B. S. for some reason on my desktop I've Twitter up on my computer here in my little cave in which I do the show from in Providence and all my notifications are coming through because I went to my phone and all my god got a bunch of people who jumped in on Twitter it's any asks how are the differences in height in stance being accounted for in the Atlantic league which is a really interesting question and that's where one of the I saw a story in The Washington Post and I may have tweeted off on my Twitter at the real crash if you're looking for this story I think I re tweeted during the week and that was one of the things the players complained about and I guess when they set the strike zone it was just north of the belt buckle but right above the knees and that felt like a really small strike zone to me I don't know how they're going to reconcile that maybe you can program it by player now that's more really that that's a level of technology that arming Major League Baseball wants to go down here all Roger sends in this is interesting NBA five points for a half court shot three on three overtime soccer do way would penalty kick over time and settle with of four on four sides instead of eleven on eleven NFL do away with the horrible when it's really overturning the apple cart I don't think you would do that in soccer you wouldn't go from eleven eleven to four to four and I do think that a lot like the shoot out in the NHL you need some sort of ending to these games so even though penalty kicks isn't great it's a little it's at least a way to end the game the NFL's already done away with the horrible on the whole David Preston sends.

"It's a crazy world out here in the city of Seattle and King County in the state of Washington that head tax. Oh, yeah. Some wild and crazy stuff. Well, as wild and crazy. It's our one year anniversary by the way on the head tax passing two zero yeah, wow is thinking, we do a kind of an in of the head tax show. Maybe walk through what's happened over the last year not to, to my own horn. But I had a bit of a I don't know, a locally famous rant that I gave we can observe. You can't see this on, on the radio. But if you Google king five Seattle rant, and you could see that maybe I've lost a little bit of weight, lost a little bit of hair. Gained some fashion style. Either way, the reason why this matters. Darren. Is that Seattle's business lobby sees an opportunity to unseat the Seattle? The city council's progressive majority. And I read this article, and, you know, certain people take it one way, the Shawmut wants to the world is look, see all that big corporate money. This is why I need money from people all outside of Seattle to show that I can't I can be bought. Wait, which one is it either way? Shabas is going to use this article is a great example of why she needs to be the hero of the people who don't live in Seattle. Then the business community wants to point out that they actually have an effect on the city of Seattle. They they defeated the head tax. And so they're getting back to work. They're rolling up their sleeves and they're going to raise. They've raised seven hundred thousand dollar stared that business community. Do know what you can do with seven hundred thousand dollars with some of the worst political consultants in the city of Seattle, which is I do, like my Seattle business community. They don't like to hire consultants that agree with them. They like to hire Seattle consultants that think they should be ashamed for working in the business community who stabbed him in the back. And so because we, we really don't wanna win. We definitely don't want to work with anybody who might even consider calling themselves Republican in the city of Seattle. So we hire these consultants that inherently think that, that we are incompetent and the that moderates, have no right to, to exist. And so this business lobby, they want you to know that they're going to be the reason. That citizens in Seattle are going to change their votes. Honestly, that just the hubris of both groups disgusts me Darren the hubris of the far left progressive, who believe that these the seven hundred thousand dollars can actually do anything to change your vote as a citizen in Seattle as a citizen in this region. Like, do they do they really think we're that stupid? They do they really think that seven hundred thousand dollars from the business community is going to change how you vote. Because here's the deal that seven hundred thousand dollars in the hands of some of the worst and most incompetent political consultants on earth is literally this. It's about seven hundred thousand dollars of mailers. And I'm just going to walk you through at seven hundred thousand dollars of mailers as there's maybe four hundred thousand likely voters in Seattle. So we're going to send to mailers during the campaign season to these likely voters one, the beginning Darren and have at one at the end with the list of the people we endorse. But here's the fun of it. Ninety percent of all mailers go in the trash sight, unseen, so Shamas want wants you to know that you're being brainwashed by two pieces of trash sent to your house over a three month period, which you may be have a one in ten chance of looking at. So let's just revise our assumptions about who is deciding how we think, in the city of Seattle. Let's just remind ourselves that the head tax group, which I was, I guess, lucky enough to, to work with. They spent their four hundred thousand dollars on literally pain, paid signature gatherers for our volunteers signatures. This is something that, that group will never talk about any of them are listening to this show be solves just a liar. This is this is why we didn't like working with Saul. He so he so hard to work with. No, they literally had volunteers, taking our signatures, they would then mail them to our paid signature gatherer office, and then the paid signature gather been charged us for those