"Of the law of the land the two week. Supreme Authority kids are in Fort now. You better enjoy it while you got it, Jay. My dog got super duper sick over the weekend long story short six hundred dollars in vet bills later I. still have no idea what I'm GonNa go home to today I. They did X. The radiologist looked at them. They said her intestines are irritated. They gave her barium some sort of thing that goes through her body so that if there's an obstruction, they can see where it is. It's it's just been really stressful I'm a hypochondriac about my dogs and we've had a lot of issues recently, which is so out of the norm for us, normally have happy healthy dogs. Dogs we don't have any problems, but between the double ear infections a month or two ago, and now this really upset stomach mad dog I have a golden retriever. She just turned three, and she was throwing up for about forty eight hours straight to the point where she had nothing left her system to throw up, so it was just like foam and bile from her stomach, and it's just been a mess so stressful. I was not super hyper focused on ninety day fiance last night I had a lot of other things going on I was trying to you know. Make sure that they my dogs were okay, but I think I got the general gist. We started last night with one more hour of the tell-all from Ninety Day fiance before the ninety days so I'll just keeps on. Giving just keeps on going hopefully now we are. We have reached the end we. All there is to tell last night. The some of the really interesting things that happened though were back on David and Lana. Because so many people have so many questions, and how he just still seems to be in so much denial that he is engaged to this girl that he hasn't spoken to in six days that he bought a phone for, but she doesn't want to communicate with him that way, so they only use this paid service is paid website to communicate. Supposedly they're engaged and he still can't communicate with the resume right so we find out last night that in fact, David has proposed to four other people, or maybe it's three others. Then Lana was. This five four, including, Lana or four before Lana, right we. Two of them were American. The other one was Ukrainian to agree, and he still seem so resolute and definitive, and that his relationship with Lana Israel, and that everyone else just doesn't get it, and he brings up some imber law, some international marriage brokerage, whatever which made the whole thing sound very shady Super Shady was trying to explain why he can't talk off the website because if you're American. You can't right because you suggesting that. That Tom was like well. I've talked to plenty of ladies all of the world. He's like for you because you're British. But in America you can't do that and times like yeah I could. I was living in. New York City I could find her on instagram and shoot her a message on instagram. Totally legal right like I've never heard of such It sounds like a rule that this website made on of the so hey. To try to make them believe that they have to use this paid service and that if they try to take it off the service in any way, they're breaking an international law which I don't think exists, you think David would hire lawyers something that just check into that. Of that's actually accurate, and he is like supposed to be on these. He said that he would have taken to more group trips over to see Lana, but with Kovic. He can't travel and the whole thing is just. It gets weirder and weirder. The more he talks, the weirder gets. There was only one thing that I felt like David kind of made a little bit of sense on was the reason for buying the cubic zirconiums. zirconiums which I thought okay, that's not the worst reason. He said that was because he didn't know her ring size and he wants her to pick out her own ring so basically. Just a standard range is something to kind of symbolize our engagement, but she's GonNa. Get her real ring. Okay, but then his justification, his explanation for that was will launch has never worn a ring before. She doesn't know her ring size which lake. Then it kind of fell thrills. And then my other question would be okay so then. Why wouldn't you take her to a ring store and pick out a ring together in the Ukraine? Why would you fly over? There was some two hundred dollar cubic zirconiums. Just take her to a jewelry store when you get there. I mean he didn't have to say. We're going to get by noon injury. He could have just said. Hey, we're going to go. Look it rings, and just you know, see what kind of stuff you might like and other explanation that as soon as you re size ring it devalues. True. How many times have people had? Diamond Rings re-sized like you gain weight. You lose weight. You have your ring re size, and it's not about retaining value only matters if it retains value for planning on selling it later. In theory, you're going to be together forever. So the strangest group the strangest cast that they had on on the season. Then I'm i. totally missed where Tom read the letter. I. Don't know what it said because I was preoccupied, so you're gonNA. Have to summarize for me. What the Tom's letter said. And also how weird! Though that he wrote it on a piece of paper, and then also had it saved in his phone, so his excuse was that he actually put it on his phone first, and then he wrote it out from there Oh. That's what. What he said because obviously they brought up like well. Why would you do you have a copy of it on your phone? Like I said I missed that whole part last night. Well, so then Tom couldn't find that I. Guess in time, so he's like Oh forget is not that important only because he couldn't find it really so then he founded after the commercial break and. And, the were part was a he had mentioned that the letter was basically me apologizing for all the stuff. You know how I've kind of messed up and you know I realized that I said well then let her, and he did say a lot of that he did apologize and take a lot of responsibility, but then he also said you know well, maybe if you could ever. Ever get over Jesse. He said it in a much nicer word. He said. If you could ever get over Jesse, you'd find your happiness. And so he did eventually put it back on her in the letter of Horse, which he did not say when you know, tell all is going, and he's trying to convince everybody that all the sweetest letter ever that she just didn't read. It was an okay letter, and he read it in like a tomboy like Darcy well I hope this letter find. It's funny that you bring that up. Apparently, he is now releasing a book of Poems of course Homs poems that he has written Tom Poetry. If you will which I personally cannot wait to read what these poems are all about so anyways, we kind of I don't know. was there anything else that really stood out to you? The.

