House Fails to Extend Eviction Moratorium Ahead of 6-Week Recess
"Iverson Evictions Moratorium extension He fails in the House Democrats attempt was objected to by Republicans House Speaker Pelosi. This is really, really so unfair to the landlords, the housing providers, however, they are identified as well as to the renters who will now end up. Hopefully not. Hopefully the money will get out there. No word what happens next? Other than the evictions protection expiring late tomorrow night? House just left for vacation. The Supreme Court ruling bars the executive branch from taking action, but it is not a money issue. The federal government's only spend three billion of more than 46 billion available to help out of work. Americans pay their rent. White House spokesperson Karine Jean Pierre blaming that on the state's This shouldn't be happening. Uh, states should be making sure that these monies are getting out as quickly as possible. "They're working this weekend. I'm Pam Who's how Fox News. The Senate is scheduled to be in session this hour to hammer out a bipartisan infrastructure agreement worth about a trillion dollars. Then Democrats were expected to try and push through a much bigger human infrastructure bill, whether without Republican support. The plan would include elder care, free community college and possibly immigration reforms. It's ludicrous for them to even be talking about it. While you have 190,000 people coming across illegally in June that we apprehended and who knows how many we didn't apprehend. House Republican Anti Biggs of Arizona on Fox and friends. The House is not in session. But a few progressive Democrats are calling on their colleagues to return to Washington since pandemic eviction protections for millions of Americans expire later today. With the deadline looming, President Biden is urging local governments to disperse federal housing aid to landlords and tenants. From day one. We have been working.
Carl Levin, Michigan's Longest Serving US Senator, Dies at 87
"First elected to congress in nineteen seventy-eight michigan's longest serving senator chaired the powerful armed services committee. He was very active around civil rights local development and protecting american workers having interviewed senator levin and read his memoir. Getting to the heart of the matter. I have some reflections. I imagined that if senator levin had a role in a television show he'd be fictional president. Jed bartlett's closest ally in the west wing practical and patriotic levin's thirty six years in the upper chamber as a democrat had paradoxes a democrat who investigated spending and financial excess in government as well as wall street a staunch believer as chair of the senate armed services committee. That america has a strong role to play in the world but voted against the second iraq. War levin was consistent with himself. He was a man who spent decades of politics. But i sense. He felt good about his impact when he saw himself in the mirror. Getting the heart of the matter reminds me of the writings of ben franklin. The similarities with the founding father aren't just physical appearance surprising wit and clearly understandable style both levin and franklin shared the belief that the long game mattered that even if it wasn't politically popular in the moment moment to make things happen in a country with a lot of people with differing views. You shouldn't always take everything off the table for your opponent that making is how democracy actually works his memoir is a blueprint without saying it and how we might put the broken engine of american democracy back together again. Levin rhetorically lays the parts on the table. I won't get into all of them. But they include the broken filibuster where he called out his own party for creating it then in order for an electorate and your colleagues to trust you you need to have a consistent northstar and compass and he's right if you look at the popular senior senator from vermont. The reason that he gets photo shopped everywhere sitting on a chair isn't because of any particular political stance it's because whether they agree or not people connect with him because they believe that he is who he says he is.

The CDC had extended it three times, but couldn't extended again because of a recent Supreme Court ruling House Democrats trying to extend the moratorium through a unanimous consent requests. The Department of Justice Abuses Its Power Over Texas and Georgia
"But just to further point out what's going on that the Department of injustice Here we have Georgia punches back national Review and spirited motion to dismiss Department of Justice, Election Integrity lawsuit so you can see it's actually Merrick Garland. And his happy band of comrades who are interfering with federalism who are interfering with the authority of the states. Now we have, um, interfering with Georgia. And by the way, they've also made a threat to the states that are conducting audits of the past election. He's making another threat. So basically Merrick Garland is the general counsel to the Democrat National Committee. As are the happy band of comrades. At his department. Georgia Secretary of state Brad Raffensperger. Concurred. They Friday interview with National Review that the left had an agenda that they were going to push regardless of what the state's legislature did no matter what was passed. It's Time to Stand up Against U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland
"This department is headed by a man who the Democrats so desperately wanted to be on the United States Supreme Court. Merrick Garland. He is, in fact, a radical hack. You'll notice. The Republicans don't really hammer this guy. That was it would hammer Republican attorneys general They don't call for investigations. They don't call for impeachment. Nothing. The Democrats were calling for impeachment of Donald Trump before he became president, the United States. Kind of an odd thing, but none the last day the support of the corrupt media You never hear about impeachment when it comes to Joe Biden, who has violated our constitution in myriad ways. And the way these people rule over us with an iron fist. So as right scoop properly points out. You've got Biden's hack. Attorney general, warns the governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, to immediately rescind his new executive order. As Reuters writes. US Attorney General Merrick Garland yesterday warned Texas Governor Greg Abbott to immediately rescind a new executive order aimed at curbing the travel into the state. Of undocumented immigrants who may pose a risk of transmitting covid 19. Notice all the PC language from Reuters. The order violates federal law. Numerous respects and Texas cannot lawfully enforce the executive order against any federal official or private parties working with the United States, Garland told Abbott in a letter. Now that's interesting. But we still have sanctuary cities and stinks thanks to various states, Mr Producer. Who defy federal immigration law. Anywhere not challenged by this administration or this Department of Justice.
