"What up you guys, welcome to the first episode of the calla podcast. I'm Maddie. We talk about life lessons here with no judgment. So I just recently turned 31 and usually when you're at this age, un expectation of money is that you have it all figured out already. When I was in my teens, and feeling go undone and unclear at least, so I go by and by the time I turn 25, that Myron a home family, no asawa, pero, no 25, my gosh, but I don't know feeling 1820 long is so that's when you realize maybe what the answer is. I felt like I was stuck at being 23. Didn't make an experience. Among a moment a young man had more. I would always put in 23 25 narco 26, 23%. And while that's a good feeling that in feeling young cop adden, it also comes with pressure, because he still haven't really figured it out. Actually, in fact, it's the exact opposite. And looking back, there are many things that I wished I did when I was younger. I could say I realized most of the time when I was younger I was very cautious or scared or shadow on completion. And it might be because of my personality then and you may not relate to it. Say you're outgoing, you're a risk taker. You've lived your life the way you wanted. I do have my share of sina sana, you know a hot dog Santa Guinea hou Yan, but let me share with you 5 things I learned in my 20s that maybe helpful or relatable for you guys. So first is it's okay to make mistakes while you are young. People don't expect for you to know things a God, especially belongs 20 to 23, that's relatively young, because you're just starting out. You don't have that expectation. You have these things figured out. You're allowed to make mistakes, and you'll have less judgment, so you have that blank and extra understanding from people because you are bad. I personally regret not making a lot of mistakes because I could not afford it at that time to make mistakes, because I was a bread winner of the family back then. So every steps I had to take, it must be a very little risk or calculated. Say, well at home fall back if ever in a macabre yako. I didn't have the luxury back then, but for those of you who have a wiggle room, yeah, go ahead, I really encourage you to try out new things. Train yourself to make decisions because decisiveness is something that you will need later in life. Eventually you will learn how to avoid the mistakes you made. And you will learn how to spot upcoming mistakes in the future. Marinate on pacifi, sometimes you win, sometimes you learn. Next on my list is time is your best ally when you are young. You still have so much time to recover when it doesn't work out. Maybe in your finances in your health or whatever aspect in your life, you know, when you have the time, Napoleon and leverage those people who are already past, they are prime age. So what do you do? Make use of it. Discover new hobbies. Don't get stuck in one place, and be hypnotized by the full time routine. I'm not saying it's not good to be in a place, be in a rudimentary situation. There are people who flourish and find peace in this situation. But there are many factors why I encourage you to try out new things, especially when you are in your 20s. One of them is that you have the physical stamina. Become a bishop award. Imagine this. Now go go by et cetera, for example, if running as a area known on boulevard, yeah. I am on a long travel. For those who live in Manila, you would know now all 8 elegant and traffic. It would take you about one to three hours of commute as a no longer. Perrot deba, if you are from, I don't know. You will remember back in your college days, manage in my oven or you mind in the dorm, oui and Brown university going back home back and forth. And looking back now I will never imagine. Papa anonym that so one of my non negotiable now that I'm in my 30s, that's why I settled to working from home almost four years ago. Travel time. I think just feel like it's a time wasted, traveling back and forth, and second is that research shows that the brain volume peaks in the early 20s and gradually declines for the rest of your life. So what better time to learn, take information than when you are at your brain speed deba. What else can you do? Travel wisely. When we were young, we are naturally energetic. It's the best time Paramount aventa with your Friends and go on adventures. You can open your hiking again. Go. For sure, mahat when you're older, or you can visit the same place when you're older, but it's a different feeling when you experience it when you're younger. That sing song pharmacist who refused to dispense my Ivor Mactan? It's mind boggling, Mike, But I gotta tell you, I live where you live, my friend, and it just happened yesterday. Hey, we had had a young lady. I was waiting in line. She just found out she had to have open heart surgery. Do you know the hospital told her that in order to get that surgery, she had to be vaccinated. So she was there happened here on the phone because we're online And I told her Hey, I don't mean to overstep Just happened to hear because we were standing next to each other, and I just want to share some things that you don't have to get this because it seemed like she didn't want to. And that pharmacist came out and told me to get away from her and stops feeding her lies. Like it wasn't pretty. I had my little Steve moment. But I told him to get back in his cage. Put it, you know, with his diaper on his face, and because he deals in science here, and I'm going this is unbelievable. Pharmacist actually came out from behind the counter and told you to stop talking to somebody has God as my