Why the FBI Indicting Hunter Biden Is NOT What It Seems

"You probably saw the news yesterday. Reports from The Washington Post shows that the Department of Justice says they have enough evidence to indict Hunter Biden on tax and gun charges. I had multiple people text me this story. In fact, I had some people message me at very high levels in media, including some officeholders saying, finally, justice, and I text the back and I said, how could you be so naive? That is not what is happening here. Justice, you think the FBI all of a sudden is waking up to be an institution of fidelity bravery and integrity with the FBI is supposed to stand for? You think all of a sudden the FBI and the Department of Justice says, oh yeah, you know, we got to get ourselves in line here. No, no, no, it's very clear what's happening. And we have been ahead of the curve on this program, predicting to a T with the timeline of what exactly is happening with Hunter Biden. Exactly what is happening with Joe Biden. I'm going to walk you through all of this because this is not about Hunter Biden. And for every conservative out there, that is celebrating this news, be very careful. This is not great news. It's predictable news, but we're going to walk through very concrete steps of the misdirection that is happening with this alleged announcement. But first, let's just make sure we know what we're talking about here. Lower Ingram cut one 25 on how the FBI may be bringing tax and gun charges against Hunter Biden, one 25. Federal agents now believe they have enough evidence to charge Hunter Biden with tax crimes and for making a false statement regarding a gun purchase. Source is telling Fox News that decision is now in the hands of the U.S. attorney in Delaware. It's a Trump holdover named David Weiss. So if I've had several conservatives and people emailing us freedom at Charlie Kirk dot com saying, yes, this is a great day. Hunter Biden is finally going to receive justice. That Hunter Biden is finally going to be held accountable. Don't fall for this.

"Grow. Good morning, I'm John Aaron. And I'm Joan Jones, teddy Gilman is our producer and our top story this morning a chilling assessment from President Biden about how close he thinks we currently are to a worldwide nuclear catastrophe. President Biden's comments at a democratic fundraiser in New York are prompting discussion around the globe, referring to the 13 day showdown that put the U.S. and Soviet Union on the brink of nuclear war 60 years ago. The president said, quote, we have not faced the prospect of Armageddon since Kennedy and the Cuban missile crisis. Mister Biden's comments last night come amid threats from Russian president Vladimir Putin to use quote all necessary means to defend Russians amid the country's 8 month war against Ukraine. CBS correspondent astrid Martinez. The comments were made at a closed door fundraiser where no cameras were allowed. He's also quoted as saying, I don't think there is any such thing as the ability to ease easily use a tactical nuclear weapon and not end up with Armageddon. It may be dissent among Vladimir Putin's inner circle over his handling of the war in Ukraine. The Washington Post reports the criticism centers on alleged mismanagement of the war effort and mistakes being made by those executing the military campaign. There is also domestic unrest in Russia since Putin ordered the mobilization of hundreds of thousands of Russian troops to join the war effort hundreds of thousands of fighting aged men have said to have been are said to have fled Russia as a result, armed with weapons from the west, Ukrainian forces have recaptured huge swaths of territory from Russian forces, which are struggling with personnel shortages. President Biden has decided to pardon everyone who was charged federally with simple possession of marijuana. While it doesn't affect state and local convictions in Maryland and Virginia, it does help thousands of people in D.C. for people over 21 bus and for having a small amount of the drug that exceeded two ounces, the simple possession pardons extend to them. The city's attorney general Carl racing called the president's move a bold step forward for fairness and justice because he says over criminalization of marijuana has disproportionately impacted black and brown communities in the city. The president's move could also lead to the rescheduling of the drug from schedule one, which is equivalent to drugs like heroin. If it is rescheduled, that could potentially lead to more marijuana friendly laws in the city. Now, governors have been encouraged to make similar pardons for state and local convictions. Virginia governor Glen youngkin's office as it's reviewing the executive action, in Virginia more than announced that marijuana can lead to a simple possession charge in Maryland under ten grams is only a civil offense, but a ballot measure this year if approved could make having up to 1.5 grams legal. Mike Morello, WTO news. Federal prosecutors may be preparing charges against President Biden's son. CBS News correspondent Catherine herridge reports Hunter Biden may be facing tax fraud charges and a charge related to a gun purchase. The years long federal investigation into Hunter Biden's business practices began before Joe Biden was president. And sources tell CBS News, the FBI believes there is enough evidence to prosecute. That evidence was provided months ago to David Weiss. The U.S. attorney in Delaware was appointed by president Trump and is yet to bring charges. There's a difference between agents gathering evidence and a U.S. attorney making a prosecutor of decision. And I think he will have free reign to make the decision. That is former federal prosecutor Harry litman, Washington Post reports, the potential gun related charge stems from Hunter Biden's 2018 purchase of a handgun, which required him to respond to a question about his use of narcotics. He answered nobody later wrote in the book he was using crack cocaine. A man who pleaded guilty to conspiring to kidnap Michigan's governor in 2020 has been granted a big break and sentenced to just four years in prison, Caleb Franks was rewarded for testifying for prosecutors at two trials. He was among 6 anti government extremists charged in federal court with conspiracy and other crimes, investigators said the group's goal was to kidnap governor Whitmer Andy incite a U.S. Civil War before the 2020 presidential election. "We're reaching a very interesting situation with regard to Hunter Biden because the question has been posed to Joe Biden about Hunter Biden and Joe Biden is essentially said a Hunter Biden did nothing wrong. Nothing unethical and number two Hunter Biden quote never made money in China. Wow. Never made money in China. Now these statements are flatly false. And yet The White House, this is the problem with being a Kate bedingfield or being a Jen Psaki, you are a sort of administration parent. And by that I mean of the administration and essentially set up is down or why it is black, you have to go out there and give reasons for why that's the case. So your job is essentially one of being the propagandist for the senile dotard and The White House. And so you've got The White House staff now essentially repeating with a straight face, Biden's brazen lies. And all of this is happening while there's an ongoing investigation by U.S. attorney David Weiss in Delaware and the media is reporting not only locally, but I've seen some national reports that Hunter Biden may well be indicted. Now, think about this. This is not only talk about this as a shock for The White House, a shock Phil Biden, well, not really a shock for Biden. Biden's shock is we got caught, what? A wall of protection somehow never worked. But think of the think of what a repudiation this would be of the media of The Washington Post, The New York Times CNN, all these people have been saying they've been first of all saying that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation after that they said it's a non story, but I've been thinking about why The New York Times and The Washington Post have rushed to confirm the Hunter Biden laptop in recent weeks. And I think the reason is it's not because they are they've become journalistically honest momentarily. No, they're just the same deceitful snakes that they've always been, but they've realized if there's an indictment, this is gonna make us look foolish. So let's get pretend like we ourselves through our own dogged and relentless journalistic efforts of confirmed the Hunter Biden laptop, and that why that way when the indictment comes, if it comes, will go, yeah, well, you know, we ourselves reported that the laptop was legitimate. But the new line of defense from the left is none of this has anything to do with the president. So they move, this is the kind of hopscotching from one lie to the next. So the first lie is Hunter Biden is completely clean. And that's, of course, to this moment, Joe Biden's line. Once that becomes untenable, the next line of defense is a hunter, you know, you know, hunter, the kid president, sometimes get out of control. It's not the first time it's happened. Yeah, he used his father's name. Is he the first guy to use this the name of his famous father? Well, the point is all of that is itself deceitful because Joe Biden is completely involved in the Biden family racket. Joe Biden arranged that were meetings arranged by Hunter Biden with Joe Biden. They're all kinds of oligarchs from all over the world. Congratulating each other in email. So in other words, when you look at the contents of Hunter Biden's laptop, you see that Joe Biden is directly involved. Moreover, that's now confirmed by the guy Tony Bobbie linsky, who was brought in by the Biden family to manage its business dealings and Bobby once he makes clear. Joe Biden was the big guy. He was getting a cut. So this is not just about Hunter Biden, the whole Biden family, and by that I mean his brother, James Biden, is other brother Frank Biden. I mean, this is a complete, this is a whole menagerie of losers. But they're losers who know their losers who can smell an opportunity. And so all of them were in on the racket, Joe Biden included. So the big guy sitting in the Oval Office is certainly part of this, and when that last line of defense falls, it may be, I don't think this is likely, but it's not out of the question that Joe Biden himself ends up under some form of criminal indictment. If the system works and if these are big if side meant the authorities press this matter and if another big if Merrick Garland does his job, but I think it's becoming time where Merrick Garland needs to appoint a special counsel because the facts are too clear and the stakes are too high and the crook of all crooks may well.

