You see no way out. So much pain and suffering it isolates. Look around Shirley there is not a person milling around you that walks unscathed. This is part of the human experience to be touched by pain by insecurity to walk through valleys. You are not alone in this. You are not a failure because you struggle you are not to broke into deserve life and there are no quick fixes. Magic bullets meanders sometimes life hurts and you hurt you don't know what to do about it. See, fake it till you make it. I don't mean lie or pretend that all is well, I mean put one foot in front of the other and do the next right thing, and then the next until the tiniest tangible hope begins to wind itself through the darkness until you see a flicker of light far off yet but you see it nonetheless. Do the next right thing. you get out of bed in the morning open blinds make your coffee. He Force yourself to express gratitude to notice beauty you grieve. But decided that you were at a crossroads in your choice is to live. So you reach out you permit another broken human being to come alongside and love you for a while because who told you that you have to do life alone anyway. You lay those broken dreams on the shelf and remind yourself that if you're womb is closed, then there are other good plans for you. Beautiful plants you're worth is not wrapped up in motherhood. You, tell the truth about all your anger and frustration you practice self care in tiny ways maybe they feel insignificant but you do it anyway because you read that in matters. You take naps and get a babysitter as he can take breaks from the constant in need of other people. If one small conversation about how you are feeling just one. He stopped working so much and decide that even if you can't walk away from it all right now, you can take baby steps closer to the person you want to be. He smile yourself in the mirror it feels fake and it is right now be doing. anyways you realize no man can fill the deep aching hole in you. He practice speaking to yourself with tenderness like he would your best friend you can be your own best friend for now. You get a Christmas tree and decorate the house not for you. But there are still children in the house and they need to keep living even if they're Mama's gone and they need you to keep living to. "And that means by any means possible if there's going to be violence or abrupt assault on you, your person, your family your property. Period. And now that there's this movement of the fund, the police and in some cities under Democratic mayor leadership to just mantle, the police altogether. Then Who are you supposed to call Ghostbusters? I mean, for God's sakes, you do have to take matters into your own hands. This is the ineffective poor. Inept, draconian leadership of democratic mayors. It's funny, Robert Davi, you know Robert Dobby, the actor. I love the guy conservative Love the guy. In fact, Leo Grillo. Delta rescue That's his cousin. And you heard me talking about Delta Rescue overtime love that organization. But Robert Davi on Twitter Just the other day, said something that was so profound he talked about you know, your mailman has more qualifications in terms of civil service. Then a mayor that a mayor doesn't have to take a civil service test nor do anything to show its competency to run a city. Robert Davi makes complete sense, he says. Look, you know, I used to be in the Postal Service before I got my break in Hollywood, and I remember the test we had to take and you know there's certain knowledge that you have to have to be a mailman to be in the Postal Service, but the's mayors These mayors were qualifies mayors to become mayors. Robert Davi is absolutely correct, and obviously were seeing that we're seeing Robert Davi statements to be true, because when you look at Seattle, you look at Portland. You look at other cities around the country like Chicago. It's all liberal Democrat mayors. For decades, and they've been able to take their cities and run them into the ground with all kinds of ridiculousness. So Robert Darby thank you for that comment, cause it's true. 7022575396 is how you win to the program. 7022575396 is how you way into the program. Phone lines are open. Antonio Vivaldi 3: Violin Concertos Through the Ages

