"They're not getting a lot of us because before they can even talk somebody's scrolled and did not even give them a chance. And because the human brain like that's how short attention spans become especially with like social media. So it it's it's not even about. Selling anything when I'm saying marketing, it's not even selling anything. It's just knowing what the audience wants and what they want is something that draws them in right away so So that stuff like I don't even think about it really anymore is just kind kinda naturally what I do and so I actually think. that. That has I mean, some of it is the content I'm not going to sit here and say that my content stinks. Funny but like really a lot of it is just that I knew how to start the video. And that's just from knowing psychology and marketing. So. That was definitely an edge that I maybe had. People who've been on Tiktok for a long time. So whatever what the point that I'm trying to make is whatever it is that you decide you're going to do as far as an income stream. You've got to learn. How do do that thing so if it's becoming an influence her on tiktok or youtube or facebook or whatever you need to go study that platform and maybe go learn from people like for example on Tiktok I. Think we're GonNa do some coaching content in King Demaim about Tiktok because I've had people asking about it. some of our clients asking about it but I know Rachel Peterson on Tiktok. She has built a brand on dogging. Go learn from her she'd be able to tell you youtube totally different platform. Totally different platform with different rules about how to be found and I went and learned you can learn from Jessica stands very She's got a good one. There's lots of really good youtube channels that also have some courses available for like how to do those things But but right now, if you go search homeschool and Youtube, you'll find one of my videos and it's just it's not because my again it's not because my contents any better than any of the other homeschool moms on there is just because I i. learned the skill of like how to take it so that people would actually see. And that it would actually show up in search results. Those are and you'll find like our hope and homeschool content on there. So. That's the stuff that you want to learn if that's your cup of tea if you if writing blog posts is something that sounds amazing to you need to learn from the people that I learned from because we drive traffic to our home school blog. It's on autopilot. I haven't even written a blog post in months and is to just on autopilot. So I highly highly encourage you find something that you. Can get behind something that you're passionate about and learn how to do it. Well all right I..
Why has North Korea stopped talking to South Korea?
"We should probably acknowledge upfront. The North Korea throwing a massive tantrum about something or other is as shocking headlines. Go up there with Sun rises. The Democratic People's Republic is indeed readily imagine as a vast fortified Kat. It's missile launchers as angrily flung toys, its occupant, a child who's upbringing was rarely punctuated by the. None. So this week's announcement that north. Korea has abruptly severed all communications with South Korea may seem like no big deal. It may even be no big deal, and yes, these caveats are being inserted up the top, just in case North Korea just as abruptly decided to end it sulk while this explaining is still current. At issue? This time is the pretty long standing practice of defectors who have fled North Korea for. South Korea and activists sympathetic to them of drifting balloons across the inaccurately named demilitarized zone which separates the two countries. The balloons generally carry anti-regime messages, but also also born chocolate bars, US dollar notes and advertisements for the joys and benefits of treacherous, warm, mugging capitalist revisionism. She never. We have made a miniature version of the New Testament and we are sending these over by using balloons. Last year, we sent about sixty thousand copies disabled. We're going to send about seventy thousand copies. To. Don Those pudding recently that. To. In fairness to North Korea, which is not a phrase. One authors often. North Korea does have a case. If your neighbor continually floated blimps over your share fence, which scattered pamphlets declaring that you'll loan was tatty in your bird box was ugly. You'd likely scratch them off your Christmas card list as well. There's also the fact that until as recently as two thousand eighteen. South Korea operated immense banks of loudspeakers along the border which broadcast among other things deafening decibels of K pop into North Korea. In this specific context, the keeping of Kim Jong Hoon thumb off. The Big Red Button appears an active superhuman restraint. That aside, however North Korea has never been famous for its sense of proportion in much the same way that South Korea has never been famous for its non annoying pop music and Pyongyang's response to the balloon issue has been characteristically vituperative. Roden Sinmun the official newspaper of the Central Committee of the workers. Party of Korea and a journal which can be safely seemed to be accurately. Reflecting Pyongyang's thinking has called the balloon senders disgusting riffraff rubbish like Mongrel dogs and human scum has said that the tolerance of their behavior by South Korean authorities has aroused out dismay that one may have lost a few degrees of each and translation and menaced vote. showed them how much price they out to be forced to pay for hurting the holiest. And emotions of our people. There's yards more of this sort of stuff if you're a bit start for distraction. The practical implications of North Korea's latest strop as follows the twice daily calls to the Cross Board Liaison Office in the border city of case Song will cease. No more balling sniffling puppet of American imperial thuggery. How's IT hanging? The channels which allowed the military's of the two Koreas to