The Federal Government Abuses Its Power With Mandates
"Mandates. The federal government. The federal government has demonstrated time and again that it abuses its power. When he goes off. The constitutional limits. It abuses its power. We also see that it uses its its power. In ways that advantage certain people and certain political entities versus others. We see it every day. January six versus the entire summer of violence, rioting, looting, arson and maiming. So people don't trust the federal government and they don't trust the media. They don't trust broadcast companies. They don't trust them. If the federal government And its surrogates and mouthpieces had a record. Of even handedness of accuracy. Maybe we wouldn't be in this situation. Russia collusion goes on for three years. Three years. Democrats Are Changing the Narrative on COVID-19 Again
"Rumors. I'm hearing up on Capitol Hill from reputable sources that they're changing the message on Covid, the Biden administration and all of his little surrogates and deputies out there and the lemon Democrats because they thought they could win in the midterms and maintain good public approval by running on a message. You know what that message was? You ready? Wait for it. The message was. I'm Joe Biden. We stop the pandemic ticker tape Parade time in New York City. I did it all. Look at me. Let's celebrate. Take about I'm not kidding. They thought that was gonna work. But what happened? They realized about halfway through that message. Folks has something to do with the delta variant. Okay, This virus is serious, all of the variants or serious, but they're serious for people with very specific problems. Co morbidity, these people who are obese. Otherwise you have a very, very, very, very good chance of surviving this virus. Very good. Okay. If you don't meet those conditions, older, elderly people, right? People are infirmed, so they thought they could run on that the we stop the pandemic message. They found out that they're so incompetent. This administration street crime started erupting. They opened the border people piling across our southern border. The border is not even a border. It's a suggestion. Then all of a sudden you saw a mild spike in some of these places, so they're saying to themselves halfway through, we're going to lose these midterms. But we may even lose the governorship of Virginia Young kid could win the Republican there. This is crazy. This is going to be embarrassing. What do I do? And some focus group came to them and said, You have to switch your messaging. You have to switch your messaging to. It's a pandemic again. It's totally out of control. And that has to read that has two purposes for them for the election, because, remember, it's all about power. It's not about facts
Rumblings Among Democrats That They're Screwed for 2022 Midterm Elections
"There's some rumblings up on Capitol Hill amongst the Democrats, who are starting to freak out. The rumblings are that they are about to get destroyed in 2022 in the midterms. I mean, lose every string swing district lose pretty much every Senate seat that's competitive, maybe even lose semi competitive Senate seats, and the route could filter down to the Virginia governor's race and elsewhere. Where racist what they thought were solidly democratic that are off your elections. They're not Virginia and New Jersey have off year elections, but they're hearing up on Capitol Hill and this should make you smile. Little bit. No, no, no reason to get complacent. We gotta double down now. But I'm hearing that up on Capitol Hill. The Democrats are in meltdown panic right now because they feel like this could be such a brutal drubbing that it will cascade for years. The damage about to be done to them in the midterms. It's for a lot of reasons. It's not just their peer fear. Porn panic panic Campaign for coronavirus. It's their relentless pursuit of racism with CRT CRT trying to teach your kids to be raised. Just it's it's their open borders crusade infected people piling across the southern border 900% increase over 14 months, no rules whatsoever, spreading them out all over the place. Illegal immigrants all over the United States. It's the crime wave happening in liberal cities. The Democrats are about to get destroyed. They know it. So reason number one. They're turning up the fear porn campaign again to make you scared. Absent any significant data to show you you should be scared they're making it up is because they need to fear porn. Cheat in 2022. Yep, I said it. That's right. They scare you guys in the studio. Okay, there. You ready for that? That's right. Did they want to cheat in 2022? How do they cheat energy the same way they cheat all the time.

Naomi Wolf, Feminist Icon, on COVID Vaccination and Choice
"Are lifelong democrat Feminist you wrote a whole book with vagina in the title right okay. That was the title the title. I've not ridden in such books just to be clear. Put my cards on the table. But you know you're somebody that you're you're an original thinker you care about these things you care about your family your kid and so you you do your research and then you actually talk about it. And many people have been cowed into silence and that to me again as an americans deeply offensive. So thank you for for talking about this. Being a voice of reason you just sharing how there are risks. Another words you said if you're obese. Whatever it is yes maybe get it to be safe but if you're not the risks might outweigh getting it. So don't get the vaccine. That's why i'm not getting it. I'm telling everybody. I know i wouldn't get it because i don't even know what the risks are. So where are we on this whole risk thing. Getting blood clots. You don't even know we can't even talk about. Yeah i will speak to the risks. But before i do i really want like pushback clearly. Okay i take it as kind of a core philosophical position that i should not tell anyone what to do with their body as a feminist that is absolutely fundamental and one of the tragedies of this time is that i've seen feminists on the left. Lose that core principle that your body is a sacred thing for you to decide about and no one else. So i'm not going to help people take it or don't take it. I'm also not a medical doctor. As a journalist and as a citizen. I believe in informed consent and also having read actually a book about the nazi doctors and how that nazi era used medicine and health to marginalized people to coerce people to cow people and to create a category of people who are second class citizens and then ultimately life unworthy of life. I see very scary things whenever society says when the federal government says you know i'm gonna take your body and do something with in. These bodies can have more rights than these other bodies that is categorically back but having said that your body your choice that said there is a lot of data that anyone i love. I hope that they turn to and think about before they make this
Senate Votes to Advance Bipartisan Infrastructure Proposal
"President Biden in a bipartisan group of senators finalize key parts of the bill, NPR's Windsor Johnston reports. Senate Democrats are also working to pass a separate, much larger package. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer says he's moving forward with a two track strategy to pass the largest infrastructure package. In decades. The first track is the bipartisan bill focused on traditional brick and mortar infrastructure projects. The second track is a budget reconciliation bill where Democrats will make historic investments in American jobs, American families and efforts to fight climate change. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has warned that she won't bring the bipartisan infrastructure bill to the floor until the Senate delivers the larger $3.5 trillion spending plan. Senate Democrats are expected to pass it by using a budget maneuver that would not require any support from Republicans. Windsor Johnston. NPR NEWS Washington President Biden today called on Americans to follow the latest guidance on mask wearing and also urged people to
Biden Approval Drops to 50%, Lowest for Him to Date
"So in a new gallup poll and and gallup is starting t me off a little bit because we asked them look. We need the methodology of your poll and refused to give it. Their methodology is how many democrats how many republicans. How many independence do you talk to. There's no reason why they shouldn't give it unless there's some sleight of hand so anyway. This poll just released says that joe biden has dropped and job approval to fifty percent lows and six months disapprove. Forty five percent rasmussen telling tracking has biden at forty nine approval. Disapprove forty nine now. Biden's numbers will continue to fall because you'll continue to pay more for gas food clothing and other stuff you need gotta buy a car and pay a lot more. So once americans figure that out. They'll blame him and it is his fault to some extent not one hundred percent but you know you attack the fossil fuel industry the oil and gas industry. They prices go up
The Republicans on Infrastructure Working Group Are Purely Outliers
"The nine, said Republicans that served on this so called bipartisan infrastructure working group. Include Richard Burr. How did he stay out of prison? I'm just curious. I think he did anything wrong. Of course. Bill Cassidy, who is a disaster? Louisiana? Susan Collins. Oh, wow. She's great. Lindsey Graham. Markovsky. Portman, Romney rounds Tell us Is that the heart of the Republican Party? Ladies and gentlemen, is that the heart of the base of the conservative movement? I don't think so. These are all the outliers pretty much Senator Johnson told Breitbart in an exclusive interview that Senate Republicans that cooperated with Democrats on infrastructure would only be complicit in enabling the Democrats Leftist agenda. Tim Scott said he had to vote known events in the bill because lawmakers had yet to have a draft of the legislation. More than about for you Watch it. You watch this Cornyn and others. Maybe you won't. Maybe he'll surprise us. Mayor McGuinness, the president. The committee for a Responsible Federal Budget, said in a statement that they're deeply concerned the legislation is not fully paid for it contains many budget gimmicks to make it appear less expensive. That's just the Republics in Washington. They have no idea what's swelling around them. This American Marxist, They have no idea they don't care. They should be fighting like hell. Tie the money is any money? Preventing the N A F T from from destroying our school systems. Insisting on securing our borders. There's nothing in here about it's all all the cherry pick. Things are in here that the Democrats want. Oh,

Democrats Promote Inhumanity by Failing to Address Crime, Keeping Borders Open
"Many people are murdered in this country without guns. But you have to hold people to account. I don't understand this. Used to hold people to account. For what they've done. Gun or no gun. People being brutalized in our seats because they one man pandemic in our streets in the Oval Office. He doesn't want to do what you gotta do. These marriage don't want to do what you gotta do suddenly. This idiot mayor in Washington, D. C. Bowser. Wasn't Bowser like one of the non on a guy's anyway, Bowser. Biden, Newsom, Cuomo and Other Democrats Fail to Address Rising Murder Rates
"The death that's going on and this country the murders that are taking place, particularly In our cities is just Horrific. These are war zones at night in particular, but not exclusively. You can wear a mask. You can be vaccinated. And a certain number of people are going to be murdered. Every week in these cities and elsewhere. So, Joe Biden go on and on about wearing masks getting vaccinated. Okay, fine. But he refuses. To take effective. Steps steps that have been taken in the past to bring down murder and other crimes in this country. He refuses to do it. The mayors refused to do it. Some of them reluctantly say we need to have more cops. After their failed experiment has resulted in so many deaths. So you can wear all the masks you want and get all the vaccination shots that you want. And it will not protect you. From human predators. It will not protect you from human predators. You don't hear news. I'm talking about it. You don't hear Cuomo talking about it. You hear Joe Biden go on with bureaucratic, more government more programs. He has no serious intention and putting the brakes on this. You have a Department of injustice headed by a radical former federal judge. Thank God he's not on the Supreme Court. Who has started nationalizing local police forces because of systemic racism. You know what's interesting? The Democrat Party practices. Systemic racism. Where is most of this? Murder, mayhem, rape, Carjacking, brutality occurring in black neighborhoods? Black on black crime?