"Some people love to show off or perform in front of other people. A concerto is a piece of music. Which one or more solo instruments get to show off in front of a larger group of instruments and also in front of an audience? The starring instrument in Vivaldi's Four Seasons concertos is the violin. The violin was invented over a hundred years before Vivaldi came along but not the concerto concertos for Solo instruments were born in Italy in the late. Sixteen hundreds soon composers in other countries wanted to write concertos in the Italian style. Johann Sebastian Bach Pot himself to compose concertos by copying out the Valdis music as he copied out the parts box. Study what he had done and how he had done it based on that. Bach wrote his own concertos for most of his life. Franz-josef Haydn held a job that involved composing music for the Court Orchestra that he conducted in Haydn's Day conductors didn't stand in front of the orchestra waving their arms. The way they do today back then. The head Honcho violinist or concert master. Who is a member of the orchestra was also the conductor so heighten was also a very good violinist and wrote concertos for his instrument by the Time Felix? Mendelssohn came along. The conductor of an orchestra didn't play in it anymore. When Mendelssohn became conductor of one of the best orchestras in Europe. He hired his good friend segment. Davi to be the concert master head. Honcho violinist then. Mendelssohn wrote a concerto for his friend to play. Mimbo Cement Dhabi also helped popularize an earlier violin concerto. One by Ludwig van Beethoven Beethoven's Concerto never caught on during his lifetime which may have been because at the first performance of the piece. The violinist hadn't bothered to learn his music. He was sight reading seeing the music. For the first time. Which you're not supposed to do in concert. People don't sight read Beethoven's Concerto in performance anymore some violin concertos got labeled unplayable. Because they haven't found the right violinists to play them. The first violinist Tchaykovsky asked to perform his Concerto. Said it couldn't be done turns out he was thrown. It makes sense that the history of Violin concertos follows. The history of great violinists Joseph. Yokneam was the greatest violinist in Europe in the last half of the nineteenth century was happy to give advice on how to get around the violin to composers. Who wanted to write concertos for him? Like Max Bro. Up until recently most great violinists also wrote concertos for themselves to play. Not many of them do that anymore today. But Mark O'connor does you can definitely hear bits of folk music which is what. Mark O'Connor grew up playing in the PC calls his fiddle concerto. Fiddle is what folk and country musicians call the

S. response at some point on the top is below we did it we had every justification to do it remember that that could top his Bala when they they killed our contractor last Friday we could go they had an Iraqi base where US servicemen were housed and they did it deliberately to target us the Iraqi government if they weren't so penetrated by Iranians I should be thankful to us for countering that Iranian strike against our joint interests and run as Iraq has every interest one would think in ensuring that their relationship with the United States doesn't suffer and we're really in a in a in a battle with Iran right now over the future of of Iraq for sure so to get back to your point I mean the president made the right call he shored up our our defenses deployed additional troops and marines which is right he also made it very clear to the alliance we held them accountable which means that if you strike again and you don't dial this down we're gonna hit you again in the meantime and they want us to go in on this this is up to me we have members of the fake news industrial complex like joy Reid of MSNBC treat the following as trump's Benghazi unfolds in Iraq dot dot dot really trump's Benghazi that was too much for several individuals this is the response from senator Ted Cruz what's wrong with you joy greed is partisanship hatred inside use really that deep we root for American soldiers not against them Todd Starnes ma'am I used to think you would just an ignorant moron now I've come to believe you are patriotic moron and ignorant to and then lastly our favorite Dan bone Gino former secret service form and might be the this seven days in this in lieu of the gold medal for doubles three to the decade goes to MSNBC's joinery congratulations Troy you burnt this one we are in the studio with Dan Hoffmann for.

