Lena Dunham Blinds Us All Modelling Various Bikinis
"I now call Lena Dunham and fatty McDonald. And she modeled an array of brightly colored bikinis, she's been doing that of late on an Instagram page. I encourage all of you to follow her, and she put these up after the 4th of July weekend, she posted four images the other day and, you know, there was a black one piece followed by a green lavender and then a mustard yellow bikini, which is not flattering on the most beautiful woman in the world. Most of the yellow, while also showing off her ink, her multiple tattoos, now we know she's married to this musician Luis salver, it's not that bad looking at God. I don't understand. I don't get it. Look, it's one thing if you marry somebody and they all who they are, you know, 28 blah blah blah, Lena Dunham, as much as I can't stand her the way she talks and what she stands for, she is a good writer and she's a decent actress. I'll give her credit for that, but I don't like anybody who shoves down on throats. The fact that I'm fat, I love it, you have to get used to me. I just don't like that. I don't like any of that. I don't shove myself down anybody's throat. I don't like when people shove the opposite of beautiful Donald throats and make us believe you're wrong. This is beautiful too. I hate that. And I might sound superficial and shallow when I say that because I've got friends on the heavy side, I love to death and they mean everything to me. So bear with me here. I'm going through some uncharted land here that we have to negotiate
Amber Athey: Trump Needs to Figure out Personnel Problem
"Now I was going to have dick Morrison before but unlike you he didn't call in in time You actually figured out how to do this which is great We appreciate that He couldn't nail that down which is really not cool But whatever you made it so we appreciate that And I was going to talk to him about this book he has coming out about Trump in 2024 Now you know I have a lot of different friends who are on the Republican side and a lot of different opinions about Donald Trump Candidly People to run again in 2024 Morris theory on this is that he is a unique figure right now I know that's an overused word but he is the one guy right now who can pull from younger voters and minority groups unlike other candidates And that he may be the one guy who can pull this off in 2024 Your candid thoughts on that I'd love to hear them Well I think the democratic bench is so shallow that we're probably overestimating how difficult the competition is I think the SanDisk would easily win a nationwide presidential election But my big thing really was Trump running again is I like the guy I think he did a lot of great stuff but if he doesn't figure out this personnel problem then I don't want to see him win again and then end up pulling back on a lot of the conservative issues that he talked about on the campaign trail because his administration is filled with frankly traders who want nothing to do with his policies So I hope that if he does run again he's a lot more judicious with who he chooses to hire and actually brings people into the administration who are willing to work on this America first agenda and not try to undermine him from within and convince him to change course or change direction from what the base voted for him on

Fox News Poll: Only 39% of Americans Are Proud to Be an American
"Referring to is a recent recent Fox News channel poll that says only 39% of Americans say they are proud of the country today. That's a little bit more than one in three and to give you some context on how steep of a slide we're talking about, even in 2017, just 5 years ago, that number, 51% of them back in 2017, a majority of Americans were proud to be American and now that number has dipped under 40%. It seems like it almost mirrors the popularity rate of Joe Biden. Yes, it does. And that's pretty staggering of a drop. And I would love to know then this would be going more into the weeds about it, but just to know how much it's dropped in the past two years since Biden has taken office. That's what I'm curious about. When did it start? Did start during the pandemic? Did it start before then? When was like the big drop in the chart? If I were a betting man, I would think it would be much like a lot of inground pools that it starts with kind of a shallow dropdown. And then all of a sudden, boom, there's the deep end. There's the steep drop off. And I have to give credit to the liberal left because they've had about a three or four decade head start maybe 50 year head start on the rest of America when it comes to hate in America. It's been a long time. It's been ahead of the trend. It's been one, if not two generations of indoctrination in schools, and thank goodness during the pandemic parents started paying attention and looking over their kids shoulders like, um. What exactly? What exactly are you teaching my kids? And I think there has been a bit of an awakening, but I totally understand this number because there's so many people that have been taught and to accept that our best days are behind us, Barack
Liz Cheney Claims '2000 Mules' Has Been 'Debunked'
"I saw a clip from Liz Cheney yesterday, basically saying that 2000 mules had been debunked. Here is Liz Cheney saying that. And this, Donald Trump now, quote, clings to more fantastical theories. Such as dinesh d'souza's debunked 2000 mules. Even as recounts in Arizona, Georgia and Wisconsin confirm Trump lost. No. This is a very odd way to operate. You've got people who merely assert things. And then, of course, I look on social media. Man, Liz Cheney really obliterated dinesh. How'd she obliterate me by just dating? First of all, what does Liz Cheney know about any of this? Has she even seen the movie? But I somehow just this kind of solemn proclamation film has been debunked. And of course, presumably if she was going to produce any sort of documents on this, they'll be like a footnote with AB fact check, fill the bump of The Washington Post, political fact. And so I thought it'd be worth going into this a little bit because I want to review some of the main lines of the so called debunking. Just to show how shallow they are. I don't even have to show a shallow day. I just have to show that this, that this is very debatable material. This is something that needs to be engaged. You can not merely pontificate about it. It needs to be argued out. And this is really something that's not happening. It's not happening really anywhere. I mean, it's not happening on Fox News. A Fox News isn't a really weird position. They're like, let's not talk about 2000 meals. Oh, but we're now covering the hearing. So we now have to cover Bill Barr disputing 2000 mules because we have to go to cover and lose Cheney with her Liz Cheney's not gonna laugh. She never laughs. Very solemn. There's been debunked. And yet foxes then has to stop there because, you know, can mention 2000 meals. You know, even though dinesh has been a regular, can't have him on to answer these critiques because we've declared as a quote news network that this is like not to be