"Glad you're with us tonight. Brian great to have you. Let's jump right into Dame. I mean, I feel like this series is just so much about him with with his roots. And this is the farthest he's ever been Oakland's arenas closing down. How does he control and handle his emotions in a situation? Like this. He's very good to eat. I think he I think he is driven by emotions that yet at the same time. I'd ever feel like let's is emotions get the best of him. So he's he's mature beyond. His years has been poisoned the blazers. As is the case with most teams and their leader. You know, they take on a lot of the a lot of the character. And personality that he has so. I think they didn't get rattled yesterday. When they were down by seventeen in the second quarter, Denver Nuggets appear to be on their way, maybe to doing what most team to do in a game seven at home win. Events. And then all the way back and even though he didn't have a great shooting day. He did what what not always the case with the the best player on team. Sometimes those guys even if somebody else other teams game, they still kind of a waiting their turn to get their shots points and Dame's never been that way feces teammate, the seven, and he doesn't best to make sure that continues to hand until until four so. She got the job done from start to finish yesterday. And and David did his parts here there what he needed to? But it was great to win and up, you know. To this particular series. But I think he's excited about the fact that as you say this guy, doesn't it'd be a player, certainly the great northwest. No, what terrific player Damian is and has been, but it's kinda nice. Some maybe a casualty be the country get a chance to kinda see what David is all about. And maybe get some attention that maybe not previously up to this point. Yeah. Goss, I agree with that statement wholeheartedly. I mean, he has been the best kept secret in the NBA. I think for a long time. And I was also saying earlier, I think he might be one of the most sympathetic stars in the NBA partially for the reasons you just discussed, and you know, he's from the Pacific northwest. And sometimes he's been left out of all star games because of Paul and Westbrook and curry and and all of that. But then there's also this just who Damian Lillard is. He seems like he's become the face of the. Stay loyal to your team. And just try to beat the other guys. He he's he's become that guy. So do you find that? I was almost saying I don't know if your fans are going to be able to tend not like this guy the way you normally not like the opponent. That's coming in. Feel about Steve Kerr was a blazer for one. Sees remember that as a player, but and I remember Chicago when I was there covering the bowl. But, but you know, sometimes you try to develop a little agent for the people on the other team, and he got a series going on, you know, the simple of that. I like it. He just terrific personal all so you find it. You know? We'll maybe just like this guy that trouble doing it. I think you're right. David kind of the same way, he doesn't he's not arrested west is going to do something to tick you off and make you make it just like, but you know, he's gonna play the game the right way. And I think that you know, in kind of an era when we a lot of guys, you know, band together to form super team. He's more oil to the team that gave him attitude ready to go to the NBA. So he wants to be your life long laser. And we says it, you know, somebody I say that. But you don't know if they if they really mean it, but I think you can believe it when he says, and he's already breaking franchise records, and I'm sure if he sits healthy long enough chances baby before done, and I think he'd rather just, you know, stay with the team that drafted him and find ways to get other players to come and maybe be a part of that team as opposed to the former super team somewhere. So he's old-fashioned respects you've got to get an old soul. I think a lot of ways to. But you know, really is a guy that, you know, there's no I don't think the blazers over their fans could ask for any better person to be the of their franchise than what they've got with avian, the radio voice of the blazers. Brian whaler is with us tonight on these sports later, Brian. I certainly do need to ask this, even you know, Kevin Durant. Don't know what he's going to be there. But I know you in the blazers already here all of the thoughts and predictions that everyone has when this comes together this matchup. Everyone's like, okay. Well, that's that's not lose -able for the warriors. So how's the team receiving that? And realistically what what do you think their chances are here? Perspective. It's the best thing that can happen. I mean, this seems to respond best when nobody's giving them a bunch of a chance to do anything. So I think, you know, Davies seems when he looks on his shoulder, and I think the blazers being overlooked as a team that something that they rally around. And so I think they would expect nothing less, but you know to