Biden Administration Is Moving Infected Illegal Aliens Into Our Communities
"So if you're vaccinated, you're an American citizen or a legal immigrant and you're in this country. You are to wear a mask outside and inside. Because you might pass the doubt the variant that somebody who's not vaccinated. In the meantime, an illegal alien and by the way over the southern border. They're coming from all corners of the earth, not just central and South America all over the world coming into the country. What are the chances that at least some of them have the virus? So that Delta variant well, we know it's good. Because they caught a whole hotel filled with people who had the Covid 19, and we're in a diner and walking down the street of a small community in Texas. Well, how many of these people are all over the country? Being bused all over the country. They're being flown all over the country without being tested. Now this is absolutely incoherent. So illegal aliens are getting a health past and by the way, black lives matter, Antifa people who riot they get a health past. They gotta help past all last year. Democrat members of the Texas Legislature. They got a health past. But it's incoherent point number two Vaccinated. People have to wear mask to pretend unvaccinated people, he says. Illegal aliens. The overwhelming number of whom clearly are not tested or not not vaccinated. They're not to wear anything. And in fact our government's going to help move them all over the country. Does that make sense to anybody? I don't care your politics. Does that make sense to anybody?
Masks, Infrastructure Spending: Generational Theft Is Robbing From Your Children
"Spending bill with the democrats. What are those two things have in common. We'll put simply. This is a pattern that are ruling. Class has grown accustomed to of generational theft robbing from your children to satisfy the present. Now i think having short-term abilities to borrow money for war or for a central government programming insert emergency circumstances. That could be justified. That's nowhere near where we are as a nation starting after the two thousand eight housing crisis which was created largely because of the federal government by the way our leaders grew addicted and so did our financial leaders by the way and our wall street leaders and the people in the corporate world with cheap money from the federal government advantageous public policy programs where they could boost their prophets expand their portfolios while middle income workers continually get crushed leveraging your fiscal situation as a nation to gratify the present and the rob or pillage plunder ransack from. Your children is morally disgraceful. And we're going to name the names of every single one of the republicans here on this program. Because i felt that we haven't been controversial enough this week on our

This is the lead of the New York Times Story. Just to kind of adjectives in. It's really it's actually a very simply written Lee. I'm GonNa read this year adjectives. You read mother okay. Four prosecutors abruptly withdrew on Tuesday from the case of president in trump's longtime friend Roger J stone junior after senior Justice Department officials intervened to recommend a more lenient sentence for crimes he committed in a bid did protect the president mission right. I mean here here you have. It's mind boggling. Right I mean here you have a president intervened in a the case not to help political ally but a case that goes directly to his own personal conduct. And the sense I have. We're here up here in Manchester following this election but emailing and you know and texting sources back in in Washington. I think this is really rocked people at the Justice Department. I think this is a pretty serious. It seems like a core. All these concerns that we've had about you know what trump would do to the rule of law. This is what people were worried about. This exact thing was that people and we've seen we've seen this sort of trend line. We've seen the vector going unions this direction with trump trying to get jeff sessions fired. Saying where's my Roy. Cohn he wants Jensen Department to be his own mob law firm and just protecting him. You know he's been talking about this and then they bring bill. Barring billboards is investigating things involving the Russian scandal trying to in some ways it seems to prove from the crazy conspiracy theories even after the I G report and others have not delivered that those goods to the to the president. And you know I thought I I kinda thought we'd see more of this just happening in the shadows the shadows that you guys live in that we notice but this is as public and as is an obvious and I think the brazenness of this you know is what shocked. The brazenness is why trump gets away with it right because it is so brazen it is so out there. That bill bar to everyone said Oh. He's going to be the adult in the room when it comes to the Justice Department. He's institutionalists channelised. Yeah we said that this show too now no need to worry it does your fear Cherifi. Look I don't disagree with anything either. The review has said on this. Don't add up but here but let's put a little perspective on it. You know on February twenty. I believe judge amy me. Berman Jackson is going to deliver a sentence for Roger Stone. My strong hunch. Is that if anything. She's is now more inclined to deliver a tougher sentence than she would. Otherwise have been because of this but she huge she was never going to get a pardon she was never well. That's yes that will give driving. After the election. There is a high likelihood there will be pardons for a number of people but I mean you know my guests. Look she was never gonNa give him seven and a half to nine years. That was although it's per the guidelines lines that's largely because of the witness tampering charge and the wist witness tampering charge was the squishy est of them all it all rested on emails and texts that stone sent to credit call after he learned what credit co was quoted in San as saying in that aforementioned book Russian Roulette and he said prepare to die Aycock sucker and prepared and seem to threaten the welfare of Bianca. Credit goes service dog who by the way has been a guest has been the guest on credit cards and shoes what was in the grand. Jury I think straight from the grand grand jury to skulduggery like number of guests have been but you know look credit costs said on the witness stand and amplified that in a letter to the judge Jackson. He never took those comments seriously. He never thought Roger Stone which might have to might have brought. You might green jewelry. I mean no. He wasn't asked. He said in his letter if I had been asked by stones stupid lawyers on Cross examination Asian or didn't have the wits to ask you know. Did you ever feel threatened in any way he would've said No. So you know. Look that doesn't technically get you off the hook on a witness tampering charge. But it does sort of you know. Make it less eerie. I'll just go ahead he. They've gone off. He's gone off easy on many other things including things related to to all this business but but he's going for is going well committee he. He may be going to go to prison because charming. That will be up to judge Jackson. It'd be up to the Donald trial that could who's taking. Yeah I know a very personal interest in this but you know we've we've seen in the past the politicization of