"From the new statement LinkedIn, I'm Jesse hemple, and this is hello Monday. We are all so much more than our jobs. If you want to do the work of growing in your career, if you aim to spend your hours purposefully. If you believe, as I do, that part of that purpose involves love. Well, this is a special episode for you. Sometimes hello Monday is an interview show. Sometimes it's more of a conversation. Today, it's a masterclass. And along with you, I'm the student. You'll almost undoubtedly recognize our teacher by his voice. Okay, so who are you? You're not your body. You're the awareness in which the body is changing experience. You're not your mind. You're the awareness, which the mind is in the changing experience. You're not your emotions. You are the awareness in which the emotions are changing experience. That doctor Deepak Chopra, he offered to come on the show at the start of the year just as his 93rd book published. Yes, you heard that right. Doctor Chopra has written 93 books. I first learned about him when I saw him on Oprah in the 90s. I was a teenager. His voice provided the soundtrack to some of my earliest attempts at meditation. His new book is called living in the light, yoga for self realization. And I'll admit when I picked it up that I thought of yoga only as the movement classes I do in my peloton app. But doctor Chopra, he let someone else write that section of the book. Instead, he chose to write about the philosophy of royal yoga. It's an ancient path to transformation with a remarkably practical application. Now I wish I could bring you into the virtual studio here where doctor Chopra and I met because there's a nuance to this conversation that I don't know if you'll be able to hear sitting with him is a joy. He's patient, attentive, and he appears to wear the hint of a smile at all times. He's magnetic, even through a screen. The gift of doctor Chopra's attention inspires me to want to attend. Imagine this experience for just a moment. Now here's doctor Chopra. The first text of yoga was written by a great stage thousands of years ago. His name was patanjali, and the word yoga means union with your true self, your true self is not your body. It's not your mind, and it's not your experience of the world. Your true self is outside of spacetime. It's what spiritual traditions usually refer to as the soul. But we don't use the word soul. In this tradition of yoga, the world is pure consciousness or pure awareness. And that is the ultimate goal of life is to operate from your true self. Huge is the Sanskrit word for yoga, is also the English word yoke, you know, when Jesus says my yoke is easy and my burden is light. Actually, that's a yogic statement, because you're connected to the source of all experience. So living in the light literally means living from the source of all experience, including the experience that we call body and mind, and the physical world of somebody says, who's having this experience right now, who's having this expense, you and I, and where is this experience happening? You'd point to your head, it's happening in my brain. If you're seeing something, you point your eyes, but actually all experience happens in consciousness or awareness. So there's no awareness. There's no experience. Peter. Shifting your identity from your ego identity to your divine identity is living in the light. That's what it means. And yoga is the means, now when we look at yoga, there are four types of yoga. So this book is called the book on royal yoga, which is translation of Sanskrit word called Raj yoga. And then there are other yogas. There's a yoga, it's called bacteria, which is yoga of love. There's a yoga of the intellect, which is science in a science of self awareness, and then there's something called karma yoga, which is selfless service to the world. But royal yoga is 8 limbs. And usually when you go to a yoga studio, you learn one. And that is how to move your physical body, which is very important, but that is the third limb of yoga. The first two limbs of yoga are based on emotional and social intelligence, when you connect to the source of all experience. When you connect to your spirit, you don't have to worry about social and emotional intelligence. You comes to you automatically. So the first two sections of the book are about principles of social and emotional intelligence. The third is understanding your body as a field of awareness. The fourth is breadth and how to control your autonomic nervous system just by using your breath. There are hundreds of techniques to do that. The 5th is withdrawal of the senses and learning to know what's happening inside your body. So good yogi can regulate the blood pressure, body temperature, immune system, hormones, system let's call it interoceptive awareness or pratyahara or withdrawal of senses. That's the 5th. The 6th is focused attention and intention. You need attention and intention to experience anything properly. And that's the 6th, the 7th is vegetation, and the 8th is transcendence. That's what this book is about. So I spent a good deal of time with your section of the book. I came away thinking, gosh, this feels a lot less daunting than I originally thought. My original framework for what might be involved in bringing yoga into my life in any way was a sense of discipline that I don't have. I'm a mother of two very young children. And I'm also not that physically fit. And I thought, well, this is not a framework for me. But instead, what you actually offer