"The parts. Not the labour, but they gave him $800 refund for the parts that he had to buy. So add that to our 200 million way, So we have Hey. Good situation where we got the guy some money back and that But that can always happen, so don't try to do it now. Mom. Let's talk to Demet. This sounds this bothers me yet. What's happening. Why What's going on tonight? Well, I just moved and I moved into, uh, duplex and, um Uh, Stay that we moved here. There have been problems with the plumbing. The pipeline. Um, are not working Well, so if you use like the kitchen thing or Only anything turn into showers. Washer. It's said the basement and oh, Okay. Does it happen a lot? How many backups have you had? Well, since we moved in here, like about 45. What are you kidding me? That's okay. That is definitely a landlord's responsibility. What do they say about it? Well, I asked their landlady before I moved in is there was Andy flooding or anything, And he said No. But later on, I found out that he had Had the health make like two months ago, which he had told me. I don't know that for sure. That's what he did. You don't you don't deny it. You don't have to make a case. That he lied to you because he's responsible for it, no matter what, Even if it's the first time it ever happened. What are they doing about it? Well, he sent somebody down here. Well, I love uh, better plumber, but he refused them because they said they were too expensive. And then he said he has people that will come down here. I had someone to come down here and they didn't go through, like the main drainage, so they went to toilet off and make. Uh um They put a snake in there. I get it, so they didn't do any good. It keeps backing up. Yeah, And so they sent a Send the guy out again, and they didn't go through the main part, but they went to the laundry room. Where the main like, uh, drain on the floor. Go and they put this snake down there, and it's Bill. Um, it's still flooding like you can't turn on the kitchen. Think are right yet. What does the person in the other side of the duplex say? I haven't spoke to my was planning on going over there and asking them But from line knowledge with the landlord had money is that there's never and no problems before, but obviously there have been. Yeah, but why don't you find out if the other person in the duplex is experiencing this problem? Because I imagine they share the same service line. And I was told that I have, like the main water line. So, um, yeah, I guess maybe they should have the same problem. Right? But what do you know yet? How long have you been there? Um well, I moved in here. I paid the rent. You move in here on the fourth of what? Of what? This month and I ended up moving in like about maybe the 13th of this, okay? All right, So your rent is due when I'm on the first because they prorated progres. Okay. How long is the lease for one year? This is definitely something that you can use to get out of your lease. If you want to. I mean, this is serious. If you have drained backups, you can't be expected to live with it. But you have to be ready to move because of this landlord is a deadbeat. I don't understand why landlords do this, But there are some that just won't get it done the right way. They just won't go through the expense and they end up losing their tenants. And then they're forced to do it. So you can either go to the health department because it is a health department issue, But be prepared to have to leave do you want? Are you willing to break your lease? But the only problem is I don't have any money. I know. I know is this Section eight Yes, and you can hold on. That's good. You can contact the Section eight office. They make people comply. Especially on the program. No, I know this if you're on Section eight. Have you ever talked to them A Section eight? I left a message. And so I haven't been able to get ahold of anybody there at Section eight, but I didn't leave a message. Okay, listen, That's where we have to go do net. We can call the landlord and we can call Section eight. But I and we can help you just to get the ball rolling. Um, hold on, though. Is Deputy dies, Deputy beyond Yes, Yes. All right. Deputy B. This woman is living with constant sewer backups. Let's do it. The landlord needs a little push. I think we can always mentioned this is against the health department rules and weaken and Section eight for sure. So we got the health department. We have Section eight, which is even though it's a HUD program. It's I believe administered by the county. Each county administers its own section eight. I believe so we could get ahold of the section eight people there. Deputy B. We can also get a hold of a landlord. Listen, Jeanette. They might be a little upset that we're you've gone to the next level. But do you want us to do it? Yeah, that that will be okay. Let's give you a voice. Hold on. I'll get you in touch with Deputy.