"The forum. I just ignore everything they have to say. Because if that's what you think. I do not respect your beliefs. If you're a fundamentalist christian. I do not respect your beliefs about that. If you're mormon. I do not respect your beliefs if you're silent Mooney any of the rest of that. Bullshit i do not respect your beliefs. That doesn't mean in the public forum you having those beliefs. I'm not gonna go fight your house and burn it down but don't come into the public forum into engagement of ideas and asked me to respect your beliefs. I dunno big rant. What do you think no. I'm glad you make that point. Because you know i'm i'm born in nineteen ninety four so our generation got hit pretty heavy with that whole moral relativism that you talked about in your your second book quite a bit right with the y evil matters in how this whole thing of like. Yeah just throwing out the truth out the window and saying well. It's all relative to your perspective. I don't think that that's true when it comes down to how to build a fire you know you. Might you know you might believe that you could build a fire with water but if you know if you go out into the woods and you try to express that belief you're gonna you're gonna freeze probably 'cause you're gonna to be hanging out near the water and it's going to be cold so you know beliefs. I totally totally see what you're getting at. And i think. I say that. Because i've always felt alienated for expressing what i thought was true Despite what others fell. So i know what that feels like to be kind him on the other end of like the collective in that way and i don't think that was justified in the sense that like because i am contrary and that means i'm right but i think mark what did you do about it. What did you do about it bro. I know your history. What did you do about it. You did the fucking research you went and bought the books. You've read more books than ninety percent of the people. I know they have a master's degree. You br you dig. And that's what i did too. When people push back. I went and did the fucking research. This is soft bullshit. This is if you can't bring it. This is a this. Is the male chestnut. But you know what if you just. Oh they don't like me. They don't disdain disagree. Will they have their right to know fuck you. You don't have no rights. I got. I got the goods. So outside of this debate we can be all befriends but inside this this debate. I got the goods. That's what i like. And that's where. I think you tried to go to. And that's why you know. I do plan on having flatter thurs on the show to convince me and i've been on show with david weiss i know people who are in the flatter camper going to say like. Oh well you gotta have david weiss. Well i've done a show with david weiss. I've heard him out. And there wasn't convinced i find the the stuff about the ice wall fascinating. That doesn't mean that. I'm going to go look for it. You know and i. I definitely think that Yeah you don't you don't need to. You don't need to be so so soft when it comes to this stuff because it matters it matters to me. I mean my family thinks. I'm crazy because it fucking matters to me and i tried to tell them all. Don't rely on doctors every time you have a little bump and bruise You know take care of yourself and eat a better diet and then maybe you wouldn't feel so sick you that seems to be you know the most Relevant issue that has come up in the past two years but my whole life. I've been telling people like you know. Don't drink water with fluoride. In all your crazy they wouldn't poison The whole country with fluoride Okay don't you know. Don't you know all of the different little conspiracy theories you're right. I've worked hard to. I haven't been soft about About being honest about my opinions but when you have a show. There's this impression that like. Oh people are listening. I gotta. I gotta be careful. I don't wanna lose my audience. I'll say to fuck if you don't if you don't like that i don't believe in flatter. Stop listening to the show. I don't really give shit. You know because we're not gonna talk about you know ideas on this platform at least in this public forum. That i don't respect. I'll say that. I mean i'll i'll entertain an open Discourse but i'm not gonna knock. If i don't agree with somebody i'm not gonna pretend like i do especially on my show. Yeah i think it's I think it's tricky but i. I think it's important. Obviously you do too. It's the overriding. Ethos that i think we have to stay true to in. What we're doing here is truth truth. So i'm wrong about a bunch of stuff hill. Maybe i'm wrong about flatter. If i dunno i when i'm wrong i let the people don't get this. I like being wrong. I like being proven wrong. Because you know why i don't wanna spew bullshit so when i'm wrong. Someone's corrected my bullshit. I'm not as bullshitting as i was before because they corrected me wrong in andy show it. You can see this. This is public. But i do this all the time. I usually do it in the form. Andy made a statement. That the cdc. This is the mask show. Five twenty three escaped. Skeptical with the whole mass. That anything at some point. Andy's kind of a more right wing. I'm completely a political. I think all the bullshit any goes. Hey the cdc has come out. There's a study eighty percent of spontaneous abortion among women who get the vaccine. It seemed like a very very high number asserts like people who get the women who are pregnant who get the vaccine are losing their babies high miscarriage rate as the headline there in in the youtube comments. Somebody comes on his now. I don't think that's right. Here's the data. So i started digging into it. And like i take all this stuff super seriously so even though it's a little comment i'm like hey bro thanks for telling me. Let me look into that so i looked into it once. I looked into it to another place. A link to a third place i went back to andy and said did you mistake this. This is all for one youtube comment to me. This is the only reason i do. Skeptical is for little comments. Like that to know a little bit more than i did before so i applaud guy for pointing something out. You know what. Andy was wrong but he was right. The vaccine does create a very significant risk for pregnant women. No question about it. But he's wrong about the eighty percent. Ninety percent the way they published the study obscures the data. And if you want you can just go to youtube. Look in the comments and you'll see where eventually linked to somebody who really broke it. Down explained why people had misinterpreted the eighty to ninety percent. And showed with. The real number is which is significant. But nowhere near that. That's what the game is about to me. It's about digging in finding some truth. Not about just entertaining each other. Yeah we got entertain each other. We got to get through the day. Let's try and.