John Zmirak and Eric Discuss the Brilliant Works of C.S. Lewis
"Seriously, John, every time we talk to you every week, it's fun and look forward to it. And I guess the only question is, what shall we talk about today? Let me see. You wrote something recently about C. S. Lewis. Can we talk about that? Sure, sure. I don't know, I think everybody has a first experience of reading certain important books. And I remember when I first read the third volume in his space trilogy. Now I'm not everybody knows, I guess C. S. Lewis saw how effective people like H.G. Wells were at spreading darwinist materialism through one beautifully written well told science fiction stories that conveyed these shallow terrible soul destroying worldviews. And C. S. Lewis decided, I can use this power for good instead of evil. And he wrote three books about space travel. One imagines a trip to Mars. One imagines a trip to Venus and one imagines basically angels coming down to the earth to lift the seeds that we've been under from Satan since this is like if Frank peretti were a great writer or even a good writer. The books that he wrote in the 90s, this present darkness, whatever I really didn't care for them because the literary quality struck me as very much middling. But imagine a great writer like C. S. Lewis, a genuinely great, great writer, like C. S. Lewis, turning his attention to this genre. And I remember when I discovered they could always call it the space trilogy, but the first book, of course, is out of the silent planet, which is a trip to Mars, then there's peril land, tryptophan, and then the last one is called that hideous strength, which takes place on Planet Earth, but I want to say peril land drive. I've said this many times. One of the greatest books I've ever read, it is a masterpiece. It ought to be taught in survey courses along with Paradise lost.
The Insulting Incompetence of Kamala Harris
"Just touch a little bit more on this Kamala Harris situation and then we'll move on. But in a country that is so wealthy, so sophisticated with so much talent to send someone like Kamala Harris to represent us. I mean, that's how shallow the benches of our government, that's the best offer that we have. And it really kind of shows this trajectory of the west. So we go from Maggie Thatcher, we go from the iron lady to the cackling clown in just two generations. How is that possible? Well, you look and I'm just talking about female leaders here. Let alone the male leaders that were sending abroad, like Tony blinken and Pete Buttigieg, who just physically embody weakness and a tepid nature, not strength or clarity or precision. And it really kind of goes to show you have someone like Maggie Thatcher who was an honorable strong and courageous woman who led the United Kingdom in tandem with Ronald Reagan and did such a phenomenal job protecting western values in western civilization to very quickly almost like in two generations someone like Kamala Harris, who not just as unqualified, but she distinctly should be disqualified from doing this type of work. From the iron lady to the cackling clown. It's the position that the west is in. So I
Biden's Child Tax Credit Could Create a Massive Expansion of the Welfare State
"What the heritage foundation writes about what Biden wants to do with the child, tax credit. In reality, he's proposing a massive expansion of the welfare state. Except he's calling it a child allowance. In the policy relies upon the child credit tech credit. Now think about a tax credit. That means you pay taxes, right? Well, he's expanding it for people that don't pay taxes. They don't have jobs. Rather than providing tax relief, the plan would give cash grants to families who do not work or work comparatively comparatively little. The Clinton era welfare reform understood that paying able bodied people not to work with good for neither society, nor recipients. Such payments tend to push individuals out of the labor force and toward the margin of society, impeding upward mobility for both adults and children. In reality the plan would offer zero long-term tax relief to working families with children. Even in the short term, some 75% of the aid would go to cash grants to families who owe no income tax. Contrary to the Biden administration rhetoric the primary focus would not be taxed relief, but the elimination of all work requirements and work incentives from the current child credit program. Under the current system, a family must earn at least $2500 during the year to be eligible for the cash grants. The Biden shallow allowance policy seeks to rip out these work requirements and incentive credit explicitly overturning the principles of welfare reform. Under the Biden plan, the federal government would for the first time in a quarter century provide unconditional cash grants to families who choose not to work during the year.
Suspect Released From Jail Days Before Parade Tragedy
"The Milwaukee prosecutor. The DA, what he had done was free. He had been freed on a $1000 bond. He has a record of incredible violence. He tried to run over. Was his girlfriend? Yes. Brooks had a long rap sheet, Wall Street Journal, and the Milwaukee county district attorney's office said he had been out on a $1000 bond. What is the bummed for those who participated in the January 6th events in the capital? There is no pond. We're living in an increasingly dictatorial country because of the left. The only reason you would not acknowledge that is you are afraid to. It's very hard to acknowledge at a certain point in life you've been wrong your whole life. In thinking that the Democratic Party was a force for good, or that The New York Times was a truth teller. Or that universities were positive educational experiences and gave wisdom. It's very hard. My heart breaks for such people. There's a book about such people. The God that failed. It's written by people who believed in communism in the 30s and 40s. When you believe in something your whole life and you then you realize, like this teacher, who wrote this piece that I will read to you. I so admired my shallow teachers and the teaching profession and the teachers union. And then I was awakened. Most of my fellow teachers are morons.
You Can't Even Crack a Joke Without Getting Cancelled
"And people have tried to mischaracterize me. And I think I've almost leaned into it. I've said like, I don't care if you want to be that way. If you want to be that shallow and that cancel, that's an ugly word, but I've just coined it right that down. I just coined it. If you want to be that cancel, I don't know what to do. And so I think half the time I'll even tweet stuff just to troll people because you can't you can't even crack a joke. I mean many times I've said stuff giving speeches or wherever clearly as a joke and some pious journalist has quoted it as though I said it seriously. So we've gone through the looking glass. It's madness. And if, you know, I think anybody reads what I write. I mean, the new book that I have called is atheism dead. And the book that just came out in February, which is a literary memoir of my life and my coming to faith and where can people order these books? Eric went to access dot com. Let me mention, by the way, if you don't mind, let me mention my website. Eric metaxas dot com. And but I just thought to myself, I thought to myself, we're living in such weird times, but the more people who would lean toward Trump were attacked, the more upset I got because I said, look, I know I'm against racism and I'm against whatever you would accuse me of so you can accuse me of those things, but the fact that you're accusing the unwashed people who created this country and saying that they're this and they're that. It just feels really dark to me and I'm not going to stand for it. And sometimes I felt myself becoming like a little bit of a voice for those people. And I literally thought, listen, if one offer can give his life for what he believes in, I can give up my career or the well wishes of some woke vanilla in Wheaton or something like that. I mean, I just believe that I'm at a point in life where I really have to worry about what God thinks of what I do and what I say, that's all I can care about, and they're going to be people who are going to get what I'm trying to do and the people who won't. And all I can say is, I know that I stand before God. And I know that I care what he thinks. If you aren't convinced of that, I can't help you. But I know that those I mean, people really know me know that. So we are living through bizarre

"But let's look at the bird dog. How would we make a bird dog less stable? It's like, well, we could deviate center of mass and or limit basis support. We don't get better at anti rotation by doing more bird dogs or holding the bird dog for longer or waiting the bird dog. So my delt has to now resist again. I got so stupid, right? So I can just manipulate those two factors. So if the bird dog is an aquarium position, well, maybe I go from a bird dog to a bear crawl. Now it's dynamic. Now we're deviating center of mass and limiting our base of support. Maybe I go standing contrary opposite load a single leg RDL or single arm dumbbell right? If I pull a heavy enough single arm dumbbell row. Los angel rotation. The div that combined deviation of the deviation of our combined center about me in the dumbbell. So what often we get left with and this is where the underlying tenets of stability or something to your question maybe 20 minutes ago. Something that's full circle, we're probably the one that's the hardest to comprehend with yields the most return as it works at this highest order, most difficult least accessible, proprioception at the level of muscle spindle is really just a matter of looking at different reference points for indexing exercises. So this is something that will walk through. And I'll have this one week 7 of the course will be like, hey, write side plank curl up bird dog. But think about bird dog. How would you make a bird dog more stable? Dead bug. Right? Because now we have a broader base support. So I would actually say that index starts with dead bugs. Yeah, that's a bird dog. So now I'll use the last name analogy. It was oftentimes when we prescribe exercise, especially from a clinical perspective, but I see it equally as sort of thoughtlessly prescribed and trying to condition all these things, whatever. Every time I see a pal off press, adjust a small part of my brain dies. I just can't, especially with basketball athletes, it's like this guy anti rotates.

"I've spent a lot of my time. I'm not an educator formally, but I've also been sitting in lecture halls for a better part of a decade. So I have a lot of experience with education methods that work. So there's a lot that goes into it. You're a nerd that looks like a bodybuilder. I think that's probably a very accurate. Yeah, I mean, I like I've started to like more the process of learning as a different adaptation. So almost looking at it like the same way I would look at because that's what really what movement is is learning. And that's what great athletes are, great athletes just to learn really fast. You gotta explain that a little bit, because I don't think people are getting because what you're saying is extremely true and very profound when I first figured that out. When you're moving and you're training or practicing what I like to say, practicing exercises, you are learning your body is learning just like you're reading something and learning information. It didn't click with me and you guys probably had a click earlier because all of kids know. Yeah. Dude. You're.
Jessica Simpson Posts Unrecognizable Photo on Instagram
"Listen, I know much of the country is falling apart, but I saw something this morning that I don't think I can unsee. There's a picture of Jessica Simpson, Jesus Christ yesterday, Jessica Simpson posted a throwback Instagram picture to honor her four years of sobriety. And in the caption of the pic, she explained that the person in this photo is an unrecognizable version of herself who used to booze who used booze to numb their issues. I'll tell you what, I never thought she would balloon up to this size. To me, Jessica Simpson, the day she thought, when she had that show with Nick Lachey, whatever that newlywed show was called, that reality show, one of the first of its kind, she was so adorable on that show. I know she was a nitwit and airhead, but what a sexy girl man. And when we were talking about chicken of the sea, she didn't understand tuna fish was chicken of the sea and so innocent, so sexy that, listen, ladies, a lot of men that night went bananas because we can't take when a girl that young and sexy doesn't quite get it. I know it makes us sound shallow. I get it, but to us a girl like that who looks as hot as that, they kind of appear helpless and that's when guys want to move in. I'm not saying it's a good trait. You know, I'm saying that's the way a lot of guys get. And boy, she was something for a while. But listen, the caption on this photo, everybody's using Instagram now to spill their personal lives out. The caption read, the person in the and by the way, if you have Instagram, well, we all have Instagram. Go to her page and look at this picture. You're not going to believe it's her. You're not going to believe it's
Rep. Madison Cawthorn Discusses Stuart Scheller's Release From the Brig

