"Standard or something when you taste something. Yeah i think that's a really beautiful way Touch day because it really it really resonates with me. I think hoffa Not just wear. But what the whole prince really behind alcohol and the sharing of spirits is. It's about that sense sharing the delight you get not from what senior class but for the moment that you're having with somebody else or group friends where you are actually enjoying something together and i think that very much case back that emotional connection that you have it's watson new class whether it's just a cold beer at the end of the game of golf or really extraordinary bubble at the end of an amazing evening. It's about that moment. In time. And the memories that the spirits make fees based in the discomforting. And i'm been incredibly for missing some of the things i've tasted the stories that come with discovery are very much part of that if you like. A failure of messaging is we. We want to tell you about where we will be found it what we were doing. And how it was how it was uncovered that there's one story that really stands out for me. It's it's it's sort of sums up everything about us what we do. I went to cognac. To meet the team at the size recuperation which is quite newly reestablished in front so the origin soundtrack are actually in france in cognac. The the original founder. Sandra coordinate back in the eighteenth century was a man from connecticut. shipped his cognac. To new orleans. They've now bought the domain and are starting to make cognac again. I went to meet the guy who's running the separation and he said well you looking for and i said well you really anything. I didn't have any preconceptions. Just interested to see what you're doing and if there already exciting parcels than i'd left tastes them the very next day he and said i think i've got something for you could just sorta sense. Send a little movement of excitement. So he picked me up when we drove to a economic domain of vineyards and distillery near the center of the cognac region. And that we matic i. Who is the grandson. Well probably great great grandson. Its founder Eighteenth seventeenth century and he had been doing some renovation. Work one of the bombs in state and it's called a big story and behind the wall in this bond he uncovered two hours one was about cognac. His granddad still did nineteen twenty five and then hid behind a wall when the germans were approaching southwest of france between the wars in probably the late nineteen thirties and it should be left there forgotten. So this is completely. It's very unusual in a number of ways one because it happened to because it was never discovered and that means the spiral of cognac sat that completely untouched for ninety. Three is which is just amazing that it wasn't top topic wilson put into demi johns. Nothing happened to it. I got to taste it and it was just the most astonishing cognac. i ve ever tasted. I haven't tasted lots of nas next. But but i knew i was tasting something really really magical so i stayed in this this little tasting room as a man who who it was almost like. He was showing me his baby Had his arms folded. He had the smile on his face. Said i know you are going to love. And i tasted it and to what i said the top which is about not being an expert. But knowing when you're tasting something special. That's exactly what i had. I tasted it. I've never tasted anything minus four. And i probably never would again and it's just up to the beautiful and i. I had story of the spirit fat that his grandfather still that had been hidden that it was discovered completely by accident and we were being given the opportunity to put this in a bottle and bring it to a hundred and eighty two very lucky owners. I'm that's what we've done for me. It was even more special because it was distilled in the my dad was born and it was puzzled. Yeah he died so that you know to to talk about a place in time in a moment in time. That to me. Sort of sums everything. We're trying to do not all the stories a quite dramatic as that. But there's always a sense of place a sense of story behind what you're doing and i think this comes back to to sharing to to experience an as you were saying ryan that emotion the emotion can come purely from. What's on your lips or from the past new orphan story behind it. But ideally from all of these things. But i just to to slow down the line. I think it still has to be really delicious if you're looking to sell things for thousands dollars which we do and i'm not going to than they they've got to be once in a lifetime nine minutes to show. I mean it's a. It's a lovely story and i think you're you're really putting a new spin on the word orphan barrel that we in we in the bourbon world have been accustomed to that came from diaz. Yo that nobody really knows if they're quote unquote orphan but finding something like this. Because that's a different story because that's done on a much larger scale which what you're doing is really kind of finding like just the smallest segment and and being able to provide a truly unique tasting experience something that you'll never be able to experience ever again. And that's the way we felt when we try that nineteen eighty buffalo trees. Yes and the nine hundred eighteen. That's lovely and a completely different story but equally there's a lot of remands because although it's it's not a forty year old bob. It was distilled in nineteen eighty. And of course the buffet industry in a very very different situation than now. No one can. Bob was not. It's unbelievably hot topic. That it is now but it was all say distilled before south Baffler trace to senator say the still what was then the judge t stacked steadily by gary hart to the master sister that but the lovely thing is because you kentucky bourbon particulars is. It really is an industry where things cost from father to son generations generation but holland. We who is obviously now master. Distiller center was gary apprentice and led his trade from the man who still this. And then it was hauling new actually uncovered this this puzzle autism racket ball both And decided that it would go in stainless.

