Kanye West posts bizarre Twitter rant: ‘Kim tried to bring a doctor to lock me up’
"So Connie went on twitter tirade last night. Saying things like Chris. Stay away from his kids. He slammed Kim's playboy spread and he even said the movie. Get out is about him. Yeltsin claims that Kim was going to fly out to Wyoming with the doctor to get him locked up, so it sounds like Kim is trying to get him help, but these tweets which our now deleted did get pretty personal. How do you guys feel if you can? I mean how are you supposed to feel this entire thing is so devastating. I feel like this has been something that's been going on with Connie for a while now. Obviously, he's been pretty open about his mental illness, and the struggles that he's had with it in the past. It is very clear that he's obviously going through something. Obviously, we don't know if that means he's you know. Stop taking certain medications or whatever has gone on. On, but clearly he's in a little bit more of a manic state. I'm not a doctor so I. Don't know if that's the right terminology, but clearly clearly going there's something and as his wife and partner for so many years mother of his children. I mean I'm sure it's devastating for her I. Mean I know firsthand what it's like to deal with somebody who has mental illness and let me tell you something it is horrific. Horrific you are not dealing with a person that is a the right sound mind, so it's almost impossible to help them, and they feel like everybody is sort of attacking them in what he was tweeting about being locked up. It's like she's not trying to lock you up. She's trying to help you and get you WANNA. Pass right now to get you to your most Sane Self, so I'm sure it's dead the skating for her. What do you think? I mean if you haven't dealt with someone who has gone through mental illness, especially member. You really do not know the distance that you are willing to go for that person you know people ask questions like when is enough enough? But when this is your family member, you have go the distance and for people are forever, and when people are going through manic episodes. Is sometimes they will say things that will cut deep. They will say things that will hurt their actions Are you know pretty irrational at times when you have family members? Sometimes you just have to take a step outside of the situation and assess what's going, and sometimes you're able to realize okay. They were in the right state of mind. They were saying things that maybe they do not mean and and you're. You're willing to just ride it out with them for him. This is the father of her children. This is her husband who we know adores her, so I feel like she is going to do whatever it takes to help him and to get him better, but you guys. There is no simple solution. There is not sanction. This is a lifelong journey, so I think right now. The whole family is going through it. But also with Kim, you know she has to assess how she is feeling. Because as you are not well, then you're trying to fill someone else's cost. That is half. Empty your nothing for yourself so it also it just falls on. You know you need to assess how you are. You need to help this person, but it's going to be a journey. Be. A mother continued to be a mother to the four children. She also has to be both mom and dad right now, and I think that a lot of I mean I've gone through this personally, but you know like people with mental illness have a hard time taking medication because they do complain that it causes them to feel jake or less, creative or sort of a little bit foggy, and I think that obviously we know I've been a huge conde. Conde stand from day one. He's obviously a musical genius, and he's somebody that constantly wants to be in the zone wants to be creating wants to be putting out certain things and when he's taking stuff that makes him feel like he's not living up to that. Potential I can understand him saying well. I don't want to do that to myself anymore. But unfortunately what we saw last night with the tweeting is the effects of not taking care of himself right? Right one hundred percent I think if you look at the history of the Kardashian women and their relationships. If you look at chloe and Lamar if you look at Scott in Courtney. Even when those relationships were romantically done, they never gave up on those people we saw how chloe came to Lamar's rescue, and how Chris was behind her, and how the sisters were behind her to help Lamar get out of the spot. He's at so being someone like Kim. WHO's? WHO's a part of a family like that? WHO believes that wind? She has kids or this man. She is not going to give up on him even if she's out of this situation for herself, she is going to stay in this for kids and I. Think the most devastating part for Cam, which is also the most devastating part for me. Is that people on the Internet are egging this on and laugh about this man going through this manic episode? Nine might be saying things that cut deep and are very personal, but I think she can get over that. I think what's going to her. Is that people are sitting here in laughing at this man going through this, and that is going to be the problem,
NBCUniversal’s Peacock Streaming Service Debuts Amid Coronavirus Outbreak
"About Peacock that is NBC's new streaming service. Good luck, Peacock. We're doing that now. It's like five. Okay, so Yeah, Peacock is tender, so there's a free version. Ah, that is 05 and 10. You can pay what you want right? It can have a free version, which is just all ads. Then you have a $5 version with still some ads or than $10 Without Peacock. You had a chance here. If You had the Olympics if you had pulled your parks and rack 30 rock the office all those programs that you made famous from all the other streaming platforms. But as far as I know, I could watch 30 Rock on Amazon Prime. I can watch the office still on Netflix or not. For long, though it was only for the rest of this year. All the NBC content is being pulled back to pick up 2021. I could see this really taking off. But this year of least they knew the Olympics for this. Soft, long and yeah, without the Olympics, which are not happening until 2021. If they haven't happened it all I really think it's him. I don't think any of their original mean Look, David Schwimmer, You seem pretty funny, but that's your lead program that you're trying to sign people up with. I don't think that that's going to sign up a bunch of $10 a month. Subscribers and Cove it slow down the production of AA lot of their original content. Production wise. Yeah, but they all had that problem. Nephew has the same problem exactly. They do, but They've already got the user base. This is a new platform that library he had a shell out money for me, and he's got a massive library. You'll be able to watch all your previous shows on NBC's. I'm not worried about the content library, but it's just one more thing that I gotta sign up for and pay for, and most of the stuff I've already either already seen. Or if I have cable, Aiken, go see Jeffrey Comcast already. You can already used that app, which I haven't done May I think it's set up for failure, but you know what? It's supposed to be a supplement to their existing business. They're not trying to eat away at cable subscribers, so I don't know. It doesn't seem like it's going to be a huge hit to me

