"Mike Donald Trump showed the political establishment how things can really get done. If you truly want to change. You want to bring a better America Make America great from the mid For the minute, he said. That slogan people were were a dog in him. Like your last color. We are extremely upset with this situation there 72 million of us out here. I got it. And I'm gonna say to my fellow Americans what I try to impart to my my Children to my kids. Don't be consumed with anger. Don't let anger and rage Take your eye off the ball. Don't get distracted. Keep things in perspective. The fight is on. We gotta fight. Like we're like we've never fought before we need to have we should appreciate the efforts. Election transparency for the media to mock that when you when you hear a pundits say, Oh, you know it's it's crazy, and if Hillary did this, we'd be upset. Reject that. You know better. You know, 2020 isn't a convince Ah, lot of the conventional establishment Pundits are used to the establishment. They're used to the status quo. They hate the status quo. Being challenged. And is the other caller said. That's the whole nature of the trump presidency. That's why they hate him. I can't believe the status quo has been challenged the way he challenged it. They cannot believe the institutional environment they're comfortable with. Has been upended. So when you hear You know, pundits who say all if this had been big Biden, we're doing this. We'd be upset. Here's what I know. If the shoe was on the other foot, the media would be taking these claims of election interference and fraud real seriously. I mean, I heard for four years that Donald Trump was a Russian agent named Boris. Heard that Boris and Natasha infiltrated the White House and corrupted the Trump administration. That's what the media said in the pages of The New York Times and the Wall Street, all of them Washington Post. Russia. Was impacting our election. So now that we're in a year Where people who hate voter I d laws should back and say it's perfectly fine to have you know millions of millions of ballots mailed in, you know, cause a cove id. We're just supposed to accept it and say Thank you, sir. May I have another? Well, Americans aren't going to do that. And Normal Americans. Have a right to be concerned. And if you check if you disagree with me, please. We'll put you to the top of the line. 806 55, Mike, Let's start with Sarah. Sarah. Welcome. How are you? Fine. Thank you. I'd like to say what is happening now has been happening, but it didn't hit the presidency and all the Republicans. She never abandoned our president. And there is some good Democrats wake up and say This should be to the bitter end. Well, I like that. Your your point about why people are abandoning the president. Now, after ostensibly supporting him for four years, why are you bailing now? Why would you listen? Defer to him and his legal team and they're fighting and they're fighting diligently, just like Trump fought for four years, Just like he fought during the 2016 campaign Now you want now you want to bail I don't think so. David Europe a David welcome aboard. Hey, Hey, look, nobody lost his job. Thank you very much. And we miss you in upstate New York Brother Miss the upstate as well. Miss upstate New York a lot. Thank you. Yeah. I got a question for you, Mike because I listened to every day. I don't understand what's going on because I need to get into old or life has passed me by. Women are being beaten. Children are being beaten. Verbally abusive threats Candace owns was on TV the other night there. Actually, she's got death threats against us. Why? Why are the Republicans not mad as hell? Well, most are I mean, the people I know are people like you are good, solid. Americans who love their country are furious on. That's why I'm cautioning you not to let your anger cloud your faith. Don't make it be. Just don't let it be destructive. We don't do what they do. We don't attack diners who are sitting outside the Willard Hotel. We don't throw fireworks at them and assault them. We don't punch people in the face walking, trying to get on the subway. You want to hear what's going on in New York City with the violence in the streets of New York right now, and guess what it is. It is as blatant any cop will tell you. Some woman got thrown in front of a subway the other day by some random person on the platform. Thank goodness she had the wherewithal to like, tuck her body under the approaching train, and she wasn't killed. Ah, Broadway actor was punched in the face the other day fractured his eye socket eye socket. It was a stranger just hit him. You know in the mouth now are in the in the eye. Now I you either pretend that isn't happening or we face it head on, and we face it with a resolve. That this is the greatest. This is still the greatest country in the world and we're going to do better and we're going to we're going to persevere. We're gonna win. Hang in there. Thank you. 806. 55 Mike Ruth, You're on the Mike Gallagher show. Hi, Ruth. All right, Mike, I love your show. Thank you, Ruth. I appreciate that. I just wanted to tell you. I wake up every day and serious with the way that they have tried to get President Donald Trump out of that. Office out of the presidency from the very beginning because he tried to show the truth and all their dirty little eyes and open their little can of worms. I should say big can of worms and you know, my own son won't talk to me because I love Donald Trump, Just Well, it's my mind. I know. But you got your butt, Ruth. But here honestly, and I know what you tell your son. Even if you disagree politically, you tell your son you keep fighting. You keep your head up. You stay true to your beliefs. And and you understand that goodness will prevail. And Ruth this time we'll pass. This too shall pass. You know, as this virus is reportedly surging throughout America. We're advisor today is going to the FDA to get emergency authorization to distribute the vaccine. Good. That's something that operation warp speed. Uh, present Completed it was operation Warp speed was the Trump Administration. So as we're worried about Corona virus as we're stressed about the election Um, this chapter is going to pass, but we've got to keep fighting for truth. There's no downside in fighting for truth. And the truth is, if there was election fraud, it needs to be uncovered. So take a moment today. Take just a quick moment and do something spiritually. And I have I got the idea for you. I've got a prayer that we're going to sponsor over 3000 kids in our Angel Tree campaign, which is the prison fellowship ministry that delivers a Christmas present to a child whose mom or dad? He's in prison is incarcerated were like 2800 and 50. Kids were about 150 Children away from getting to 3000. That'll just be our first week of the campaign. Prison Fellowship is a ministry that is truly truly a Christ centered and shares God's love with Children whose parents were incarcerated and I'm so Grateful for the generosity of this audience. The most generous listening audience in the.

