"Welcome to pop your source for nightmare weddings and Yoga. Ball sits. Big Round of applause I like get. Nina's often that you guys but hunters here has always and so is actress producer and. Legend. Viviana. A. Welcome. Back. Welcome where we are so excited to have you hundred GonNa Flirt with you. The entire show get prepared for them. Time Vivica just walked taping. That works for me baby just a little. Just a little took us. Describe my style of flirting. So this is. My God I'll. Little tickle we can get started now. All Right Ben Affleck was just banned from arm his upcoming James Bond Premiere at least that's what the tabloids are claiming. It's probably total but supposedly bond producers are afraid the couples pedia will overshadow the movie and Daniel Craig's okay. They have like a you've obviously you're a lot more famous than both hundred and I combined you too many movie premieres yet we like it. It's a big win for us tonight on nightly pop. If you going to an event and for movie you were in and producers said, listen you're man can't come how do you handle that challenge? Cry. Let's start right there. We've never look here. Work showed up gave as our how I not shining I. If this is true is totally unfair. Why does the girl not have to shot because she's in a grid we? Away from. She has died. He has done for them hunter. What do you think about if you could not bring me to a movie premiere as a standing date for you because your girl canceled? Would you be asset? That's okay with me and I think if they really don't want Ben Affleck showing up, put it in a city that doesn't have Dunkin donuts. I guarantee you. Not Going. There for some reason I mean honestly I have to say I don't know why I'm leaning towards this being true but I sort of believe it. I kind of feel like this sort of makes sense I mean I don't know if Ben Affleck is going to overshadow Daniel Craig's something about them always walking those. Dogs which I Got? Every day. Why it's always just so staged feeling for some reason I I do believe. I kind of believe that they're like listen just leave your boyfriend at home or moving on. While Shirley's there and knows what she wants when it comes to a relationship and the first rule is she's not going to live with anybody you guys. She recently told the mirror that she's not sure that she could live with somebody again and that he may have to buy the house next to her. She's just too old for this. Like it okay. I just want a new. And nobody's coming up here running thing but me so I'm all with their Charlie's let them know when it's happening to come over and do the deed. With after other than that stale ass next door right you. My God. First of all, my type of woman this is Great Vivica. I'm happy to buy any house near Your House I'm going GonNa have to save up a little bit but I can do it and then seconds I see where they're coming from but it also feels like Charlie's is coming from a place of she hasn't had healthy relationships lately maybe or she hasn't found that person you do want to live with I. Think we all kind of think that after we go to break, we're like no more of the opposite sex ever again taking that much of my personal mind and then raging you find someone. And you can grow with and maybe they start outside the house maybe eventually you're like, Hey, let's have toothbrushes in the same room. Let's try that out for a little while. Yeah, I feel like with Charlene I think that also when you are single for such a long time, you kind of get set in your ways and just having the idea of someone come in and just rearranging things becomes really daunting and just quite frankly really annoying and to be honest Shirley's does not need to settle. She doesn't need to do anything that is inconvenient for her at all. So like I. Totally under understand her mindset of like I don't. Yeah. Come over when you need to do the deed otherwise I don't need to be moving my cashmere sweaters for you to put your jeans and the next door take your time says the girl that got engaged in seven months. I was like, all right give it to me okay Brian. Austin. Green is getting defensive about dating multiple women after his split for Meghan Box Ryan was on the Hollywood raw podcast you listened to that a lot right with DAX holt an atom. Let me ask you. So should he have to tell the woman? He's dating that he's seeing other people I'm GONNA ask Hunter Africa's I can't wait to hear the assay. "Which you know, good tweet having said that God, I wish you was an expat shore nude have been the most cost about that would be the most dramatic season ever. It would have been the most nonetheless dramatic season of the bachelorette. It would have been probably maybe the most talked about television event in recent history. Khloe Kardashian as the batch. Holy crap. There have been a lot of celebrities on that season tons of celebrities. So anyway, my question is because that made me think in what celebrity would you wanna see the next bachelorette Vanessa bachelorette or bachelor either next lead? Tough one who is always single. I can't I have one she's not currently single. But it'd be great TV who. T- swift. Oh, yes. What? Yeah. I would totally love or Arianna grounder aren't Agron day. That'd be a big one. Yeah. But I do lesson t swift. I was just listening to album before the podcast on T swift. And for a bachelor. I didn't think about bachelor. I don't know if there's any leads that come to my mind. Well, those that Ephron now. Okay. Never mind. I feel like he's too. He has too much like swag. And and now, well, that's why. L aswa. Yeah. I know. But that's why I want I would want someone who seems a little bit more less. That's fair. Yeah. Okay. Next next. What's your favorite rom com? Ten things. I hate about you such a good another one. Another one is how to lose a guy in ten days. I apparently like titles that have the let the number ten obviously your number. I'm a big ten things. I hate about you fan ledger. Charity hair? God give to look like that man from that movie and that scene, obviously, he's singing you're just too good to be true walking down the stairs. They turn God. Get just gives me the chills every time. All right. Number three. Do you like a bad bore? You like a nice guy. I like a nice guy. Nice good boy tendency attendances. Like, a nice guy. But with bad boy tendencies, that's like, oh, yeah. Come to, mama. Dan. All right. Number four. I feel like this podcast. We should probably introduce a new dating slang every week. You know, we we we ran a couple down there though. But I think we should introduce one per podcast to see what people are getting themselves into by being in the dating world in two thousand nineteen so Vanessa do you know, what the term stashing means? Yeah. Is it when a person has multiple people on their list of interests? I'm sorry. That is wrong. I'm sorry Stashower. Stashing like a purse of you know, I think that might be benching L. Okay. You have people on the bench ready to go..