signatures. So that's that's how you're all being brainwashed. The Seattle business community well for group that only loses is very full of themselves, and I'm not I'm not anti-business. I'm actually very pro business. I'm very pro growth. I want to elect council members that actually want to engage and work with the Seattle business community to come up with solutions, but does the Seattle business community won't to elect people who actually works with them and come up with solutions. Here's a rumor for everybody that I've been hearing swirling about the city of Seattle defender of the status quo. "Dad. The crazy world out here in the city of Seattle and King County state of Washington. That had tax. Oh, yeah. Some wild and crazy stuff. Well, as wild and crazy. It's our one year anniversary by the way on the head tax passing two zero. Yeah. Wow. And I think we do a kind of an inner of the head tax show. Maybe walk through what's happened over the last year, not to my own horn. But I had a bit of I don't know, a locally famous rant that I gave we can observe. You can't see this on the radio. But if you Google king five Seattle rant, and you could see that maybe I've lost a little bit of weight, lost a little bit of hair. Gained some fashion style. Either way, the reason why this matters. Darren. Is that Seattle's business lobby season opportunity to unseat, the Seattle, the city council's progressive majority? And I read this article, and, you know, certain people take it one way, the Shawmut, so on the world. Look, see all that big corporate money. This is why I need money from people all outside of Seattle to show that I can't, I can't be bought wait. Which one is it either way Shaw is going to use. His article is a great example of why she needs to be the hero of the people who don't live in Seattle. Then the business community wants to point out that they actually have an effect on the city of Seattle. They they defeated the head tax. And so they're getting back to work. They're rolling up their sleeves and they're going to raise. They raise seven hundred thousand dollars in that business community. Do you know what you can do with seven hundred thousand dollars with some of the worst political consultants in the city of Seattle, which is I do, like my Seattle business community. So this business lobby, they want you to know that they're going to be the reason. That citizens and Seattle are going to change their votes. Honestly, that just hubris of both groups disgusts me Darren the hubris of the far left progressive, who believe that these seven hundred thousand dollars can actually do anything to change your vote as a citizen in Seattle as a citizen in this region. And I'm just gonna walk you through at seven hundred thousand dollars of mailers this, there's maybe four hundred thousand likely voters in Seattle. So we're going to send to mailers during the. Campaign season to these likely voters, one of the beginning Darren and have at one at the end with the list of the people we endorse. But here's the fun of it. Ninety percent of all mailers go in the trash sight unseen, so Shama. So want wants you to know that you're being brainwashed by two pieces of trash sent to your house over a three month period, which you may be have a one in ten chance of looking at. So let's just rove is our assumptions about who is deciding how we think, in the city of Seattle. Let's just remind ourselves that the head tax group, which I was, I guess, lucky enough to, to work with. They spent their four hundred thousand dollars on literally pain, paid signature gatherers for our volunteer signatures. This is something that, that group will never talk about any of them are listening to this show like Sol's just a liar. This is this is why we didn't like working with all he so he's so hard to work with. No. They literally had volunteers taking our signatures, they would mail them to our paid signature gatherer office, and then the paid signature gather we've been charged us for those signatures. So that's that's how you're all being brainwashed. The Seattle business community well for group only loses is very full of themselves, and I'm not I'm not anti-business. I'm actually very pro good business. I'm very pro growth. I want to elect council members that actually want to engage and work with the Seattle business community to come up with solutions, but does the Seattle business community want to elect people who actually work with them and come up with solutions? Here's a rumor for everybody that I've been hearing swirling about the city of Seattle defender of the status quo. Continuer of family homelessness, vehement, disagree with citizens that walk into the city council. Deborah juarez. A committee of plan to end homelessness for you right here. It's your vote. It's your voice. It is the way that you engage on issues instead of parties. It is the way that you break out of literally, the far left democratic stranglehold on our city and consider that the voice of a moderate democrat, the voice of a moderate independent. Let's go bold. Maybe even the voice of a moderate Republican, in the city of Seattle is what is needed. We need a non homo 'genius city council. We need one that is diverse in thought diverse in background that it's capable of passing an audit. That is capable of enforcing encampment laws that it's capable of listening to the business community, and partnering with them. All of this is possible. But let me tell you tearing, none of this is possible, if we sit back and we just trust the Seattle business community, to solve it for goodness gracious. They're better off, if they may be sit at home. All right, here, here's the answer actually endorsed ever wars. I cannot wait to talk about how she is just a shell for the establishment corruption of the city of Seattle, because we need seven up twenty nineteen we need new King County council members and maybe they're getting bowled here. We might need a.