communicate with each other will also be closed. These strategic upshot of all this from north. Korea's perspective is a little hard to glean. The balloon offensive is not new indeed has been going on for a while. North Korea is clearly choosing to make a thing of it, and as invariably the case with people prone to making a thing of things. If it wasn't this, it'd be something else. In this instance, the significant aspects may not be so much the what as the WHO, or whom whichever is correct, one of the signatures on the new no speaks policy. These last few months have seen Commute Jong increasingly framed as a policymaker, and perhaps given the recurrent speculation about Kim Jong UN's health, they future leader North Korea may be trying to get North Koreans and the rest of the world used to her. And all this could be a pretty standard north. Korean play create. "Today is March. Third Twenty twenty. The Day was March third. Nineteen thirty eight. A group of oil prospectors working for an American company discovered a commercially viable source of Petroleum Mayor Demaim in Saudi Arabia since then Saudi Arabia has consistently been one of the world's top oil producers. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was established in one thousand nine hundred eighty two when even so combined four regions into one st through conquest even so called for searches for oil a resource that had demand and would be big source of income for a country that needed a boost in its economy in nineteen thirty three. Saudi Arabia signed a contract with the Standard Oil Company of California. Also known as so cow. So cal was granted the right to prospect for oil in Saudi Arabia's eastern provinces side note. So cal is now. Chevron in September of that year American geologist arrived in Saudi Arabia to begin surveys of the land by car airplane. A couple of months later the California Arabian Standard. Oil Company was formed. Cassocks name was later changed to Arabian American Oil Company or Aramco. Geologists began surveying an area around ideological formation near the city of Demaim on the east coast of the country drilling. The first began in April of nineteen thirty. Five in terms of the second whale started in February of Nineteen thirty six soon. More wells were authorized in the area. Those wells did produce some oil but most of them eventually produced more water than oil. Demaim Oilwell number seven at first seemed like it would also be fruitless. The well reached more than three thousand feet beneath the earth. And no water or oil had been found but chief geologist Max. Steiner key thought that they would find oil in the will and he told the company to keep drilling they did and on March third nineteen thirty eight. "Hakin Demaim and welcome back to another episode of the Kingdom Mom podcast today we are continuing our conversation with Sarah Sarah and good from proverbs thirty one mentor Dot Com last week Sarah Talk to us about her experience as a special needs mom and today she's really diving into her area of expertise which is practical Bible study routine so if your mom who has has been struggling to kind of have a practical routine for studying the Bible Sarah Anne is going to be sharing with us her practical tips and some of her resources but right quick before we jump into the interview just a friendly reminder minder that Sarah is actually going to be giving away one of her Family Bible Study toolkits <hes> it's normally available for sale on her website for eighteen ninety nine but she's actually going to be giving away to one of the listeners so to <hes> enter to when that all you need to do is go over to instagram and follow at proverbs thirty one mentor and send her a quick like D._M.. Direct message letting her know what it is what practical tips you got out of today's episode also if you are a part of our mom binder Masters Group on facebook if you're not what you doing go over be a part of that group but after this episode today <hes> Sarah Sarah is going to be joining us in a few days to do a facebook facebook live Q._N._a.. So if you have any questions for her maybe about being special needs parent or about Bible study routines pop on over there and you're GonNa get a chance to talk with her live so let's go ahead and jump into the interview all right so we are back with Sarah Anne from proverbs thirty one mentor Dot Com welcome back Sarah. Thanks so much for having me. I am thrilled to be back. I appreciated so last episode. We talked about being a special needs. Mom and there are so many amazing amazing just nuggets of wisdom had an entire page of notes and today we're GonNa one at one of the words of wisdom that you shared with us last week was getting into the word and having it as one of your morning routines like one of the very first things that you're doing every morning and I think some some women are like that sounds great in theory. But how do I actually apply that so first of all <HES> can you share with us how you even got started in this and what it is that you're actually doing being with proverbs thirty one mentor absolutely <hes> I got into Bible study. Will I became a Christian at age fifteen so I had been in the Church Youth Group in college and as a young woman and and I'd always heard study your Bible Study Your Bible Study Your Bible but literally that was it. I walked away knowing shit study my Bible but I was not equipped to study my Bible truthfully. I had no idea where to start arch and funny that our last episode was about being a special needs mom but that is exactly how I got started in Bible Study <hes> one morning it was at six o'clock in the morning. Both of my children were up one was. Whereas my young daughter with autism but we didn't know she had autism at the time and the other was my newborn son who would later go on to have his own special needs and they were both crying so I was exhausted awesome because my daughter wasn't sleeping and I sat on the couch one morning at six o'clock bawling my eyes out and I just said Lord