"Well, I wanted to get to a topic that we tease a little bit earlier in the pie cast Vanessa. Did you watch the Oscars on Sunday? I did. Okay. But I missed the most significant part of the Oscars told me you did not miss the I want to talk about. Yeah. I did you miss shallows. Yeah. And that was the only like five minutes. I miss. I remember what I was doing. But I remember hearing them like, oh are they singing together? Anyway, even want to recap it for me. I mean, it's really hard to put into words. Honestly, it's one of those moments. You just had to see for yourself. I saw the ending where she looks at him. And she's like like doing this with or eyelashes while I will say let me preface by saying I do think lady Gaga might be a little over dramatic at times. I don't think I'm breaking news with that. When she won shallow. The best song. Everybody knows coming. And she worked so hard for that moment, I'm happy for. But it it was like she won the Pulitzer prize. But that moment Vanessa, oh my God. Because we talked about the podcast last week. How lady Gaga ended her L has a new tattoo, but even the tattoo, you know, it's a little in big US, whatever. But in fact, that she ended her engagement, very sad. Very sad. We're not rooting for any relationships and moving forward from that. So it was awesome. Because they didn't even intro the song. That's how bad ass star is born this song. Shallow is. There was no fricken intro. Okay. Every other song that artists came out talked up about the song. And then they intro the song and in the artists came out and sang it they didn't even do that for shallow. What happened was they just started somebody won the award. I forget what a what a what a word it was. And they cleared off the stage. And all of a sudden there was a camera behind the curtain like what's this? And then also in the current open. They pulled a piano out on the stage, and you can hear shall we'll start playing. And all of a sudden, it was just. Piano on stage two mikes. And then the camera went past the piano to where the audience was. And then they showed lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper get up from their seats and walked off stage. It was holy. And. And what it was. You have to YouTube. I've already watched their times. So this is there is I mean, I'm sure you've seen it all over news publications is past couple of days this sexual tension between those two people. I there's there's no way they're faking that and if I was Bradley Cooper's girlfriend. He would never be allowed to leave the house again. I yeah. Because I've I've been asked Ashley I said, what would you do if you saw another woman? Look at me the way that lady Gaga is looking at Bradley Cooper right now. And I'm looking at like that or is she looking at him because it's a performance in recession. Yeah. She exaggerates. No. I was thinking the same thing. I was thinking maybe they're in character. I'm sure there was some dramatics to it. But you know, how when you watch two people together, and you just think to yourself poof gone there something there. That's what it was. That's why people are freaking out because it's hard to fake that. And even Bradley Cooper said something he was on the Stephen Colbert show a couple days before the Oscars. And he said, Stephen Colbert asked him will Bradley Cooper be performing or we'll Jackson main be performing, you know, isn't gonna be performing at Jax and Maine, or is it Bradley Cooper, you yourself. And he said Jackson Maine is no more use like now. He's gone. His his quote is he's gone. I'm not going to try to get back into character. But you know, I'll be me singing. And so that obviously made people think we'll Brad Bradley. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I you not Vanessa. There was a moment when they're on stage. It looked like they were gonna kiss they both. He it was weird because she Mike. She was staring at him. I'm Gary Guidi for his girlfriend..