is you lay it out over the course of 6 weeks. A way to begin to become familiar with this material and apply it to my life, but in a manageable and approachable way. What brought you to try to do this now and who are the people you hope benefit from it? So you don't, yeah, I'm sitting in my office in my library, you know. And I have hundreds of books in yoga here, written by the biggest authorities of yoga. And when I pick them up, the pretty archaic you look at a yogi and a mountain. And the background is temples. And it sounds very daunting, as you said. This is a book in the royal yoga. So I thought, who's going to read this? Of course, being an academic and a scholar. I read these books written by authorities. But if I want a person like you to understand what yoga is, I have to do it properly in the English language, using sentences that you and I are familiar with, and are not daunting. And so we get the mystery out of this whole experience of yoga. And actually still remained loyal to the totality of the 8 limbs of yoga. Yeah. And yet there were still pieces that felt very mysterious to me. I will tell you. It felt to me like your book was asking me to rethink my brain, as not the locus for how I navigate the world, but rather just another sensor in my physical body.

"It's like, when I'm at the most happy, I'm going to play golf with my son today. It's his birthday. I know I'll say at some point. We lost track of time. Because I was in such a blissful state. So I'm just curious about is Deepak Chopra afraid to die and just finish up with about existence. Let's talk about life and death are not opposites, okay? Birth and death are opposites, but life is the continuum of birth and death. It's like the on off switch in your lightbulb. You can't have an on without you can't have enough without and on. So death is the off between aunts, and but is the on between offs. And therefore, you have to go beyond this construct at all in the yogic tradition. We say you should die when you are ready to say been there none that no. And you should die in vegetation in, it's called the big vegetation. So you have a party. You say goodbye to everyone. You might even want a glass of champagne. And then you close your eyes. And you don't open them. And I will in the next time, that's so beautiful. Oh my goodness. I don't want this to end, but since existence is timeless, it really hasn't ended yet. So I'm so grateful. By the way, one thing I wanted to mention that I didn't is this new site that debug has called never alone dot love, I want to make sure you guys all check that out as well. This has been one of the great conversations of my life, and I was sort of hoping that it would be in my imagination it would be, and we even exceeded my imagination. So Deepak Chopra, thank you so much for blessing us today and you are welcome back here any time you would honor us with your presence. So thank you for being here today. Thank you for having me. Pleasure, all right, everybody. God bless you. Share this. I have a feeling that the Internet is breaking right now and millions of people are sharing this conversation. So God bless you all, max out, take care. This is the mileage show.

"Was reading something where you said, the story I've told myself I was confess, I'm 51, and I found myself using language and telling a story recently where I said, well, I'm getting older. You know, I'm getting older and I'm wiser. That's part of the good part of my story of getting a holder, but the other part of it is, I'm not what I was physically. I'm not this, and I read recently, he said, actually, I have no intentions of deteriorating physically or mentally, as I age that that is actually another story we tell ourselves. I mean, I know doctor dye are an una waned dire talked a little bit about this as well. Your dear friend and my, but is that true for you too? Was that you think do you think aging in general, meaning the deterioration of some mental faculties or things like that are also part of some subconscious story we're telling ourselves? None of the greatest fears of all time in India is. Almost a thousand years ago, he said people don't grow old when they stop growing, they become old. So as long as you're growing, you will not feel old, and you know I'm beautiful said the 50. What 50? 51. 52 and 9 76 and people ask me, how does it feel? To be 76. I say, you know, I haven't yet reached middle nation I'll tell you when I get them. And do you mean that? I haven't had my midlife crisis yet. Well, spend some time with me. I might be able to help you with that. I got to ask you a couple hard things. They're the heavy stuff because preza minor like you got to ask him. So a friend of mine, I talk a lot about the subconscious and unconscious mind and a very devout Christian friend of mine recently said, so where's that located? And I said, well, there's some data that says it's probably in the prefrontal cortex of your brain, but I said, I also believe your body operates that way as well. And out from a cellular level, and he goes, well, they can't prove that. And I said to him, and I'm a person of devout faith to you. I said, well, where's the sole located? I said, just because I can't tell you where it's located, it doesn't mean it exists. So I want to ask Deepak Chopra, both questions. Where is the subconscious mind located and where's the sole located? Nothing has a location. No object, no physical body, no mind. No soul has a location in space or time. In fact, I go to a lot of conferences on the mind, for example, psychological entrances, psychiatrists, neuroscientists, and they can't even define what the mind is. You say, okay, what is the mind? Tell us what the mind is. Oh, it's thoughts. Where is it in the point of their brain? Okay, and so where are you having this experience right now? You know, you could like right now. You're watching me on your computer. And you're listening to me, okay? Where is this experience happening right now? Is it happening on your computer screen? No. That's just the interface. Is it happening