Backlash grows for police use of facial recognition (The 3:59, Ep. 562)
"The. Welcome to three fifty nine I'm Ben FOX Ruben, I'm as actually on Tuesday, San Francisco became the first city to ban. Police use of facial recognition tech proponents of the ban say the tech offers a slippery slope for Massar Valence while proponents facial recognition say that it's a useful policing tool. I as guess, do you expect more cities to follow suit with San Francisco? I think the outright ban is a little bit much. I don't think cities will do that right away. I did see somebody talk about a moratorium maybe they don't use it as, as, as primary method of dentist. Maybe it's the secondary. Or maybe it's used in a very light way. But the outright ban, I think, is a little bit much. There must be a different way to regulate something like this. Well, it's also interesting that this is obviously, not a federal ban. It's still being used in a variety of other places right? Yeah. So I was looking at an article about this, and this does apply to San Francisco police and agencies, but the San Francisco, please does not use this currently. So nothing's changed. There plus facial detect is available at airports, international airports and ports. But that's jurisdiction, which means this ban has no effect on those areas, which means that if I went to the airport, and San Francisco, San Francisco International airport, they could use facial recognition in theory. So it's not like the entire municipality everything in your, the federal you can't can use this. So some additional information about this. The Georgetown Law Center on privacy and technology, which has been looking into facial recognition technology for quite some time came out with a study today, this morning, saying police are using flawed data to run facial recognition searches those include using artist's sketches editing images to add is in lips and searching for look alike. So to me, this seems like if people are already a little shaky on the USA facial recognition tack, this is obviously another point to say, hey, maybe this isn't the best thing. I mean if you were. Night witness go. Hey, get a little, Ben FOX Ruben, this should be able to show a picture of Ben FOX and since he's so well known. Maybe of course, one of the cases actually was Harrelson, David Schwimmer look, lot of people like that. So the idea of saying, this person looks like another person would be usable in the police sense. The idea that computers doing it and potentially getting wrong. Again. It's that final step if, if for some reason, the police are deploying arresting drones. Yeah. I think there's a real problem there. But if there's a person Dan going, this is completely wrong, or this is completely right? At least it should be due process after that. Yeah. I think that, you know, the, the idea that this was proposed in the first place is facial, recognition tech is supposed to be more accurate or more credible than the human, I'd sometimes or it's able to pick certain things up, like, for instance, if you're wearing a different pair of glasses if you have longer hair, dyed, your hair. There are all sorts of different ways to maybe mess with the human eye, which facial, recognition tech is expected to be able to just kind of. Sift through unfortunately with this study seems that, you know, hey, maybe they're messing around with it a little too much. Next up one. Switch to a different subject. We are happy to report, the no Facebook, certainly not listening to your conversations. Not that important seen it actually tested out, this urban legend. I was forced to talk into my phone for about a week and a half trying to get advertisements about chainsaws. And no. I didn't get any advertisements about chainsaws new found no evidence that this is actually real love. The article about this, the point that this would be crazy illegal. Let's not forget that illegal, forget the idea that oh yeah. This would be creepy. It would cost Facebook trillions of dollars and ruining their model entirely that have been breaking the law, this Hauer amount of time that would be just amazingly bad for Facebook. When it comes to the press. So if they're crazy enough to do it, then, yeah, they should be. It's a good point that you mentioned that this would actually cost the company, a lot of money, and there would in fact, be some sort of footprint to show that Facebook is digesting that information that it's actually gobbling up audio recordings from two billion of its users you even several hundred million of those users, there would be some sort of data process that we, we would be able to notice, and unfortunately, security, researchers haven't found that if the accuracy aspect of these ads. I think that's what makes people scared, but it's links to your friends searches that you're, you're looking for, because your friends are looking for friends of friends that kind of weird amazing profile that can create all this data on top of that just reminds me I was going to buy car. All of a sudden it's thinking about buying a Honda Accord. They were everywhere, didn't mean that they weren't there all the time. I just didn't notice them as much right? Wonder if there's a psychological element of I was just talking about cookies and others ads for cookies. But you might not have noticed it before because you're talking about pizza. Yeah. And it's a good point. Alfred ING in his story talked about the. Fact that Facebook doesn't actually have to listen to you at already has a ton of data about you already. But anyway, if you want to read more about these stories, check them out on CNN Ben FOX river on that bridge. Carey. Oh, jeez. All right. You threw me off. Thanks for listening.