help? I don't know where to go from here. I I heard that your word offers hope and offers joy and that as a believer I am equipped to study the Bible and I am at I'm at the end of me basically and that I have have no place else to go but to seek your hope so please help me figure out please help me figure out how to read the Bible and so we did that morning. <hes> <unk> I kind of just fumbled through some pages and thought wearing the world. Do I start. I knew enough not to start at the beginning because I you know been in Sunday school and learned the basic stories but then I thought where do I go so I opened to the Book of Psalms and an in those early days I read one song a day and my crying kids would be either finishing up breakfast or in their highchairs or playing on on the floor and I had my old ratty notebook in front of me and so I simply read a Psalm road out the verses that impacted me and prayed it took about ten minutes and and that was life changing for me because if you've ever read the Bible and I truthfully had never I'd never had but once you get it and once you start experiencing God he does not let you go Oh and before long my hunger for the word just became insatiable. I filled notebooks upon notebooks with scripture. What I called my anchor verses that as my <hes> <hes> trouble with my kids unfolded I had just a Bible notebook filled with those verses that spoke to my soul and those were verses of God's Hope God's Love God's compassion in God's strength and I would look see he does pages often <hes> and just really soak in that truth so my start was not fancy but the good news is is something anybody can do in that that is one of my passions at proverbs thirty thirty one of proverbs starting mentor is that helping women realize that you can have a quiet time? You don't have to be an expert. It doesn't have to be amazing because I will tell you. There are many times. I've closed my Bible and unlike Lord. I don't feel oh you today. I don't feel that you're close. I don't necessarily quote unquote feel that you're here but the good news is that once you develop that habit God is there and he meets you there each each day. Whether it's you feel him or not and over time your face begins to grow and then you WanNa know. What else can I read? What how else can I study so good? I love that you talked about. It does not have to look fancy because let's be real it's not going to we're moms. It's not going to be fancy right away in the morning absolutely and you know what I laugh. Every time I see on Instagram I and I am guilty of this too posting a picture of a Beautiful Bible with a cup of coffee and it's just a range so perfectly but at the same time let's face it. Most of the time women fuzzy robe my on my hair is a S. and my eyes are half open. That's so true that's funny okay so <hes> this is all about you know Practical Bible study routine so for the woman who had like like has never maybe she's never read her Bible or she has. House but she fell off the wagon and she wants to incorporate that routine. What's your advice for her? Oh I'd say and I just wrote just published today. <hes> a fabulous post ongoing deeper in the word the next but one of the best things that you can do <hes> because oftentimes when we get started in a Bible routine when we kind of get caught up in our own head you know when we think like Oh my goodness. Am I going to understand this is the Bible is GonNa make sense to me those beginner. I say start real small gather your Bible study supplies. I say so you don't have any supplies. A piece of paper or an old notebook doesn't matter if it's half filled with other things <hes> if you don't have a Bible that's Okay I love Bible Gateway Dot Com and I use them all the time time you can even pick your translation of the Bible which is super helpful as you grow spiritually and you want to compare different versions <hes> so gathering or Bible study supplies all in one place. Make a date with God now if you're like me who getting up even an extra ten to fifteen minutes because it doesn't have to be a lot set your alarm clock and actually make it happen. There are days when I I'm exhausted and I know that I'm going to be tired and I will pray Lord helped me to wake up to meet you. <hes> or I wake up and I'm not necessarily in the mood as study my Bible I might WanNa flip through facebook or instagram but but having a routine and developing what works for you because again this has to work for you <hes> is going to Kinda help you as you go along your way a second of all us if you're not comfortable flipping through and finding a passage to read which can be a little dangerous. If I'm honest just slipping through. I used to be that a lot just would open up okay. I'm reading whatever reimburse <hes> I know at proverbs thirty one mentor every month once we offer a Free Bible reading plan and that's Topical Bible Reading Plan So <hes> I know that we just did one on finding joy in its thirty days of experiencing joy and it's usually only like one or two you may be the most five versus a day and that's perfect for a beginner second thing that you wanted. I think I said second several times so whatever number that were maybe third or fourth. That's okay <hes> is that right out the scripture <hes> the teacher in me knows that there is an actual correlation between writing and remembering what you read so once you right out that scripture it's like actually being ingrained in that <hes> if you're if you're using topical Bible Reading Plan and you only have one verse to read. I encourage you to write it in your planner or on a sticky note. I love sticky notes for in my kitchen even in my mirror in the bathroom <hes> so that you are constantly having that verse in front of You <hes> you may also want to if you're thinking about a Bible study method and kind of what to do in your quiet time there is an old acronym for the name soap which is scripture observation <hes> application and then prayer pet is he simple formula four Bible Study Eddie that anyone can