"And I think I know that in the south we do things a little bit differently sometimes. And so I think it was a sweet idea for Hannah she wanted to I think sort of spotlight her Saturn route and some southern hospitality. And she also wanted to help and feel comfortable when he met his her family. Did you specialize in dinner etiquette or table etiquette? I should say or is it just an overall etiquette of life? I do etiquette lessons, and I usually do for parts and table manners is one of the things that we do one of the week. What are the other three? So I teach Crassus for ladies and gentlemen. And so in the gentleman crashes, we talk about chivalry behaviors and. We also talk about developing, our inner character qualities and having respect for other people, and empathy and kindness. But we talk about reduced because heavily on table manners. Ladies and gentlemen. So you do etiquette pretty much of somebody's life character personality. Not just table etiquette as well. Because it's funny. When when I was watching last night, all I could think about the scene from Pretty Woman where she's. At the dinner table with all the very rich men that Richard Gere is friends with and she doesn't know which is the salad fork or. What? Which flings the Easter? I think it was or the Meatball and somebody else's dish. Let me let me tell you sorta in my opinion. What I think I going to clear things up America's had to have an a hard time with the Brad and the butter. Yes. Twitter telling hard time everybody needs to come down to a little bit. And we're gonna we'll get to that. But I want to explain maybe I wanna say what etiquette isn't I think that a lot people think that etiquette is maybe a stuck up that rule that cause some people to look down in judgement on other people. And that it not what it is in my opinion, etiquette has two parts. And the first part is how we present ourselves. And those are some of the things that we talked to Colton about things like your I contact in your posture, and your speech and your handshake having a nice firm Hinton ache into table manners. But the second part of etiquette is, and it may even be more important than how we present ourselves. That's how we treat other people, and it's treating other people with courtesy and respect in Tinus. How do we treat somebody else if we have a difference of opinion because you can know which to you when you sit down, but if you can't treat other people with kindness, really, none of the other stuff, really matters. So that's kind of an overview of how I view etiquette. And how the Lynn through with that teach classes different Different etiquettes. etiquettes for females and males. There are several different several different things. Like some of the table manners are different some of the nasty points them out. Yeah. Let me let me let's pretend the cable and let me give y'all maybe five little table manners nuggets that you can take away. Okay. All right. So the first I think is most importantly, let's talk about the buttering of the grab. Most important. Really, right. It really. I mean, honestly, most important. So when you butter your bread. You wanna tear off one bite and butter that one bite at a time. I think that's got everybody all up in arms. And I think Colin even said if I can quote, and I think he should. Packer that he had just said something along the lines of I don't know how to butter the bread. I just eat it. God you can Can get. get. And also before I go any further..

"But she she does a good job of of being there for me. She'll come to the batting cages. She'll swing the bat. You'll have a good time. I've got a cool date night. If you're interested. I'm always interested in guys are in Anaheim. There is a place called the packing house. And they've got a secret hidden bar inside the packing house, you go and you have to like knock on the door. I love that easy easy. And it's just like a hidden wall. It opens up a door and they've got this bar. Are in there, and it's all candle it romantic, and it's really cool. And it's called the boy, I love it. We've gone there. Couple of times. What's it called again, the blind rabbit the blind rabbit check that out eastern? I saw you're shaking your head. Have you been to the blind rabbit? I haven't been to right, but I've been to the packing house a number of times. I love that. You love it. Right. It's so nice hidden. Jim just down the street from the magic kingdom. Yeah. Of course. It's great near a cheesecake factory by any chance. Easton possibly the best. Cheesecake factory, the Anaheim garden walk. Place. Good. God Mark down there. No, no. I'm just a fan. There are a lot eastern goes to magic kingdom once every two weeks at least once a week. I get that any we'll pass I think it worth it. Oh, yeah. Yeah. I'm telling you, Mark. Have you done any like what's your biggest surprise date that you've done you make some guy? Yeah. I try to do a big surprise party for her birthday this year. I tried to do concerts as a surprise she. It's a weird balance because she loves it. And hey to the same time like I feel like I'm putting more effort than I'm making it more special. If I don't tell her what it is a head of time. But she hates it that Emma telling you what it had a time. But then when we get there. She's delighted by it. So it's a line. You're walking give it a surprise. I liked that Vanessa have you ever planned to surprise date for a guy? Yes. And I'm trying to think recently, I just planned something. I have the worst memory. I like planning things on random occasions. Not like, hey, it's your birthday or hey, it's Valentine's Day. I like a random day in the week. It makes it more romantic and special. He actually so my boyfriend just surprise me. One morning. We woke up, and he's like, all right, get pack. He told me like pack, warm clothing. I mean, it's like minus twenty five in Montreal. He's like pack warm clothing brand new pair of boots and get on the car. And he's like we have a two hour drive. So you can follow if you want like I've no idea where we're going. He brought me to this place in Montreal where it's an ice rink in the forest. So the entire path is like miles of just ice skating through the forest, and it was the most romantic day is kind of like a bachelor day. Just like it was it was lights, and you could stop at different shacks and have a hot chocolate and coffee, and it was really beautiful. Fox knows what he's doing. He's good. I respect them. I appreciate that. You actually plan dates to like I heard you say that in there. And I feel that a lot of women look at men like you should plan the date, but I like being surprised the other way around girls out there listening like plenty date for your dude..