Yeah, We've had a literally hundreds of kids we've brought in and take him through the museum every veteran's day. We've done it for a number of years, but this year cold it kinda interfere with our with our plans. So what we did is we got with John writer and I have the very good fortune of thanking you for your involvement to narrate this. But we're going to an Internet based Uh, Class review of the museum and very specific elements in the hero's museum, and we're going to be doing this in modules every year in the form of a video that we can distribute over the Internet. That's beautiful. You know what and you're right. I am going to be doing that. I was asked to do it and it is my absolute honor. It's one of the great Honor said I've had bestowed upon me as a broadcaster. Well, I certainly want thankyou, Frank. Your involvement is it's paramount. The success of this project and I'm looking forward to Ah, being able to support this not only this year, but ensuing years. And we'll open this thing up to Ah international audience. David and I hope that happens. Michigan Heroes Museum tried out there on Vice Street. It's Ah Will you pronounce it Weiss? W E I I SS on that. That angle's right north. Let's see Herbie northeastward, right? Around the Christmas Village Christmas. Phillip Connor's Yes. Right behind brothers. This is a good way to put it. So you had down Vice ST there and you'll see it. You can't miss that will be on your left. And it's a wonderful, wonderful place there. Yes, exactly right. And inside. You have some of the greatest stories you'll ever come across in your life promised David. Thank you. Thank you for the call. And your support of the Michigan Heroes Museum really appreciated. What a delta Township here and Tom, you're on the Frank Beckmann show. Good morning to you. Morning, Frank. Thank you for taking my call. Pleasure, sir. You know them as the Michigan Citizen. I would liketo apologize. Do Ah, President Trump on behalf of Governor Whitmer for her, not taking or thanking him and his Justice Department for what they did in relation to her kidnapping. You know, it's unfortunate she did what she did. So, Mr Trump, please accept Governor Whitmore's apology on my behalf and thank you very much. And Frank. I hope to see you with the U. M MSU game on Halloween. How about that? Michigan? Michigan State on Halloween? Who would've fuck it. But you know what? I know. At least they're coming back. That's the good part of it. So you know if if the lady is dressed up his Widmer probably nothing will be said if they try to get in. Oh, yes, they will, because, you know That's that symbol that the people of her political slant war back in the forties in Europe was was not one to forget any time soon. Hey, thanks for the call, really appreciate it. On. We'll keep a lot more of your calls coming up here to 808 590957 on the Frank Beckmann Show the rest of the way. Let's try to sneak in one more really real quick, and I believe we're going out to Sterling Heights right now. Robert, are you there? Yes, I am. Frank, you're on fire. They would have seen the things time and time and time again. We don't wait 24 to 48 hours when the facts come up before we can consenting And that's exactly what the governor did in our rush to condemn Donald Trump and make it to the microphone. Of it. We found out things like some of your college. Butt out that Daniel hairs is actually plant black lives matter. Protestors. She actually didn't inform the Legislature that there was a plot to kidnap. Maybe even kill people. That is agreed just to say something like that. And what it reminds me of an episode of Seinfeld, where George Costanza is trying to get out of the house is on fire, and he's kicking people out of the way and knocking over kids and older people. But at least he yelled fire to give everyone a chance to get out. She didn't even do that. That she was in such a rush to get that microphone and condemn Trump for what he did. And she has been so political Frank even before this actually lost all credibility with her gas tax initiative that she Acclimate, same debate. Well, yeah, we could have been nothing to meet way learned how much she lied to us during the campaign and its there's no other way to put it. That's what she did. And I think that plays on her credibility now and quite frankly. It should. That's Ah. You know, you expect the truth from your politicians, Your really ders and the governor is the leader of our state. So I think she owes us at least the truth. I agree with you there. Thank you for the call. Robert really appreciated 808 590957. That's her number on the Frank Beckmann show and we'll get more of your.

"Are. Yes, it is here. The gloves are off. I told you on Friday, they would be and the left has gone that crap crazy. They are making it very clear. That there will be violence like never seen before. If, in fact, the GOP replaces against birds before Election Day, they're staying over our dead bodies will burn it all down. And not only will they burnt the cities down there talking about burning down the halls of Congress. It even goes further than that. Uh, Democratic leadership, including AOC is threatening Nancy Pelosi. Threatening impeachment. We will impeach again. We have if we have to impeach the president every day will impeach what? And then we just heard Barack Obama in 2016 saying Wait a minute. Constitutionally. I have the right even in an election year. He's saying that that was his last year and remember the whole, you know the argument back and forth and debates back and forth regarding his nomination process for Supreme Court. So what happened? Oh, I'll tell you what happened. Donald Trump's president and Ginsburg died and now they don't want the power shift on the Supreme Court to be conservative, and they're going to do everything that they can To stop that, and we got a lot to talk about in terms of Ginsberg's dying wish and so much bull crap. I mean, I could say I feel like I'm back in Fresno, California, where I grew up, and I'm smelling all the dairy's the fresh manure from the dairy's. You know that potent smell. That's what I smell when I hear the Democrats line. Through their teeth. Let's go to our busy calls, and you could decide what's going on. And what we should do. First up tonight. Is David Europe first. Welcome to the program. David, are you with me? I'm with you. Can you hear me? Ok, I can hear you. Perfect. Thank you. Welcome to the show. Yeah, thanks for having me and you know, it was kind of a lot of things going on. But chance to your question. I do You think it's going to be a civil unrest? I think it would be. I don't know how long it'll last. If it gets out of hand. There's a lot of people and I'm talking Mexican families, people that I know that they're not going to stand for somebody coming down their yard and shooting guns, including and They're not gonna stand for it. We just agree. There's a lot I know. I know. I know I'm not that's for sure. Yeah, exactly were pretty quiet. But you know, you pushed us all in a quarter, then you're asking for, you know, but you know, pitbull activity and that's what's gonna happen to you, man. My biggest fear is that if the Democrats win, I feel that China will not be held responsible. I feel the Middle East that Trump puts so hard to put together and others are wanting to join. I think that'll fall apart. I think Russia will take more advantage of of Ukraine and other cities. Um, sorry, but other countries like that that they have been taking advantage of four years and I feel we're going to just slip right back into old Obama years. And that's our biggest threat right there. If we know, I try to talk to people and say You can't see what I'm seeing. I don't understand why people can't see what I'm seeing. It's really obvious, but they hate trump so much that they're willing to give up their soul. Really. Because of their hate, You know, I just can't. Right, Right. Great song. Great First call, David. You know, I'm gonna ask you this, You know, kind of money. You know what kind of funny to write it like the democrats Just off the wall here, Just like they want your whole bunch of kung fu movies Where everybody on their last dying breath, you know, like this. This is Gilbert. She goes and says, Oh, Grasshopper, you know, avenge me, You know, I don't know. Nobody does that when they're dying. No, no, It just seems funny to me. I was like I was That's like, late night kung fu movies already, you know, right? That's a Yeah, I love that that That was good that you think anybody there. They're worried about their family. They write about their relationship with God. They're not gonna worry about avenging me. Grass offers, you know. Many that I appreciated. Comment. Well, I'm glad I took you first tonight. I appreciate it, bro. Thank you. Have a good night. I needed that laugh. I d'oh I could just envision. And I know exactly who he's talking about. A lot of these come from karate movies. You know the end? Yes. And avenge me. Avenge me. Ginsberg wasn't doing that. Even the president has come out today. I don't know how likely. I mean, think about it. Some are going to get upset and say, Steve, you're poking fun. I'm gonna be honest with you on Friday. As I said, I.

