It was terrible, terrible, but you know he is the way to look at it and it's this could be analogous to what's happening today. Remember Jimmy Carter? It was darkest before the dawn. Jimmy Carter. Then you got Ronald Reagan. You got morning in America. You had Giuliani. It was really dark, Dark times crack crime guy. They killing Jews in the streets. And then you got Rudy Giuliani and things got a lot of you had thinking to me. And then you had, would you? Yeah, That's what I said. No, you said Giuliani, and then you had all the streets. But I was thinking fixed it. Yeah, exactly. Jenkins and Jimmy Carter. Uh, just that the darkness before the dawn, and it could be that this could be the case now, with The two clowns dumb and dumber that we have. And maybe their successors. Maybe there will be some. You know, a transformation for the better. Maybe. I mean, there are all three have something in common whether you're talking about David Dinkins. Obviously Jimmy Carter and Joe Biden. They're all Democrats or three. And then there were a place of course, well, two of them by Republicans, with Rudy Giuliani and Ronald Reagan, but You know Dinkins, he beated catch what won three consecutive times He was the first black mayor here in New York. And most importantly, he did show up on a very cold October morning. In 2003 Chelsea Piers for the fight that was titled Fear at the pier between Bernie and said Jenkins was there. He was there that day. Oh, kidding. He was one of the guys, but thank you. Great. Larry. Kenny. He was there that day. I think Bernie Kerik was there as well, as you know, was, But it is there. Yeah. It was a big deal. A lot of people forget 17 years ago, I I didn't had no idea. David Dinkins. Yeah, he was a marvel Bird. Mike. Mike Breen, fatso in Froot Loops as the I may call them. Mike Francesa. Chris Russo. One hell of a day..

David Dinkins, First Black Mayor of New York City, Dead at 93

"City Mayor David Dinkins has died. Dinkins was elected in 1989. He was the city's first and only black mayor only served one term. He took office at a time when the city face to soaring murder rate and stubborn unemployment and helped bring the 1992 Democratic National Convention to New York. His calm demeanor was a dramatic shift from both his predecessor, Adcox and Koch. Excuse me and his successor, Rudy Giuliani, But critics disliked his considered approach and he faced accusations. He failed to act decisively in times of crisis. Dinkins death comes just weeks after the death of his wife, Joyce last month he was 93 years old.