"Oh, sorry. I misinterpreted was like come on Jared. What? Oh, no way. I mean, unless you're talking about a married couple. And it's a stay at home. Mom and dad is the one we gotta sheer Bank account. Yeah. Of course, that's different. So that would be I guess technically spinning as well. But no, if you're dating for like, six months, and you guys do a vacation you gotta split, right? Unless it's a Christmas gift or a big. It's like a surprise vacation then. Yeah. If it's a surprise vacation. I'm and I'm the one that's booking it. I'll be totally fine paying for for both of us. But I don't like setting. I'm someone who's so independent when it comes to my finances, and I don't want. I never wanted to be someone that got used to a certain type of lifestyle. If I was dating someone who did have a lot of money because I'm like, well, what if this relationship ends and I go back to like my penny saving Reno lifestyle. And I wanna be I wanna be comfortable with the decisions that I make not someone else makes it gives me a good question. Is it hard for you guys to do normal dates now after you've done the mall dragging Razi date. Not at all. Now. I love the small day. All right could really use a helicopter through the roof of right now. No, those are exhausting. Too much, but as it because cameras around or just because it's it makes it more exciting because the cameras are around. But if I were to go on a helicopter ride would just actually it would be fun. It'd be cool. But I would not want to do it all the time. That's like a once a year type thing a big extravagant one. And then we actually I try to go out like at least once a month have date night. But most of the time stay in. We are in watch a movie in pajamas. It's just the best. We are a couple of goals. I love it. But yeah, what about you Vanessa? No. I don't like extravagant dates. I someone I like surprises. I like small surprises. Like, oh, I we're going out for dinner somewhere, and it'll be my favorite takeout restaurant in all eat on the car like to me little moments like that are more significant than puking on a what was that thing that I did Pukekohe you went you went into space or something. Yeah. Gravity the anti gravity. Yes. Here's the thing about big dates too. Expensive day extravagant dates it's truly about the environment. Because honestly, every time I go out to dinner, and I pay for Ashley because I want to date night on the guy in the relationship. I'm paying you know, and so we end up spending like for two people say we spend like, including tip one hundred and fifty bucks because we go to really nice place and both actually that it's terrible. But both Ashley, and I come up with the same consensus, which is did we enjoy this meal as much as we would have the ordered house. You know, because we love fast like just not like, but you know, what I mean, like sometimes our favorite date night is like going to Burger King, you know. And then I might sound stupid. But now there's that like if I'm ordering a fifty fifty five dollar fillet from this restaurant. That's really good. But do I enjoy it more than I would have if I owned a Big Mac? I don't know. I can't tell you that. I could tell you one of my favorite dates that goes down in history with me, and my wife would be I took her on a date surprise date to Chucky cheese, and it was just the two of us. And it was so fun. I just bought like a here's a loaded card full of tons of money. Go enlist just play games, and it was so different. And there's kids running around everywhere. But it was it wasn't a typical meal out of Morton steakhouse. It was us. Just having fun together. That's my favorite time date. Yeah. Because I love going up. But I love the element of surprise doing something different. Now, Chucky cheese. Jin Ghonim don't days inside. Chucky cheese. But you know, I think because we don't have cheese in Canada. Have been to boomers members. Kassim idea. Yeah. Do you guys?.

"Two two for the next few minutes. Oh, Dax Holt from Hollywood pipeline. So what's going on in Hollywood pipeline? Where do they see you? What about the podcast tell me? What would you talk about? We got we got the OJ website up. So Hollywood pipeline dot com. Get all your fill on celebrity news. And you know, I what the wait till everyone is it's like, it's such a visual experience Hollywood pipeline. It's all about photos. It's about videos. It's like Instagram TMZ have a little baby that is what Hollywood pipeline is. And you know, we give you everything from news stories like we gotta live John out the other day, which was really exciting. Because I mean there were reports going around though, she was on her deathbed, which is clearly not the case because she looked absolutely amazing. And all these photos that we got of her just kind of wondering around with her husband going out to lunch doing very normal activities and not for someone that is sick and dying. But we get a little bit of everything, you know, we have to repulsive the other day about the bird box challenge who got Connie up there confirming his baby. So just a lot of fun. Did you listen to the Joe Rogan podcast? No. Was it? Good. I have listened yet. I don't know if he knows what's up. But I know it's coming sorry. I'm anxious to hear. It's going to break the internet. I haven't checked to that. And then obviously, we got the Instagram page and the podcast is doing really, well, which I know, you know, a lot about 'cause you stopped in a couple of times during the podcast. But it's it's been really fun. We're trying to break down the fourth wall in Hollywood and trying give people the real look at what it's like, what celebrities are really like, you know, whether celebs are like setting up photo shoots and working with paps. We bring in paps with bringing celebs we're bringing everyone and just have a really good time. And just be honest and real and raw, and what