Ariza your friends. So i'm just giving away. I think that the greatest threat to christian theology right now is critical theory. I believe it's the counterfeit i believe. It seeks to undo anything that looks like traditional western values. Marriage family sexuality critical race theory is a part of that but it's much much much bigger issue. Critical theory includes gender. Studies ribbon seeing it now with mask. No mask vaccine. No vaccine almost every single cultural collision that we're having is up against critical

I'm just having a slug of whiskey. South africans are renowned for their dry threats and very inclined to to drinking a lot. That's michael aken in executive at a telecommunications company one weekend in february two thousand nine he was at his holiday home right next to the fall river a popular watering hole in party spot. About an hour outside johannesburg. I had a dinner party at my home. That was myself and about eleven guests and the butler came into the dining room and denounced to me that there were people crying at the river as he can recall. This was around eight thirty nine o'clock at night. He one of his guests grabbed a flashlight in rush down to the river and we could hear the person yelling for help. And it's quite frightening. Because you dave that person's drowning so we went out in the boat and towards the screams and screams were constant and the person is clearly really terrified. They found two men standing about waist. Deep in the water was really agitated and yelling like mad and the other one was just standing himself clearly in deep shock and there was various flotsam and jetsam drifting around on the river and the boat was gone. There was no boat. it'd already suck aken is guests. We're about to help the two men. When suddenly another boat came racing up they were loud drunk and had been partying and they were telling us to move off. go away. these are people we need you and we'll confounded by the reaction but if these were there people began to fish out of the water and take them off ham that suited us. We could go back to dinner. The following day a neighbor told again that oscar pistorius had been in a boating accident on the river. Now he put into together the men who had been standing there silent holding himself in apparent. Shaq was south africa's national hero. After the accident the media said that story is had to be airlifted to a hospital near johannesburg. he'd reportedly suffered a number of facial fractures and had to be placed on a ventilator. Aitken found that odd. When i saw him he looked fine. There was no blood that they would no parent winds to anybody. Nothing odd about claiming. They looked undamaged. Later on the stories told his version of what had happened. He said he'd been driving the boat and the son had in his eyes. And that really wasn't the truth. Because we had fun oscar the flashlight. There was no chance that did was anywhere. Near sunset. pistorious also explained. He'd hit a jetty which is sort of like a doc for boats and he said that the jetty had been submerged underwater. Eakin knew that wasn't true either. The jetty that he hit was brand new. It's made of concrete and steel. It sticks out two and a half three meters into the riverside's quite close to the bank but it was not in the water. Authorities investigated the crash the if they could charge stories with reckless and negligent. Driving police had found alcohol bottles at the crash site but no one had tested stories. His blood for alcohol so there is no way of knowing if he'd been drinking but one of aitken's friends had reasonable leave otherwise it can guy named berry holland used to operate a pleasure boat on the ball berry died twenty nineteen so i couldn't interview him but this is the story. He told akin around seven thirty that night. Roughly an hour so before pistorius crash very saw boat approaching. His the passengers looked visibly drunk. The night came alongside his boat and ask to buy alcohol and baria said neneh was against his liquor license to be able to sell off the boat. He said that this chap became quite defensive and shading my gun tucked into his waistband and put in berries and asked berry know who he was. It was oscar pistorius quite a tough old see dog and then he was frightened at all but i think that was possibly the first time i heard something negative about oscar. That was the state of things. In two thousand nine the was a paralympic icon and a beloved figure. Authorities declined to bring charges against him. The public gave him the benefit of the doubt in everyone moved on people like oscar an almost godlike significance to us out. Heroes are very very important to us. And we're very anxious not to tarnish those images say hearing something like the incident on the river with a pleasure but was a sad thing. That i i didn't really want to hear and i really didn't entirely want to believe stories. Like these started to emerge.