"We span the globe to bring you the informative irreverent information. You did not no you didn't need to know. I am are James. And as always alongside me here at the poop news desk is the Woodward and Bernstein of bullshit, Rick man, crush and Bobi craft. We start off this week with an update from previous poop news story in a mystery that has finally been solved because British authorities have arrested a suspect who's wanted image went viral last year, and we reported here on poop news because his photo made him look a lot like Ross Geller from friends portrayed by David Schwimmer. Do you guys? Remember this story. Oh, yeah. Guy walked into a liquor store in walked out with a whole case of beer. Got caught on camera. And everyone's like, that's David Schwimmer. Well, the gentleman has been arrested in surprise. He looks nothing like David Schwimmer imagine that. Yeah. My issue at this is have you guys seen those photos that are like so many mega pixels that you can actually zoom in almost people's faces and make them out. You've seen those right? Yes. We don't have that same type of technology and security cameras at this point. It's two thousand nineteen we have ring doorbells that have high definition ten eighty p video streaming and we have blurred out faces on security cameras. Exactly. And I'm so glad you brought that up because that's exactly where I was going with this new story. The camera quality is so poor. I mean, obviously, you see the mug shot of the gentleman who was arrested here. Same facial structure as Ross Geller. But looks nothing like. Him. He looks like a stage in the evolution of humans. It's like somebody dropped an end villain. Looks flat. So I mean, the picture went viral last year in David Schwimmer himself, even got in on the fun and made a parody video of himself carrying almost the exact same style of beer. It was just hilarious now that the the has been cracked. Yeah. Looks nothing like him. So can we please get some security cameras that don't look like colored blobs maybe we can solve some crimes? This is the the issue here has nothing to do with the technology. That's out it has to do with these shops never upgrading their shit. That's good point. It's time you go to a liquor store. Just look at the camera the liquor store if that's it looks like it's from nineteen eighty-seven probably from nineteen seventy seven. They're they're probably still using VHS cassettes in the back. Wow. Man. I mean, you could buy a decent access like swivel camera now.