witness. I told him, I said, Who's going to make me stop Herb stopped doctor Review. That bus or step back is unbelievable. Unreal. Unreal. You know what purpose But it takes people like you, Chris to stand up and good for you and glad I'm glad you did. I'm telling you, Chris, we are down the rabbit hole. We are in upside down world and these bullies think they can get away with it And they can't We just got to keep standing up. Tomorrow. "Gateway drug. It's more john zina's stuff but yeah i think he's good. I think he's going to kill it. I think he has the potential to steal this movie. Much like deba. Deba teesta stole guardians. I i feel like he could totally steel suicide squad. I'm loving what you're saying right now greg. I can't wait. I agree jake. My most anticipated movie of the year. Only because i don't think we're going to see black widow this year. That's my own. I'm just trying to set my own expectations As crazy as it sounds But i can't wait by by the way. I have this feeling and maybe it's more hope than anything else that with everything that's happened with james gunn marble and knowing that no matter what direction marvel continues to take it's likely continuing to be sort of cosmic scale. I i have this. Hope they're gonna just back up the money truck because it just seems like he has a longer term vision. We're getting a fucking animated series and rebecca more on this. Well we're getting a group animated series on disney plus. And are we saying that. James gunn is not going to be involved in this at all. At one time he was going to be in charge of this whole cosmic corner of hours a rumor but that was a rumor and i think that they try to squash that. I think kevin feige. He tried to even squash that. But i think that it's legit. I'm with you greg That's my hope and especially you know. They were willing to kind of patch. Things up which i'm glad for I think it's probably a one. Stop detour to the dc. Eu Do you think after this then. It's guardians of the galaxy volume three. And then do you think it's back to original james gunn kind of stuff like he's going to be doing his own thing you know. I'd like effect i. I can see him doing his own thing. But squeezing that in between marvel movies that meant two billion bucks a pop. I mean it's like i don't i don't i. I love james gone. But i think you can't if you have the opportunity to make movies that earned that kind of bank. Why would you stop. Why would you I don't agree with rebecca so much more on this. I it the fact that he's so involved in the peacemaker. Hbo show all james guns movies before guardians of the galaxy or are rated movies. That's his thing i mean. I'm sure he'd love doing the marvel stuff but after his experience you. You just wants to finish his trilogy and get the fuck out..

"We think we know who we are. We're making proper choices. We don't normally say today. I'm going to do stupid. Things and counterproductive things but by day's end we likely will have so. There's some other cluster of energy on us. That's paying attention that has a perspective and is obviously trying to communicate to us and one of its modalities of communication is the withdrawal of approval and support so many times people will feel. Depression doesn't mean they're not functional. They may be taking care of business in their lives. But there's there's that inner sense of heaviness that that that sort of malaise that one carries and then we'd have to ask the question why why is the psyche withdrawn its approval and support from the places. We investing it. Let's say we've worked hard to prepare for career. We've invested a great deal on relationship but there's no sense of ongoing purposefulness or satisfaction coming from it and then you'd have to say all right. What what would you want from a wet. What's what's the what's the alternative here at. Those are those inbetween states but a call. Limbo states limos meant threshold where we're betwixt and between it's almost like we need The asking a few questions. You need to be digging deba when we get to those feelings. Sure we we ask. Why have my usual understandings and techniques. Not continue to work. That's that's a good quite so healthy question in sometimes that inbetween time whether it's in a moment in history such as our or a moment in life of the person can be very painful and over an extended period. Sometimes those in-between times couldn't last year. Schwartz where something is played out and something has not yet appeared on the horizon. One thing i've tried to say to people you know we often so to speak. Walk down the streets backwards. Metaphorically started like we're always looking in our future in terms of whatever the instructions or the lenses that we had to make our choices in the past. Allow us to see. And i would say you know you can't see it yet but the future out there is just as real as anything that ever happened. In your past and right now is this transition between a received worldview a received set of instructions and the possibility of creating new life. Different kind of life and one in which you're more of a conscious participant and you could have been a child when you're being bombarded with all of these examples outside of you and all of these messages and and it's just as real as i said because often people can't imagine what they haven't known experienced and that's why i say it's like walking down the street backwards and nobody will do that because you never know what you'll walk into that we do it. Psychologically all the time yeah. That's interesting Way to go from here are yeah. I feel as though.