"Mad pick is a part of a process no argument whatsoever and pick but are we to give each other time and so i would focus on the process. So what is your sales process. What is good look like in every single stage breakdown each individual one. Where does each rep rank on those things and focus getting them good at the process. Once they're good at the whole sales process then you can take something like med. Pick layer it on top of it and then use that to as an added benchmark to the process itself. But if you don't have a sales process that's really well defined. We understand what good looks like literally broke down on my talk like to the minute of what how things should work. If you don't have that get that get people following that they'll have your biggest lift and then you can get to more advanced refinement which you know meant pick another stuff jack. I'll let you well. I'll go full sales nerd on that one. What you need to do with med pick is have your reps combine. All of their med picks together on a single sheet and extrapolate the data. So where do i. rank typically on economic buyer. Is that my weakness over a lot of deals because it's hard to like pull up multiple reports and read it so if you can measure that over time then you can absolutely find areas that they need to focus and improve on but again to david's point med picks. Its inflate deals right. It's in the funnel. What if they're prospecting needs you know if you can't measure it you can't manage it. So try. to create a way that they can measure it and the metrics. I like to use our leading indicators like activities or behaviors instead of results or other metrics that are lagging indicators. Yeah there's a phenomenal discussion to take on that. But we gotta keep this short because there's another presenter going in the thing that is kind of being touched on yet danced around at the same time as accountability and how you hold your reps accountable to but also how your reps hold dear their leaders accountable because that does work both ways. So it's going to be very interesting tonight on the way to dinner. Maybe on the way home from dinner. Maybe after dinner as i would really like to dig into that because that is something that it's accountability is a four letter word. Even though there's way more letters in it than i can count so that much. I know kim david jack thank you. This was fun and has opened up an entire can of worms for the rest of the week. "At the summit who i hired on a team and i sold a franchise to into my company that are both very close personal friends of mine that we do questionable personal things after hours. We know how to be professional in the moment to so. But it's because we work on it like any good relationship. Yeah and i'll just add to me. It's the responsibility. Leader is responsibility of the leader to you know not ever cross those boundaries. Stay if let's just give an example reps invites you out to go drinking till two. Am hey you guys have fun. You know it's midnight already. I'm going to go to bed. It's the job of the parent to never allow to keep the parental boundaries of job of the leader to keep that the kids in the in the reps will always it because they're just trying to be closer to you because they think closer you will get them something or versus natural. It's you you as a leader have to always maintain want to switch gears slightly. Because i did get another question. That was submitted by text. David you talked about really working. Hard to amend a relationship give everything as a leader turn of work on Giving the players on your team what they needed. Have there been times in the past where you tried and tried and tried to fix something. That just wasn't working and at some point you had to bail. What did you end up doing as you moved forward. It looked like to one admit defeat for morla more or less and then to still move forward in a productive manner. I mean there's layers to this. Of course there's the you're no longer going to be employed here layer which you know needs to be done in the right way and frankly anybody i've ever like oh has never never been surprised. They all knew it was coming for now. That happens actually. Yeah and most of them have actually respected the fact like this. This was the right decision. I wasn't happy..

"I gotta find another way to then like four times a need to find a new way to rejoin years. So we'll know. I've done that too but it's just it. I keep telling people who i'm not instead of who i am. So that's where we're going here. David weiss always giving me shit in jack. Wilson always a smiling face to see and our new friend. Kim announ so david. Jackie gave a talk about putting together high performance teams and got so many world class teams world class teams that perform very well and maybe they should hold the michael closer to their mouth when they talk okay. So that's what it means to be world class of kim. You had a great question and you didn't get a chance because there really was a stream of people at the mike. So i'm gonna pass this mike to you kim. I want you to ask david and jack my question was how do you manage or balance. The professional guide coach hat as well as the counselor hat. So good at jack. that's great. well you always defer the why. Why do you have to balance. These things would be my first question. Because i think a lot of times in our own heads. We draw these lines in the sand between parts of our lives that don't have to exist and sometimes the line between personal and professional. There's clearly things that we shouldn't blur there but like why can't you be close personal friends with the person that's also responsible for helping you be successful so for me. It's a matter of understanding. What are their strengths as a coach. Maybe they don't want to be the counselor because maybe that's not their strong suit right. Maybe they don't want to get into the weeds emotionally. I'm not gonna lean on him for that. But i have to discover that i have to figure that out but i also if i need that i need to communicate with them first to find that out so i think it starts by having transparent wide open conversations about what you need as an individual contributor from leader what your leader wants from you and how best they can lead you back and then just figuring out where you both stand in what you're good at in those relationships. No great question referred to jackson as a think long and hard about my answer. I've said this often. The job of a leader is to show up as the leader. The individual needs in that moment and there are lots of moments between leader and individual contributor and just in relationships. And there's all different situations so you need to take a step back and actually ask yourself that question. I find myself asking. Like who do. I need to be right now for that person. Do they need you know today. Need someone just to vent to. And i asked the question. Are you looking just to you. Know for me to hear you out and have some empathy or do you want my thoughts on this. How can i best help you. In this moment it's asking those questions and approaching it that way and showing up as you know what the person really needs..