the justice. I'm from both sides complaining about so when Bill Clinton met with attorney. General Lynch on a tarmac. Everyone on the Republican side was convinced that something wrong had what happened and that Clinton had some output in the fix on the Hillary Clinton investigation. It was something that was dumb and shouldn't have happened. There was no evidence of any wrongdoing doing but it was it was certainly improper. And I'm just waiting. I mean I Mitt. Romney hasn't tweeted yet. But I'm just waiting for Susan Collins to speak up strongly. Ah I've learned my lesson. Think you may have a long way to the justice. We used to have even guy like Chuck Grassley in the the past to care about whistle blowers used to care about issues. Like this and this is I think a big reflection of how the soda coat of trump has just reached into every corner of government in our public life. And no one's going to you know. Oh On that side. It's going to take issue with that. The the ones who've had their own little magazine and websites now and they don't get paid any attention and we will complain times. We'll have it's great stories and we're not going to have the type of three day four day five days scandal even longer that this would have happened anytime in the past. Although it is astonishing that this is happening like how many days I mean I guess. That's you know we got to do you day. We take care of all the enemies of the family right. Boom boom boom boom boom. You don't sit around you know when your boss you don't sit around and wait for Shit to happen. Been Gone pigging of mob families. You had an encounter today in New Hampshire with one Donald Trump. Junior tell us what happened. I guess if we're using the mob reference be calling the junior don well. I was at Shaver. Sean which is a landmark restaurant and the northwestern part of Manchester. Where sort of Canadian? In style they serve routine if you don't know what it is. I'm not going to describe it but smoked meat that you can get kind of Montreal and great breakfast place and it's also the type of place. Is that politicians always stop by to the photo op handshakes. So I was there with three members of my staff and we're eating are smoked meat in our big stacks of pancakes and French toast and incomes of Donald trump junior and his gal pal Kim go file former Fox woman from Fox News Fox and she's I think now she's running I think she's working for the SUPERPAC. Okay from the trump SUPERPAC. I think she has an official job But anyway they come in and they walk around and they say hello to a few few people. They don't come to our table now that may be because some trump volunteers earlier came over to us and try to trump bumper stickers. And we said we didn't want any any and sits down at a booth but before he sits down I take innocuous video of him just glad handing and I put it on twitter and say if you could ask I. Donald trump junior question. What would it be? And within ten minutes. Two thousand responses most of them are not even fit for this podcast. Okay but a lot more than what. What would you ask in? Lobby said leave please. But there were some you know what are the best offers you've gotten for the trump hotel through the GSA who funds your golf courses overseas. I mean there were some really good questions and then some That involve parts of the body and objects outside the parts of the body in any event. So I just wanted you know it was an opportunity. He came in which secret service. He sat in a corner booth With Kim and there was sort of a body man with him. When we walk out I'll go up and say something to him so we walk out and go up to the table I go? Can I ask you a question. And he kind of goes. Oh Okay Hey and I said do you know who you are. I don't know if you knew but I think Kim might might recognize me at some point in this exchange so you say you know I always this. I always wanted to ask you. I want to know. Why did you take that meeting with the Russian emissary after you got got an email saying this was part of an effort? Russian government sensitive secretive effort to help your campaign. I mean you know. Did you think that was appropriate. It and he says I've been through this all. I've testified that at and you telling me I can't talk to people. I talk to people all the time. I can't can't donate when I talk to talk to people and I said Yeah you do. There's nothing illegal necessarily about talking to people. But I'm wondering why you thought it was appropriate while you didn't think it was inappropriate to have that type of conversation at this point. His body man stands up like he puts his chest to my I chestnut. He's about five five for the body man but he's not a very big Bano and but there are secret service guys two tables over and they stand up. You don't move in but they're kind of close to begin with and but he stands up because we're just trying to practice here. We just don't eat breakfast here. I go I know I came over and I politely asked if I could ask a question. So that's all that's all I've done. And Don Jr. goes on about well you know I can talk to him I want and then I said Yeah but you were told that this was part of the Kremlin effort to help your campaign and at that point Kim pipes up and says no. He wasn't no he wasn't at all. He was never told that so that the guys almost as chest bumping either body man. I tried to push me away and he goes. You know we're just turning breakfast. I said well I'm I think I'm done here so I I leave and you you know the facts to well. Michael isn't because indeed there is an email saying exactly that the Versi mail he got about this was from the Guy Rob Goldstone. So who worked for 'EM INAUGURA this Russian pop star Blah Blah Blah. Helps it up the meeting so what you say. I love it nationally later in the summer. Yeah and it says says this is part of Russia effort to help your campaign so this was all filmed videoed and went up on the Internet and the tweets tapes out. There loved it a lot particularly liked the fact checked. I put up the email and said this is this seems like she's lying. Why would she lied about this? I don't know next time you see her out and about please ask her. But so yeah I should point out that Don Jr. has never testified in public public before any committee about what transpired so your encounter with him on video on twitter at your what your twitter handle again David Corn. DC Yeah David Corn DC will be maybe the only opportunity people have to actually see Don Jr. respond to questions about the trump tower. Many basically said you know what you should ask them to Biden. Yeah Right. We're here in Manchester on primary night. It just seems fitting that you would actually be able to do something like that Walk up to the President's son and ask questions like that only in a place like New Hampshire where we have like you know quaint democracy in action in and you know retail politicking and so trump. Relection I'm not sure we can do. Okay let's enjoy while we will enjoy it while we can and and Before you go. David Corn Win. Is that long-awaited paperback of Russian Roulette going to finally come out. Oh and sometime in the future sometime in the future before the election though sounded arguing over. Yeah I think we've got it all nailed down by the way. Hey Yeah you had a Typo in Mitt Romney's quote under the calling abuse of trust trust. You know that's what we have fact checkers for all right. David thanks for joining.