"You just can't as bad. We're like not over weight, Jamie. Okay. That makes a lot. I wish it was John Oliver. I was awkward what that John? Oliver shaney homers. Sorry, everyone shaming liberty shift. Jamie oliver. Yeah. Okay. Not to be confused with celebrity Sidey written human John Oliver. But I feel like this is, you know, one of those examples of the fun face that we're putting on the dystopia n- nightmare that we're sort of slower being slowly lowered into because what do you mean, slowly? Well, it's yeah. But it's something that it's not like, oh my God. And then Skynet became self aware and like launched all the nukes at the same time. It's like we're slowly just walking down the steps into the dystopia. But because they're like fun things. Like, you look like Tom Cruise that. It's just like I do look like. Yeah. I on there when I smiled tell you what celebrities smell like your last four digits of this. I got I gotta know. No it shouldn't do. Be. Yeah. I mean, so like the facial recognition thing is London. London's police force just hey. Hey. Oh, we're joined by one of the bobby's. So. Hey, officer, crumbled. Go ahead. So they were they were using facial recognition and facial scanning technology to skin the faces of Christmas shoppers and London kitsch those thievery Boogers. I think they're worried about you know, terrorism also shoplifting. I'm sure it was at the top of their list. They saw home alone. And we're like not on my watch. It's Christmas time, right? But you know, it's China's really good at it because they have like all of their citizens faces in a database, so they've been able to algorithm Mickley just figure out how to match facial technology. But I think in the west we're still not great at it. Because a whopping ninety eight percent of the matches used by the technology were mistakes because the London police force. Oh, yeah. Remember, David Schwimmer would do which was fake David Schwimmer. It's not a facial recognition thing. But the dude got caught on the security camera like stealing beer. Yeah. Like, David Schwimmer Ross, David Schwimmer. I keep saying his name. Yes. Yeah. For wade. Who was David even if you say it enough is he gonna appear to. Retool. Still. He does have like a vague Texas accent too. Yep. Towards the end of the season because maroon were like watching it. Yeah. And he started getting kind of buff. Oh, yeah. Once they're like, it's like Ross. Yeah. I feel like that happens sometimes because they see themselves on camera. And so as they're becoming more seen by more people. They're also like having less touch with reality, and fewer and fewer people tell them like no, your job is not to look awesome on camera. It's to play the role of this insecure paleontologist. Yeah. A paleontologist. Yeah. Early paleontologists fun. You know, handsome buff Pilion professors. I don't know. That's probably I'm sure I'm fucking up some watched friends ever. But yeah. And then once you get to the peak of your fame, you stop changing everything about yourself, which is why Michael Jordan still dresses like it's nineteen Ninety-six. Yeah. We'll let it caught up eventually to boil. He's the pinnacle style. Shipped comeback around. Just keep dressing the way you're dressing. It'll show up again, eventually Amazon has a patented a new doorbell camera that would be equipped with technology that allows the device together data and identify people considered to be quote suspicious. Which is scary doesn't also squirt water out of it and people ran that's yet. That would be a again that would be like the fun version of this is that it would like have, you know, looks like some of our video getting squirted in the face Tom Cruise movie about facial recognition like go anywhere kills or arrest people before they do something. Yes that oh I'd entity report. Nope. Minority report. Okay. Yeah. But they have facial scanners and a retina scanners all over the place on that one. So we're getting there. We're getting there. He's going to commit a murder. All right. Let's let's talk once again about I've been missing him because I didn't I chose not to pay attention to the news as much as possible over while we took some time off, but he's back our president better than ever. Yeah. He's still doing it. Still at it. President Donald Trump had a sort of half press conference like televised meeting yesterday full of just a a lot of comedic highlights..

"Visit kids move. Yeah. Absolutely. It's rated G and a half. I think we were talking earlier this week or last week that you know, some movies just cannot be remade, and we shouldn't remake some of these Christmas classics, but I'm on board with this one. I am too. It's like bachelor party meets us mates. A groundhog day. David Schwimmer as cousin Eddy cousin Eddie. Fingers family after he finished his wife. Guy just wants to have a brave family Christmas. It's like a new frontier. New frontier system, not giraffe too. But. Back in Christ. If you didn't get the national Lampoon's Christmas vacation at is. Correct. Shockers equal. All right. I'm going to throw this out there because it's probably not that popular. It's got a cult following and stuff. I don't know if you guys. Yeah. If you when you hear the names, you'll get it. There's not many fill ins on this one because it's just the descriptions bucket fantastic. I need a noun Marc Jerry Garcia. Kinda looks like Santa Claus. Boanian need another noun county fair. Fair. Mark gimme a family member. Like mother father cousin something that red headed stepchild. Perfect. All right Boanian adjective feverishly. Cheesy too feverish. Okay. Okay. Bow. Give me a marquee me. A verb a verb moonwalking. She's to moon walks. Give me a noun. Bo. Pedestal. Chicken sandwich would have been good. Never not a good instance to use chicken sandwich. I think verb. Mark. Laminate? The okay, let's go with another adjective. Bo. Damn. Nope. Harshly. Markham another adjectives