"I I remember Garnett at the time saying that he had heard Boston was a very racist city. And that was what one of his trepidation about coming here. And he said he didn't experience that at all when he was here. I mean because. Every year here. No one's fans root for you. Exactly. Yeah. Just really. Fans still refer him those. They want to see him do. Well, but I think they're tired of 'em at this point with his average. Celtic fan is though the sports talk radio callers. Yeah. For most popular player on the team still. Oh god. Yeah. He's again. He's in our poll today. Exciting athlete in Boston is a kyri is it Mukhi bets. David Preston Akers, Julian Edelman, we'll talk about that in a few moments, but the Celtics are home tonight against the Pacers. And this turn into a big game their game behind the pages for the fourth seed, they play the Pacers next week next Friday in Indianapolis if they can sweep the two games in good shape to be the four seat. I can't believe we're heading April talking about hopefully, the Celtics can be the four seat. But that's not what we were expecting at all. I mean, we would have thought beginning. Yeah. They would have secured the one seed by now. But that's just not the case. The patients aren't playing particularly great either. They've lost nine straight road games, which gives you more attentive to try to have homecourt advantage, and the the the thunder gave you a gift the night because the patients were beating them ran off like thirty nothing rallied decimo them. That's where they really hit problems on the road because they don't have that superstar player like all deep. Last year played well against Cleveland in the first round even some road. Great because he's an elite player beat you on the road. So if you get home court advantage, you feel really good that you're going to beat the Pacers. And now Milwaukee once they get by the first round, which they should always be tape. Kasur doesn't happen. But Milwaukee's really banged up a super banged up to bring the brogden. They don't know when he's coming back. David Chen, Zo isn't that their rookies out for the rest of the year, dealing with honest, as you got an ankle issue going on though, I mean, he's like a super human. So I don't know if it will actually hamper him he'd he heard it and last night he had a block reach up from the free throw line. So. Them and. Saul who's the best? The other guy they got the shooter they got mirror. Kick nurtures out. I mean, they got injuries. So again, if they should shut down until up playing they've got a four game lead with six games. That's Ryan just tone it down shut it down. I wouldn't play. I'd made honestly one of those. Yeah. Exactly says tuneup games getting hurt getting God ankles, take a while. And then sometimes they never right till the next season. So things could open up. I mean, sometimes it's you know, who you play when you play and you get through Indiana. And you've got a Milwaukee team. That's depleted a team again, you you played them very tough the game after the all star break lost by one point on the road, you know, one different possession. That's a different game. So not that I would necessarily pick the Celtics Milwaukee. But I think they certainly would have a chance a real good chance. And then after that, you hope Philly beach Toronto because you'd think you own Philly in maybe you're in the final somehow. I mean, that's that's obviously seeing things through green house. Yeah. Absolutely. Which I normally never do because I'm not a green team. I mean, it starts with with the first round, you know, who your opponents going to be? I think tonight, you're at home. You got sent some sort of a message at least not look anemic not saying they have to win. But at. They will not quite like crap. Yeah. They didn't wanna get divorced. You're playing regardless you'd like to see like a beatdown. I mean, you're just everything's clicking offenses, working and more importantly defense. It's impossible to predict this team really thirty six really good minutes. And then twelve bad minutes when they have a bad stretch, man. It is bad. That's why they've lost fifty four point leads five. I think you said this year. It's like when when it was either you or we had a cut when carry goes to the bench of different team. I don't know what to do. No. And yet when games where he doesn't play at all they seem to know what to do is going in the same thing. He's not on the court when he's on the venture for mindset, though, don't, but that's that's a coaching problem in a player problem. All have the same mindset. Good luck. It's still the courts not change. But the ball is the same size, but the rim. Suddenly doesn't get smaller. Start the game with him controlling the action. He goes to the bench. And now you like what the bleep do we do. And then when he comes back in maybe that leads gone. So there's a lot of stuff going on with that team right now, I have no clue. They could be in the NBA finals. They could lose in the end on the I I don't know anything could happen with this team. Because when they're good they're really good. And again, it seems like they'll have thirty six. Good minutes a night and twelve God, awful nights of minutes. The thing with that is if you play bad quarter or if you stretch it out over game, it'd be get outscored by four six eight points. And you're good enough that in the other thirty six minutes, you control the is when they have a bad twelve minutes. They outscored by like twenty five. There were thirty four to nine Saturday night against Charlotte. They stopped playing offense and stop playing defense. It's like a football team with a three touchdown. If you're not if you're not hitting shots, you can at least try to stem, the