"It could be that there are some African Americans who go you know what I don't like I'm sticking with Biden. I don't give a shit. What those white voters in New Hampshire did I don't care destroy? He's trying McCain in some ways and well the Hampshire reverse Hallelujah McCain one New Hampshire in south you're on right right or or what Bush Bush was on the ropes in South Carolina because you've been beaten by McCain by a lot and he turned it around and South Carolina if people like an underdog you know so. I don't think Biden's GonNa win the nomination. But I think it's conceivable that he makes a mini comeback and get some black votes in South Carolina. You you know maybe exit out in South Carolina numbers in New Hampshire Very Bachelet's like and that's a big story today. Pathetic less than ten. This is a story that Biden former vice. So let's Warren. It's a big story that violence on the ropes. Here's here's a question for both of you. Warren obviously a big disappointment for finishing fourth. Does she get out before Super Tuesday. Or does she she plow through risking humiliation and losing to Bernie on our homestate in Massachusetts. Does she get out before Jon Ward does she. She get out before Super Tuesday. I think she gets out sooner than later. If these results continue and I actually kinda picked up a little bit of Simpatico Matico type connection between her and Klobuchar tonight. She made comments. I think in her speech that were a veiled shot at Bernie. Didn't she said something about Bernie's followers. It was. Yeah it was about hard lining yes about supporters kind of doing other candidates the dates which they did at the dinner on Saturday night and global jar made a comment that was sort of a an olive branch to warrant during her speech. That's something interesting to walk. How do you need to do what I'm going to do tomorrow? John All thing that I wanNA find out tomorrow and I know I've known both club. HR and Warren for pretty long time. But what I don't know I'm going to find out is what their personal relationship is in the US Senate. I know that Khloe Char does not a great personal relationship with some other senators which I'm familiar with. As in some cases her staffers felt like there was a toxic environment in in the clutch. Char- office and they've gone looking for jobs with other senators who kind of take them in his refugees from clovinger. But that doesn't even that doesn't necessarily are we gonna GonNa start reading more stories.

"In this race that pretty soon it's going to be down to Bernie versus this somebody not necessarily so. That's what everybody assumes. I don't necessarily true so I think that things are different now because i. I think you basically have four candidates now warren and well five because Biden could always make a comeback in South Carolina. Because nobody else ZIP nobody act. That mean mets Ossetian embarrassing. He's going to win the nomination. But in less Bernie he is really picking up a lot of black voters and Bernie has done very little addition. He's been in his. You know he's down more than fifty percent percent from where he was in this state for years ago and he lives next door. Brunell was burned person race. But why did you. Why did lose all that support? If you're a politician on the move you don't bleed support you. Also one place. His base is why it's very clear now is basis one quarter of the Democratic Party. Twenty five to thirty percent. I don't personally six percent cut and that was enough trump nominated. Well what happened with trump. And everybody's making this comparison trump was a new candidate so he kept people were tuning into him through all all the time and he was adding people are going like that. Guy and Bernie is so familiar like an old shoe. The idea of people going you know I mean some warn people will go go.

"You wouldn't obscene George W Bush come out and just say like you know the. Nobody likes Mitt Romney. That Guy Sucks. It would have been a weird thing to see and or whoever whoever Rick Santorum or someone like that it would have been very strange You just you don't usually see things like this. Usually they either endorse somebody or they They stay quiet until it's the general election and then they campaigned for that person. The other thing. That is kind of strange that it's not as if Hillary's endorsed Joe Biden. I mean Joe Biden was vice president. When she was secretary of state they were in the Senate together? They've you know they. They had a relationship when she was first lady. And Joe Biden was defending her rapist. I husband they've known each other for a long time and it's not as if she's coming out and endorsing Joe Biden and criticizing Bernie Sanders. She's just criticizing Bernie Sanders. So take from that what you will i. I don't know maybe the door still is open in in her mind but it's very clear that that she will never forgive Joe Biden. Excuse me Bernie Sanders for you. Know running against her there was not but that was her nomination in her mind. Nobody was allowed to challenge. It also just shows you what a Bitch Bernie Sanders is. I mean the fact that Bernie Sanders bent the need of this woman went around endorsed. Her went around campaigning. Being for and then this is what he gets in return. You know there's there is a lesson There's a couple of lessons number one. Don't be a bitch number two. Don't suck up to the establishment. You'll get nothing in return for it. That's I'm surprised. People haven't learned these lessons before. I remember when Rand Paul in two thousand twelve. Delve was like endorsing Mitt Romney. And he was saying all these nice things about Mitch McConnell and I know that he had this idea that he just endorsed Mitt Romney and and and Chummy chummy with Mitch McConnell. Then then they'd all endorse him in two thousand sixteen and none of them did he got no support from any of them. They're never it doesn't matter how much Bernie Sanders goes along with the party. The party never going to go along with him they were they ask Bernie Sanders about this and he just dodged the question. He was just like You you know they asked him. I mean he said something that was like remotely funny they asked him about Hillary saying nobody likes you and he said something like well. I should hope my wife likes me or something but again it just this really goes it. It just shows the weakness of Bernie Sanders and I know for a fact. I've talked to a lot of people and I know some people actually worked for the campaign and stuff there's a lot the people around Bernie Sanders. Who get really frustrated with this part of him I thought they were frustrated that he endorsed Hillary Clinton that he he you know like campaign for her That you know there was that whole like grass roots Bernier bust movement. And they want. That's what they wanted burning or bust and you know he he He basically told them No. Were Supporting Hillary Clinton and I know that there's a lot of them who are just fucking very frustrated that he won't fight he likes refuses to fight. Think about this right. Let's say Bernie Sanders is telling the truth which I tend to believe he has because Elizabeth Warren is you. You know a known liar. Let's say he was telling the truth that they like. This conversation never happened and he never said that a woman couldn't be president. Just assuming that's the case as I'm sure most Bernie supporters would would believe so Elizabeth. Warren lied about him. A couple of weeks before Iowa in front of tens of millions of people Lies About him. Basically calling him a sexist stabbing our friend in the back for political purposes And and then at the end of the debate he goes to shake her hand like a fucking chump and she refuses to shake his hands and attacks him and says you called me a liar On national television and what is Bernie Sanders instinctual response to that. What does he say? Let's not do this here. That's Bernie Sanders in a nutshell. Let's let's not do this here. Okay let's go that's it no fight. Nothing I'm sorry but if you're saying I want to overthrow the entire establishment album and I want to lead a revolution I don't you have to be a little bit more of a fighter than that. Now I'm not saying that Bernie Sanders is talking about leading violent revolution like okay. You don't need to be a killer chiller but you have to be willing to to stand up for yourself. And if Hillary Clinton you know it's like Oh my God the argument is right there in front of you it. It doesn't even take that much. How would you respond to Hillary Clinton? I mean it's just right there. Well I don't know I