When you got around to making that point. I'm curious when you discovered that in how you discovered that. Yeah thank you ever. Since he's got an. I had a conversation that led to saying. Hey this is probably a topic that might be helpful to sales people at the summit from that point it was just sort of this loose like thinking through like what does it mean to to manage up et cetera et cetera. And like i kept coming into contact with thoughts about what looked like a sales process right from deep discovery and recognition of differences from customer to customer prospect. The prospect even department to department and just thinking about like this is exactly. What sales is this is exactly what building relationships. This is exactly what service is to help. People saw problems and get things off of their plate and all of these sorts of things. And i was just like you know and i did hear at some point. Somebody said you know. I guess my boss is like a customer and i was like not only accustomed prior biggest customer. Yes right or your biggest prospect and it kinda all made sense. That's why said does this sound familiar. Because that's what. That's what happened to me as i was thinking through it all right. That's really interesting. Andy did we just steal your thunder. Or what do you have to add to that. And i think it's really interesting. And i not just because you were sitting two seats down from me but i know you pretty well and i know that you've had different relationships with your managers in the past some of them very good some of them not so good and they're also pretty smart guy and very wise as it relates to the way you approach the sales profession so i mean what. What's your take on on all of this. You give me too much credit but thank you. Yeah i've been fortunate to have really good managers in leaders in my career. And i've actually been very fortunate to have really bad managers and leaders in my career. I was lucky enough to to understand the thesis of doin. Talk today along time ago. So like i don't know how i got that where i stumbled upon that. But i mean i. I worked for david weiss. Now i worked for him ten years ago and he's the guy that brought me into sales and taught me the ropes and part of the reason that relationship has worked so well. Is that david and i go back before that so we had a good relationship so i was i was comfortable being vulnerable and challenging him and having attention in our relationship but i think about it now i think i i was never really nearly as philosophical or intentional about that specific piece of the process and the relationship. That kind of doin walked us through today. So i think i've i was lucky to have some of this stuff long time ago but i've never sat there and be like this is basically the same damn thing as sales if i tried to be a world class cellar which is a standard. I tried to hold myself to most days. Then why am i not applying. This skill set process philosophy in every aspect of my life. And you can generalize this to outside of your relationship with your leader. This is your relationship with your partner this relationship with your kids. 'cause like you know as i think anyone that's stepped into any level of leadership role has experienced. Suddenly you realize you don't have nearly as much power as you always thought. All of your managers had over you write your direct reports and your indirect reports and your matrix and all that kind of stuff. They still have a ton of power over you regardless of your position your title your status. So it's like. Oh no i need to figure out the way to serve them as best as i can so no. I love every single bit of presentation and target. It's hard to be like all this one piece because it's just it was just keep preaching. Can you take the stage for another hour to come on and tells more stories. I almost got. I didn't see very many people buying the microphone. So i almost got up and said my question is can you just please keep talking. But i think the selling upstream is when however i this in the past. This is my favorite sale the make in an organization particularly a young organization. You've got the ear of the people who can get you the things that you need to go out and do what you need to do. And your passion is aligned. Your enthusiasm is aligned. You can think and talk. It's just picture the big picture off on the horizon right and mean the nothing gets my creative juices flowing. What can we make happen. If we only had more fill in the blank right and i just i don't know if i was just lucky to have a great leader at that time. Who could show me those ropes. And he i mean we'd be at conferences. We'd be at meetings and he'd say let's. Let's go do this you ready yet. We get into the elevators and we've just me high five and stuff and as another side no to your point about good leaders and badly. I think i've had every leader. I've ever had good or bad. Was exactly who i needed at that time. In order to teach me what i needed to learn. So that's probably another fifteen minutes and another time. But i just i don't understand why i mean there was a palpable shift in the room to me. I've always seen the opportunity in selling upstream like that but there were a lot of people like you just hear mind blowing in the back of the room it was. i mean. i don't know why there's not more enthusiasm for that. Yeah there's not a lot of talk about it really. Even when i was just telling andy coming over here it was like you know talked to one of my good friends who was a professor and he has similar struggles that we all have in terms of leadership and things like that and the structure of the university. And i said hey you know what do you think about managing up you know. Initially he was just like gee really haven't thought about that. I mean he. He's doing it right but he's not put a name to it a terminology to it or anything like that. And so he he likened it to something else but the whole point is like you know how many books i mean. He may have several books on managing up. but how. how many courses do you see inside the organizations right on managing up. It's not something. That's like a part of any sales enablement strategy than i've ever seen. Most people are self taught or they have mentors who walked them through that and get them to a place where they recognize that tie in and can improve because it is a skill but it's just a skill in managing relationships is not a skill of managing the relationship with your manager as much as just a skill managing relationships right. What's his large part e q with we all talk about. But we don't apply over here. I don't forget who. I was sending the text to or under what pretense but i said. Is this whatever issue or is it really just an eq- issue and i was like wait. Aren't they all just q. Issues but i want to be able to put a bow on this. And i think something that you just mentioned one is important. This is something you're likely already doing. And once you can put a name on it once you can identify once you can look in the mirror and recognize it. Now you can excel at it because now the pathways are created. The guardrails are there and you have a clear direction forward. So i think there's tremendous opportunity in this so thank you as always for bringing wisdom and being a strong opener zoe. Thank you awesome. We're going to be doing this for the next couple of days. Probably i don't know at least seven or eight more interviews over the next couple of days of stay tuned. "Not 'cause aliens exist or not. That's not the point. I'm making but the point is the same thing that the flatter there's always says like all they want us to think that we're a meaningless in this meaningless universe on a meaningless ball and say okay we can still have a meaningful existence but that doesn't mean the earth is flat. You know we started this conversation talking about that. Because i just got off of a conversation with david but still either way no nothing against him i i actually really enjoyed talking to him. Or listening to him rather But back to my point. It's like we're living in a perspective based world that is constantly faced with interference. And in a when you can drop that history that you were given in school and really look at something for what it is and say. Okay well the stone is this. You know how did they. How did they build it you know. Well david weiss he was just telling me that according to you know him is an electric universe. And if that's the case if you can give something positive charge it will supposedly way less right and so there is science in that realm. And if we're living in this tartari in universe where certain structures have the ability to channel electrcity from the atmosphere and use that to power buildings. I mean now we're talking a whole new paradigm where humans could have built the pyramids. Humans could use a whole set of skills and technology based on a basis of knowledge. That is lost today because right now it's pretty much in believe us or you're screwed. You know believe us or face the gallows believe us or get burned at the stake. Believe us or be shunned believe us or have a bad social credit score and the scientists are the one saying believe all science mean that's on people's lawn signs in some counties and the science. Yeah and i think the most scientific signs are in the conservative areas where it saying unmask our kids because all the science shows that wearing a mask on. Your face is incredibly unhealthy. It raises the temperature of your mouse which causes the bacteria that are supposed to be there to die. You know making your immune system weaker because a microbiome in your body has less tools to use to fight off negative bacteria that might make its way in there in this natural. Give and take an ebb and flow as everything else is in life. You know you look around you at nature and things are constantly fighting and eating each other. But that doesn't mean that like fighting and killing is the way it is either. You know it's just part of life. It's just one dimension of life and so his sickness but that doesn't mean just because lions kill zebra that you're gonna walk in the woods and see a lion..

"Actual harmonic rhythm of our. You know seasons really. It should be thirteen moons. And that's a year. So the fact is with this gregorian calendar and then the you know subsequent calendars that came after that and before that they have thrown us off of our connection with that natural rhythm so heart of learning and understanding the thirteen moons is just trying to honor them and get into that practice of like you know okay. The full moon's coming up and at first we tried to You know rename every day of the week and advocate kinda tedious. But that's part of the you know the playing around with these ideas and experience experimenting with them so at this point we've sorta resolved to like a we need to have our own house and once we have that than that will start the foundation through which this routine of really living in sync with the the harmony of the thirteen moons. You know you have to be able to really have domain over your your sacred space. You know where you live is is sacred space. But it's hard to do that when you got you know other people's energies and all that so my lady and i were to work together on this stuff and she might jump in at some point here But you know the larger point is really all it takes is a choice. You know to go into this. Thirteen moon cycle having awareness of it. And saying okay while the full moon is here. The new moon is here. And i'm going to try to organize my days. Based on what the energy of that moon full or knew where it is. You know whatever constellation is behind it. That has some information as to what's really going on in this fears. You know the flat play as i just had the david weiss discussion. You know butt whichever way you talk you know or or see the world. It's all affected you know in a microcosm macrocosm way so by just observing these heavenly bodies or you know lunar body if it's a hologram or you know it doesn't matter it's made out a cheese or whatever it has a place in the rhythm of our environment and i think getting back into tune with that is the goal of understanding thirteen moon cycle. Now whether you choose to go in name you know the months differently you know. That's something that he advocates for and really create like a personal connection with.

"'cause there's something to that but there's a lot of synchronicity around the the flatter thing because that was one thing i'm just like these people are saying. What are you talking about. And then we had david weiss on and still not behind it. I still can't really get onboard with the flatter thing. Like i said i'm more on board with sam's idea that this is like a realm as he calls it and we had another guest on that kinda said the same thing but in more of a theory idea. You know like it's a. It's a pastel era. What do you call a canvas in your brain kind of paints it. The way it does as you go so if it's a flatter with the people who believe that it'll be flat for them in the people that believe it's around earth it's going to be round for them and that's sounds like a wack job thing to say but the more we study all these topics and have all these people on like what fucking endings possible. I don't know the the biggest thing i've learned is i don't fucking know i don't know shit i feel like i know less now i mean i know i know more but i feel like i know less now the world is bigger so no the more things you learn the bigger your questions become that that leads to even bigger answers that you realize you haven't found yet. Yeah yup think the the shape of the earth debate topic is definitely not a point of interest. But i am interested in like why. And how and you know like i've definitely gotten that question. Oh are you flatter through our year round or from guests and you know. I just tried to give like the diplomatic like not interested in the you know topic right now because i think ultimately your point is like. Yeah what was the matter. You know it's only you know what we perceive and almost like what that guested told you like. You're kind of creating it for yourself anyways with your beliefs so yeah i don't know i mean yeah the i don't really care about that. He it was an interesting talk but at the end of the day. I don't really care what shape the earth is. It doesn't really affect my life. I mean maybe it does and we just don't know it does but you know there's a lot of other things. We don't know that i'm more interested in..

