"Haven't gone through every schedule, but USC is not in Hey, I think I think it's best that when you have representatives as much as possible through the power five deal, but for Ohio State I like the personnel. You think you still sure that when the top four teams in the country I feel pretty confident that they are okay, I'd like to see a full cup of the games to prove that don't disagree. I think they're going to vote him in today. Danny, What do you think, Danny? Am I wrong? I think they're gonna bend over backwards to put him in that game. Dani, listen, I don't follow college football as closely as you, honey, But I think Ohio State is pretty pretty. Damn good dance is gonna get in there. I think you will find Ohio State needs to pick up a game. Kansas has an open spot this weekend. Correct. You cannot. It has to be a big 10 game. Heather den Ich this morning on Keyshawn. Can you bend the rules for Les Miles? He bends every other rule. Wait a minute, now not paying out for us yet. But if Austin so good try to reschedule the Illinois and Michigan games. You're so good. I'll take on a loving team and then find out you're good. But don't forget. It's just not playing this game because, you know they don't want to be embarrassed. Oh, nothing to do. Really with Kobe. I did All right, gentlemen, sticking with college sports. Six ranked Illinois shot 58% to be number 10 Duke 83 68 last night in the A. C C Big 10 Challenge your line I led by 14 at halftime, They didn't let the margin slip of a low double digits the rest of the game. He headed the Blue Devils their second nonconference home loss in one week shot or no Straka. There's an ass trick by this game since Duke was playing without their famously hostile Cameron Indoor Stadium crowd amid the Corona virus pandemic. No shot. How dare you? I dare you Will. I watched most of that game. Illinois went in and whipped their ass. And that's a talented Duke team. I don't care if all of the nerds in the stands who are great fan base Ward there. Yes. What Illinois had to deal with Kovar did travel the whole deal. They found a way to stay healthy. Get on the court and beat coach Case Ass. Yes, there were no fans. Alright. My question was about Illinois's thing healthy. It wasn't about the pandemic. It was about the fact there was no home court advantage, but what I'm saying is, it's harder. Have to deal with the travel and everything else in a covert world and find a way to get on the court. Yeah, there were no fans there. Those were the nerds I referred to but that is a quality win. Yeah, I know. I would say no shot on Lee re because everyone's going through this Danny with no fans in the stands. I just think l'm always gotta relish this to go into Cameron fans and no fan to go into that building to Coach K's court. And just beat down Duke that is a program builder. No matter whether his fans or not, that's great for that program. Who does that? Who does that feel like they're fun to watch to? That is a fun TV Miller My oldest son moved Kofi Colbert. I mean, Wow. Very good man. And they play hard. Yeah. And by the way, ask pretty who we got a text from this morning who was listening to the show? Heavy bread, Underwood and he will join us next Wednesday. Can't wait looking forward to that. He didn't ask me though. But I, uh I listen, the crowded Cameron, though, certainly is making a difference to lose two games in one week. Listen, you guys know him. Ajay Hachem, a Kansas Jayhawks. I love my team last night. They played Creighton. They won by 1.73 72. I understand, And I'm not complaining about that. Actually wants the money on that. Thank you. Thank you. But the point is that I promise you that if the Jayhawk faithful were in fog, Allen Fieldhouse That would have not been a one point game that the spread was 3.5. Had the fans been in fog. Allen Fieldhouse. The Jayhawks covered the spread. But you bet Creighton know on Fanduel. They have this great thing where you could bet Kansas to win from 1 to 5 points. The spread was 3.5. So Vegas sets to spread right 3.5 you say? All right. I'll bet Kansas to win the game by 1 to 5 points. It was plus 3 40 Easy money vandal. Sign up's Letterman used that summer coat. Did you watch the whole thing? I didn't miss a minute of okay, so 5 30 once again. Well, while you're cooking dinner for the family, right for you for dinner, I tell you, you know, And there was a generation that would you be watched that I cook dinner while the news was on But you there's always the game is Danny eyes watching that game with his heart in his mouth Because kid for great gets filed three free throws to tie the game with no time left, and he misses the third. One tough break for that kid. Tough break for that kid that rims out there, and he's like Where you don't want to go to overtime. Mama Dad at 5 30 would be getting the dinner ready rather on the TV, But Danny's got gambling way Can't watch the news at dinner time My wife has to devote TVR. David Bure so she could watch him in the dark with candle it in a glass of wine? Yes, Special time She got the hot for David Mirror. That's okay. Everybody