quivering back to blow. There's three left in need a noun. What you just give me two nouns bow. Okay. I'm gonna go with barge barge, not L debars. And what's second noun trophy? And then Mark gimme a plural noun rainbows. Colorful one. All right here, we go. See if you guys know this movie Mordechai Jefferson Carver aka the Hebrew hammer. Is in orthodox Jewish. Jerry Garcia goes to the county. Fair to save Hanukkah when Santa Claus evil Sunday Mian is pushed over the edge by his red headed stepchild feverish policies. He moon walks with the Christian patriarch subsequently stepping into his father's role. Damien launches a pedestal to laminate the Jewish holiday. The hammer joins forces with Esther bloom in Bergen Stein in doll, the harsh and quivering daughter of the leader of the Jewish Justice league and his brother and arms. Mohammed ali. Paula Abdul Rahim the head of the kwanza Liberation Front to topple Santa's evil barge into see the trophy for future generations of rainbows. Will March talking about the LGBT community, obviously. It's a new holiday classic. Try to didn't wanna go all Christmas. So we went with a Jewish classic. Here. The Hebrew hammer. I figured that was the Christmas episode of grace under fire starting the great Brett Butler. No. It's actually it's a will. And grace. So when does that one come out straight to video? Two thousand three actually cannot say that I've actually caught the Hebrew hammer on odds will go fuck and watch the Hebrew hammer. It's it's got Andy dick in its, you know, its own wallet. Yeah. It's good one. Hebrew, hammer is actually Adam Goldberg which Adam Goldberg because there's two there's like the Adam Goldberg from dazed and confused and higher. Yes. That one not the guy who writes, the TV shows the Goldberg. Yeah. Not the guy that had the undefeated streak in WCW, not the same. All right. That would be fucking awesome, though, if he was the Brammer that would make sense. All right. So who's next? No. I get it. I I. Yeah. Okay. Bad. Fuck you..

"I'm but it was an actual child. Like, oh, like a small picnic table thing. And I really loaded up my plate and sat hard on one of the edges and broke it and food when everywhere and all the kids the little kids were sad. And I still love thanksgiving. I still have Turkey. I think you're messing up the story that was last year and you just crash random. I don't know. Splitting hairs traumatizing for like an eleven year old. It was because I was like a little chubby. And I. Okay. Well, I'm really excited about this. This is going to be great. I was super focused on it. Just sat hard on the edge of the little table, and it just broke into bunch of and the following year. Did they oust you from any table or thought to be safer sat on the floor? Stable fewer mistakes basement. Nice solid ground. I actually I was thinking like what are some of the again because this is never been a big family holiday for me. Also, because I like, you know, once I graduated from high school and moved three thousand miles away. And then it was just kind of like never to return. You know what I mean? And and and so I think for people who have that east coast west coast thing, you kinda choose I'm going to go home for Christmas or are gonna go home. You know, I'm not going to go home for Muslim Christmas or go home for thanksgiving, and I always use Muslim Christmas. And and so so my thanksgiving's have always been like with random friends, and like they've kind of been more like drunk and fun and stupid that way and one time one of my best friends had moved to Iowa and she begged me to come to Iowa. And I so I I was like all right. So we I went to I for thanksgiving, which already felt interesting you flew, flew to Iowa. Yeah. Which is I was like why didn't I just fly to California? But anyway. Your food. And no, but it was fun. And she she lived in Iowa City. It was just a really like fun kind of happening town, whatever let's live music creatively Course, cord. according you, literally see it when you get off the plane. And we were like we just like made it was just the two of us and we made like some weird meal, and then we and we had liked like procured, I guess this must have been on DVD. This is two thousand seven movies. We've got a bunch of movies and one of them was like this movie with David Schwimmer. And we thought like oh coming off of the fabulous ride. That was friends. This is going to be like a fun movie with deep dish. I don't know what it was like a weird horrible like movie with like, death and cannibalism and just all of the terrible things that you don't wanna see pupil. What apt pupil? He's like a schoolteacher in it. And it was like. I was trying to figure out the name of this movie. Am I looked there's a movie called hotel that it may have been that movie? And I'm not sure if that's that was the right movie 'cause I don't see this movement cannibal episode of friends. Not that. Yeah. We were like then traumatized because this movie was so dark, and it was kind of like the road. But like, we just, you know, but it was supposed to be our uplifting. Thanksgiving movie. So anyways. And then and then the next thing, you know, and then a Friday night. I think we went out to a band was city. It's a nice place. It's a nice place. But it's it's so spread out. And there's this one part of Iowa is like walkable and cute. Very cool. All right. But you know, what I haven't gone back. But my point is my point is if there's if there's entertainment viewing that happened because this is something that happens with me with Christmas is like I'm very much in charge of what are we going to watch as a family? The what's the movie to just be die hard every year? I think I learned that from my from my wife, just just watch diorite. My sister, and I tend to spend thanksgiving together because we're both out here away from Colorado. And it tends to be like a steak and whisky thing the past couple of years..