"Begin speaking into your thought later ship, your authority needs to nurture your ideal customer through the buyer's journey in those three episodes, and those three episodes become your irresistible signature giveaway. It's your call to action at the end of every single episode that you do in the future it can even the your call to action when you going on other people's podcasts and being interviewed, and so when someone says to you I'm. How can people get in contact with you? You can say well if you love this particular interview and you WanNa drive in deba. I go much deeper into my. My podcast series and you can get access over at, and then you give you url forward slash podcast series. That's a strategy and tactic that we're teaching in. We're implementing for all of our clients, because it's one that we know works and begins that nurturing relationship, so those are the three particular areas that you need to have in place to be able to say yet I got clarity, and yes I know that it works. It really is positioning us from all of the other people speaking into particular topic now the next pillar is the podcast profit framework and the strategy that are talked about in the formula. The framework is the strategy because. If you look at the framework. It's got six stages purpose plan. Produce Publish Chromite and Prophet so these are the questions that I want you to answer, and if that you can say yes, Yup, this is I am clear on this side. I have a clear strategy on how much podcast will help me. This is the question. Cut through the noise to build my reputation as an industry thought later, do you? What makes you different? Do you know what? Is being spoken about in your industry. That maybe is outdated. Maybe is no longer working. Or, maybe you've got a different way because you've had to overcome so many challenges in that certain Aaron in your industry that you've now got a unique process, a new system, a new strategy that will enable people to fast-track Results and eliminate a lot of waste time. Now if you haven't identified. Just as examples I'm giving you. And then of course, get done a day. Dive into. What makes you really unique? You'RE NOT GONNA be able to cut through the noise. Being same old, same all, or maybe just slightly altering something is not gonna cut it if you really want to position yourself as a trusted authority that sits apart from everyone else so that's the best area in that pillar. The second point is your clear, and you've got a clear strategy on how you're going to be able to build your list of idea..

Juventus 2-0 Inter Milan - Hosts go top in stadium empty because of coronavirus

"Events is against into Milan. Went ahead today. In front of an empty stadium. It was surreal experience. But one. So you'd be comfortable in the by two goals to know I Ramsey scoring just after the break in the second half and a lovely go from powder Bala night at Uva to intern nail. That means now is you've ain't on nine points. Clear of INSA inferred they also leapfrog. Lancia back to top spot. This was weird when it boys just way to watch him. We understand why this has take place in this manner but for such a big game to have such a strange feeling as a spectator it was kind of difficult to renew is going to be odd. Given the conditions out of the game is going to be played under. I don't think we figured it'd be district and especially a game of this magnitude with these two clubs are going to be the two biggest clubs in Italian footba battling out for what may eventually be the title and it just. It felt empty literally lead the felt empty especially because into Milan. Who simply off-again listen. I thought the oddity of the game would plant and Tucson Skim the fact that dot its interim and they were simply over. They gave us nothing to give veggies nothing to be worried about nothing for anybody to cling a hot. There's going to be some kind of a title shelter. This event is by far the better. The two dominated an ungodly three points. And really not nothing really as the report and to give you an idea of how odd this was. It is so difficult to understand that every touch on the ball you could hear on the microphone. Every shot on target everything that was happening in the field. You can actually here which is not something that we're used to and whenever there was shot on goal you're expecting some sort of reaction from my crowd that was never there and it's almost as if oh that was a goal scoring opportunity but nobody cares. Nobody cares because nobody there. I would also say it's interesting for me that Saturday. He has a difficult time. Putting out. Deroga- you Wayne and renown out on the field at the same time. When he does seem to work well together sometimes eight Wayne dropping underneath which is not a natural for him but he does at times and then it just goes to the wide area and then he receives the bowl there. And there's rotation on Rondo has freedom to go wherever he wants to. And it seems to work well indications that he has used. I'm not sure as to why he won't commit himself to try to do this more consistent because a team that struggles to create opportunities today we saw from development. That's taking Gol- shows you. How special player. He can be hasn't always been this and doesn't always show this but it's not only the finish is the first that then could where he gets around actually young and then on the one to once it gets into a position where he plays in the ball once again. National Young has an opportunity to make a tackle and he cuts back to the outside and finishes the way that he did. You have to say to yourself. This guy can be useful to you. Not just twenty minutes at a time but ninety minutes at a time but it doesn't always happen for him. It doesn't always happen for Saturday. Let's bring democracy into the conversation. Got Into Milan. Be So disappointed that they didn't really put up a fight today. Yeah undeniably they will be and you know you talk about the put up a fight you can look at it on a binary way what's going to where either they do. What what he says he wants to do. When the aggressive and pressing midfield work hard? They didn't do that or the other thing you could do is. Hey how about you put the guys out there who can actually pass and create I e Christian Erickson and again we see this guy. Come off the bench. And he doesn't give the impression that he is a Colin type player which then begs the question of. Why did you spend all this money on him? He's supposed to give you something different. He could have done something. Possibly if you've figured out a way to to go and play him but I also think we have to give credit to you both games against enter this season. They played really really well have not played well for much of this season but they really raise their game when it mattered was exceptional on. Lukaku and Saturday to give him some credit. I know that alley would love it. If you've got more deba- by I thought dropping Jansher Benton core was was a big call and and one that really paid off as well and we saw what this you've in midfield theoretically could be and hasn't been for much of the season I mean surround. The title race gone. Well I mean they have a game to make up then becomes six points and then but they still have to go win it. I wouldn't write them off completely at this stage but there's no question that their chances of a trunk down