Are you sure you're calling out the right host of the show because that sounds very similar to the blonde my left. Wow much shade very. Wow so when detonated whether on purpose or by looking at it funny a shock wave is produced. that is self sustaining. So you know how you drop a pebble into water a kind of like out the ripple effect ripple effect. Yeah this just like keeps going and gets bigger amazing so the shock wave can propagate at thirty times the speed of sound which is three hundred and forty three meters per second or seven hundred and sixty seven miles per hour so thirty times that is twenty three thousand and ten miles per hour how why chemicals the kipahulu acts as a material combust it expands to twelve hundred times its original volume and can reach temperatures up to nine thousand degrees fahrenheit. Could google really. How does anything. You're trying to steal survive. How do they survive. Tld are nitroglycerine is unstable and can quickly obliterate you. Bright elmer also liked using it. Obviously is this. The story is the shortest lived villain where he tried to do something and blew himself up and we'll find out oh so todo and march of nineteen eleven and linda. Oklahoma almer was hanging out the three of his buddies. They learned that the iron mountain missouri pacific train was coming by with a safe containing four thousand dollars so these guys after managing to stop the train. how. I don't know superman stuff and they stopped the train. They let all market to work little over zealously. Kay he needed that safe. So the most what was inside. Got fuse to the site of the save ulmer and his gang got away with a measly four hundred and fifty dollars. They had to scrape off what was left of the anti-theft box a fair. That would be me. I don't work well under pressure so sorry guys. Imagine that like us trying to do anything we just do over the top. It's really loud. And we try to scrape up whatever's left to make something out of it and then sounds like rebecca editing or no idea. Okay so in september of nine eleven. Elmer and his gang spent a couple hours hammering. This is a completely different scenario. There are hammering hole into the wall of the citizens bank and chautauqua. Kansas elmer was able to touqan. I think it is a ticket. Chicken chicken tall i. hey the from. Kansas feel free to correct correct. Rebecca ashley i kept quiet on this one we'll whatever fill elmer was able to successfully blow the vaulted door off. It's hinges and through the bank. The storing most of the inside of the bank. I tried to do the same to the safe inside of the vault but failed because what he said up. Didn't go off and if you're working with nitroglycerine the really bad thing. Yeah they're lookout. Man got spooked and read off different elmer and his gang made out with seven hundred and fifty dollars from a random trae in the bank. So they're like running out and just grabbed money from her nearby dry and they decided to part ways for the next couple of weeks omer stayed with a friend and oklahoma and drank heavily. I probably would do the same on october. Fourth in nineteen eleven. Elmer would commit his final robbery. They had intel that katy. Trade was carrying four hundred thousand dollars as royalty payment to the osage nation. The crew mistakenly stopped a passenger car and made out with forty six dollars from the mail clerk to demi johns a whiskey an automated revolver a coat and the train conductors watch. He stole after a two thousand dollar reward was issued for his capture. Elmore died on october. Eight and nine hundred eleven in a shootout after being shot once. "Community of entrepreneurs I'm gonna Voyager me hangs in the house is the CEO and founder of megalodon marketing is a plus thank you tell us what you do what I was doing marketing in Iraq's so original agency but we specialize in personality brain development so we take people everywhere else in real life company executives entrepreneurs just people want to help others obtain a result commonly we create information products form into intangible so webinars books video streams online courses universities academies but I'm sure you all marching coincides with that old asset creation because the client profile you specifically work with this is there a range or is it anyone's gonna agree question so it's common to somebody who says I built a business or obtained a result and I have the desire and the know how to teach it to somebody else or somebody was throwing in the ability to articulate something that they've done to show others how to attain that result so we put all these actionable data into something is broke down on a granular level one more like a step by step blueprint approach and a user or a leader if you will come into that program and go through a process if you want to kind of grow into whatever it is that that result from the front in the product I'm so sorry for his business people just people everywhere will soon realize that these people are like the free through motivation like listen to the experts and it's kind of like like this issue need to charge you know you actually have results and you teach him how to basically brand in stock at the content they're monetized absolutely so we we believe in the recurring revenue that comes from this in the system that we're able to create from people without a time time again we come in proving the model works spent a hundred seven billion dollar online education space has a market cap currently so there's there's a lot of room to grow inside of so you're young twenty two twenty two of twenty okay so give me a little background you know how did you get in a space where you somebody was like up and coming young you're like man I gotta get on this online the jobs you hate in your life I can never worked for anybody will give me a little background on the lake shore right so I grew up in Ohio the false which is just like this great wall but you're not noticing me listen it just wasn't where I lived it wasn't supported right or maybe the people I was around one point sixteen and a fifty thousand dollars in three month video production company there were there was very low key about it because people still told me opening I couldn't do but I literally just did the time go to school they tell me to do all these things so you know I mean more than in three months time my parents didn't drop a year so country interests correcting that I know I do not upsell people I knew I was anxious to at sixteen and so when I was eighteen fresh ice going on to a sales job Colorado was complacent for two years low around twenty five dollars in my pocket sentencing cases for three weeks a job selling phones at a cost on a minute do give me a job when he was head of social media marketing I was nineteen I think the twenty I think you're starting something called an interesting solutions and I was kind of social media marketing so young because I had a background in entrepreneurship I I just coming I still put me in this position right a group of marching with the resume builder and your call and and recruiters we use this thing called a fusion software CRM and really shows people use the system like all these people and like we just don't know how to use it like we need training your incisions office for right now thank yes and I do interview a job that I worked on for thirteen months as email marketing manager for three months degree in digital marketing specialist is database for modern fifty thousand four hundred fifty three thousand and thirteen months I was there twenty five sales people are trained on how to contractually follow up with people based on where they're at the sales process was to products and we generate a lot of revenue we average about twenty million dollars there for months as like digital revenue that was coming into the on the university that was held for six fifteen Celgene Grambling yeah awareness Guildenstern agency that's fantastic the store first and chose it you can have your hands kind of in the roots of it you saw experience from going from one thing to the next the next budget like you're saying right just say Hey I'm an expert in it you actually roll your sleeves up to do the work and you work with somebody I think a lot of people know who he is I I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't working for grand like just coming self aware all of the channels digital marketer and then also being able to learn how to run an actual business if I if I don't work for granted still looking at digital marketer I just think I'm watching self Facebook ads be able to do stuff from that perspective instead of being able to come in and build an actual actual business which you down by the age of twenty two I think Jeremy Haynes blowing my mind right now this is a marked lack and we're here to inspire inform and connect the community of entrepreneurs I want to build your invites if somebody was going to get in the same space as you will be some practical steps to follow in your footsteps he doesn't want my twenty two so they're probably thinking like Hey I can do this pretty quick there's two things you can do I mean you have to go through like the hard knocks experience of having to get I don't have given people drive real results