"Singer raconteur entertainer and the man who now and again comes up with some very very good ideas very relevant to the events of this weekend his Robert Davi follow him at Robert John the Davi check out his album album Dalby sings Sinatra robin are you with us I'm with you how are you the best young but I'm very well a very great grateful to for you to reaching out to for me to me at the weekend and you sent me a fascinating clip of an interview you did with one of my colleagues at fox business what what is the spirit of flight ninety three from September the eleventh got to do with the crises and I sleep in plural the crises we face today in America Robert Davi let me give you a little background suggestion because besides being a bond girl I also played a guide for years on a show called hope by the way I stayed like that with the right of the other guys I would be glad to create a profile and don't forget a diehard a play get the I. because over the years because of law enforcement I've been very close to law enforcement I had gone to Quantico research when I did profile I make so many guys in planetary going I got the FBI man of the year award by Jim to start of with the not with the head of the FBI in Los Angeles at the time in two thousand one I would put on the homeland security policy institute at George Washington University right after two thousand and one and is very familiar with the only active civilian the rest would generals retired generals retired major corporations CIA died when you must be all kinds of different things because they would think tank at that time right after nine eleven the best in the country well the big of course yes even slightly that when I did quote by that and I was talking to law enforcement and they said to be a dangerous threat this is in the mid nineties with home grown terrorists home grown very they're worried about that the side of the foreign terrorist acts so I people were coming to me on my daughter's softball team going because they know I was playing with the FBI guy who can we we saw something strange looking the report the FBI hotline was over work the law enforcement because of work I came up with an idea when those guys wanted to the ground the flight ninety three okay let's roll and the American citizen took it in their hands the project let let let's remind us remind I mean we have a cooler last week was fourteen years old so there's some people listening today who have no idea what you're talking about so the the the plane that crashed in Shanksville Pennsylvania during the attacks of September the eleventh that it could be because of the passengers on board realize what was happening one of them led to an assault against the terrorists to take back control of that plane and he said let's roll I'm not always flight ninety three so you've used that as the symbolic the the the the symbol the spirit of what you wish to achieve what was your idea Robert Davi ninety three we had a bird Tom ridge a bird's other people at home executed they DeAngelis was like the number five guy up at home the security at the time and some of the guys did a white paper on it the tech shop the critical infrastructure of the United States I'm having civilian patrol ninety three what is it armed force get a civilian with each community I saw what I saw at the time the vision but the president of the white out in the White House in the rose garden giving a call to arms will call the action by which he didn't say three going let's have a more extended neighborhood watch we needed that we needed something like that the police are all the work there's not enough community don't have the money to kind of really good the surveillance they should do and what's the best ideas see something say something does it work you needed a civilian patrol ninety three which would be a group of people that would get a small background check they would be weekend seminars over several weekends with law enforcement in certain techniques and and and you know was of course the the right human rights and then they would candidate will be sworn in and they can't get communities to say hi I'm John Doe from should be patrolled this is our number if you it may be a renaissance man because at that point it was great look out but they are in G. elephant and nobody could you know only the law enforcement you back what about you having these community when now and people are afraid yeah I would I would the spokesperson for Isaac America when Columbine happened and all that believe happened I used to do that we went to the national center for missing persons I went to the Congress intended it definitely quickly we got the marksman anything that state the kids at the happy were afraid to go to the teacher so they could create something online because they are being bullied this would be ninety seven ninety eight so I did the same thing happened to the community here with the many patrol people afraid maybe call up like what happened to that woman in San Diego when she saw the guy working in the garage yeah great right but she made a phone call the civilian patrol and some guys get back very much and the guy check it out now we can go to law enforcement if you get something credible gear we should be on top of this Robert we had it set it's a great idea let's talk off line I I think it has great merit we need to do something we we can't fix the culture over night we count defeat the crazies on the left that are actually making the situation was this idea of the spirit of flight ninety three room needs to be reinvigorated phone age in which we have these shootings occurring far too often we're gonna go straight back to calls because the goal board is full we're going to catch up with Robert Davi again Robert John Davi check him out on Twitter and check out his album as well.