mean you the DNC rigged the system for you. And you still lost in the general cartoon cartoon character. I don't know you could just say that you could just say Like well I don't know I campaigned and supported Hillary Clinton and she seemed quite fine with me. When I was throwing my support behind are now all the sudden? Nobody likes me. She seemed to like me just fine when she was asking me to go speak on her campaign trail. That's it I mean. Just there's like fifty more just something you gotta give something. But he just he can't muster it up he Bernie Bernie Sanders. Just doesn't he doesn't have that. I don't know I've been speculating for a long time. I don't know if he just doesn't really care to win. He's already got his His next book in mind or maybe it's just a character thing. Maybe it's just a character thing where it's just. He's just a non-confrontational Guy Just doesn't have the courage to get into these scrums but it's it to me. At least it just looks weak and pathetic when these people are attacking you and then you're apologizing and do the same thing thing with Joe Biden. He ended up polishing that the guy called them corrupt. I'm so sorry he would call you. Corrupt you're corrupt. You know sure you're part of this corrupt system where the corporate you know. He'll say things like the corporations own the senators so okay so the corporations abrasions are paying his fucking family members while she's writing laws on their behalf but that's not enough to be labeled corrupt. I don't know I think it's GonNa take a a little bit more than that to get the socialist revolution that some of these people are looking for which is good we can capitalism can breath. These a I don't think Bernie Sanders. There's is the guy I mean. The the the irony of all of this is that Bernie Sanders would be the toughest match up for Donald Trump in a national election because Bernie Sanders would take all of that you know outside our energy away from Donald Trump. He would have all of this like populist. Pro Worker Energy But but I don't know I don't think he's got the the fight am to get there. We'll say it's not like he doesn't have a shot at this thing. Still we'll say a big part of that because Joe Biden is the front runner. All right guys. Let's take a moment and thank our sponsor for today's show one of my favorites They've been a longtime sponsor of the a show. Of course it is. Has she socks. You can go grab them over at Henry. SOCKS DOT COM. The brand new collection has been released. Their beautiful just great. I got several pairs from from the brand new collection. New Styles. New Colors the same amazing feel. "Thank you for listening to our mini so just couple of days ago where we talked about big tack, and how conservatives should approach them as monopoly, essentially, what is the free market approach to monopolise? We got such great response and actually sense, the dropping of that episode you might have seen it on Twitter. You might have seen it online. Amazon is under unbelievable scrutiny right now for that massive cloud contract that we talked about in our episode there, even Elizabeth Warren, Alexandra Kazu, Cortez and myself. Actually all agree. According to report Amazon was using very agreed, unethical practices of offering a job to someone at the department of defense at Amazon. If they were to get this through, which is boy, let's open an investigation. Because that if you wanna talk about crony-capitalism not capitalism, not free enterprise, not entrepreneurialism. But instead, cronyism isn't that isn't that it in its form? One of the world's most valuable companies going after a government official just try to get this massive government contract for themselves. So check out that article, and it really is proof positive everything we talked about a couple of days ago in our big tech episode, essentially the subtext of that helps owed is how should people who believe in the free market approach monopolies? We've got great response on it. So I want to talk about to brave Democrats. Boy, that's an unusual thing you don't hear very often. Brave democrats. I mean, the party of Alexandria, you'll Cortez, the party of Rashida to leave or the party, the Llano Omar the party of Cory Booker the party at Hillary Clinton is their bravery, left and the democrat party is their courage left in the democrat party. And I think what is missing so often from our country is a lack of courage. It's a lack of standing for what you believe in and standing against the mob. And if we're honest with ourselves, the democrat party has become a mob. The democrat party has become a mob on basically, every major issue, but especially in the issue of Duns and abortion. And so when you see a person say, especially in the democrat ranks raise their hand and say, you know what? I'm not going to go with the mob on this issue. I'm going to go against the grain. I'm going to be a contrarian. I'm going to stand for truth. I'm gonna do something difficult and take the political repercussions as they come. And we saw two instances of this in the last week, and both are amazingly instructive. And I think they illustrate a trend you're going to start to see in the democrat party and the coming civil war in the democrat party to brave Democrats, the first of which Louisiana governor John Bel. Quarts Louisiana's democrat. That's right. Democrat governor signed a ban on abortion as early as six weeks of pregnancy last Thursday. I mean my goodness that puts him right in line with other conservative southern leaders, such as Mississippi Kentucky Ohio and Georgia. Alabama went even further completely outlawing virtually all abortions, and so he has getting unbelievable backlash from his own party Planned Parenthood, the NAT narrow, which essentially is the most radical pro choice organization out there. Have gone after him in ways that you can imagine? Now John Bel Edwards actually has a personal connection to this issue. So John Bel Edwards, whose daughter had a spinal complication while she was in the womb of her mother he decided not to have an abortion despite his doctors advising him to do, so, so he signs a heartbeat Bill, which could be anywhere between six weeks to eight weeks and should we be at a point in our country, where abortion should not be legal when someone a baby has a heartbeat shouldn't that be a consensus that, yes that is a human life. Yes. That is something that is individual that should be protected. Obviously a more dependent human life. Obviously different form of human life. But human life that should be preserved and protected. The Louisiana legislature overwhelmingly supported this band with a seventy nine to twenty three house vote and. Thirty one to five Senate vote. Think about that only five centers and Louisiana state senators opposed, this abortion, measure so good. I knew John Bel Edwards democrat governor from Louisiana and I think the signal something that's really important. I think this, and the next example, many us as we talk about to brave Democrats, and the in the in this in the mob of the democrat party in this see of radicalism, you have to brave governors that have come out. We'll get to the second one second, I think the signals that they are trying to push back against the growing intense fervent radicalism within their own party. Whether it be post birth abortion, endorsed by. Dow governor Ralph northern or the New York abortion measure or the Illinois abortion abortion measure, that was just passed, and hopefully is not going to get signed into law by governor Pritzker. I believe you are seeing these Democrats take a stand for what is right. Because they're worried that if this trend continues there will be no more Democrats in the middle part of the country. There will be no more Democrats in states, like Louisiana or states like Iowa and we need more Democrats, like this that will do. What is right? That that will do what is correct. And I will say it is harder for a democrat to stand up to their own party than a Republican is a Santa thrown party when a Republican stands up to their own party. They get nice articles written about them in the Washington Post. Look at Mitt Romney when Mitt Romney stands at the Donald Trump, he gets treated like a hero when a democrat stands up to their own party, and does something that conserves agree with they get vilified. They get thrown under the bus mind. You I was reading a lot of these articles about the abortion ban in Mississippi and Louisiana and a lot of these articles written by Huffington Post, in by BuzzFeed that we're trying to demonize and we're trying