celebrities are really like is that depend on the individual celebrity. Yeah. I mean, we kinda just whoever wants to come in and chat. I mean, we had Johnny bananas from MTV not last week. But the week before he was, you know, and he was just such a good guess because he's he doesn't have a filter, and he's been on MTV for like, I don't know twelve years. He's done all the challenges. Now, he's a host for NBC. And he's like, look, you know, he went on on Bristol Palin because she was. Complaining about the way MTV has been editing her footage, and he's like looking at it and go, what are you talking about your on MTV? You're not on the oxygen channel you're on the we network you're on MTV to get ratings. So yes, they may edit you weird. But he would know better than anyone else. How MD because he's been eight in for many years on that channel. I I would tell you that her husband bristled panels husband complained to the same thing. And I sorta strung them both out at the if you look at the reunion, we do this year with them because it was very his story. He he's a interesting guy. He's right. He actually big pieces of him were not Representative just that's the way it goes. You can't represent everybody story in total. But I feel like it it came out during the reunion. So I was I was happy to have done that for him. She. She is so constrained and get her to admit that that's all about her trying to control her narrative controller image all this stuff. And she's actually much more fun person. She comes across as too so. Yeah. Yeah. If you want the fun crazy like start up YouTube channel, don't go to MTV. Right. You're going to get a lot of you're going to get a lot of eyeballs on your relationship, and you're gonna get way more famous. But if you want them real Bristol Palin story, do something you're on that you have control over. Dax is always good to talk to you. Happy new year. We'll talk to you soon. Thank you. "Please don't text and drive contest starts tomorrow. So listen to seven ninety KABC. So as I mentioned, the Dax Holt, one of the strange things in that f-, TV live report on the death of Chris Burrows was the fact that they they indicated in there that he was a source on a lot of their stories, and I say that because even in death. That's a no no you're not supposed to talk about who's typically you off. Unless there's extenuating circumstances. I guess if you feel you were burned if you feel like there is some reason were that's relevant to the readers and to people who who look at your new site and trust your new site. Then you would be compelled to do something like that. And I do find it strange that it's been Midi days since this guy died, and we still don't know basic information like who was in the hotel room. It seems like it would be salient to the story because they're covering the death. It's not like the stories being ignored. It was all over the local news. But for some reason, it's pretty much the same story everywhere. And if he was a source a regular source to f- TV live, I wonder if he was a regular source other places too. And maybe that's why they're extending the courtesy. If the information is damaging or embarrassing just one theory. Let's go to sunny in Temecula center, you're on KABC. Hello. Yeah. Hi, john. How are you today? Good. Good good this. This death came as a very big shock to me only. Because Chris boroughs was we watched him every weekend. He was seem like a very nice guy. He was funny. And and he always did you know, what you did cover heart stories. He always did a great job of doing Moses. Well, and just very it was a person that you brought into your home. So that's why it was a shock. Now. Here's my theory on this whole thing, I think he could have possibly been involved with a male lover and kept that a secret. And you know, they started doing drugs together, and possibly he did too much and it caused them to pass away. Well, I haven't heard anyone at KTLA or any close friend of his say that they were aware that he had a drug problem, but I will say this. I don't know if you noticed this sunny, there was a gofundme page you had a wife and a child. There was a gofundme page that immediately went up for those two. If you are a news anchor who's making pretty good money. You are theoretically have something in the Bank, theoretically, you have a life insurance policy. If it's not something supplemental are union, the after sag union has one that they take out on your behalf as part of your union membership. I thought that was peculiar to absolutely. But here's the other side of this. I don't think KTLA wants did they want to keep this didn't want to shed any bad light on Chris barrels know, they really don't maybe they're having a little bit of a pool with it. I don't really know if they can. But you know, anything that comes out about him in a negative fashion. I don't really think people are going to take take that as a bad thing. It's just bad judgment. You know, bad ways of life. But there was something that went on with him that nobody knew about and the thing about doing drugs, as you know, his wife would know it if their Bank accounts being drained, she's gonna ask why she's going to look into it. And the other thing about having a probably maybe he had a male lover, whatever the case might be. He's not even gonna remotely mentioned not to anybody because you're not on air personality. You know, he has a daughter and his wife who is showcased a lot on the show. So you know, it's it's up in the air. But I'm I was really sad to hear that. Because I really liked the guy just from doing them on TV and the coverage on KTLA, you can tell they were all torn up about I've never met the guy and I'm in the desert on the weekend. So I don't get local news coverage on the weekends. But I was watching online this weekend. And you can tell that everyone over there seems to be very very very shaken.