"Davi people. Sorry, I'm reviewing a series of stories having to do with. Booze and lent and Easter and Jesus and all that stuff. So some guy decided he was only going to drink beer for lent, which actually used to be a monk thing. I'm. That making it up. It used to be a used to be thing. But you know, in modern times, not really thing. So he did it. What do you think happen? Just was forty six days was lent. This year really had a good time. Well, no, no, no seriously from a health standpoint. What do you think happened? I think he's probably fine. I mean was it just over a month? You said forty something forty six days, nothing, but beer. He lost nearly fifty pounds. He feels great. There you go. There you go. Doesn't have to be lent. No, hi, oh, man. Didn't eat food forty six days. Instead, he spent lent downing craft beer now have working craft brewery and very specifically. He chose one of the chewier beers, a d'appel Bach of some sort. So you're gonna get a little more alcohol there, although he did space the beers throughout the day. So as not to intoxicate himself, but no fifty pounds down though, forty four pounds found in for. So you know about a pound today. It's almost mug look on his face. I don't like this guy. Well, it's almost like, you know, you took the calories in the beer, and they were less than what he was eating before. Yeah. You do a math on this. One shocking shall Wilson in here. Doing math this morning. I have a giant headache because Duke Energy turn my power off for nine hours yesterday. Ooh, I the whole neighborhood. I, but I'm pretty sure it was targeted at me. Well, better better now than July. Yeah. Still kinda sucks. Have to go out and talk to your neighbors and stuff though, like a lot on the neighbors. I like the I shouldn't said I like the neighbors fine. Neighbors don't like me. They were still like me at all. And they don't even know me, even the ones who know me. Don't like me at least I appreciate them making the effort. But yeah, it's a pretty I live on a pretty Moonbat street now used to not be that way. But it's getting that way. We got some neighbors that are activists. So they have a sign in their yard. Now, those neighbors. Yeah. And I kinda like the use of switch it up about once a week. Living getting very lazy ahead of the teachers thing. So they're all about the teachers thing for like three weeks. Now. When I kinda wanna go over and be like, I seen it seen it. What else you got come on? Is this kind of weird a couple years ago? We've we've lived in our neighborhood for a while. Yeah. I was curious about, you know, the political leanings of folks around me, but you don't really want. I don't really want to ask. So I ran everybody through the voter registration look up how Stocker. Yeah. Kind of creepy. And I learned more about my neighbors. I'll leave it there. Well, you go and do that. I mean here, and here's the thing when we get around election time, they could put a mouse on new art. I don't care. I'm not gonna judge you. Go ahead and put your your stupid political science. I I don't put it in my yard because I don't endorse candidates and just frankly don't want to deal with it. But but they put whatever they want there so long as it's within that window. Everybody gets a pass. It's the rest of the year. There is there's a lady down the street. That's that up until about five months ago was running a. What does she have? She had a Elizabeth Warren signed. This is prior to was with Warren. She had assigned stemming from Elizabeth Warren's run for office state air for Senate. So she was yet van raw on in Raleigh. And then she took it away. And then like right after Elizabeth Warren announced he was running for president. So I didn't even know what the hell that is. I've ever talked to that woman probably not going to unless there's a medical emergency. And I happen to be in the vicinity. Also said people you need to go ahead and stop it. Because you know, that that level of Moonbat right there. The put aside speaking of signs have we got assigned for you today. They're also that it's that level of she is me go along to get along. Then. Is missing in many instances som bar, some pub was this isn't an Irish pie doesn't matter. It's a pub of some sort is apologizing because they have a picture. Of jesus. And they photo shopped a drink in Jesus's hand. Jesus drank. I don't know if you all know this. How out if he didn't how else would you perfect? The trick with the wine in the water. That's a pretty useless trick. If if in fact, there was a consumption or in this case could sumptious part of the traditional diet, and and various. Who cares? If somebody's gonna picture Jesus. The beard is hand don't you have bigger things to do. You're going to sit here where Blake on a pub. You're you're the you're the same as as these these college campus moon, bats screaming was Spittal at somebody for no reason. Go ahead. I was gonna irritate semi. I don't care. Jesus holding a drink is possibly the least offensive Photoshop that somebody's done to Jesus in a long time. Get over it. Yeah. There's people like Jesus doesn't like jokes. Braley? I thought there's a whole created in his image God thing and then. We have a sense of humor. One would argue that the set of God would have a sense of humor since browser to be a man. I don't know just spitballing here. No. You didn't like jokes like beer either. What? Why are you apologizing? Everybody is so damn