do anywhere <hes> you can even go on pinterest or do a google search for free soap forms and while the knock capitals <hes> and then you can print one off and you could use one each day <hes> for me personally when I started really diving into scripture and I wanted to look at different Bible study methods I ended up creating some Bible study templates that I kept all my materials together in a notebook. Book and I knew that if I'm studying the book of John that I have every page printed off in my template and it just makes Bible city easier when it's all together and you know what you're gonNA study. I really believe half of Bible study to use the word mistakes because I don't think there's any mistake in spending time with guides so if you're just if you're a beginner in who wants to get started know that you will there will be growing pains and you will get better later on but knowing what you read and then knowing how you're gonNA study that is half the battle because if you wake up and you're only have ten fifteen minutes before your kids get up and you're like no. What am I gonNa read today? How am I going to work through this then? You're times already gone and let me tell you if you're half asleep. Brands not really working well anyways so going into it with the tools that you need just really set. Let's see what for success this is so good Sarah and so I'm sitting here thinking about you. Know our mom binders students and here's what you do if you are a part of our mom binder masters group PR- goal get the printable from <hes> proverbs thirty one mentor printed out at it to your mom binder because we talk a lot about decision fatigue and just like Sarah. Anne was saying if you're the first thing that you're doing in the morning is having to make a decision about what it what am I going to study study today. If it's right there in front of you that decisions already made you go do it. You get to have that time and you get to go on with your day and you're starting your day with a win. You're starting your day with a routine that so so good absolutely and I think that you know just when we start like any routine. Sometimes it's not necessarily comfortable. It doesn't feel natural but I can promise you S.. Somebody who slept till noon well long before I had kids. You know. That was my thing on the weekend. I'm GonNa Sleep as long as I can that this will become second nature and you will find find yourself feeling off. If you don't start your day with God's Word I know that I can go probably about two or three days without a quiet time before I'm just not a great person to be around.

"A little short of the needed power. Luckily, the right amount of post. He gets the job done. How convenient sure his wife is thrilled. The Kohl's is in full bloom. Right. At least one of the leaders is fucking people because an otherworldy presence wants them to now we're having fun now, we're doing a right diaper. Loop is probably doing it too. He's fry banging the female members. In January nineteen eighty nine at the height of its recruitment. The order of the Solar Temple still does not have even five hundred members. They've never huge. They peak at four hundred forty two die hard inner circle members only sixteen of those from the United States and only eighty six of those were from Canada. So their North American expansion plans are not exactly working out like they wanted to which I get because the times are changing, you know, it's almost almost ninety isn't. That's the seventies anymore. It's getting harder to convince people that you're the reincarnation of OSE IRAs and Jesus and the rightful leader the knights Templar and the world is any good end soon. And if you're female member he's going to have to fuck you, and you can't you can guarantee someone survival only if they give you enough money, and they learned the right chance. Incomplete incomplete the right rituals and listen to a lot of babble the cult is making money, but not a lot of money. Money's dwindling slowing down. It's not enough for them to to keep opening new clubs and keep buying new farms to prepare for the apocalypse, and then their money problems. Get a lot worse than nineteen ninety and nineteen ninety Joseph demaim, bro. Son, Lee rats. Out his dad. At a lot of members leave when they find out that Joseph is not really conversing with ancient masters. It's all one big magic trick. Yup. L finds us out and tells everybody and again, really wish I knew how it will work. But Tony do twat demaim rose longtime technical assistant is the only one who really knew how the special effects thing worked, and he would not survive the wave of suicide murderers few murderers a few years later. So we can't ask him a nineteen Ninety-one facing continuing dwindling membership when when new clubs are not being built excuse me club members or or they've given loads and loads of money for these new clubs or not being built Joseph now starts to focus more and more of his doctrine on the end times. Which isn't that? Usually how it goes, right? Like when the Colt time start to get tough. When it looks like the party may end in few years. That's when the leader conveniently decides, it's time to check out time to endings, according to the testimony of former members Joseph began to focus on the theme of transit around ninety one by transit. He meant. Voluntary departure or a consent to bring the germ of life to another planet heavens Gedi, it was necessary to be to be ready to leave earth at anytime in response to his call gotta keep his remaining members too scared to leave gotta let you gotta get them thinking just right around the corner, and it any day now, we're gonna have to leave in nineteen Ninety-one demaim, bro. Said he did not know what the mode of transit would be or exactly when he he presented the metaphor of a passage across a mirror loves mirrors and a vote. The possibility of the coming of a flying saucer. Find saucer might take another world an ex member would later say demaim, bro explained to us that one day..