in real life you know so I I wouldn't tell somebody just hop in the agency space you know they need to go out of their way in and like working into into getting clients and giving returning results and and you know having a job with yourself getting the business but nowadays there is a shifting sea online online of course of course so I was just in high Lopez's SMA program which is you know how to create a social media marketing agency so I I talked to so Google can be seen of course and other officials associate with that so is this officially like all my mentor ship but you can actually still yourself through others like time myself Josh were approved with conditions of inflation to give their own piece of expertise towards that one goal of becoming a genocide okay fantastic and the question is how does something else needs to models around for them just going out and creating maybe a different version of suffering the same thing but we were just like let's talk about that maybe there should be like a marketing consultant and I should be an agency the point so a lot of people actually people that work for me right now like when when my digital marketers like this where she's an expert she's very reputable in the market right now like you can go look up her name and you'll be able to see that you market yourself very well however when she started generating clients in and getting out there should want to handle your accounting I mean it's important and he declines medications and everything that goes with running the business just wanted to deal with and getting results and doing what she loves shouldn't shouldn't realize this kind of fell into having to run a business right so in my opinion comes the hard I think for instance is I started I realized there was a lot of opportunity in being able to do the other things that I've done historically or it would be able to have their strategic partners that come in and work these massive deals with us right so from that perspective it's either you know being able to deal with the business management hiring business development specialist job you are just you know sticking with whatever you're running kind of like joining underneath something else that can support you know I mean I'm not sure what it is one of the hardest things I think it's fun to talk about success on you which is a lot of young person but my question is is the failure twenty six min ago being a failure off and so I would say I mean I refill businesses so it's not like I haven't gone into business before and it's completely still most the time it comes from lack of effort there's been a few times like what's which is my agency is examined by going to our house million dollars entering your running it in the eleven months we've been in business there was no profits but that came from consistently hitting sailings and then having to work through issues that would have held us back if I wasn't able to staff for higher mentors or you know just kind of shakes where I was a week while I was going into Florence to maintain influence if that makes sense I mean common failures in business to really just come from like about strangers in obviously like financial withdrawals during those times listen to the best of ourselves you know motivated the team around you because I think when most people think about an agency I love how you break it down because if you make it sound so easy so how do you get the people around you you can lock in the deal and you can essentially saying great yours my team is going to do this stuff too hard and you train and you find people that are already doing the work that you ran so depends on the position right because some positions are people that I know that I work with historically that might be able to still happening inside an agency that I know can grow into other roles so it's like a relationship basis right majority of my team comes from already being experts argue having results are you seeing something themselves and that model where they know they don't necessarily want to keep themselves in business to handle everything they want to come in and work with somebody so all the people that work for you right now they're all underneath me as as demi John please and stop yeah but that being said it is coming from I mean world from other people me going online having a social media presence or how it's going to happen next which come in like a higher than those people sometimes come in house other times just when maybe my office building I find some that I've I want to play like that they come from all over you just keep your eyes open I had a I had a guy the other day three point two million dollar man tell me that one of his best people you'd ever hard drinking from Dunkin donuts our work got to be able to see one million so what do you think is one of the biggest mistakes and you work with a lot of entrepreneurs of all levels of success what is a big mistake become mistakes a lot of this could be the only marketing space constrained general as we possibly can I think it's really just undermining but what you need to join the market to really get instant attention on yourself this is one thing anti means as direct mentorship from him that you know intentions our greatest asset and business industries our greatest problem we always need to retain the ability to get transportation and I really think the bottom line that people in business really try to either a low key but in other activities in a day or a year towards things where they can stop and get attention along the way actually a lot of people lose ten thousand hundred thousand five million dollars in business depending what they do from undermining things that are currently available to us you know it's kind of like having a hammer a nail and friend you need to get something on the wall but you're looking around for him right now and it's right on your right I think the tension is essentially the first step of marketing in order for you to educate bring a call to action for you doing that stuff yes the first people's attention so I love that you brought that up and it's a very valuable asset social media on his job they wanna learn more about your marketing on the German names and then I understand different the life of.

for anybody will give me a little background all right so I'm really struggle to like this you please write so I grew up in Ohio the false which is just like this great wall but it is like yeah that's the main reason it just wasn't where I lived it wasn't supported right or maybe the people I was around one forty seven sixteen I make sixty thousand dollars in three month video production company there were there was very low key about it because people still told me opening I couldn't do but I literally just did the time go to school they tell me to do all these things so you know I mean more than in three months time my parents didn't drop a year so country interests correct anyway I know I didn't know how to sell people I knew I was anxious to at sixteen and so when I was eighteen fresh ice going on to a sales job Colorado was complete and for two years charming slow move to Miami beach a hundred twenty five dollars in my pocket sentencing cases for three weeks a job selling phones across government to do its job she was head of social media marketing I was nineteen and twenty seems Peter started coming called energy saving solutions and I was out of social media marketing so young because I had a background in entrepreneurship I I just coming I so put me in this position right a group of marketing which is a resume builder and your call and and recruiter under we use this thing called in fusion software CRM yeah and we have all the skills people use the system I think all these people in and like we just don't know how to use it like when you train like your incisions office for right now I'm like oh yeah yeah and I do interview a job and I work from home for thirteen months as email marketing manager for three months degree new digital marketing specialist is database for modern fifty thousand four hundred fifty three thousand and thirteen months I was there twenty five sales people are trained on how to contractually follow up with people based on where they're at the sales process which is two products and we generate a lot of revenue we averaged about twenty million dollars there for a few months as like digital revenue that was coming into the online university that was a health course of treating Celgene Grampa I just became aware of the skill in certain agencies that's fantastic the store first and chose it your hands kind of in the roots of it you saw experience from going from one thing to the next to the next like you're saying right just say Hey I'm an expert in it you actually roll your sleeves up to do the work and you work with somebody I think a lot of people know who he is I would not be where I am today if it wasn't working for granting like just becoming self aware all of the channels digital marketer and then also being able to learn how to run an actual business if I if I don't work for grand I just eloping in digital marketer I just think I'm marching self for Facebook ads being able to do stuff from that perspective instead of being able