offended these days, they have there's a picture of Jesus at his most vulnerable. I E ON the cross inside a bottle of urine. And it's art. In the city of Chicago. I think Jesus with tall boys going to be just fine. Okay. Nobis thinking any less of them. I'm sorry. This is this weather's things were just rapid fire today because somebody turn my power off for like five hours yesterday, right after I set you prep. Well, at least the president ironic works for me. Did you see? Joe's video announcement this morning. Just avoiding that. I thought he was he was on the apparently yesterday said he was on the fence. It wasn't going to do it. Because now you gotta get all my Joe crap out. And I guess I got a ton of it. Well, the big announcement tweet came twenty six minutes ago. That's the other thing. If the thing you're going to have to overcome. If you're Joe Biden is connecting one with the younger set and to overcoming the the start disadvantage of the part. We are an old white, dude. So. Sending your announcement at Ozark thirty on a school day. You know, what I'm saying further cements your white dude status is anybody advising this guy already. Yeah. That's that's unfortunately, I think the I miss there for for Joe drudge as a link to a poll up there. He's got implicit over Trump. He does because you know, why? Because they've they've attacked on one front. They're gonna have they had Joe Biden beating Trump last time and Joe Biden wasn't running. No serious. Look at the polls. They had Biden in. If you go back to the primary, they had Biden, if you go back to the primary, even though he wasn't announced just because they wanted to prove because they wanted to drive the point home that not only does everybody would everybody who's running with the exception of Hitler beat Donald Trump, but even people who aren't running, and you you don't know like right now if they're alive, and so they would include people in the polls like that Joe Biden was constantly being included in those polls like that Joe Biden mine, Joe Biden might be in a wheelchair. We don't know that he could. Beat Donald Trump. And then they would put him in the polls just to drive that point home. So no, I'm not surprised at all. All right. Let me Lun. Search this way. I'm just checking my Joe Biden archive because now you're gonna get all this crap out. He said some horrible stuff. Let me that's coming out. All right. Let's see we're going to keep people in chains. Hold dude. That's one of my favorite. There is so much scroll. Here. It's not even funny. You know, I'm embarrassed, you know, the website number. I you know, I should have it in front of me. And I don't. That was good that was the rollout of ObamaCare healthcare dot gov. You're not the web dubber is embarrassed, you know, the website number. I you know, I should have it in front of me. And I don't Nancy. Ones and zeroes of what it means that people like, oh, well, you know, that's not he was he was put on them. It was put on the spot. No, he wasn't. He was literally doing an interview that was a softball interview scheduled NBC or CBS and the sole purpose of it was to come out and promote healthcare dot gov. Back in the day when it was a fire. Remember when it was on fire when they first launched. It was the best all I had to do was cutting their healthcare dot gov. And sniff some chicks hair, and then walk off that was it that was the whole game plan and in and the first question, he didn't know the website and the ad to ask an aide. What the web number was. So one of my favorites. Old Irish.

Well in the sixteenth looks to be in pretty good shape. Here scorn at the near post movement. How will that Paul Anglo conscious Topol crew? And that's a typical Ige wine finished getting by the last Fender from an acute angle top corner. Cool as you like, I guess the championships team, by the way, Burling absolutely brilliant, finish still just one nil late into the first half SP into the box. He's hacked down Chelsea going to the spot. Well, she's a Cumulus challenge. From Katrina when you get near apparently, you kinda fool to make mistakes. And it's. Challenge that you really didn't have to make. And it's a penalty kick from me as well. As it steps up. Little doubt about that. You're not the most overwhelming celebration, but fifty fifth minute Cajon, go racing into the vox christianson. Could you again, featuring nice driving Ron Christie is guess is just a little bit wrong. Apparently recipe could point in the game could have been stood on a Lou Testa. How about this? I touch meeting hazard sixty six minute. And then he does the rest toss. Get by goalkeeper again. Excellent ball from Barkley. This is exactly what Saudi wanted quick passing in the final third grade example of how it all worked out here today. They'll see then turning it on in the second half more. Just a few minutes later. It's wine from range work customs, beautiful finish. Great streak helped by deflation of the arm of black, but lovely straight. And I mean just with adult all the for him to goals not good day for Chelsea Davi Louis getting on the score sheets. Apollo is free head up. The bucket. He's well, we have been very focused on what Arias had to say before. And after his matches. What I show my easel easy. Read it for. We started really very well. From the first twenty five thirty minutes. I saw my football. We moved the ball really very fast food movements with the ball and really dangerous.