"There's these nascent elements of paranoia and thriller and things like that. And what he brought to that is like the signifier. Of that. So that the audience knows the John r- that they're in. They're not getting the beats necessarily that they're expecting. Yeah. But they're so unsettled because they're being cute and these John raise like something is happening. You've seen this before. And then I think it creates a sort of strange taste him the first time Sam walks in starts talking about Hitchcock, and depalma, and parallel view, you guys like, yeah. For sure. And that was always there or are you like, oh, okay. Well, first it was just something to talk about her. You know loves talking about seventies paranoid thrillers. It's become just sort of this exalted form. But yet, but we I think we had no idea. How far he would take it. How literally he meant those reference. Yes, we talk about TV, especially on this podcast so much in this. I mean, I kind of almost like a a fallback, but we always seem to just describe like these tourist theories to to TV where it was. Well, this is Matthew Weiner show shore. This is amnesty Bill show. But this seems like such an interesting. In collision of ideas that actually went up all fitting together. And if you looked at it just on paper, you would kind of like, okay? I don't know. If you guys know there's this whole joke on the on sort of film Twitter area. Would it's basically director bullshit at its when a director way before movies, really even out yet. It's like, well, you know, I've been credibly influenced by Apocalypse Now. And then it comes out and it's like Kong Land island. Sure, I can see if you're also just like you're kind of buying yourself, like six blog posts just by saying that. But then when the movie comes out, it looks like Michael bay movie just like everything else does in the jungle. This isn't director bullshit like he found something inside this material. And you guys made this thing that it doesn't one of the things I think is crucial as even though there are these signifier like you're saying these past thrillers. It feels very contemporary to me, and the paranoia, and that feeling like I've Medicated something out of my mind is like very I think prescient for right now. I mean, did you guys think about those things in terms of making sure it wasn't a museum piece and not in a gallery where like check out my cool, you know, Omar career window here. You know? It's right. Well, I think that gets back to the collaborative element that you were talking about because. The way I all the way Mike was talking about the way he and I work together. I think is really important that there are two brains, and if one person tried to do both sides of that they would kind of infect each other too much, and that tension is I think really helpful and it was the same. When Sam came aboard in some ways, he was working with the material in some ways that was contrasting those attention between that style, and these sort of naturalistic very human scenes, which is, you know, not necessarily something you go to the palm for short. Right. So it was because that had to be integrated with the scripts at sort of Dayton sort of didn't fit with that. Hopefully makes it all feel like something strange, but functional rather than kind of genre exercise or just people talking room or just this Richard series of beats life to it for the material obviously coming from the podcast, and I found that each person that I've talked to about home in the podcast has completely different readings on different interactions or feels differently about. Colin than the next person feels differently about David Schwimmer than the next person in terms of his performance. There's something that once you commit it to film. I think it gets a little bit more fixed for as much as you can have a variety of opinions or takes on something you're committing to an understanding of the material. What was that like as you're putting together this collage of phone conversations and tape recordings and all these little things that are in the podcast, and then they become basically, well, this is historical record of this story..