to come in and build an actual actual business which you John by the age of twenty two he Jeremy Haynes blowing my mind right now the business rockstars I'm mark lack and we're here to inspire inform and connect the community of entrepreneurs I want until near invites if somebody was going to get in the same space as you will be some practical steps to follow in your footsteps he doesn't want my twenty two so they're probably thinking like Hey I can do this pretty quick there's two things you can do I mean you can either go to like the heart not constraints of having to get I don't I'm giving people drive real results in real life in our site I wouldn't tell somebody just hop in the agency space you know they need to go out of their way in and like work into getting clients engine returns in giving results and and you know having a job with yourself getting the business but nowadays there is what you're thinking Rhumbline online of course of course so I was just in high Lopez's SMA programs which is just you know how to create a social media marketing agency so I I talked about so Google can be seen that course and other officials associate with that so there's there's officially like all my mentor ship but you can actually still yourself through others like time myself Joshua proved this insult inflation to give their own piece of expertise towards that one goal of becoming a genocide okay fantastic and the question is how does somebody know financing models around for them just going out and creating maybe a different version of suffering the same thing but we were just like let's talk about that maybe there was to be like a marketing consultant and I should be an agency the point so a lot of people and actually people that work for me right now like when it when my digital marketers like this where she's an expert she's very reputable in the market right now like you can go look up her name and you'll be able to see that you market yourself very well however when she started generating clients in and getting out there should want to cancel your accounting admin support in completing the client's intentions and everything that goes with running the business you just wanted to deal with and getting the results and doing what she loves shouldn't shouldn't realize this kind of fell into having a business right so in my opinion comes the hard I think for instance since I started I realized there was a lot of opportunity in being able to do the other things that I've done historically or it would be able to have through strategic partners that come in and work these massive deals with us right so from that perspective it's either you know being able to deal with the business management hiring business development specialists to help you out or just you know sticking with whatever you're running kind of like joining underneath something else that can support you you know I mean I'm not sure what it is but one of the hardest things I think it's fun to talk about success which is a lot of young person but my question is is the failures waiting spending can be extremely are obsolete and so I would say I mean I refill businesses so it's not like I haven't gone into business or foreign just come please tell most of time comes from lack of effort there's been a few times like let's let's use my agents using them I'm going to over half million dollars in entering your running it in the eleven months we've been in business I was in profits but that came from just a leading ceilings and then having to work through issues that would have held us back if I wasn't able to staff for higher mentors or you know just kind of shakes where I was a week while I was going into storage to maintain performance if that makes sense I mean common failures in business to really just come from lack of effort and just you know obviously like financial withdrawals during those times but analysts those buildings in the back store shelves you know allows you to be motivated in the team around you because I think when most people think about an agency I love how you break it down because it's you make it sound so easy so how do you get the people around you this means you can lock in the deal and you can essentially saying great yours my team is going to do this stuff too hard and you train them to find people that are already doing the work that you ran so depends on the position right because some positions are people that I know that I work with historically that might be able to still happening inside an agency that I know can grow in other roles so it's like a relationship basis right majority of my team comes from already being experts argue having results are you seeing something themselves and that model where they nest they don't necessarily want to keep themselves in business to handle everything they want to come in and work with somebody so all the people that work for me right now they're all underneath me as as demi John please and staff yeah but that being said it is coming from I mean world from other people me going online having social media presence I mean experts come in like a higher and then those people sometimes come.

A A so At I thought it was like a muscle pain in my upper left chest And I didn't go away for a few days so I actually ended up going to the ER yesterday To get make sure it wasn't a heart issue and they're saying it's not. It's nothing life threatening but the doctors at the cardiovascular clinic that I went to today still don't know what the fuck is wrong so I have to get an echocardiogram which is a fancy way of saying ultrasound for my heart. So Yeah I still got some chest pain trying to figure out what the fuck is going on. Interesting check out that the thoracic are artery. Okay hoping everything's Okay If anything happens JOE has claimed on spirit WANNA WANNA make out of it and so he can carry it wherever I go Nova seriously. We work for WWL Gordon indeed make stance and stuff and that's like one of the main arteries becomes up from the top of the heart and and If you have an annual aneurysm in there you know that's usually it's like if it pops you have four minutes. Usually what they say four minutes to live. Yeah I imagine with an ultrasound. That should be something that they could. Then they'll they did. I Got Three Aka. EKG's yesterday they they drove blood. Three times They did an x ray and they said everything looks. Fine May Cagey looks fine So the last step is going to be doing the ultrasound. Sure sound and if there's nothing on there they're just going to dismiss it as muscle pain so hopefully they find something. We'll probably take my medicine for guy was pocket too busy using the guess which buddies. Jeez so. Yeah that's my only thing. Oh the work shutdown today for a winter storm because it's been snowing for three days and I didn't have to go to work today and it was paid so thank you snow. Snow Snow Day wouldn't have been paid anyway because it was for leave. You weren't supposed to go today to work out here. Said I wasn't supposed to go back to work till tomorrow but I don't aide medical leave less. I use my my own sick or vacation time. That's but because they closed down now I get paid and I didn't have to be there. Yeah so worked out so sweet until I can think of at the moment my only what the fuck is John's Internet download for Bill. IZARD UP. I I really WanNa suggested just like uninstalled installing lizard at but no. You're already halfway there. And it's been five days. You got three more to go. Thirty eight point one seven gigabytes remaining at at one point. Seven four mega second. One point seven four call. This is three times is a better than it was the other day. I really don't understand it. 'cause Adam tested on his xbox was what thirty knows as seventies sixties and Seventies. Yes seventy on. His xbox was download speed his PC download was like thirty six right. Yeah and then. Blizzard APP is just five hundred kilobytes. I'm lost made. It might have been as Ethernet cable but fuck can that thing move slow. Yep that's my only. What was John's Internet at this at this moment if something else comes up I'll speak up Joey Avenue of what the Fox River speaking of heart? Conditions Let's talk about last weekend first. Quarter Kan city game. I literally admitted no. I had turn the game up because I was literally like breathing. Heavy starting to sweat now like I can't do this. I can't do this so I turned on what I do. I go from one stressful situation situation and I turn on modern warfare and me and John were playing John's like probably turn on the TV. So I turned on the TV and sure shit they go there boom. They're back but what I mean. What the fuck? Yeah quarter literally. Like if I if I seriously had major heart problems I would have. I would have not seen the end of that game But yeah what that's my first. What the fuck Second what the fuck those of you know. There's a show on youtube called hot ones and it's about celebrities that Do Tin Wing Challenge with varying ranges of hot sauces away from like five hundred Scoville all the way up to like two million SCOVILLE. So I'm a huge fan of the show Kudos to them. I highly recommend watching all of the seasons because they're all hilarious but I decided to buy three of the hot sauces