It would matter what happened back on earth. Sure. Yeah. Yeah. It should be like, you should be wearing shirts. It says. It's a serious thing. You wouldn't understand? Because that's the thing is that we think that demaim bro jury in their inner circle really did believe in what they were selling or at the very least they believed in enough to kinda give shot. All right because you know, what I forget about into while we're in the middle of this demand. Obviously was a true like night of the other round, you truly believe in it. But you're up into for awhile was selling vegetables like selling health food and shit and make it insane like stuff like if you have a little bit diarrheas the only way to really cure self is the just the smallest kernel of. How to control everyone by saying? I mean, it's controlling the most intimate part of their life. Where marriage is like you guys. Get you guys. Well split up, and then you get with him and you get with her. And like, for example, Terry Eugene, all he was one such person whose marriage was ripped apart by Joe demaim, bro. How the fudge? So she suggested Terry, let's get the fuck outta here. Let's take the kids. Let's go ahead fun. You did the acid time. Everything's fine. But you know, but they were also and they were living on one hundred fifty dollars a month. Let's get out of here. Stop giving them all of your fucking money. So in Terry told him about this the MAMBO said dude, this is perfect. You know, why? Because I just found your cosmic wife like yesterday. Why did you know what you can do fucking get rid and Adly give it her take Marielle good? Yeah. And by the end of the day. Day Natalie had been excommunicated in thrown out of the order, and by that night that fucking night Marielle had taken her place in bed next to Terry. All while the kids were still living in the next room over cheese. Okay. Well, I guess that's from the book of how to fuck up your kids. Yeah. Just use the effort a get well fudge up your kids. You mean that is? Not the children of God series mention that again this covered with stuff that looks like chocolate. The cosmic marriages weren't the only thing that Umbro brought with them from the old days of the foundation of the golden way that was called before the order of the Solar Temple. He also brought along the concept of cosmic children. These children were said to be the ones who are going to usher in a new age. I gotta go to the bathroom. Daddy. Go the bathroom. Daddy. We're not doing that gives you. I tell you what your cosmic anymore. Need to pay for cosmic college have any money got fired. It was no coincidence that the cosmic children belong to either demaim, bro. Or is your a even though they were said to be a product of a product of theology, which was a marriage between the gods? Yeah. So the his child he said was had what's at the immaculate conception his wife? Yeah. Demaim said they first child Ellie was supposedly conceived under the direction of the masters of Zurich in Israel during the vernal equinox. Okay. Out. Bowl semi young squire. The second child was born of a woman who could possibly be described as demaim broS very own scarlet lady, she sounds fucking spicy, dude. Yeah. Her name was Dominique Bella Thome. Okay. And she was only nineteen years old when she fell in with Joe demaim, bro was in is. I think fifties or sixties sixties. Yeah. And upon seeing Dominique for the first time demaim row immediately told her that she was the reincarnation of the AGIP shin Queen hot chips it his hook her as his mistress..

"So demaim, bro. He's the guy who wrote the song wrecking ball other dude is Miley that right? Actually, that's a very good way of putting it see a picture of the guy who wrote the song wrecking ball is different than Miley. Interesting. Well, ironically, though, a large part of demaim Bros. Power came from his claim that he actually had no power. He told his followers that he took all of his orders from council thirty three ascended masters who lived in the headquarters underneath zero pick in Switzerland. Also known as a section of Garth. Yeah. Because the T believed in the hollow earth theory and demaim bro told his followers that all of his directives came from the subterranean world of Garth which could only be accessed by descending twenty two steps down a secret passageway somewhere Zurich, look fine in the fucking passageway. Complicated built all of the streets on Zee pattern. I don't know that to be true. It sounds difficult. All I know is never wanna go on a journey to find a section of Garth because that just seems like it's really I'm going to need a little Bobo. Beg. Sam is but what we are having. We're seeing here though is at direct line. Like, if you start reading about the this goes, his thought process dimambro is time spent more, and it's time working with the argon resident renaissance and these other esatern groups we're seeing what they are trying to build which is a direct line all the way to Madame boulevard. Sqi Madame ski builds upon the line from the gyp shin secret schools. So we're talking about here is once you begin to open up the volts of this type of Esa teric thought between the knights Templar Rosen crucial. Esoteric Christianity, you're entering into the gigantic spine of a Colt thought that has been around for sin serious arrived in twenty six thousand years ago. Would you don't over it's true or not? Right. But even though the headquarters of the order of the Solar Temple. We're in Zurich demaim, bro Gerais expanded their operations across the sea in the mid eighties. Saying that the capital p capital L promised land was located in North America. Okay. What's the time period on this on this little build up, Marcus? Would you say eighty between eighty four and eighty six I think they started the move over to North America and eighty five and finally in nineteen Eighty-six arrived in the promised land that was Quebec. Honestly, if you're going to pick one spot in the world to make capital p capital promised land. Beautiful Quebec is not a bad place to choose. Yeah. No. It's very cold. I don't know the exact reasoning behind it. But I think it was I think they probably have three reasons for this one. It was distant enough to be impressive because you can't say, hey, if you're in Switzerland. You can't say the promised land is in Sweden gotta go far right off the sea. And plus, you know, it's it's a beautiful beautiful part of Canada that the orders rich members would still enjoy you can't take them out to the desert like Manson was taken all a his followers. Sure. Because they didn't know it was good. You already know and you can't drop lifestyle. That's that's why he cared to it. I'm there they can't fully shake their life. Like give them a little bit too to bite on in speaking a witch. They went somewhere where everyone all smoke all spoke, French wielding newest your narrow interesting who is came. Strange little bar over there. So Zurich to Quebec zircon staying on the lower end of the at there. I'm telling you with my called, we're going to the beautiful beautiful sandiego. That is the only place. I will take Michael it's where the seventy five rocket, man. I dunno if they want you so Gerais working as the face convince people to leave Switzerland by using the Jim Jones technique telling followers the world would soon be ending the only place left Sandon was going to be Quebec. If this whole thing's if this whole thing ends with empoisoned Putin, everyone slams down there. I'm going to be really upset you. I mean from every single time I've had Patine..