tide by being really good defensively or go to the basket gets a foul line. Now, they're like it's like a sickness for them. They can't they don't want to go to the foul. I to the foul. I mean, it's I I don't understand it. And I I think that that the coaching philosophy has been dumb fr frankly at times, how do you tell NBA players though, you could drive it to the basket. This sounds great in high school and college these guys this is something that Stevens is coach the whole time. He's been here is that chewed allow three pointers should. Yeah. But teams go to I mean, I think you put the stat out the other day, aren't they like twenty nine th the league free throw attempts any that's pathetic. And you've got guys that can get to the basket, right? Kyrie can get to the bathroom. Every once in the league. Jason Tatum is long should get to the basket handle and athletic. There's no reason round all tunnel. Vision began to the basket doesn't necessarily finish Horford can put the ball on the floor in Hayward is best doing that. Right. So you got some. So why shouldn't they go to the vast? I'm not saying why shouldn't they go to the line more? I'm not saying you have to go as often as James harden because he just gets a ton of calls and he's facing alternate with. But the middle of the pack and free throws attempts. If you if you go to the free throw line, I don't know six more times a game and hit four or five of them the difference between being the four seed seed, or whatever the guys that highlight the most to me are is the shot selection of terrorism and the shot selection of Jason Tatum. That's exactly what you don't want threes early in the shot clock. Contested threes. Shock winner out such as the ball long twos. For no reason, it's they do things. It's been the case all year. It really is. It's been a problem on the team that that is has was one of the pioneers in terms of liking analytics and stuff like that. They don't follow that at all. No so many bad shots. Yeah. They really do got to get to the free throw line more. So we'll see what happens tonight when the patients come to town if the Celtics win they'll tie for fourth place in Eastern Conference in technically will be a head of them because they'd be up two games to one in the season series. And again, they wrap up their head to head against the Pacers next Friday in Indianapolis, March madness last night was more like March sadness me for well. Just in general watching some of the games. Tennessee game was NFC game was great. But your order ducks. God bless them. They got to the Sweet Sixteen and they lost fifty three forty eight the final that game. What's like a mid second quarter game a score with the warriors and the rockets, but you called it going. Scoring game. They barely broke out. One hundred not exactly exciting to watch. Michigan's offense was God awful. They got blown out by texting I said their offense was terrific. Francesa does he really know that Chris Weber's no longer at Michigan. Jalen rose knows those guys Gonzaga look like a number one. They did took care Florida state and who knocked them out last year. Yeah. Gonzaga's the team that a lot of people were expecting to lose be the first number one seat to lose. They've looked really good in this tournament and Purdue Tennessee that was the best game of the night. But the other ones were like the only thing that is my brackets are busted. And I blame jet for one of them. And the fact that Tennessee followed the guy shooting a three when there was no need to and they would have won the given regulations. So I blame jet mostly, okay? Because that bracket I want as long as organ meats, the finals they played Michigan state bowl that that it was a tall task. I Gary twelve seat. But but it's a final that one. I would have won very easily and the other one I needed a lot of help with Tennessee and Duke because a lot of people pick do content in the final. So I would need more help. I could have lost every other game going to the finals except Oregon in Michigan. So I blame jet. Yeah. Jets fault that I was that that that that I lost it and not only that since you. You're three thousand miles away from Oregon. Who coach they can hear me the highest? I blamed jet out last night. It was it was Brennan's bracket that I used and I feel bad for Brandon because I should have warned him not to pick Oregon because we'll jet went there. Okay. Well, you went to curry precarious division one. So it's not just got a team that gets there. I get that. But it's a loser team now. I mean, they they were underdogs round. But they should they should have made it to the find. They're all loser teams Christian until I get that. But this this about me sap bracket, I very much like Trump a mad about brackets. And they blamed yet. I have no problem watching those gritty defensive games because I like. Smart pretty average watching. And it's it's terrible because it was super low score here. But I mean, Virginia and Oregon were essentially identical teams Virginia's a little more skill. That's what it is. And that's why I came down to come. I mean, they were the game was basically every possession matters so low. Yeah, the one hit a three it was like a backbreaker and the three in the first half. Like, oh, no, Oregon may scored more points than football. Like one or two in less than five Oregon usually averages about fifty points a game socially when the Chipper was there. Yeah. So all those I'm sorry Christian busted, and I have no reason to watch chairman again, and I'll never trust Oregon again all that. That would be a bad decision. Never go Sweet Sixteen in the past four years. Great. But I'm telling, you know, I'm saying I won't take them to the finals, no way. So the player the.