"Yeah. He has had an injury that isn't wise. It's interesting timing. If this is what happens because the trading. Exactly that seems liberal chose to do. You're waiting for the moment. Then. It's a it's a quiet moments in some ways, I understand by the way, giving the you're right angle on there. I need to send this sort of, you know, public service message Raja, if you're there, I knew seek out of these all bent out of shape and you want to cheer him up by taking him out on the town. Please don't. I'd rather you went out your you can clearly handle it. I'm not sure this guy, just you know. Nice to him. Plus you would. Yeah. See go out talk to TV cameras and talk about. Let's talk about Roger nine Golan's least favorite team in the world. Do you think this is it yours? Yours kindred spirits. Yes. They suffered that first defeat of the season. And it finally came in week twenty. Because of course in Europe, they've been defeated by many times. Madrid, Manchester United. Young boy budge of young children. You know, Jesus, it's it's. Talia? Didn't that mine's? Did you get speeches at B two B two. Now either way they lost for the first time in Setia, and everyone was saying, well, you know, Renaldo was bench for this. You sort of get it they paid to Madrid. You sorta get it. But really the guy that makes a difference for them as always key lenient the Bank with him. They concede zero point five goals per game. And without him over a goal a game. Madrid in which case they can proceed to goals away. Plus the actual they should have conceded for the fact that fates a foul by throwing himself to the ground which wasn't burying and on off you point. I mean, I realize that you're kidding heater as well as it. You. But. Side that was already contentious thing. It was a foul that wasn't like a made a meal of it. But you know, what's in his? That moment either way it could just be that regard any place matches. And that's why they but anywhere. That's a correlation. We should map out. Either way you lose and Genoa pulled off a wonderful game with. I'm gonna have to challenge you on the planet that be missing the missing Steph. Superstar came off the bench and scored basically is first touch gentle plan practically schools against them. You know, why it was just like all of a sudden you throw him one against dirty game of his life. He's really morning against you and said. He said it can happen to a better plan. Also said and business is what makes it difficult for you. Look he knows what to say in public because he's been there. He's done. But he says like, oh, this was a good time to lose. You know, if you're gonna lose his minds, but we were happens. Although I'd argue if you have an eighteen point does it really matter when you lose as long as they can say, but he said, he, you know, he talked about the post eclectic mood hangover, and they expanded so much energy, mentally, psychologically psychology, very important and whatnot. But then being myself, and I was like what psychological exertion the rue Ghani gossip this core. Deba-? What did what would be? Came. You guys when you come on against freaking January. "News story in sports. But that's exactly what we have. And I just caution. You are right before we play what we're about to play. There are two sides apparently to this story. And the first thing though, is this guess what? I mean, they were never even involved in this. They were never even involved in this. It is a cautionary tale on so many levels Instagram, Jerry Rice Antonio Brown. Perfect for the forty Niners. Rumors. What would you do draft picks? All of that discussion. I gotta think the John Lynch, and prog Murata we're just sitting there with their feet up gone. Look at all these guys. They're talking about. I don't even think they called to check. It certainly doesn't sound that way. With that said, the developing news is that the Steelers are quote closing in. On a deal that would send in Tonio Brown to the Buffalo Bills. The report is courtesy of Ian Rapoport. It's not done yet. Here's the latest from me. There's one thing in Tonio round wants, it's the football. And I would imagine that Josh Allen. This young quarterback is going to do what he can can't get into football as far as the actual fit. Did you have a really good offensive coordinator? And Brian Deba of someone who is creative and obviously willing and able to use Antonio Brown how he needs to be used. It's going to be different from the Pittsburgh Steelers were essentially Dan was running the show on offense. Obviously there's gonna be some somewhat of an adjustment period for in Tonio Brown. All that going to be decided later at this point what we know is it does seem they're heading down the path of acquiring these star receiver ending his his odyssey where he exited the team in week seventeen wanted to be traded with crested a trade, and then essentially walked his way out of Pittsburgh, and apparently headed to the Buffalo Bills in Rapoport is someone we trust. He is. Somewhat. I mean, I'd give this to shafter of. So he's not quite the wochit arouse ski of the NFL. But he's close he breaks a lot of news. He doesn't get stuff wrong in Rappaport knows what he's doing. But I wonder right now if this report came out prematurely because even in did not say Steelers are sending Antonio Brown to buffalo. What he said was there are things to work out. But a deal is close to being done now about six minutes after he did it a certain someone replied to Ian Rappaport on Twitter that person was Antonio.