He was from linden new jersey and was an all american in high school and a top recruit. He'd go on to play at rutgers university but got expelled for academic reasons after only one season but back home. Main event became a rucker park legend. He was the king of the allieu soaring through the air. And then throwing dunks from all angles. I wanna go freaky player likes. You'll know what are you going to do. I can take a regular layup. Tap the backboard windmill dunkin out here. As remember while dixon when and one met main event and watched him play they made a proposition. hand over your highlight tapes and get featured in volume. Two of the and one mix tape. He was intrigued but main event had a different idea. A street ball game homecourt in linden new jersey. With all the best players he knew playing in it. I could bring five of the best street balls together as neither nba. The represent your breath. First person i called was changing with. Dan called half man have made call at that. We call future maybe a month or two later headache it would be the first ever and one mix tape game in. George stork was responsible for getting the other players to the park. We get into limos and we get out there and everybody's just having a good time in a limos and just kind of bullshit and laughing and tries talking but when we got to the corner of the park and we made the turn and we saw all those people standing out there like the whole limo has got quiet and it was kind of a collective oche it. This could be really big. The fans stretched around the court standing three or four deep while everyone was waiting for the limo to arrive. A dj spun tracks and main event put on a dunking exhibition to entertain the crowd. And one point leaping over a motorcycle. It went phenomenal. And the only way it ends and the way you want it to end special struggle is the cop shutting it down. That's it was perfect. The game made up the majority of the next mix tape volume two. When it was released it was another huge win for the company but then main event started to think about his own path and the path of all st paul legends. When a person said a street ball lesson. It just meant that He'll see wasted their talents. It didn't go nowhere and then do nothing with it. The road to the nba was not common. Not easy rafer. Allston was the exception to the rule. It's a journey often paved with obstacles. The upbringing the challenges that they face in their community which i call the inner city. Ills brothers drugs violence poverty for those guys after. They didn't make the standard path to the nba. They were out of options so main event convinced and one to take this show on the road. He figured a tour would give himself and his friends another chance to get seen by scouts and maybe play overseas wanted to be one to one to help not only culture but to help another avenue. We continue to play something that you love to do and take care of your family and make money. The first tour was only five cities and it was pretty simple erin. C smith drove the players around in a ford expedition looking for neighborhood courts where other street ball players rained. They went city to city stapling posters on telephone poles and popping into barbershops to ask where they could find local talent way. Meet you at a seven eleven or why wa what's going doing. What do they play ball. We've just rolled up old school grassroots. Next it was just pure joy. Nobody bought a ticket. Nobody was waiting for the popcorn guy to come up and down the aisles. This was all about the game. I will model was. We'll play anybody anywhere anytime. They're sitting in some procast courts and the bleachers were full. You ever heard these stories about like when dr j. used to play at the rucker and people would be in trees and they'd be hanging off the buildings just to get a good look. That was exactly what it was like. That's chris palmer. He was a basketball writer at espn and also the author of the ultimate end one book and he joined the tour in the summer of two thousand and witness. The players become famous in real time after the game. Everybody rushes the court and trying to get autographs and they don't even know who the new york street ball legends on. That i tore had all played college. Ball sure they did tricks and had style but they were real basketball players playing to win. That would soon change because as the tour made its way around the country. A man named philip champion was sitting in jail in atlanta. And he wasn't only thing. I hear it was gonna call me. I'm like who the hell not jail. Champion was told that he just got bailed out. He was confused but when he made it outside an associate for and one was there waiting when he got me out. Thanks i say what you mean things. I'm lacking i'm famous event going to the nba. He was not going to a little back. Small to champion had barely played organized basketball before but he used to dribble on street corners in atlanta offering dollar bills to any kid who could steal the ball and in that city he was known by a different name hot sauce now from atlanta georgia. Where number three laws. Four enter hustle flashy do. Yeah the braves. He was cool all the ladies love him. Like hot sauce wasn't a basketball player. He was a showman the day after getting