Get excited! Only 50 days until 2019 NFL season starts

"His Well well well. I think we've made it today. Marks the first day of training camp for not one but four teams the broncos Raven particles and seahawks and his team now Jaguars quarterback Nick foles joins the show he'll chair his expectations for his first season at the helm in Jacksonville Seville and Hugh the countdown clock. Today marks the fifty day mark until the start of a brand new N._F._l.. Season and we covered the fifty they storylines between this happy to have you with us as we mark the fifty day mark between now and the start of a new N._F._l.. Season I'm Wendy Next Bill Gates Victor Cruz and Louis Riddick and we're going to look at the fifty biggest storylines that will face over the course of the next fifty days and none more pressing says training camp against today at least for for four teams which players Lewis might we not see show up to training camp. Why think to to really that headline villier being cloudy? Melvin Gordon in particular has signed his franchise tender. We don't really know what's going to go on with him as far as when he will report if he's going to you know he'll report at some point or the regular season Starts Melvin Gordon. He's one of these situations where he wants a long term deal. You'RE GONNA play on his fifth year option. He wants to secure is long term financial future right now nope as all running back Zeke Elliot who you saw brief clip there also in that clip right there. I mean he's a guy who has two years left that he can play unders rookie contract. I mean these running backs right now. They feel the accelerated sense of urgency to try and get their long-term deals deals done because they know teams are going younger and cheaper younger and cheap way running back and they understand why and these guys know. They're not going to be fooled into thinking that you can that. They have to prove themselves before they get paid because once they proved themselves a lot of times teams won't pay them. It's a whole different discussion to talk about sort of resetting that running back mark but there is no question that's where we are and that's the reality those players are having to work within right now. Let me ask you this. We've we've seen a number of quarterbacks who are also in line or looking for a contract extension victor who gets one. I think Dak Prescott mainly because obviously his age. She's the youngest of the crew. I mean when you look at Tom Brady as well as Philip rivers. He's the youngest quarterback out of that group that we're talking about. Obviously these other two are phenomenally more accomplished than than that Prescott is at this moment Eh Dak Prescott given his statistics given his age. I think he gets done. I I think the other two guys obviously get extensions maybe much smaller in years because of their as and just kind of give them they've earned that year to year kind of thing and extend them for not too much tom longer but I think that gets paid out of these and when he talked about his other two of course talking about Tom Brady and Philip rivers both of whom will likely say pudding continue playing for the team a little bit different right. I mean the threat of those players to party and go in somewhere else feels unlikely at at this point. Both of them want to get a probably two or three year extension done demet not necessarily conclude their career but it prolongs the current tenure with their teams more familiarity there as compared to Dak Prescott who for the first time and perhaps last time

"But it does mean that as better as we need to adapt then and rethink when we're looking at these races and not fear or self top weighed one hundred seven to one at the weekend. And a lot of bookmakers were paying six places each way. You couldn't knock them into the frame with malice. Really? So from an each way perspective you were doing really well. But if you have gone back to I didn't. But if you have you've done very nicely. It's just something worth considering in those big handicaps. And like this doesn't happen. Every day. We don't we don't have a real massive sample of one sixty five plus horses run in these big handicaps so to to really examine this and then go out at scientifically if you will. I seen enough data on this to really believe that it's a Tang. And it's definitely something worth bearing in mind. I'm also delighted that you refer to it as the Hennessy. Good, man. I did not good, man. Kevin not just once but about four times fantastic Simon Claire is going to be on to you in the morning apologies. Tiller Rex sphere sponsorship. Ladbrokes Hennessy obscenity rename it that elaborate fantasy so the rating the fraud on currently has his one sixty seven men is on one sixty three native river one sixty five road to respect one sixty eight under so one sixty nine alongside Bristol Demet who has the same rating and then out your is one seventy five so under so is only rate at two pounds higher than Frodo. Yeah. Okay. Isn't that ridiculous? Yeah. It is what it is. He's earned that rating Frode onto fair. Let me just say, my my view would be I just wouldn't expect him to just be a two pound where off than on the. So if they're meeting in level weights Craig wall. Yeah. If they were on over to four in a grade one onto sewed, thrashes them under sow's trees on isn't. He has to be he has to be so unto be fair at that was one of the performances of the season. So far, I was blown away by John? Look. I'm not trolling stones at Frodo. Yeah. Fabulous hours brilliant performance from Harrison writer, so I probably come across as being quite negative. It's nothing to do with road on Harley. Both have throwing stones at hame. It's just making a bra. It's this result gives an opportunity to make a broader point about the handicapping system in British and Irish national racing take nothing away from Frodo hours. And it probably is just worth mentioning the fact that this is going to be trained. They're going to work backwards to the Ryan air. And so inevitably when you go through the trends analysis like Norval would this race would be an ideal steppingstone to the Rhine air? But that's all changed recently. Because Greg sources like men are going to be there handicaps, maybe not so much out of the question for with your analysis. Kind of a chance would you give him in the Ryanair? Now that we know Paul Nicholls is going to train him differently. He's going to be he's going to be on the sea. And isn't it to be fair to just be vulnerable to to a proper grade one horse? When I say that with the most respect, but I would be you know, it's not like he hasn't had goals in grade ones. You know, he he rounded the Ryanair air last year. He was off today. Laugh fell out fell at the back of the telling. And you know, it's been the case when he's Ronin grade once before he's come up well shores. So you know, has has he turned inside out this season. Maybe he has. But for me being the pessimist IB waiting for him to go and prove himself before I believe he can do it is it possible. He's just better at this time of year. I don't know the possibility, but. Wouldn't be jumping up and down about that. So poll announcing that they are going to train them for the Ryanair and work backwards from there that means I presume they'll be doing the same thing as that. It would push log last year as in letting him down, and then trying to peek him for Cheltenham and Paul Nicholls is really pounce back in a big way this season two. We'll talk about some other horses later on in terms of catchers, Mr..