"Also reminds me of an overweight offensive linemen who's like funny, and everyone kind of loves doofus. But then he ends up falling on the football in the end zone. Recovering. A fumble for a touchdown to win that game. I will say boulevard ski definitely looked like the parent trap like twin of a linebacker for the Green Bay Packers arrived here onto part two of the order of the Solar Temple. So when we last left Joe demaim, bro. And Luke jury the adjust merged their respective followings into a new super cult and rebranded themselves as the order of the Solar Temple. Now, there's been a lot of debate over the years as to who was really in charge during the nine gears the lowest he was active, but it seems from the testimonies of four remembers the Joe demaim bro was the one who pulled most of the string. Okay. What I heard was. I did read one of testimony from his -vivor that was like a hated. Joe member? Oh, a smiling hallway slimy in rubbing his moustache, but jury oh that was the real hot of the oasis t- melodious voice. And he's thick hair. He kept comparing Gerets thick hair to demaim broS, big mound of hair and saying that it made him miss distrust dimambro, it was just because he was slipping acid and you knew so demaim Bruno. He is he's the least the less attractive one. Right. He's the one behind the scenes, he's absolutely the less attractive, or I mean, I anyone who says it like Zhou Ray was the guy in charge. That's the style over substance guy right there. Oh, yeah. Because you're like he was the face. Of course, he probably was the heart of it. But one Hughes the Cuban demaim, bro was the one who wrote all the songs in other words. He was the guy really was the guy who was in charge of everything. He's the reason for the season. Yeah. I c-. He understood the combination of all of the colts between his group and the RG renaissance. He was a he knew had pick and choose all the little the how to build the colts brand in a way, which is now we're heading towards where I think we talked about last episode where he was really building SO teric study group. He was building a group that he just started realizing over time. Hey, a lot of these members of this Esa teric group are making me particularly Horning and being Hawes of my mustache. I have created a purposeful. He created purposeful blockade between him and making love to women because he wanted to show just how powerful his brain could be to make people sexually get over his face..

Fatman looked great dress like toasters and other appliances. Yeah. It's pretty much. The ascetic is the night Monty python and the search for the holy grail the one that guards the bridge that gets all of his limbs chopped up. That's pretty much a Knight's Templars that it, but you make it white instead of black oak, dude. And you also have directed by guy written. Thing is that that guy it's supposed to be a fucking bad with Spokane beard hanging out of this book and chain may all and he's got a huge broad sword. Covered in the blood of heretics and shit. It's looking just ask what the hell happened to guy Ritchie did did mckanna Madonna just ruined the guy. I think he's got a new movie coming out actually supposed to be like a ring or -ther was not rudely. So because the aesthetic appealed inert and because the whole victimhood martyrdom thing. A resurgence in Neo Templars societies founded by intellectuals and occultist came in the early eighteen hundreds and by the nineteen fifties. Hundreds of these organizations existed throughout the world with many of them claiming that they were being initiated as knights Templars from the spirit world by ascended masters of the temple. Honestly, I do get that is much more exciting than being Steve. That is that's an exciting life to live and burgeoning cult leader. Joseph demaim, bro. Looked at this super interesting mythology that had an attractive Bilton iconography that was rooted in a familiar religion. I e Christianity and he said, yeah, I was initiated to. Okay. Yeah. Did you just claim that you're nights? And then all of a sudden, you are that's the maj. Gic of suggestion or lying. It's also lying. You say eight one way the other way because I consider myself a bit of a entrepreneur. Demaim bro wasn't the only person knocking around Europe in the seventies. That was obsessed with the knights Templar another man much younger than demaim bro was about to enter the scene that man was the second half of the order, the solar temples leadership. Luke jury now Luke Cherie had with dimambro didn't have which was he had the looks. He had the gumption he sounded like member in home alone, when they're all in the hotel watching the French television and watch French television shows, he looks like those French act, which is is that it gives you the I I couldn't understand. But it is very romantic very sick live o'clock stuff, very calming. He's a low key type of guy. But that was exactly what demaim bro needed. Since jury was a good twenty years younger than demaim, bro. We got a little bit more information concerning his early life. But again compared to guys like Jim Jones, there really isn't much. Luke jury was born in nineteen forty seven in the Belgian Congo in Africa. And what is now known as the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Okay. Now, we don't know what is parents were doing there. But soon after juries birth the family returned to their home country of Belgium. I think it's safe to say they weren't like community organizing building. I would assume what they were doing. There is no fairy in that point of in that point in the Belgian Congo. They were trying reforms. They were like there was like an economic growth in like starting in the mid forties up until. The sixties, and then a revolution came, and it became the Democratic Republic of Congo that we know in fear today. I the only thing we really know about juries personality growing up comes from his younger brother who said that jury was a gifted competitive child who is an accomplished alpinist by the time..