"Edition of the show 7022575396. Is how you end the conversation. Let's go and get you some calls. First up tonight is David David Europe first welcome to the program. Hey, How's it going? I'm good. Thank you. Colin Kaepernick came out something about the Rianna Taylor thing that it's you know, racism in the system. Whatever, applaud whatever you're stealing, he said the white supremacists. That's what he said The white supremist institution off policing must be abolished, especially now due to the grand jury decision to Brianna Taylor. Writing. It occurred me and and this is exactly what occurred me. He's here to play football in 15 years. Whatever atleast you know, any police department in the country would have taken him in and said, You know what? Or take you in that you could be a community outreach. You can show us how to do it. Show us the way lead by example. Show us what we're doing wrong. Any Any police department would have done that. But did he do that? No, he sits there. And you know why? Because he doesn't. He doesn't want to fix this system, his idols or shape of R US and Fidel Castro and well, he's profiting off. He's profiting off of all of this. That's exactly he's making more money now than he did in football, not looking. His heroes. Heroes killed more black and brown people in an afternoon. In one afternoon than our races gentle system does in 10 years. Capital IQ is Kaepernick is ajoke Number one. He was a substandard quarterback. I think we all can agree with that. You know, Here's what's funny games. Let's take it even lets take it even a step further. Kaepernick is hailed as a hero for taking a knee to worthless scumbags as you just mentioned who they are, but Tim Tebow When he was taking any to God. He was ridiculed, laughed at and told to stop. And that just tells you where our society that and this is why we're unfortunately were in very big trouble. Because we've got the wrong wrong people above us. You know, you mentioned something earlier about the about how Ah People don't want to take responsibility or they don't want to be only the subject. What was the word you used? Insurance if they don't want to be submitted authorities right And here's why they don't want to submit because if they admit that they have to admit that there is something higher above them, and in their mind, there is nothing above them. They are the highest individuals in the universe. There you go. There you go. There's nothing to submit to you when you're the highest, you're the highest being in the universe. There's nothing to submit. That's why many of them subscribe to Freemasonry. That's why many of them submit to being in the Illuminati. Many of them submit Tio this new age Universal. The universe says this hugging mother Earth. All the ridiculousness of their group becomes Number one. And if you don't listen to them and what they do well, then you're wrong. Death. God, they have made their in tempting to make themselves like God. Which, of course they can't do that. So, David, you hit it on the head, man. I mean, that. Who? Everything You said. In a nutshell. Is the problem period? I appreciate the call, bro. Thank you. Yeah. I mean, I couldn't have said it better myself. I mean, that's the problem. I mean, I think you'll agree right friends. That is the problem utilizing Kaepernick for an example for a moment as David brought up, this is exactly what he said. That the white supremacist institution of policing so all of a sudden policing is white supremacy. How many cops are in this audience? Oh, you know, there's tons. There's retired cops that listen to the show. Right now. There are metro. There are cops right now sitting at lunch in their cop car in their squad car and they've got the Steve Sanchez show on because I know they call. You know what I know of many cops came home today after their shift, and they know that this station This show Steve Sanchez more than any other show in the Valley. No question about it supports the police. Supports the police defends the police honors the police to the highest level possible. I'm not saying other shows don't love the police. I'm not saying other shows don't support the people simply support the police. But I guarantee you, you take a survey of 1000 metro cops and you ask him about shows in town, and I guarantee you those they had Steve Sanchez. You know why? Because you hear it in my voice, You know, like it's not theatrics. It's not entertainment. I'm not in here. Just trying to entertain you. This is true. This is what I believe This is my passion. I believe in the honor system, I believe in submission to authority. And we don't have that. We've got chaos. We've got unrest, and that's what we have in America today, and this is why the damn Democrats in 2012 at their then convention literally took God out of their platform three times they were asked. And three times they denied God out of their platform. So you tell me who the lawless Political party is and who the law and order political party is. It's very apparent when you see the fruits of their decisions, their ideology, their belief systems what they allow Without provocation. This is nuts. I don't hear anybody. Nor did I see any well protest over the little boy. That was shot point blank in the head by a radical black lives matter Activists. Well, Steve, you don't know if he was part of the black lives matter. Well, I'll tell you this. He's sure his crap was performing to that type of lunacy. A little kid on his tricycle. Did anybody burn cities down for that? But anybody burn cities down for that. Did anybody burned cities down for the day? I mean, my God 121 people were murdered in Louisville last year in 70% were young black men. I don't remember looting. I don't remember riots..

Nobody does that wonder dying? No, no, it just seems funny to me. I was like I was That's like, late night kung fu movies already, you know, Right? That's a Yeah, I love that all. That was good thinking. Anybody there. They're worried about their family. You're right about their relationship with God. We're not gonna worry about avenging me, Grasshopper, You know, off the wall, the baby that I appreciated comment. Well, I'm glad I took you first tonight. I appreciate it, bro. Thank you. Have a good night. Ah, I needed that laugh. I d'oh I could just envision. And I know exactly who he's talking about. A lot of these comfort karate movies. You know the end Yes, and avenge me. Avenge me. Ginsberg wasn't doing that. Even the president his commands, and I don't know how likely. I mean, think about it. Some are going to get upset and say, Steve, you're poking fun. I'm gonna be honest with you. On Friday. As I.