"Have a laugh and do some good from KABC dot com. It's John Phillips and Steve Edwards and Dorothy, Lucey infer, Jillian and speaking of Jillian Dax Holt, the host of the Hollywood pipeline website and podcast just spoke with her. And she broke some news DAX's kind enough to join us right now. Dax happy Friday can can I introduce Jack. Jack's welcome welcome to the golden child. Oh, I miss your voice, sir. And Steve is so annoyed. Dax that you are breaking news about jill's says. Tell me about June. That's right. Well, she came on the podcast this week. And it was so nice to hear from you guys. I know that she has been having a pretty rough couple of weeks after having a double mastectomy, and you know, we just wanted to catch up with her see how she's feeling how she's dealing and she is in just the best spirits. I mean, I don't know if it was just for our phone call or she's doing really good all the time. But I can tell you. She was a hundred percent, Jillian entry sounded great. You know, she was talking all about what life is like now pass double mastectomy. She saying she she was just so honest, you guys know Julian she's just the most honest person she puts it all out there, and she's like scarce sometimes with her honesty. I can imagine. She she shocked me I read she was like, hey, I got no nipples anymore. She's like, I go through the surgery. I got no more nipple. That's how she says. Hello now, she can walk in the cold rooms. Again, Jackson often said. Of usually what you do in your interview. Somebody's trying to get them to do things and say things with Jill hold on your off to tell. She you know, she was just so real about how like things were going wrong her body before getting the diagnosis. And you know, she said that her nipple were like it was like facing down and she called. I can't actually say what she called it on the air. I heard very funny. With. Wiscon- cave cave. Looks like a body part. Yeah. Something I feel that most women may not even know that. So I feel like she's doing a real, you know service for the community going. Hey, if you see something wrong, and you don't really know that you know, nipple could face south. And there could be something with it, go catch mammograms done. But we talked all about, you know, whether or not Howard Stern just reached out to her and whether she's going to display her new boobs on the Howard Stern show, and like you talked about the most important this, and that's it for life. Exactly. I don't know about John. But Stephen I've seen the new booths spectacular. It's true. Is it very annoyed? You saw works tied. She got we saw the mood like so last month. How did they look without nipples? Nicholas. Well, when they were still rather bandaged. Yeah. I did ask her if she's going to get tattooed nipples longer. She was talking about that. She said that. That a lot of women will go and do that after the fact, and so she's definitely contemplating. That sounds like that'll be something that she does. But you know, I know that she's got a lot of fans out there wondering what she's up to what she's doing and we talked to her for like, thirty minutes. So if you're interested in hearing, what she has to say, I would definitely suggest people to go to KABC dot com slash HP where the podcast lives, and you can hear all about her adventures over the last couple of weeks. You're such a tease are we not getting anything else out of you? Well, I mean, I think you know, some for stuff about regretting not replay. Boy, and the one thing that she did say, she talks Heather Locklear the other day, which I was pretty shocked about considering others in the news in a bit lately with all of her medical issues and drama that's been going down. And she said that in a really good place right now. So that was kind of nice to hear. But I gotta tell you. She there's been a lot of celebs checking it on her a lot of people sending her tax making. Sure, she's good. And she. He just sounded happy. That's what I liked hearing. She had the most positive outlook for someone that's going through such a crappy and the podcast is up at KABC dot com. And you can listen to it is it up right now. Or is it going on? Oh. Go. Listen to it all you Jillian fans out there. I know there's a lot of you. All right. Well, Dax Holt. Thanks so much for stopping by. We appreciate it. All right. Dax index. Bye. Bye. Bye. It's three fifty four on the drive home. John Philip Jackson, whose I on TMZ was eleven years old. He looked nine hanging. He's a young man. He'll be okay. He's okay. He's okay. Oh, she referred to as the.

"Lawfirm dot. Com and Brian underscore Klay polls the, Twitter handle correct Now. You've got it yeah right you're? All right now I wanna answer I'm going to ask three questions in one here, it is what will the. Defense strategy, be do you, think they're doing. A good job and we'll. Manafort's take the? Stand I think. The discerns is doing a great? Job they did a tastic job on cross examination of not only fight him There's a credible witness drew but they actually used him as as the scapegoat in other words, to cross exam. They were able to establish that it, was Ricky who is really controlling all the financial books? For Manafort not Manaf. Work so that gets your next question, is do, we, call Manafort in the trial. Up until recently I would've said possibly you might have. Called him to say one thing look I am. A busy guy I haven't talked about how he is doing everything else And then having to say one cent I delegated my books, and my counts. I was busy they were in control, of everything else but guess what he probably doesn't have? To do that now. Because of how bad the testimony went, with gates, the, prosecution and the reason not. To not to open himself up to cross examination right Yeah exactly well well yeah that's true It just so you're you're you're already knows when if I if I called my client, in a criminal trial as a witness the scope of the cross examination questions are. Limited, to what. You ask your witness oh. On. Directed I did not know that, yeah so if I called Manafort I I. Would still be, tempted to call Manafort in this. Case my recommend it was my client I might call, him? Just for a few type questions right and then. Not remits what the prosecution can ask and if they start ask the everything else you've checked and the object, that's beyond the scope. Of, direct. Examination, that, happened, a lot The trial I did for Pollino nutcase so so, so? You could call Manafort ask him just a few. Questions show the he delegated everything he's a busy God one quick thing that's real interesting over at the scene. And building just saw He's quit A witnessed today for, the Bank if you can believe is is helps Manafort for the Bank that loaned Manafort sixteen million dollars testified that he was aware that Manafort manafort's team lied about how, how many how much they. Hadn't finances Funner application so that that essentially might lead, to an acquittal for Manafort on the Bank fraud cases because you can now. Argue in closing