that visual from lover's lane here on Yes, yes, all right. And a new, believable story about the Zen German family. And that we're going to ask you to respond. That is next. "No, I'm not huge. That's what I'm saying. I'm just saying, but I got in this business because I didn't want people looking at me, and that's why I'll stay at it, You know, but at the same time, let's be real. The deuces depressing When I'm watching David Bure. It's with a pint of ice cream. Sometimes I'm just being honest. Got nice. It's got gotta stop that, anyway. Let's talk about what's really important here and not me Binging the news and movies on the couch and eating too much ice cream. Let's talk about our financial life because I'm not sure how long average is in the world of retirement. But let's just pretend It's two decades. So what could happen to your finances in two decades? Well, the most recent 20 years we had let's think about it the dot com bubble that caused the crash in Internet based companies. We had the great recession sparked by a mortgage crisis. And then we had this year's recession. Sparked by a worldwide virus, and nobody saw that coming at all. All of that to say, Mike that that was in a span of just 20 years, and the point is bad things can and do happen so How do we protect our future from major downturns and uncontrollable things like this? Yes. So obviously we've been talking about as we're getting towards the end of the year 2020 here and how crazy it's been. And, um Statistically, it be really hard to have another year of it's been been quite as nuts. I think I was sitting around the office with some advisors together day and we looked at technically what's the worst year in history and believe or not? It wasn't 2020. It was. I mean, we have the great Depression and stuff that was really goes back further to basically the black plague that apparently we're close. We're close, but You got to get back, Tonto, and I'm sorry. I'm three years a long time ago. I forget which one of us Because Because if I say the year I'll get it wrong. And then, um, our listeners are so great. I'll get e mails about you know which year it was and how wrong I was. And so I won't say it. But regardless, apparently that was worse. And it sounds worse anyhow, but We've been talking about how we're pretty optimistic about 2021, you know, and and as we get closer, it's not just because we're sitting here going all G Wiz. It can't be worse from 2020. That was horrible. It's because we're looking at the fundamentals. And what's likely to happen. So just I want our listeners to imagine an economy that's just kind of getting rolling. Right. There's still a lot of people out of work there a lot of industries that are struggling restaurant industry transportation industry. The vacation industry. Eventually, and I think this happens, you know fairly soon when vaccines start working, and people start getting back to work, the economic numbers I think you're gonna look fantastic. They kind of have And then the if you look at all the money that the government has pumped into the economy, If you look at the Fed policy, right, there's this what they called. It's easy money. It's very cheap to get money right now..

"Gang from Sesame Street. Oscar. The Grouch was always my favorite. Yes, Anyway. They recently celebrated their 51st anniversary as a show And since Mike, it's your job to help educate Our listeners about their money. I feel compelled as a DJ to point out this very important fact about life on Sesame Street. Back in 1969 Big Bird could buy one of Mr Hooper's famous bird seed milkshakes for only 20 cents. But today Had someone else, not me do the math. And that same milkshake would cost about three bucks. So inflation is even a thing on Sesame Street, my friend, and that is just sad. Actually. Good luck with that, Christian, I I don't think you could get a milkshake for three bucks. Now. Do you think so? I mean, maybe a bird seed one who wants one? Maybe that's why so Maybe that's why I was going to night time. I think that your friend took that little too technically, and actually did math on what bird seed would cost and Millikan treated all but What is your favorite? If you're going to milk shake what would be your favorite 10? My gosh. Now if the world is my oyster, I like candy pieces in there, or, like a a mint, right? Something like that. But if we're just talking plain flavors, I'm a standard vanilla kind of gal. No. Cookies and cream. Oh, I love that ice creams are probably wouldn't it Z pretty solid. I haven't had one really long time just because I feel awful after having it. But in this pandemic, Covad life, whatever it is, I have gained some weight. Part of it has been to get some ice cream. Boy, because there's a lot of things out there. You watch the news. You bring down theater of the mind people or imagine business people there imagining your huge right now. No, I'm not huge. That's what I'm saying. I'm just saying, but I got in this business because I didn't want people looking at me, and that's why I'll stay at it, You know, but at the same time, let's be real.