have the to me be favorites in in this series. And let's warriors taking them out of the playoffs. You know, if you know a couple of times, so it's not something that they have any bragging rights about about how they fared against the warriors in the playoffs. So it's gonna take a monumental effort by the blazers to find a way to win this series. That's for sure. But I think they go in with some confidence feeling that, you know, there's some things that they overcome, you know, this season that tells you that maybe, you know, there's a little destiny involved. And maybe you know, that'd be a positive light is shining down from somewhere there. There are Allah Evan or something. We'll ever the case. At this point. So why why do we have to stop here? Maybe you know, have that. Brian is Dame tired or what was your read on? Why he wasn't the same player in the Denver series that he was in the Oklahoma City series. I think you know, I think he got a lot of the same books that he had he'll go to city series. But, but maybe just whatever reason maybe maybe looks attention that. Time. You don't want to do as much as he did to to be the best player really medical series blazers. Probably overall, you know, whatever you can't try to. And I'm sure that you know, the words at the same thing again playoff series against the warriors. I imagine that I think is numbers would start to, you know, go back a little bit to what they were maybe in the Oklahoma City series. It probably going to have to and, you know, it's obviously great match with the backwards, and and in some ways probably cancel each other out. And so it'll come down to especially perspective wells can step up and help Damian CJ because I don't think that's the the brilliance of those guys are going to be up to win the series. But I just David it'll be fine. I think the last ever worry about is him shooting the ball or getting his points and even yesterday when the ball very, well, he still ended up with a triple double in the game and other team. But that's usually what he does. And his leadership is a concept. So they always don't worry about that. So Brian what else I think a lot of fans, especially those? Those who haven't followed the blazers allowed are sitting there going what what else is there especially with Nurkic out like like what what what is the blazers front court. And and what you know, you said those back courts, cancel each other out. So then if that's the case, what are one of the blazers relying on. That's why healthy Rodney hood, what's helping the series. He had a a quiet series against city. But he did a lot of very very good things in the Denver series. And I it was a big factor. Four overtime game for instance, stepped up and and was terrific overtime win that contest, maybe everybody. But whatever the case he was a big hill. And I think he's kind of a meanwhile, Cardi somebody that could went out and played in the finals before, and I think somebody that, you know, get help with the experience that he has. And he's been a great addition to the club and his canter, obviously is playing less than two percent with the that separated shoulder, but he's doing on weekends is up to help the cause as well. And I think that a little bit one of the blazers young players, and I think he does things with us couple of games against the nuggets. So. You know, they got the other that you know, has had to and so I think it's gonna come down to the blazers eating a lot of a lot of people yesterday. They're they're starting forwards and did not have great. I have to cut back in the second half, which is pretty unusual heartless came back into things out because of the second half. But those are two guys that very often parameters while the blazers play because you don't necessarily show what you're to get them every night. So when they do provide something especially in panda that usually that much more difficult to the fed, but they can't be any passengers on this on this blazer for the series this very willing. Participants all the way down the line of any chance to to take the series. Brian really time. We're looking forward to seeing you up here for a few days. Thanks so much for doing it. My pleasure anytime, Brian. We the radio voice of the Portland trailblazers. Joining us this evening coming up next. You know, he mentioned Seth curry their first second something I want to mention there. If you haven't heard how Sonya and Dell Curry are going to handle this series. We'll pass that along. And then can we talk about openers a little bit? I've gotten to the point where I'm curious as to why this is bothering everybody's so much. I just got a tweet. I said earlier I Vincent's gonna start for the giants tomorrow. They're going to experiment with openers and somebody responded immediately with the barf emoji gotta barf emoji on the Twitter tonight. So. Why bother you so much like let's let's get into that fundamentally. Why is that so offensive? So it Kamiar we can get into that. Mark with you on these sports later. Found KNB Artem night..