"Which I'd much lower price guy, and it's nothing against Ramsey. But I look at this. And I think, you know, teams want to have a certain spread age wise, I know a league players, and it'll be veterans, but you know, blades maturity is twenty eight twenty nine. He's the over thirty or sorry, piano is getting there, it seems that on this team, the only people midfield and attackers who are not in that kind of twenty eight to thirty three or world. Arrange are correct me. If I'm wrong here in terms of Michelin attack. Our EMMY Sean desk, and deba- Benton Coa, and I'm back course, or how old is this Douglas cost is I think he's twenty seven twenty. I think he's getting there. He makes. Because you remember he had all those years in Chuck before going to sound like you went from Brazil to buy her heal these years in the Ukraine before that. So I look at this anytime like is this really all you want another veteran, tactically, even though you felt his prime who Radzi twenty eight. I wouldn't say nothing nothing. He's old. But what I'm saying is this is not if you sign twenty-eight-year-old player, I think you could have a couple of guys like that on your team. But you've strategy has been, you know, between him Qadeer and blaze maturity is these vast experienced players on enormous amounts of money where older who effectively don't have resale value because nobody else in the world is going to give Aaron Ramsey two hundred fifty grand a week if they have to pay him a transfer fee as well. So to me that means that you're going all in on Aaron Ramsey, effectively kind of have to be making Ramsey your highest paid player exuding, John Renaldo, and actually no it would be more think the again, you would know to me, but the official you've number for the balance six and a half, whatever it is. But but that's where you are. Right. So that's why I would have gone on a different direction unless unless there's some facts that we don't know and they're gonna sell Canada. And by the word you bottle for the money. But then that's why you never to be a situation. Everybody gets old all of a sudden questioning of what you said about the possibly ditching Vala, it's fine. But if you do that, you know, you've been in you have to buy another strike or at some point, right? Because. I think they should. Just because I think anyone's really happy in this situation. But I do also believe that for me, I'm not really into buying very young players, and creating the seem I think it's wonderful. But I think for the levels that you've just wanted to be I do think you need an average age where pay is all twenty eight and in that prime incapable of executing what it is. And then you bring in all this that learned from them show that there are there's always youngsters being watched and looked at. But I'm not really fond of just bringing a bunch of kids in the way that you know, for me he's like sensational, but it'd be a part of me that we have so much to him. And so I'm I'm all right with that. And I think with the figures between that and play like a bunch of. Have rachana. And what what Allegra loves more than anything is a guy who makes cleverness ashes into the books, which is something that Ramsey knows. How to do? He comes also with commercial revenue because you know, he's a player. So I don't get this thing at all. I think this is one of those buzzwords nonsense that people come up with we live in Great Britain makes the enormous Welsh market with a I don't know crazy. But you've love a guy who can speak English in the interviews because they think it will bring otherwise parameters to give all the interviews since he's the only person there speaks English parts. Chesney talk to. Right. Yeah. They're just saying that's a lot of money to spend. And I think that it's. We're an arsenal. Sympathizer..

"To France now and the beginnings of what will be known as the grand deba-. It's being launched today at president Emmanuel Macron to address the recent unrest by the yellow vest protests which erupted in November over high fuel taxes before becoming a widely supported revolt over inequality. Our correspondent, Hugh Scofield has this report. They haven't gone away the yellow vests every week. Now, staging the anti-system rallies like this one in the city of Bourj, the protests aren't huge they're generally nonviolent, but they serve to keep up the pressure on president Macron and send out the message. The people still want to be heard and upon the responsibility. Now, Anita Santi Marcus says he's listening now having already announced ten billion euros in handouts to calm the protests. The president's moving to face to launching a two month Grand National debate in order precisely to hear what the people say. So how will it work is grand debate? Well, the idea is that anyone can ask to chair a meeting and be part of the consultation, they need to register online. They'll receive a kind of debating Keaton information pack, then the results in mid March will be fed up to government after which well who knows? Among the yellow vested in Bordj. Not everyone dismisses the debate out of hand..