Billy Graham's Daughter Ruth Speaks About the Epidemic of Loneliness in America
"Interesting first of all when you say generation z. I'm not sure what that means. Anymore tha roughly what age i talking about. Nineteen ninety five to two thousand fifteen. The twenty five year olds twenty twenty. Somethings on on okay. And do you think ruth they they think of themselves as lonely because you're right. It seems counter intuitive For any young person to be lonely. That's when you're in school that's when you're doing all kinds of things. Why do you suppose they think of themselves as lonely well. They are so connected technology with technology digitally but they have no real heart connections in. That's the problem. The grandson. We'll tell you you know. We have lots of connections but no real relationships. And i think that's the thing that's missing his relationship. I think it needs to be said over and over but this is a good place to start. There's something inherently one dimensional or at least shallow about social media. You're really communicating with much depth. And you've just said it the connection it. It's really a tenuous connection. It's tremendously superficial. It's almost designed to be superficial. But i've never really thought about how if you get a lot of that eventually. It would be almost painful. Because you'd be you'd be even longing for some real connection more than somebody who's not getting any of that kind of connection well and raza and found out through the pandemic that they had more phone calls than even on mother's day because people wanted to hear a voice. Singing texts wasn't enough. They needed to hear voice. They needed to hear the tone in the voice and so people began coal and people. Not just texting.
Is a Reckoning Coming for the Mainstream Media?
"You go on to say something about the collapse of a media. Ntt is okay. So he talks about how He says it says the spirit of the lord this day the airwaves the towns the tense of meeting shall be filled with my word with an appeal to their creative proclaiming the works of the lord proclaiming my power and as this occurs there shall be a collapse of an entire media entity as this occurs. What babbel has built shelby confused in fall says the lord of hosts this day as these high places shall come down as an event in your nation shall bring forth and even greater exodus for those to search out the truth through other media sources that shallow will glorify my name. So i gotta say that. That actually sounds what's up. He's talking about a major shift here. Happening in media will he. Sounds like he's talking about something being exposed. That's going to bring down some media entity an entire one. Yeah that's gonna force people to look elsewhere in other words. I think that there many people Who who have been drinking at the fountain of the mainstream media and my hope. I don't know if that's what the lord is saying here but that that would be exposed to the extent that these people would finally wake up and in a sense. Say okay i know. I can't trust these folks anymore. I've got to look a little harder and a little farther to find out what is really going on. Because i've been lied

He spots a boat but he doesn't see the divers go into the water on the other side of the boat. He does however see their bubbles and heads out with his camera to catch them in the act at the pro beds. Mike hides behind a rock with the cameras. The divers approach as they start to rob the beds. Mike starts to film but he gets careless. He says the sound of the camera alerts. The divers wanted a bad guy circles around in surprises. Mike they get into a fight. The other bad guy grabs the camera and pulls out the film now while the underwater fight is going on. Sandy was watching from the beach and she suspects trouble and his racing to the pro beds with her boat. The bad guys rip mics regulator out of his mouth but as they are scared off by the sound of sandy's boat. Mike is left helpless. Miraculously mike doesn't drown he recovers we see some eagle raising the background as he heads to the surface he's blowing bubbles all the way up we now see the camera resting on the bottom. Mike struggles back on. The boat is gasping for air. A sandy asks him if he is all right in the next scene. Now we see mike lying on a chair. Sandy's giving him not some tea. He says he doesn't want anymore and starts to work on a plan to catch the bad guys lieutenant dave. Sandy says she wants to let them have the pearls. Because they're not worth mike's life. But mike says it's not about the pearls anymore. It's a personal grudge. He needs dave's help to put them on tv now. Mike is going to use the underwater television camera to catch the. The's he shows. Dave how it's going to work as he pans across the island. Just mike points to camera towards dave in. Sandi dave says hey look at the prettiest girl in blue island has sandy strikes. Oppose the camera. And she says she's the only girl on lulu island as mike looks to take off underwater. Sandy gives him a big kiss for luck. And mike says he's never had any better luck back underwater with the tv camera. Mike is waiting for all three villains as they are. Now jumping in the water to steal the pearls but this time one of them has a spear gun. Mike has the tv camera pointed at the pro beds. But there's a problem. The bad guys are coming from the wrong direction and they're not on tv. The ambush mike. Who's only hope is to move maneuver them into the frame of a camera. Chaos prevails as they fight and slash at one. another finally might get them to the pearl beds. The spear gun is fired and strikes the bed. Fortunately sandy is watching and as yells to dave look at this cast off now. The cops are headed to the fight during the fight. Mike's left arm is slashed but he continues fighting pulling a regulator out of one of the bad guys. Mouth just then. He sees the to hawaiian police officers free diving or swimming trucks. And says they look like angels with the odds now even justice prevails and the bad guys lose again in the final scene near back on the shore of an allure island. Mike's arms bandage. Dave asks in the. He needs a ride back to honolulu. Sandy tells dave that mike is going to be on vacation. Dave says the sandy. Nobody likes a cop. Sandy says she will give him the best testimonial but also gives mike. Another big kiss to which mike replies that is the best testimonial in my life. I'm not exactly sure where this episode was filmed for the top side scenes but it sure does look like hawaii however you never know when it comes to television or the movies. The part of sandy was played by nobu mccarthy and kendrick played lieutenant dave calcutta and here's one final interesting tidbit. This episode was remade in the nineteen eighty-seven version of sea hunt and it was titled pearl beds. And just so you know. I'm still trying to get my hands on that. One thousand nine hundred eighty seven series with ron ely. Maybe someday

"Water ray and you can not eat for a long time. Probably used to that. Because she's so tiny right. But i got this thing no problem. Wow okay and i couldn't. I was trying. I thought maybe. I just chalked up to me being stupid but i couldn't really tell sometimes when the tide was low or high like i thought there'd be some big difference but it looked kind of the same right in her rock as was like. Yeah it must be a place where they were supposed to be. Mexico must be a place where the tide changes only once a day. Very slowly gone small tide cycles but because the kind of made a big deal of it like they kind of talking about it several times and then we even got that weird graphic of her watch and then like a label. I came up so low tide or like thirty minutes to high tide. And i'm like okay. Something's gonna happen here with this died. Yeah yeah it was. It was kind of anti climactic except for iraq went away. Yeah okay well. That's pretty strange. Okay i have to ask about the dolphins. I love dolphins. And i've had people on the program. Tell me before that. Just because dolphins look like. They're in a good mood that that they're not just how they look and like you know because people like do go swimming with dolphins if they're on vacation they're like oh. Let's do this tour where we you know. Go out where there's dolphins and swim with them and pet them. And i've just been told like don't do that. They don't like that. Stop treating them like that. So yeah i wanted to wear you fall on dolphins and if they would actually like swim with somebody like they do in the movie and if you should follow them the way that she does definitely don't follow the dolphins leave them alone good. They're wild animals right there while the more in your i'm sure they don't want people putting them. They're not doglike right exactly. The dog wants you to pet. It's the cat. Maybe but not. The dolphin definitely not often. But i do i. It's funny because i used to have that misconception that you know if the dolphins are out there you were pretty good with that with the shark. But i think that's wrong. The last time. I went surfing actually It was like a crowded beach. There's a bunch of people out there but there were some dolls alike i saw often and it was like. Oh no i'm gonna die sir. I swam in as fast as they could and look back and it was like. Oh there's dolphins and there were other surfers out. There like getting close to the dolphins. But i was like i'll never surf again. I don't need to i don't need to like yeah right now. It's not a good feeling when you see that like what is it. Oh god at the dolphin. And i don't wanna get close enough or wait around to figure out what it is right now. That's a good wild animals in their they fish and yeah they're like big fast and big so they could mistake you. Also you can get by dolphin so what you're saying and yeah maybe you never killer dolphins right. We've demonized sharks. Let's do it to dolphin. Slowly demonize invertebrate. Yeah right. I'm speaking here is an invertebrate biologist. Oh my lord okay. So that's good to know. I mean there's there's there's so much here When when we get back from the break. I'm going to ask about jellyfish. And why they light up and sting you support for this. Podcast comes from invent together. According to studies less than thirteen percent of all inventors who hold a us patent are women black and hispanic college graduates patent at half the rate of their white counterparts. But we can fix that by increasing participation in innovation and patenting underrepresented groups. It would quadruple. The number of american inventors and increase annual gdp by almost one trillion dollars. Invent together is a coalition of organizations companies..

