border and baiting our country so they have a perpetual underclass, including the illegal immigrants and you. That's what they're trying to do. And then let's talk about violent crime. Charles Vincent, doctor Jim Maria, don't go anywhere. I want to get to every single one of you. But then let's go to violent crime. The combination of defunding the police, you have radical city and county prosecutors who don't charge or lock up criminals, what the heck do you expect to happen? This is the Democrat party. I'm sorry. You can not claim to love people. You can't claim to love people and both Democrat. This is gonna overwhelmingly the soft on crime policies and emptying out jails and prisons. Yet we kill approximately 36% of our babies. I mean, well, we kill 50% of our babies approximately. I'm sorry. Only 13% of the population, yet we account for. So let me reframe that. We account for 36% of the abortions in the city of New York, New York City. More black women listen to me. More black women have abortions than they do give birth to their children. For those of you that pretend as if because you're voting Democrat, you're down with the struggle. You're down with black people. You're not down with black people. You're complicit in genocide. Let's be emphatically clear on that. If you vote for the Democrat party, listen to me black people, don't call me the sell out when you're voting for a party that's killing your own people. We should be 25% of the population. Yet we're 12 to 13% if we're lucky on a good day. Don't mind, don't mind the fact that we're still killing our babies and we're killing each other in the middle of the streets and urban communities. So don't call me the sellout. You're the sellout. A San Francisco archbishop Catholic archbishop, his name is Salvatore cardio cardi Leon or cordi Lyon forgive me father if I'm butchering your name definitely don't mean any disrespect. But the Catholic archbishop of San Francisco as a matter of fact, he said this on Friday that he will no longer allow U.S. House speaker Nancy Pelosi to receive communion because of her support for abortion rights. Carl, why is this important guys? This is important because if the church doesn't get it, no one else will. If people of faith don't get objective truth, if people of faith don't care enough about people, if we sincerely believe what we believe, if we don't care enough about people that say don't do this, don't go this way or you won't go to hell, nothing we say matters. If Dennis prager doesn't hold to his Jewish faith, what he says on the radio quite frankly doesn't matter. If I don't believe the things that I say on radio, if they're not objectively true, then they don't matter. There's no your truth. There is no my truth. There is only objective truth, and the church is meant to be the church, the synagogue, is meant to be the place of objective truth. The church is the doctor, the church should always be or serve as the doctor of truth. And if the truth, the church doesn't do its job, the society and culture falls. And that is exactly what we're witnessing happening. So this is why I say, regardless of all the stories that you will hear about and we'll talk about those today, but regardless of all those stories that you hear, this is the most fundamental and important story of them all because it lays the foundation. It sets the truth in place. And that is very, very important. So again, you have this Catholic arc archbishop of San Francisco. Says Nancy Pelosi, you will no longer receive holy communion. It just will not happen. Archbishop Salvatore quartered Leon said, he sent Pelosi a letter on April 7th, expressing his concerns after she bowed to codify the Supreme Court's roe V wade decision establishing a constitutional right to abortion into law because of the Texas law banning most abortions that will take effect if the high court overturns roe. Accordingly on also said Pelosi never responded. He wrote her 6 times or tried to get a hold of her 6 times. No response from Pelosi. Cordy Leon gave Pelosi a choice. He said Nancy, you must either repudiate your support of abortion rights or stop speaking about her Catholic faith, and that if she didn't, he would have no other choice, but declare, but to declare she is not allowed to receive communion. This is the essence of truth. If the church does not stand for truth, the culture is gonna fall, and ultimately that's what we're seeing. I'm gonna get into a few stories today. I'm gonna get into a column with Victor Davis Hanson. He talks about his Biden success, our mess. I'll dive in deeply to that. I don't know if you guys have heard about that next in the latest Leah Thomas, apparently there's a surfer on the, on the pro surfer circuit that's now claiming to be a woman and his dominating both the male and the female professional game of sports. It's always an honor to sit in or guest host for Dennis prager. I absolutely adore the man. I love the man. I look up to him. He's doing so much to fight for this nation. To fight for this fight for this country to fight for your God given rights and you just have to love the man and respect him for that and he's a man of his word whom you, the guy that you hear on radio is the same guy that I've spoken to, the same guy that I've met so praise God for Dennis prager. Let me start with perhaps what might be an unconventional story and perhaps some in some of my colleagues would not start with this, but I do believe that it is one of the most important stories of the entire weekend and of today and I think it sets the tone. I think it's I think it gives us a foundation to understand where we are in America and why it's important. Why it's important first. Let me say this though, let me make a couple of comments before I go to this article. I want you to understand this. You can't love people and vote Democrat. Let me say that again. Carl, oh man, you partisan act. No, you can't love people and vote for Democrats. At least not, the current Democrat party, as it exists today. You can not cling to love people and vote Democrat. Those that those of you that might not know him, he was a Christian apologist. And Christian ethics is inseparable from theology he points out because Christian ethics is grounded in the character of God. He says this and I quote, one of the one of the distinctions of the, of the judeo Christian God, is that not all things are the same to him. That at 1st may sound rather trivial, but in reality, it is one of the most profound things one can say about the judeo Christian God. He exists, he has a character, and not all things are the same to him, some things conform to his character and some are opposed to his character.