offense argue closing the Bank did not rely, they didn't materially rely on, any misrepresentations by Manafort because they said they gave the loan anyway knowing that he was lying some superior that wanted a job in the administration, I think they said right Yeah yeah Yeah. It's crazy, it's crazy and I. Knew shocking we take Manafort walk on the, Bank fraud and I think you'll get jury on the chocks. Of reasons I gave just pick a. Long hours they just don't. Really, see Did he just don't care as much about it you. Know, as. Well as I do started? Many. Years jurors do, not always on cases based strictly on the law and evidence that ended. I guess this spends a, lot on, the jury selection who's actually sitting in that box yeah absolutely and you put it right exactly. And the political the political affiliation of these jurors will meet women the world as well he doesn't want to have you know if you're Manafort you wanna have obviously a handful of Republicans in. That in that deliberation O'Brien. Thank you so much. And no doubt we will. Talk, to you. As this, unfolds because I want. To sort of measure all your fictions and, see how many you got ready to follow me I'll be. Truly impressed of thanks a lot prior. We'll talk to you soon Let me. She say, that Trump like fuels, off the negativity and I'm like she does the same thing she is getting she's had, a career for the last whatever. Ten fifteen years because of being negative and fuelling all those, people hating her and she really has done An awesome job marketing herself so, right I mean she really she's remained relevant she got a position in the White. House those are excellent career It's not easy to. Remain in reality world That study again can? You reboot that study with some of today's Easy I mean all we got. To have, access though, that's why I. Was able to publish this we had you know so much access it took. A couple of. Years committed all the data, and what we do we just, did we did like trauma inventories nurse assistant inventory and substance inventories and we published on the. Narcissistic. Stuff and it published the lead article in a personality journal interesting and we wrote a book about it called the, mirror effect was so in. That, book is become very relevant again we'll have to go get yeah because it really and I will tell you there was a chapter. I wanted to put in the I've mentioned before on the show there was a chapter I wanted to put in the virgin with. Let me where I was going to speculate about what happens next and I and I started looking at periods. Of history where there'd been lots of childhood injury and unregulated. Narcissism and the, best, example I could find was pre revolutionary France and I said well you're. Going to probably see mobs. And you're going? To see the guillotine, it's come out it. Here we are right it's on social media, but here we are that's what's happening right now Is? Off with your head, you're you can no. Longer be employed you're unemployable It's, not like a little, head, off it's you're being taken out of the community. Your livelihood it look it's it's ostracism and its bark. Peak breaking people offer you are. Better off to get a second remerger charge you get a day. In court you, have a few years and you go back to work, here you're gone, forever and that's it in. The mob action on social media and that's it and it is very dangerous it is, super, dangerous and no due process attached, to it I. Should talk after the break naval that Chris Hardwick is back I. She has more tapes probably needs to be very careful because there are legal. Lines where she could find herself in hot water anything. Classified I mean look As you said she might. Have done the job might already be done, right she's sending fodder out for the book we saw what happened with the book fire and fury it came out a few, days early. "Bismuth alive Number's eight, hundred, two, two, two, five. Two two two said we're gonna talk about dogs and empathy in the next hour as well as get a report from Dax Holt on. The update I'm Demi. Levato story but right now we're going out to Anthony tall sports during. An, agent Anthony welcome Hey how you doing Dr drew good so there's this story. About Serena Williams and. Her constant drug testing she is saying that that is discriminatory what do. You, think Well you know if you look at the numbers there there does seem to be a little disparity there now I. I'm not quite sure by her tweet is whether or not she's saying that she's. Getting discriminated against because he's a top one of the top players in the, world, it has been for a while. Or because or or if it's a race issue but if you. Look at the number you have she's. Five five this year Not a thing she's been tested once Stephanie I mean Stephens wants her sister twice twice so she has a little something there the fact that, it's been five, times in their random now the, tested positive but I can see a. Band a little kind of harassment for, remember she's coming off. Of having a. Baby not too long ago Explain for those of us, that don't know what do you go. Through when you get randomly drug tested, what does that involve Well I it's kinda kinda creepy because you know they just, kinda show up wherever, you, are one of the agents from? The from the from the from the tennis circuit the tennis league and. They just say hey are you ready to be tested and then they pretty much perform like you would at a doctor's office they say they'll get you five minutes ago somewhere? And and do it Urinate or Rene you come out and they test you right there you know the purpose, of that being so, random, is you know so they can? Catch you off guard if you are using you don't you don't have. Time to switch it off with clean you know how intrusive is it Do they are they observed I'm? Sorry are? They observed urine Yes they are yes So To, me it's funny. You you talked about race versus discrimination because of her status as as the world class, athlete I'm sort of seeing it more as almost a weird gender commentary because she is a woman can't possibly be this great athlete unless she's. Doping you know what I? Mean it's. Not that's where to, me it gets a little. Discriminatory am I and. Anything Well a little bit but I think I think. If you're doing an excuse can. Make it her comparison compared to. Other women tennis players who have. Been tested and I see what you're saying because she's, so great or because he's known, to be great as you see the woman in the. Other women aren't, getting tested as much your argument but the fact that other women have Bessette as much, Anna cuts against that I just think it's a random I think it's a random thing I think I think they know I think tennis knows. That when she's not doing? Good it's. Not good for the, sport so they want to. Call it? In disparaging So where do they test when she's when I mean if you do they test, more when you're winning more essentially if you know if you're not doing great. Do they test the women that. Are are less likely for that. Matter if that were true you'd..