"And i have all these injuries It hurts to move but then she could swim fairly yup with earrings stabbed into her legs so out i. I wanted to ask about that moment as well. I'm glad you brought it up. Because yes she has this huge injury and she likes stitches it up with like a necklace and her earing. It looks like and i mean. I thought it would be even more of a reaction than she was getting like. I thought maybe she would pass out. Because there's just so much blood but are you saying like oh it's not that big a deal you can have a gashing injury in your leg up. Put attorney kit and like that's not a big deal. grow up. Listen shannon's stabbed herself with her earrings constantly I need to buy some of those airings. They feel like very Utilitarian great to have a pinch. You know you do. I never know. Sure thank god. She's a medical student What exactly that comes in handy. Yeah but is the is the turn it the right move. I mean that. That's also what came to mind for me. But i don't know why i feel like i've just seen it in movies and like war movies and stuff but i mean if you get bit by a shark and you're stranded. Is that the first thing you should do. Came like right idea right but like lose not losing so much blood. Is that what it turned to port. Yeah yeah it would cut the main blood flow off to the leg and then you know. She gave herself like a little minute of little circulation but then she said something about gangrene setting in bacterial infection. That happens like way after an injury not ours. Great but she's she's yeah. There's gangrene i was like. How long does that take like what's going on. I think more than like a few hours but No tournament was great and it showed how teeny tiny she is. Because i don't think i could set my thir- for leash around my thigh. I mean no. Wow tiny yeah. I think during the exposition part. She mentioned that she's foot to so we can do that. Which is good. Okay so wait. Let's let's go back to this huge whale carcass. Because i want to know do sharks kill. Whales is that like what happened. There does a shark attack aweil and then wouldn't that be plenty of food also. It seems like that would feed a shark for a week or two really. I mean they take take a long time for them to eat. Carter's so sharks. I don't know of any sharks actually. Killing whales orcas will kill baby wails. They'll separate a momma and baby Well and then like especially great. Well they'll eat the tong of the baby. that's pretty. it's really horrible to watch too. I've seen at one time where the work is trying to separate the mama and the baby and then the mama fights them and does her best. Oh it's heartbreaking. it's awful. Wow yeah and that's actually how we got how we Got several of our carcasses because then they rip the little hole lower job. The baby often of course died right and Been washed on shore o. But you're you're ruining kids lives right now. Oh my god. You're sharks forbade until this moment. And now i'm mad but that's not a shark right. Those are working. Okay there. Well there are other well okay shirks. You're cool fresh article but partly were to blame because we have eaten all the big fish that workers went to eat right and move changing. What they so. Yeah those food watch cards from the aquarium or supermarket. 'cause they help you decide to make good choices than what you and what we eat because we too are but we have eaten a lot of everything out at the ocean that other things wanna eat too. So and you know we're doing good a better job. Conserving wales and making sure. Their populations are okay. So but workers are hungry. Oh my god okay. Orca zero out of ten cute scale. That's so bad. i hate that. I hate that it's like also our fall which of course it is like. That's always how especially when we do anything about the ocean it's like somehow or another back to humans and how we're to blame innings site. Something bad is happening in the world. It's humans it's our fault. We did a true. No animals would ever hurt each other. But since we're around they're like sorry. I got a rip out your babies tongue. It's the only way davies god. Okay so so the sharks would feed on this wail for a month or two. You're saying maybe more. And so if they have their food source kind of set why would they be attacking humans around the area well. Didn't she determined that this shark had a. She looked at the kids. Go pro video and there was like a Some injury gayish yard a hook in his mouth. Yeah that's right. That's what got him stuck on the chain so yeah like she's like. Oh you're mad. I you know he was. You know. maybe you couldn't eat whale because yeah hook and his mouth and so he decided to kill people instead but yeah he. Although there are like feeding frenzy like they've been bait balls around moss landing and the wailed come in and it's really neat we've been actually out during them and it's like who am i get out of the water but you know you don't want to be in in the food. Yeah they don't wanna eat but you don't want to be in the food so there is like some validity to the whole feeding ground thing where it's like if you're near what they are eating you. You got a problem. They could get pissed off at. You will not piss off it just mistaken right like i think most shark bite their mistaken identity Like although like bull sharks and tiger sharks or more. Like i'm gonna bite you care. I think when you take like they're a little more aggressive light chart so much and would this so. This is a white shark in this movie. I don't know kind of looked like the tiger. Use giant was a huge jaws shark. That's the official term. A judge shark but speaking out. Yeah for sure. Yeah they they didn't. I don't think at least they said it at any point either because she didn't know or yeah i i was trying to keep an eye out for that but i was like. I guess it's just a big shark Question about the like would a shark because the shark just like had its eye on her and then did not leave her alone like circled her the whole time would've shark be like you know what there's this huge whale that i could eat but instead twenty four hours a day. I'm going to keep my eye on this tiny bony gir all like i feel like her nutritional qualities low compared to the big fat juicy. While i don't eat humans. But if i would i would not start with her not Yeah i don't see a shark ever picking a little tiny blonde girl over a giant. Uc whale it'll hold any grudges. Not that i know. I haven't talked to any we have deal. I don't eat them. they don't eat me. You know she tries to eat at one point. Rock crab speaking of eating each other and then of course. The director felt it necessary for us to watch her. Barf thank you for that but But yeah i mean she tries to eat it like with the clause and the shell in every like. I'm not a seafood expert. And i know there's like soft-shell crab that people eat and that's not a thing i would try but normally you crack it open and get the meat you don't just like i'll eat these shards of shell delicious variously and like crabs. Eat the most disgusting things right there. Like the detritus feeders. You want to cook them before you eat them. They're delicious but cook them. And you don't eat like the gut their full of parasites and also gross. You defeat the meat not the guts. So she should have given that to the little bird friend lord okay so food wise. I guess she's just in trouble. Should there's nothing that she could've eaten right. I don't think so. I mean i. Yeah i love heard. Little healthy snack in between surf. Sessions okay. 'cause the girl like literally went like days without drinking any water ray and you can not eat for a long time. Probably used to that. Because she's so tiny right. But.

"She has such great cell service on the secret mexico. You know timing with her family. And like i can barely face time next to my router. Shapely i make a phone call from my house. But she's on the secluded beach. And then there's like. I saw this weird exposition. That no one will tell her the name of the beach. Why no we're not gonna explain. Why okay fine. And how did she say to bring me there and then also like we hear about her friend several times which has nothing to do with anything and she keeps talking about her friend who's like hung over back at the hotel and she's like stunned that her friends not meeting her at the beach. It's like how would you even know where to go. You don't know the name of the beach yeah. I was so frustrated with that. And then there's like lake Cl the guy that's driving her. There doesn't speak great english. She speak doesn't speak great spanish so it's like how do we communicate this I don't know how we got here. I don't know and then yeah. He liked those in charge her and like who does he work for. Like was he just driving along and she like. How did that happen. How did they meet and and he asks her how she's going to leave and she says uber and i honestly don't know if she's joking or not. Yeah i couldn't tell he's like what's he said something like. What's an uber. She's like ha and that was it right right she. Legit does not have a plan to go home. That's and he's like okay. Lady i guess figuring out right so confusing to me and then there's like i think i counted seventeen thousand slow motion shots of her like preparing to serve getting undressed. Getting dressed in the wet suits swimming out like it was so it felt like forever. Oh yeah lots of listen. You gotta let that incident that she's a beautiful woman and the best way to do that is like show. We're getting her wetsuit on slow mo so that you can make sure that she's beautiful and and then also make it so like such a long to lodge because you know some people might have gone to the bathroom during this time or know they might want to go get some popcorn so you have to make it at least like fifteen twenty minutes so that they can get back okay. I see what's going on here. I'm in yeah. But anyway so first question i had and this might be a really stupid one but she starts swimming under these huge waves and is like totally calm and cool about it and i was just. I don't know. I guess curious from a non surfing standpoint like is that the move and like how hard is that like. She was doing it with ease and grace. That's a pretty speaking of someone who is a very non-expert surfer Yes that's the that's the move you do if there's like a huge wave coming and you don't want to catch it. Yeah you dive under shannon right. Yeah yeah totally normal except for that was definitely not for when you see her paddling. You're like who. Is this your first time. And then who knew. Three nevada woodson with such ripping surfer. Yeah i mean. I assumed it was in her doing the surfing. But i thought at least she'd be the diving under the waves person but i guess no. It's actually pretty hard to duck dive that well under especially in the whitewash like she was saying so okay. I'm pretty sure that wasn't her. That makes me feel less foolish. Because i was watching it being like that. It looks pretty tough. I don't know yeah no. It's not that easy okay. we'll say i normally. I felt confident. Because i normally do it with like a boogie board or something and the wave. H are much smaller so that beach were pretty remarkable for. Its like flat calm and then she finally huge set. And then yeah. But it's like Fluctuate from like pumping wave to like this beautiful bay of nothing. I had a feeling there was like a bunch of weird inconsistencies. But i'm also not an ocean expert. So i didn't want to jump to conclusions there but that is making me feel better that like even just the whale carcass. We were talking about before like they don't notice that like did that. Just float up at that time. It seems like it's been there for a bid yeah. I don't know that that was confused. They don't move fast they they would be sitting there for a long time. Yeah it wouldn't be like the guys were surfing. They would be. They would have been like surfing on top of that ping feel like nobody complains about the smell. Get real wreak. The craziest part of the whale thing was there's only one shot of her Like smelling the whale and be like A one shot. And i'm like that has to be the work like you're you're sitting on a dead animal carcass. That is the hugest animal you've ever seen. This has got to be so smelly. And she's trash smells worse than she was reacting. Maybe she says terrible sense of smell. Let's give her that good for her circumstances for okay so they discuss beef. You know as a as a precursor basically like they discuss nasty fire coral. I wrote down that quote So can you tell me about fire coral a little bit. Is it really that nasty. Yeah i mean definitely stings you when you add hurts a lot and keep hurting a one of my friends. We were in Maria and she. We've we've developed the role of no touchy actor in the same trip. She touched And some fire coral and the fire kept hurting for a very long time. So it's definitely a thing although Her when she's like kicking all the coral and i loved she was very dramatic When yeah the yeah. So that's the thing. But i didn't. She was on the rock dramatic like she was well when she was like sewing her own leg up with her earrings. Which is i think. I'm thinking more of that but The when she fell and she like got drug along the reef. You don't usually like tumble down along the bottom unless you're really in a big way right and you're really getting held down So that was the screaming underwater. And i was also very impressed with her incredibly long breath holding capabilities. Oh my gosh. Yes but like minutes. She like There was a little bit of her being ono. I've been bit by shark. And i have all these injuries It hurts to move but then she could swim fairly yup with earrings stabbed into her legs.