"Of ABC News. He's apparently the face of David Europe. David Muir is the nightly news anchor wise. George Stephanopoulos out there, there. Anybody who says we don't get enough, George Stephanopoulos. He already posted. Good morning America. It's good Morning America. That's ABC. Five days a week, and then they got him on Sundays when he decides to show up to do this week with George Stephanopoulos. Is there somebody going? You know what We need seven looks at George. We're going to get anywhere in this world. We need 1/7 Look at George Stephanopoulos. And it just seems like something. The the news anchor. I should do. But George George is apparently more important than that. David Muir, the liberal, but he doesn't have the history of working in a Democratic administration, donating to the Clinton charities and all that stuff. Just seemed like they should have probably gone with somebody else for a least cover, But they didn't because thoughts like that don't occur. The liberals when they're all liberals, liberals, a liberal, they're interchangeable plug and play. And George was out there with a group of undecided voters. We were told at the Constitution Center in Philadelphia. Nice to see human beings in a room together as much as they were socially distanced in some of the people stood up. Tried to speak through their masks. That was, I mean, you've just been tested. Everybody in the room has been tested. He can't get into the room with the President, United States without being tested. It's a pretty safe bet. That you are not infected with covert 19, But hey, what you gonna do? So they're all standing up there asking their questions and all the questions were all about. Well, what you gonna do for me? Here's my sad tale of woe. I'm undecided. I have voted for Hillary last time, but I'm undecided. I voted. My favorite one was. I voted for Jill Stein last time, but I'm undecided like you're going to go from Green Party to G. I don't know what I'm going to Dio. I don't really think that's I don't think the vetting process at ABC News was really all that thorough. It was people who claimed to not have not know who they're going to vote for this time. Even the people who voted for Trump last time they'd stand up and ask some ridiculous left wing question because there's no way To test any of this stuff. You can't know how somebody actually voted. Just have to take their word for it. One guy stood up. And gave a speech that you could have been, you might as well have been a keynote speaker at the Democratic National Convention. And it's something you hear from the left all the time. Now, In fairness to this guy they claimed to have been a Jill Stein voter, The Green Party back in 2016. But the idea that he's a persuadable voter Doesn't really passed the last test. When you vote for Jill Styling? Well, I could I voted for the socialist lunatic last time. And I could be convinced to vote for the conservative this time is not a journey that most people take inside of four years without something dramatic happening, and they have You know significant shifts and immediately they're they're true believers. There's no if G. I could go for the other Socialist or the conservative. He stood up. He wanted to know you haven't be a black guy. He wanted to know when America was ever great. He was offended by make America great again and the concept of somebody being offended. Make America great again. And this has been a liberal conspiracy theory that the media you gotta love this. They have been going off for the last month or so. On this. Q and on stuff Q and a group or a person or whatever it is But it's this. It's billed as a conspiracy theory that the world is under attack from pedophiles, Satanists or something like that. I don't care enough to look it up. But that's the gist of it there. No, my goodness. There's all these pedophiles everywhere. And you kind of think that the way the Democrats have defended that movie cuties on Netflix, the fervor with which they have defended that movie that there might be something to that. But they are The media is now obsessed with that. They're trying to paint every Republican some sort of weird conspiracy theorists and you want to talk about conspiracy theories. There's one for you right there. But there's another one that is, you know that America was never great. America was awful. And when Donald Trump said, make America great again There's a left wing conspiracy that he was really speaking in code. He's using code words to little dog whistles to racist to Donald Trump's racist supporters that don't worry, Wink wink nod nod. We are going to make sure minorities were in their place, and that's what make America great again means now this only works on people. We're so brainwashed is to think that this country was never great that this country is incapable of greatness that this country is so founded and rooted on ungrateful that it can never, ever achieve greatness. And those people are not Never going to vote for Trump. So how this guy managed to get into this town hall. Is a testament to the lack of seriousness of the producers at ABC News in the screening process. Listen, there's two clips here. They're both about a minute long of this exchange. This guy first asked the question. Of the president. The president addresses it with some statistics and some proof, and you've got to remember where we were before the Corona via its lowest black unemployment rate ever recorded. In our country's history since they started keeping the data And this guy is just not having any of it. Cut one. Go ahead. You've coined the phrase Make America great again..

I just wanna know if he's okay. eight five five two one two four two two seven you know I I I suppose you know if this is all about money that clearly paints him in the a poor light. most things that I find you know when their behavior like that can't just simply be explained by money clearly this latest thing it is more explicable asking for his release could be more explicable I think that's one of the reasons he wanted out of Pittsburgh was the lack of guaranteed money out and now he's guarantees are being taken away in Oakland yeah. but. the ups the downs that the. all sorts of who who can possibly explain what's going on with this guy eight five five two one two four two two seven enter in Michigan Andrew you're up next year on CBS sports radio what's going on hi Mister Lambert how are you good how are you good I'm actually a Pittsburgh Steelers fan and just give them a burglar for so long but that part of me wants to laugh at it but at the same time it's kind of sad just to see what happen within those it son more than money I think this son of personal life that's causing it you know and I hope you get settled life back together most importantly but do you think if he does get released as any team going to sign him ever. I mean I I wouldn't put it past any team but I said this yesterday and I've I merely thought I I look stupid right because I said yesterday owner on a different show I said on that I I I I I don't think it's out of the question he never plays the NFL get and then also as I always play Monday and I'm like well that looks stupid and then all the sudden I'm back to thinking out he may never play in the NFL again err yeah I I I I don't think any of us can know for sure with the situation it so fluid and so wild and and and out there it's it's a a tough thing to to process. David in Abilene Texas David Europe next year on CBS sports radio what's going on Dave. robin I just heard the news I just woke up you broke the news to me thanks for taking my phone call us tell your producer on through on the Steelers fan and we seen this movie last year now I'm waiting around I hope he's not mentally sick this is like some type of act like just trying to make about meaning the I'll be so disappointed was disappointed with Antonio last year but it was just an act robin how can somebody you know make this Tanpa money is still not be a company man but and now right now I'm just a loss for words like everybody else in our yeah but I'm not your situation played for the Steelers now the raiders and looks like that's not even gonna happen so I mean it's like you were to say it's just an ad for like the thirty million dollars think here usually at one end any pretenses of being an actor work when you're risking thirty million dollars that's another red flag to me that you. yeah maybe the money you know I stand corrected I agree with you and. do not mourn his agent or maybe a family member switched at the end you know I don't see anything happen to the guy but you know at the same time you know of of you can take this trap of money down the Steelers have still been there from last year yet but it and this can last words like yes robin. yes it is. inexplicable situation it really is arm. I'd like please do it always I know it right Clark said if he got his money would be like this and and and it seem very pression a lot of ways but I I just can't imagine it was this. it was this. the money thing I actually I mean I understand the hesitancy to get on the field with a guaranteed money in the NFL but. you combine that with everything that led up to it. Eddie in Knoxville Tennessee and your up next on CBS sports radio. hi man having on. how are you. here's what I got to say Antonio brown is definitely got a problem. but also the raiders they are right there getting because anything what the story was last year and they signed today so they're getting what they deserve. I don't thank you I think you can go out and buy three college receivers or can million dollars apiece and there are a lot better job than what he's doing he's not the only one that can do this job. well that's not true though the guy is a great player right like I mean he's a great player on does that. there's not other guys who can just do what he does it he's one of the best who's ever lived at doing what he does. okay wanted flight well yes I wonder the bright that's not what I'm saying. that's not my argument. I understand it it's just like if you had a player if you plan a if you're paying somebody thirty million dollars and he's not showing up or do or you work any random but again million dollars a show up every day and won't and desire what they're doing which one would you go that I look I'm not arguing about his behavior or his reliability I I'm I'm just I'm at his ability he's pro is a but his abilities been proven. his.