out of jail hot sauce was playing for and one in l. a. and he was a paradigm shifter. He didn't follow the rules. He traveled in double dribbled. But that didn't really matter because nobody ever could dribble the way hot sauce. Could helena go. Ball was a hobby for in ankles was my job. He could take on anybody and embarrassed the shit out of them. If you came to an end one game all you wanted to see was hot sauce. Break somebody down and do that. Shimmy the idea that he would make the basketball and relevant having fun where everybody plans series. I'm just going out there doing what i do back home for hot sauce. Having fun sometimes meant that after he crossed the defender over he. Just throw the ball into the stands and start dancing. It's certainly wasn't the same style of basketball. That main event played but when the next mix tape came out volume three catapulted and one to a new stratosphere. Popularity and hot sauce was the new star. The next year of the tour was much bigger. Twenty one cities a giant tour bus more cameras and many many more fans. He pulled one place in on the tour bus and.

Conscious and Unconscious Impulses
"I'm debugging show. This is. A new series is called total mention. The brain isn't like an automobile which runs only if you turn the ignition on. The brain runs unduly control. Which means that it obeys both conscious. And unconscious impulses. So who's in control? Is it your conscious mind Oreo your unconscious mind? We all experience, unconscious impulses and these keep going on without instruction. For example, your blood pressure, your heart rate, your digestion, your immune system, your hormones. They're happening right now self-regulating feedback loops, loops all of that who misses self-regulation is happening right now without your conscious awareness. In. Sleep particularly in deep we awareness all together. When we're awake? We have thoughts without awareness of how neurons operate. Nobody needs know neurology to experience thought. Without medical knowledge, you wouldn't even know that you have a brain. Of course these days everyone knows they have a brain because they've seen a picture or a cat scan of the being told. But without actually having. An experience of looking at the brain. Are It's. Our photo. You actually don't even know that you have a brain. Dual control as seen by the nervous system is always happy. So for example, breathing his automatic and yet we can intervene by taking a deep breath. By banking a yawn or the side, here's another example tried to stop a sneeze. Both sides of the breathing mechanism. By An inventory will battle it out. You will be trying to stop the sneeze which is voluntary and this needs will keep trying to occur which is in biology that's the battle. The body mind is so seemless that we often cannot tell who's in control. For example when you have an outburst of anger all when you have obsessive thoughts are when you panic or when you have depression anxiety phobias addictions when you experience these. Symptoms the involuntary part of your nervous system has overtaken you. And at that moment, it seems that all these emotions anger obsessive thoughts, Banik Depression. They have a mind and a life of their own. And yet, there are a HA moments creative breakthrough, sudden insights which are unexpectedly or seemingly. Finding Total Consciousness
"Hello. My friends come back to daily bread. Deepak Chopra. A new series is called total magician. If you'd like to learn more about what we'll be discussing. You can pick up a new book, total meditation practices and living the awaken life. well-being is a state of holiness and your life cannot be. Until the body mind. Disgust. Total consciousness and what today signed skulls the Alpha State. In totality the body meditates along with your mind. brainwaves go through several cycles debating on our state of consciousness. Alpha waves are a frequency range of brain activity. that. Can Organize in sink in our brain when we meditate. And this can be seen to an EEG or electoral encephalogram. Alpha wave activity increases in the brain during meditation. Alpha waves indicate that the body mind is doing relaxation. Alpha waves appear when you close your eyes and rest. But if you're not tired or asleep because when you're tied or asleep. There's a different kind of activity called rapid eye movements with differed frequency of brain. So states of human awareness beyond relaxation also car. And in States Alpha waves dominate. So. When this smoothly flowing thoughts when you're alert in the moment, many are in meditation. When you're in creative activity when your mood is stable when you're not depressed by joyful, the relaxed state is also alert and in this state Alpha waves appear. In the brain, this is how we know that you're in a state of. Meditation. So, what we can see from this is that. It is not contradictory to be relaxed an alert at the same time, and that's exactly what happens in yoga practice in bottom martial-arts in any activity that was mind body coordination. Meditation brings us to the State. What is the state restful awareness and dynamic activity at the same time? Only human beings that aware that the power of now exists and we have spent centuries pondering out to us. And this is what we're doing in this series.