So here we have a big tech covering up. For a hunter bug. Here. We have big media covering up for 100 bucks because they threw in with big tech censoring. Literally censoring. Here. We now have a federal prosecutor covering up For a hunter Biden. I don't care that he was appointed by Trump Trump didn't know this guy U. S attorney David Weiss. U. "Something or flat earth day. So they If you were. I guess my first question is have you had dialogue good discussions with scientists scientists. Yes yes In what what did that conversation look like. Was there any kind of a give and take or anything that they were willing to listen to. Or was it just like a whole condemn session so when you say scientists there's really not that many scientists out there you know we got the puppets neil degrasse belie and lying box and those are the guys out there. That are pushing the propaganda okay. They say the sciences settled. And we'll never talk to flatter well. Scientists never settled scientists science sciences. We work with a theory until we find something better and they will never talk to us but they say they don't have time to talk but they'll do video after video after video gas lighting us and straw manning us and none of that you know with all nonsense. You know Neil says you know if they're still was was flat in the clips would look like this. You know sometimes right. That's no-one believes that no one believes that. The flatter authors don't believe that it's the earth that causes the lunar eclipse because it's been proven that it's not so a follow up question from what you have mentioned earlier. You know if antarctica is this big landmass. Why isn't there a sense of urgency to try to discover what's going on or if that has happened why do you think hasn't it been publicized. You're talking about. Yeah so the elite. They know what's going on out there. They don't want us to know because they basically they put us in prison that we don't see the walls were on a ball. The ball's a prison. Okay if they put a fence around us and said hey and articles there. It's bigger than the rest of the world combined. But you're not allowed to go there. They would be a revolution but as you're on a ball and because really cold. There's nothing to see there you know. There's nothing to see at the north pole either which is another lie No one wants to go there and no one realizes that we're in we're in an invisible prison and our presence in our mind. It's the globe so the reason that they don't want us knowing because once we know we no longer will want to obey obey them because when we realized that we are powerful beings and they have no authority over us. They lose all control. Imagine if everyone united tomorrow all the civilians in the world we united said we're all brothers and sisters and we no longer pay attention to delete but we could go open up our businesses. We could travel. We do whatever we but everyone is living. In fear everyone is controlled. They're literally shutting down all small businesses and all of the big companies the cosco's and the amazons and the jet blues those are all Giant corporations run by the government that will They'll be the only ones that survive and then you have to. Do you know all of the crap that they want you to do to have a free life. It's it's it's it's slavery were we're literally going into what's called the great reset and happens every hundred years right now. You know twenty twenty. What's going on everyone's wearing masks. Everyone's getting the job and we'll see what happens in one thousand nine hundred eighty. There was a spanish flu. Everyone was wearing masks. Everyone was getting the jab and there was a massive massive die off way bigger than what they told us in eighteen twenty. There was cholera in seventeen. Twenty was the plague every hundred years. They pull the same old crap so sixty i want. I wanted to actually switch with david. I wanted to ask him about. Because i i. I saw your app. The flavor sun moon at and i saw how highly rated it was on the iphone app. Store can you kind of like go into overview of exactly what it is and what it does. Sure my favorite thing to do. Think you're asking came all right so this is the app and the sky is perfect clock the hour hand. The sun is the hour hand. It goes around once a day. It just circles around the earth. Now if you look. It's kind of not on the hour hand. Can you guys. Guess why i give you hands. It was last week. We're in daylight savings time. Which i call fake time. They're telling us it's an hour later than it is and it basically throws our clock off because we are connected to the sun and the moon and the stars and the wandering stars planets. But they're telling us that you know it's an hour later than it is. It's the throw a body clock off. it's not to make the day longer. Daylight savings to make the day longer is equivalent to say you know what my quilt is too short. So i'm gonna cut a foot off the bottom. I'm going to show it to the top and therefore my quilt will be longer. That's nonsense right so it goes around once a day. And if i speed up you'll see that the sun will start gaining distance on the moon because it will lap the moon every twenty eight days so the moon keeps track of the weeks and the months and the sun track of the hours and the days so every twenty eight days. It'll lap you know when it's opposed to it. We'll have a full moon and this is how we see the sun the moon so the next thing is a slow it down. And there's i've come the stars on and the stars are going almost the same speed as the sun but slightly faster so if you look now. The sun is just exiting pisces and moving into areas. And it's not moving backwards. It's just that aries. It's catching up to the sun and it'll stay in areas for about thirty revolutions and then it'll go into torres so that's how the sun is in each sign for for about a month of the year and that's how the signs the signs work so these aren't distant stars making these random patterns go far far away. They're all here within the system. And they all have energetic properties. We're all connected to it. So astrology is the real science. astronomy is pseudoscience. So what the app does is if you want to learn about platter. Hey top ten reasons. Earth is flat. You're going to get top. Ten reasons earth is the globe. You search flatter up at the flatter society which is a government. Disinformation site if you search for one of the best videos out. There called flatter. Twenty-one strangers guide flatter twenty-one questions by odp you type in the title and the name not gonna come up right it might come up ten pages down but it's gonna come up with propaganda. I right because they're trying to feed you nonsense so what what i did with. This app has every day. There's a new featured video if you click the video up comes video and what i tell. People is take the flatter theft challenge. Watch the video everyday for two weeks and then if you still think the earth is the globe you can send me one proof and i'll give you a bitcoin but before you do it you have to click this button. Which is the frequently asked. Questions up com. Every question that you guys are gonna ask me today. What about eclipses. What about coriolis effect. What about seasons now. What about southern flights. What about satellites and gps if i click that one satellites and gps up com a list of videos. That youtube will not serve you and these are things that you can verify yourself things that will.