"As part of our mother's day tribute when we took the trip to Israel. You went with us didn't June. No, I did not when we went to Israel. There was a lot of people that went with us a lot of city employees. I paid my own way know paid a pretty close about five grand ago pays for all these people to go from the work for the mayor's office in the Mary himself and his entourage. Who pays that on? Not sure the has an ultra, but the funds for the tourism for international trade all come from hot taxes, even though as a sitting should accounts member mine was paid everyone else that work for the city's was paid out of that fun. Yes, sir. Okay, citizens PANA tension to that. David europe. They then when I heard you say more, Sean, I was like all that little devil. I know he did that was my as he's a good kid. He's hickory. Father. But I want to say that I want to give tribute. Thanks, take about a my mom raised me. Macchia sisters without our fathers, three thirty. I five and our, you know, working two jobs getting up walking award just doing everything. Have you? You know that kinda of it's it's it's in a mansion. The way that a woman does. But you know, we we do our children. We do we need to form. And my mom taught me to be a man that can almost be good enough to be a mother. You know? If you think about all the news stories, the adulation, the focus on different behaviors and things in society. How far have we come? How far have we strayed from reinforcing? The one thing that every person can be and should be an for a healthy functioning society must be. And it's the one thing that we spend almost no time on I'll bet if you googled the term mother right now, you would probably your first ten stories would be mother leaves child and hot car mother. Does this wrong mother? Does this wrong mother? Does this wrong? Mother turns tricks or does strip dances while kid out in car that that's what makes the news. When when a mother, you know goes to buy crack and leaves her. Kid in the middle of the street that that's a story will write about. But where is the focus on the very things that provide the stability of the family? Where where do young people here? Young people who were them selves going to become mothers. Where do they hear the reinforcement of the value of being a good mother? We hear the reinforcement of the value of make yourself happy. We hear the reinforcement of the value of do what you wanna do not want. Anybody else wants the reinforcement of the value that you can do what you want when you want and nobody can stop you. We hear the the career we hear all of the celebrity get a camera and take your clothes off and maybe you'll be Kim Kardashian. But where in our society, and I don't mean to sound like an old fuddy duddy. I mean, this where in our society do young people ever hear an affirmation of the most important role. A woman will ever play. And that is being a mother not giving birth being a mother. Where do we hear it for men as fathers? I defy you to tell me where where do we hear that where where do more importantly where do young our values or establish where do young people ever hear this went? When is that something because as children, these stimuli are going to have a big influence on who we develop into who we want to be that which is held up as a social goal that which is held up as heroic and noble is what we are going to naturally gravitate toward. And when do we ever into we ever do that? We don't an end the long term effects of that. I think are are very very unhealthy Dobie. Good morning, Michael you're up, sir. All right. Yeah. "Welcome back to handle on the law. David. Hello, David Europe. Welcome to handle on the law. Yes. Yes. Yes, I went to dentists months ago, and one of their Ben stoppers ripped of my bumper off, you know, with the the spill rebar, they told me you some from the local BodyShop, I did and I can call and leave. A message is trying to find out what's going on. I think I got two responses from Email. So I wanna know what I can do legally because I just haven't gotten an answer them. Do you owe him any money for the dental work? No cater all off. Small claims court and return your teeth. It's yeah, it's just a straight small-claims suit. How did there's nothing more to say he was negligent the rebar was sticking up. The defense is you should have seen it or whatever. But if it's his fault, if the parking lot is not maintained you probably have some some good arguments that you have a great argument there for sure. Curse. Hi, chris. Yes, Chris I'm gonna do for. Yes, sir. Hi question. So recently, my dad passed away in January at he didn't own the house. He was just a ten for about twenty five years and my mom's still living there. You didn't really leave anything behind beside tension, which is not enough to cover the rent and right now, I just wanted to know if it's possible, I get a lawyer, and if the judge will possibly give her more time to get out of the house because they don't really have. Well, okay. Let's start talking practicality here. The owner of the house is asking her mom to move cause. She's not making the payments or rent payments. Correct. Correct. Right. And judges nor or usually are not going to give her more time. It's either the eviction flies or doesn't fly. But practically speaking Chris is has she been served with an unlawful detain her. Yet. No, they haven't done anything before they even are they are they offered or dollars to out by how much of it. How much they offered eight hundred dollars very much. How much is the rent? Seventeen sixteen or seventeen hundred okay? Yeah. This is a tough one because they have every legal right to toss her out. I mean, there's no there's no way around that. She has no defenses. So I think she wants to delay the easiest way is you have to wait until the law suit for unlawful detainers hits. Okay. That's for starters. And when it does she may make a partial payment, and if a partial payment is accepted that holds off everything and they have start all over again. They may be sophisticated enough to know that. But if not so she'll get a notice a three day notice to pay rent or quit, then within five days. It'll be followed up by a lawsuit for unlawful detain her. If she answers that lawsuit then it becomes delayed. Maybe six weeks eight weeks, whatever to get into court now, she'll certainly lose. And at that point. She asks the judge I'm willing to can you ask for a couple of more months to move out. My husband just died. And and I don't even know if the judge has the authority to do that. But assuming he does she throws herself on the mercy of the court, and the court may very well, give her some additional time she'll owe the money, but the court will give her some additional time. So all you're doing is delaying it. So how much you want to delay it if you're lucky you can delay it a couple of months? Yeah. That's all we're looking for then. Then just go ahead and just start answering and throw the in there in answering the complaint, and you can go to there are all kinds of organizations out there that help elderly people. How old's your mom? Bush because fifty five she's not elderly. So she does not. Yeah. My mom's a hundred and five and she's elderly. Yeah. So it's you just figure out how to answer the complaint just go on the internet and start googling. All these words and could be done. I mean, people do this all the time. All right, Lance. Hi, lance. Yes. Sir. Trainer. Part question in Orange County and a trailer park. Okay. Question about trespassed. I understand that everything in here is considered private property. Yes. But each individual trailer space is I've been told by their managers may be may not be legal. But I've been giving me permission to go to the neighbor's house. It's abandoned to trap the feral cats and get them fixed until on all right now, the owner found out I'm doing that. And he says I'm trespassing. And he called the police the police say. They said, he's an idiot. Right. Exactly. And so now what? Well, what's your question? Cornered me. He snuck up on me one day and cornered me and started to get in my case. Then you call the police for assault. Right. Then you call the for. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Assault stalking. You immediately. Call the police. Because he called the police on me doesn't matter. The police are not gonna do anything. If he if you're gonna be fine. All right. You're I've gone. There you go. There's a call for you. See I wish I wish all the calls were like this. Hey, I call the police when the police say, he's an idiot. Okay. Thank you very much conversation over. Wow. All right. Talking about a problem that you may very well have and this is cyber criminals knowing how to go around and through normal security measures in order to get some very valuable information yours. So cyber threats are out there like crazy and your information can be stolen ways. You don't even know and then identity theft happens. And then you're in a world of hurt fraudulent tax returns credit purchases in your name where you get none of it except for the Bill. So let me.

