She shares the danger of educating children to believe in the binary nature of the human brain. We also discuss the need to focus on the right mindset rather than having the right skill set higher for potential rather than experience is the chic of you, especially as organizations move to required skills rather than required job titles. Listen up fascinating conversation. I create a clear thinking and decisive leaders who can amplify their influence, contact me to find out how I can help you or your organization. And today, our guest is melika, do Rosario. I think I got your surname wrong so sorry for the audience. Could you say it properly please? Oh, no problem. It was almost completely perfect. This was a excellent so that she can really interested in knowing who you are. Yeah, so what happened to share my background is that I grew up actually all over the world, equal parts of my life divided into Africa, Asia, australasia, and the U.S. or North America. And my whole through fan life has always been about people and impact. And so I've been completely fascinated with what it takes to unlock potential in individuals and really get them operating at their optimal capacity so that they can conquer life. And live their best career and live their best life. And so this is sort of been a theme throughout my life. And I just became super lucky where I got to convert this passion of mine into a business that is now called human queue and said that is what I do every day that is the air I breathe every minute every second of every day. Wow, that's how so cool. So you have lived in so many places, what have you learned from living in all these different cultures? You know, I have learned Judah that doesn't, it doesn't really matter where we go and what we do, human beings, all strive for the same things. We all look for love. We all look at the community. We all look for purpose. We all look for belonging. And it's incredible how similar we are.

"There's a flip side to that point where you know at one of their best chances in the first half the the laron turner save whatever we're davies burns past. Andrew dot is not some grip piece of play. That's a weli the feed from the goalkeeper that is misjudged desk. A lot of us was of our bad play was defensive not dopp being defensively sound. You know for as much credit as we give canada but i will go back to canada. Credits like herdman law like i said. He's very clear about what this team can do. He didn't come to this game and say we are going to go attack attack attack. But like you said micromanaged micro performances when we have moments where we can inflict are play on them we go into it and also they had shooed level of physicality in this game like i said loria and johnston were out there and if they were going to get sent off so be it. It was unlikely without referee. But so be it. And they physically manhandled the us. At time. i thought there was times when we looked very very Not naive not the word but just kind of shocked by the by defrost what they did and it don't settle those and also it was like pinball at times they're not soon in canada we needed to get a foot in the ball and pass it and we were minus one of our best passers are one of our most competent players in the middle of the park and it showed twenty career goals for canada. Now for kyle. Laron second. Most in canadian history behind dwayne day. Rosario wow. they're a good team. Do you know where. Dwayne derosario turned up randomly. I guess it wasn't random. He was there for reason in a pub that i go to that. I've mentioned on this podcast before tavern in brooklyn. Yeah i think it was four or five months ago. Just that's that's cool. Danny where people recognizing people are pictures with him behind the bar on a the. The buyer staff tweeted out a picture of him. Mls canadian soccer legend. Dwayne de rosario pops into brooklyn. I don't know why he was there. But i'm i'm sorry i wasn't. That's pretty neat That's about all. I have on this one Again this was. We were very negative. Rightfully so i think that's i think that's kinda the tenor and the tone of the fan base right now but you know amidst of that. It is important to keep some perspective. It's two games. Two games had lost either. An greg bear halter pointed that out and said we're still unbeaten. I think a lot of people collectively nation role. It's is collectively as he was saying that because it doesn't feel like their unbeaten right now but they are two points through two games is not what anybody wanted. Not what anybody expected but it is only two games. They're still twelve to play There's a lot of a lot of points still left to be one. So i'm not freaking out. I don't think you are. i would hope our audience. Either there's no freak out there's a lot of there's a lot of negativity here. They they used on the post game on fox. They i forget who it was said it but they talked about Ptsd from the last qualifying cycle settling back in. And it's i think people had hoped that a a nice start here would a continue the momentum of a really great summer and be immediately erased the memories and fears of what happened at the last cycle and because of the way it started it's allowed doubt to creep back in and it's allowed us to forget about all the good that we had experienced in the last couple months and that's unfortunate but it does not mean that we're in trouble certainly not yet well. Richards opponent asked the question he said first of all. I put out a tweet. Where i old patriotic andy is way at the moment but we will be back this afternoon to do the podcast. Which we're doing right now. And richard goes. Andy is away. Question mark exclamation mark which i think is pretty rude and as an attack on you personally. What what. what's what's an attack on that. Oh because for years. I've made a joke was on vacation which i wasn't on vacation. I was at a wedding. You animal looking to. Richard is the question he goes. I'm joking but honestly. Jj if draw against on doors. Are we in trouble on. No not yet not yet but like i said like when you when you draw at al salvador. That's a chance. Like i always talk about in world cup qualifying the importance of having like the luxury points behind you that like that. So it builds in it gives you that cushion where you can fault or somewhere and at this point the us is now behind in that. Like you know you would have liked el salvador. Away is tough but this team is supposed to be good enough to go there and get three points. Canada at home is tough but the us went literally like what a couple of decades with only one loss at home in world cup qualifying so yeah candidates tough but at home this us team. You expect them to win. So they're behind the eight ball certainly but it's not. It's not panic time. I hope people need to keep some measure of perspective. They're all right. Well we've allowed negatively ain't gonna finish positive andrew still twelve games to play everyone is way. Doom and gloom bear halter definitely getting didn't get the tactics. Strike tonight mckinney. A big miss also accosted best game. Canada setup was really well organiz limited the us mnt down the wings. Canada could double up so look.