from last season. So I bought last DAB I bought the bomb and I bought lows Kelly intas and they're all on sale Amazon lows. Kelly is the five. It's the middle of the scale. It is the best hot sauce that I had today to date. It is the flavor in the heat. Beat both combinations. It's perfect and these hot sauces aren't packed with vinegar Iota Tabasco. What's the main ingredient buck and vinegar with some some red food colouring? That's all it is these other ones the ones that I bought. None of them have strong vinegar flavor. Their full of just flavor and spices. And it's just good. Those Kellyanne tests Mexican food good tried the last step. Okay okay okay. Okay Joe Joe K. I understand why they put a drop on the last wing. How much I put a drop on my food and spread it like through all all of my food? I put one drop on my entire plate and spread it all out and yes my mouth was on fire but I don't understand why the lasts DAB. Is the hottest sauce. Do bomb at not anybody that walks in and thinks that they're hot shit and thinks that they're all macho. I'M GONNA put one drop of this on a chip give it to them and some nickel fuck yourself and go take a shit outside outside and get out of my house. Because I don't want you shouldn't my toilet or thrown up in my toilet. I want you thrown up in my house. The VOM is so hot. You're really rude to your guests. What I'm saying if you come into my house yeah thinking your Heart Sukkur over? I could even play a prank and put it on the rim of somebody's beer bottle and it. It's Shit you not it is. It is just pure sure. It's not like a pepper heat. It's like an acid heat like it burns. It's not like Oh yeah. This is good tinguely legally. No it's like it's like an alien wood burning acid. Yeah I put it. I put woulda a drop on a Tortilla chip but in my mouth that I didn't do like everybody else. Everybody else choose it up and then swallows it on the show. I chewed it but left it in my mouth. Also that the heat would stay in my mouth and not go down my throat because it would choke and couldn't breathe like everybody else on the show immediately hiccups. I've never had a hiccup fit. I've had like sneeze fits. Cough fits but I've never had a hiccup fit where it was it was like look. I couldn't buck in like it. It was fucking stupid and I'm sitting there those of you that have seen it. I was like literally like Gordon. Ramsay where he was like Shit. Shit Shit like episode. So why didn't you record. It says he was like I should have record that I'm like this is. This is stupid I was like this is fucking stupid stupid. I was just sitting there drinking. Like says he's mom told me she's like put sugar on your talk. Put sugar in your mouth. So I like grab sugar and it didn't do shit osas birds coke addicts powdered sugar But then I did. I had milk and I was like I emptied like half a gallon or not half or a quarter of a gallon actually in a cup and I was just like I drank it and and I just let it sit in my mouth and then it's finally the heat finally incited so jeff get mad as she has crackdown with any crime. But yes did he. Have you guys like Miguel. Chris when you guys come over. I'm not academic any pranks or anything like that. I'm not going to be that guy. I'll put a drop on something that you're eating. Whatever that you want to try I will allow you guys to try because I know Christie like hot sauces but it it it honestly? It didn't fuck up my stomach. All of these hot sauces. I didn't have heartburn. I didn't have indigestion shit at Masol. Didn't burn so I it was good. They're all good hot. Sauces are legit cheaply. Made we go. Can I have them. Unfree Hollas yeah you can if you have been here before. Her parents leave. Because Chris. I'll try I'll try making Miguel tickets headset off and and leave. Got Beer here that he's got to pick up to enjoy. I'll try the first one but the one where is removed the oxygen from your soul. I I don't think I'm going to try that one so I would just say just like if you just take like do that. That's all I would recommend eh that yes we bring. You would know you would seriously like it burns like my tongue like burn. It felt like I hung you know normally feel just pain in the top of your tongue. I felt way through my tongue from the top. All the way down to the bottom of my jaw it was just burn it off so if you watch the hot one show they all go through like one two three four five six seven eight number eight and then they have to more sauce or one more sauce before the last step I could see making it through you too. Debnam in bomb like they did that shit on purpose because that sauce alone is the one that is so hot that it just burns everything and then and then after that I can see why they can finish because they can't fill their mouth can't build their tongue because it's on fire and they can't. Yeah so they're just like all right tumor sauces. Let's go but the bomb is the one that it kicks instantly so if you make it through the bomb that let John appealed the hotline. Yeah well the one area is the perfect. What is the one with the address elva so he goes through and he gets to the bomb that's when he starts Chokhin and they actually have on Youtube right now? They have a compilation of all of the celebrities. Or you know the ones that had the the worst reactions to the bomb. They have a video just for Demaim. the bombs made in Kansas City. I'm like Oh here we go. I did it yesterday. She's She's GonNa Leave. Leave the party. Come back into the match. I'll be thank yes and then you look match started. Oh Hey look. Risky is on the other team. I'm like fuck Mike's Muted and I'm like Dan at Dad's a lot of fun. It is fun it has been a lot of fun and I like I like The in fact would we do play. Yes sometimes every time. Well I mean when you murder them yet but when they're on the other team sometimes it's not fun at all when you assign them every time I it's always the same scenario risk like I'll be back in five minutes. I'm like Oh here we go. I did it yesterday. She's She's GonNa Leave. Leave the party. Come back into the match. I'll be thank yes and then you look match started. Oh Hey look. "And it's arm on the phone for the week. What mine mine? I'm going to go first since talking. I started experience in the other day the other day. "Of entrepreneurs I've got my boy Jeremy hangs in the house is the CEO and founder of megalodon marketing is a thank you mom and tells you what I was doing marketing your rocks so I residual agency but we specialize in personality brain development so we think people everywhere else in real life company executives entrepreneurs just people want to help others obtain a result commonly we create information products for intangible intangible so webinars books video streams online courses universities academies to do all the marketing coincides with that old asset creation really funny because the client profile you specifically work with their range or is it anyway once in a great question so it's only somebody who says I built a business or obtained a result and I have the desire and the know how to teach it to somebody else or somebody who's who in in the ability to articulate something that they've done to show others how to obtain that result so we put all these actionable data into something is broke down a granular level one more like a step by step kind of blueprint approach and a user or or a lead if you will come into that program and go through a process if you want you can grow into whatever it is that that result one friend in the product I'm so sorry is business people just people everywhere will to realize that these people are like the fruit through motivation like like listen to the experts and it's kind of like like the fish and I need to charge you know she had resolved I'm out of basically brand himself at the content of their monetized absolutely so we we believe in the recurring revenue that comes from this in these systems were able to create from people without a time time again we've come in from the model works spent a hundred seven billion dollar online education space at the market cap currently so there's there's a lot of room to run so you're young twenty two twenty two twenty two okay so give me a little background you know how did you get in the space where you somebody who is light up and coming young you're like me I gotta get on this online the job that you hated in your life I can never work for anybody will give me a little background all right so sure right so I grew up in Ohio which is just like this great wall but it is like yeah it just wasn't where I lived it wasn't supported right or maybe the people I was around when supporters some sixteen I make sixty thousand dollars in three months a video production company there were there was very low key about it because people still told me openly that I couldn't do what I literally just did I mean go to school they tell me to enjoy these things so you know I mean more than in three months training time my parents didn't drop a year SO concerning into school right anyway I know I didn't know how to sell people I knew I wasn't just to a sixteen and so when I was eighteen pressure has going on to a sales job Colorado was complete and for two years that's heartening slow moved to Miami beach a