"I know a raw says he's like. Just being like, it's David Schwimmer. David Schwimmer had to tweet out. Like, this is not me. It looks really looks just like him it does. Which is. That's the funniest part is like thing about the poor person at the police station who's just fielding calls. Like, yeah, I'm pretty sure that's raw some friends. And I tell you that I've had. Of like beef with David trimmer. You have beef with David segment. He doesn't I don't think he really knows it. But I'll never forget. Okay. So he directed his first movie that he was directing. Yes called trust. Okay. Now, I was twelve years old. And this is when I was auditioning for a ton of TV movies, whatever got the script this. This summer was probably the busiest summer that I've had working as a child model slash actress. I was like going into seventh or eighth grade. I think it was a summer whatever one of those years, and I was receiving like script effort script and one of the scripts came in was for this movie trust that was being directed by David swimmer. So immediately, I I was excited because you know, the director it's Dan Schwimmer. Yeah. It was a story about a girl who meets a guy online, and she ends up meeting up with him, and he rapes her and they figure out the whole thing. David schwimmer. It in. No, he doesn't play. He directed it to other people forget the name of the parents, I I'm like, bla- blanking out. Like, well known people, and they were looking for a girl to play this younger girl, but she was supposed to be like fifteen right? And I was twelve the youngest person auditioning and script was extremely heavy her fighting with her parents house, very heaven, and it was a whole thing because she didn't believe he was a bad guy. And her dad was so can you know, what I mean, it was a whole big thing. And I trust me. I nail this dish in like I did the audition. I told my parents I nailed this one like I really worked hard at it. Because it was very serious script and turns out to call back the whole thing and that I went for the callback. And I'm pretty sure he was on a video right ham. Yeah. Watch out watching them. I think and I was the youngest girl there. Everybody else was like fifteen or sixteen twelve and I nailed it. I'm telling you I now, but I ended up not getting the part because I was the youngest person to audition and they wanted a fifteen or sixteen year old and I'm like. Why would you have me on dishes in the first place? I'm twelve years old. You know, then, but I did look older as a twelve year old look at my face thing so ever since then I'm like fuck David swimmer. It's the same thing where same thing with rob Reiner. Damn thing. I it's like a beef that I'm never gonna let go really like in the back of my mind. I watch friends, and I'm like, oh, this is great in the back of my mind. I'm like David swimmer reject ruined my chance at a big break. Now. Listen, the movie never went to theaters. I was going to say never I didn't hear about it was maybe it was on Netflix for a while. It's not enough looks anymore. Getting the role anybody who has a actual career? Now, she Liana Liberato. I'll tell you what she's end. 'cause you've definitely seen. You definitely know who she's in. She was if I stay. What are some other ones? I think she's in some new best. Yes. Yes. Yes. I have before. I was like her first film as well. You know stuck in love. That's yes. Yes. That that's a great movie. And. Yeah. So she I think she has a damn thing coming out on Netflix too. I'm not really sure. But yeah, she got the part. She's she was born nineteen ninety. She was two years older than me. Okay. So. Yeah. So there you go. That's why have beef with that. He'll never remember. No, not at all. He I just remember in the back of my mind. I'll never forget. And honestly, my parents will ever forget either every time David swimmers on the screen. They're like David Schwimmer that dick like every time. I was twelve years old. I'm twenty one. Now, this is literally ten years later..

Including former President Obama and former candidate Hillary Clinton, and and obviously President Bill Clinton. There is somebody with federal authorities. Basically, they arrested a man in south Florida in connection with these suspicious packages. We will keep an eye on that and go back to it as additional news breaks. But I want to. Grab Peter here from Google trends. Basically, we do this every week talk about the top Google items. Pier. So glad to have you back. Happy to be here. Always always call in right during breaking news. So funny. All right, Peter. So we are looking at the top five Google things. And I have to tell you Peter this week. There's some head scratchers on here for me. Including in maybe most, especially the first one. All right. And that is David Schwimmer. Yes. He's been trending in a while. But the internet noted this week a striking resemblance between the friends character Ross or David Schwimmer and the image of a robbery suspect released by British police. And so gave it to him a responded with a really entertaining alibi video. I think this is I think a lot of people think it's really funny because they're making fun of like the way fans episodes were called the one where right? Everybody is kind of going crazy just because guy look so much like David Schwimmer that is that is very interesting. Glad that he at least had fun with it. I didn't. I thought I saw some sort of video and I saw David Schwimmer randomly in the news. Now, it all makes sense. So there we go the next one up, I guess makes total sense obviously with a huge jackpot mega millions lottery would be Google. Oh, yeah. I'm Tuesday night. Run. Lucky contestant won the one point six billion dollar mega million lottery drying, which is a record haul. It was confirmed that a lottery ticket was sold in Simpson. Ville South Carolina with all six winning numbers. But no one has stepped forward to become America's most billionaire. Wow. Yeah. This is it is just a been a lot of conversation around this. So I can see why people would be googling, obviously, there's so many different stories to go with so many different things to sort of look up. So a lot of fun with that. And then the next one certainly is has caused a stir as well over this week. Halloween, right. Oh, yeah. How