"Was going on sixteen jr chile man another episode of the aftermath on the air man. Another interesting interview with interesting guests man so talking to flat. Irv david wiseman is a flat earth. Like i guess we call it expert so we better get all incidence man. I'll be ready man. What's going on is shaun. Koen gonna right all right so it's good to have you on the show man appreciate making time to come and talk to us man. Yeah no problem. let's get into it. Let's let's do that man you know you've got a story man and we got some questions for you about this day. This flat earth thing. I mean all our lives. We've been taught that the earth was glow and i'm guessing at one point. You believe that the earth was with row so how this how did this become an area of interest and can you describe what you saw who you talk to change your mind. Yes i'm just like you guys man my whole life you know we've been trained and taught. The earth is a globe. And i was doing conspiracy podcast and people started sending me flutters stuff dave have you looked into the flatter than i thought. They were joking like he can't be that stupid and they kept sending more and more. And i wouldn't watch it. I wouldn't click a single video. I am going to waste my time. I ban people from our social media for being so stupid even suggests a thing but then another researcher forced me to look like dave. You have to look at this. And i said okay. I'll just disprove it. That's it you know. I'm pretty smart guy and for two weeks. I started looking and more. I looked more ridiculous. The globe model got. And then i started doing experiments myself like i gotta i gotta video this myself and i went out and bought up. You know thousand dollar camera with a super zoom lens and our optics have outgrown their lies. We can see too far so that right there shows you that the earth is not a globe. That's how it started. Here's the thing. Flatter is not a pancake floating in space like bill light. Lying guy with the bowtie wants you. Think you guys there you freeze or did i free time. I'm here all right. Good good name bill. Ninety two they'll lie and then we have Lying box from england and we have Neil degrasse in high priests of scientism. They want you to believe that we think the earth is a discount space with other around planets even flat planet's not true. Nobody thinks that what the flatter is is. It's like a pond. Think of a pond. What does the pond upon his the low spot in the land. Where the water accumulates and the edge of the pond is where the edge of the pond is where the land is higher than the water right. That's the that's the. That's the container of the pond. Large bodies of water at rest needed container and that container is the shoreline that surrounds the world pond. That's known as antarctica. Antarctica is not a continent at the bottom of the ball. it's the shoreline of the world pond period. All of the continents are surrounded by water. But all of the water is surrounded by land right so you can sail around way you want. You can go away from the center that south and you don't get to the edge of a pancake. You get to the edge of the pond. That's it you can climb up on article. Which is the highest on earth by the way big sense since we live in the antarctic basin. And what's out here. it's off limits. No one's allowed to go out there ever until the year. Twenty forty one. So what's so significant about the year. Twenty forty one yellow sixty years from the one the sixty years. The treaty went into effect in nineteen fifty nine. They had to pick a number. I don't know if there's an significance in that but they're gonna kick the can down the road another sixty years if we don't wake up and figuring out by then just just to make sure i get this instead of an article. Just being a large landmass. You're saying it is the land mass and rounding correct. Just lift yourself up and look down. The earth is it could be an endless plain. We don't know right what's beyond their well. No one's allowed to go beyond this pink line which is sixty degrees south. Now you can spend ten twenty thirty thousand dollars go for three day vacation to this little peninsula right here which is gigantic by the way bigger than many countries and there's penguins and icebergs and they'll bring you out here and they'll show you a ceremonial south pole but you have no way to verify because compasses don't work and gps doesn't work out there. Okay and then they kick out. That's it no one's allowed to go out here except like the elite. Go out there. For some reason john kerry during the previous election went there on election day. When or what was going on down. There are out there. Maybe it's all frozen admiral byrd in the late. Nineteen fifties flew out. There said there's land bigger than the united states and no human has ever stepped foot on filled with resources. There's maps of antarctica without any ice on it their stories that maybe beyond antarctica. There's more territory extra tara. Tara is land territory. Extra is more so if somebody lived out there and they came to visit. What would you call them an extra tara extraterrestrial and you know where they live. They live in the outer space janda antarctica. So they're telling us what's going on extraterrestrials come from the outer space beyond antarctica. That's my belief. I approve of that. Nope and lead into the next thing. I was gonna ask you because that was a lot of lot of information that that. What's like the level of resistance that you get from people who just right off what you're saying. It's just like talking conspiracy. But then on the flip side how receptive do you find some people when you talk about. It all depends on the person it depends on. You know there's people that are so indoctrinated their egos are too big or their their security. There's too insecure to a willing to change their entire foundation of the world. You know the foundation of person's world is you're spinning out of control on a spec in random in a an infinite universe where you're so insignificant it doesn't matter and an asteroid can take you out. You're spinning out of control lost in space moving trillions of miles every decade. And you know. You're in a distant god or godless universe. When the truth is we are at the center creation on solid ground. We're not going anywhere. And we're safe no asteroids. There's no shortages of anything. There's no overpopulation. It's a complete and total lie. Everything they tell us and it's meant to keep us in fear and to give away. Our god given free will.

Sales Tips From David Weiss

"Hello everyone out there in the sales success community this is. David Weiss coming at you with the second letter in Med pick in my med pick series in. That is the economic buyer. So couple things on economic buyer, you need to just test this person. So have you asked them when you've made decisions like this in the past who was involved? Are you going to be the person that's GONNA sign it? Are you able to create budget around this or how are we going to get this across the line? Do, they have a title of a typical economic buyer in in your space. So those are all things to kind of test it. My tip is start with the economic buyer. It is okay to get kicked down but when you get kicked down. Make a deal with your economic buyer. Hey, look I'm going to go gather lots of information I'm going to do my best to build a business case. Can? We. Agree. That if I feel like you're this would help your business and there'd be a business case for change. I can come back to you with my findings and we can work together on it. I see a lot of people when they get kicked out of the say. Okay. Thank you and then they go and say, Hey, this person said with you. And then they get silo. And they struggled to go back up. But. If you make that agreement. Then, you can go back up much easier the other tip and for folks that. And I'll give Jamal rhymer credit for this because he talked about unless summit of folks who don't know him or have an don't do these things make sure you leverage the heck out of your own executives. So when you want to get to an economic buyer if you are struggling so what I just mentioned is the the top down way here's the bottom. Up. Way If you're struggling, you're working with someone in business m you either get silo you hit a ceiling you can't go around them but you've gathered enough information that this really should help an organization make change go to one of your executives and ask for help from your CEO or CFO or whoever aligns to you think the economic buyer is at your customer. And prep the heck out of them helped him, write the letter, give them everything they need, and then let them do that for you. And then if your contact gets mad, you do simple thing as a I can't control my CEO. Can you know I mean I'm sorry. We were having a deal an internal deal debrief the CEO said, I WanNa do this and I can't tell my my Sione. Now maybe maybe it's not but people will understand that they can't tell their executives now. That's neither can you? So that's a that's one way to kind of get unstuck and or work with the most senior person organizations lever on executive some when you're stuck in the middle.

Sales Leadership Tips With David Weiss

"Morning sales success community. This is a David Weiss coming at you with a tip of the day. This one is going to be a part of a series around three tips that I have for folks in sales leadership. So this is tip number one tip number one is. Your people. Don't work for you. You. Work, for your people I see a lot of sales, especially new sales leaders, puff their chest out and think that they're the big boss and I often see this when new leaders join an organization or or people take over a new team and they take a very, you know I need to establish myself at the top of the food chain. I need to be right I need to tell people what to do, and that is a very old school way of leadership. So an frankly I don't see at work anymore at all. I see disrupting teams causing high turnover and making people generally miserable. So I I could spend a long time unpacking that. Impact unpack the tip. Here's the tip. It is crater relationship where it is you. In your teammate. Against their quota so One on once we're not doing you know accountability one on once it's strategy. Let's look at an account. What are you doing? How are you getting deepen wide? How can I help? You get deepen wide how I take some executive context as the executive degrade executive alignment. How about you take these contacts? Let's you and I agree on messaging will let's share it. Let's work together on it, and then you know let's go both execute and then come back next week in and see how he'd. It's Hey, what are your priorities this week? What do you need for me? How can I help you? What internal roadblocks are refacing? What external roadblocks are facing? It is all about looking at them. And asking them how you can best serve them and what type of leadership they need from you. So the more you can work with your teammate. And Make It collaborative you in them together. As a single person against a goal as opposed to two people. Each working for their own end goals you for your leadership priorities in them for their sales priorities if you guys can come together. The results that you'll see will be dramatically better.