"Well, as far as pairing buddy up went when he came when it came to the reincarnations, let's say is someone who is the reincarnation of Moses to unwittingly get together with the reincarnation of Cleopatra. You're gonna have all sorts of problems naturally. Yeah. We want to create another, Jamie. Kennedy. One is enough. But if you mixed Cleopatra with say King, Arthur, then you've got some special. Okay. Yeah. You do. And demaim, bro. Said that he was the only one who knew the path to successful breeding was the breed master. Okay. I like the term the breed. I want to just get a what it says like official breed. Master licensing, y'all should fuck like back around. The horrible horror movie where you get it like one of those movies where you just do the cover back in the day Justice. And then you put the VHS in and in this case, it would just be a bunch of horses. Summation? Why am I watching this? It was a cool cover. But this is disgusted. So while demaim bro was heading up the center, he started picking latkes that would follow him until the end. One of those was respected Swiss orchestra conductor Miguel. Tabachnic Tabachnic would eventually go on trial in the late nineties for his involvement in the Solar Temple. And there's a lot of speculation as to how much he was really involved. But we do know that he had extensive knowledge of the occult, and at the very least wrote many the materials that would eventually be used by the order of the Solar Temple. Okay. So together demaim, bro. And tha Buckner took some of demaim Bros, followers and moved to Geneva, Switzerland in nineteen seventy eight very nice there. They. They rebranded the center for the preparation of the new age into the foundation of the golden way, this is important because this is taller did to. It's about shifting shifting locations on names, sue, essentially, you're even confusing. The people that already involved picking up new basically by changing the name, like remember, new Pepsi. Some reason you get a fucking bump every time you change your name Golic. Oh, what the hell is that? And it starts with these lectures, but also dimambro very smartly held out for these type of famous people like Scientology, did he understood like I need respected members of society to be involved in this to bring people into the fold. So if he was a cult leader now he would get Instagram's Norbert Frenchie in the news Doug the pug might be able to be a member of the cult. I don't think Doug the pug can be flipped. No. I don't think. So either he's he's honest as as as as. Sun burns. He is honest. I actually have a story about Geneva, Switzerland. My grandfather had a lot of money in the banks. They're didn't. We're not weird. I wonder why you had to hide all that money. That was famously neutral in a certain war. This just feels weird that had to strap on your money to his body cross country lines to go put it an unnamed Swiss banking before ATM. So it was a little bit more difficult than so. Even though things were going fair to Midland when it came to demaim Broza AGIP shin based cosmic children hodgepodge. He was missing hook something romantic to really capture the European imagination and the hook that he eventually found was the knights Templar. I just imagined. It's flags. Horses Knin winning out there. They got it's cool man super metal the. Coming over the ridge. They got fucking bleeding Jesus on a cross scared of I'd be opening up. My beer cans with the guillotine. Really does sound fun of the knights Templar or among the most storied organizations in history popping up in everything from Indiana Jones and the last crusade to the assassin's creed video game series, but since their period of relevance occurred almost a thousand years ago, and since they were a secret society of sorts and since it's just a damn good story. The historical record on the knights Templar is heavily debated. Okay. It is heavily heavily debated. We are literally just scratching the surface of a topic that has books and books and books, and ducks and all the shit and movies all all piled on top of it. Dan Brown is literally drives in a yacht with wheels because of the knights Templar. They are the nights samplers I want to cover them very very badly..