hundred twenty five dollars in my pocket sounds two cases for three weeks a job selling phones at a cost on a minute do give me a job where the teams had a social media marketing I was nineteen and twenty name is Peter started coming called energy saving solutions and I was a social media marking the young because I had a background in entrepreneurship I I just calming I so put me in this position right a group had a margin which is a resume builder and your call and and in grand rounds recruiter and grandparents are treating those Hey we use including fusions officer yeah and we have all the sales people use this system like all these people in and like we just don't know how to use it like we need training your engine's office for right now I'm like oh yeah yeah and do the interview like I do the job that I work from home for thirteen months as email marketing manager for three months Decorah new digital marketing specialist is database for modern fifty thousand four hundred fifty three thousand thirteen months I was there twenty five shells before training on how to contractually follow up with people based on where they're at the sales process which is two products and we generate a lot of revenue we average about twenty million dollars there for a few months as like digital revenue that was coming into the online university that was the help was treated team sales team grandpa I just became aware of the skill in certain agencies that's fantastic the story for us and it shows that you can have your hands kind of in the roots of a you saw experience from going from one thing to the next to the next like you're saying right just say Hey I'm an expert in it you actually roll your sleeves up you did the work and you work with somebody I think a lot of people know who he is actually it was on where I am today if it wasn't working for granting like just becoming self aware all of the candles digital marketer and then also being a learns how to run an actual business if I if I don't work for grand I just delivering digital marketer I'll just be another guy marching self for Facebook ads being able to do stuff and prescribe him instead of being able to come in and build an actual actual business which you down by the age of twenty two he Jeremy Haynes blowing my mind this business rockstars I'm mark lack and we're here to inspire informing connect the community of entrepreneurs I want to know your advice if somebody was going to get in the same space as you will be some practical steps to follow in your footsteps he doesn't want my twenty two so they're probably thinking like Hey I can do this pretty quick well there's two things you can do I mean they go through like the hard not to experience of having to get I don't have a real results in real life and also I I wouldn't tell somebody just hop in the agency you know they need to go out of the way and and like working into into getting clients in getting returns results and and you know having a job with the team is still itself in the business but nowadays there is or should you can see online online of course of course so I was just in high Lopez's SMA program which is on you know how to create a social media marketing agency so I I talked in the course and other officials so she with that so there's officially like all my mentor ship that you can actually still yourself through others like tie myself like Josh were physicians of inflation to give their own piece of expertise towards that one goal of becoming a genocide okay fantastic and the question is how does somebody know financing models around for them just going out and creating maybe a different version of suffering the same thing but members just like let's talk about that maybe there was to be like a marketing consultant and I should be an agency the point so a lot of people and I actually people that work for me right now like when it when my digital markers is like this where she's an expert she's very reputable in the market right now like you can go look up her name and you'll be able to see that you market yourself very well however when she started generating clients in and getting out there should want to handle town in admin supporting a client's meaning changing rooms and everything that goes with running the business you just wanted to deal with them getting results in doing what you love she didn't she didn't realize this kind of fell into having to run a business right so in my opinion comes the hard to experience this soon as I started I realized there was a lot of opportunity in being able to do the other things that I've done historically or it would be able to have through strategic partners that come in and work these massive deals with us right so from that perspective it's either you know being able to deal with the business management hiring business development specialist to help you out or just you know sticking with whatever you learning kind like joining underneath something else seconds for you you know I mean I'm not sure what it is but one of the hardest things I think it's fun to talk about success you which is a lot yes the young person but my question is is the failures twenty things been a complete failure off twenty so I would say I mean I refill businesses so it's not like I haven't gone into business before and it's completely still most the time it comes from lack of after it there's been a few times like let's let's use my agency is I'm I'm I'm going to over half a million dollars in entering your running it in in the eleven months we've been in business there was no profits but that came from consistently hitting ceilings and then having to work through issues that would have held us back if I wasn't able to staff for higher mentors or you know just kind of six where I was a week while I was going into Florence to maintain a force if that makes sense I mean common failures in business to really just come from lack of Astrid and just you know obviously like financial withdrawals during those times but analysts those buildings into the best store shelves you know allows you to be motivated in the market the team around you because I think when most people think about an agency I like how you break it down because if you make it sound so easy so how do you get the people around you yes you can lock in the deal and you can essentially saying great here's my team is gonna do this stuff to hire them to train them to find people that are already doing the work that you ran so depends on the position right because some positions are people that I know that I work with historically that might be able to still happening inside an agency that I know can grow in other roles and so it's like a relationship basis right majority of my team comes from already being experts are you having results are you being something themselves and that model where they know they don't necessarily want to keep themselves in business to handle everything they want to come and work with somebody so all the people that work for me right now they're all underneath me as as demi John please and staff yeah but that being said it is coming from I mean me getting referrals from other people me going online having social media presence I'm in like a higher and then those people sometimes come in house other times just been maybe my office building I find some that I've I've wonderfully like that they come from all over you just keep your eyes and had a I had a guy the other day three point two million dollar man tell me that one of his best people he had ever hired originally came from Dunkin donuts our work is right you got to be able to see you one million so what do you think is one of the biggest mistakes and I you work with a lot of an entrepreneur is a ball you know levels of success what is a big mistake a common mistake is still out on that a lot can be in the online marketing space constrained general for long like as as being as we possibly can I think it's really just undermining like what you need to do in the market to really keep attention on yourself this is one thing anti means as direct mentorship from him that no intention their greatest asset and business industries are greatest problem meaning we always need to retain the ability to get attention engine protection and I really think the bottom line that people in business really try to either stay low key but no there isn't a day or you're in towards things where they can stop and get attention along the way actually a lot of people lose ten thousand hundred thousand one million dollars in business depending what you do from undermining things that are currently available to us you know it's kind of like having you know hammering nailing for you and you need to get something on the wall and you're looking around for the hammer a nail when it's right on your right I think the tension is just as soon as the first step of marketing is in or before you can educate ring I'll call back for you doing that stuff yes the first people's attention so I love that you brought that up and it's a very valuable asset they want to follow on social media on his job they want to learn more what your marketing on the journey and then all my on the steps of the ceiling with different at the life of James awesome brother.