"It's like i will read the article. Maybe there's a kernel of wisdom like how. How much weight can you put on a tree in the woods if you're going to put a hammock and two bodies in like i'm like wanting to be an expert on everything maybe there was some but it is. It is very challenging. Because you know. I'm not letting her enjoy herself outside in the woods either. I'm like maybe we should all just go inside and watch take on. May i ask. Are you guys really out there. Because of like the variant season were on vacation but it was but it was good timing. But yeah i i am like land up in like ten hours north of la. So we'll kind of come up here at certain times with another manley. If any of our podcast list interesting figure out where we are is kind of a nice It's like a you know a scavenger hunt and you can come meet us if you can find. The plot of land anybody's welcome. I'm gonna take cases advice with news and keeping superficial. I think that. I'll keep it shallow. Let me know motion. Let me know if anything crazies. I literally will route scan headlines with like a very. you noticed natasha. We went to the same acting school in my you. You know they talk about soft focused. Well not looking at anything. I kind of like ski it lightly. And if i see anything that's triggering dark i don't like i can't read this. That's how i read The news when there's a big fight and i haven't watched the fight yet. I'll kinda agreed it with crossed is so you're doing with all of the news of trying to be ignorant. It's really not that. But i do think there was so much so much before the election of like so entrenched in steeped in it that i'm a little like there's just been so many catastrophes this year that i need to find a place of joy this year and i'm just trying to shuck off fear. I'm just i can't do it anymore and i also realized because i have i read this magazine called the week and i had like old one job somewhere and it was like some lasts from twenty twenty but it was like trump on every single page like two or three times and like we should be very grateful that he's not there anymore but i think he did kind of like open up this like now. There's like content to be filled horrifying con content openings. So i think. I'm not being like joe biden's in office so i don't need to read the news anymore but i am trying to take a little advantage of like okay. Someone else's at the wheel. Maybe i can like just a little bit and again i don't mean to make it seem like i'm not trying to play a role or or certainly like i don't know be engaged. Know what you're saying makes perfect sense. The last four years have been an unnatural degree of news inhalation. Then an insurrection. I mean it's just been unbelievable. That's why rulli unbelievable. That's what i'm saying. That's in the woods. it's not the delta variant. it's the human variant. It's just like it helps to get out of career news. Yeah everything and just get out and that is what the red will mine mal mind. Woods is like girlfriends in the backyard laughing going to dinner like i'm just like i must reconnect with people. What i'm an extrovert love. That i also don't own any land anywhere else where we have no. I didn't realize you weren't landowner when i started. I know you sir. I wrote the producer at a time to try to rush you. But i guess that message didn't get passed along as you can have this land it's it's only a full being like indoor. I mean yeah so nice though casey. This was awesome and speaking of connecting with girlfriends in the backyard. There is something nice about seeing people that you like even on a digital interface interface. So thank you at casey's book. The wreckage of my presence has gotten rave reviews Your podcast bitch stash black mondays and you're on bought it so we're even more things coming up short video. Don't forget to look into the short daddy. Remember that you can watch fifteen minutes of migrants. And actually. I'm like i don't know how to access it china from. I don't know how everybody should pick up your book. Thank you. I appreciate it. Motion brooklyn my bookshelf. I love it. I have it very much on display right there in my book shop and my husband loves detail oil of that. Thank you so much. That's sweet. I'm working on another one right now on. It's taking up every ounce of my brain so a lot of work. It is so much work you did. You like the process of writing a book rodier. I didn't underestimate how much work it would actually be at the second at the end. Yeah but i did like it but it took me so long. But i really did like it a lot a lot of entertainers like like the idea and then they get into the nitty gritty of how isolating and so low. And you know. There's not a lot of feedback until the end part. You know like crazy by the process. While speaking i've lost thing that to maybe would i started doing is like jesse client friend of mine and a couple of other girlfriends. We who was also writing a book we would get on zoom together and right and we wouldn't talk for like four hours but they're just face other faces and then we would timers and then we chat for a little. I'm going to be like. I'm taking a nap. Missiles pandemic like darkness felt like. I'm taking a nap. And just simply keep their thing on and then they exit frame. I mean it was getting so strange. It's so isolating and it was like just helpful to see someone else says face and working like and you're like you know someone's your someone's kind of their two young and i'm like oh they're working. I should do something here. That's really smart. I love that idea. And i've been doing something similar by nominee friends reading books so i have this girl found on only fans and she and i just kind of interface on women and i rice. She doesn't she. does i look up on. She when you say she does what she does. Listen i don't want to really get into that. That's more than actually that's on the same. Let's violent may hip rights even asking but But she doesn't she does. That's right does well. Thank you for having me. This is so fun and so nice to see. You buys Andrei we'll see san. Hopefully we can. i'm excited. We do book by one i..