"But you like I can own all these bitches if I fucking figure out how to make myself the top of the pyramid. And how do I do that? Oh, I just tell them. I am. Well, I think Joseph demaim like, yes, he was looking for information. He did glean a lot of information from. More. But as far as activists went that wasn't what he wanted. He wanted something more. He wanted something a little more dangerous, and so in nineteen sixty nine when demaim bro was well into his forty seed been with a more for about thirteen years he'd left, and it seems like the lesson that he took with him was this the teric world is a mash up culture, you can mix and match whatever you want using the myths religions in histories of the past and just along as you sell it. You can get people to follow you. But demaim row had no interest in philosophical society. He wanted something more powerful. And I think we can infer this from his criminal record at the time. He was arrested for impersonating a psychologist in France in the early seventies. So we know he had no problem. Manipulating people think of coming to my face. Isn't it interesting that could make a office just by putting up a sign right to be here? Yeah. The hugest woman I've ever seen prescription for you is to cut off your feet tall for you. I'm in mem- third psychiatrist tell me that this week. I guess I'll just do that. And dimambro was also arrested for writing bad checks around the same time. So we know he had no problem with fraud. Okay. Demaim bro was primed and ready to begin his new career. And he did that in nineteen seventy three when he founded the center for the preparation of the new age. There's a part of this that it's not that. I. It's not that. I appreciate the work that showed him Ambro put in. But I will say there is an entrepreneurship deserting Colt that respect in a way where you look at it where like on some level. There's the book that we have been reading on this the order of the Solar Temple temple of death has a really good breakdown of. Well, you know, when we look at the knights Templar what's really difference between a successful Colt and a religion this assessable Colt manages to fit incorrectly into society's needs. And the things that it wants, and essentially, and it's enough infrastructure around it, then the status quo allows it to exist. Eventually it just becomes legit. You become you can have billboards up. You can do all the shit and demand was trying to mix and match it. But the thing is that showing the check fraud and all the stuff on one level. You could say he was just trying to fake until he made it, right? But then the other level is, oh, he's a classless scumbag that will do anything for money. I do like that idea. As of cult leaders as entrepreneurs because in some ways, they are. And I would love to see them on shark tank and Naturally, Mr wonderful. He would he would by ten percent of the company five hundred thousand dollars. That's probably what they're about worth that. Appreciate if you could show, but you gotta do the math on shark tank in order to prove it, and then you have Marshall Applewhite just and then all you have to do is snip to tip. That's interesting. Do you have proprietary rights to that to the Pena Soffer? Mr wonderful. Always takes a royalty. Also, you know, it's ridiculous. We'll still in France demaim, bro, began attracting followers by convincing him that. He was the reincarnation of everyone from oh Cyrus to Moses. And those chosen for his group will they just happen to be the reincarnation of famous people to don't you wanna feel special Marcus just for a fucking second. Don't you just want to have a mysterious tiny fat bodied men with the mushed has tell you that your special because I'm been looking at you, Marcus see a lot and we've been doing the show together for eight years. "All right thing is far as the first thirty two years of demaim Brose life goes that's pretty much all we know the knitting and the rhythm. And when you compare that to how much we know about the life of say Jim Jones, that's pretty goddamn remarkable. Right. Said over and over again, the demaim bro was a jeweller clockmaker by trade. But no one ever says when he practiced those trades or where he lived or what he was really doing. I I three decades on earth. We can infer that he lived in southern France from nineteen twenty seven to nineteen fifty six, but what he was doing during deer in World War Two is anyone's guess what we do know is that in nineteen fifty-six demaim, bro. Joined the ancient and mystic order of the rosy cross and thus began a life immersed in esoteric knowledge the rosy cross. It's don't search it on poured hub that sounds. Really disgusting. The Roshan order said to be a part of mystery schools that have been around for thousands upon thousands of years, basically, since which is I mean, we need to do an entire episode on the road secretions like an entire series because we there's so much to pack to unpack out of the Rosa croutons. "Kingdom more welcoming for foreigners this is ease of access squad at your service this is having an atmosphere of hospitality that is so attractive to foreign tourists to come here that's the challenge the minister says the kingdom may have to change some things in order to attract tourists alcohol is banned here many tour restaurants are still segregated between men and women and you know this is very insular society you know it's interesting jackie here and you say alcohol is banned restaurants are segregated young women need a chaperone is there recognition in saudi arabia that this may be a hard sell for for western tourists oh share the saudis actually know that they have some work to do this when there is talk about creating semi autonomous zones where tourists can get a drink and women can wear bikinis it's out there they're talking about it well say i am tempted and i want to apply for tourist visa what would i see what could i come see him saudi arabia there's a lot to see here i was on a train today crossing the desert from riyadh to demaim and it was fabulous you could see camels out in the desert and bedouin huts you talking to saudis on the train there are some impressive archeological and historical sites here there's mountains bordering yemen and some great cities as well and it's just the lure of coming to an area that so closed off and exotic and that may appeal to many tourists and for the saudis themselves there's an interest in this to try to develop other industries besides oil and so there's an incentive to develop new attractions and peers jackie northam reporting from saudi arabia thanks so much.