How to work with your SDRs

"Morning everyone out there in the sales success community this is a David Weiss coming at you with a tip of the day. So this tip is about working with in how you treat your SDR. So for all your as out there. That are lucky enough to have. SDR's I have a handful that support me. I'll tell you right now. It's probably the hardest job in sales right now is booking new meanings. So I see a lot of folks and by the way outreach does a really really good job of this. But I do see and I do hear from other organizations that a don't necessarily respect the. That they may be talked down to them that they may be not in lean into them that they maybe don't spend lots of time with them and what I'll tell you is. It's just a it's huge miss since I've been at outreach, I would say my Sdr even though I am doing a healthy amount of prospecting are setting the vast majority of my meetings and I am having a little bit more luck with my str's than maybe some others and the reason for that is I really really take time to strategize with them I see in SDR. Relationship is it's me and them against an account and we are a team working together. So that means we pick target accounts together. That means we pick the contact strategy together. I contacts they find contacts we agree on who we agree on messaging we agree on when we assign each other tasks. So when I wanNA call task done on a suite person at I've followed up a few times, they'll reach out and call them while I'm GonNa meet it if they need my help coming over the top of an email that they sent or as a follow up almost like kind of in. A little bit of an executive sponsor type play from call that they made or conversation they had they assign Mia task and I come over the top on them. Now, all of these things are really done using are really easy to do using a a solution like outreach but if you don't have it, it just requires communication. So that's one thing. The other thing is you need to celebrate the hell out of them. For me. Anytime SDR books are meeting for me. I treated as if I just closed a big deal, literally the the announcement, the jumping up and down the high fives the thank yous depreciation, all of that every time they boca meeting for me. So when they book a meeting for me, I send to my boss I, sent a note to their boss I joined a teen, their team meeting in recognize those people and I'm recognizing quite a few people often. So I do those things and then guess what they want to work harder for me because I recognize them and I work with them and I truly do care about them potentially more than some others do and. SDR's are going to spend time where they loved just like we spend time where we got love I mean it's totally natural. The last thing is if you have the ability to run contest the ability to Gamma Phi or make their job fun, they have the hardest job in sales right now, if you have a way to help them, you know they make it fun. Do those things as just a pure ratio number for you what I've seen in the marketplace and from personal experience is that it's taking essentially two hundred calls to set one meeting. So just think about that every time SDR set a meeting for you. They made two hundred phone calls thinking about all the work impressed in rejection that went into that. That's what they're doing for you while you're doing other. Thanks. So folks appreciate the hell out of them. They deserve it. They're awesome. In, you will get more for it in you will have better relationships with them for a and we all win them.

Trust Your People - David Weiss

"Hello sale success community. This is David Weiss with another tip of the day. So this tip is for you. Sales leaders out there As many of you know I'm an enterprise sales later and one of the things that I'm really focused on right now is is trusting my employees. My Co workers my family because if you've created a engaged and safe environment for your folks they're gonna WanNa work hard for you. They're going to want to do the training rolling out. There are going to want to test the messaging that you're you're suggesting they're going to be excited to give you feedback in you know come to you and things are working or not working. And they're going to ask for help and they're also potentially going to be vulnerable with you that they need to spend some time with their family and they need to help their children homeschool and things along those lines so trust your people. Don't dictate rigid schedules to them in mandatory trainings. And you know all of this kind of enforcement in heavy stuff. You can still do all of the things you want to do. But if you make it Vaughn Terry if you ask them what they need help with if you ask them what. They want training on if you work around their schedules and are empathetic to their situations. They're going to lean in and they're gonNA lean in now because people are feeling lonely and people are looking for things to do and people are maybe less busy but SPEC- with things and they need more flexible. Schedules need to manage through likely their spouses schedule or their kids schedule or a combination of both so more so than ever. Trust your people and if you can't trust your people now you couldn't trust them before so that's a that's a people problem. That's not a times problem so you know like like I'm trying to say trust your folks create safe environments and get them leaning into the messaging and be flexible and understanding of them. And if you do that you're gonNA come out of this with a very very loyal group of followers that will walk through fire for you because you are understanding and working with them when they need you most so be that type of leader. Don't be some other types of leaders that are being more rigid in more. You know condescending and directive right now. 'cause 'cause nobody needs that added pressure no needs those things in their lives especially with what's going on so be a good leader and people will follow

Selling Internally: Prepare for Impact - Alex Smith

"Have you ever had a great idea at your workplace but it was never implemented? I've had ideas. That had amazing excitement and launch and others that are currently sitting in an idea. Graveyard somewhere in likely will never be brought back to life and everything in between so my tip today will help you with actionable ways to prepare you to present your next idea work so that it has the best chance to make the biggest impact. I'm someone that always loves challenging myself to come up with new ways of doing things. I really look at sales as an art form. And it's up to us to be creative on how we want to approach it. If I ever lose a sale I always want to ask what I could have done differently so I started doing the same with ideas. One consistent theme that I began to notice was that all of my improvements really centered around how they were presented and my process ideas are no different than the products and services. You might be selling so why not adopt similar sales processes the next time you need to present them. Many of us know the importance of getting our sales process right. We put intricate detail into them. They are the lenses that make our forecasts crystal clear any smudge on the Lens and we clean it up immediately. We've all learned some amazing processes. Whether it's been from David Weiss and MED picker trae Simonson and Joint Action Plan. Whatever process you liked US urge you to treat your ideas with the same level of care that you would to one of your sales plans. Your ideas reflect your creativity and you want to give them the best chance to succeed so list out your ideas and go through deliberate sales process with each. I guarantee you could translate whatever current sales process or process. You subscribe to in order to sell your ideas. Just think about it. Each idea will solve a problem for your organization and delivers a specific impact. List out each idea. The problem it solves and next to the impact your organization if you solve it a pick chart for ideas if you will make the idea personal your boss. Might WanNa make quota but your CEO needs to increase market share. You need to know how your idea and show how your idea generates revenue in quantify it and you need to create urgency. How will this get your boss and upper management's attention to act create a chart enlist this all out? One of my favorite sales quotes also applies to ideas. If the problem is the reason to change the impact is the urgency to change. I like to say things like if we continue to do things this way. This is what we might be risking or not capturing by failing to try this when you create impact. Make it massive. If it is a massive likely won't gain enough attention or to really catch on you want momentum and excitement you're looking for. I love that idea. Let's do it not. Oh yeah that's a good idea. And then crickets. Can you gain support for the idea across the organization if so with WHO? What's your budgeting process? Look like budget timelines. Does it require a financial investment? If so what's the ROI even better? Can we start with no revenue investment if the investment is not revenue but just productivity time clearly spelled out all things you can put in a chart? You're going for. How can you make it really easy? For Management to say yes remove friction and make them think that they lead little to no extra work on their end and this will just be extra money. That's coming in mark. Cuban one set a great quote when he said the greatest value you offer to. Your boss is to reduce their stress so clearly show them. How your idea does that for them? I'm always eager to get ideas out there but to make them really catch on. We need to put a deliberate process behind them. There's so many examples of people doing that in this community who came up with a new idea. Internally to increase visibility with senior execs get promoted increase influence at companies and learn along the way a quote that really guides me on the importance of selling ideas and building. Excitement was said by the iconic businesswoman and founder of Mary. Kay Cosmetics Mary. Kay Ash when she said a mediocre idea that generates enthusiasm will always go further than a great idea that inspires no one so I urge you to go forth and create a killer process with your next idea at work in generate incredible excitement at your organization. I'd love to hear from you on what ideas you've pitched that worked well and maybe also we can swap stories of one's that didn't talk about why. I'm always gained a chat.