"Follow in anything and this sounds awful but if you want an anything let the conditions be afraid and rest you know the policeman's Francis The rain rice wants to be out and riots and these things tend to be cough when it's a nice hot nights when people don't mind being out yeah I think that wasn't that even the case the riots in twenty eleven absolutely was yes I was I was yeah then I just moved back to the UK and I remember going up for Dr that evening because I was looking on social media and what I was very frustrated about is so people had said that a certain pet shop near me was on fire that killing the rabbit so whatever now who is not not good anyway I suddenly realized that face looks marlow a so called seaney smoke can I drove down photograph myself in front pets at home when it's not flare compete stop trying to make this thing seem like there's no one he'll the shops are closed so yeah yeah but in a nutshell that's what we're talking about about the whole hysteria around the grab bag thing it's it's like we one out to that where you can't ask in a bit of fun on the show most people listen to this security professionals or association the industry anyway so we have a laugh and joke with it. Although I do the comment of people's saying this is a bit paranoid but that's the point isn't I think we we went something like this happens when a room like this is out it's actually when it takes in in in the sort of public perception that it can spiral out of all proportion out of what it really what it's really bows Suppose yeah so I believe passionately making sure that you can make the little preparation so I do not diy diy you measure twice the reason why you measure twice is because occasionally you're going to measure the second time you get different number especially when you get Ed and then you go because you can't uncut something you can't cut a piece of wood you go to to buy falls new new to you by foles you can't uncut it it looks horrible if you have to patch together I mean it looks unprofessional and you never live with that and so it's just about just making sure that you say one of the common mistakes I could make what are the things that insult me achieving what I want to achieve steve what do I need to do right now to make sure that I have the most fun and I keep on having fun that's my ethos so low the limit let's have some phenomenon right so let's I'm going to give you a scenario perfect okay let's think about what we're going to do so let's imagine let's just say so you you in the UK you've got spunk Agha's okay go family enrolled safe so I turned on holiday somewhere or something like that and they find right it's just you sidland respironics let's assume because the Brexit just because that is the most lamasery thing I could say but let's let's say that you know a couple of other factors come into play the civil unrest is wide spread rising and you decide in place around so the bits of wilderness I wouldn't say wilderness wilderness but there's bits of area where you could be alone like a Heathrow places around Hayes and place like me laughing as no greenspace round Hazel lots of Greenspace Ron Hayes around Oxford South Oxfordshire awesome lots and lots of green space around that where if you wanted to I mean there's also the the the the north and south downs national parks that lots and lots of space their way you couldn't effectively you could dissipate I mean I'm not talking you could disappear why from a dedicated group of people who are looking for you because the air is relaxed yeah let's let's just so much it's widespread chaos so no one's on you particularly but this loosen going on in maybe the grit uh-huh grits gone down this not so much infrastructure sort of struggling so first of all you're gonNA grab one of your Atta matching color codes Apax I'm not that organized actually code that book the different co- different colored bags but that's more just from different it's like both different times you will know yes so I would I'd probably grab one of my hunting bags and one of my lightweight being bags just literally for something to do I'm not going to I'm going to fish and catch fish and eat fish I'm I'm gonNA take freeze dried food I can grab out of one of the boxes the garage ten days of freeze dried food I'd probably also grab some other monetary items which might be useful for legally acquiring stuff from people if I need to this is a very good point you hold that thought but this is a radical point so one of the things so I do read prepping listen things and and I just do an m I'm one of the things that they always say is yes take money but take things that you can craze began so batteries people are going to want I'd probably I've got two six volt motorcycle battery which I use the powering various things when I'm out and about what I'd grab those there too the trickle charge and Lindsey Graham both of those because people are GonNa want those with a USB step down converter it's a startling they'll power stuff you could someone could power that phones you say well what you WanNa do you WanNa give me what I want and you can have your iphone this thing or your iphone for good couple of weeks say an all those empower banks that you got given a conference I have is a drawer full of them because I just avenue good quality ones in poor called you on what still both discharge but still the take us and we'd take some of that maybe their currency yeah coffees currency coffee currency I would say ninety shaw page will be currency I don't mean that from a from a protection point of view I don't know I'm not lying I'm more thinking about from a just a useful utility kind of point of view now I know you have lots of different ones for different reasons is there like a word probably grabbed kitchen knives actually because you want ones that you can actually trade with people round the ones you could but be more just utility things yeah well I was around someone's house and I said well if you'd have been about that long and we spent like twenty minutes run a hunt fundamental string and I was looking online nonplus wall well I went to my of different colors and different kinds of power code for different purposes it was really funny actually we have so it's got to be played well it's very important these things nobody it actually quite important the powerful thing you know most of the former military guys and gals that I know they tend to have product cold racist and stuff with them all the time yes I don't do that but will you go to any hunting jackets there will be about five meters per code in one to me to length like toxin various pockets Oh space and if you're out shooting it has so many uses from tying back bronx that just irritates me in the way two times on the up to repair being something we did once try and make a splint and eventually Dan just dragged me after the field but but you know what what you said teaching sociology surveillance assail foliage is the enemy sometimes maybe not only does it make you filthy and what kind of fish because often I would be doing that will be ready Justice Register into the office pretext but then you wet and damp and eh but it's just the most irritating thing the world actually so a pair of gardens shit I know people go oh I've got my my Rambo knife and it's going to sewer Vacaville and I'll use that to remove all the foliage a pair of golden she is designed for moving foliage much faster it's much nicer a heavier though I guess I think that's that was the thing I said to carry on about carrying more because he's South African and he said he said I'm telling you this every province of afterwards is obviously the the something that we all worry about and take care of water purification tablets in this country cool what is not in short supply around their schedule but what fear for seven or a way of purifying the water yeah I mean you can even purify water with bleach you