Watching. DROPS OF LEMON JUICE SPRITZ into the air and at some point in this visualization. You will begin to salivate. involuntarily. This is a classic example of the mind body connection. The image of Lebanon, in the knife and the lemon juice was no mind. But the saliva. who was a secretion in your body? So your brain doesn't know the difference between an imaginary lemon and the real one. The brain then triggers salivary glands it doesn't matter. Whether. It's in the lemon other real one. Overcoming Fear
"Hello. I'm Deepak Chopra and this is now for tomorrow. A collection actions you can do now during this time of disruption and crisis. To. Make. Tomorrow, better. Than today I want to take a moment to help things -iety in a time of crisis. The current pandemic of the covid nineteen. Has brought in its wake a different pandemic of anxiety and uncertainty. Sigmund Freud said that things -iety is like an unwelcome guest that refuses to leave. You are forced to adapt to its presence. How do people usually adapt to feel Psychologically. The do most important with are denied and distraction. By knowing your anxiety or doing something that takes your mind off it. You might find temporary relief. But is this something more permanent and effective? Can you get this unwelcome guests to leave? Yes, you can. The secret is to make conscious choices that goes feel to shrink away because you no longer needed. Fear is a holdover from early evolution rooted in the fight or flight response. It lies in wait. Ready to spring into action as it did for Hamad ancestors. Over two million years ago. But for the last ten, thousand years. The higher or conscious breed has evolved. And with it came infinite resources of thought. Feeling. Creativity and choice making. We were set free from primal fear. All we have to do is choose the bottom of consciousness. which is the bottom of inner wisdom. This is a theme I would be returning to over and over. Because the true secret making tomorrow better than today. is to, choose to, wake up. To make the right choices you need to be conscious of what fear is doing to. Fear is a form of stress. And you can choose to release that stress. That's where today's homework gums. You need nothing this homework except yourself. And comfortable place to lie down. Once, you're lying down comfortably on the carpet or a Yoga Mat. I'll offer an effective and very simple yoga pose known as Shabas. Where you simply lie still. REAP. And consciously relax. Lying on your back. Place your feet eighteen inches apart with your arms at your side bombs up. Close. Your eyes. Settle into the position. And breed naturally. Put your attention on your bread feeling your jest rise and fall. On the out bet, let your lungs deflate with this guy. EASILY BREATHING Then exile with the CY. Feel yourself becoming deeply relaxed. And continue for five to ten minutes. Now think into this relaxed feeling. To, exit the bows. Don't just get up quickly or go into activity. Easily turn and stretch has if you will waking up in the morning. Open, and close your hands. Then Open your eyes and get up without moving quickly into activity. You are relaxed and in control. Remember this feeling. Later in the day, if fear anxiety comes back tap into this feeling of es and relaxation. Let's broaden the discussion a little bit. Modern Life makes room for many words but very few in what's. A stock fact in Morton life is that more money power status position don't bring inert fulfillment. In fulfillment is found along a different path. In the ancient wisdom traditions of India life presented to butts. The birth of pleasure and the but the wisdom. Every wisdom tradition east and West is based on waking up, which means in practice getting over your unconscious behavior and adopting conscious behavior instead. You're already doing that in our discussion of how fuel works. You are waking up to discover that fear doesn't have to be in charge. You might not think of this as. Budget. Tips. Every moment of inner wisdom is simply a moment of becoming more conscious and aware. I encourage all of you to try Shabas now. Taking five to ten minutes to read out stress and breeding relaxed. May Not seem like much. But such small steps will help you reassert control over your personal reality lessening the grip of fear and uncertainty.