"Like I said we gotta make turnovers, and that's what we failed to do in the second half. And that's what hurt us the most by week and then Michigan here. Yes. So looking into the bye week trying to get some guys back healthy guys that we've lost you previous two weeks working hard studying Michigan real hard. And then we start big ten place. That's that's what we're working towards next off your timeshare problem. David kind of a somber place down here. A I think coach fits said something that I liked it. He said to the team that when it was all said and done we had still a chance to win at the end of the game. Yep. Still have a chance to win. And that's really a gift, you know, not giving up fight. Now, they give up a lot of chances all along the way. But at least they have a chance at the very end. Yep. And now they have a by week and try to forget about this was going to live with them for a little while. And they're going to be hearing a lot about it over the next several days. And well, that's the one thing that coach fit said to the team. He said, listen, it's the guys in this room that are gonna gonna make this work. We're gonna stick together because everybody else is going to jump off the boat. Yep. But it's right here in this room. So, hey, listen, we got Clayton. Thorson? We got a chance for more. Yep. Clayton. Boy looked so promising twenty one two three at halftime. And then everything kind of just went south a little bit. Yeah. Turnovers killed us. We're moving football pretty well. Pick six in the red zone. Then that fumble and the other one. So that's you know, stuff to win when they scored three defensive touchdowns had you planned you think coming into this game phone the ball more than fifty times in this game. Or was it just as apathy were giving you or they put too many guys in the box or just flow the game. That was just what was working for us as we kept doing. So I love having ball my hands. You know, obviously three those who relate to have back. Yeah. A little surprise in there. The guy knocked the ball at your hands. And there was a scramble the end zone for for a touchdown for Akron. Yeah. I gotta hold onto the ball. Especially now in these conditions late at night got hold onto the ball. There's no excuse for that. 'cause men an interesting comment to the team. He said the guys in this room are going to be the ones that pulse out of this thing and not anybody on the outside. What do you think about that comment? Yeah. He's exactly right. You know, we've done before we unfortunately, Doug ourselves in this whole before. And so we got to respond and come out. Well, no, we will. But I'm like what he said. It's comes from within our team. Okay. Let's throw a little positive about this. You have five hundred over five yards of offense. And you also got a lot of receivers back in play. Either must have been seven or eight guys that caught catches tonight. That's that's a promising stat right there. Yeah. I think the receivers played great like you said went up and caught the ball and had a lot of fifty balls that we caught that we didn't catch last game. We got this game. It's really proud of them. I think that group did crate you up when you rolled out and threw it to bend scrawny. It was just a rainbow. An exactly what you're thinking. Okay. I just gotta get it up there. And he's gonna go get it. Exactly. Right. You know, you gotta give the big man, you know, just room to work, and he did a great job Camelot tonight to camp green. You're tied in. Yeah. He did awesome. He's been a great great for us all off season and last year as well. When Garrett went down a little bit. And so I was really good to see him doing. Well is good to see again. Then get back into the mix. Again, he'd been a little slow on the receptions. But tonight he had a big night. Yeah. Know he's been taking him away. And enjoy guys got loose. And you know, I think that a little ebb and flow and he got into the game plan today. And so he did a great job for Jeremy Larkin seemed like he was just like an like an animal tonight. He always does. So really happy for him. Okay. We'll see in a couple of weeks. Thank you. Dave. We're finished from here. All right. Thank you, thirty nine thirty four Akron wins. It more of our northwestern medicine post game in a moment. This is north western football, presented by wintrust traffic..