lean I mean. And there's a lot going. There's always a thanks to Google. I think to sport out of necessity what where where to get candy candy. Get one of the interesting things that popped up was the most searched couple costumes money, and CLYDE Cosmo and Wanda by being Penn who I don't know. Yeah. Yeah. I just saw the other day the new. I saw a castaway couples outfit, which is one person dressed as the volleyball that Tom Hanks to. Yes. Thank you. And obviously, Tom Hanks. All right. So the next one is also somewhat movie related obviously movie following actual history. But what's the number four? Most searched term is the Titanic to. As the. Killian, businessman, and politician. Clive Palmer has announced an intention to build an exact replica payments doomed ship, and it started construction in twenty twelve it was put on halt in twenty fifteen. And now he's announced that it will be completed by twenty twenty two and they'll be taking voyages between Southampton in the UK to New York back and forth. Starting in twenty twenty two. It will track. The exact course that the Titanic took. So what do you think? So. Would would you? Yeah. Would you say the void the iceberg this time around, but the icebergs are much smaller now was climate change. So it'll be an issue especially the maiden voyage was in April of nineteen twelve. So by then hopefully, the iceberg will be much smaller. I have no issue. I'd have no issue doing us. Oh, sounds like a. Yeah. I mean, especially any time any chance both of them. Go down. I mean, just just play the numbers, right? The odds. Be. I bet you it'll be full of hipsters loving their old-timey things. And I you know, I'd be there too. I like an old train, right? I like I don't see why wouldn't like an old ship. So anyway. Leonardo DiCaprio is part of this. I don't know. I don't like him. Sorry. I brought that up Hillary and really most acclaimed actor, but you do not like him. No. I do not, of course, as we all know, the Australian politician, and multimillionaire, will whatever he is follows everything that I like and dislike right? He would have gotten Leonardo DiCaprio. But of course, she doesn't like him. So it's all over can be Bradley Cooper. Instead. I guess. Gosling? Yes, I'd be fine with that. I think we all would anyway, the last one I'm gonna leave to you to pronounce because I don't know anything about it. Is identifying. Yes. Yeah. I think for the for the purpose of the conference. Virus? We're going to stick with it. Yeah. It's flu season and this strain of the flu and it picked up during following an outbreak at a New Jersey. Pediatric clinic with eighteen confirmed cases tabby. The people with it passed away. No, it is a it's a pretty dangerous. Virus it very the symptoms. Vary from the common cold, and pink or pneumonia. But it can get a get much worse over a few days. So all right. Look out for that. Why? All right, good to know. In terms of recent definitely developments to be on the lookout for and those are the top five searched terms of the week. And of course, YouTube video is grocery stores stereotypes. Yeah. The comedic video. It's a communicate on August. People you encounter at the grocery store people creating a cart they blocked the I'll people who are just fishing for coupons to and make the lion longer. People who spend way too much time sniffing and feeling all the produce. It's pretty funny right now, it has over ten point four million views interesting. All right. Keep it here. I'm Jeff he's building something out of hospital, and he sees eight year old Gloria in the window while she's bored. So she's watching all these ironworkers do something, you know, up high on at the hospital, and they're redesigning the front entrance an iron work. It's, you know, dangerous work. And so he he wrote a little note that said lady in the window, and then he wrote get well. And then she put a note later of it said to the men working that she'd been watching stay safe, and apparently that's their lingo. That's their like code for don't break a leg. Stay safer for ironworkers. You know, not falling not getting hurt. Stay safe on the job. And they were all really touched by. So they snapped photos. She ends up getting out of the hospital. And then the next day a woman stops by the construction site. We don't know if it's linked to the older lady, but she had an envelope of money to the steel workers could buy lunch, and it just happened to be random act of acts of kindness day. And I just thought it was sweet just a sweet little note to a little old lady in her writing back, and it just I Mike reminds me of I just yesterday. My daughter, faith, stayed home. "So anyways i no deal what to expect of this premier because you never really know what kind of flood resuming gad usually know as you know when you go to one of these things like you're going to get the actors in the movie but sometimes you get some kind of interesting other actors like david schwimmer at the blake lively for exactly exactly michelle kind of suissa got extremely excited and i had no idea what was going on and she's kind of like hyperventilating that's because jason alexander of seinfeld fame anders the bilderberg why jason alexander with their to theus sia thorpe movie is lake still a question that was unanswered but he came in with over i think was his wife and they like sat down like five rows back and i just like damaging him coming to watch this whole four movie like that he fat through super along and must have been like two hours twenty minutes um and like by a certain point like i literally turned to michelle and said like does anyone get what happens then these movies like i feel like i'm gonna have a general intelligence level of like a normal humanly i could not explain to anything that happened in that movie none of it made sense but there were still a few fun parts because chris hemsworth actually does get to kind of like goof off a little bit you're not selling was movie to me at all to hours twenty minutes funny for marvel the best part in the movie by far is that like for the first like 45 minutes chris hemsworth houses you probably if the on the posters unlike like whatever i think he has it in the other thorn movies like a long blonde kind of scraggly wig.