Finding Success - David Weiss

"Ingram today my good friend David Weiss from. Adp is back with some more goodness happy Friday everyone. This is David Weiss with a tip of the day so as many of you know and some of you reach out to me to discuss various things going on in your lives. I recently had someone reach out to me about a topic that they were struggling with and this was a person that had tons and tons of success in their sales career. But they'd slump and so I started talking to this individual and one of the first questions I ask is what is different from this year from last year or previous successful years and you know I heard some Yulong Pas on the phone and the response was well you know this year. I'm spending more time whale hunting. And this year Maybe not prospecting as much as I had in the past and you know and then they kinda said you know my my head's not as much in the game. I said okay. Well you know one of the things that we can do is the areas of our lives that have led to success in the past when we forget those or forget the the rhythms and cadences inhabits and fundamentals that have contributed to our success in the past when we forget to do those things or get maybe too busy to do those things or something happens or maybe we just expect success to continue if we forget to do the things that have made a successful in the past. It's going to be very very hard to sustain success in the future and this has happened to me and I think this happens to a lot of people where they may we have success and then just expect success and they think that it's it's you or something that is leading towards that and it can sometimes be you know important to remember that success is in lock it. It doesn't just happen overnight and it's not just one big event it's all these little events and all these fundamentals and habits and things that we get into that when done enough in the right way over time success eventually becomes inevitable but when we forget that success no longer becomes inevitable so I it's just an important reminder in tip for me is if you're having success super proud of you keep up the consistency and the good work. If you've had success in the past make sure you're struggling now. Think back to the things that led you there and make sure you're doing them and if you're struggling to find success go back to the the blocking tackling fundamentals of sales and build yourself the right habits and get yourself into the right rhythms every single day and if you do the right behaviors and you do them consistently you will find the successor looking for and of course everyone please always reach out to me. Love Coaching in helping folks in the sales community and figuring out problems and solving things for folks so I'm always resource anyone listening and hope everybody has a great weekend. Thank you if you'd

Know Your Audience with David Weiss

"Good morning morning sales success community David Weiss here coming at you with some tips for the day my tip today is know your audience so who I was on a call recently with myself the CF over fairly fairly large company and another salesperson and we we started the conversation with the sales person kind of using our standard talk tracks which we have built to be pretty concise for the HR community and we were going through them and our value proposition and the CFO stopped us probably halfway through the talk track said. Hey look you know love your the ideas but this just isn't a fit for organization and I jumped in and started asking some questions around their role their responsibilities in the main things. They're tasked with with an organization so for instance. CFO's are often tasked with saving money reducing operating expenditure sure finding ways to make an organization more revenue consolidating vendors. You know doing different things that that directly impact in organizations nations revenue flow or money management or things along those lines start asking questions around that and they were like yeah. That's exactly what I'm tasked for. That's exactly what I'm trying to accomplish rush and I then said to them. Okay will here are the main ways our solution directly impacts those things and they said wait so you're you're telling me the expenditure. I have here here and here you all are going to decrease as I guess we're going to decrease by about this much and they were like well so that would mean this many this much more and it was in the millions of dollars to Myron Ization. I said yeah that's exactly right. That's normal and that's what we do every day and I said okay now you're speaking a language. I can hear and from there the conversation evolved went really well and this person now champion us to the HR operational partners that we also often work with so my my point to the audience is this we all have have typical buyers that we've built talked tracks for there are buyers that we also touch within the life cycle of deal. That may not be our standard or that. We may have not developed very specific talk tracks four and my recommendation is absolutely to do so no what's in the head of your buyers no-one. Your Coo's care about your CHR rose your CFO CEO's no at the kind of trigger buttons KPI's things at their mostly tasked with things that they care about and make make sure you build individual tracks for them because in the same vein if we went to a CHR with the CFO talk track they may be excited if they're highly business-minded it but it doesn't necessarily impact the core things that they're trying to do so when you do that you're going to be able to to speak a language the person you're talking to here because otherwise you you might as well almost be speaking German to a to an American citizen because they they just they just don't get it. They won't be able to truly here. You truly understand you. They may get the gist they may see some value but it doesn't resonate to what they're trying to solve for so that's my tip of the day when you are working with a buyer. Do Your prep crap. Do your homework no what they care about an intake your talk track whatever it is and Taylor and lead with the most important things in the in the things that people care about in the things they want to hear from you first and then you can go into everything else.

"You're listening to the daily sales tips podcast and i'm your host scott ingram david weiss sent this tip to me over the weekend and i i wanted to get it out to you as soon as i could while hurricane dory and is still relevant but is you'll hear. This tip doesn't just apply to this hurricane good morning sales success community david weiss comanche here with a tip of the day so as many of you know there's a very large hurricane mccain coming towards the coast of florida right now call doria and i am working through a few other partners of mine at at eighty p on a opportunity that we've been working for quite some time and they happen to be located in florida so last tweak a colleague of mine came to me and said david i've got i know you're speaking to them later today. I've got a great idea of how we can close this opportunity on your call and i said hey man you know. I'm all ears. I think we're pretty close but but he got says me let's tell them that the hurricanes coming and that they need to sign with us now because hurricanes coming and if they don't sign with us now they may be delayed d- for a couple of days or even a couple of weeks and that would mess up their timelines and we can you know get working on <hes> everything behind the scenes while they're repairing their business so i thought about this for second. I replied back. I said look there's not a hurricane close technique. I'm going to have a conversation with them and we're gonna you know see where their business is that and their decision process and we'll go from there so i got on the phone with the client and start talking to her and i and and the conversation of course of the hurricane comes up and how she's doing and how their associates are doing things like that and she says david i was gonna cancel this call but i wanted to talk to someone that wasn't gonna talk to me about the hurricane and i start laughing and she's like if i had done a shot of tequila for every single goal time someone said dorian to me today. I would have been asleep by about nine a._m. And she's like i currently have over a thousand emails emam box. No joke in probably eight to nine hundred of them are associated being worried about him and i said are you know oh tons of empathy. Hey preach taking the call really understand where you guys are at and we just kind of had a really empathetic good conversation and it ended with her making a couple of weeks to our agreement and asking me to revise it so i could send her so she get it over legal team in our legal to start reviewing and we left the a call with me saying hey look normally i would during this part of the call just be asking for basic timelines that we both agree to serve on the same page with what things look like moving forward but i'm not gonna they do that to you instead. I don't wanna put any pressure on you. I want you just to go and get your mind right. Help your business. Help your associates. 'cause i really feel for all the structure under an everything. That's you know up in the area. Now it's kind of chaotic and she's like david. Thank you so much really appreciate. It took the call today. 'cause i needed a break. This was a really great conversation. I'll let you know kind of how things play out over the next week them perfect so we leave the call and this kind of comes to the point of the conversation. If y'all haven't gotten it already we weren't at the final close step. Her legal team hadn't even reviewed it and if i put pressure on it to sign it today the this this person person like probably just couldn't it would have been the wrong timing. She probably gonna handle it. She's a professional but mentally speaking her head was not in a. I need to sign a contract with a a vendor. You know i it was. I need to protect my associates and i need to be there for my associates for you know their houses potentially not low longer being there in a week or two so <hes> i shifted towards this part and you know what i want people to take away is there's. There's no magic bullet. There's no such thing as the hurricane clothes unless sure selling products and solutions for hurricane management like batteries in water or sandbags or something along those lines lines don't try in us you know disasters or you know some other major negative events that are happening to your clients to try and get them to do business with you. Have empathy have understanding put yourself in their shoes know where they're at in their journey and be really honest with yourself. You know is a deal closing today or you know or we really. They're in the process for not. Let the process play out or ganic but putting milestones in place that help you kind of get to where you need. As far as you know you wanna be loved by the state were here today. Here are the steps that need to take place between now and then but be empathetic and things are gonna come up so that's all i have today. Hope you have a great week and hopefully this was helpful and i'll come back with more tips in the future. Thanks