There is some disadvantage for the Holt slows down the grown-ups trying to toss off their writers like a mechanical bull at a college bar, and they'll toss off a relative just the same as they will and unrelated him, but somehow evolution has allowed this piggyback writing behavior to persist probably the course that the adult pays for that Demet is not high enough to balance the benefits that the colony gets from saving a few mint. Did don't mention him often used to work with Danny? And we were good friends. But he's left the he left. He left the building. Well, I'll just say this because he his his name came across my time line on Twitter. He tweeted at Washington should be the highest rank three laws team, of course, right now, Florida and L, Hugh and the highest rank three laws team at nine and ten respectively. But Danny I want you to know we don't hold a grudge against you in my man, Josh LeMoyne with LSU football to tweet Florida state should be the highest rate set a law team. So they go with that. Well, I've got a question for you. I looked at college football playoff website. And it lists the criteria for selecting the fourteen than you know, them. But for the sake of audience, I'll just give you what they are on the field half seven ships one status schedule here results capacity results against common opponent. Okay. If we had a situation will how state and all you both want at times, but were left out to fans, it would raise a lot of questions old new rock me line. One lost his bid for the souls, too, many laws that are not good for the post said if you had one law or house, they know he left out with that conference championship. How does that patio with the state of criteria who should get in? That's a fair question. It really is. It is when the power five teams because ball playoff. We know. They didn't do it. Friendship and find company, right? I understand it. Right. The marriage between five teams predicated on the dollar television revenue tasks from these playoff. I'd get it. We get that. "There if you wanna start one in your own home town and and who can you hook up to and if you hook up to them or you giving too much power to override zone or whatever it is just a disaster but it really is about control and they did a great job telling the american people that the world was going to come to an end if net neutrality was rolled back and i've got to give a lot of credit to the the folks at the fcc the people that donald trump support it's saying look we're going to do the right thing when i'm only habit a year at this sad that the implementation of net neutrality was so secretive it was so backroom deal nobody's going gonna know bottom we'll tell you after the facts like the healthcare stuff and all that but yet last month donald trump's people working on this they said you know what we're going to have an open public forum for you guys to tell us what you do and you don't think about this and then we will make a decision instead of just say in your opinion on matter will make the decision because we're the decisionmakers and then the left was upset because they didn't like the way the opinions we're being filtered through because they were using um what was it robots to fill the inboxes of the the people at the fcc with all these computer generate commie russians you should always the russians were doing it you should always be suspicious of someone who does something like andy disc andrew described ya randy density uh describing a going to use his family of genes you do i lost by truth these are always be suspicious of people who do back room deals like you mentioned andrew uh and then all of a sudden when it the isn't going their way they the the proponents of it come out and they squawk like the you know the skies falling and we're all going to be overcome by huge ocean wages because net neutrality is no longer in place i mean that's always highly suspect demet reuters reuters article about this says the next steps consumers are unlikely to see immediate changes but smaller startups worry the lack of restrictions i love the senate the lack of restrictions could drive up cost or lead to their content being blocked so they they they firmly believe that this greedy company out.