"Constant drug testing without that is discriminatory We have a behavioral psychologist expert to talk about empathy and dogs and then we're gonna have a friend Dax Holt combined talk more about what we do know that the. Demi Lovato thing against so much about that story of to kind of read. Between the, lines because they're entitled to keep things close to the chest if, they? Wish, but the fact that she's still in the, ICU troubles? Me a little, bit so Laura what did you think. About that conversation, about those, tapes kinda interesting right I I don't know. If it changes things any do you it is interesting, but I do not agree with her About whether or not a journalist is in breach of some kind of relationship when they get a hold of legitimate materials but it is. An interesting question how would you let's say you a priest recorded someone and. They admitted, to a terrorist action or something and you got your hands on, it? And, it how did they get my hands on, it did? He release it, he gave it to you let's say But he but but he's, one of our relation for sure but are you you're not in any way as a journalist? Held responsible for being? Duplicitous with him I don't. Believe so I would not held, to, those same standards as priestess I would. Think. That so your, standard is only the accuracy issue I mean look I'm not a constitutional lawyer yeah? I know but you That, was her opinion I mean to be fair but here's. A what kind of. Confuses me is that you would be I. Think you, have, to work out with this. The, harm as. A journalist To the relationship does making this public. Yet serve a purpose that's exactly greater good is there a greater good yeah Because for Gaza, then no but if it was too if this person intended harm to another person and it needed to. Get out then that's something? Different The, theoretically though with physicians and Laura's and and even then even a greater good you're, supposed, to keep it there ways to. Get, around it, and of procedures but you're still supposed to not violate. That relationship that that's how, sacrosanct that is but but that's not us violating it that's you know I'm just saying that's how. That's? What, I. Agree with you agree, with, that relationship you have to. Be able to trust these, people in order for them to even do their job right yeah right so, without that trust yeah I understand that relationship but when you're talking about are there any other situations in a. Journalist if she were to participate with someone who's violating some ethical standard that the journalists because responsible as well as some east love Judy Miller went to jail to, protect her source. Because they want to give that up I mean she felt that much of a responsibility to protect. That source so there are there are many different, ways, that that journalists can, get, themselves into hot water but whether or, not you know we don't have anything to do with the attorney client privilege, unless we've stolen that emit that material somehow but if it was given to us, nor stand and the for the sore. Is, the similar, relationship to in terms of this Saint as a source. That that you you name, it sometimes there are sources you don't name and then sometimes sources won't you talk to you on. Background? Sometimes, sources. Will only speak to? You I mean there's there's different. Levels so I understand but if it's if it's a source that must be kept protected that's the that's the your relationship with that source then that is your sacrosanct, you promise that. You're making a source so if you go back on that if violated your own ethical right but. Suppose you handed over to another journalist That would that would betray the source So even if, you, said if you if, you said hey I've got a source I. Want you to know what it is I'm gonna tell you And that, would be the equivalent of an attorney handing over these. Tapes to, someone else and letting someone else go public with them that would be the exact which is what comes the reach of, attorney client progress a coin gave it his tape. To another attorney and attorney felt it was by the way we don't have that same privilege journalists you talked to a. Journalist at your own peril you can. Make it very clear. To a journalist that you want this off the record and you want to remain anonymous you. Want to be an unnamed source I've never. Had that I've never had, somebody maintain that if I've, ever, ever ever know because, I had happened twice they didn't do it. And I stopped asking So anytime you have been in an interview journalists has betrayed your trust when. I have said this is you this you understand this is I'm giving you an example this is not for off the record off. The record and I'm only, doing this here's a good example somebody was asking me. About I, was in analyzing relationships and I and then they go how do you know that I go can I give you an, example and this is this is not anything I. Know about this is not for you understand that this is just an example and I said look Angelina Brad Pitt this. Fifteen year twelve years ago I know. They're going to break. Up and when it does going to be pretty nasty and I describe why it was she. Printed the whole thing. And I was okay That's a huge It was not, the first time but you saying every time we don't know every time I've, asked for it it has, not been granted so I stopped. Asking for it I just keep. My mouth. Shut here's Dan Don't ask Talk that's a good idea though because when you're talking to, a journalist that's that is. A good We, don't have that. Kind of attorney client privilege that's right after the break we're gonna talk to Anthony tall sports. Attorney we're talk about Serena Williams and her constant testing and whether, or not that is discriminatory Eight hundred two two two five two two number if you have an opinion about. That Dr drew midday live Dr drew.