If I get a lawyer, and if the judge will possibly give her more time to get out of the house because we don't really have. Well, okay. Let's start talking practicality here. The owner of the house is asking your mom to move because she's not making the payments or rent payments. Correct. Correct. All right and judges nor or usually are not going to give her more time. It's either the addiction flies or doesn't fly. But practically speaking Chris is has she been served with an unlawful detainers yet. No, they haven't done anything before they even are they are they offered two dollars to move out by how much how much they offered eight hundred dollars. That's not very much. How much is the rent? I think seventeen sixteen or seventeen hundred okay? Yeah. This is a tough one because they have every legal right to toss her out. I mean, there's no there's no way around that. She has no defenses. So I think she wants to delay the easiest way is you have to wait until the law suit for unlawful detainers hits. Okay. Right. That's for starters. And when it does she may make a partial payment, and if a partial payment is accepted that holds off everything and they have start all over again. They may be sophisticated enough to know that. But if not so she'll get a notice that three day notice to pay rent or quit, then within five days. It'll be followed up by a lawsuit for unlawful detainers. She answers that lawsuit. Then it becomes delayed. Maybe six weeks eight weeks, whatever to get into court now, she'll certainly lose. And at that point. She asks the judge, I'm willing to can you ask for can I give a couple of more months to move out. My husband just died. And I don't even know if the judge has the authority do that. But assuming he does she throws herself on the mercy of the court, and the court may very well, give her some additional time show of money, but the court will give her some additional time. So all you're doing is delaying it. So how much you want to delay if you're lucky you can delay it a couple of months? Yeah. That's all we're looking for. Then just then just go ahead and just start answering and throw the in there in answering the complaint, and you can go to there are all kinds of organizations out there that help elderly people. How old your mom Bush's fifty five fifty five she's not elderly? So she does not. Yeah. My mom's a hundred and five and she's elderly on. Yeah. So it's you just have to figure out how to answer the complaint just go on the internet and start Guli. All these words and could be done. I mean, people do this all the time. All right, Lance. Hi, lance. Yes, sir. Trailer part question in Orange County and a trailer park. Okay. The question about trespass. I understand everything in here. It's considered private property. Yes. But h individual trailer space is I've been told by the managers, it may be may not be legal. But I've been giving me permission to go to the neighbor's house. It's abandoned to trap the feral cats and get them fixed. And so on all right now, the owner found out I'm doing that. And he says I'm trespassing. And he called the police the police say they said, he's an idiot. Right. Exactly. And so now what? Well, what's your question? You cornered me. He snuck up on me one day and carded me and started act to get in my face. Okay. Then you call the police for assault. Right. Then you call me for a. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Assault stalking. You immediately. Because he called the police on me doesn't matter. Police are not gonna do anything. If he if you're gonna be fine. All right. There you go. There's a call for you. I wish I wish all the calls were like this. Hey, I call the police the police say, he's an idiot. So let me.

"Welcome back to handle on the law. David. Hello, David Europe. Welcome to handle on the law. Yes. Yes. Yes. I went to a dentist months ago. And. One of their some benched operas ripped part of my bumper off, you know, with the the spill rebar, they told me, you know, him some that such in the local body by did. And I've been calling leaving messages start to find out what's going on. I think I got two responses from Email. So I want to know what I can do legally, you know, 'cause I just haven't gotten an answer them spin. Well. Do you owe him any money for the dental work? Are you paying it all off? Yeah. You just see them small claims court return your teeth. It's yeah. It's just a straight small-claims suit. How did there's nothing more to say he was negligent the rebar was sticking up. The defense is you should have seen it or whatever. But if it's his fault, if the parking lot is not maintained you probably have some some good arguments. That matter of fact, you have a great argument there for sure. Hi, chris. Yes. Chris. What can I do for? Yes, sir. Hi, I'm question. "Marginal being advice. Hello, David Europe. Welcome to handle on the law. Yes, sir. Care. Hey, I had a doctor. Surgery on my foot that turned out to be not medically necessary found this out because I ended up getting an infection and went to a different hospital in an emergency room. And that doctor there told me that I should sue. And I've been trying to figure it out. Do I su- for malpractice? Yes. Or medical battery. No. There's medical batteries. Crazy you you'll sue for malpractice? What maybe you could argue for. You're not gonna argue because he's going to argue that he thought it was necessary surgery. So that's not going to be battery. It's going to be an issue of you didn't need the surgery, and it's not going to be your call. Anyway. Going to be practice journey is going to file the lawsuit. And I have not heard of medical battery under the circumstances. Because it's his opinion. Now his opinion may be wrong, which you're going to argue. So as a result of all of this is we had a surgery didn't need you've got an infection. Did you lose your foot? No, that's unfortunate legally that would have helped a lot had you lost your foot. Have you lost? It. It turned out that in the medical reports. He lied. Failed failed to do an MRI. Right. And he said he did one procedure. He said that the patient refused an MRI, but he did the surgery anyway. All right. Well, I can say that. Now, he's going to say you did you're going to say you didn't and your wish someone else was in the room and strangely enough. There won't have been anybody else in the room to verify what he said, which is kind of interesting, and I think you're still going to be fine. Now since you didn't lose your foot. Did you lose any toes? No, that's unfortunate too. Did you Cain for four months? Four months. Mccain any permanent prognosis and he permanent injury. That is gonna affect you for the rest of your life. Yes. Oh, that's good. That's good purple permanent damage is excellent your. Yeah. Have you talked to him medical malpractice journey yet? I have okay. Go one said, there's no case and others said there is a cave. I would go to the one that says there is a case just that's just my personal advice because the one that says no case two things are going to happen. Number one. He's probably not very good job. And he's probably not going to do a very good job on a case. He's not gonna take. Okay. There you go and good luck to you. See that was a good answer permanent damage. Yes. Yes. This is the lawyer in me that which I'm not. But it's it's one of those things that's genetic. You know, how with lawyers there's just a visceral reaction you can't get away from his very Pavlovian dogs react to certain way that they just naturally. It's like breeding dogs little schnauzers are writers, they were bred to be routers. And they just go there bloodhounds, just