"You seems so lovely and this is my caution back to you because i don't know that i'm right. I'm just saying like before. All this happened where we add a ten or we like crazy about each other we have. We weren't like on a little like ground. No yeah it seems like much is right. It was just kind of taking the restaurant analogy of like where we the restaurant. That's like why are we are even open. Occas cable costs at four. Am right was like. Was this move together. A kind of triage situation just solve a situation should have been solved in the first place or do you have a you happen to move. Gather because in normal circumstances you wouldn't have had the move together. Would it would have been able to have. Its own organic slow. A we all went through this global trauma together and here you are It would would've hopefully been a lot more normal and like regular we're all would have had independence and your friends. Do you guys have your own friends outside of each other where you live. We have all made. We've made together. Everyone in new to us as about to me is like the gist. And i know it's so hard at the pandemic but just like trying to just get out of the house and let the other. Just find some means of space were friendships or things outside of the other one weirdly as just like stop spending so much time together. But i know it's so hard so it's not like you're wanting this just what's happened. I think that that alone could be ice goal for each of you. You know just like and you don't even have to be like we each have to make a friend it's like what are the things that you enjoy doing. You know like. I was just in atlanta for ten days without motion. But like i kinda got into the cert like i got into different television like just things that i wanna watch kind of following my bliss like even alone. You can kind of do something like that. And then maybe there's an exhibit and. I'm sure there's a lot of outdoor things happening in new york right now so it's like yes. Maybe you can't do a certain thing but you know like look at what's happening outside in new york where you could like you know. Even if it's like vintage shopping. I don't know just something that interests you that you might not meet other people but at least you're like filling yourself no. I think that's right just because the two of you were able to make it through. This with unrelenting unceasing never ending companionship. How hard is it doesn't mean just because that happened. It doesn't mean that that is now how it must be like. Now that things are relaxing. You can try to reset because yet just like. Natasha said like one of the things in our relationship that was important was that we both needed independence from each other. And then the world took away the ability to get that independence. And now we're kind of sniping at each other but we also are finding difficult to detach because we're so used to it after a year and a half of always being together it seems like you guys also wanna be together. It's interesting yeah. it's oxford is like each other too much when you go out with the goal of the couple. you've matter you know like even silo. Those people off little has no i mean. Honestly it's just been so hard for us to make friends individually. I kinda wouldn't even really know where to start. Yeah it's hard to make friends older. I feel like it's just so much harder. A hundred percent. It's harder to make i. I think once when you're in your twenties you actually. How old are you guys. Because like you could be on one thirty one twenty five thirty one twenty three seven part now young you look you look twenty five and twenty four but like you've lived through too much a a really aged twenty five and twenty four. Now that you that. I see the guys look like a kind of a non jokic's You guys are young so maybe go out and meet people to go out. I mean not just part of it and you have to go out alone. You have to go out together you have to. I mean it's new york like walk walk somewhere. Walked to the fucking plaza. Have a drink at the bar. I don't know do do something. Yeah i was just going to say again. I know these seem like almost republican values. Camille like somebody one at the trump family breath now. I hardly stopped living in fear. That's my advice now. What i am saying. I think we've gone so far in one direction that when it is affecting mental health and i am personally like. I'm not going to get on a high artist but if you are vaccinated. I know there's problems what i think. We are now letting fear rule us to the point that it is disintegrating our mental health in lives. And i personally. I'm pulling back in the other direction. I i won't do it anymore. At that level. I just won't obviously i wear my mask and i'll be safe and i try to run outside and i'm doing all those things. I'm not saying that. But i do feel like what i'm hearing is like you guys it here amazingly because we should have but now like the world isn't a transitionary state and i know we're like going back and forth in this super scary way but i just think living in fear it just puts a fucking damper on. Everyone and i'm saying you're doing that. But.

Cancer or cancelled getting cancelled. As your fall. Can't you really. Can't i can blame it on the universe. Yeah okay great. By the way we're here just not just. Natasha emotionally at but our friend. Casey wilson is nice me So do you wanna just kinda get into it. Tell us what's up. Yeah okay so some background. We've been dating for about two years stewart. Wanted to move to new york before we started dating when we started dating a few months in. He asked if i wanted to go with him. Remote an la by the way we lived there previously and i was a little nervous because it was obviously very soon but we really really liked each other so i said he s the pandemic hit and we push back a little bit. We push back a little bit but we eventually ended up moving last august and it was so hard it was so lonely like our housing situations got really complicated. It was just super difficult. I was working from home so we were together. Twenty four seven but we still did it and we still made it through. And it's it's been getting better as things are starting to open up bowie. Definitely haven't been having an easier time. And yeah i guess. The question is already Retain mare and it has a number two is In our like strong like bond in our relationship in like how much progress we've made while also learning to develop as individuals as young people. Casey you wanna take.

"And you know. I don't know so when it's it's very challenging. I have one relative was a trump supporter. Not my family in florida and you know i just. It's very difficult overcome like what comes with. That is someone who supporting a bigot. And and speaking of antisemitism supporting someone who's fanning those flames and it's very difficult from an emotional standpoint to to put aside. It's very difficult. But it's like okay but will at were cost. What's my end goal. And i don't see my family. It's going to that end goal and like almost like divorced parents. Like i'm just trying to kind of try to understand like okay. We have to kind of keep us together for like my kids to have relationships. The the problem. I think you're saying is so right on. And yes and the the the the problem with that is that there's been a change in the way people talk about politics when we were growing up. There was that idea. Don't bring up religion or politics at the dinner table now it's like no actually find your political adversaries and take them down. That's not just on the dinner just orders. That's that's people in my political camp to. It's like find find the trump supporter supporter and change them. No one's ever changed anything. Although i recently was on a facebook wall argument and i did have a profound political change of heart. No i didn't. That's never happened in america's roman shoring. You got borough somebody got me but it's also sometimes hard to keep it light because it's like. Oh well can we actually go outside. Because i if you don't wanna man ask you know what i mean like like even logistically. Having a conversation with people with hard it was like. How'd you be negotiated debate. You know it's like i have my boundary is like my kids aren't vaccinated. There's rock going on right now. I thought we were supposed to fly there. And then now we're gonna do everything inside and you know. Those are my kind of granting. They respected that. They really did so. Let everybody think everybody's crazy. I guess changed this. They will were rolling their eyes with me and just as much there just like california liberal. You locked it down so much. Your kids didn't get any goddamn interaction. They think the master child abuse and the numbers are not that much different. And so i was like publican now. I'm hearing that you know it's just like we are not changing each other and and i'm not saying that means we shouldn't try but after a few tries it's just like i know no one changing me. Yup i love slow moving speaking of keeping a move and leave but she still get advice. I think we should do call. Are you down casing. of course.

"Slurs or talking about why kids deserve to get sankt like he. He will type up about that. I agree with that. I mean honestly why kids to get spanked to me is a great example. Doesn't need to be said maybe doesn't need to be said now. Maybe not does need to be set by you. Probably not so with with racial slur. It's like your kid needs to know right now. That's totally unacceptable. Never with spanking. Maybe you can go home and like you know we don't do that and there's a reason. Do you think by taking a public stand in front of your in-laws they're gonna stop there believing what they believe about spending absolutely zero percent policy going to have. It's just not going to happen. And i have some other advice for you like it's kind of like a lesson in charm and i understand that there's a reason why they don't like you and you're kind of like the one trying to you know stand up and i'm sorry to stop you but if anyone could give a lesson in charm it is truly woman so you're getting it from the best source. I do thank you casey. What i would do is also try to figure out some things that the family really likes. It has nothing to do with things that you say and you know. Just when they come over try to have. I mean these are simple. People like just how their favorite beer ready for them symposia child abusers just simple your every day by simple abusers yet. Can you feel what do you think you have any point. Some of our favorite food has some very you know just trying to ingratiate them a compliment them do that kind of thing and that doesn't mean you can't also say please don't you know. Call asian people that or whatever is there you know please you know an end. Just keeping a broken record like you are with a kid. I was telling moshe that the other day. I'm like with a kid. It's like you're just you just have telling the nine year old. Who's watching our kid. I was like you just have to repeating repeating things but my my thought is with those three questions to yourself. You'll figure out when you need to fight what battles you need to fight because your job is not to educate anyone on how to be a good That's just not your job. Your job is to stand up when something is unacceptable. Every human being has that job but your job is not to go to australia. Encumbering them your values and make sure they had turned down. A notch has no that. That's you guys really good points. I feel like. I've tried in the past two yup connect on common ground but sort of this is kind of. I think a fleeting note. That i'm taking which is just like it's not my job. It's not my job. But if i want peace and then have to bite my tongue more. I think it's i made so. I have some trump supporter relatives. And i actually just flew to florida to visit them and i was. I love these people in the mant. And i'm gonna have been in my life my whole life but obviously it's a strain because it's difficult and their views on asks in the pan. It's difficult but i did try and technique i was just like i'm going to detach and try to just keep everything very shallow. I have tried talking to them. It's it's not that. I don't feel it's just not working they are. They are not going to change in the same way. I'm not going to and so honestly. We really got into like the weather. Which sounds dumb but i was able to enjoy them. They enjoyed my kids. I just did not. I was so detached them. I could actually be you know so friendly and we chatted about like family drop just like prominent things. The kids who are like touch point and i tried to just knock it into it because they're gonna say something inflammatory. You're gonna have to come back and it's not excusing it. Otherwise i personally would move back home. Because i think right now. You're you're putting the weight in the wrong place like be with your small family and then go see them in little bursts of like two times versus seeing them all the time and then i just think it seems you wanna move along and then you can really love people when you only see them twice a year fallow. I love that. I think that's why as you know as case saying that i was thinking yes like. Why are you trying to outcome. Is this family into something that they will never become. You already know. They'll never become rather than trying to turn your own family that you actually have control over into the family. You want the you can you can grow. You can grow your. Let's not chosen family because he did give birth to them so they are your biological family thing but he's like you can grow your own family unit into the thing you want through flaws and community that you build rather than going. It's like you keep going to the dry well and trying to get a cup of water and going like why isn't there any water here. In america we have water based on your idea of the lake. Norman rockwell saying and so i think you keep running up against your own expectation should not there for the taking and it sucks. It sucks but like finding acceptance fair. It's just really good to hear people be clear. The truth is fine. Every norman rockwell painting was a person making a disparaging mark about the aboriginal people of australia. So honestly it was never an ideal to begin with. You just have to cultivate in the field that actually grows. You grows your fruits and vegetables rather going to arid field in hoping against hope that someday afraid fruit will pop up ainhoa fruit. Now there's no fair just dry dusty seeds. But like i found out here in my first month of being i was like oh. I need like keeps. This is not gonna work like for me in an extended way. So i found. There's a huge huge but there's a big five thousand person american ex-pat facebook group and my two best friends they have to three kids their own hustling all of us. Six of us adults we get together and have friendsgivings so that even my husband has tried to say like we had like these are not. I know my blood people but like you have a lot of here and you have to start being grateful for that out of instead of hanging. Because i do not somebody that i need people. I guess you're leaning leaning into the place where you're getting nutrients rather than hoping may pop up somewhere else. I think we've solve your issues. Okay danny good luck thanks bye. Casey look great. Follow fall-outs fails just make a crocodile dundee reference. Australians love that. Casey you steve. Yeah that's a that's a. Everybody feels good about nostra up. Casey you give great advice. We knew you would and that was really good. Keep shallow shallow is. Is it hard like is it do. Do you find that. Like trump Trumpers that you know they want to get into it or no or they also down to keep shiloh. Yes i think so. Some are and some aren't but also it's like the level of respect. I've had for like the time and effort. They've put into my childhood in my life and my mom passed away like fifteen years ago. So part of me is like also like what would she want me to do. My mom was like actually like a feminist leader. But i actually big. She would be like. Just go. Have a really nice time with my brother. Please and let them be in the kids lives..