"Did he say just like a tweet about pizza? So. Yeah, it was about the issues. So you know the tweet. Oh, yeah. Okay. Believe me I I can't frigging sleep. I think about that. Got how it got retreated by Kim Kardashian talk about this privately because I have the same problem. So we should sidebar on this later. The tweet has changed him. Yeah, of course changed. All of it was about pizza. If I recall correctly also putting the president on blast the president and my wrong about that. Well, it was putting the government on blast. Yes, gun stuff. Okay. So whoever put on blast for that, I don't know. Has it scared you to be getting this much attention for the Twee? I don't know. I imagine it's changed everything. I'm not getting attention. That's the problem. The actress and you used to get attention from him and now he's giving to himself. Yes, would have been nice for him. I know she didn't do this to end the could reply to the p the tweet and plug your soundcloud, which I notice he has not done. That could be don't as my sound cloud reps. Yes. Okay. That's thank you for researching me to that degree. Yeah. No, that's a good idea. Can you ask him to do that? For me, we don't have that kind of relationship. You don't know such a good idea and it came from you so organically that I feel like if you could ask him that that would be a big deal for me in my rat when I went to Sean many Gulf birthday party me and chef Kevin were in the last group caboose in the caboose and and Dave showed up kind of late and so and we are group was not very big. It was the two of us group the two of us and Kevin's lady friend and Mitch. So that was cool. It was good. Have Mitch, they're stoke. Yeah. And so by, Dave showed up and he makes Mitch from the Doboy. Mid from, yeah, from dill boys. Yeah. Which from alone together dot live, mid from the alone together pilot. Oh, that's true. But I just wanna make sure because you say a lot of bad things about the dove weights. And then you just said you were with Mitch, like it was a book in Doboy. He's, he is our enemy. I about, I love them. You know, it's opposite of love is in different. Yeah. And and David kind of skip our group and he and you were there kind of go one group ahead of us, which is already a lot of people people he's more comfortable with. I like I get it has to be what happened. Yeah. But when you're saying, am I the guy to tell him to plug your soundcloud cloud in the in the reply? No, I think that's more of a dirt more play. You know. Laze in that group that he seems to be closer to. Here's the thing right now, we have to decide someone's doing it for me Sean, if you wanna do it, Kevin's mom, I think I think as you came up with the idea so organically, and this would be a huge deal for me if it was something I could just say like, hey, Dave, can you do this? I would, but I can't why we have this. Some of the wraps. I don't perform live yet. It's I know I, it's just. Very heavily in where Lear edited, just listen to them. "Once you get can work with, they can get anyone can get it there. Yep. There's no way that the risk is stop the poor. Only the pork. Stop the poor. So far. Movie the pork and stop. The thing that is, I mean, like technically theory is, is that there are no road blocks in America, right? There is no, there is no thing where women are hill. Women is people color hill. 'cause then there's, there's the rare unicorns that are able to work their way up and they try to pretend like the circumstances for that person could be the same for everybody else because those people were in luck because you know what my answer, white man was Irish. They came over head. Nothing started from the ground up, you know, like they weren't from here, but you know what they were from here. So it was one of those tricky things. My giving me the three lesson about how your ancestors came over at your, your indigenous to America, whereas like nobody wasn't seven native Americans who we don't even talk about, but we don't wanna talk about native Americans anymore. Man was when we add in the movie, the phone call. He cost. He calls them up. He starts talking to the, you're just what we're looking for. You know you have that really funny scene. That's in the trailer where where everybody's just like turning in like looking at him as he's like, spouting all these racial epithets and they're just like, and then he hangs up. The first thing is I was like, did you just use your real name? I love that. I want to say Spike Lee did something in this movie that no he was going to do is I know we never really talked about the white actors and movies, but I do want to talk about Adam driver. Yeah. And what is like being a Jewish guy? Because I think it's like when we get to ending spike Lilley has a transition of the chance from the movie, transitioning into the chance from Charlottesville Asher, which is slurs against Jews. And so innocent here in this toll stocking white guy who is Jewish who wears a star, David, where's the star, David kind of deal with the KKK because you don't know how takes here in new things about him as well. Right. Well, they have a brilliant, have color brilliant scenes with him. There's a throwaway line where he's, he's, he's going to be the white, Ron stallworth and the, you know, I mean, that's seen as great. We're talking, we learn how to talk like him. Ron talks wider. No, you gotta do this. You gotta do this and then they're like practicing, whatever. And then when he leaves, oh, you gotta you gotta take off the necklace and he's like, this isn't a Jew necklace. It's Dr. Star, david. But I think I was so funny about that was like the guy who said necklace one didn't realize that that was super offensive, but then also Adam driver like, I don't think I'm dare was even offended. He was. He was just like, what are you talking about like this? The storm team it and like he kind of even didn't realize like no dude, like only Jewish people wear that, which he never really thought of himself as Jewish, which is one of the first things when he gets to the kid. K the real racist one goes, I think he's Jewish. He's probably where he says, he's probably wearing star David Wright, and they check. And they're they have. I mean, this is keeping ahead but just in the context of this vein, like they have conversation also shot beautifully because they're kind of like they have like their backstory each other a little bit. You know, like they're like they're facing the opposite way. And then he's just like, you know, oh, because there was an earlier scene. There was an earlier scene where Ron stallworth said, like, why are you? You know, you should be in this. You should much skin in the game of this as I do like they hate Jewish people to and he's like, they don't hate me whatever. And he's like, look, just because you can pass, doesn't mean you know, they don't hate you. And he said the same thing like stalwarts. I mean, because. Drivers or something. And he goes to get a lot lifespan African Americans, blacks making pass until something happens with the kit..