don't need to to carry expensive what purification tablets you can put about two percent bleach solution in the water and Labor to sit for a while it'll taste bloody awful but it will purify the water if you need to tonight just put award out there nobody tried that without somebody who really knows what they're doing a very good point touchy I don't actually bearing responsibility for Benton isn't saying that is that you can drink each and any kinds of deletion at all without really serious people show any what's safe just say yeah that's that's a good point yes I'm pointing out this is for healthy adults who but your point is that it's the purification and anyway those purification tablets tastes like bleach I think essentially that's all they are and the by the way if you're gonNA do the trick to bleach you want the cheapest bleach the cheapest cleanly you do not want the extra thick stuff is jelly agent stuff that's got the vis agent stuff is the perfume in it yeah you WanNa make sure it's the purest of just nothing else but don't do it too all but I can make your suggestion it's actually what I was always told the stuff that you sterilize bottles with your that'll that'll do it as well AH tablets you can also use stuff like the wine cleaning wind Wind Demi Johns exact same stuff dench cleaning tablets in the mouth that's just you pity I mean I'm sorry unless you oughta child's we caught be caught we can't warn against cheaper but yes don't do any of the things that order I have just said but anyway so Englewood but but back in the so you you've grabbed you've got your you've got various let's be out charges for currency and PEPs charging of devices you add various knives we had a cold Yup also got a VHF radio as well I have one of those anyway because it's just a handy every anything to have I bought two years ago when he did a lot of boating and it just kind of kept it just sits in my Gary just a one of the shelves just staring at me thinking Ebay Ebay man I probably shouldn't Ebay you might be handy that'd be quite useful you to scan through the scanner but allows you go through and you can get onto various marine frequencies and just listening to see what's going on would you take sort of all he told his anything only what depends on aw band of walkie-talkie walked to his useful if law yeah because that's what I'm thinking because we have this conversation as well about well if if it was the scale that we're imagining this is just for food in a way I was talking about what would they all would they pretty much switch off say incomes 'cause they do do that in a certain situations and they were talking about a student carrier to Hamas Tom About some some of the things that happened in Hong Kong and they switched off Wifi I can't remember exactly what they said but basically the protesters in Hong Kong recently basically made a giant Bluetooth network and communicated that way because tails off she says quotation box social media only don't think they can and by the government the reason why is the case is because until unless it's changed recently some of the emergency services well using frequencies that were the bulk standard that they actually the some of the emerged running on the same mobile networks yeah I mean that's we did have that conversation I mean you can't like switches off because salutes and offshore and other civic can limit things yes pinch Kanye in a navy at anyway yeah you apps he could do and and if I was.

"Had clearly seem to be back at daybreak here let's get a check on the markets have along with thirty minutes into the equity trading session in Europe the euro stoxx fifty went into a bull market yesterday we have four days of gains for European equities I'm a pretty much flat today on the stock six hundred so not so much to the upside although more industry groups trading in the green down in the red looking at regional equity benchmarks the two one hundred flat CAC forty slap the docks I just high by tenth of a percent to forty minutes up two tenths of a percent the ibex lower by three tenths of a percent this off to US equities hit record yesterday not just the S. and P. five hundred for the Dow and the nasdaq as well of course at U. S. stock and bond markets in terms of cash markets closed today for independence day happy July fourth if you're listening futures looking completely flat for the U. S. no surprise that and of course the attention is turning to the jobs data on Friday ahead of that the ten year treasury yield by the way to go to site disappointing ADP report the ten year treasury yield closed yesterday at a one ninety five handle staying below two percent of course we did see global bond yields tumble yesterday little bit more study today the ten year bond deals I was watching it like a hawk yesterday wondering if it would push through it negative forty at the ECB's negative deposit rate right negative thirty nine right now we all study the ten year biti PO drop below the one sixty handle what back above it now up five basis points I want to check on the Italian to yell because of course that went negative yesterday and it stays that at the moment elsewhere said the study in terms of affects the Bloomberg dollar index again not doing a whole lot even after president trump talked about FX manipulation in Europe and China so we can study for three days all in that Bloomberg dollar index really not a huge amount of moves anywhere in the markets but oil moving down quite a bit demi John I'm Brent both down more than one percent okay don't talk top stories this morning and it is trade US and Chinese officials will talk by phone in the coming weeks as they try to resolve the escalating trade with us according to the president's chief economic adviser Larry Kudlow I've no idea we spoke to the president's advise the on trade policy Sen of all right as we speak plans are being made to re engage with the Chinese involved in China and here in the United States so what we prefer new always is negotiate behind closed doors in good faith so that was that he's in of all right saying that the US also has quite legitimate trade disputes with Europe not just China earlier this week the US added an additional four billion dollars worth of European Union products to list of goods that could hit with retaliates three times as part of an ongoing dispute between Boeing and Airbus yeah and you know just on the currency manipulation improve economics has a good piece out saying that look China's not manipulating the you and because the fixings have been strong but they're all conflicting concerns for the P. B. O. C. so it's likely to continue to focus on the rate of change in the land rather than the currencies level now turning to top stories that OSHA back over whole plan could reportedly cost as much as five billion euros the Financial Times is reporting it could take the German land into a loss this year chief executive Christine seven may unveil the banks restructuring strategy as soon as this week and BMP Paiva is reportedly cutting the bulk of its X. the research team in Asia we've learned that it says it'll instead use content for morning start this will likely be losing about a dozen Alice in Hong Kong and Singapore it's another sign of how tough regulations of forcing banks to change their business models never miss it on a you know it's let's not talk about me fifty today anyway news on a long sort of to deal Bain capital in Carlisle have made a three point four billion euro bay to acquire all its run left the German lighting company confirmed the move which bodies at a thirty five year as a chef all from says it will decide shortly whether to accept the offer its supervisory board is set to meet today and also I am at the open walls one of the best performing stocks on the stock six hundred taking a look at that price now way up two point seven percent okay this autopsy always as get all the latest on global news.