"By the what now i know one of them like i actually thought i could really like. And she's kind of new to the family. I'm six years into the family and she's one year in the family and i came out her with open arms. I was just like everything warm. Walk me tried to connect with her and then as soon as this drama happened with her husband's which was like three weeks ago which i guess is maybe she's known about longer in his head but god forbid he would be big enough to pick up the phone a couple of months ago whenever things started bothering him. She's just like cut me off. So i'm like is going win like is that what we teach women to do out here. We are like you know. I'm gonna stand by man i it sounds like something else is happening because people are like not wanting to be around you the wives are cutting you off like you have any you have any intel from your husband like what could be happening. So this is yes okay. Good natasha. you're good. There's two things two things one. Is this term abrasive american. That i've kind of heard. Which is they use the term instead of calling people out pulling people up so when these kinda heated topics arise like all of. These are kind of antiquated ways. That people have ways people live like my wife should have my dinner on the t-ball if she's not working like just i don't know why hitting kids and being sued wa- big around racial remarks are homophobic. Slurs like it's so funny in it's like these are things that i don't want influencing my son so they're not really welcome around me or my kid or in my house and so when i try to educate i just looked like a pedantic gas. So that's like one part we all right. Let me jump in. let me jump in. I have a feeling now. I feel i have a couple of questions. Why is it that you want to forge this idealized relationship. That you've always of racist in rapists it's like what ideal like what is this idealized version of family did it include that it would be like looking the other way. Racial slurs probably not so the way to make peace with the fact that you're not gonna get it is it was never available to you in the i didn't know in that's hard know. Be your hand on the other hand not to take you off the hook all together either. There's like a really good rule of thumb a on for me. Not you for me in terms of it's not a very arguments to i. Two of them and abrasive american interesting. I i have a good rule of thumb. That does when you ask yourself if you need to make because you don't have to fight every battle. I don't believe that every thing you fought with your family about what something where it was. An egregious racist remark that you definitely needed to take a stand on. There are certain things that you need and there's certain things you need to let drop especially when it comes to family. The rule of thumb for me is Does this need to be said. Does this needs to be said now. And does this needs to be extended by me and a racial slur something like that. I'd say yes it needs to be said that you are. You need to say something to prevent especially in front of your kid. Obvious will racial slurs a perfect example. Somebody says it does it. Does somebody need to say something. Yes doesn't need to be said now. Yes is anyone else can say no. So yes it needs to be said by me. But if i can't answer yes to all three of those questioned. I'm not saying that. I follow this. I'm saying this is a good idealized version of how to conduct myself with public debate. Because if i can't answer yes to alter those questions then i can just shut the fuck up and i don't have to be the abrasive anybody. I can just mind my own business. It's eight feel like that is really a great checklist. I think i'm not saying it's not a good When i'm at home like in the states i mean. That's a great checklist. Because in my mind like someone else will either piper. This is not. This is like not for today but nobody does that here. And then i find myself being like the cheese stands alone. Black sheep including your. Where's your husband on this so my husband will type up like in. I'd say the let's give it the last. I don't know four out of seven racial slurs or talking about why kids deserve to get sankt like he. He will type up about that. I.

"And it stops at so somewhere pass. This wall. Theoretically are my seats. But there's like not a door. There's no stairwell anywhere so we're like okay. Maybe something maybe. We miss something like the the walkway into the theater. You know so. We go back out into the hallway that leads into the theater. There's nothing there except for at employees only door so we walked back out because previews were playing in the movies about start and so we go to the the ticket guy and we're like hey can't we're a hers up to our seats and he's like you can't find your seats and i'm like we can't get to our seats unlike there. There's a wall at at road g. I pre-ordered seats in advance on an app and they is selected. Canine k ten and the theater has a hard stop at g. and he's he he just completely stone. Faces me goes is k. after g oh yes what. Abcd with an accent. And so i just it through. And i'm like so yes. Qe is after jesus where my seats good job. You made it through second grade. And so he goes and he's really having to thank and suddenly he's like oh they might be upstairs and i go great whereas upstairs. How do i get to upstairs. And he goes that way. Take a left there. Staircase up there. There's a guy he can help you. So then we go up the staircase like we go up the staircase on essentially what it is is like the lower level is just sort of general theater experience. You can get concessions and take them into the theater or you can pay for a thirteen fifty ticket where it's like twenty one and up area where you can get cocktails and you can order like food food that they then bring to your table. We didn't use any of this. Because my wife. And i had gotten food before the moving and so we get up there. There's no one around avi yet. Korea obviously see auditorium one. And so that's where it was and so it was like this hard wall. They used a division in. You had to literally go up to the second floor. Hot up there nicer seats you know was reclined and there was no one there. Nice there was one other couple but they were way over to like front row. In left of the of the roads. That were there So my wife. And i just got to sit in the back row and watch f nine and it was as big and dumb and loud as any fast movie but you know what it was absolutely fucking great to see that thing in all of its stupid unabashedly. Campy glory It's too long and it's a little bit no areas at times but whenever that movie gets to the stupid action stuff on that big screen man it. It really was a blast. It was it was fun to go back. And see something. So bombastic unafraid to to have the audacity to do some of the things that it does in terms of how stupid gets And now did what. Justin lend directness. Yeah he came back for this one And it does get that is where it starts to get a little bit heavy as does the thing of having to like fix. Its mythos and re Con certain things and adjust the story a little bit to fit the needs of this new plot. And that's where it gets very bogged down and very heavy and overly long. I liked some of the young cast that they had because they do these flashbacks to like young young dumb and his and his brother jacob. Okay and i'll say this. The the guy who plays young dumb is probably a better actor than vin diesel. So but you know what. I had a good time. I wasn't necessarily mad. That i watched it now is surely staring in this. Yeah but barely houser haircut bowl cut. Okay she looks like a blonde. K pop star. Nice then i'll see but now. How does it compared to recent ones. I'd put it okay. So lake of the of the soft reboot ones kind of starting at four and onward five is probably still my favorite followed by seven same. I haven't seen hobson shaw. I would say that fate and f nine probably come in third tied followed by six actually know followed by four followed by six because four was a little bit. Bland and six was awful. I didn't really enjoy owen. shaw. I hated the lead. Em nesia plot I didn't think that the the the roc storyline in that one worked quite as well. I i thought that six was a real mess. And real slog a real bore in all the worst possible ways whereas i thought eight was sometimes still somewhat fun and ridiculous in a good way and at least it had like crazy concepts whereas six beyond the flippy car. I didn't really care about the tank. I thought of sucked bazamba car. I liked that so yes six is probably my least favorite those So i'd put this on on par with fate of the furious. You know it gets a little bit heavy but and that does that does slow it down. That's not the worst in the world. Slows down cool. Yeah i i'm i'm i'm wanting to see it at some point so it's do know it was a time and i'll probably will probably see black widow in theaters as well you now. You had a interesting journey to get to. Your seats was just as interesting getting out. No the the out was was much less a memorable simple cool will anything else for you. Know not really oh. I watched batman the timber one. Okay santoso i'll say this. You picked a game. I've been playing a lot of the jurassic world evolution park. Sim how is it. I'm really good. I like it a lot. it's not necessarily the best in terms of of all of the management stuff and there are some gripes that i have with the game but for the most part it's really good. It's really diverting. It has a lot of fun deals. See stuff and i'm really excited about the second one have you the that duress jurassic park animated series on netflix. Now i'm not going to either. I don't think it's aimed towards children. Below isn't okay. I could be wrong cool now. You play still pain train simulator. Yeah a little bit nice. I haven't lately. Because i don't want i don't want to. You know bore anyone in in in more in family so tend to affect the a little bit. Yeah great for the for the person driving the train. Okay well anything else about.