to throw this entire issue in the wrong direction. They weren't even saying he was a democrat. I mean, the media almost saying radical governor. Governor John Bel Edwards. Well, you had to go all the way down to the bottom of some of these articles to actually see that it was a democrat governor that was doing this and other good examples just than a Marsh. Mc Justin Ammash opposes his own party. He gets nonstop wall to wall coverage on CNN and MSNBC. He gets beautiful write ups in the New York Times, the sole Republican not strands for integrity and stands for the rule of law. But when democrat stands up to his own party or her own party, the backlash is immense. So I can make an argument and it's actually harder to be a brave democrat than be a brave Republican, quote unquote. Brave Republican standing up against the Republican party. I actually think a brave republicanism when, like rand Paul or someone like Mike Lee that stands up to both parties. That's actually my definition of a brave Republican, but the mob is alive, and well within the democrat party and you could see the vitriol and the hatred hurl that, John Bel Edwards, and good on him for doing the difficult. But correct thing to stand up for life and to stand up for the unborn in Louisiana. So the second democrat that was brave last week. And isn't it amazing that we're able to say that, to Democrats did the right thing, you know, and just want to reinforce this point Democrats tend to be more collective? Whereas Republicans are more individualistic, and so by definition. And by actually, how Democrats view politics, and they the people Democrats are much more likely to vote as blocks Democrats are much more likely to look at things in the view the collective whereas we as Republicans are, if you're listening to us as a Republican or those of us as conservatives I should say or conservatory in, if you listened to my second episode ever, y believe what I believe if you haven't I highly recommend it, those of us that believe in the individual, we don't actually view each other as doing things in the collective. Oh, as it's the individual I and if we find people that agree with us, then we'll do things together that the Democrats are the opposite. It's, it's we must be as one almost like the board from Star Trek. We must be one. Entity together, the second democrat that did something bold and did something courageous. The nevada. Governor Nevada democrat governor Steve, Cecil lack I believe on saying that correct. Governor Steve Cecil IC on Thursday. This is so important. I want to dive really, really deep into this because there's there's about ten points. I wanna make on this particular issue. And then I want to kind of do a little history behind it because I believe this issue is not going anywhere. It's one of my most passionate shoes. And one of the most underappreciated and misunderstood issues in America today. Governor Steve celek, last Thursday, isn't it amazing that both of this happened on Thursday, by the way, I just think that's kind of cool that both these Democrats did something courageous on a Thursday. Vetoed a Bill that would have seen his state. Join a growing movement to affectively end the electoral college. This is done by an organization called the national popular vote. And so the electoral college, allows states to allocate their electors as they see fit. And we'll dive into a couple examples of. That and why the electoral college is so brilliant. And we're going to build out the actual philosophical and historical background and depth behind the electoral college. But the electoral college allows each state to allocate their votes as they see fit so the national popular vote, they said, well, we're not going to be able to get a national popular vote pass through congress. That's highly unlikely. So what if we do it through the states? What if we take a state such as California, when we get a piece of legislation passed the California that says California will allocate their electoral votes based on whoever wins the national popular vote, so it will no longer be based on who actually wins the state, it'll be based on who wins the national vote will, then allocate the votes of the state is this, essentially, it's reverse engineering, the electoral college, some scholars think this is unconstitutional. Most don't and actually based on my own analysis. I don't think this is unconstitutional state can do whatever they want what their electoral votes, a state can say, you know. Hi oh, say, we want to allocate our electoral votes based on the winner of the World Series. If an American League team wins it, then we'll give it to the Democrats have a national team league team wins. It will give it to the Republicans. It could be that silly in the, the, the constitution says the state is allowed to allocate their electoral votes as they see fit. But the one caveat of the national popular vote movement is that it's a national popular vote compact. It's called the interstate compact. So none of this is affected until two hundred seventy electoral votes. Do it. So right now, they're up to one hundred eighty nine electoral votes. So, for example, California has done it Illinois has done it and many other states across the country..

"It is a misuse of, of democracy. But this is something going on through the whole through the whole democrat party. Aiming Abe closer also says won't say about abortion. She won't come down and say that there comes a point when you shouldn't do it anymore. All right. So now let's go back though to to Buddha. Judge now says that when Democrats talk about all the wonderful things they give you they should also talk about how they're going to pay for it. And this is cut number eight is he describes? He does to his credit described how he's gonna pay for it. When candidates Democrats go out promising. As I think we should that we're going to have major increases in investment in things like education, health and infrastructure. We also got to be willing to say where the revenue is gonna come from. And it's why we really do need to entertain ideas, like I would say a fairer, which means higher. Marginal income tax rate on those earning the most reasonable wealth tax or something like that, to make sure that people are giving back when they become enormously wealthy perhaps financial transactions tax taxes. These millisecond differences in computer traits that people become enormously wealthy off. I'm not saying we ban them. But since it's not obvious how much real value, they're adding to the economy, least we could do get some value for the American people, and also closing the corporate tax loopholes, and incentives for off-shoring that have it to where pretty much everybody in this room, probably paid more personally in federal income taxes than some of the most wealthy multinational corporations like Amazon to made billions in profits and pay zero last year. First of all, it's not true that if he's zero because the people in the companies pay pay taxes, and so the corporate tax to begin with, as a double tax and Secondly, all segment. What happened to if it's if it's my decision, whether I kill a child or not, if he can understand that the government should make that decision, which, of course, it should the government should protect a child's life wiser, my decision. How I spend my money? What is this giving back? What did these billionaires take that they should be giving anything back? They didn't take anything. They created stuff they created wealth. They created a whatever it is that they did that gave well. So why I do not understand why in his absolute knowledge that he the dragon Queen knows what's good. Why he gets to decide how that money is spent? I do not understand that, you know, I have to pause here for just a second. I'm going to get back to that in a moment 'cause there's a really interesting story about that and a really interesting reaction to that story. But I let us talk about open fit, because I know it's distracting. When I'm sitting here talking like this, and I just looked so great that you want to listen to what I'm saying, but you're thinking. How does he do it? How does he looks great? I exercise constantly and open fit takes all the complexity out of losing weight and getting fit you don't wanna go you don't want to commute to the gym, especially now LA, but anyway, you don't want to it's just too far away. You wanna be able to get fit where you are an open fit as a brand new super simple, simple, streaming service, that allows you to work out from the comfort of your living room in as little as.