The Zero Point
"Hello, my friends I'm. This is daily breadth. A new series is called total. Your. Mind hits reset button the instant thought registers. This is like the zero point of awareness. It's almost as if the mind erases thought so a new thought can take its place. Let's discuss this zero point. A little more. The zero point, which is home base is alive dynamic and ready for anything that we come next. Our. Ideas State of being is that we wanted to feel vibrant and alert. You. Experience Ideas Zero Point State when you are fresh when you feel alert optimistic and ready. For a new experience. There are times when zero point of the mind isn't at to rest. It's dire. It's dulled. Be Sunk in. Routine. Routine thinking resistant to change. and. Because of that, we fall somewhere in the middle when it comes to our. Resting Point. Zero Point. Here, are some ways of noticing it feels like when zero point of the mind is less than idea. Create. An irritating noise in your surroundings blast music. You don't like or turn up TV static. Sit with ice close. And clear your mind. Notice how hard it is to be quiet inside is to reach the zero point. And when you do you feel irritated because of the noise outside. Now, finding acquired, setting where you feel relaxed. Close Your eyes take a few debretts. And suddenly notice that your mind is getting quite. Notice, how easily reached zero point and without irritation. Experiment. With how zero point feels in various situations. For example, that airports waiting for Flight Tedious meetings notice how easily the zero point is thrown off. The mind's inherent said, certificate is an asset. And yet a detriment. For the mind to two to zero point with freshness in Daddy. What we call spacing out is the minds way of coping with too much simulation. Except in cases of inner distress or external stressors. Your thoughts will return to the zero point without any action on your part.

Why Consciousness Upholds Creation
"Hi My friends I'm Deepak Chopra. This is daily breath. Today I want to answer the question that delays everything. Can existence take care of itself. And my answer is, yes. Let's talk about how consciousness. Polls creation. At this moment, we're surrounded by the infinite intelligence and creative bar of consciousness. This is nature's secret life his consciousness. The principles that consciousness follows but. Everything. The most basic light poems follow the principles of consciousness which are self organization. Even, the most basic lifeforms know exactly how to stay alive. Have you ever heard of an organism called the Yellow Blob. Known as Feis Abram. Policy. This organism exhibits qualities of consciousness. It is an example of our existence can take care of itself. If you want to know more about this organism. Beulah read my book but it's a simple fungus like organism that shows all the properties of snus that you and I have as human beings. So consciousness and existence must go together. There's no such thing as blackness consciousness is always a life life was generated in the field of consciousness it is already alive. Life is invisible until consciousness takes physical.

"My friend Sir. This is daily breadth. We are in the first week of our new series total meditation. But it's no transformation is what meditation provides once you embark on the journey. The first step is realizing that awareness in some form is always present. In every moment of our life. Awareness is the backbone of everything we think feel perceive imagined or sense it is awareness that is watching this ceaselessly. And the awareness itself is not judging labeling. That relieved to the mind, the awareness is the observer of the mind itself. So awareness precedes thoughts in modern life, which is built on mental activity. No one has any idea where thoughts come from. Nothing about a brain investigates processing thoughts, feelings, or sensations. But as we wake up, so does the cosmos wake up the notion that human beings we can make the universe wake up it's very interesting notion proposed by many scientists including the physicist David Doors. Who says that it's explanatory process. That gives meaning to the universe and that actually places consciousness. Trenton Center in the creative process, you may have heard from the physicist John, argued Huila, that we live in a participatory universe. In other words, everything that we think is real out there depends on our beliefs, perceptions and observations and interpretations and expecations in here in here, meaning in our own consciousness, not own south.