"Prophet isn't she. She was leading. People to the places of refuge had the new jerusalem. But you know july twenty twenty when she said the world would end. That came and went and july twenty. Twenty one is coming up. And i'm thinking by that time the truth will come out. So what do you think about the power of speaking You know as as an author myself. words are powerful I believe that you can think negative thoughts but speaking them house way more influence over what you're going to experience or actualize self actualize in your own world so negative speaking you can just assign a number that is going to be seven times more powerful than a positive statement and these are negative statements. I don't see anything positive in any one of these statements that i just mentioned to you. Nothing nothing that. I can tell so. Those are negative things manifesting and is it true as we might learn soon that she was involved in coin. This these hits. Do this do that. Kids on dead. He needs to go girls. The same goto yellowstone. Pretend like we're on vaca- take her out was she. Was she taken out in wyoming and yellowstone national park while that would be interesting to go on a proxy murder. Trial there and wyoming. That'd be interesting and you can check out. Previous episodes andreani verdict what. I have to say about proxy murder and some of the cases. I've covered before and included laurie. Because that's why. I think the case is still open in arizona with fourth husband. That's not closed. And i think that's why Some of the things that we're hearing in the major news feed art really what's happening. There's no doomsday. There's no mommy. there's nothing like that does just. There's no call to my mind is just just has more to do with the you know what you believe in and you can believe anything you want. But she's in my pin just using things as To manipulate other people and plant the seed within the hearts and minds of other people in order to have them do her dirty work. Just what i see that comes from years of Writing about this stuff and Following true crime so this. I'm sign off on tv. Thanks for joining me. And you know. I'll see you next time where i'll try to have some more positive things to say about other cases and that's when we can find out some truth in that can help in an open active case. "Had thought there should be light and there was no god spoke let there be light and and so it was so and speaking right. Now i'm having trouble right now with the speaking so much podcast but i'm going to wrap it up soon. i promise This is where my focus is right here right now. I think it was after march two thousand eighteen. Because you know what in march i think it was march twenty six of two thousand eighteen a couple from a bleed the seattle area sarah and jennifer heart with a bunch of their adopted kids in their minivan drove that mini van off a cliff. And i think that was in minnesota county california killing everybody eight people died and i think that they found seven of them and one of them wasn't found but they literally drove the minivan off a damn cliff. And what did laurie say. I believe this happened She said this after this incident because it was pretty well known in the national news. It was about women who had kids. They were a couple. That drove that mini van off cliff very sad but lori and speaking to Friends or and i believe it was one of the One daughter's france was actually present. Hearing this this is how. I believe it went off. But she said let's drive off a cliff and kill us and kill the kids so we can all die together said. Let's drive off a cliff and kill us and kill the kids so we can all die together. I believe i personally believe that. This was after this era and jennifer hart episode. Because she knew about it she had heard about it so whether it was right after that in march late march of twenty eighteen or some time the end of the year or twenty nineteen. I do not know. I do not know but here are the three words that totally jump off the page and what i said speak to me. The most about what she said in the past where there was the ticking time bomb or dealing with the kids and the hubby the third hubby. She said let's drive off a cliff and kill us. Kill the kids so we can die together. Kill the kids underlined. That kill the kids. That's what i take from that. Those are powerful words. Those are very powerful words. Three powerful words that you know. We'll find out in court and in trial of the truth that it's going to be revealed.

"That might come out in trial but that that spoke to me for sure what she said there and speaking about her murderous heart and debt You know she also said that. She loves her savior. She goes on to say how much she loves her. Savior and you know. Of course this is the mormon bible. I don't know exactly how it's different from The king james version. You know with the new people new chapters. I really don't know. I'm not an expert on that. But she does speak of a prophet named nephew that says in the book of mormon somewhere that if he goes against she wants he goes against you twice if he goes against you three times you can then kill him interesting right interesting. She didn't have a murderous heart but then she's con opponent an off on this prophet more of a modern day prophet in the warm bible. I guess of being able to murder somebody if they go against you three times. Well you know if you live long enough. You're going to have some go to guess three times. So i guess we'd all be murdering each other if that were the case according to neff. But you know. I've with genesis here. I don't mean to get too much into the bible but this is what she says. This is where she goes. This is her justification. She says she loves her savior. What what about seventy times. seven the forgiveness in the bible. which is the book of matthew. And maybe that somewhere in the mormon bible as well but the savior speaking of jesus. I'm assuming that sushi saying talks about and look book about you. Seventy times. Seven forgiveness and that's basically Also carried out in a parable but that's a basically telling us The reader that You know forgiveness is from from heaven. It's a gift of mercy and a gift of grace. Extend that to your brother or to your sister. And that's seventy times seven so it's It's letting us know that we we could never be As our creator ever ever but we have to extend that not three times but seventy times seven. How many didn't read doubt passage. I dunno. I dunno so that was in twenty. Nineteen i believe in that you can listen to drowning verdicts. it's in one of my previous episodes. It's interesting she's interesting to me. She's interesting to dateline and those trials are coming up and you know. Recently the judge ruled not give her cell phone. And i totally agree with that. Do not give her a cell phone from behind bars. She's capable of calling a hit in my opinion in my opinion okay. So that was the second statement kids to deal with husband deal with..

"Or i like to have a glass of wine every now and then to deal with some of the stress that i have. That's normal that's typical. But who do you know who says. I'm basically a ticking. Tom watch out. That's a threat. it's an idle threat. It's a threat off the tongue and it has meaning it has manifestation power. It speaks to me. But it doesn't speak to me as much as the one that i'm gonna give you and i'm going to give you my reasons for that so now the next two statements this. There's one statement there that have been talked about that. I'm focused on I'm going to talk about that. One last The next one. I believe happened around two thousand and nineteen and i've done a podcast on this earlier about You know her words again and you know the the context here is that she was talking to group of people and she was recorded. I don't know if it was a podcast. It seems as if someone in the audience were recording. Her and i believe possibly she was speaking to a small group and it might have been Preparing the people. I don't know. I don't really know it's hard to tell. But she's speaking. She has the floor and Excuse me she she's pretty Impactful as speaker because she's trying to get the audience on her side as she does a good job of that and then she goes into what she wants to truly talk about is that she's a good person and that she did not have in her words a murderous heart however. She said that she wanted to murder her husband. This was her third husband whom she had These kids with the kids who were later found buried and the line nuts. You know that kind of stood out to me. It's you know it's not the one that i'm totally focused on as i mentioned before. But it's another one and it kind of adds up to something here is that she said in speaking about her husband and her kids she said blah blah blah blah blah. I had a husband and kids to deal with. Let me say that again. I had husband and kids to deal with now. She didn't say. I had a husband kids to raise or add a husband and kids to support. She said deal with so when. Laurie has something to do in. Its doesn't agree with her. She deals with it. And so that word in that sentence Definitely spoke to me as well. What does that mean. How do you deal with your kids. Could it be that you want them taken out. Could it be that you want to your brother. Alex cox to deal with them or something. I don't know that might come out in court..