even if you never train them to go out and sniff around they can't help themselves. It's just what they do. That's what dogs of that. Ilk. Do well the same thing with lawyers with lawyers. There's just a genetic component and just having graduated law school when there was an injury, you immediately go to okay, let's sue this is good stuff. All right. Jose. Yes, sir. I got a question for you back in March. I purchased a mattress on stolman local high school fundraiser after the last installment the company said that they would have my bed ready for me within two weeks. I gave them two months, and they still didn't have my mattress reading. Okay, how much money? Do you spend seventeen hundred bucks? There's your lawsuit against the company. Small-claims? Yup, absolutely in that may just actually get them started. When I would do is say, hey, here's the deal is is it a local store. No was a company that does fundraising through high school or high school. Okay. Yeah. You know, what I would do is? Obviously say I'm going to sue you. If you don't produce a mattress, and by the way, I'm going to and you can't say, I will do it unless you because that's extortion. But just say here's what you did. You screwed me. I'm going to contact all of the local high schools in the area. And I was send emails to all the principles say, hey, if this guy comes up to you he rip me off. Not that he rips people off you have to be very careful about this Jose you can't accuse him of being a rip off artists. But just this is what he promised me, I paid the money, and he breached I just want to give you a heads up and tell them you're going to do that tell the company gonna do that. Now, they may say too bad. We don't care and you end up his small claims court. I don't know how you're going to lose that one. Here's the money. I got my mattress. What's the judge gonna say? But that's that's what I would do. Yeah. Because I I've talked to them. They wanna give me a partial refund. No, no, no. No. No. No, no. You want your mattress your or your money back at this point? I just want my money back. Then you didn't get your money back then in Suman small claims court and say you want the money back. Okay. Okay. All right. Bye. Why would anybody buy a bed through a fund raiser at a high school? I mean, literally, I mean, I'll tell you why. Because it's a donation I guess to the fundraiser. So it's a deductible expense. So theoretically, you're supposed to get the value of the bad. Maybe the wholesale value and the rest bottom line, go to a mattress store. Do you suffer favor? A fundraiser is never even I've never even heard of buying a mattress through a fundraiser. I mean, I've been to a lot of Gallus a lot of fundraising events where they have the silent auctions, and they auction stuff off matter of fact, the big auction that we're involved with my local radio station. KFI every year. We do something called pastathon where we auctioned off for example, coming into the studio with me, and I having breakfast, and there's never been a time where anybody who's done that hasn't had. That's way, overpriced. I don't care the money. I paid it wasn't worth it. But we raise the money and it's a taxable. It's a deductible expense. So the Gallus gift, baskets and tickets to games and. Photographer coming out, professional photographer and take care taking pictures of your family. I've never seen a mattress. Never ever have seen. Here's a mattress. "It's happening. And that's now it's this in a way that will shock people. And then have this prepared callback trailer released very soon after not properties or call. It's true teaser. Not a teaser in the the we've come. Teasers as yes trailers, this is a true teaser. Yeah. And I really dug it I am officially teased. There you go. All right. I'm super excited. Also, for a superhero film in the DC universe. Coming out this year. We saw new TV trailer for it. It's Zam that doesn't come out yet. They know hasn't come out come out. I believe in March. Wow. She gets captain marvel. That's tough launch captain marvel is like March, seventh April sorry. And the funny thing is that ams captain marvel now like the common Zam my brain name. It's his is captain marvel 'schisms extra the name not of the hero 'schisms the name of the wizard. And also the magic word he said and win his game come out and comes out in may. Okay. So we got a little bit. Yes. All right. I thought she Zan looked fun, man. I'm I'm down with this film. It's actually to take your kid to and there's a lot of wishful man film. There's a lot of childlike wonder. The the trailer actually almost rifts a little bit on some of the action scenes that we saw Mana steel, which of course, we all know took very seriously. And so ideas, may maybe this will be kind of same superheroes level superpower. But it's it's big big, plus superman Henny Marshall. There you go. And that's not like the invented this concept for this film. It's a establish character beloved character into DC comics pantheon and some very afford to. I'm really curious what Zachary Levi brings to it because he was not first person. I had in mind when they're Cussing list. But how does one issues him kill? What is his weakness? Well, usually is super man's weakness. Pisses powers derived from magic instrumentally to weaknesses kryptonite and magic. And so she's ams weakness is that he is mine. And so if he is not in full, she Zam mo- saying the words to them. Yes. He's in child mode. He can be subdued so but as ashes them he is powerful superman, so basically to kill them to kill child. But he's not able to stick kryptonite because he he's point here on the unearth. Yes. Yeah. He'd be hunched. Right. There are other superpower beings. Fist by to write. It was starting to feel like the conversation has my kids originally tried to explain the marvel reboots oh have you listened to our podcast? We have segment of comics planing, Jimmy. No. But like, I was I still like I never read a lot of the superhero comics growing up, and I came into comics, by way of indie comics, like love and rockets then worked my way back to other stuff. But it's tried to explain like, how there can be multiple, you know, into the spider verse of the boy, but we just enjoy it someone on the YouTube comments suggested this after last week's show that I know nothing about pop culture suggested. Yeah. Well, jokes on them from listening to four hundred ups, I have now deduce Jere me knows nothing. Pop culture. I say to jokes on you. Because I know nothing about tech either. Nice. One final trailer. You wanna talk about bright burn have you seen this? Bright, burn. No, okay. I'm gonna talk about the trailer while you guys should watch it, and you don't need the audio to watch it. But it is produced by James gone. So it's already noteworthy that way. And it's I film project that he's been attached to and it's coming out post him being let go by Disney slash marvel being directed by one of his collaborators David Europe ski who I believe was who was an editor. I want to say on gardens of the galaxy not editor what was he was a producer. He had done some work with Jim's gone related to gardens a galaxy. But this is a new John rea- of superhero, film and the trailer. What does that mean? Well, you'll see Elizabeth, thanks. It opens up a family in looks like Kansas in middle. America Zor superman once they they're desperate for child. And as luck would befall them a crass ship one day falls onto their property, and they find a baby and this baby is quite extraordinary and the trailer. You'll veiling like superman with trailer completely rifts up of man of seals trailer from the visionary director James.