"Buckeye state while on i look at the buck ice data we have a great mix of commodities whether it be corn beans soybeans um and we uh an animal i agriculture combined and then if you look at the diversity lot of similarities uh maybe not quite the quite to the extreme but he talked about the leafy green gina pockets and a high like that you also have uh a lot of a fruit and uh fruit and uh uh nursery stock as well um i can't speak for paul but if i was in california i definitely choose the northern part of california 85 degree sounds much more desirable than one hundred and twentyfive degrees demet so we uh we do have some similarities one that is uh maybe even more extreme in california than here but i i often joke paul here in ohio we're on the eastern edge of the corn belt and western edge of the population belgium and we've got uh fifteen million acres of farmland with eleven and a half million people literally right next door thirty nine million people in the state of california how does that proximity with big population centres affect how your farmers do their business was huge especially in the political arena verb when we saw what happened at the national level with president trump getting elected and so we saw some movement a little bit to the right especially with the republican the white house at the same time we went to third size super majority in the house and every uh statewide elected office on the democratic party um that in itself isn't necessarily bad except for the fact that most of those people come out of urban areas and have never farmed haven't been around agriculture don't know what agriculture is even though they enjoy the fruits of our efforts three times a day uh less than half a percent of our population is involved directly in production agriculture in so when you think about uh in two thousand fourteen we hit the highwater mark and the third year of a drought at fifty six almost fifty seven billion dollars of farmgate value and you yet folks say we're not an agricultural state so frank we have challenges here in ohio somewhat similar um i often talk about how are our biggest challenge in ohio could be what i call permission to farming farmers have learned to put tools in place to protect against market swings and and.

"The chased and for all intents and purposes earned the chase and they at least four say he goes to win this week to clinch the division they didn't because if they lost night the eagles clinched the region and then you know that the cowboys are essentially out of it why does it take the small for the cowboys to go back to their identity a running the ball i dunno if it went they went back to their identity i think it was more of the defense didn't follow partner secondhalf so they could continue to run the ball you're outscored seventy two to six and those three games in the second half you you you can run out for more sudden enron smith all you want you're not going to score and get back into the game so i think it was m mostly about you know washington being inept and the defense really not giving up as many big plays as they had net threegame deal that allowed the cowboys demet to get back to that identity of running the ball with alford more more reaction around the nfl and the eli manning benching gene patriots quarterback tom brady expressed empathy for the giant signalcaller being removed from his starting spot as part of the teams plan to evaluate other options i have must him but the most respect for him and everything he's achievement accomplice in his career obviously been on the other side of the two of those super bowl losses to in eli manning led team i just has so much respect for his dependability for his consistency for his toughness near throw everything you want in an nfl player and i think he lies always provided that for the team so i unfortunate situation you know i think as a fan growing up i mean to see joe montana plane another uniform again to see jerry rice or ronnie lott neil guys that i really looked up to an admired it's there's nominee happy endings in sports and you know that's just the way it is you always wished for everything to.

"Step down in all call for everybody else has said they were not not al franken not and we need al franken his merono the democratic senator do we have that audio i'll gain any case demet girono called for a frank it she she said it was a distraction if they frank and more to be called to step down w distraction and you're seeing this from democrats routinely premium the ousted resign i think that that is a distraction to be talking about resignation because it's really at the bottom of this whole issue of sexual harassment is that is pervasive in our culture and i'll be going through the ethics probe here be cooperating and that's appropriate because people who do these kinds of indefensible acts have to be held accountable but same time we live in a culture where they objectify of women with two treating women as objects and basically toys you know i'm glad that this is coming to the fore now because myself and every woman that i know has endured sexual harassment of one sort or another and it does run the gamut from indivisible bad behaviour to criminal behaviour and what i'm looking for is a discussion and debate and decision an actions on how we prevent these actions from happening and then if necessary to shut it oh shut it it will you she she doesn't care about sexual harassment or sexual assault so long as her boy gets it right that's.