"This is your democrat party. This is the democrat. This is who they are. It's not a mask. This is who they are. You take off a mask. You see the face underneath. This is the face of the democrat party. This is who they are. This is what you're voting for. I am they and will always be strong advocate for life conception to natural death. But even if you are pro choice, even if you are I asked you this is this saying to you is this legalizing and openly supporting infanticide. Folks, this is deeply troubling stuff. Are we even mildly concerned as a country about the moral stain abomination this is going to leave behind? I'm deeply sorry. I didn't get to the sooner especially given the signing of this equally horrible New York law. I am I should have gotten to this sooner. But this for Judases Virginia, not that determination of life is acceptable anywhere. But this is Virginia. How is this even being introduced? You know, I. I'm a sinner to. Okay, I say that all the time. I'm trying constantly to stay on the righteous path. It's not always easy. I mean it. But my gosh, the I mean, the you have an ounce of empathy for these infants should what what what do you? Call a child that at nine months into third trimester. At the end of it is that a blob of cells to. Because if that's a blob of cells than Europe blob of cells to and your life is meaningless to. But maybe that's what radical far left is wanted all the time. The prominence of government diminishment of individual life is a priority. Gross. I mean utterly completely grotesque. Show. We'll hear from liberals on that one to bed. It's disgusting. All right, who the Democrats really are wanting to get the some other stuff too because this is getting bad. Now. Joe it only took comma Harris twenty four hours if you listen to yesterday's show. We played the clip of Kama Harris in an interview with Jake tapper on CNN at a town hall, comma, Harris democrat, Senator from California now running for president twenty twenty who announced that the Jake tapper town all that she wanted to wipe out free market insurance. "I don't stand for that ever. But that was not a decision made by the Republicans. It was in democrat counties and the county officials made those decisions. And I'm sorry Joe, but longlines is not suppression. And it's definitely not suppression. When democrat county officials make the decision to shutter polling locations people have to there are multiple opportunities to vote. I just I just drives me crazy because you're going to see this Joe again, you're going to see this reappear in twenty twenty in Georgia. They all the elect this is now the Democrats are whatever they lose. They want the institution shut down the governorship in Georgia's not legitimate. They lost the Senate the Senate slot legitimate. It's not based fairly enough on population. I saw an article today in the Wall Street Journal suggesting that we should carve up the state's now Joe California's should become whatever north and south California east and west California. So they get more Senate seats that Florida's should be carved up Texas should be carved up New York should be carved up, folks. This is what the Democrats do they want? They lose the supreme court. They wanna stack the supreme court because they're committed to genuflecting at the altar of power. They do not believe in limited government. They have placed all their faith in the power of government to rule over your lives when they lose it. They. Lose their minds, and they want the government of old dismantled for a government of new government. They can control. Joe you when I don't do that. Because we believe in a higher power. Then government that higher power of government are God, given big rights. They got rights granted by God protected by constitution. Protecting us against the government. Keeping bear arms writes that shall not be infringed freedom of speech freedom of the press freedom of assembly freedom to petition these are rights granted to us by God. Not granted to us by government. The constitution protects us against what they Bill. It's the Bill of rights is a Bill of negative negative rights for the government tells the government what they can't do to you. Right. The Democrats don't see it that way, they see the government as a medium to control people's lives, the central planning component of it. They're the the overseer of all they will grant you your little our rights. Not God, you weren't born free. You were born to government. And when they lose that power. They are up. That's why you're seeing that de legitimize ation of the governorship in Georgia. The Senate the supreme court all of it. It's gross, folks. It's really disgusting. What's going on? All right. I got a lot of other stories you some of you are a little of set miss the swale Wilson. I didn't miss it. I covered it on my TV show on Friday, but just quickly because it's such a dumb story. A frequent topic of Joe and high both are IRA on this show as democrat congressman from California, excuse me, Eric swo-. Well, who is one of the more Barrasso members of congress? Sorry. Everybody's an ice guy. Personally. I just don't care. I don't want to have dinner with the guy. He's just really embarrassing fellow of. He is promoted a Bill for a while now to confiscate people's firearms from their house. Yeah, he's a big gun grabber. He's he's one of the lead proponents of the Russian collusion hoax. He has no evidence that there is any collusion at all. But he continues to propagate it, and he's one of the more smarmy or kind of smart alecky members of congress who thinks he's one of those guys. I heard this about a member of congress wants not him. But I'm sure it applies to him to. He's the smartest guy in a room. Joe just ask him. He'll tell you. So swallow wells that guy he's he is he's he's clownish. She just said just watch us Twitter feed. Right. So he sends out a tweet last week. I didn't miss it. I just said I covered it on my TV show a couple people yesterday. But you gotta make a quick comments. He sends out a tweet in response to a guy. Joe bigs on Twitter and Joe big at something on Twitter to the effect of like if if you come and get our guns, you're going to cause some kind of like a war and swallow well, who's a member of congress on his actual congressional account. Tweets back short war would be we've got nukes, man. And they're legit..

"Right like he has resigned and that is why i'm not expelling him and then just be like look this is just republicans trying to steal a senate seat i think it will be really tough right if if new jersey hadn't just had this election right if if see if new jersey was had his election at the regular midterms we were talking about a running if you're talking about running the clock out a whole year then like democrats would have a real problem but this we're talking about two months most of which is consumed by christmas and thanksgiving and in which the election has already taken place it just seems like you know is cute of republicans i mean you know no one should be begrudged their opportunity to try to make people taken embarrassing vote or something but it's like it's a really pretty clear cut as far as these things go the difficulty is like if menendez chooses to be a jerk and his like saying he won't vacate the seat at all of his appealing yeah i i do agree that it's over hyped um especially because you need two thirds to expel so democrats can actually afford to let you know 10 red state um you know they're ten most vulnerable yeah up to a yeah a little higher depending on whether eminent if you know ran paul's got to get out of the hospital i mean there's like a lot of yet but but i'm saying it might joe manchin and heidi heitkamp might it might not be the worst thing in the world for them to cast a vote to expel or corrupted new jersey senator schumer can pretend to be really mad at the they could have like a huge screaming match like it'll be great but as long as most of the democratic caucus who are generally in safe seats or not up for reelection for a long time stay it line then it's not really gonna be in serious danger of having this expulsion uh happen.

"Yeah i'd make a couple of points one is that go sb was indeed a corporate lobbyist party establishment type figure but again in 2014 what he ran for senate he came less than a point away from defeating the incumbent senator democrat mark warner who seemed to be well liked so like the great jaw two he he he's not you know there was reason to expect him to do well yes on paper he is lobbyist but like he had made this run in which he had shockingly over performed in the past so i don't think it's entirely accurate to say that that he was an obviously week candidate all lawn up one thing that i do remember talking about before the election is that i thought that the narrative was focusing a little too much on democrats in disarray and a little too little on you know the what was happening on the republican side because yeah gillespie had these negative ad campaigns but there are also like reports that she had these halfempty rallies all the time like i don't know it it just didn't become the leading narrative of the race that eggless be was having trouble exciting they're republican base but there was reason to believe that beforehand and now seeing the results there's even more reason to believe that really so i think this would really is the most important thing here determining all this is that we have moved from eight years of elections in which a democrat was president to now an unpopular.

"Powerful republican gerrymander and it's hard to beat incumbents yeah exactly but what ended up happening is that not only were the closely contested races tipping in democrats favour but a bunch of races that weren't even on anybody's radar also flipped to democrats and and longtime incumbents were knocked off so you had um a member of the democratic socialists of america who was running as a democrat and he be one of the republican leaders in the chamber and that was just like a total shocker you have other races that were more known to be contested but we're still viewed as reaches for democrats which they also won they basically one sort of everywhere based on sort of the strength of the democratic brand a generally there was one type of candidate that one dan ballot it was it was just sort of every type so actually have a question about this i all i have after tuesday in it is questions i'm hoping the uk's concert some of them out for me but i've heard two different narratives about the house of delegates races i've heard you know at democrats and progressive say see this is why even if you think the racist hopeless you just have to have some one because in a strong enough wave election no matter who you have as long as there is the democrat someone's gonna vote for them and they have a chance i've also heard the narrative that these house of delegates races saved ralph nor them because people were super excited about voting for their house of delegates candidates and that that you know carried north them to a bigger margin of victory than his otherwise somewhat uninspiring candidacy would have had in those kind of see mutually exclusive to me like i ther the house of delegates candidates are warm bodies or they're the ones that are really driving democratic enthusiasm and i'm wondering what you guys think as to which of these is true well i definitely don't think they saved north them he won by almost nine points which is pretty convincing win i think it's more it makes more sense to think that both aren't coming from the larger trend which we did observe which is that democrats were enthusiastic and willing to turn out and um and i think one interesting thing about these have of delegate races in particular is that um.
