"People may not be familiar. Well for those that want to know what Dmitri Young has been doing. I've been an amateur baseball since 2013 and August, 2020 took the head coaching job at Camarillo High School. The city that I live in. But more importantly, that was the the school. My brother Delmon Young, attended and was 11 in the draft. I went to the rival Real Mesa High School in the neighboring city of Oxnard and People started calling me a traitor. But it's like, why am I traded? When a job up? You know a job opportunity presents itself. I'm going to take it and since it was offered, accepted and Want to change in the culture over there, giving them more of a professional aspect. How to play the game. How to maneuver in life in general and the kids bought in. It wasn't an immediate success. But during the course of the season we got things together. Wanna win in league and in CIA playoffs since California is so big, they have different regions. We got to the semi finals and wind up losing how we won. We would have been playing Jack Wilson and the 1000 Oaks High School team, which is like top five schools in the nation this year, and they're 20 minutes away from us. Put this all together for us, whether it's here working with our home base, Kids, high school age kids. What's the common link for you? In terms of being around the young people? You know what it is being able to pass the message on to the next generation. These kids need mentors and people of influence to guide them in the right direction, especially the turbulence that's going on in the world. You know, these guys are our future and we teach them the right way. Years to come. This place is going to be a lot better place to live. Yes, but anyway, there it's two more conservatives because the newsroom at politico gets so upset. Their feelings were so hurt. That Ben Shapiro's piece was published. They went bananas. They basically forced politico because of their sensitive feelings to cancel opinions from writers they didn't agree with and ham. Is very moderate, conservative, not abrasive, very sort of old school kind of conservative. Very little has wondered exactly right. It's nuts. But this is what's happening in newsrooms and newsrooms air caving in to these feelings. This is all why we say Cancel culture is coming for conservatives because if you have people in newsrooms who aren't willing to lead and say, guess what, folks We don't do news based on your feelings. There are conservative opinions out there that we should expose. If you won't even say that you want people to know what they think like, but they don't because they can't handle any form of dissent. Because they're so fragile. I would take it to another step, because yes, they're fragile. They're snowflake e I I get that and they have been throwing that on full display for years now. But in the Examples of ham in Ben Shapiro. I would say that they were They're canceling them are attempting to cancel them. Not because of what they say. It's because they're outgunned. But until a bunch of editors got wind of this, and they drove the stock price way up like 1400%, and it caused those hedge funds and those investors to have to buy more, buy more. Buy more buy more just so they didn't lose their key stirs on this. That is awesome. That's ah, That's when a few for the little guys and because basically, those hedge funds are going to pick the winners and losers of the world. So these guys, they're ready. Thought. Hey. Going to make some money and we're gonna We're gonna stick it to him one time and balanced the level playing field, and that's what the Internet essentially did is it leveled the playing field and that's why you're seeing such a big struggle for control. Politicians want control back. You've got Wall Street wanting control back there, fighting against us the little guy because they're trying to turn this even more into an elite country. You should have a mortgage as long as you could and try to keep that pretty. You know, as long as possible. I wanted to know what you feel about investment properties. My own 21 investment properties. My purchased one at a time. Slowly like, can't condo town homes. One of the time I might go up to try to get up to 100. That's my goal slowly one by one. Um, I paid them off. I have 25 m your memorization loans because the commercial loans and pay them off on 15 year memorization. I wanted to know what you feel. Should I do, Mom? 25 year immunizations. I don't need the money. I don't use the income. Um, that I get from it. Whatever income to get from Thinking the monthly income that against Fred just put right in back into purchasing more properties. I wanted to know what you feel to have him off with a 15 year amortization or on a 30 year 25 year memorization. Well, Josh, I'm going to give you advice that is contradictory to what everybody everywhere says about investment real estate. So let me preface it by giving you that caveat. When you invest in in real estate, the key to investing is leverage. That's how real estate investors make so much money on it is common. Um, when Donald Trump said this when you know he was first, of course, most famous for his real estate investments. And he made the point. Very clearly. If you owe somebody $100 you have a problem? But if you owe somebody $100 million, they have a problem. Andre. That's really the fundamental point of all. This is the fundamental fact that having loans gives you leverage gives you power. In other words, you could buy a million dollar property in cash for a million dollars. Or you could use 100,000 as a down payment, and now you could buy 10 properties. And you could have 10 times as much real estate working for you, and that's your premise of what you were doing. So it is classic within the real estate world to use borrowed money for the purchase of property because it allows you to buy that much more property and have as the properties grown value. You've leveraged up and it all is wonderful. When it doesn't go your way. Real estate crash yet wiped out, but that's the nature of the game. And so it is common for leverage to be used on that basis. I would argue that you go with a 25 year amortization. In other words, keep your payments low, spread out the payments as long as possible to maximize your leverage. That's the traditional answer for real estate. And that is not my answer. And the reason I say that is simply because of safety. Think about this In the world of stocks. When people buy stocks, they don't borrow their stock portfolios. Most often. I mean, you've heard of things called Margin accounts where you have the ability to borrow up to 50% of the value of your stocks. So instead of investing a dollar, you get to invest a dollar 50. With your dollar. And why is that The people don't do that, because they know the risks of investing with borrowed money. So my attitude is, you should treat investment real estate the way you treat investments with stocks. Hey, cash. And of course, if you follow my advice, two.

Then what we're used to on typical inauguration day to get a sense of how this is going to unfold. There's just been a giant giant lockdown of the city in preparation for this, Emily folks, This is not funny. I say this with immense respect for the institution. Well, the first lady and the president dance. Will there be an inaugural ball? So it's really sort of going to be a bare bones minimum for this for this year. Emily. What do we know about President Trump and his schedule for tomorrow? The jump is not planning to attend the inaugural. He's not planning to invite bite and over to the White House in advance of the inauguration.