"He did to America when he got on the scene, which is, you know, I guess in the early seventies, the idea of racist was maybe my redneck beer belly guy. David kind of this what makes him so evil? He of rebranded racism. He's very well-spoken, very intelligent man who kinda used it for the wrong purposes and put a new face on racism, so became more palatable to more people. Yeah. One thing that they talk about in the movie is how he was the guy who wasn't wearing his robes in public wasn't saying the n. word in public. It was Pursued a suit on on. looks great. Yeah, you know, a lot of the man is do so much research. It was like best day in my life. I get a call from Spike Lee, you're my guy. I mean, it's like really, you wait your career. He's an evil man, but it's a really juicy, wonderful role. Reaction. We told you what the role was. I know I knew I look, I wanted the role, so to get it was like amazing. And then I kind of looked at my wife and I don't like this the worst next month in my life because it's. I read his autobiography, which is Liz. Yeah, it's called my awakening. It's hard to even get a hold of when you walk into Barnes and noble and say, like to book like, no, we don't carry that. Yeah, that's one you get on Amazon Amazon going. Did you mean to order. You know the modern day, mind, calm, but I wanted to read it. It's it is. It is autobiography is more kind of his belief system and his arguments, and it was a really thick book and very just overwhelmingly negative to read. And I watched a lot of films interviews of his from the seventies and listen to his radio show. And the most helpful thing was he was on a couple of episodes of Donahue in the early eighties, and that's why I really pinpointed what I think is so evil about him is that they were doing a him when the show started because he's the grandmaster the klu Klux Klan this audience, three hundred people or something. And then by the end of the episode, he they weren't with him, but they like he figured them out a little bit. Yeah. And you know, on those episodes of to your point, he used the terms. Make America great again and America. First allot really jumps out when you're watching it. I mean on who else is watching. Eight episodes of the timing of yet, but it really jumps out if you're watching two thousand seventeen and listening to the radio show, reading the book and watching that did you start to get some idea of how he seduces people who otherwise might not be led into this kind of an ideology and how he rationalize it to the point of being almost acceptable for people. Yeah, and that's what was so scary. Is that. He was the sea change. I think that brought us in many ways to where we are today and you know, he's in the end of the film Trump's in the end of the film and. Look, I was really. Nervous is the wrong word. I don't wanna play David Duke in a movie. I don't want to do like a TV movie of the week about David, David, Duke story. I only want to play David Duke in a Spike Lee joint where he's saying he's not just saying one thing. He's saying many things, and it was the only person that I would have felt safe this before I met spike just new reading. The script is a great role, but there's only one person you can do it with. Yeah, I can imagine. And one thing that's interesting about this film that I liked is David Duke is at once both the villain in the movie, and he's also sort of the butt of the joke was a walk that tight wrote so brilliant about spike is that none of those guys not to give anything away about the film, but none of the guys are cool. Yeah, which is which is I've seen movies where maybe not white supremacist, but the bad guys have some element of you can see where somewhere someone thinks they might be cool. And it was so great about the script and spike road on it. And also we talked about this a lot in her cels is that..