"What did you think of the president's speech Pelosi in Schumer's response? Let's go first tonight to battery in Rome, Georgia. Let's see Patrick can get you on the phone here. There we go. Patrick, welcome. So I agree with the president. We do need a border wall. Crime rates way, too. I especially when it comes to involving illegal immigrants. Yeah. Look, I think that around the across the border there areas where the president's team is border fencing and border wall. Probably wouldn't do any good and may do more harm than good in particular. Because you do have an issue in Texas, a farmers. You do need to get to the Rio Grande for their herds. And the existing proposal didn't include doors to get through the fence. But there are areas in the country, particularly in a lot of urban areas where people are trying to rush across the border. We saw with caravan for example, where they couldn't get across the border because there was fence and they had to try to go elsewhere. I it just it makes sense of the fact that the Democrats aren't willing to acknowledge that there is any location where it makes sense is troubling, particularly because many of them in the past have supported it. And now, they don't want to support it just because of Donald Trump that's a level of of partisan, Trump derangement syndrome, if you will hear these people voted for securing the border in the past in all suddenly, they're opposed to it. That's problematic back to the phones we go Thomasson Alfa Reta, Georgia. You're next. Welcome. Greetings. Hi there. If they're gonna make such a big deal about Mexico or Mexicans paying for the wall charge dollar every time they cross the border. You could. Make claim that United States has a duty. Protect native Americans by having a wall because they also get injured and there's a secondary duties involved in that. Emme part of the problem with charging illegal aliens dollars of they're coming across the border is Ye gotta catch him. And then just you want to deport them as they're probably coming because they don't have money would make it a little bit difficult there. Back to the phones we go eight seven seven or no, wait wrong number. Eight hundred WSB talk. That's the number. I need to give you four zero four eight seven zero seven five zero we need to go to Tulsa, Oklahoma and Dennis you're up next. Hey, Eric, thanks for having me on the show. Sure. Hey, so basically what I find frustrating is the democrat response with Pelosi in Schumer seems ready to go. They have the talking points. And it seems as though they're talking about a manufactured crisis and fear that the president is stoking. I personally think that he clearly insistently laid out what is happening at our southern border used specific personal individual factual situations where American citizens have been murdered early murdered by criminals that have broken our laws and talking about drugs that are point across the border using children sexual assault of women. I really don't understand what they mean by manufactured crisis. The only thing I see that's really manufacturing here on our talking points. Yeah. Listen, I think that's a great point. The fact that Democrats recognize these were issues until Donald Trump got elected. I think is another big issue. There was no dispute prior to President Trump becoming elected that coyotes were smuggling people across in human trafficking victims. There was no dispute that people were. Saying to be brought across the border. You know, one of the ironic things is that a number of members of the meteor circulating pieces. Profiling farmers along the border who don't want a physical barrier and every single one of them has stories about illegal aliens rushing through their fields to try to get into the United States. Every single one of them have encountered the violence on the border. Every single one of them have encountered that the drug traffickers along the border every single one of them have they may not want physical wall because it impedes their ability to get their herds of animals to the Rio Grande, but none of them opposed greater border security. And that's just it with the president that his team is recognizing. There are parts of the country where a wall will work. There are parts of the country were while won't work. They're willing to go with steel slats instead of a concrete barrier. They think the border patrol thinks. And the Democrats have suggested that that would be better the presence willing to compromise. They're the only people not willing to compromise at this point are the Democrats on this issue. Eight seven seven I I'm sorry. So I've got a new eight seven. Seven number. And I keep throwing me off. I've been trying to memorize it all day. It's eight hundred WSB talk in four zero four eight seven zero seven five zero by the time this nights over I'm gonna be giving you all my cell phone. Let's go back to the phones. Jamie and Tulsa your next. Welcome. Yes. I've always been a firm believer in actions speak louder than words, and in this situation over the last three years, President Trump's actions have been one hundred percent truthful to the American people in those of us have voted him in however across the aisle straight down from the Senate to the House Democrats have been beating their breasts and pulling their hair acting like he's just Satan incarnate. When in reality all they're doing is propagating, and they're saying truth to power all the problem is is that your truth does not match your action. So therefore, we as the American people have no reason to believe a word that you say, and it's time that you need to start. Making your words match your action. Yeah. No, I don't want to sound like a broken record on this point, Jamie. But it is a factually true statement that Chuck Schumer Nancy Pelosi in the past have supported securing the border, including building physical barriers in fact, when Bill Clinton was president of the United States. We begin building physical barriers particularly in California to stem, the tide of illegal aliens crossing into the United States. This used to be an issue the parties agreed with in fact, it was an issue that even when George W Bush was president the Democrats agreed with it. They viewed it as a national security issue back then there was concern about terrorists coming across an insecure border. And now, suddenly because Donald Trump wants it. It's a partisan issue for the Democrats, and they're now opposed to a position they used to have its mind-numbingly frustrating to see them do this. It makes sense. And by the way, you should know that a lot of reporters tonight, the president used the line about reach people build walls around their homes because they love the people who are on the inside is not that they hate the people on the outside. But they want to keep the people in the. And a reporters I was watching CNN we headed happened in the news feed on radio. He's talking about Barack Obama. He's trying to know he was specifically saying rich people rich people in general tend to build walls, they live in gated communities gated compounds out in Hollywood, you know, all these people are fighting to get into gated communities. That's the point of huge fence around the White House. Keep the people inside safe. There are fences their security guards and buildings across the country. You go to CNN guess what you got to go through security to get their MSNBC. Same thing. Fox news. Same thing. ABC CBS NBC. They all have security guards, you can't just wander in to their building. And yet you can run across the border in the middle of the night into the United States. And Democrats say, oh, we don't need a wall there. It's no big deal. David Europe next. Welcome. Thank you. Listen to the dental care response. And I thought it was I mean, they both voted for twenty eight billion versus five billion less than one percent of the budget. The other thing is with California. What's the? A sanctuary city sanctuary state. They're encouraging the governor says come on. Okay. Every cut in bed. Come on over one help you. Well, who's gonna pay for all that? Right. Yeah. So here's the thing that come here. I do have a position David on the whole sanctuary city thing. Congress does enforce immigration laws. But I also believe in federalism. And I think if a state like California says we're not going to assist the federal government in enforcing immigration laws. We're going to allow people to come into our state illegally will okay, California, go for it. But then congress should not give you a penny for anything, you shave, your going to allow illegal aliens and say, you know, what the heck with federal law to heck with immigration law to heck with helping the federal government deal with the immigration issue at the state level will then don't get a penny a federal tax dollars. And you just do it yourself, California. Let's support federalism this issue and watch them. Go broke in the process. Selena in Atlanta. You're going to be next tonight. Welcome. Hi, how are you? I'm great. How are you? I love love your show. I listen to you every night when I kind of Atlanta drive, a semi. That's a heck of a drive, by the way. Yes. Every day Monday through Friday. I agree on the wall. I agree on a lot of things that he is trying to do. But what I don't agree with is not all the drivers are kinda like they they're to everyone. Mike all the jobs are coming from there. You can look up on YouTube and get any. Formula to do your own whatever cocaine, whatever there is already here, we can make there's kids that I know that are trying to make stuff then try and get them straight in. Is not just the Emmett. Grant Sinoe is not just the illegal alien like we have to have a password you'd be able to go to Mexico, correct. Yeah. Why not do the same thing for them? If they're if they're trying to come here make them do the same process that we have to do. I don't see them trying to build up a wall. Keep us out. You know what I mean? If they're here illegally, and they're, you know, have a criminal record send them back. Don't keep them here. You're talking about California letting them in. But if they let them on over there. Obviously, they're still in the United States. Does not help us any because they can travel. I just I just you know, I don't feel right. Of actual splitting families like they were talking about weighing the beginning. Do a background check. You know? With. I do think that you could probably find bipartisan consensus to stop separating mothers and children, and and the like and allow people to to come into the country as a family, we we're starting to see a massive increase in this. But it's federal law that predates Donald Trump that requires splitting up families Donald Trump's policy was not slit families. It's actually federal law. It's a federal policy that even Barack Obama did. And that's something we probably do wanna change.
